Pillows were bad, thermostat didn’t work.

Staff was unavailable to check me in. I stood in the entry for 10min. Calling the from desk and ringing the call button. Nobody came. So I had to leave and book a room last minute at a different hotel that actually had service staff on the premises. I even notified the hotel via the online platform that I would be a late check in. It was only 11:45pm when I arrived. Not that late.

The staff didn’t seem helpful or understanding when I raised this issue. Instead of checking properly, they just repeated the same explanation about “self-parking fees” listed on the website, which makes no sense if no car was ever parked there. The room was okay, but overall the experience left a bad impression. Being overcharged for something I didn’t use and having to argue about it was frustrating and unfair.

Good size rooms with above average amenities. Free breakfast was very good, especially at this price point. Overall good stay, except for noise coming in from street.

We stayed here on two separate occasions for local events (wedding / charity event). It offers great value with reasonable rates and nice rooms / staff. The Denver Tech location was convenient and safe for us for both events.

My only recommendation is they get flavored creamer with coffee in mornings, and boiled eggs as an option For breakfast. But no big deal. I’m definitely staying here again! Thanks a bunch

The rooms are NOT soundproof. Bed comfort was average. Shameful use of styrofoam plates and plastics.

Pretty dismal experience all around. Took 45 minutes to check in, lots of hair left in bathroom and our TV didn’t work. The breakfast was lacking-it was a busy weekend and they very sparsely refilled the food selections. We tried to eat for 30 minutes and finally gave up, if you weren’t hovering around the food bar it was going to be gone before you could get up and get in line. You also have to pay for parking. Overall we wish we would have selected a different hotel and wouldn’t recommend to others.

The location. Everything was nearby. The room curtains did not block out the sun. So every morning we had the sun shining on our faces before 630am. It was thin, see-through decorating curtains in the middle of the window and then blackout curtains on the side of the window but they were not meant to be closed to cover the window.

I did not make this booking for this day! I have a booking for the next day! I did not make 2 bookings!

We stayed 2 nights. We had no maid service. I don't expect to have my bed made, but when I stay at a hotel I like clean towels every day and expect that supplies ie. coffee pods be resupplied. We paid $12/night for a parking space. "The hotel has no reponsibility for any damage..." So what is the $12 for?

The property was very clean, the beds were super comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. We stayed over the weekend and the property was quiet. Overall a very pleasant experience. I intend to book here again.

Actually, rooms were ready and a second employee asked the manager who gave us a room number. I was also surprised to PAY for parking at a Fairfield Inn. All else was fine: Room was clean. Bed, AC, coffee set up and breakfast were all as expected or better.

Stay was great only downfall was they didn’t clean our rooms, we had to ask for towels. Location is wonderful, close to many locations. There were screw ups with our reservations and we had to go downstairs 4 times to get it fixed. Someone also just walked into our room and front desk blamed us but how can we have given a key to a stranger? Breakfast is great.

When we arrived, 11:30 pm, in and around the trash containers were dozens of rats. Gross.

Stop using staffing due to covid as an excuse for not having regularly cleaned rooms. Even just fresh towels or the bed made. You can’t keep using that as an excuse, it is a bad look.

It was good but didnt like that breakfast ends so early. We got down at 8, amongst other guests, and most of the food was gone. They refilled some of it but not much. The coffee was not good. The parking fee was not known till we arrived and dont understand why there would be one

I formerly lived in DTC for 10 years and regularly stay at hotels in that area when I'm back in town visiting friends/family. This was my first time at the Fairfield, and I was impressed with the modern room decor, how clean and organized the front lobby was, and how personable and friendly the staff were. It was faultless and I really felt treated. Thank you - will stay again!

Good enough

My reservation was cancelled, and I was sent to another hotel. Marriott paid for my stay at another hotel, however, Marriott ended up charging me anyway, so now I have to get my money back for charging me even though they told me they wouldn't, and I didn't stay at that hotel. I was looking forward to staying at the hotel. I only stay at Marriott hotels, and they put me up at a Hilton.

I would have gave 5 stars the the front desk person was not hospitable and refused to do anything about others parking in the lot leaving no spaces for guests. Wouldn’t have been that big of deal if they don’t pre charge you $10 a day to park and there are no spaces to park in.

Good place to stay easy to get to places

Terrible customer service. We live over 6 hours away. Called just over halfway there to inquire about a pack and play. We were told they had overbooked by 3 rooms and would get back to us in 15 minutes. Didn’t hear back from them until we were in their parking lot in which they told us we unfortunately did not have a room. Front desk person was extremely rude and unhelpful. Not willing to let us speak to a manager. When we finally did the manager told us they knew over a week ago they were booked and that this had happened the day before as well. When I asked why they weren’t watching it more closely if it was already an issue all I got was excuses. She said at least they had contacted me to let me know, in which I corrected her and said no I had contacted them and then it took over 3 hours for them to figure out whether or not I had a room. I asked why they weren’t letting people know until 7:30 at night. They did not do anything to help make this right or help get us a room. We were stuck in limbo over 6 hours from home with 2 small children on a holiday weekend.

There was no one at the front desk when we arrived. The AC unit in our room was not working properly. It started out the night chirping and by the morning was making loud rumbling sounds. It made sleep difficult.

the hotel was clean. I didnt eat at the hotel because the conference I was attending was next door and they provided breakfast. Because the conference I was attending was letting out at 1:30 I asked for a late check out of 2pm and they accommodated it and I was thankful. My issue is that as I road to the airport in an Uber that I got an email saying they charged my credit card for 2 nights of self-parking. I did not have a car nor use their parking. I arrived at and left the hotel in an Uber. I call the hotel and they said they were correcting it, but have not yet seen a revision or credit back and will likely have to contest the charge with my credit card.

I tripped on the way out due to entrance . There was a curb. The entrance was not baggage friendly.

The hotel was amazing. I had a queen bed room, the room was super clean and bet was very comfortable. Bathrom had all the toiletres you would need for your stay. The hotel is across the street from a Snoozer so great breakfast spot. I would classify the area round the hotel as more business so there is not much to do around, however the hotel is very close to the rail line so you can be in downtown denver in 20 minutes.

Cleverly designed room was small but had everything that we needed. Streaming was easy on very large TV screen. Only negative was having to wait 15-20 minutes and notifying the receptionist for scrambled eggs.

The only 2 minor complaints would be there was very little conditioner in the bottle in the shower and there was no lotion on the bathroom counter.

Great stay, only problem was we were not informed that the pool was reservation only either at booking or check-in. We were able to make a reservation however for the two nights that we stayed.

You advertise green practice of conserving on towels, etc., but the maids still take the towels even when I put them on the rack to re-use them.

Great location with easy access to I-25 and 225, Belleview, Tech Center. The basic rooms are basic, but just fine for a night's sleep. We were staying the weekend and found the room to be a bit small. There is also no comfortable chair to or sofa to sit on. We upgraded the second night to a suite and were much more comfortable. Staff was great, friendly and professional. The only real complaint that while "surface clean" neither of our rooms was totally clean. The first one had sticky spots on the bathroom floor; 2 bottles of body wash, but no shampoo; and dribbles of coffee and creamer on the coffee basket. The second room had something spilled on the granite ledge in the bathroom (looked like coffee and cream, about the same color as the granite), and hairs in the shower. The second morning the maid banged on the door long before check-out time. Probably our fault for not putting out the "Do Not Disturb" sign - but isn't there a way for the housekeeping staff to know who has checked out? Breakfast was OK, again the area could be cleaner. Very minor items and we would stay there again if we need to be in that part of town.
