Clean and updated rooms. Elevators are older but functional.

The sink in the bathroom had a putrid sewage smell that stunk up the whole room. Every time we left the room and came back the smell would hit us in the face. The a/c was tired and struggled to keep the room cool. The hotel informed us that renovations had been done on the property but not all the a/c units were replace. The hotel didn’t have a pool. AND they charged for parking.
- 4.5/5
They were organized with my check in. No complaints
- 5/5
Overall a great quick over night stay for my husband and I!
- 5/5
We thought there was a pool so we were disappointed when we learned that there is not. Paid parking is a downer. Breakfast buffet was good.
- 3/5
Travelers be warned: The Hilton charges 10 USD/night for overnight parking. This is on top of the room charge. Other hotels, Sheraton, have complimentary parking (no overnight charge).

Gorgeous hotel in a great location. Spring for the king suite. It’s double the size of a regular room and only a few bucks more.

The food and bartender made it nice. Had to ask for a different room because the first one had a bad odor. The staff politely took care of me and the remaining stay was great! Did not understand why you have to pay 25$ for parking...as there was no security or anything though.
- 3/5
There was nothing wrong with the room and or hotel itself. But along with myself and several others we had our vehicles windows broken and stuff stolen. You’d think when paying for parking you would have some sort of security!

Staf, updated room
- 3/5
The room was clean. The staff was courteous. The only issue that I had was that there was minimal hot water. I had you turn off and on the shower water several times in order to get hot water so the majority of the time I had to take a cold shower. I did report this to maintenance. However, it was not resolved by the time I checked out.

Location I was overcharged. I was also charged for breakfast which I did not have. I was told it would be corrected and never was.
- 3.5/5
Breakfast was just average and was informed, after I filled my plate that there was a $10 per person charge for breakfast. No signage or staff there until after I got my plate.
- 5/5
Everything N/A

Be prepared to pay for parking and or breakfast at high end resort prices.
- 4/5
The room was dirty, there were crumbs on the couch. The shower was not fully stocked, the shower cleansing gel was out of stock.
- 2.5/5
The internet was low quality
- 3.5/5
Check in staff was great. No hot water in the morning!!! The only reason for our stay was to shower and go to work, and the no hot water ruined it.
- 1/5
The site i booked the riom from had changed up the time it was late so i paid the bill. But to check in the staff at the dest was stern on i booked it for the wrong day whn i know i didnt because i been through the situation b4 . N ther was a no refund. And i knew tht so thts why i made suure every thing was right. But the rudeness n how late it was i jus left and drove on through the night to the next town. I have a look about me but unless u talk to me you wouldnt know im good person and respectable. I carry my self good. So tht whole situation wasnt good due to the sterness of the staff at the front

No business center computer to print boarding pass.

- 5/5
I had a great stay. Nice, clean, and quiet. I never ate breakfast. Would stay here again. Thanks
- 5/5
Friendly accommodating staff. Nice clean room.
- 4/5
Great stay, newly renovated. Not sure why we have to pay to park when no one is checking the lot. I did not see security driving around in the lot.
- 2/5
No gym Lobby was being prepped for a wedding sales convention Noisy Coffee bad
- 1/5
No pool or gym. False advertisement.
- 4/5
Thank you and looking forward to seeing you again.
- 3/5
We were not made aware of ongoing remodel ahead of our reservation
- 5/5
Clean and friendly staff Was under renovation
- 4/5
The hotel is lovely the staff was lovely the room was lovely but the hotel was under construction they didn't warn us beforehand and it was very noisy and Dusty which is understandable but just wasn't expected
- 4/5
Good but they’re doing renovations and the price to park should be lower in my opinion but I’d definitely stay there again.
- 1/5
The entire experience was horrendous. Ill never usethis app for hotels again
- 3/5
The property was under renovation which was understandable but did not bother to vacuum elevators the whole weekend I was there and had tripping hazards down the hallway to the elevator. Also construction occurred throughout the entire stay and hammering started at 8 am even on the weekends.
- 4/5
Was nice but when I was there they were renovating the lobby.
- 5/5
Everything was fantastic!
- 5/5
Beautiful view
- 2/5
I was supposed to get a king sized bed in the 7th floor but when i got there i got a queen size on the 2nd floor. Then my lady got locked out of the room because her key wouldnt work. This is inconvenient!
- 3/5
The front sliding door wouldn't open ask the way. Check in area under construction. Loud banging, literally right above our bed until at least 530pm when we left. 6:50am heard them again.
- 4/5
It was an ok stay
- 2/5
My wife and I went for a baby moon and left our toddler home so we could enjoy a night out and sleep in. Well, the hotel was under construction which we figured was ok until we heard hammering and sawing at 8am on a Sunday morning. After fighting to go back asleep we decided to go to the buffet, where the sternos had all gone out and the food was cold. The room was nice and clean but the experience was altogether lacking relaxation.
- 2.5/5
The location was great. When booking the location, there was no indication of the facility being under renovation.
- 2/5
The property was under construction, your website didnt say anything about that. They had the water off for 9 hours on Monday, September 28th. They and you claimed that there were signs posted around the property and that I was told this at check in. This is NOT the case.
- 3/5
Dyson files no swimming pool and facility was under construction
- 2/5
Don’t appreciate having to Pay for parking when I’m already paying for the room..
- 5/5
Looking forward to staying again.
- 1/5
Weren’t told at check in (or on website) that construction would be on our floor on Sunday morning. Were woke up by it and was loud enough in our room that we had to just check out and leave. Been with Hilton honors for years, but I’m done with them after this. No reason for construction noise on a Sunday morning before 8am.
- 2/5
Renovations going on that was loud and crew all over hotel. Horrible stay.
- 2/5
I had no idea this property was going through active renovations. Our room just happened to be right underneath construction, hammers and jackhammers coming from all directions, all morning. Pillows and bed were extremely uncomfortable. Really expected something worth the 8/10 rating they have. The TV service was absolute trash and we did not have accessible blackout curtains.
- 1/5
Being remodeled so the place is a mess. Definitely outdated.
- 1/5
I have been trying to get a refund from this property. I did not end up staying here because they did not have running water. I have yet to receive a refund or any contact from the hotel.
- 2/5
06/30/2025 noticed walking in under construction, asked front desk person alright what’s working/ what’s not working. Everything that’s available is operational. 2 days after check in asked where pool was, same girl that checked us in-said I’m sorry pool is not available/ we’re actually getting rid of it. I confronted her as it is advertised indoor pool. NO POOL PEOPLE. Under major construction/ bar , ha, joke, might as well say no bar. Dust everywhere, rugs everywhere to cover removed flooring. Front counter all dusty. At least try. You can dust throughout the day. Lied to me , asked you straight out to be honest, you lied to keep me. Sorry for brutal honesty on review but didn’t try too hard to make trip / stay enjoyable.
- 3/5
The stay was overall okay. There was construction noise right above but stopped at a reasonable time. No safe, the refrigerator didn't work, the window was dirty, paying for parking being a payimg guest is ridiculous, paying so much extra for a view but get barely a view is robbery plis rught above the HVAC. The staff was really nice.

Loved our room and the service provided by staff members. Very clean and safe.
- 3/5
They're remodeling, workers banging on floor in the room above us at 8am
- 3/5
It was ok. There is some construction going on but that is on. Left in the morning to go do a few things then when we came back at around 9am, they had cleaned our room and thrown away our drinks although we had not checked out. That was not good.
- 3/5
Construction was going on banging all over my head I couldn’t sleep and the phone didn’t work and the lights didn’t work
- 3/5
Checkin in and out were good. Bed very confirtable. The darkening drapes did not cover the full height of window so sun came in at 5:30am. Put towels to fill gap.
- 1/5
The swimming pool was not operational. The lobby was being remodeled. I hope i remember to skip this place in the future.
- 3/5
The remote control was not working. We asked the front desk gentleman to please replace. He said he could replace, but not until the next morning as he had no access to the remote. We were only here for one night….
- 4/5
Very clean and convenient.
- 4/5
Everyone was very helpful ... nice rooms
- 5/5
The hotel was very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
- 5/5
Great stay!!
- 5/5
Brisa, Mikyah, Robin and Zeph were all very friendly and kind!!
- 4/5
Very good
- 3.5/5
It was clean, easy to get to. - I had to pay for parking. Booking made it sound like it was included. - The walls were thin and I could hear the neighbors tv and bathroom - Breakfast was an additional cost. - There was no filtered bottle filler available. And a small bottle of water cost $3 I don't like 'hiden' cost and nickel and dime feeling.
- 4/5
I do not like having to pay for parking when there is plenty of it. I feel this is just a way to tack on cost to the stay.
- 4/5
The hotel and room was clean and spacious but thin walls made it pretty noisy. Elevators were slow and the pool did not have water in it so it was closed. Also parking and wifi are not free. The bartender was awesome!
- 5/5
Great location, close to restaurants and highway.
- 5/5
Perfect
- 2/5
The stay was less then idle. We went for the pool but to find out once we were checked in that the pool was not in service. If course i couldn't get a refund or even a breakfast comp. All we got was a sorry. They should've mentioned it on the website that the pool was not on service. My daughter was so disappointed.
- 5/5
Muy limpio y con muchos lugares para comer
- 5/5
it was great
- 4/5
A little outdated but clean and nice staff.
- 3/5
Receptionist told no breakfast included, on weekends restaurants are close only for breakfast, housekeeping never when to my room to cleaned.
- 5/5
Nice hotel. They allowed early check in, but only after they tried to charge me extra money, and I said that I’ll wait for a few hours for the check in time in the lobby.
- 4/5
Hotel is in the DTC area which has places to eat, light rail transportation, and is overall pretty safe.
- 5/5
The hotel is convenient and exceptionally clean. The staff was pleasant and helpful, overall I was very pleased with this Hotel.
- 5/5
The room size is great ! Heater a little not warm up the room
- 4.5/5
The fact that the beds were so small , it was 2 full size beds instead of 2 queen beds
- 2/5
This property charges for parking and I HATE PROPERTIES THAT DO THIS. I WILL NOT USE THIS PROPERTY EVER AGAIN BECAUSE OF THIS ALONE. The shower valve was very confusing and it was difficult to find where the hot part of the valve that turned around more than once. I think the cold/hot water lines in the wall were reversed. The agent at the desk said they'd let maintenance know. I doubt they ever will look into it.
- 2/5
This was the first time we have stayed at a Hilton property and will be our last. We received a message from Hilton, we were told there was a 10.00 per day parking fee, ok, on checking in we’re told it was 14.00 per night. Your breakfast is not included, we knew this up front but were told it was 12.00 per person per day,ok, at the property we were told it was 15.00 per person. The buffet was nothing more than any other hotels free breakfast, I feel the Holiday Inn Express has a better breakfast and the staff is much more friendly and accommodating then we experienced at the Hilton.
- 5/5
Staied 3days and it was good experience
- 5/5
It was amazing. I was able to check in early with no problems. The breakfast buffet was so good too.
- 2/5
Waited 10 minutes for someone to show up at front desk to check in. Coffee lids provided don’t even fit cups. Hair conditioner bottle on wall next to hand soap instead of lotion.
- 4/5
After checking out I got a bill for $4.37. I called the hotel and they said I took a bottle of water from the room. Which I didn’t not. The front desk said they would refund the money, but all I received was a receipt for the charge. Still waiting on the refund. The room was clean minus a giant long strain of hair in the middle of the sheets. The comforter was not comfortable, but rather stiff and scratchy. No blackout shades, so if you are not an early riser, be prepared for the morning sun.
- 3/5
We checked in late as we were only there for a quick night before we left for the airport at 6:00am. The bedding had two stains on the sheets and the towel was dirty.
- 5/5
Breakfast was ok but need alternate milks available Not a huge selection for breakfast but enough
- 1/5
Quiet place
- 5/5
Very cozy, clean facilities and good service.
- 5/5

- 4/5
Staff was super nice and the room and lobby so clean and welcoming. Only complaint was the mattress and pillows. They felt pretty worn out.
- 5/5
Great place
- 5/5
OK
- 4/5
Close and walkable to my conference venue.
- 5/5
rooms clean nice staff keys wouldn’t work
- 5/5
the staff was very attentive to all our needs
- 4/5
Great view to mountains
- 5/5
Mix up with my reservation they made accommodations so I could still stay since they were not full which I absolutely greatly appreciated very much. I was tired/ weary and had come from a funeral that morning and worked on helping a friend with a gross project that afternoon and all I wanted was a hot shower.
- 5/5
This place is great. I do wish I had more food options around, but that’s not anything to do with the hotel at all. The hotel overall was clean. The staff was friendly and fairly renovated.
- 4/5
We were disappointed with the bathtub that we requested. The tub did not have a spout to fill the tub. We could only fill it with the shower head.
- 4/5
The breakfast procedure was not clear. Breakfast was not included with our stay but it appeared to be open for all with no signs or staff explaining it. We seated our selves just like the sign said and then 1/2 way through our breakfast we were told that we would be charged???
- 4/5
Additionally, I was given a put in a handicap room….did not like the shower….floor got very wet and slippery. Otherwise, the staff was friendly and efficient.
- 3/5
The elevators are constantly broken. The elevator lights don't even light up to tell you which direction the elevator is going. The halls are dark and dingy. The parking fee is ridiculously excessive, whereas other properties in the DTC provide free parking. No room service. WTH.
- 5/5
Ckean
- 5/5
Perfect stay! Thank you so much!
- 4/5
The biggest problem is that you need to pay for parking. And it’s quite expensive. Besides that, it’s great.
- 5/5
Everything was good.
- 5/5
The manager and front desk staff are very professional
- 2/5
Also, no safe in room.
- 5/5
was visiting family and the hotel was walking distance to my family's apartment. very convenient
- 2/5
It was not mentioned on the website that parking is paid parking per day. They told us it was because they have a security officer at night but they also have a sign posted that reads the hotel is not responsible for theft or damage to vehicles. So it is unclear what the reason for paying to park is.
- 4/5
I'd say that this hotel is definitely better suited for business travel. Nonetheless, it was a welcomed change to the previous hotel we early checked out of.
- 5/5
Everyone was friendly and professional
- 1/5
Can’t believe Hilton charges for parking. Just outrageous. Will never stay at a rip-off Hilton again
- 1/5
Parking wasn’t included, neither was breakfast, staff uninformed
- 5/5
Very nice stay. Front desk staff were wonderful and probably the best part of the stay. Room was nice, though age and use were showing. Breakfast was very good and convenient. Overall a very nice stay.
- 3/5
Marsha at the front desk was amazing. Only 1 elevator worked so it was very slow to get up to our room. The room was decent and clean. However the noise from anyone closing their doors on our level was very loud all throughout the night which made it difficult to sleep. Just the regular noise of the doors closing was extremely loud and could be heard from inside our room even at the other end of the hall. Good not great.
- 5/5
I dont like having to pay for parking.
- 5/5
Great hotel. Clean rooms, great staff, decent food, great environment.
- 3/5

- 5/5
One elevator isn't working, but other than that everything here was fine except the expedia part. But the Hotel itself was great.
- 4/5
Simple continual meal option in the morning would be advisable. We were not interested in a large buffet, but a simple meal would be helpful.
- 5/5
Great staff. Great hotel. My only suggestion is that they replce the mini fridge with one that has a freezer.
- 5/5
Very convenient to get to other places via the highway. Staff very helpful with needs for our room, extra towels, more coffee supplies, etc.
- 4/5
My wife and I had a great experience at this property. However we did run into one problem. The problem that arose during our stay was a power outage that was very inconvenient for my wife and I. She is pregnant and it was uncomfortable for her being in a room that was 80 degrees for about an hour.
- 5/5
It was comfortable and welcoming place to stay.
