Great location shopping, restaurants were within walking distances. Great staff throughout the day and night. The Staff was very friendly with a smile one and a greeting. Lobby had alot of activities like pool, cornhorn(bags) board games and a bar if you didnt want to explore the city ir winding down. Rooms were clean and well kept.

Everyone at Aloft was great! Our room was super cute and we had a great view of the the clock tower!

A night light in the bathroom would be nice. The room was very dark and the light to the bathroom area was very bright.

Great until elevator broke. No one informed us. I, on a mobility scooter after surgery, had to walk down four flights of stairs to exit out the back and walk to the front entrance. Poor girl at the front desk was beside herself.

The bed was very comfortable as was the shower. I loved the TV with streaming options. The staff was the best part. The young woman who worked at the front desk most of my visit was excellent. She was super pleasant, personable, helpful and kind. Not enough drawers in the room. Actually, no drawers! You need at least one dresser in there. The refrig was under the bathroom sink which was oddly placed. I didn't even see it until the second day! Also being next to a "Gentlemen's Club" was not the greatest.

Was given paper parking was available 24 hrs but it wasn’t max was 16 hrs. Was told restaurant on site was a bar with minimal food and was out of 50% of items on list. The website is not true. I couldn’t sleep because very loud cars raced up and down the street in front of hotel. Loud music from gentlemen's club next door

The staff were excellent! Went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. I was at a trade show at the Convention Centre and it was super close. I needed a HDMI Cable after forgetting mine at home. The staff let me use theirs! I highly recommend this hotel.

It was a very nice room and very clean. It had nice view of the city as well. My girlfriend and I loved it and highly recommend. Parking was a bit difficult to find but that would be the only downside I would say about staying here

Front desk was great and very helpful with recommendations. Very accommodating for my service dog again. This was our second stay at aloft. Only one of the 3 front desk people hassled me about my service animal. It’s important for staff to know they can’t do such a thing. Just good to keep everyone on the same page.

Excellent stay! The staff were welcoming, the room was spotless, and the location was perfect. Definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.
- 5/5
was able to leave my car parked over night w no damage and had an enjoyable stay
- 4/5
This was our first time staying here. We enjoyed our stay! The staff were all very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Conveniently located near restaurants, shopping, concert venues, etc. The only item that could have been improved was the cleanliness/smell of our room. When we walked into our room it still had an odor of the previous person or people who stayed there the night before. Would’ve much preferred a clean smell! Did like the cute live plant in the bathroom! Nice touch :)
- 5/5
Elevators were broke down. Valet service was fantastic.
- 3/5
Love how pet friendly it is. Compared to other Aloft hotels it was just okay. No outdoor space, bartender didn't show up so bar was closed one night, and elevators were down. Wouldn't go back.

A little dated.
- 5/5
Location and early check in for Marriott Bonvoy members, I was able to enter the room at 11:00am, which was super helpful after a 4 hours early flight. Nice window to the street with the sunrise sun coming through. Nice room. The main entrance is located in the parking area, I guess this is an american thing. It was not that easy to spot from the street.
- 5/5
Was amazing! First night here we enjoyed drinks at the bar, played pool, and bought a chess set to play! We stayed down stairs till almost 1am because we had so much fun! Alex was great with conversation and making drinks. Very friendly, relaxed atmosphere. Reasonable prices for drinks too! We stayed in for a movie night in our room and had a great time. Bed is so comfortable and clean. TV is great especially to use Netflix easily. Really have absolutely no complaints about our stay. Staff really does an awesome job here!
- 5/5
I arrived at 3 am and there were some problem on check-in, but hotel staff sincerely handled this.
- 5/5
Staff was very friendly and the location is perfect!
- 4/5
Walking distance to wherever we wanted to go. Our room was 223 and I will never book a room on this side of the building again. There is a flashing billboard across the street that still lights up your room with the blinds closed. Very annoying and hard to fall asleep.

Location was great for us, short walk to Ball Arena Front desk person wasn’t very so welcoming and friendly Bar was a nice amenity Valet parking too expensive, so we parked across the street at a private parking lot, ended up getting a $85 ticket given the 24 hour parking expired at 6am which wasn’t explicitly shown on signs, wish the hotel would have given us a heads up about this.
- 3.5/5
Staff was friendly and rooms where clean. Great location to the Convention Center. Waited a long time to get valet parking. Once I got inside to get the room they told me they didnt have the upgraded room that I booked. They said it is first come first serve. That is ridiculous they should know how many they have and how many are booking. They gave me a normal room. Tried to contact them 2 times for refund for the difference of the rooms. I still havent heard back.
- 4/5
It was good very helpful in all aspects still waiting for my deposit but overall wonderful
- 5/5
Great stay was comfy. Well, put together room.

The doors are heavy metal and slam loudly. Very disturbing after 10 pm.
- 5/5
I liked everything. Staff very friendly, room very clean and comfortable. I enjoyed my stay.
- 5/5
Great place to stay downtown. The room was quiet, and the lobby area was fabulous. Bar and pool table, mid century furnishings. Really hip place. Would recommend. Only issue was valet and it was 56$ for one night.
- 5/5
Very clean and courteous

It was alright. No ac , the water comming out of the faucet smelled like sweage. I only had one towel.
- 5/5
There was an issue with my door. It was able to just be pushed open. The door looked like someone broke in before. I called downstairs and they fixed it. But it was a bit scary for me.
- 5/5
Can’t remember the lady’s name at the front, but I’d booked through Expedia. She was able to assist me and help me get the room in a nice fashion so extra bonus points to her.
- 5/5
Great customer service, Great location
- 5/5
Bernadette said something really sweet at check in and created a welcoming atmosphere once we got here, visiting from another town. She kept a fun disposition about her and made it fun to stay here, joking the rest of her shift when she saw us.
- 4/5
Everything was to my liking.
- 5/5
Always love the Aloft. It’s a great hotel and close to everything and convenient.
- 5/5
There could be better parking but I was happy overall
- 4/5
Nice place to stay…
- 4/5
Didn’t like that they don’t have parking , and charges 59 for valet
- 5/5
The proximity to the convention was very attractive and the cleanliness of the hotel was appealing.
- 4/5
Great bang for your buck! This was a convenient location with a good views- we were even able to watch some of the parade from our room.
- 5/5
Marcus was very nice and made the stay very easy.
- 3.5/5
It was near everything I need to be
- 4/5
Great please to stay. Very clean
- 5/5
I would stay here again.
- 3/5
Luxury in the lobby. Wall paper coming off walls and TP dispenser half broken. Need to find out what the hotel charged an extra $68 for! Expensive parking lots nearby, seems like a scam.
- 5/5
Was only there overnight. Super comfy beds
- 4/5
Awesome location and the room itself has a great design: lots of space for luggage, outlets and lights are equitable no matter which side of the bed you’re on. Nice shades and natural light if you want it. On the con side: several outlets weren’t working and the bathroom door is a slider and due to the wall not being entirely plumb, there were large, open gaps, which is awkward.
- 1/5
Nothing they offered me was what I got. Lots of noise, no breakfast and very far from the ball arena when it said 10 minutes.
- 5/5
It was a great place to stay. Solid location near 16th street and the Buell theater. I was very happy with my stay.
- 5/5
Customer service all the way around was very very good everyone was very personable the hotel was clean and will set up for your needs only disappointment was that there was no food at night the last two nights which is tough when you want to just stay within the hotel
- 4/5
Didn’t like how bathroom light disturbs sleeping area, bathroom door does not close all the way
- 3/5
Everything at this property was great except for one thing. I could not get connected to the internet for the first 24 hrs. Staff tried to help but could not. I had two laptops with me and neither could connect. I was there for work so this was a very big deal. Having problems connecting to the hotel internet is so 2000s. Who has that kind of issue anymore? Once that was fixed, the stay was great.
- 5/5
Aloft is amazing as usual! Highly recommend staying here.
- 5/5
Great hotel and staff!
- 5/5
Marcos, desk clerk, was awesome to work with. Very patient and helpful. Turned us on to some wonderful restaurants and sight seeing areas. Rooms were clean and enjoyable. Thank you for a wonderful experience!
- 3/5
Pros: the staff here deserve more than 5 stars as everyone from the front desk, to the bar manager, to the valet service were kind, welcoming, helpful, and wonderful. The area is decent and walkable. The lobby bar was beautiful and fun. The room was as expected/typical for Aloft properties and fine for 2 people for a few days. Cons: Valet is expensive and your car will most likely be moved off site, which means someone else will be driving your car around the streets of Denver in a very busy area. There was a lot of dust on the tops of our bed lamps and we saw one roach.
- 5/5
Excellent staff. Traffic noise was a bit heavy. Do not recommend a corner room
- 5/5
Clean place to stay

This hotel is a bit of a dichotomy. The employees here were great. Friendly, efficient, only kudos. The building, however, has serious issues. We had a room on the top floor, and all night long we could hear traffic noise, pedicab stereos, even drunks yelling. The windows have zero sound insulation. And the elevators are slow as sh*t. Seriously. The stairs would be faster, but you can only take the stairs if there is a fire. Oh, and the fire alarm went off on the morning we were checking out. Seriously, employees here, 5 stars. They are paying the price for corporate greed that cut corners during construction. I will never stay at an Aloft brand again.

Great location downtown, non-existent green space for pets, friendland attentive front office staff, poor service at bar, and quality amenities!
- 5/5
Staff were super friendly and love having the water station.

The check in staff was so so so friendly and nice. Very convenient location. It was a great stay
- 5/5
Nice property and clean, updated room. Everyone we encountered was very friendly and helpful. We stayed here for a Denver Nuggets game and was easily walkable to Ball Arena as well as plenty of bars and restaurants.
- 5/5
Really great stay, staff was nice, room was clean and had a perfect spot in downtown Denver!

Great staff!! They were friendly and helpful!!

the waiter could not help me regarding breakfast and regarding my registration through flying blue which is linked to marriott
- 5/5
Awesome staff!!! Clean room
- 5/5
Amazing and friendly staff who all went above and beyond. The best sleep ive ever gotten, the beds were so comfty! The parking lot however is a little gard to manuever, but there are a few more open lots across the street. Great location in the heart of downtown
- 5/5
Great stay with family, parking lots are available cheaper close to hotel than the valet parking!! Will be back again!
- 5/5
Very happy. So much better than le meredian next door !!
- 5/5
Great place to stay and very affordable. Great location downtown.
- 5/5
no issues
- 5/5
Amazing! Very clean, outstanding and professional staff, accommodating my entire family. Will come back again! Highly recommended
- 3/5
Decent property. Great breakfast.
- 4/5
Room was simple but clean. There was an issue with the door to the bathroom and the front desk had it taken care of immediately. Overall great stay. We didn’t have a car to park but noticed there are many lots surrounding the hotel that seemed much cheaper than the hotel’s daily parking rate.
- 5/5
Great spot. Right in the middle of everything. 16th st just on the next coner. And plenty to do within walking distance.
- 5/5
Definitely enjoyed my stay. The staff was incredible and everyone was very friendly.
- 2/5
The hotel room itself: bathroom was dirty, door to bathroom didn’t close, my window outside looked directly into other hotel rooms AND I could see what people were doing. (Maybe tint these windows!)
- 5/5
The staff was amazing. They were friendly and answered all our questions. Our valet guy was the best!
- 1/5
Would NOT HONOR THE RESERVATION!
- 1/5
DO NOT STAY HERE. They turned this place into a homeless shelter.
- 5/5
Clean and nice. The room is clean. Comfortable bed.
- 5/5
I took my dog with me and I felt like my dog was very welcome in the hotel
- 4/5
The hallway’s interior finish is too dark for my taste. The TV is mounted too high, glare from the room lighting was noticeable across the top of the screen. The TV remote’s button took multiple presses to get TV too respond. Got a little tedious.
- 1/5
Liked that it was in the middle of downtown- easy to walk to everything
- 4/5
Good location. Easy access to all that is downtown Denver.
- 5/5
Great staff and great location.
- 4/5
STaff was amazing !!!
- 2/5
The walls are extremely thin, and sound traveled between rooms too easily
- 5/5
Parking and checking in was quick. Valet, reception, and bar personnel were helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean. Conveniently located in downtown near shops and restaurants.
- 5/5
Entire staff from the check-in to check-out was very friendly and accommodating. Great location, friendly staff, nice rooms and a relaxing lobby and bar area. Great stay!
- 5/5
Everything is well-thought out - the things you don't need in regular hotels are absent (e.g. a microwave in every room), but other amenities hotels normally don't have create a communal atmosphere (the lobby/bar area and pool table). I also really like the position of the bed across the window, which gives your whole room a great view.
- 2/5
Water just ran down the slanted tile and the whole bathroom floor got soaked every time. We had to mop floor after showers with our towels. No HOOKS anywhere. Couldn’t even hang a wet towel. Aloft I think you think your hip and cool but hip and cool people need better accommodations. Very disappointing hotel.
- 3/5
On the first night, there was a fire alarm that caused a full evacuation at midnight. There isn't much to do around the hotel itself, but is a quick 5-minute walk away from 16th street where there is plenty of shopping and restaurants. The biggest downfall...$44 overnight parking. All of the parking lots around the hotel are cheaper, but you must re-feed the meter every 12-hours...so not an ideal situation during a huge snow and ice storm. Food options in the hotel are very expensive, and there isn't a free breakfast option (there is free coffee and complimentary cookies). Room had dirty carpet and the tile in the shower needed a deep cleaning.
