Some guests also mention that the property is old and in need of updating.
- Close to the airport
- Clean rooms and facilities
- Unreliable airport shuttle service
- Property is old and needs updating

Friendly and helpful! The airport transport was great and on time! Breakfast was simple.
- 4/5
Free shuttle services to and from the airport. Staff very helpful and nice. Room is relatively clean but the hallway carpet's dirty. There was a loose tile in the bathroom floor. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Good value for the price.
- 5/5
It was all good
- 3/5
The room was beautiful and spacious. It was a suite. There were no lights on the outside of the building. We were not sure we were at the right place. Even the Ramada sign was not lit. It was difficult and a little scary to get our luggage out. We were charged to park our vehicle there. The towels were so thin that we had to use 2 of them to dry ourselves off after our shower. Some of the tiles in the bathroom were loose and came up as you walked on them.
- 0.5/5
Not clean and I requested a receipt and never received it.
- 3/5
The property and room could use an update. Holes in the black out blinds. Smoke detector missing from the ceiling. A used washcloth sitting in top of the bathroom light fixture. Only one bath towel for two people.
- 1/5
Nothing like rolling into town at 1 AM after a long flight to hear the hotel had been overbooked and we had to move to another one. That’s about all I can say about the Ramada booking through Expedia.
- 3/5
This is a “you get what you paid for” scenario. Beds were comfy so that’s a plus! Breakfast was adequate but would’ve been nice if it went til 10 instead of 9 (I have late sleepers). Check out is 11 and again- noon would’ve been easier but we managed. The room is dated, the furniture is old and scuffed and the computer chair was repaired with duct tape.. might stay here again if I didn’t have littles with me but otherwise no thx.

Rooms are clean but the property is very run down and the carpet in the hallways might be 20 years old. Staff was helpful and rooms were sufficient. Breakfast was limited and not great quality

Location of the property Lot of things- 1. Big bug in the room. 2. Office chair was broken. 3. Beds were not comfortable and super old. 4. Breakfast staff rushed us and asked us to evacuate since it was close to closing time and they wanted to clean.
- 1/5
Be sure to ask if it is a smoking room! Horrible odor, everything i had smelled like ash tray. Not just a little, more like a lot! feel like they will advertise if its a non-smoking room but not tell you if it is.......
- 4/5
Breakfast attendant sis not show up, so front counter staff (only 1 employee) was covering front desk as well as setting up breakfast area. Serving dishes didn't appear clean, so I settled for just yogurt to avoid unclean food containers. Nice sheets/bedding. Comfortable sleeping. Hotel needs renovation and has deferred maintenance, but it was still clean and comfortable.
- 5/5
I stayed for 3nights and the staff was friendly and room was clean.

Nothing The photos and reviews were total false advertising. The outside of the hotel was broken and littered with trash- the awning at the front of the hotel was completely missing! The inside was dingy and the elevator tried to go up before the door even closed! We spent maybe 5 minutes in the room before leaving. Everything about this place was terrible and I have yet to hear back from my multiple attempts of contacting them to get my refund that the girl said we’d be getting back.

The is my go to hotel in Denver. It has all of the amenities for the price range, and it’s a great budget option for extended stay.
- 1/5
I would never stay here again. The staff was absolutely horrible. The evening I arrived there was no remote control for the TV. She made no attempt to find me one. I also had a problem with the door. The deadbolt kept popping out when I tried to shut the door meaning the door would be easy accessible to anyone when I asked to change rooms she claimed there was no available rooms left that they were full capacity, but I saw three more people check-in off the streets, not with reservations. It was disgusting how they satisfied my needs and I paid 100+ dollars for that room disgusting.
- 5/5
Nice place! Clean and close to the airport.
- 5/5
Wonderful price and great view and all good

- 2/5
The property was very dated. Walking in didn’t feel comfortable. I felt like I should have booked one of the Hilton lines like we normally do. The room was poorly taken care of. The door needs replaced and the bathroom faucet was turning when trying to turn the shower on. There was some kind of bug in the room. The room smelled and the doorway smelled like pot. Breakfast was okay.
- 5/5
Our stay at the Ramada was a welcome relief after driving all day! Brian, the motel clerk had the coffee on early and was great with conversation, including stories of life in the area. Would definitely stay here again!

- 5/5
The room was clean, well kept and spacious. The furniture was a little dated but it was okay. The staff was professional, friendly and helpful. Parking was easy and close. The free breakfast consisted of sausage, scrambled eggs, cereal, toast pastries, yogurt, orange juice and coffee. Nice variety and lots of it. All in all, great stay for the price.
- 3/5
The room was a bit aged and noisy due to traffic, making it difficult to rest. Also, the breakfast offerings were very basic and lacked sufficient options. Hope to see improvements in these areas."

- 5/5
Very nice place and excelllent room with desk, chair and a couch. Breakfast was great and on time
- 3/5
Very good price and the room is very clean room but the bathroom floor needed updating or repairs. the exterior was under construction and not attractive. The breakfast is minimal and there was a charge for parking.
- 4/5
The Wyndham Ramada inn airport is very nice and clean with very helpful staff. Especially the woman at the main desk around 11:30 am ( I asked her name but forgot). She was very friendly and efficient!
- 4/5
I stayed to cut my travel time because I work at DIA. The affordable, comfortable room makes my life easier.
- 1/5
Building was under renovation, during the stay lights for the entire building we’re flicking on and off, while we were trying to take showers, I had only two towels with six individuals. The showers also had no shampoo or body soap. AC was inconsistent turning on and off. The fridge wasn’t working. As well as the lamp light was not working. And the big concern of them all was that the entry door would not lock and secure my family and I.
- 5/5
Good
- 4/5
We had to leave the hotel on the 6;10 shuttle which gave us no time for breakfast. Please expand the meal to include early travelers - there were about 15 of us that had to grab and run.
- 1/5
We had a really poor experience. A dirt
- 4/5
A bit dated
- 3/5
Breakfast was disappointing. No meat.just eggs and bread.
- 4/5
Room was clean and the staffs were nice
- 1/5
Cheap for a reason.
- 4/5
My overall experience was good. The room was clean. The breakfast was light but was sufficient. The staff were friendly. My only complaint was that the shower water pressure was low. Definitely not a deal breaker and more of a preference. If you’re looking for a simple clean place to stay it’s definitely worth it for the price.
- 4/5
The staff was awesome. The only issue was loud people at two in the morning, but that’s not necessarily the fault of the hotel. Wish the breakfast had a little bit more variety come but it’s fine.
- 5/5
Clean room and everything, staffs are nice. Front desk people are professional, I would recommend Ramada to anyone.
- 5/5
Clean, good breakfast, shuttle, parking felt safe
- 3/5
We messaged through Expedia requesting a pack and play for our room only to get a message back that they cancelled our reservation. I called the front desk and they had it on file that someone had called in and cancelled which myself or my husband absolutely did not do. We were in the car on the way to the hotel when the cancellation came through. When we arrived we were told that no pack and plays or cribs were available. The hotel was pretty empty so I’m not sure if I believe they were all being used , rather it seemed as if the staff just didn’t want to go check. Either way, it’s fine for the price. But I don’t know if we would come back. Especially with so many other hotels in the area.
- 5/5
Clean room, nice staff
- 1/5
We walked outside to find that the "other bldg" was actually a diff hotel (Microtel) and, although we could see it from the Ramada parking lot, it was not close. At least 500 yards away with a separate parking lot. Nobody walked us over. Had to put our bags back in our car and drive to it. The clerk there explained that the rooms are first come, and when the hotel gets full, they can send you to a different hotel w/in a 1 mile radius. WHAT?!? She then said "our rooms are better and we have a better breakfast" Definitely not true. I can't imagine that the Ramada was worse but I do know that the room I booked at the Ramada was a suite, and this was a just a small 2 bed room with a breakfast of bagels and cereal. If it wasn't 2 a.m, I would have left and gone somewhere else. Shame on you, Wyndham!
- 3/5
Clean, a little run down.
- 1/5
Staff was great. The sofa bed was gross. Had to get new sheets for it and then the mattress was shot out. Was better to sleep on the couch as a couch. Someone tried to get into our room in rhe middle of the night. Glad we locked the secondary security latch as the door was pushed open in the Morning.
- 4/5
Good for short stay
- 4/5
Hotel met they necessary requirements. We were unable to take advantage of the buffet breakfast, as we had to leave for the airport before it opened. They did have a muffin and juice at the check-in counter, which we were thankful for.
- 5/5
The room was plenty big with nice bath products and seemed pretty clean. I’d recommend getting a top floor room if possible because we could hear every noise above us all night long.
- 4/5
Window in the room was broken and wind howled through it all night long ☹️
- 5/5
Helpful staff, really attentive breakfast staff and great food offering. Can’t remember ever getting fresh orange juice from a pitcher like this instead of out of the machine! We’ll return.
- 5/5
Staffs are great and room is clean
- 4/5
Carpet need better cleaning
- 5/5
Clean room staff friendly
- 5/5
Very bland and generic breakfast. Besides that, the staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and so is the bathroom. I can only say the carpet and elevator needs some work.
- 3/5
The breakfast was horrible
- 1/5
Bed sheets looked like they weren’t changed from last guess. Dirty and long black hair in the sheets. They moved us to another room and it had a missing door jam latch so they moved us to another room and it was ok except for the very lumpy bed. The desk attendant was not apologetic and treated me like I was inconveniencing her.
- 4/5
Great place to stay, staff are nice to customers.
- 1/5
Room had trash all around the couch, a dirty towel inside the couch, a used tissue on the floor, a dirty sock in the closet. Hair was everywhere. It looked like they just remade the bed moved on. We couldn’t stay there it was so disgusting. We moved to a hotel down the street and the hotel wouldn’t give us a refund.
- 1/5
Está para demolerlo.
- 2/5
Used towels were left in the bathroom from the previous guest.
- 5/5
Clean room, comfortable beds and good pillows. Good breakfast with lots hot and cold options.
- 5/5
Wait until they finish remodeling it.
- 5/5
Breakfast was good. Parking was fine. Nice stay for overnight
- 4/5
Clean and comfortable, perfect spot for easy airport access.
- 5/5
Great option for an overnight at the airport.
- 4/5
The staff was great but most of the floor tiles were broken, one almost cut my foot in our bathroom. Beds were comfortable and room was quiet. Just needs some updating.
- 5/5
Yes it did very comfy and Very friendly no complaint
- 5/5
Nice place to stay
- 5/5
Very clean and quiet and the staff was very friendly
- 4/5
Our room was not the cleanest but the sheets, towels and furniture was clean so that was good.
- 3/5
The hallways were really dirty and the floors needed to be swept. Other than that everything was okay.
- 5/5
It was pleasant and especially for the location and age of the hotel. I enjoyed it and will stay there again.
- 1/5
Loud, dirty room, group we were with had their car broken into and window broken out. Multiple cars in parking lot broken out in the night.
- 1/5
Car window broken out, multiple cars parked next to ours broken into as well. Dirty room, loud noises all night! Dangerous hotel.
- 5/5
Easy and efficient
- 5/5
Nice hotel and good service thks
- 5/5
Clean room. Staff were great! Breakfast buffet was excellent!
- 3/5
Please update the painting in the rooms and vacuum the hallways!!
- 4/5
Great location
- 5/5
Great room and courteous staff! My only recommendation would be to post the shuttle schedule. Thank you so much, see you again!
- 5/5
Clean room friendly staff and enjoyed my stay
- 4/5
We just needed it for the night before flying out. It was clean and convenient to the diner next door. The shuttle was only running every hour-ish (06:55 or 07:40) so we either had to go early or cut it close. The shuttle also runs with multiple other hotels but we were the last pick up as well so it didn’t delay getting to the airport. Easy check in and check out.
- 5/5
Room was as expected and the breakfast was one of the best!
- 4/5
Room was mostly clean.
- 5/5
A good hotel — clean, cozy, and modern. The room was large, with a spacious bathroom. There is a shuttle to the airport. The breakfast was quite decent. The only thing I would suggest is that they add some non-slip stickers in the bathtub, as it’s very slippery — my husband slipped and fell there.
- 5/5
Room and staff
- 3/5
The room smelled like cigerette smoke for non-smokers it was terrible. With so many places to stay I will not return
- 4/5
The room was clean, but worn especially the carpetting as we entered our room. Staff were very nice at check-in and check-out. Shuttle service was great.
- 3/5
Better cleaning procedures. The elevator smelled really bad, the room too as soon as we opened the door. A tile in the bathroom was uneven so I hurt my toes coming out of the shower. Pillows are too small and too chubby, the next day both my husband and I were with pain on our necks.
- 1/5
I asked for an early check in and they said no problem it’s. $50 dollar charge
- 4/5
Staff was good, nice clean room and quiet.
- 3/5
The photos online made the property seem in much better condition. When I pulled up to park it felt mislead. The carport entrance was missing the sign and had plywood up in its place, from first impression I felt it was very dated, questionable if it was even open. The room was nice enough (again very dated, the tile floor in the bathroom craking and missing pieces and the window didnt close completely). Only concern for cleanliness was that the bathroom supplies like lotion, shapmoo and condition were all previouusly opened and used - there was residule products on the sides of all the containers. Bed was comfortable and the room served its purpose. I would not pay the same amount to stay again, and would go to another hotel in the area for $20-$30 more instead.
- 5/5
Very clean and comfortable room and very good breakfast
- 4/5
Clean room
- 2/5
The hotel is outdated, as well. Also, I was charged $98 for the stay while payment was done on Expedia. When I asked them, I was told to speak to manager and he wasn’t onsite.
- 1/5
Woman who answered phone very rude.
- 5/5
Our go-to place for larger family near DEN.
- 5/5
Room was very clean. Staff was very kind. Parking lot was dark though. (I had to leave at 2:30am)
- 4/5
The room was clean; the bed was comfortable. While there was some noise from Tower Road as I was on the end closest to the road, it wasn't enough to interrupt sleep. The water pressure in the shower was ideal very early in the morning. The staff was pleasant.
- 5/5
Parking is easy and secure. I feel safe leaving my vehicle here during vacations.
- 4/5
Hotel was good for what we needed. Great location. By a diner and close to the airport
- 5/5
My go to hotel near the Denver airport. Great location, good rooms and amenities. Great staff!
- 1/5
The room was awful. The bathroom door was coming off the hinge and wouldn’t even shut. Everything in the room just seemed run down. The lights in the parking lot were flickering; like a horror movie. While you can’t control the individuals that stay, the police came and pounded on the door across the hall waking the family up in fear. We will avoid this hotel at all costs.
- 5/5
Great location, very affordable, nice staff. Good place to take a run, walk your dog if traveling with one, explore decent food options. Walkable and safe, with nice breakfast spread and airport shuttle availability. A little noisy only because of thin walls. No complaints otherwise!
- 5/5
Had a very pleasant stay. The staff was courteous and helpful, and the complimentary breakfast was enjoyable. The hotel is conveniently close to the airport, and the shuttle runs every 30–45 minutes.
- 4/5
Clean room
- 4/5
Room was clean, breakfast was good and shuttle to airport was on time
- 5/5
Wasn't here for breakfast due to a very flight
- 3/5
Very noisy with kids running in hall
- 5/5
Great place to stay!
- 5/5
Everything was very good.
- 4/5
Gave me a room with a loud blower fan in air conditioner. When I reported it the clerk offered to move us to a new room, but she knew the problem existed already. Only they less than 12 hours.
- 1/5
They missed conditioner in the bathroom!
- 5/5
Always nice
- 4/5
Friendly, decent place to stay and a walking distance to a good restaurant.
- 3/5
Convenient for a quick stay
- 3/5
Good
- 4/5
Staff was pleasant. Could have been cleaner in the room, but I’m picky.
- 4/5
Room was clean , it was quiet. We booked a king size bed and had to take 2 queens
- 3/5
Average hotel. Nothing was too fancy, definitely fair services for the price. The hotel was close to the Denver Airport and offers shuttle services. I would recommend staying there if you’re staying at the airport. Hotel also offers free breakfast. The concierge didn’t tell us about it when we checked in and we missed it before we left for the airport.
- 5/5
Jannita was amazing! She let me check into my room quite early for no charge which allowed me to have a quiet space to work and get a bunch of stuff done! She was quick, friendly, and fabulous!
- 5/5
Quick nights rest after flying into Denver. Close enough to airport, but not too close. We could not hear the planes. Comfortable beds, quiet rooms and friendly staff.
- 5/5
Clean and ready on time plus free shuttle to airport
- 4/5
The room was comfortable
- 4/5
Located right next to popular eating place, the diner! Nice plus!
- 3/5
It was an okay stay. The bathroom though clean did not have enough toiletries that normally all hotels provide.
- 4/5
Shuttle from airport was great. Breakfast was decent. Room was quiet.
- 4/5
It was very convenient for our trip.
- 3/5
The property is fine. Service at check in was great. Room was fine, plenty comfortable for an airport hotel and a good value. The property is a bit tired but again just taking a nap before a flight.
- 3/5
The floors in the elevator and down stairs by the check in were so gross and sticky. The room was ok but the door stuck on the bathroom and it was in serious need of updating and maintenance. I would not stay there again if I had the choice to go somewhere else.
- 5/5
The property is getting run down. The window was not locked first floor with female traveler- did not feel safe becuz of that. Convenience to airport and restaurants is a plus! Parking fee of $10 unless rewards member.
- 2/5
Charged $10 a night for parking after that not being listed anywhere on their website or Expedia (and the neighboring hotels don’t). Curtains didn’t close all the way so our room was really bright at night. Not a great location unless you were just staying the night before to go to the airport.
- 5/5
Good location, pleasant stay
- 4/5
Needs updating
- 3/5
Late night check in was good. They do not clean rooms even if ask. Maids do not speak or understand English. Free breakfast was ok.
- 3/5
On the positive side, the front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Otherwise, the hotel is badly in need of remodeling. The decor is outdated and looks shabby. The towels were small and we were given only one threadbare towel each. No hand towels but extra washcloths to compensate. The breakfast was not good except the coffee was fine. If you need a place for one night, it is adequate.
- 4/5
Curtains didn't close. Felt like I had no privacy.
- 4/5
Close to a diner.
- 3/5
Meets expectations. Room was clean and large. Breakfast was run of the mill. Good for a night with a flight the next day.
- 1/5
This property needs major renovations. It was kind of like being in the oldest dingiest casino. Smelly, dirty.
- 5/5
Nice and clean. Always the best bang for my buck when I'm by the airport
- 5/5
Good
- 4/5
Close to the airport, restaurants and fast food. A couple of gas stations to pick. Very quiet and the area felt safe.
- 5/5
Great room. Was able to check in late and check out early with no issues.
- 5/5
Welcoming lobby, friendly staff, clean room, easy access to DIA.
- 5/5
We have stayed here many times and the staff is always friendly and helpful.
- 4/5
Clean. Helpful staff.
- 4/5
Great location close to the DEN. Old property but updated and clean.
- 4/5
Close to airport, nice hotel
- 5/5
Property was very nice and clean. Breakfast was good.
- 4/5
A bit of wear, but clean and comfortable beds, quiet and nice staff. Diner for dinner across parking lot
- 3/5
Was moved last minute to Microtel hotel
- 1/5
In our room, the pipes under the sink sprayed water everywhere whenever the sink or shower was turned on. Unfortunately, all of our towels were folded under the sink and were soaked the first time we used it. When we brought these concerns to the front desk, the response was simply, “We are really sorry about that,” with no follow-up or indication that they intended to address the problems. Overall, while the price point was reasonable, the lack of cleanliness, maintenance issues, and dismissive customer service made our stay disappointing.
- 4/5
N/a
- 4/5
Quiet and comfortable. Have stayed here before and still pleased with the property.
- 3/5
If you use online checkin at the hotel’s prompting, it should work. Mildew in the tub and room smelled. Breakfast wasn’t very good either.
- 4/5
Very pleasent experience. Nice staff
- 3/5
Chose this hotel just for the hot tub, but after seeing it, it looked super sketchy and gross, so I opted to use a washcloth for a plug (didn't have one on my tub) and took a bath instead. The cute silver diner next door had good food.
- 4/5
Pleasant helpful staff. Great value. Charge for parking but reasonable.
- 5/5
Quiet, comfortable beds, good breakfast
- 4/5
The hotel was good for what we need to lay our head however, I didnt like the fact that it smell like cigarettes in our room while we were traveling with a 3 year old. However, The staff is amazing the customer service was great i would still recommend it.
- 3/5
The hotel room has carpet everywhere and it makes it look old. My room was good overall, and breakfast was plain. It would be nice if they add a small variety per day. I felt very thirsty in Denver, and this hotel was the first one I encountered that would not have a water station for guests. Something that I highly recommend doing
- 5/5
The check-in was super fast. They have shuttles to airport if needed.
- 2/5
Lamps were not working, they had to replace it at night. Overall the hotel is too old and now dirty and Needs maintenance
- 5/5
This was a really convenient place to stay. It had a good breakfast and a cute diner nearby.
- 5/5
I like that there was a restaurant directly across the street that serve breakfast lunch and dinner. I also love the convivence of an airport shuttle
- 3/5
Property ws dingy and in need of updating. Had difficulty finding outlets to use sleep machines. Small room for 5 people. Good thing we were just there to sleep for one night
- 2/5
We checked in to our room with 6 of us and tried to use the hideabed and it had a sign on it that it was broken. So we asked for another room. Liz gave us another room with another broken hideabed that she told us was broken and we couldn't fold up which meant we couldn't use the couch before going to bed. I refused the room and asked for our money back which she also refused. Two hours after our original checkin time we got into a room.
- 4/5
Everything was excellent for the price! My only complaint is that the walls seem thin and there is a lot of outside noise throughout the night.
- 3/5
The breakfast was not really breakfast The person tending to the breakfast had an attitude
- 3/5
When we arrived and checked in the tv did not work and the fidge was left open so it appeared not to work. I went to the front desk and asked the lady if we could switch rooms and her response was Did we mess up the bed? We just checked in 5 minutes pior. I let her know we put our suitcase on the bed and then she said there no other rooms available. Luckily the lady working the front desk the next day was more helpful got the maintenance man in there and fixed the tv. Once the door on the fridge was kept close it worked as well. The property is much older but it was clean. I would stay there again if I am back in Denver.
- 4/5
A little but. Io it assumes the munim
- 4/5
Overall good stay. Only minor drawback is they charge per night to park.
- 4/5
Very comfortable beds and pillows. Convenient location close to the airport. Surprised to have to pay for parking since this was not in an area of town that was densely populated.
- 2/5
I did not know untill checking in that they charge $10 for parking per night. That should be an up front fee disclosed while booking. Building is old, shows its wear and tear, and the AC unit was as loud as a motorcycle
- 5/5
Quick and easy access to DIA! Rooms were comfortable and they had a grab-and-go breakfast available for early travel.
- 3/5
the area it’s in I thought it would be a nicer hotel But it was raggedly The ac didn’t work, the screen on the window was torn and looked like I was in jail and the smoke detector was hanging from the ceiling Breakfast was a mess
- 1/5
I had somebody come into my room in the middle of the night on my first evening. The hotel promised they would do something to refund the first night I had stayed but still haven’t seen anything. I called back to ask for help and they said they can’t help me because I booked with a third party. I would not recommend unless you are ready for a good scare in the middle of the night

Was the cheapest hotel, but we got what we paid for. Hallway had an odor of weed strongly. Our room smelled of stale tobacco. Room was “clean” but dated and old in appearance. Location was very unexciting, but we did not expect much. Breakfast was provided and was basic, but appreciated. Overall would pay more to have a nicer place in future.

Very bad

Arrived late at night and got to room, lights were off. Front desk attendant was very helpful and got the lights working so my children and I could get some rest. Older hotel but the staff was very friendly, responsive and courteous!

This hotel is falling apart. Needs a major remodel. Second floor smelled like smoke. Elevator was moving with the door open then was later deemed out of order, thankfully. Office chair in room held together by duck tape. Bathroom sink wouldn't flush. Etc.

Loved the option to check in online ahead of time. However the gentleman at the desk when I got there still made me go thru the whole checking process. Everyone was very friendly. Property was clean and met my needs.

Overall a solid property. We’ve stayed here a couple times. The new charge for parking was an unexpected bummer though. We will most likely choose a different property in the future as the other local hotels are similarly priced when parking fee is added . The diner across the street is nice though and they do have a brewery down the road which offers a variety of beers we enjoy.

The property is older. Had stayed before and had a good experience; however, this time there was a charge for parking, even though it said free parking on the property website and Expedia. I told the receptionist that and showed her the property website that states free parking. She didn’t care and said they just started charging for parking 2 days ago and there was nothing she could do. The TV on my room had no service. The receptionist said she would let maintenance know, but said there was nothing she could do and refused to give me a different room. Horrible service.

Trash cans overflowing at each building entrance. Only one of the four entrance doors to the building locked. Anyone could enter the building. The back patio was lined with broken glass beer bottles. Ceiling tiles missing in the hallways, carts of laundry lined the hallways. Our pull out bed had sheets on it from the last guest. GROSS! It was the pits!! I'd never stay there again.

Perfect for inexpensive night before an early flight. Free shuttle and very nice front desk group.

Breakfast food was running out & they would bot refill it for guests. It was being put away before the scheduled time. Our a/c went out & wasnt fixed for 4 hours in sweltering heat. We needed a vacuum & they said they didnt have one. The smell of chlorine in the hot tub area was so strong it burned our eyes. I wouldnt stay here again.

Very affordable, great dining options and gas nearby, close to airport. The hotel is dated though, and it shows in condition of door fixtures, bathroom fixtures, and linens. A little money invested in touch-ups and replacing worn-nearly-broken fixtures would probably be worth it.

Our room only had one towel it took two trips to get enough and took over 30 minutes to get some. We were lucky we didn’t have an early flight. There were ear wigs in the bathroom. The hall smelled of mildew. There were sockets coming out of the wall. Hair on the bed. We were unsure if the pull outs sheets were clean. That bed is subpar for comfort. The breakfast had very few items when I went down at 8:30. No eggs, no yogurt. They could have been bringing more but didn’t have time. The front desk gentlemen ant night and was very nice.

Rome smelled like cigarettes and old trash

Initially tv didn’t work, moved to another room witn good tv and microwave and fridge (no microwave in first room) but no charging ports on lamps .

The receptionist that welcomed us was great, she had our room and everything ready. We needed extra towels and she was the only person staffed at the hotel, she went out of her way to help us out. Price for value it was a decent stay very close to the airport in a good area with a lot of eating establishments. Had a slight smell to the room like maybe someone had smoked in there before hard to tell. Some simple improvements and maybe a little better cleaning service and this would be a lot better hotel.

Very nice room. Shuttle service was on time & effortless.

Breakfast was poor. The staff was more interested in talking rather than replenishing the food.

It was nice and roomy and the beds was very nice the only thing we ask for more pillows and towels amd they never gave it us and we ask for them to give us a trash bag or they can empty our trash and they did and the breakfast was ok

The room was fine… Generally clean. There was still coffee left over in the carafe from the last visitors. The elevator door did not open and close smoothly. Overall, tho, a decent place for a short day.

I will NEVER stay in a Ramada again. Not only was the bathroom floor dirty, a bug (millipede, maybe?) appeared on my bed in the first hour, and I could barely sleep that night because of it.

Elevator was small, noisy and slow

Housekeeping never came to my room. 7 day stay and they showed up while we were packing our suitcases. Had to go to the front desk and get clean towels. Took garbage down to the laundry room

Love it as a commuter for the airport this is the best option

Room was great and bathroom was very nice. My only complaint was the breakfast and lack of variety.
- 4/5
The only ice machine that worked was on the second floor. There was dog pee in the stairs. And the mini fridge sang to me all night.
- 4/5
The room was good but don’t choose this hotel for the free breakfast. The staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was clean and comfortable. The bathtub was slick but the provided mat made it reasonably safe. The breakfast was barely adequate. The waffle maker and batter was the usual but only syrup for topping. The hot food offered each morning was barely warm and poor quality. I will not choose to stay here again.

We won’t choose this property again. The staff was pleasant & helpful, but building is rather unkempt.
