Reviews
The Hyatt Regency Denver is praised for its excellent location, friendly and helpful staff, and clean facilities. However, some guests express dissatisfaction with the high cost of parking and the quality of the rooms, which some describe as dated and not up to par with the hotel's 4-star rating.

We have an autistic son, and normally we book hotels with pools since that helps him relax. My son “stims” which helps him regulate and one of the ladies at the Spa came out to let us know to keep the noises down (unfortunately his sounds we need to allow him to regulate). By that time we felt uncomfortable. We apologies to the lady and both times she just kept looking at her phone without acknowledging us. The hotel is beautiful, but staff was rude. I felt very uncomfortable walking out that spa/fitness/pool area. I think it would be great to have a different exit from the pool that doesnt require going thru the spa and gyn to avoid this kind of issues that we experience.

Wonderful!
- 5/5
We had the perfect stay thanks to the staff and services. Roger at check-in was delightful as well as helpful and we were soon in our 'room with a view' on the 8th floor. Valet parking was easy, always quick, and the personnel were very courteous. Cocktails in the Peaks Lounge is an experience not to be missed, as we enjoyed a Denver skyline view while sipping curated cocktails. Best of all were the facials we received from Madena and a massage from Julia at Spa Juniper in the hotel. Excellent stay. Can't wait to repeat the experience.

What stood out most was her consistency. In a fast paced, high volume environment, Alyssa never missed a beat. She communicated clearly, followed through exactly as promised, and made complex logistics feel effortless. That level of reliability does not happen by accident. It speaks to strong leadership, excellent training, and a management team that clearly empowers their people to take ownership and make smart decisions. Alyssa carries herself like a leader. She anticipates needs before they surface, problem solves with confidence, and maintains a warm, professional presence even when the pace is demanding. You can tell she takes her responsibility seriously and understands how her role impacts the overall guest experience. That awareness and accountability reflect extremely well on her management and the culture they have built. This is the kind of employee every organization hopes to retain and grow. Alyssa does not just meet expectations, she elevates them. Her performance feels promotion worthy, not because she asks for recognition, but because her work naturally earns it. Hyatt is fortunate to have her,

Beautiful hotel in great downtown Denver location. Welcoming staff. Comfortable room with beautiful city view.
- 5/5
Room was spotless and shower was great
- 4/5
Difficult to understand, talked extremely fast and had heavy accent. Did not offer a printed receipt or good explanation as to what the valet and non valet services cost.
- 4/5
The amenity is awesome. But management please take a look at your bartenders, not professional and entertaining at all. Where did you find those people? Do some proper screening before on board them....
- 5/5
Beautiful hotel! Great staff! Our rooms were newly renovated and the hotel was immaculate. We had rooms on the 26th, 29th and 32nd floors and all had amazing views. The hotel was also just across the street from the Convention Center where we had an event to attend. It was perfect.
- 4/5
The room and amenities were great. But our room was never cleaned- and the desk did nothing about our concern.
- 5/5
Great location, very clear, nice views, good breakfast, easy to park next street.
- 5/5

- 5/5
Amazing property in all ways.

- 5/5
We love staying there! Staff is friendly, rooms are clean. We stay there almost every time. Close to good restaurants.
- 5/5
Staff, amenities and ambiance were amazing. Room was clean and had beautiful views.
- 5/5
Check-in was fast and efficient. The room was recently remodeled and was beautiful. We re-visited the Peaks 27th Floor Lounge, which we had a "not pleasant" visit some months ago. However, this visit was great. Service and drinks were excellent.
- 5/5
Great place and location
- 5/5
We were in a newly remodeled room. It was cute, with comfortable beds and a nice Mountain View. Friendly staff and lots of good amenities. We parked nearby at SP+ Parking (15th and Tremont) for $7 instead of the $55 at the hotel.
- 5/5
Not much to complain about
- 5/5
Nice property and amenities, the staff were great. Thanks to Maya and Dmitri . But the buffet breakfast is monotonous. I was there for 7 days, and it was always same.
- 5/5
Amazing hotel experience. Attentive staff- shout out to Patrick especially. I had a snafu with receiving an Amazon delivery, and wasn’t pleased. The staff were both empathetic and took steps to prevent it from happening again. The room, 24-hour gym/outdoor track/pool were so welcome! Would definitely recommend!
- 5/5
Convenient. Great breakfast
- 5/5
Nice late night market and bar offerings
- 4/5
The hotel was next to convention center and good restaurants
- 5/5
The pillows had a old smell to them
- 4/5
Heck in could have been more prompt
- 4/5
Polite staff. Clean common areas. Clean rooms, as well. Very clean gym. Somewhat sketchy surrounding area. Limited (albeit sufficient) dining resources.
- 5/5
Beautiful hotel with super helpful staff Mike on the night shift mostly took care of us but he did a fantastic job and was always so pleasant
- 5/5
Beautiful renovated rooms, excellent check in experience. This hotel is conveniently located and close to everything
- 4/5
It's a great place to stay if you are going to the convention center. The hotel is nice and the breakfast buffet is highly recommended. The only down fall was the back elevators. I was on floor 33 and my card would not work consistently. One time I was stuck in the elevator by myself. After trying my card for several minutes, it finally scanned. It was scary. I did not ride the elevator alone after that.
- 5/5
Excellent hotel in downtown Denver. Very convenient for a quick business trip. Will definitely stay there again.
- 5/5
The hotel is centrally located. Not too far from all Denver’s main attractions. The staff were very polite and helpful. The bartenders were great! The hotel was nice. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well appointed with all the necessary amenities. Was a great stay. Would definitely recommend staying here when visiting Denver!
- 5/5

The location of the hotel is centrally located close to restaurants and shops. House keeping was available at all times. The front desk was friendly and helpful as well.
- 5/5
We love staying at Hyatt Regency Denver at Colorado Convention Center! It's close to everything & has lots of amenities!
- 3/5
Our ac did not work and we were very hot all night
- 5/5
Overall, the room and location were great, and I enjoyed my stay. However, at checkout I was initially charged for breakfast despite it being included in my package, and there was also an unexplained pending charge on my card. While these issues were frustrating, I appreciate that after I submitted my online feedback, the hotel followed up promptly by email to check in with me and investigate the situation. That level of responsiveness is worth noting, even though the initial checkout experience could have been better.
- 5/5
Convenient
- 4/5
Nice hotel, my problem is with the bell hop who was very aggressive yanking the luggage from my vehicle when i asked him not to. In fact, he was so rude and aggressive, it almost caused a hugh scene. Never have i experienced this type of behavior at a supposed fine hotel.
- 5/5
Fun Spa and Hot tub, Pool and workout room!!
- 5/5
Very good staff catered to our needs for everything we needed.
- 5/5
The walkable mall area is very close!! Hotel is nice and bed was comfortable. Being able to cast phone to TV was a bonus

Great location near the convention centre. Staff friendly and very helpful.
- 5/5
I arrived at 1am and the lobby was buzzing with life.
- 4/5
Just an okay room. For the price I had higher expectations.
- 5/5
Centrally located downtown. Safe area. Always a place to get a drink or food. Great health spa.
- 5/5
In town for an organizing summit. Room was excellent. Staff, very friendly. Plenty of eating options. The “store” within the property was a bit pricy for my taste but did not take away from the overall experience.
- 5/5
Beautiful facilities Perfect location
- 5/5
Everything was very nice. Great location. The only complaint I have is the Hotel parking is too expensive. $55/day. It should be discounted for hotel guests.
- 4.5/5
The location, views of Denver and the mountains, and breakfast buffet were excellent. The shower in one room did not work - handle was broken.
- 5/5
Awesome
- 5/5
However, on the day of my checkout, I had a disappointing experience at the Starbucks café located inside the hotel. I ordered an iced latte before heading to the airport, but was given a hot one instead. When I politely mentioned that I had ordered it iced, the barista responded with a noticeably rude tone and expression, then placed the cup down in an almost aggressive manner. When she brought the corrected drink, I said “thank you,” but she ignored me and responded with an unpleasant attitude. Immediately afterward, she turned away, humming a tune while sipping on what appeared to be her own drink. While this may seem like a small matter, it was a surprising and unsettling experience, especially since I’ve never encountered such poor customer service before. It left me feeling disappointed and, unfortunately, started the final day of an otherwise wonderful trip on a sour note. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as the rest of the stay was truly enjoyable.
- 1.5/5
The property itself was what you can ask for located in a wonderful spot and it was a beautiful hotel I was attacked in the swimming pool area, which they have no cameras. They’re the only place in the hotel that they don’t have. Which I get it for personal/private reasons however they have a hot tub outside, which is where I fell and was hit repeatedly. The staff was amazing. However, it was just an unfortunate place to stay and it turned out to be one of their employees. Or at least the people that were staying in the room got an employee 50% off.
- 1/5
Over roll my experiences was bad 👎 😌
- 5/5
There were no bathribes in our room. Also the shower was not as clean as it could have been.
- 3.5/5
Pool and hot tub great Breakfast excellent Quoted by booking.com 556.76+ dinner @ 67.24 billed by Hyatt 694.52
- 5/5
Very close to convention center. Staff was nice and hotel was clean.
- 5/5
Things are great but it would be better the conditioner could do something with humidity control.
- 5/5
We checked in at about midnight and Joyce was at the check in desk. Joyce went above and beyond to make sure everything was in order for my arrival. I truly appreciate her one of a kind and exceptionally great service! I really appreciated how professional and courteous she was during the check-in process it felt as if I was being welcomed into her home. —it made my stay start off on a great note. We visit Denver often and because of Joyce and the other various staff members, we finally have a favorite place to stay.
- 5/5
I love the hotel
- 5/5
We really enjoyed our stay. The property was beautiful and very comfortable.
- 5/5
During our trip we stayed at multiple hotels but I was the most impressed with the staff here. Everyone was kind, quick and extremely helpful. The valet even escorted me to the front desk after entering the wrong door. Thank you for such attentiveness and friendly smiles!
- 5/5
It's a lovely place. Clean and quiet. The beds aren't the most comfortable beds. I didn't get much sleep due to the beds. We loved the pool and hot tub. The parking is outrageous $55 to park there. So if you are on a budget, it's not budget friendly by any means. We splurged and ordered room service and it came in to go plastic boxes with plastic silverware. Definitely wouldn't splurge on the room service if you are looking to be pampered.
- 5/5
Everywhere around the hotel was clean and well kept.
- 5/5
Mega expensive parking
- 5/5
Great Hotel.
- 5/5
.
- 5/5
👌
- 1/5
The shower scolded me and hurt me because they did not have any cold water. They only have boiling hot water in the shower and when we brought it to their attention, their solution was to pay for our valet parking. That is insane. I have third-degree burns on my scalp.
- 5/5
Nice Place, would definitely stay there again.
- 5/5
This place was amazing and very clean. It was very close to many attractions I visited during my trip to Denver. I would definitely come back and recommend
- 4/5
Valentines couple get away. They have nicely renovated the Hyatt near the convention center. The concierge, Roger, was very friendly and generous by giving us two free drinks at the top of the hotel lounge and dessert coupons at the restaurant we were planning to have dinner at. It was not overly busy which we appreciated. Fun couples getaway downtown!
- 4/5
Size of rooms, restrooms and cashless pay. Cost of parking.
- 1/5
This place is more than 300 dollars a night, they will charge you a fee on top of your night room of 75 dollars and they will charge you more 55 dollars of parking, it’s not worth stay here for this price has better places for much cheaper
- 3/5
They only let you use streaming apps off of their chrome cast which is a pain to set up and use, parking is extremely expensive starting at 65$ overnight. Everything else was great
- 4/5
Single night stay. Hotel staff were great from the valets to front desk to restaurants. Would most definitely stay here again.
- 3/5
So I must say the people that work there from the valet to the bell service to the people at front were all kind. The building in the main lobby is stunning but as soon as you go to the room it’s disappoint. An average room that is outdated. The walls in the shower were stains with signs of mold. For the price there’s better options around that area and we will not be coming back to this location.
- 5/5
Our flight arrived at 7am. Checked in online and they were fortunately able to have our room ready upon arrival. Hotel is right in the thick of it all and was modern and clean. Service was very friendly and efficient. Zero complaints. Wonderful stay.
- 5/5
An amazing hotel to stay very very nice. I loved my stay here.
- 5/5
We booked an upper floor and the view o Denver was great. Also the Craft Kitchen and Tap restaurant had outstanding food. We booked our stay to attend a trade show at the Denver Convention Center and it was just across the street! All in all a very good stay.
- 5/5
The out side and the lobby is beautiful. The restaurant ate great, however the hotel room could do a minor upgrade.
- 4/5
Was very nice and convinient.
- 5/5
Great hotel
- 5/5
My only complaint was valet, all competitions seemed to finish at the same time so getting the car back was chaotic. There was no order so we waited and they forgot to bring our car and lost our ticket, all other parties were gone and we were left standing there for over 30 minutes.
- 4/5
Hotel downstairs and entry way including the cafes and restaurants are great. Room is bare bones for what you pay. Decent bed.
- 4/5
For how much the room cost, there should have been more amenities such as ACTUAL breakfast room service. Also, the shower faucet was loose and moving all around. The walls of the shower look like they have never been cleaned. There was a spot on the wall that was lord only knows what. I just expected more out of this place for the price we paid. The staff was amazing though.
- 5/5
Excellent hotel
- 4/5
The sheets were like paper, very rough and loud. The prices for my stay were excessive just because there was a volleyball tournament in town. Because I've stayed here before and didn't have to pay those prices!
- 4/5
Really nice lobby. Clean rooms. Good amenities. Wish parking was free, but with the location, the price was mostly justified.
- 1/5
We had to cancel the day before arrival due to the norovirus that hit 3 people in our party. No refund.
- 5/5
Always nice to stay here. $65 valet parking is ridiculous though
- 5/5
Our stay started in the very early hours of the morning and we requested extra towels right away, they were brought to our room within 10 minutes. The bathroom was large a spacious enough room for all of us to get ready. The main room has plenty of room for a family of four but with only one king size bed that left our teenage boy solo on a chair and ottoman, we made it work but a smaller sofa or lounge chair would have been a much cozier option, plus it would have given the kids somewhere to sit and look out the window since we were snowed in. Great Hotel, very pleasant staff.
- 5/5
Great hotel super friendly staff. Really enjoyed it!
- 4/5
Nice a n d comfy
- 5/5
What a special staycation! Super friendly, helpful and professional staff. Awesome heated pool and hot tub, beautiful breakfast buffet. Peaks Lounge gorgeous and cozy. All together great stay!
- 5/5
Every thing was wonderful
- 4/5
We love the comfort of the room and when we stay here it seems like we always get the best sleep/rest ever. The beds and pillows just seem amazing. I do have one big complaint about the stay that may stop us from making this our usual downtown hotel to stay at. The cost for the parking is ridiculous. We were charged $65 per night just to park in the hotel parking lot. That is horrible and will make us re-think staying there again. This is a bummer because we like to stay here and we have stayed quite often, but with the ridiculous amount that we have to pay to park we will probably not stay again for quite a while. Love the location, the rooms, the atmosphere, and the beds, but the parking situation is just too much.
- 5/5
The view from our room was beautiful
- 4/5
Great attentive staff upon check in. We were there over new years and they implemented a “must have stamp” to get in. This created complete chaos. If you didn’t have a stamp, which we didn’t cause we were unaware we needed one, you had to have your ID’s checked by a staff member. I would have been fine with this except for the fact that there were hundreds of guests trying to get to their rooms and they had ONE employee checking a PAPER log !! If they want to continue this they need computers and more staff.
- 5/5
Amazing! I love sraying at the Hyatt.
- 4/5
Nice hotel and the lobby was nice, rooms are very standard. They also charged me incorrectly for the incidental fees per night and never credited me back
- 5/5

- 5/5
Amazing property as always, only caveat are the sheets! They are so loud when trying to sleep. Other than that we enjoyed our stay here and always do.

The EV charging stations are simply 110v outlets. The output is 1kwh. It doesn’t help at all. The pool was under construction. They offered to go to the nearby facility which was four blocks away. Not much to see or do around the hotel.

- 5/5
Parking was convenient. I will definitely stay here again.

stayed here for new years, had to wait 45 minutes in the lobby before they let us go up to our hotel room
- 5/5
This place is awesome 👍😎
- 5/5
A relaxing holiday getaway for my wife and I. Room had a fantastic view of the Rocky mountains and downtown Denver. Right off the 16th Street Mall, shops and boutiques were within walking distance
- 5/5
Fantastic hotel and service!
- 5/5
Excellent location
- 5/5
It was a short but very comfortable and relaxing stay, the inhouse restaurants and bars were quite enjoyable. We may visit again in July.
- 5/5
The hotel was cleaned, customer service great.
- 5/5
Very clean room and hotel. Super fast elevators as we stayed on the 33rd floor. Only 4 blocks from the Denver Christkindl Market.
