Nothing really, and I wouldn’t recommend it. The room wasn’t ready, the service was really bad, and I had to look for another hotel. They never refunded my money.

Location is the best! For the price I’ve seen worse trust me but over all we enjoy feel safe nice! They need to tighten up bathrooms they can remove all long hair and dirt in tubs, sinks, counters, floors and toilets! Leave sanitizer wipes in the rooms for remotes!

The guy who check us out was nice. There was no breakfast, I requested to be on the bottom floor and was put on the 4th floor. I asked to be check-in early because check in is at 4pm at this location and was told there was absolutely no way of early check in even tho the website said we could pay $35 extra. There was glass and debris in the parking lot and wood on some of the windows. Workers came at 7am and we’re stapling the with a staple gun and woke several of the residents up and we were all at the service desk upset, they didn’t offer a discount on the stay. The gentleman who checked us out was the nicest employee and made them stop working until 10am.

Location Door card to access the room was not functioning. We needed several times to go up and down so that the front desk person opens the door. One time the bathroom door was locked, we needed again the front desk and they do not answer the phone. One of the elevator was dysfunctioning.

I like how convenient it was located between multiple points of interest. Breakfast was not included. There is no microwave in the room. The fridge is a real mini fridge. The key cards kept going out, so you end up with multiple or having to get yours reset at least twice a day.

Location was perfect!!! Right off of the expressway and close to dinning and shopping The construction going on during our stay was a bit disturbing

Clean and patios No breakfast served in the morning and no microwave in the rooms. Way to expensive and a $100 deposit fee is diabolical with less amenities that a motel 6.

That the lobby was clean I stayed 5 days they didn’t have breakfast so I have to DoorDash everyday.Also the 5 days I stayed home room service never came in the clean up or change the sheets. We have to ask for extra towels,bedsheet, vacuum and sweep our own room. The WiFi barely worked keep going in and out. Also I didn’t get my full deposit back.

Someone decided to start hammering at 730 on Sunday morning, plus the maids room was right next to us and they were very loud early on a Sunday morning. The outlets were loose, our chargers kept falling out. The air conditioner/furnace was so loud, we had to turn it off

Clean, safe and convenient for Dallas Marathon weekend

I was there last weekend for my great grandson's traveling football team championship playoff. The young man that was on duty for the weekend was very helpful, very pleasant and very knowledgeable. I had to get another room due to technicalities on my part, but he was there to save the day and I was able to stay in the same place that my other family members were. The room was neat, the staff was prompt if we needed anything additional for the room. The front desk made sure we were ok. The young man told us about some of the best places to eat, easy directions to by pass highways/freeways. I really enjoyed it and so did the rest of the family. (No my grandson's team did not win) :(. But we had a great time in the city and an even greater time at your facility. Thank you so much.

The piss poor conditions of the premises. I have stayed at Sonesta, but this location by far was the worst kept.

Great customer service and helpful staff

The Sonesta hotel is the worst one I have stayed at yet. The sofa mattress is as good as ever and the view from the 6th patio/tiny balcony in the room is nice to have. Those are the only positives, ones that are severely overshadowed by the negatives. READ BELOW ?‍??? I highly recommend you steer clear of this Sonesta hotel, definitely the worst Sonesta of the bunch and after speaking with front desk about some of the annoying and constant disturbances I kept experiencing, my suspicions were right. This Sonesta branch is franchise owned and clearly the owners are doing an absolutely terrible job since it seems that Marriott is now aiming for a major acquisition of this branch. The household cleaning women would not stop banging on my door throughout my whole 8 days reservation despite the signs I left on the door that states that I do not want to be disturbed, in fact on multiple occasions someone random bloke tried to force his way inside my room, and on multiple occasions, my doors security latch was unlocked very carefully in other to avoid the noice (the metal prong that can be pushed aside from outside), and oh yea there was some weird annoying sound coming from the next room, almost like a deliberate disturbance. There are far better options and this is not it folks, just too many grievances and repeated incompetence all around. Spend your money else and hopefully I saved you your time and now you can avoid the nonstop headache I had to deal with. This is a very shady and unsafe hotel, their revenues are tanking to hell and thank god Marriott is taking over smh ??‍♂️

Location, near a gas station and hwy easy to access. Plus there was a mall down the street. When we went unfortunately there was no breakfast or cafe because of the construction. And only provide decaf coffee in the room.

Not much of anything except the staff. The housekeeper spoke zero English which was a big problem. No microwave, no smart TV See above
