Went for the room, and we immediately had to leave the property and handed the card keys back and asked for refund but they denied it. My safety was more concerning than money there. Do NOT GO! They wouldn't let me extend my room bc someone said I was selling drugs to kids which is not true and I wasn't even at the hotel that day I was gone all night and come back to some weird accusation like that. Unprofessional and liars.

The only thing that I did like somewhat was because there was a lot of food restaurants around you and it also have bus transportation if you don't have a car. What I didn't like was when I first went to the room there were nut stains on my bed and I had both of my kids and my man was with me and it was nasty and then like someone been punching holes and the hotel looks so run down so many people's that hangs out and it is very loud and noisy and it is not a family hotel that you would like to take your family to at all I had to go to the front to get another room and the staff that I talked to she was very rude when I was talking to her she seem not interested in what I was trying to really say to her too much at all so like I said it's not a room that you want to take your family to and they had to switch me to another room that room was way much decent than the very first room that I had which I thought was very crazy all because it was a non-smoking room because the room that we got was a smoking room but it still should have looked decent just like the nun smoking room.

Breakfast was amazing first off, but Everything was great. My sleep, the room , and the shower was very nice. Ultimately great stay. Whoop ? whoop ?

The room was dirty floors didn't look like they got mopped in a long time or if they do the mop is dirty as hell. Roaches, baby roaches and roaches in the room, bathroom etc. The exterior could use a good power washing to it to clean the dirt off of everything. Lots of homeless around with there camps set up behind 711 which sits in front of hotel. You could probably find anything you wanted in anyone of some of those rooms people where in. The sheets had stains on them not sure if they were clean or dirty.

They ask for my PIN number and when I was at home they was using my card buying at Apple Store. So I have to cancel my card and they never return the service fee. In the bathroom had pubic hair a lot of it, it was so gross

The refrigerator was not working and it stunk. The room stunk I had to go buy febreeze and car fresher just to make it through one night. One of the beds had strains on it. The mattress were not comfortable at all. Hotel definitely needs a paint job. Also did not like how when you paid the refundable $25 on a card the card machine on the other side of the window and the employee ask for your PIN number. Do not give it to them just give them $25 in cash more safer. The area was very shady a lot of foot traffic a lot of people hanging out in the parking lot in the middle of the night, people smoking marijuana in the area. I will never stay at this place again just for a one night stay.

Man at desk gave us a one bed room had to go tell him we have a two bed then went in two very small beds stained up bad the sheets and cover two bath towels only had to go down he gave us one bath towel and one hand towel said there was no more no stopper for the tub refrigerator and microwave is unplugged had to wait for it to get cold the only thing good about it was warm water. No wash cloth at ALL. Took the two towels that was in the room and one towel and bath towel that the frontdesk man gave back to the desk the next morning along with the key that he gave us for the room. A lady was really nice and thanked us the man seem put out cuz he had to find towels for us. There was a security car driving around

It was so hot the ac didn't work right there was cockroaches stains on the ceiling that looked like blood stains all over the bedding the fridge didn't work the drug deals going on and a lot of prostitution me and my husband was terrified

You get what you pay for, not bad. When you walk in the AC is off so it’s hot but it cooled really fast with the AC unit.

Do not recommend! The first room has roaches all over the room and on the bed. The second room had wet stains on the bed and old stains. Th third room had a stinky fridge and stains on the comforter.

It was a place to stay. Pictures online are either old or not the rooms. Filthy outside. Signs posted asking people not to hang out side their rooms. Rooms are old, needs paint, and a good wash. Property is listed as near downtown, it is not at all.

Went down to ask for more towels because we were only given one of each size and was handed one body towel. I asked for more and he said that was all they had. Need to invest in towels.

I checked in, went to the room and instantly noticed the sheets were dirty. I returned to the front desk and requested another room due to the filth. I received another room, but encountered the same issue. I went back to the desk and he offered a refund or a nonsmoking room with a deposit. Why should I have to pay a deposit when you can’t accommodate me?! I asked for a refund and left.

The air conditioning in the room wasn't working, but the concierge was very kind and immediately moved me to another room. Very good service.

This hotel was absolutely disgusting. stains and cigarette holes on the beds, dents and black stains on the door. Towels looked like they hadn’t been cleaned at all. Sticky and nasty floors. And then said there was nothing they could do to give us our money back, or a different, cleaner room.

Our room was FILTHY I took video! The bedding was stained and had bugs on it. I went to the front desk where the manager was and she said "Your only hopes of maybe getting a clean room would be to get a room upstairs" She then took me upstairs passed the homeless girl that she said lives on the stairs to FOUR more rooms all filthy with stained disgusting bedding. I went downstairs to my car discussing with my friend what we should do when the manager pulled up behind my car and said "I cancelled your room at no charge and put that you are unsatisfied with the rooms. Call Expedia and hope they refund you" She then picked up a guy that was in the parking lot in her car and drove away. So with no other options I had to book a room somewhere else and I ended up missing the concert I drove from Oklahoma to Dallas for!!

This hotel is in a very questionable area and is very run down. The staff were amazing though!

rooms dirty , beds clothed dirty with blood ,fongus and black spots , walls dusty and dirty, went to the lobby to ask for iron and iron board and don’t have it ask for clean towels no nothing worst place to stay

Other than that it was nice for what we needed. Stayed 1 night for a concert at Fairland Park. Room was nice and clean. Shower tub was a bit slippery but clean. Had towels we needed and toiletries. Make sure to bring a cup for brushing your teeth! People were extremely nice and welcoming. And there was no deposit for the room! If/when I/we go back that way will definitely stay here again.

The room was filthy. Pillows, towels and walls all had stains on them. Fortunately we only needed a place to spend the night but we still almost left. No hand soap or shower supplies.

They said they were the boss and didn't give out a room due to a review. The reservation was paid for and apparently they just didn't have a key over. Even though they're at work.

Do not stay here. The staff is ridiculous. When I arrived. The front desk told me they checked me into a smoking room. I asked if i could have a non smoking room because i didnt smoke. He argued with me saying no because I would be charged with $150. I asked why? He said because I would be smoking in that room. Once again I told him I did not smoke and I want a room where it doesnt smell like smoke. He still gave me the smoking room. The room itself looked like it had not been cleaned. The only light that worked was in the bathroom. The bathroom door had been broken into. The area around the hotel is scary. Do not stay here.

The room had no towels nor tissue and the front desk men was sexual assault me. The room was mot clean and I paid for smoking and he gave me a non smoking room.

They double booked me . I went the my two young children and I open our room to find a man sleeping in the bed already . When I went back to the lobby they didn’t even blink as if this happens all the time . They kept calling me the wrong name so I asked for a refund and even that was a hassle

This Motel is run with pride, the housekeeping team is on point, the facilities are no frills but clean and well kept. front desk was friendly, helpful and fast. look forward to my next stay.

It's a very nice hotel

The main thing was that the blanket had a nasty wet spot on it. They let us change rooms cause housekeeping wasn't here to give us new bedding. The next 2 rooms also had stained blankets. So we just took the less stained one. Threw the blanket on the floor and slept with just sheets.

Floors and bathroom were dirty. Wife had to clean toilet with Clorox wipes we had brought with us. Beds were the most uncomfortable we’ve ever slept in. There was only one towel, wash cloth and rag in the room and we had to go get more from housekeeping both days. Hotel was in a convenient location and A/C worked well.

No coffee service in the lobby. Registration was easy and the men was very nice. One thing that I really like was the tv on when we enter the room, it was a music channel . This is what to expect for the price, if you need a bed to rest for the night.

Room was very dirty and whoever is in charge of maintenance and upkeep not so good. Stains in sheets. Holes in curtains and holes in ceilings with tissue and tape shoved in them. No weatherstrip on front door. Dead bugs on walls. The room was quiet and the bed was comfy but I guess for 75 you can’t ask for much.
