Great helpful staff. Good breakfast. Guests on other side of the connecting door were quite loud at 6 am. Hallway guests were very loud with banging doors quite early when it should have been designated quiet time.

The hotel is under a a reno project. It wasn’t too inconvenient. We moved rooms because of the exhaust fan in the bathroom kept running. The next room had the same problem so I assume they were upgrading that system too. Tiana (I hope I got the name right), on the front desk was very helpful. Appreciated her help.

Breakfast was very good. Putt room was very nice. We should have been told the property was being renovated- lots of inconveniences due to that. Also regarding the airport shuttle, it would be helpful to know that the shuttle represented several hotels and we were not told that so we missed several opportunities for an earlier shuttle because we were looking for Hampton Inn not just Hampton, Microtel, Sleep Inn, etc.

The property is undergoing renovations and in quite disarray. The bathroom was clean, but the table tops had not been wiped down. however, what was needed for an overnight between flights was there and the staff was helpful.

Hotel is under renovation so was a mess. Room was fine, but hallways and common areas not so much. We had the room by the elevator and heard it ding every single time someone used it all night, which was often! Breakfast was of mediocre quality at best and dining area small and so-so.

I checked in after 1am following a flight from Thailand. Neikey (Nicky) was so amazing and kind. She could see how tired I was after being on a plane for 23 hours and gave me a late check out. She is a great ambassador for Hampton Inn and was so wonderful.

I left my purse on a bench where one sits to Wait on airport bus ; however , when the bus came I got up with my husband snd my backpack and suitcases and we got on the bus … sitting there waiting, I noticed I did not have my purse. As I headed back into the hotel , l the hotel clerk ( dark curly hair), brought me my handbag. I gave her the biggest hug! So yes. I will always be back to The Hampton Inn on Tower Road! Everything was fine with the hotel except for the strong smell of sewer gas coming from the bathroom. We checked in late and had an early morning flight so we didn’t want to take additional time to ask the hotel to fix it or move us to a new room, but the smell was very unpleasant.

The property is undergoing renovation. Staff was very kind and informed us when we checked in. They explained that construction was ongoing on the 4th and 5th floor and we would hear drilling, hammering, etc. until about 5:00 pm on the day of check in. They were correct, but it literally sounded like they were in the room directly above us and we were exhausted when we checked in. The noise was so disruptive we were unable to get any sleep until the work ended. Additionally, there is construction "debris" everywhere. I'm certain the location will be beautiful upon completion, everyone (staff and construction workers) were very nice and did their best to make things better, but it simply wasn't possible.

they are in the middle of a renovation. it is hard to believe because everything in this area is new. this is just an older property. construction noise and dust dirt and styrofoam in the corridors and elevator. if i had it to do over again i would have chosen a different hotel.

The hotel lobby and common area is being remodeled which, while WAY overdue, was impossibly noisy and in total disarray. The room itself was no better than “tired.” We have stayed in Hampton Inns in many occasions around the country and if this had been our first experience we would be telling others to give these properties a WIDE berth. The shuttle driver was exceptional, friendly and professional but who knew this was not a dedicated shuttle but one that stopped at several other hotels - again, not disclosed by the front desk staff which could have adversely impacted our timing for airport arrival. I fortunately aimed 45 minutes early by sheer luck. This property needs SERIOUS management oversight and intervention. Sorry.

The smoke alarm was off the wall, laying in the bed. A rep did come right away and said the wiring was broken. They’d put in a work order. We were only there one night and were to tired at that point we stayed. The room had a very foul smell- we just dealt with it again, as we were so tired.

The front desk clerk, Joy, was an absolute shining star! After a long day of travel, she made me feel welcomed and quickly got me checked in when I arrived disheveled at 11:30PM. Then in the morning before catching a 5AM shuttle, she made to go breakfasts for everyone and was great at checking everyone out. Absolutely amazing person!

When I realized I needed to stay on the first floor which I never do, I called and was given a room on the first floor near the back exit where I could easily relieve my service dog. They were helpful and otherwise as well. The room was quite comfortable, and I will plan to stay there again in the future.

I couldn't work in the room after I checked in because of the jackhammers. They stopped after 3 pm, but construction continued until after 5 pm. The music in the lobby was loud enough that I could hear it all night. I had a lousy night sleep. It was the worst night at a Hampton Inn that I can ever remember and I don't know if I will be back.

The room was fine. The problem was that there was major demolition in the upper room(s) with jackhammers and other major equipment. I booked the room as nonrefundable so I couldn't move. When I checked in hoping to work in the room before dinner, the jackhammers were so loud that I couldn't stay in the room. I went to the lobby to get away from the noise and asked when it would stop. They said by 3 pm. 3 pm came and went. Finally the jackhammers stopped, but other equipment continued until after 5 pm. I finally got to sleep and, as I was over the lobby, the music came through the floor. I got VERY little sleep. I have stayed at this hotel several times and probably will not stay there again. When I talked to the receptionist, she said "thank you for telling me" and there was no other consideration. I am angry and frustrated. At least give me my money back!!!!!

Nothing bad, just dated; pillows a bit skimpy, sheets and towels well-worn. Walls quite thin (could hear the TV next door). Staff were very friendly, Decent value for the price.

The night clerk was friendly but didn't know where the items for guests with no luggage were kept. I was able to secure those items in the morning. The room I was given was handicap accessible but the shower wand did not work. Also, the tv remote would only work at about 2 ft in front of the tv.

This Hampton Inn needs a serious cleaning. The area where the carpet meets the wall looks like it's never been vacuumed. Same for most of the door thresholds. The rooms also need a serious updating. The coffee at 7:30 in the morning was just warm not hot. It is good coffee though.The price was right but not enough to get me to return anytime soon.

This was an unexpected stay on a layover so my focus was value as I was only in the room for 4 hours to sleep. The night staff was great and go me in quickly. The price was reasonable. The room was clean and had a full ADA bathroom. The only strange thing was that there was a note tacked to the wall stating that the curtains should be controlled with the switches by the thermostat. It turned out that the mechanical curtains didn't exist but no one took down the sign. I left on the 5:15 am shuttle with a cup of coffee that was ready in the lobby. No complaints. It was a basic room but that's all I needed at the time.

Trying to connect online to organize shuttle pickup was incredibly frustrating! AI wouldn't alow me to review an existing reservation, onli e links didn’t work, hampton inn AI wouldn't recognize my booking itinerary, Finally had to contact Expedia and was given a number with a person who got me all set up. The staf were excellent. Especially David. The roof construction was overwhelming two ways, once by blocking the handicap parking. Second by starting work at 8am with beeping work vehicles outside our bedroom window. Like a loud alarm clock that never turns off. And third by putting up caution tape making it even harder to get to my vehicle. My 75$ deposit was charged on my account and I have not found it to be replaced minus our room charges and some food from the pantry.

We stayed here overnight after our flight got canceled. The hotel had free breakfast and provided a shuttle to the airport which was convenient. They were flexible with a late check out. The rooms were clean and they had a pool as well. Overall, we had a great overnight stay.

Our vehicle was broken in to. Window smashed out, robbed of everything slightly valuable. Along with a truck close to ours. After asking around it sounds like it happens there often. Wondering if it was tipped off. I have tried so many times to get in touch with the “manager” David, to see if we can get any possible footage. Left a physical note, and messages with staff as his voicemail isn’t able to receive any messages - He refuses to return a call. I will NEVER stay there again. And will be contacting corporate.

Room a little dated - one of the wall mounted liquid dispenser bottles was falling off the wall. We also found some pills/vitamins on the floor in the bathroom. When I got to the room, all the lights were on and every single drawer and door (frige, microwave etc) was open. It was a little weird. The shuttle was easy to schedule and use. The only real negative about was I was in room 122, right next to the elevator, which was extremely noisy. I had to use ear plugs to be able to sleep. I would not stay in that room again.

I don’t like their protocol of cleaning the room only on every other day basis even if our trash cans were overflowing and asked if they can empty it but no actions were done. I was disappointed. I have stayed in hotels that cleans the rooms everyday. Another thing I ask the staff for receipt when we check out but he said Expedia will email it but I haven’t received it and I don’t know how much I paid I was very unhappy.

I was given a room that was for handi-capped people. The shower was broken and it was located next to the elevator pump room so all I heard all night was the elevator pump going off... what is even more disturbing is that you would plan to put someone who is handicapped in a room like that ... how disrespectful and inconsiderate

Reserved handicap room, my 80 year old Mom was with us. The bathroom sink could not be used at all. Was plugged up. Told the front desk and they did absolutely nothing. My Mom had to get on her hand and knees to no discount given out refund. Absolutely horrible.!!!!wash her hands and face and brush teeth. Didn't even get a discounts

They never came to clean the rooms during our stay. We did not put the do not disturb hang tag on the door, so we should have had our room cleaned. Additionally, we didn't have a shower curtain, and when I went to request one, the staff left it at the door.

The person who checked us in was a bit odd. The hotel is older and no real theme to the decor. The rooms are average . Not sure how this hotel got such great reviews. It's walkable to the train station. It has a shuttle that picks up at the other surrounding hotels after it departs this one, and only comes every 45 minutes. The rooms are quite small for two people . The one thing that was nice was the water in the lobby and the coffee station.

Unfortunately, the hotel was having issues with their system and I had to wait 45 minutes just to check in the main front worker did his best however, at the end of the day I never had a room key and because I was by myself, I couldn’t feel comfortable going and coming because it would be an inconvenience to go to the front to have him scan me into the room

I needed a place to stay because I missed a connection at DIA. The shuttle was easy to find. The property is older, but clean. They could use some new carpet. The staff was nice. The breakfast was minimal but good. It was a nice place to crash so I could grab a flight out the next day.

The batteries in the door lock died just as I needed to go in and retrieve my bag and leave for the airport. The person at the front desk was able to change them in time. I suggest that the batteries be changed on a regular schedule so this doesn't happen. Thank you.

Had reservations at Hamilton Inn on Set 23rd. We arrived Denver on time and called the Hampton Inn to see when the Hampton Inn shuttle bus would pick us up. We were told it would be there in ten minutes. We went outside the pick up area and started waiting for the shuttle. The shuttle driver was late more than 30 minutes. The temps at the DIA were about 50 degrees and it was constantly raining. We had little or no clothing to bear the windy any rainy and cold temps. Totally unacceptable.

Th hotel was in great condition. My room was big and had everything I needed. It was clean and nicely furnished. The common areas were clean and in good condition. The breakfast was good but was lacking in variety. My only negative is that the street noise was pretty loud in my room and the lack of nearby dining options. There is an excellent diner adjacent to the hotel but nothing else very close to the hotel.

We arrived to find our room smelled like sewage. When I went downstairs to check on another room, there were two others already there waiting for the desk clerk to return to ask for another room as well. There was also a couple there waiting for someone to help them check in. I waited for 5-10 minutes and returned to my room. We then noticed a blood stain in the carpet and pulled back the bedding to find two long, dark, curly hairs on the bed. Not certain if this was from the cleaning personnel or from the last person that stayed there. I love Hampton Inn and have stayed at numerous of them across the US. I hope, based on the previous positive reviews, that this was not a permanent occurrence and possibly a lack of quality management. I suspect I will not be the only negative review for this location, based on the others waiting at the front desk for someone to come back and assist them. The only positive was that they provided a free airport shuttle.

The hotel was newly updated, and the room was quiet, clean and spacious. Quite nice really! The front desk staff was top notch. They quickly and efficiently handled a fairly large crowd arriving by airport shuttle. They located and returned to me a tote that I had left in my room after checkout. The shuttle driver that took us to the airport, returned us to the hotel, got my tote and ensured that the next shuttle doubled back to pick us up! Amazing staff and facility!

Property was fine for a night by the airport. Quick and efficient shuttle to the airport. The only thing I didn't care for was there seemed to be a light at the top of the window area. At first I thought it was the light from outside, but now instead think it was a 24/7 nightlight. This was disturbing to sleep. As I said before, it really didn't matter all that much because it was just for one night before a flight.

This was a great place to crash before an early flight. The room was nice, but overall seems a bit dated. The pillows were awful. I barely slept because of the neck pain from flat pillows. The heated indoor pool was a nice unexpected perk and we appreciated the grab and go breakfast option. Staff was friendly.
