There was a water main break so we were without water for an entire day. I received no notification of the issue or any status updates while it was being fixed. All that was offered was a case of water left in the hallway so if you happened to see it you could grab a bottle or two before the case was gone, but it was not enough to shower or flush a toilet. Even after water was back on, I had no hot water for the remainder of my stay. They did offer an extended happy hour and some chili to guests. While I realize the water main break was not the fault of the hotel and their staff, their response to it and to the needs of the guests was not good. I was told I could get rewards points, but I'm not a Hilton rewards member. I was not offered any reimbursement because I booked through expedia (not sure why that's a factor!), and that I could go to the hotel next door to use their gym shower and bathroom if I needed to. NOT GOOD customer service in an emergency!

Great stay and great experience!

Loved the room, great location for work or leisure. Loves the ease with which to move around the hotel. The facilities were to a good standard, but the kids love the pool so don't expect a work out. Staff were nice the room was clean. Definitely a great work location and close to the conference center. The hotel manager drinks were a nice touch at 1700. We had issues operating the room temperature control. The breakfast seemed to have too many people. I would choose the self park option for your car to make the most out of the parking for cost. But it's is better than some carparking options than other hotels. The mountain view was a bit squed on our side of the building. If you can get a west facing room.

I didn't like they charge $65.00 a night for parking and don't tell you. they just offer the valet and $65.00 for every night was charged to my card without my knowledge. parking way to expensive for guest already paying for a room.

Great breakfast with amazing bespoke omelet station
- 5/5
The room was terrific but the entire staff is what made the trip unforgettable. They were so helpful, friendly, nice, and accommodating. Bryan, the manager was amazing. Melissa, and Joanna (bartenders) were also fantastic. Teresa at the front desk was so much help and so kind. Breakfast was delicious as well. We will definitely stay here anytime we come to Denver. We wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Thank you all so much for a very pleasant experience!

The staff were exceptional and truly made me feel pampered throughout my stay. I was especially touched by the effort the hotel made to celebrate my birthday and make the occasion feel special. The room and facilities were of a very high standard, and everything was spotless, comfortable, and well maintained. I would suggest a bit more flexibility with the happy hour schedule, perhaps offering it later in the evening. I would also appreciate a wider selection of sweet breakfast items, as the current options felt somewhat limited.

The gym was out of water most days; the pool heater was broken and the gym bathroom's faucet didn't work for two days. The shower faucet in our room was in bad shape and came undone, landing on my foot. The ice machine on the closest floor was broken. Lines for breakfast on the weekends were unmanageable with little organization and signs.
- 5/5
Very nice and affordable. Free breakfast in the morning and free drinks at night. Loved our stay there!

Breakfast was amazing, the rates of the room were incomparable to others! It was just right for our family and we will most definitely be back!

Didn’t love the idea of having to get in a long line for breakfast other than that the stay was wonderful

Beautiful suite, comfortable bed. Breakfast was most enjoyable and employees always helpful and friendly.

- 4/5
Overall, a solid stay in a convenient location. Staff was helpful and cordial, that said, items during the evening reception were not always restocked in a timely manner. The breakfast, as typical of Embassy Suites in general, was a standout with plenty of variety, No issues with wifi, and it worked well. The water did take quite a while to heat up, nearly 5-10 minutes of runnng it constantly before it warmed up - other than this minor inconvenience, it was a typical stay at an Embassy Suites, and certainly one of the nicer ones.
- 5/5
Welcome arrival snacks and drinks were a lovely touch after a long day travelling- Staff superb, and rooms were spacious and bed so comfortable Everything was perfect.

- 5/5
Wonderful hotel! Rooms were clean and staff were lovely!
- 1/5
Before I start this review, I want to say the front desk staff were amazing and very understanding. Now, the property is old, and pretty run down. To park you will have to pay $70 dollars for valet or pay for street parking. Our room specifically was filthy we had a dirty ottoman, stains everywhere and the bathroom is comparable to a motel 6. If you are sensitive to dust do not stay here I had trouble and the dust mites were itchy!! The breakfast was actually really good my kids enjoyed it. The pool area is small and the water was dark, and the chlorine was strong my kids eyes burned after swimming. After multiple complaints it was best we checked out. They refunded us and apologized, even before that they offered to change our rooms, and even brought up fresh pillows. By that time I had lost all hope and chose to find somewhere else to stay. They are in need of a huge renovation. Lastly, garbages by the elevator are disgusting as guest put dirty diapers in them while we were there which ment every time we went down or came up that’s all we smelt.
- 5/5
Love the complementary breakfast! Staff was amazing. Nice rooms. Recommend!!
- 4/5
Breakfast was amazing along with the size of the room and the bed! I was disappointed that there was no option of scent free/hypoallergenic soap or body wash and I had to go to Walgreens to buy some. On our 4 not ght stay had to twice request more coffee, creamer, and cups as they were not being replaced daily. Overall good experience though.
- 5/5
Very convenient location, spacious uncomfortable rooms. Everything you could want in one place.
- 4/5
The only drawback was the condition of the carpet above the community area and the maintenance of the faucets in the bathroom. Others reviews mentioned it. All that said we would stay there again because everything else was wonderful.
- 4/5
Overall the stay was very good - I have only a few minor negative comments: 1) the room I stayed in had a slight musty smell that I got over within 30 seconds of being in the room, 2) the AC blew constantly (and right onto the bed) despite setting the temperature somewhat higher. It kept the room ~5 degrees colder than what I wanted, so I just turned it off when it was cold enough for me. 3) The TV was very outdated and unintuitive to navigate, but it worked okay. Otherwise the stay was just fine. Breakfast was good, staff was helpful and accommodating, and the location was good. The bed was comfy and well made each day.
- 5/5
Loved that the 16th street outdoor mall is within a walking distance with soo many shopping and eating options.
- 5/5
Very nice amenities. Friendly staff. Rooms a bit dated.
- 5/5
Staff was wonderful, room was clean, restaurant was delicious. The breakfast was ok and very crowded, but hey it was free. Will definitely stay again if we're ever in the area again.
- 4/5
I think the location was phenomenal as well as the staff and the amenities. I have no complaints other than my granddaughter left her air pods in her room and we called the next day to report the item being lost. The air pods are now moving around Denver being used by someone who cleaned the room and that is a little disappointing but I would stay there again.
- 1/5
The breakfast bar was great and the omelet station is a plus. Staff was great!
- 5/5
Breakfast was awesome!
- 3/5
The breakfast was good with thr exception of the omelet station. One chef could not handle the line in a timely manner. Definitely needed to have another chef present to help move the long line. I had to skip the omelet option as the line didn’t move for over twenty minutes and there was several still in front of me. The rooms were large and had everything needed except the tv’s were old and not a smart tv. I was told when I called the hotel prior to booking that all tv’s had been recently updated, but that was not the case. I did inquire about the tv’s at check out, and the staff said that it had not happened yet and wasn’t sure when it would. We were so glad that we brought an iPad with us. Housekeeping services were excellent. Beds were great and we plan to order the same brand of pillows when we return to our home. The view from the room was great - Mountain View, but very noisy due to traffic/train below room. Was on 12th floor by the exit door/corner of building. As to the hotel restaurant, Elements, all food ordered was great! The gym was adequate. It could use some additional equipment options. We love Embassy Suites and choose this hotel primarily due to location, ease to public bus/train to airport, and free breakfast (cook to order). Overall would give it an 8/10.
- 5/5
Breakfast and the Manager's Reception were nice.
- 5/5

- 5/5
Great hotel. Great locations.
- 5/5
Clean rooms, great breakfast and friendly staff.
- 5/5
The front desk staff was amazing and confirmed we made an excellent choice by staying at Embassy Suites. The parking valets were also a pleasure to deal with. Although we are in Denver frequently and have historically stayed at another downtown hotel, I expect we will move Embassy Suites to the top of our list now.
- 5/5
EVERYTHING WAS GREAT.
- 5/5
Great location, huge room. Excellent includes breakfast
- 3/5
The room was really quiet even by the elevator because of the extra door for the sleeping area in the suite. The breakfast was really good, a nice buffet choice plus the chef omelet station. HOWEVER, the only parking is SEVENTY DOLLARS a night, so we chose to park elsewhere. They only have SIX luggage carts for the entire property, and don't have bellboys to ensure they get returned, so had to lug all our stuff up by hand. If you want to enjoy the free drink happy hour you have to stand in a very long line for the ONE bartender serving for it, so we had to skip that in order to make our other reservation.
- 5/5
Love the service!
- 5/5
Embassy is always my go to anytime I go out of town. I love every property it’s always clean, comfy and cozy.
- 5/5

- 5/5

- 5/5
Breakfast was fresh
- 5/5
Friendly staff. Clean property
- 5/5
The room was a great size for a family of four, and the breakfast was one of the best we've every had at an American hotel. The made-to-order omelette bar was a big bonus to our vegetarian son. Both the kids enjoyed the pool, and the overall quality of the hotel and its location makes this an ideal stay in Denver.
- 5/5
I loved my stay. The hotel is located very close to the 16th Street where you can hop in the free mall travel bus. The breakfast has a wide variety of options, but it would have been more appreciated if it had had vegetables and salads. The evening reception is also delightful - I loved my mocktail and the onion deep with crackers. The room is spacious and offers a great view of the Rockies. I loved the bath products - so nourishing to my skin. The room has a microwave oven and a fridge, which is definitely a plus to have takeaway food in a room. The hotel staff is very accommodating to my requests and needs.
- 4/5
Overall this is our favorite downtown Denver hotel. I was disappointed this time that the one peloton left in the small gym wasn't working. I think it's time for an overhaul of that area. Otherwise everything else was great!
- 5/5
Best hotel breakfast, made to order omelettes
- 4/5
Parking is overpriced
- 1/5
Out of 40 Plus years of traveling this is the worse
- 5/5
The breakfast, cleanliness and location has prompted my decision to stay exclusively when I'm in town.
- 5/5
Everything was great.

- 2/5
Safety apparently not a priority. Talked to management when checking out and aske to be updated on what happened, after a week they had no information.
- 4/5
Great for a family stay.
- 5/5
Wonderful room and excellent, helpful staff!
- 4/5
The room was clean, except that the scent in the room upon arrival was not very pleasant.
- 5/5
Great location and the staff were ready and willing to help out when any issues arose.
- 4/5
Overall, our day was pretty good however they put us on the 17th floor, which was fine but when we got up there, our TV did not work in the room was pretty outdated and not clean very well. They were good about bringing up new laundry and housekeeping. Did a fantastic job. Breakfast was definitely worth it.
- 5/5
The room was in immaculate condition when we walked in. The temperature of the room was very comfortable as soon as we walked in.
- 5/5
The breakfast area wasn’t being used which was strange won’t he good set up in the lobby area. Staff was great & helpful.
- 3/5
Nice amenities however the cable channels are limited and you cant stream. Front desk is nice. Especially Evan. Happy hour is a nice touch.
- 5/5
Hsppy hour
- 5/5
Always a wonderful stay and close to everything downtown! Breakfast is wonderful! Love the guy making the omelets!
- 5/5
Clean, spacious, comfortable room. The staff was great - everyone from check-in, dining and valet was very friendly. Valet is pricey -$60- but there are no self park options for the hotel property. Coffee and refrigerator in room. Breakfast was really good. Large buffet with an additional made to order omelette station. The hotel is downtown and convenient to many restaurants. It's across the street from the convention center and 2 blocks from the Buelle Theater. Excellent stay!
- 5/5
Great stay! Pool is a salt water pool which we found to be pleasant. Great location.
- 4/5
Only complaint was the valet service delay in retrieving my car when I needed to be somewhere used the call ahead 45mins before I went down still waited another 20 mins
- 4/5
Breakfast was freshly made and amazing. Parking felt safe and secure
- 5/5
Everything was perfect. No complaints
- 5/5
We lived the pool nice and warm!
- 3/5
Everything was fine. At 1045a
- 5/5
Staff was amazing. During our stay there was a fire alarm, wherein we had to evacuate. However as my son is in a wheelchair, taking the stairs was not an option. Erika (from housekeeping) made some enquiries and told me that we had nothing to worry about as someone had accidentally tripped the alarm. Her quick action reduced my anxiety.
- 5/5
This was a great hotel! Great location. The staff was great. Huge bonus to have a manager's reception each day, where they put out snacks, and each guest gets two complimentary drinks. The only thing that was a little disappointing was the flow and cleanliness of the breakfast buffet. It was quite dirty, and very hard to get around with a lot of guests in the same area at once.
- 5/5
Best breakfast!!
- 3/5
The valet service had a number to text for them to bring the vehicle around. I received an inappropriate text from the valet number late at night and was never given an answer or reason why that happened. On top of that I paid $70 a night for unprofessional valet service. Every thing else was what we expected. This however, changed how I felt about my stay. Will definitely consider a different hotel or location on our next trip to Denver.
- 5/5
Great rooms! Hotel was clean. Staff was friendly. Easy check-in.
- 5/5
Breakfast was awesome and perfect start to our days while checking out Denver and surrounding areas. Virginia was extremely pleasant and helpful to our family!
- 5/5
I had broken my hand before I arrived and was in a cast. The staff was extremely helpful walking me and my bag to the taxis when I arrived and left for the airport.
- 4/5
Are room was clean when we got there but we do have trouble getting our room cleaned after our 2nd there. We had to ask several time, and when they did come to clean it was done very well. Everything else was great from the service to the staff at breakfast.
- 5/5
Great place to stay! I’ll always stay here when I’m in the Denver area.
- 5/5
Very clean
- 5/5
The Embassy was great, two restaurants on site, walking distance to 16th Street Mall area. Will be staying here when we come back to Denver.
- 5/5
Great location and hotel for a family of 5 during spring break. The hotel was clean, spacious rooms and located in a great spot. The breakfast was delicious & kept stocked at all times. Staff was friendly, Cora made our stay extra special for our birthday girl. Definitely recommend for a family looking for a great hotel.
- 5/5
Great place to stay at
- 5/5
We stayed here as a small stay-cation - we're from Fort Collins & wanted to take my four year old to all the museums & fun things! The hotel was perfect. Very kid friendly, even offered a toy for him at check-in & check-out. The front desk staff were very lovely, Evan & Mel, who assisted us with an early check-in, late check-out & finding my son's beloved Mr. Bunny. They were warm and helpful, which I genuinely appreciate! The valet, Blake, also was very helpful. & one can get all the help they can when traveling solo with a young kid. Aside from the staff, the hotel was excellent! We especially appreciated the pool & breakfast. Thank you to the staff & especially Evan, Mel & Blake!
- 3/5
My comments are picky. The first night we stayed there we ate in the hotel and they trout dinner was bland and uninteresting tasting. The red wine that was served at the 5 o’clock hour was really below par. Since I had never stayed in a Hilton hotel I didn’t know about the process of getting Wi-Fi, which seemed to be not terribly clear. The bottom line was I had to become a member of the Hilton family before I could get any Wi-Fi. It just seems a little cheap to me. All in all it was a fine place but I don’t think I’ll be staying there again.
- 5/5
Great experience! Clean rooms, very friendly staff, great breakfast options, complementary happy hours each evening, and velvet!! Will differently stay again when in downtown!
- 5/5
we love this property, only things is the snack shop is a little pricey with kids. rooms are great, staff is woderful.

- 5/5
Everything! Staff was fantastic!
- 5/5
Very comfortable and clean
- 5/5
The pool is not good for younger kids
- 5/5
In addition to the clean rooms and excellent breakfast, the front desk staff was amazing. They asked about our reason for staying and we explained that we were doing a weekend celebration for our daughter’s 18th birthday and that she would be getting a tattoo the next day. When we got back to our room from dinner there was a personalized card and gift from the staff that made her night. Thank you for making it special!
- 5/5

- 5/5
Clean room, attentive and friendly staff, and a nice lobby restaurant area where we watched football and enjoyed our happy house.
- 3/5
The room itself and the hotel amenities were great, especially when traveling with kids. However, the fire alarm went off at 1am - not the hotel’s fault, but there was zero, and I mean zero, communication from the hotel staff on where to go when we evacuated, or that it was safe to go back in. Eventually the crowd just… went back inside. No announcement, no explanation. Everyone was standing around wondering if it was safe to go back in. We thought that was weird but gave everyone grace since it was the middle of the night. We figured the next day there would be an email or communication of some type - nothing. Nothing was said about it by staff the rest of the trip. Again, no fault to the hotel for the alarm itself, but the way it was handled was seriously disappointing.
- 5/5
Love this hotel!
- 4/5
I think they were understaffed for the high capacity weekend. It was our own fault for not paying attention to the fact that Denver was in a playoff game. Our room was very humid and I could not figure out how to fix it. The beds are very firm but in good repair. If you want an omelette make sure you get up early and have plenty of time to wait in line. Or make sure Super Bowl contention isn't on the books. The resturaunts is decent and incredibly overpriced. Your are definitely paying for location and it is definitely in a great location. Staff was very friendly. There was a fire alarm that went off the first night we were there, right after we had gotten our 3 small kids to sleep, we had to evacuate to the street and then wait to go back up to our rooms and never had any explanation or indication when it was safe to go back inside.
- 5/5
Clean, spacious rooms. Friendly, helpful staff. We loved the happy hour and breakfast! We’ve stayed here before and we’ll be back again.
- 5/5
Elements bad service

Great location. Great staff
- 5/5
Great amenities, loved happy hour and breakfast. Because it wasn’t busy we got an early check-in and late checkout. That was fabulous for our schedule.
- 5/5
Our stay was amazing. We were there from Friday until Monday and every morning the breakfast was delicious and well prepared. Our room was amazing. The views were fantastic. The location in downtown was really convenient. I would definitely stay here again
- 4/5
Everything was great, except the pool was small, and the water wasn’t very clean. It also didn’t have a hot tub.
- 3/5
Three functional elevators and only a handful of luggage carts made for over two hour check out. For a hotel that services a major convention center there should be a better system for getting out on busy days.
- 5/5
Place was great. Staff friendly. Very clean
- 5/5
Clean room, friendly staff and great breakfast (especially the omelets). Would recommend this place and it's in a great location in downtown.
- 5/5
Great breakfast. Had a larger than usual room at the end of the hall. Beautiful lobby.

- 5/5
Clean room in a great location downtown. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

- 3/5
The warter pressure was terrible. Also one of the elevators was. It working so it took forever to gwt where you needed to go.
- 4/5
The room was very clean, bed comfortable, and friendly staff. We had an issue with the drain smelling bad in one of our sinks. We thought the smell would dissipate but unfortunately when we got back to the hotel from our event the smell was still there. I did not contact the staff because our stay was very short and I’m sure with as friendly as they were it would have been resolved immediately. So overall great stay. Valet parking was great. Great location, clean comfortable room. I will return.
- 5/5

It’s good

Everyone was great!
- 5/5
We traveled with our 3 kids and 2 small dogs. This hotel was extremely welcoming and accommodating. Our kids loved the pool, lobby, fun games and restaurant. Breakfast was over the top. All food was super fresh and lots of choices. Location was great for exploring Denver! We will come back.
- 5/5
Great room space, amazing happy hour with holiday activities durning Christmas week, and so close to many good spots to eat/drink.
- 5/5
Great experience. Loved the location.
- 4/5
The room was great, and the service was great. The only downfall where the elevators not working.
- 5/5
My family stayed this hotel for Christmas week and I will definitely come back for sure. Super friendly staffs , front desk and photographer, bartender , room service and overall service were awesome !! Spacious and clean room and microwave for my little one's baby food was just perfect ! Complimentary breakfast and drinks, photo with Santa , many events were enjoyable ! I do recommend this hotel !

The only complaint the day before I left, cleaning services did not leave a extra toilet paper or clean towels. Everything else was very good 👍.

We were compensated for a faulty elevator. Great breakfast and a very clean and quiet room. Thank you!
- 5/5
Everyone there was very helpful.
- 5/5
We always stay here when we go to Denver. Rooms are clean, beds so comfortable and staff very friendly. The only bad thing is the cost to have your car stay in garage, $60 is so much.
- 5/5
Excellent stay
- 5/5
The room was clean. Breakfast was wonderful. We also enjoyed the afternoon reception and the friendly staff.
- 5/5
Clean, good location, nice breakfast
- 5/5
Great staff, food, breakfast and HH.
- 5/5
The room was clean and the staff were great. We were there for a broncos game and we had just an easy & comfortable trip. All you can ask for!
- 5/5
Everything was clean
- 5/5

Breakfast was great!

- 5/5
I love the large hotel room suites. They are comfortable and homey. Great breakfast, good service and this location is close to everything in downtown Denver
- 3/5
I felt that the $60 a day parking fee was excessive. The pull out sofa and the TVs need to be updated.
- 5/5
Yes
- 5/5
Every thing was perfect
- 5/5
All was good.
- 5/5
This is a fantastic hotel! Omelets to order with the included breakfast? Are you kidding me? If I had to make a criticism, I would say the gym could be bigger, as it's full with 4 people working out, and at a convention center, that's definitely going to happen. But even that doesn't reduce it from 5 stars, great hotel :-)
- 5/5
Very nice place to stay!
- 5/5
As always, great experience start to finish. Best complimentary breakfast you’ll find plus a nice evening happy hour.
- 3/5
Breakfast disappointed. The eggs and potatoes and pancakes were not hot. Room temperature or a little below. Maybe the fresh omelette was good but the line was long and I was hurried.
- 5/5
Staff courteous. Room clean.
- 3/5
Noisy even know I was in the 10th floor the noise from the lobby area or restaurant was all night. Rooms dirty specialty the bathroom. Rooms need to be upgrade
- 5/5
Excellent
- 5/5
Great chef
- 5/5
Amazing staff! Anything we wanted and needed was brought to our room immediately AND with much respect from the staff! Our first time staying here and we love it and would recommend to family and friends. We loved the large variety of breakfast and the afternoon
- 5/5
It was a wonderful stay - great staff, from valet to housekeeping to food services to hospitality.
- 4/5
Yes yes
- 5/5
Everything was perfect for us
- 5/5
Staff was incredible. They were SO welcoming and kind. We were staying the night for my birthday and the Av's game. Jorden in Elements restaurant at night was on top of our late night meal after the game. Valet was quick and helpful at check in and check out. All in all would definitely stay again.
- 5/5
Great room, complimentary breakfast was excellent, location 10/10. Thank you!
- 5/5
Excellent customer service. Great bar & great location in walking distance of the theater district.
- 4/5
slept in front pull out sofa and heard loud music all night from restaurant area. Spoke to front desk and said music is piped in through speakers and runs 24/7 Asked if could lower it somehow as was up most of night said yes yet next night was same.
- 5/5
Great staff
- 5/5
Everything was great. Really like the breakfast buffet to get the day rolling.
- 5/5
Need more carts for unloading at valet… only seen one at time of check in and checking out. Could have been more helpful when loading everything at once from room to valet instead of making multi trips back to room… Customer Service at the front desk should be more friendly and accommodating and customers should be greeted for there stay…
- 5/5
Room clean the pool was warm for the kids to enjoy. Asked for a late check out and wasn’t given a hard time about it. Very nice and friendly staff
- 5/5
Friendly and polite staff willing to assist with your needs
- 5/5
Nice, clean room, friendly staff. Great breakfast!
- 5/5
It was very clean and nice for our weekend get away.
- 5/5
Good dining options, beautifully designed hotel, spacious & quiet rooms, walking distance from shopping and area restaurants.
- 4/5
Staff were helpful. My room had no hot water and after a very cold Shower, they were able to fix it.
- 5/5
Excellent service and ideal location for the theater.
- 4/5
The breakfast was excellent! The staff was very friendly, and the hotel is conveniently located in the center of the area. The room could've smelled fresher.
- 5/5
Nice room. No hot water for shower though
- 4/5
The hotel is pretty nice and I found price to be fair. Unfortunatly, the A/C in our room didn't work and the bedroom TV didn't work. Considering we arrived late with dinner plans and left the next morning it wan't worth moving. I was surprised when we checked out they simply made note of it. Not sure what I expected, but sort of goes with customer service these days.
- 5/5
Easy, friendly staff
- 5/5
Great hotel and staff for the price.
- 5/5
Great location close to everything! Staff was great especially at check in! Would stay again!
- 5/5
Great hotel, perfect location, great rooms and good selection for breakfast. The only drawback is the price to park is too high!
- 3/5
We made a reservation at this hotel in error. We meant to book at the Embassy suites Hilton, and instead somehow got booked here for one night. No comparison between the two hotels. This hotel was nice but rooms are very small and service slow at the Starbucks and the hotel restaurant. Stay at the Embassy suites if you want a great experience! The prices are about the same and at the embassy suites, you get free breakfast and a free social hour and a suite rather than a tiny room.
- 5/5
I was pleased with the staff at the front desk, in the breakfast buffet and the friendly nature of the greeters on the first floor.
- 4/5
Overall good location
- 5/5
Clean
- 5/5
Walking distance to 16th St., Union Station and all great restaurants! Great hotel with amazing breakfast
- 4/5
Be advised parking here for over night is 60.00. They dont twll you that. We would have stayed somewhere else. You also have to pay if you leave and come back. Its a racket
- 5/5
👍
- 5/5
Everyone was very nice and friendly. It was what I expect from Embassy suites.
- 5/5
Clean rooms and nice staff!
- 5/5
Great location and amenities. We loved our room and the view. The only downside was parking was quite expensive.
- 4/5
Location is great. Very convenient to lots of restaurants and shopping. Both 16th Street and Larimer malls are nearby. Union Station is close as well.
- 5/5
Room was amazing. We really enjoyed the space. The only drawback was the TV setup from 1984. Vintage.
- 5/5
Clean and friendly staff
- 5/5
Overall good experience, no self parking available, only expensive valet option.
- 5/5
Parking is expensive
- 5/5
Great place to stay!
- 5/5
Good room
- 5/5
Very helpful staff, early check-in option was reasonably priced and worked out well for me, I was able to go on a run along Cherry Creek and be back to my room before normal check-in time. This location is quite convenient and the 24/7 valet service was quite useful as well for my early morning flight out of DIA, especially when I had a rental that needed to be returned before arriving at the airport.
- 5/5
I really enjoyed the size of their rooms. We had a suite and all 6 of us fit ( 2 adults, 4 kids). I also really enjoyed their breakfast buffet. The only "complaint" was the pool. It wasn't very clean. Overall, I would stay here again.
- 3/5
This is not the Embassy Suites I remember at all. The TV remote didn't work, street noise is WAY worse than their previous location downtown. The hot water in the morning failed so we took cold showers. I mean, really? And the breakfast buffet (once a hallmark of Embassy Suites) was a shell of what it once was. That's a fair slice of the higher costs for these rooms, and it's just not that great. Oh well...
- 5/5
Staff was super friendly. Rom was very clean.
- 5/5
Had a wonderful stay at this property. The staff was the very best! We had a group of 22 and they did everything possible to make our stay enjoyable!
- 3/5
Nothing special about breakfast but very busy. The staff starts cutting back, remove items and close areas long before the end time.
- 4/5
Elevator problems! Took a very long time to go up or down.
- 4/5
Great location and breakfast. Pool small and crowded.
- 5/5
The area is very safe for walking around at night as well. Would stay here again.
- 5/5
Enjoyed EVERY Embassy Suites Downtown Denver had to offer! I would definitely recommend to others!!!
- 5/5
Very comfortable and clean environment and right in center of downtown.
- 5/5
Great property, rooms were very large and clean, breakfast was fantastic. Would recommend.
- 5/5
Family-friendly property. I had an excellent customers service experience from the manager, front desk and the valet parking personnel. Manager was attentive, very helpful and knowledgeable. Two thumbs up for the crew on Saturday Sept 6th, morning shift
- 5/5
Great food at restaurant and buffet at hotel. Clean rooms.
- 5/5
Lovely stay and friendly staff!
- 4/5
The stay was good. I was a little concerned that the furniture in the rooms was beat up and in need of replacement. There is mold in the grout in both bathrooms in the two rooms we rented. I expect more from Embassy than that but the beds are still the most comfortable of any hotel we stay in
- 5/5
Staff was accommodating and friendly. They went out of their way to be helpful. Room was large and quiet. It was an excellent choice for our family get-together. Very walkable location.
- 3/5
The Hotel and staff were great however the surprise$60 parking fees should fees should be included in the price of the room not arrive at the property and get slapped with the fee
- 5/5
Location location location-went with wife and daughter to catch a game at coors field,15 minute walk to the park(electric scooters available)threw the downtown entertainment/shopping area.Hotel staff were friendly and helpful
- 4/5
I like the big rooms at the embassy along with the breakfasts. They offer a welcoming reception in the evenings. I have stayed at many embassy suits and love the consistency
- 5/5
When we arrived the staff could not find our reservation that we had made through Expedia. Alexis quickly got on the phone with Expedia and worked it all out. It was a great customer service experience and the remainder of our stay was just as good. Thanks!!
- 5/5
Top notch customer service!
- 4/5
.
- 5/5
Great spot for our stay to attend a concert at Ball Arena.
- 5/5
Great room and view, walkable location. Valet was a bit steep, but the free breakfast was the best I've seen and the social drink hour was fantastic.
- 5/5
Rooms were great. Had a fun free HH and breakfast also included was wonderful! Only negative is parking situation- expensive and kinda forced to use valet parking. All the one ways around it made getting to and from challenging- but think that is true to any downtown area. Overall a wonderful property
- 3/5
The microwave was broken and the power was out for four hours
- 5/5
Room was clean, and we enjoyed the happy hour and buffet. Great hotel.
- 4/5
Was safe
- 5/5
Reception desk, dining, parking and cleaning staff members were all exceptional in terms of customer service and friendliness. The rooms and facility as a whole were in excellent condition and comfortable.
- 5/5
Beds are comfortable. Pool is maintained.
- 5/5
This is a great property to stay at Downtown. Close to everything. Great breakfast
- 5/5
This will always be my go to hotel. Absolutely love the convenience here.
- 5/5
Great hotel!
- 2/5
We had a few issues with our room and one of the biggest was finding a sex toy in a drawer that my 5 year old could have found....SO DISGUSTING!! This was the one big tell that they DON'T thoroughly clean their rooms! We also had a crack in our mirror and the bathroom towel rack was broken and kept falling off. On top of that, the second day, our room keys stopped working bc they had our stay wrong after calling and confirming a couple days prior! The staff acted like they didn't care and that it was an inconvenience to extend our stay....as if it was our fault! Thank goodness they didn't just throw our stuff out of our room while we were out for the day exploring the city! The restaurant was overpriced and the waitress was never around to check on us or ask if we needed anything else and it was not busy at all! I'm appalled and will not be coming back...especially for the prices they charge! The only thing I got back was one day of parking! I would have expected so much more given other reviews.
- 5/5
The staff were all wonderful- housekeeping arrange y daughters stuffed animals on her bed, and she was so excited. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast and happy hour were a great value. All in all, the stay was wonderful and I cannot recommend Embassy Suites enough!
- 5/5
Parking is a bit expensive but everything else is amazing!
- 5/5
From check-in to check-out, everything was exceptional. Every staff member was friendly and helpful. The daily reception was a very nice way to get our evening started. Breakfast the next day was absolutely amazing. I do wish more people would give a gratuity for the made-to-order items, but that's just my own pet peeve and not a reflection of the hotel. I look forward to my next stay!
- 5/5
Great food and atmosphere! Great location to everything!
- 5/5
Very clean, great service.
- 4/5
Great breakfast. Gym is nice but needs updated yoga matts
- 3/5
Good experience, great breakfast. Older hotel, TVs are dated (non smart) and furniture was badly damaged. Beds were comfortable and clean.
- 5/5
Atrium area was very cool
- 5/5
First night we were right above the hotel pool, which was loud for those on the pullout. They moved us right away to another floor & even had our extra pillows in the new room. Staff was really great & helpful in all the different areas. Location is just a quick walk or ride to most things. Very good local restaurant next door. My husband can be picky & he said he would stay there again easily.
- 4/5
Great location for the convention center. Good breakfast and evening snacks. Wifi was terrible, even with premium service. I only had one bar. I was also charged for items from the gift shop I never even knew they had.
- 5/5
It was very nice. Staff was great
- 5/5
Nice clean hotel. Service was top tier and all employees were welcoming and great. First experience with valet and it was fantastic. Guys worked fast and hard. Great great experience
- 4/5
Convenient and will be back! Will recommend!
- 4/5
We enjoyed our stay and breakfast was amazing!
- 5/5
Lots of space in the rooms with adjacent living area and pull out couch. The breakfast was complimentary and very good. Only complaint is the $58 fee for valet parking which was not very clear on the booking site.
- 5/5
Great hotel in downtown Denver, and what I expect from the Embassy Suites Brand. The upgraded suites with mountain views are with the cost
- 5/5
Centrally located to lots of restaurants, walking tours, and Coors field. Great room, breakfast, and hosted happy hours. Only neg is the pool is indoors and super chemically.
- 4/5
Cocktail time should be longer.
- 5/5
Very friendly and helpful front desk, extremely clean, daily housekeeping visits, LOTS of towels at the pool, and AMAZING daily complimentary breakfast. My kids and I LOVED staying here
- 4/5
But I wonder how they can be a silver LEED winner when they provide unending plastic bottled water to each guest.
- 5/5
Great location amazing service
- 5/5
Nice amenities, convenient location, spacious rooms, happy hour, great breakfast, and staff is A-1!
- 5/5
Great family friendly hotel
- 5/5
Fantastic place to stay in Downtown Denver.
- 2/5
I had a very bad experience and will never come back again to this Hotel. I asked for a shaving razor and slipper yesterday evening but given to me in the morning, Razor which they gave was sooo bad that it gave me a good deep cut to my face. When I spoke to the manager she said it’s my fault because I don’t know how how to use it, I am 57 years old shaving for more than 30 years, Inspite of apologizing she is defending herself. It’s a hospitality industry and people like her should be in that position who can’t go beyond SOPs and vision is narrow, Nevertheless I said as a good gesture can you extend my stay to 4-5 hours as my flight has delayed but she denied, so end story is if something goes wrong staff will throw mud at you inspite of taking the responsibility in this hotel , It’s not the hotel or brand , it’s the people who makes business good or bad, in this case the staff is terrible. Would not recommend to stay here to old people and families travelling with children.
- 4/5
Great location. Hotel was clean and staff was helpful. Our only complaint was the consistent short supply of washcloths and/or towels. We had three people in the room (stated in the reservation) and were constantly stocked with just two washcloths, prompting a daily call to housekeeping.
- 5/5
My family loved the morning breakfast, by far the best “free” hotel breakfast we’ve had. The rooms are also spacious enough for traveling with kids.
- 5/5
This was a very enjoyable location for a convention we had across the road. Will now be our annual reservation location!
- 5/5
We had an amazing stay. I only didn’t like the pill area. As it felt like we were suffocating due to the high level of chlorine. Otherwise. It was a beautiful stay! I would stay again. Plus the area is pretty easy to get around by foot.
- 5/5
Great friendly staff. Very convenient location and clean spacious rooms.
- 5/5
The hotel was nice, rooms were clean, breakfast was delicious. The oil chemicals were a little too harsh leaving all the kids coughing within 10 minutes of starting to swim and eyes stinging from just entering the room. Other than that the hotel was great.
- 4/5
I wish the evening cocktail hour would have more beverage options like other embassy suites do
- 3/5
The breakfasts is a selling point, but the decoration and amenities inside the unit is average level. No slipper, toothbrush and toothpaste. I didn’t sleep well and had nightmares.
- 5/5
Check in/front desk service was excellent, very pleasant people. Rooms are clean and conveniently sized. Location is perfect. The only surprising unpleasant experience was the managers reception. 2 people are needed to hand out drinks because that lady was obviously overwhelmed and was pretty nasty to the guests. However, I’ve stayed twice at this hotel and will gladly stay again.
- 5/5
Quiet, clean, great service, yummy breakfast.
- 5/5
Clean friendly environment
- 5/5
The hotel was much nicer than expected. The rooms are a little outdated but are much larger than most hotel rooms. We had a separate bedroom and pull-out couch area. And the included breakfast is top notch. They had an omlet station! Our only complaint would be the parking. The hotel only offers Valet. The other options nearby are paid parking.
- 2/5
Bed was good. Nothing else was. It needs upgrades. Like walking back to the 80’s. Poor service, lack of care by employees.
- 3/5
We mistakenly asked for early check in. We were given an accessible room which would’ve been fine if we’d needed those services but instead of a tub, we got a bathroom that was one big shower and not in a good way. Toilet paper holder was installed improperly. Pool was the size of a puddle, super crowded and the last day we were there, we couldn’t even use it because it was being cleaned and the chlorine odor was so strong that the kids started coughing and my eyes burned so badly that I could barely open them. Very disappointed and won’t be booking again.
- 2/5
Not worth the money.Breakfast was thw only good thing
- 4/5
The room was spacious and clean. The only thing that I did not love was that the windows near the door were in front of elevators, and everyone was able to look into my room. These windows had blinds on but they were partially broken.
- 5/5
Lovely hotel with even better staff. They were so kind and helpful. Spotlessly clean rooms and common areas, easy walking distance to anything and everything. We will return!
- 5/5
Great hotel
- 2/5
The Embassy suites down town Denver our room appeared clean. Opened the pull out bed mouse feces.
- 4/5
We were in Denver for a quick family weekend getaway for my son’s birthday. The Embassy is situated right in the heart of Denver and perfect walking distance from everything. We took in lots of local fare and fun activities while enjoying a comforting stay.
- 5/5
Breakfast
- 5/5
Comfortable beds, sizable rooms, great location!
- 4/5
The breakfast was amazing. The rooms were standard. And the service was great.
- 5/5
Great
- 5/5
It was amazing
- 5/5

- 5/5
Everyone and everything was top of the line if I ever visit Denver again this is where I would stay.
