- Clean rooms
- Friendly staff
- Limited or non-functioning amenities
- Poor customer service
- 2/5
The walls were PAPER thin and it was hard to get sleep both at night and in the morning. The staff was very helpful and the shuttle right on time.
- 5/5
It was nice and the price was perfect, we will return
- 4/5
Was allowed to leave my car parked there while I flew out of state
- 4/5
Clean quiet room. Easy to get to airport on the shuttle, accommodating staff and enough to get a quick nap and shower before flight. I’d definitely book again!
- 3/5
Small and elevator kinda scary
- 5/5
Rooms were adequate, but I like a coffee pot in my room and that's not an amenity here. Aside from personal preferences, nothing bad to say about our stay here.
- 4/5
Staff were friendly and helpful
- 4/5
Great location near the airport. Quiet and comfortable bed!
- 3/5
Need just a room and an airport shuttle this is your choice. The place is a little rundown.
- 5/5
Room was very clean and hotel staff was very friendly. Airport shuttle service was awesome
- 2/5
No wardrobes and breakfast food is not hot and 40% juice availability during the 5 days stay
- 4/5
Clean even if basic. Staff were helpful and nice. Parking felt safe and adequate. Housekeeping is not daily but fresh towels can be requested. Convenient location.
- 5/5
Great place for an overnight with shuttle to airport, plus great for parking. Staff very helpful. Only request would be for more vegetarian gluten free options for breakfast and grab and go meals. Thank you for your hospitality!
- 5/5
The lady at the front desk was very kind especially when we arrived exhausted at 2am. Our room was comfy and cute as well as clean. Breakfast was more variety than I expected, which was a pleasant surprise. The shuttle driver who picked us up at the airport was just wonderful as well. We will be staying there again when we travel in/out of DIA.
- 3/5
Cheap (not cheap) hotel/inn. Marijuana smells in hall that seep into rooms, crumby breakfast with little options, no juice offered, only water and coffee. Rooms feel like cardboard between rooms and walls falling apart with gross looking spots that look like they’re rotting away. 1 Restaurant nearby that closes very early and not much for options except for McDonald’s 10-15 min walk away in a not safe feeling neighbourhood.
- 4/5
clean rooms courteous staff
- 5/5
I really enjoyed this place. It was quiet, very close to the airport and didn’t have stinky carpet, it had flooring. Would recommend.
- 5/5
All worked out well for the overnight stay.
- 3/5
Walls are thin. Thankfully, our neighbors were quiet in the evening, but if they weren’t, you definitely will not be sleeping.
- 5/5
Easy access & quick shuttle.
- 5/5
Recent renovation, and the rooms were clean. Breakfast is provided as advertised. We wish more protein items were included in the breakfast, but it was fine
- 5/5
Great value. Shuttle was very convenient.
- 5/5
Very good value. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was better than average with waffles and bagels with cream cheese included. Room was very clean and bed comfortable. Shuttle to airport was super convenient.
- 4/5
The “go bag” for early 5:20 breakfast was a a regular muffin, no fruit . Just a medium muffin. Could have been better!
- 4/5
Gentleman at check in, super friendly with a great personality.
- 3/5
The elevator was not working. Our room was on the 2 fl and when i asked front desk if someone could bring our bags up he said and not so nicely he was the only one working and it would be quite a wait. We took them up ourselves which was difficult. Room was clean but very basic. I expected better from a Wyndham property as I am a silver owner.
- 5/5
Everything was good the stuff was great
- 4/5
Easy stay for a night before our flight out of Denver.
- 4/5
Good for one night stay. I was just traveling through the area
- 3/5
It is the cheapest place to stay when traveling to the airport.
- 5/5
Clean and close to the airport with shuttles to get you back and forth. Made moving around way easier. No complaints. Good solid hotel. No hassles, cleaneasy check in and check out
- 4/5
Was only here for one night and the room was clean breakfast was good. Parking became a bit of a nightmare if you came in at night as they have items in a lot of the parking spots for remodeling so we got stuck having to park in the other hotels parking lot. Did request for early check-in and received it however when requesting for a late check out they said that they were too busy to accommodate that.
- 3/5
Finally, I was transferred to human customer service. I waited, waited and waited and, after 20+ minutes of waiting, gave up. I ended up calling hotels.com, and the local hotel front desk did pick up the phone for them. Caller ID. They cross connected me and I got to the shuttle bus and the hotel after about an hour delay. I checked in. The first room was inundated with a huge concentration of insecticide. No one had bothered to air it out before assigning it. At the front desk, I explained that I was choking from the insecticide. This same women, who didn't answer my initial calls did not apologize. Instead she seemed irritated, and mechanically gave me a new key & rm. # without saying a word. Bad experience. Not recommended.
- 4/5
Nice Staff
- 4/5
Great for a quick overnight stay
- 4/5
For the price, this was good place to stay and convenient to the airport. Very clean, comfortable room, but the shower handle needs to be fixed. Nice fitness room, but the addition of a stationary bike would be really appreciated. The staff was helpful.
- 5/5
Great restrau t veryclose.great pre airport park and stay.
- 5/5
Excellent stay
- 4/5
Clean room and friendly staff. Be prepared for a long ride to/from the airport, as the hotel is located several miles away from the terminal and the shuttle is shared between several adjacent hotels.
- 4.5/5
Close to Denver Airport. Simple room for an early morning flight so it served its purpose. Didn't use any of them but many more restaurants nearby than I expected. Nothing to mention.
- 3/5
This handicapped room floor was not carpeted which made it easier to to navigate the wheelchair. Also the shower was a roll-in design making showering very easy. One minor blip with the room was the loose floor drain cover that slid off as I proceeded across it causing a fully open drain. The breakfast was definitely the bummer. Only one very small coffee decanter that emptied very fast and remained empty most of the time. The food items were minimally supplied and carbohydrate based. The only protien food option was a very small yogurt cup and milk. The breakfast items appeared to be supplied by the individual at the reception desk who was very nice but busy answering the phone, checking out people from their rooms and simply could not keep pace with the needs of the breakfast offerings. Lastly... the waffle syrup dispenser was empty! Dry waffles just didn’t make the cut.
- 5/5
Let's start with the shuttle, it was clean and comfortable and the driver was pleasant. The hotel was clean, check-in was easy, and I was very pleased the shuttle was available throughout the night (that's actually why I booked this hotel). My room was clean and cozy. I would book again. The carry away breakfast was a bit disappointing. Basically muffins. Bagels and cream cheese, cereal (which they have), even waffles (which they already have too) would have been nice. I appreciated that they did have the muffins as I got in too late to grab something for in the morning and left at 350A, so I wasn't bothered regarding the offering, just passing on a potential concern. Especially because two of the three suggestions are items they already have on hand.
- 5/5
Stayed one night for a long layover. Room was small but honestly it was perfect for what we needed. If we were staying longer it would be another story. Breakfast was standard. The staff stored our luggage so we could go out and explore the city until our flight. Would stay there again if I had a similar scenario.
- 4/5
Clean, great staff, near airport and PARK DIA
- 5/5
Room was clean, plenty of parking and the staff was helpful
- 4/5
Nice place to stay .. reasonable.. close to airport.. but .. hot breakfast was waffles or muffins .. not what we expected .
- 3/5
The bathroom was gross. The shower has no shelves for soap and such. The sink is minimal space. The toilet was disguising with yellow stains upon arrival. The floors are wood but in this case adds to the dirty feel. The toilet made funny noises all night and the fan rattled when it was on. I asked for a room away from noise and elevators in both the initial reservation and pre check in yet was given a room directly adjacent to the elevator! They did reassign me however the efforts to pre check in, wait through who knows what at actual check in and wait again to change rooms was wasteful.
- 4/5
The shuttle driver was very helpful and ensured we got to the correct departure gate and gave us instructions to ease our checkin.
- 3/5
very basic but it works
- 5/5
Room was clean, super close to airport, free airport shuttle. Breakfast included yogurt, waffles, and bread. No fresh fruit or protein, but what they had was great.
- 4/5
A clean room and a comfortable bed! The guests above us were quite loud so next time I’ll remember to request the 3rd floor. This is a great value for the money! Highly recommend it if you are on a budget! And be considerate of others when you stay in a hotel. Your neighbors can hear you.
- 4/5
Stayed for 1 night on our way to a wedding, it was very nice. Close to the airport and only about 30 or so min to central Denver. They had a nice water refill station downstairs, pastries at breakfast were fresh, the rooms were clean, and the shower was hot. No complaints!
- 5/5
Nice
- 4/5
Location and 24 hour shuttle.
- 4/5
The room and location were wonderful. We were in the last room in the hallway. Someone came in and out of the back door throughout the late night and very early morning. Just a suggestion. For those staying at the end of hallways, consider locking those doors and have people go to the front door. Our stay was good except for the continal banging doors.
- 5/5
Pretty decent lodging near the airport—friendly staff.
- 4/5
Breakfast is just waffles, bagels and baked goods with drinks. Room was very clean and nice.
- 5/5
A. C. Was. Fine. Didn’t use parking
- 4/5
Basic room, great for an overnight stay. Enjoyed the free breakfast and front desk staff. Airport shuttle was also very convenient.
- 3/5
The check-in process was also a bit unusual. The front desk asked for my debit card, but then the card reader was positioned for me to swipe myself. It wasn't a big deal, but I found it a bit different from other hotels where the staff handles the card. Lastly, the bathroom had some permanent stains on the toilet that were quite off-putting. I've stayed in many hotels, and I've never seen anything like it. While the rest of the bathroom seemed clean, those stains were hard to ignore. Overall, the stay was okay, but these issues definitely detracted from the experience. I hope the management takes note and addresses these points for future guests.
- 5/5
Great
- 3/5
Everything was fine. There was a nearby diner that was good for dinner.
- 1/5
The hotel rooms are tiny without much room to move around. There was a foot or 1.5 feet between edge of bed and ac unit. Parking did not feel safe and the shower amenities were awful!!
- 5/5
Pretty nice
- 5/5
Parking easy, staff friendly and very clean
- 3/5
Room was fine. Employees were not that friendly and the man at the front desk in the morning was actually rude. Likely will not stay again due to his lack of customer service. Breakfast was lacking especially because they ran out of waffle batter at 8:30 and refused to put more out because breakfast ends at 9.
- 4/5
Nice place if you have an overnight layover there’s a shuttle that picks you up and drops you off. And free breakfast before you head out
- 3/5
Airport shuttle was right on time when we needed it
- 5/5
Comfortable and convenient
- 4/5
Staff very helpful and kind
- 5/5
I had an amazing stay here. The shuttle was timely and Clean staff was wonderful Bre. She is a breeze. The room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Everything was superb. Thank you.
- 4/5
No vehicle parking fee. Shuttle to airport available.
- 3/5
The shower leaked, had no shelves for any toiletries and the room was dirty. Also, what is with the heavy doors, every time people left rooms all down the hallway they slammed. You could also hear every noise from the hallway and other rooms. It worked for a quick emergency in a snow storm but won't make my return visit list.
- 2/5
the toilet in the restroom was clogged and unusable
- 3.5/5
Not as clean as I would like. A little rundown. Keys did not work the first time. It’s a seven out of 10.
- 0.5/5
Everything except staff
- 3/5
Easy parking and Airport shuttle.
- 5/5
Airport shuttle worked well. Bed was comfortable and the room was clean
- 2/5
The floors in the room were strangely sticky and there was some kind of visible residue on many of the walls and the headboards of the beds
- 3/5
Will work if you only need one night. Comfortable bed. Room was ok. There’s no carpet so the room has a weird echo, the walls are paper thin so you can hear every single step/cough/door closing. It was not a good nights sleep at all. Wouldn’t stay again.
- 5/5
A very nice, affordable hotel near the airport
- 5/5
Room was clean and the bed was very comfortable
- 4/5
Otherwise nice.
- 5/5
Yes
- 4/5
Clean room
- 4.5/5
no charge for airport transfer and on time super cleaned in great shape
- 5/5
Good
- 2/5
Not the best for sleeping, paper thin walls!
- 4.5/5
Location good Would like to see more protein choices
- 4.5/5
Was only there for 7ish hours so we just slept and had breakfast so I can't really answer this
- 5/5
Rooms were very clean, staff was great, and having a free airport shuttle was a great benefit.
- 5/5
Everything was wonderful, I had lost my faith in the spirit of the complimentary breakfast, but now I am a believer once again.
- 5/5
Excelente
- 5/5
Always reliable when I stay.
- 4/5
Stay was solid. Shuttle should be more frequent.
- 1/5
Room smelled funny. No fridge. No protection on windows to not fall out. Wouldn’t recommend until some serious makeover
- 4.5/5
Room very nice, convenient location Shuttle ready on time Breakfast very poor.
- 5/5
Everything was perfect!
- 4/5
Easy access to food, airport. Clean. Polite staff
- 5/5
Parking was right in the lot of the hotel. The amenities were great. Refrigerator, microwave, breakfast, coffee muffins, bagels, cereal waffles staff was really nice. Rooms were really clean. Would 100% stay there again
- 1/5
Didn’t stay here. I accidentally reserved a room for the night at like 5 pm before my flight for the wrong day and then wasn’t able to change the reservation. Ended up paying 92 dollars for nothing. It honestly could be a great motel but I wouldn’t know. But the motel was not understanding or helpful to fix the mistake,
- 5/5
Great place great price
- 3/5
Too noisy
- 5/5
It was a great stay
- 4/5
The room was very modern, clean and neat I was very sceptical at first regarding neatness and the bugs but it was all squeaky clean✨. The breakfast options were a bit disappointing and very limited—no protein or oats, but it was okay. There was no hand soap in my bathroom! Ugh! Thats was concerning I did ask the receptionist she tried helping me but she said they ran out🗿. Well later in the morning I asked room service people they gave me some soap. The toiletries were very less and limited too. Overall I would rate 4.5/5, would definitely stay here next time when I visit.
- 5/5
ج
- 5/5
Breakfast was great. Shuttle operated in reliable time.
- 5/5
Great desk staff. Small room but comfortable for a night. Easy shuttle to dia
- 5/5
👍
- 5/5
Staff was fantastic
- 4/5
Thin walls and needing basic upkeep. Good value for the dollar. Nice staff, free breakfast.
- 4/5
With some better breakfast options, I think you’d receive a bit more 5 star reviews. Hotel is clean, rooms are smaller but cozy and comfortable…..and the hallways are always clean!
- 5/5

- 2/5
The room appeared to be under maintenance or just missing amenities. No place to put my shower stuff within the stall, no toilet paper rod on the dispenser (or maybe the wall rod it was on was correct, if so terrible idea). The A/C didn't really cool the room down, hate to be there in hot weather.
- 5/5
The only suggestion would be to have a few more protein options at breakfast. Thanks in advance.
- 2/5
The hotel was run down, but what you expect for the price. Room was a dingy, could have had a bit more cleaning before guests- towels had other persons hair in it. Breakfast was better than expected
- 5/5
The airport Shuttle was a breeze to get to and from the hotel. The breakfast was basic, but it was also wonderful and it filled me up. Zero complaints about the breakfast. The staff was very friendly to me. The room itself was a little bit smaller than I expected based on photos however, the bed was very comfortable and the room and shower and bathroom area were very clean. Overall, I’d give this hotel an 8 out of 10 stars. I would absolutely stay again too.
- 4/5
Room was a decent size and bed was comfy, although pillows were small cubes for some odd reason. The microwave in the room was very useful and convenient. Grab and go breakfast was available during early checkout but it was very minimal (trail bars, mini muffins and water).
- 4/5
Shuttle service to airport was great
- 4/5
Great to have airport shuttle.
- 5/5
Hotel shuttle is outside airport Door 510 , Island 3. Comes about every 30 minutes. Goes to multiple hotels in the same area.
- 3/5
Nice cozy room and comfortable bet, but breakfast in th morning is seriously lacking
- 3/5
Nice but loud. Sounded like a band was playing close by.
- 3/5
It was too hot
- 5/5
Parking easy. Went for a concert was a great place to stay to get ready and sleep.
- 4/5
Shuttle was easy and accessible so it went well, was disappointing i needed a iron to freshen clothes for interview and none available, but overall super clean and would visit again sometime!
- 5/5
Very east shuttle service to the airport.
- 5/5
Clean room, great staff,
- 5/5
Excelente opción , cerca de aeropuerto, limpia, cómoda, cuartos amplios. Súper recomendado
- 4/5
Quiet and clean
- 4/5
Clean room
- 3/5
No closet, hangers, iron where you get ready your clothing to, and a place to put your stuff. The unit we got is too small for two queen size bed. It could be better.
- 5/5
Clean. Comfy bed.
- 4/5
Clean and convenient shuttle to airport.
- 5/5
Friendly, kind and welcoming front desk staff.
- 2/5
After traveling all day, I wanted was to sleep and that did not happen, due to the amount of noise going on upstairs. After I made the staff aware of this complaint I that was said was “my sorry.” Will not be returning for any additional stays at this hotel.
- 4/5
Great updated remodeled room. Comfy bed and beddings and towels.
- 5/5
Staff was very friendly
- 5/5
Excellent place to stay before an early flight. Room was clean and comfortable. Shuttle arrived on time. Breakfast was a typical spread with yogurt cups, waffle maker, bread for toast and packaged pastries
- 4/5
Clean room.
- 3/5
Very old and run down and walls are paper thin. We could hear people talking in the room above us to the left and then when their kids cried in the middle of the night it was as if they were in our room.
- 5/5
Great place to stay, I’ll be back.
- 4.5/5
Awesome staff, professional and friendly. Thank you! Showerhead fell off when i tried to adjust it to point towards me... ?
- 5/5
Amy was wonderful! Quiet and clean space. Thank you!!
- 4/5
Decent place to sleep on an overnight layover in Denver
- 3/5
Underwhelmed. Receptionist was not warm and welcoming. A/c too noisy for me. Bed ok. Breakfast was poor. Gym was deficient-missing weights for women and no space or mats. Room not as expected for price. It was clean. There was no conditioner which I alway see as a sign of a really cheap ass hotel. As if women can really use “conditioning shampoo”. Room seemed cheap and decorative painting was dreadful. Tv was ok. Nice little diner very easy to walk to with a bar.
- 4/5
Things were pretty nice but a more selective hot breakfast would have made my rating go up.
- 4/5
We only stayed for a night. Overall okay.
- 5/5
As you would expect. Not fancy but clean and convenient location for a short stay before flying out of Denver early the next morning. The airport shuttle is shared with several other hotels but the Microtel was the second to last hotel pick up so it only took 10-15 minutes to get the airport. Is very close to the Moonlight Diner if you want a fun place to eat.
- 4/5
You serve waffles have syrup!!
- 5/5
It’s cleaning and quiet hotel
- 5/5
Shuttle service was easy. It was obvious the hotel did the best they could to provide a comfortable stay in an older setup. It was clean, basic, and got the job done. No laundry services availability was a bit of a pain as I had to travel 20 minutes to find a laundromat. Good diner nearby.
- 3/5
Hallway and room smelled (like cigar smoke and humidity)
- 4/5
Clean. Good shuttle to the airport
- 5/5
Perfect for a one night stay, close to airport. The staff asked immediately upon checkin if we needed the shuttle and everything was smooth!
- 3/5
Room fit the need but was very loud. Was woke up every hour or so from a loud noise we think was the elevator. Only able to sleep for a few hours due to noise. Staff was friendly
- 5/5
Nice and clean, modern look
- 4/5
The stay was good overall, nothing particularly standout but it served its purpose. I was only there for a few hours before heading to the airport, but the room was clean and comfortable. The only downside was that the walls didn’t seem very soundproof—you could hear doors opening and people in the hallway. Otherwise, a decent place for a short stay.
- 3/5
Staff más servicial, sociable y trato amable, la Srita el día del arribo muy grosera y desatenta
- 5/5
Clean great staff. Very helpful
- 5/5
Staff was amazing. It was a nice room
- 5/5
Minimalist but very clean and functional. Great price. It was just what we needed for an overnight stay for an early morning flight.
- 5/5
Long wait for shuttle at the airport
- 5/5
Close to airport and had a shuttle. We just needed a place to stay when our flight was cancelled and this worked out just fine.
- 5/5
Perfect night stay at a very affordable price. Bed was super comfy and everything was clean. Will definitely stay again.
- 4/5
Clean room,great staff,breakfast wasn’t it
- 5/5
Impressive
- 2/5
Noisy! Did not get any sleep! Call down to the front desk and got put on hold 3 times. No callback. When I couldn't sleep and went down stairs.I told the night audit about our experience and what was going on with the gentleman next door to us he looked at me and smirked and went back to eating his breakfast like I didn't exist. Breakfast was awful... If you want to even call it breakfast. Breakfast was not being attended to the juice was completely nothing but water. The only saving greece about this hotel was the rooms were clean.
- 5/5
I've been traveling for seven months and this one is by far the best of all at a fair price. Thanks Nick.
- 4/5
It's inexpensive but very clean. Absolutely a good choice for a layover in Denver.
- 5/5
Short stay overnight. Staff was amazing at check in, provided a toothbrush after mine was in my checked bag somewhere in transit at the airport. The shuttle staff was also very kind. Room was clean and bed was comfortable.
- 5/5
I love love loved my stay. I am considering using microtel any time I travel again. It was the absolute BEST!!!
- 5/5
A great choice for a one-night stay with an early morning appointment at the airport! Very clean and updated rooms, the breakfast is very minimal with cereal yogurt coffee juice, but that's all we needed and it's nice they make coffee and a snack available as early as 4:00 a.m.
- 5/5
The front desk was very nice and polite
- 4/5
Did not use the gym. Need to make a better breakfast
- 5/5
Spotless and courteous.
- 5/5
courteous staff, clean room.
- 4/5
Nice room courteous staff
- 5/5
Clean room, good parking deal, comfortable bed
- 5/5
Staff was wonderful and very accommodating. Rooms were clean , showers were amazing
- 3/5
As expected.
- 5/5
Clean, comfortable, convenient shuttle, fast check in
- 4/5
Nice update, though there were still things that didn't work right. No insulation between rooms, heater wouldn't heat to set point, either full on or off. Overall a mixed bag.
- 2/5
Light switches didn’t work. Toilet barely flushed. Online pictures didn’t match to what it really looked like.
- 5/5
Staff was friendly and room was clean
- 5/5
Clean room, friendly staff, very close to airport!
- 5/5
Staff was courteous and helpful.
- 5/5
Very nice 👌
- 4/5
Staff was very polite and helpful. Room was clean. Smaller room, but that’s what you get staying at a Microtel
- 5/5
Check in staff was friendly and it was quick
- 4/5
Clean room, quiet location
- 5/5
Brand new hotel with unexpectedly wonderful and original amenities. The lighting was fantastic, cleanliness very thorough, number of towels and their quality very high. A fantastic hotel. We'll definitely stay here again.
- 5/5
Helpful staff, very clean rooms adequate breakfast. Shuttle very convenient. The one suggestion I’d make is to be very clear in your messaging exactly where to catch the free shuttle in your email and text messaging. I’d never been to Denver (largest airport in USA!) and erroneously stood in the EAST shuttle terminal for 45 minutes like a dummy. The whole floor is a mirror image and I had a 50/50 chance haha. I was not the only person. For the record, you want to go to the WEST terminal, floor 5, door 512, island 3. I’ll definitely stay again.
- 4/5
Clean room and recently updated. Shuttle to airport runs often, which made getting to the airport the next more so easy.
- 1/5
Just crap. Used to be good 5 years ago. It’s run down now.
- 4/5
Room was spotless, staff was very accommodating to our crazy schedule. They made it work. Breakfast was lacking. Very little protein. Maybe add some peanut butter!!
- 5/5
Great stay. Nice room. Recommend.
- 4/5
Friendly staff
- 3/5
Courteous check in staff . Coffee lukewarm in a.m. at early departure.
- 4/5
Good room, but breakfast is severely lacking
- 1/5
No one came to turn over our room. No one knocked. The phone in our room was completely broken. The toilet overflowed. There was toilet water everywhere. The toilet was snaked and the room never cleaned or mopped. Never changed my room after the leak. When checking in the room the personal shampoo and soap were clearly used and there was only one roll of toilet paper
- 4/5
Clean rooms, friendly staff.
- 5/5
Room was clean, bathroom even better! Breakfast was impressive as well, did not expect that many different choices! Well done!
- 5/5
Quick easy and convenient
- 3/5
The fitness center was lacking. The treadmill did not work. The room was clean and the staff were kind.
- 5/5
Easy experience
- 2/5
The shuttle didn’t arrive when we were told it would arrive but thankfully we caught it in time. Check in took 30 mins because there was only one worker (about 5ppl before me). Breakfast was very basic which was expected but when we asked for the waffle mix to be refilled they said they couldn’t since it ended in 30 mins. No fruit at all available just an fyi. It’s a super basic stay but I’ve stayed at basic hotels before and I’d say this one was below standard. Rooms also paper thin and could easily hear neighbors and sheets not super comfy. Shower and bathroom was nice though.
- 5/5
Friendly clean and comfortable. Easy shuttle.
- 3/5
shuttle service was not good after 1 am

Room was clean and comfortable. Airport shuttle easy to use. Breakfast had no fresh fruit, limited options.
- 5/5
Great place. My first choice when I’m posted to Denver!
- 4/5
Quick nights stay for an early flight. Room seemed clean, staff not the most friendly but everything went smoothly.
- 1/5
Do nog recommend
- 1/5
Not a great option. Just mere
- 3/5
The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There were a few broke down vehicles being worked on in the parking lot. I had to listen to a guy hollering and screaming down the hall for nearly 6hrs. I was only 2 doors from the front desk. If I could hear it they certainly could. I was trying to get some sleep that afternoon and the cursing and yelling was too much.
- 4/5
Nice staff. Clean
- 5/5
The staff were friendly and helpful. I had forgotten this hotel doesn't clean rooms daily, and there are no closets, just so pegs with hangers. It worked, but I was there for a conference with dress clothes, so it was not ideal. Location is very close to the Gaylord Rockies. I did rent a car, but some people Ubered, which was much cheaper than the convention hotel prices. Area felt safe, whole street of hotels and restaurants, not too fair from airport.
- 5/5
Quiet and clean
- 5/5
Clean room. Accessible. Open. All night. Quite comfortable!
- 5/5
Breakfast was good
- 3/5
Rooms are good and fresh would stay longer but one of the front desk is not very customer friendly talks very disrespectful to you so I moved to another location
- 5/5
My friend and I stayed here in the past and we don’t recall it being as clean and organized as it is tonight
- 1/5
No refund when I had a cancelled flight
- 5/5
Attentive and friendly staff Breakfast
- 5/5
Great stop over for the night close to the airport
- 4/5
On time breakfast was great
- 4/5
Great value . Free airport shuttle was very helpful . Staff was nice and professional. Recommend a rental car . There’s NOTHING in walking distance from what I can tell
- 1/5
Front desk is rude. I have cancer and am here for medical purposes and she kicked us out for smoking inside. Absurd. My husband smokes but he went outside
- 4/5
Lacks connections to attractions in the area but good value overall
- 3/5
Small rooms,hard floors
- 3/5
The only problem we had was it was very noisy most of the night. Slamming door's and very loud people
- 4/5
The room was clean. I didn't try their breakfast. Took the airport shuttle numerous times. Always drove safely.
- 5/5
Good experience. The only downside was the people staying in the room next to us were quite loud and noisy in the morning.
- 4/5
Desayuno básico!
- 4/5
Airport shuttle was timely and the driver at 3am was friendly
- 1/5
There remodeling and hammering and drilling, doors slamming and people yelling all night. No sleep.
- 5/5
Very good and very helpful 👍
- 5/5
Nice and cleqn
- 5/5
This hotel is really great and very clean, plus the service is very friendly. The location is also strategic. I read a comment saying the mattress was as hard as a tennis court — for me, yes, it’s not soft, but it’s still comfortable and doesn’t take away any value from this hotel. Great job!
- 5/5
Ive stayed here several times before early flights out of Denver. Its a great place for a good night's sleep and a short shuttle ride to the airport.
- 5/5
Clean, quiet, and convenient to the airport. This was a great deal compared to other hotels in the area and exceeded my expectations.
- 1/5
Unfriendly staff, had to pay for parking, almost nothing to eat and drink at breakfast
- 5/5
The hotel was updating rooms during my one-night stay. Workers were hauling out old beds and furniture and hauling in new beds and furniture. They had stopped by nightfall, so our sleep was quiet. And we had a new bed.
- 5/5
Appreciated the free airport shuttle
- 3/5
The motel property was fairly clean but there was alot of trash everywhere around the property.
- 5/5
Easy for airport!
- 5/5
Very comfortable

We were at the Denver Airport facility. Our flight was canceled and happy to find a Microhotel close to the airport that also had a shuttle. Unfortunately the shuttle was shared by several hotels and it took us an hour to get on a shuttle that wasn’t full. When we got to the hotel there were at least 60 people waiting in line for check in. The line was out to the parking lot It was raining on us). It took us 2 1/2 hours to check in. There was only one employee working and even though a majority of the people had done the pre check in on our phones each person had to sign forms and present our credit cards (even though we signed forms and put in all of our credit card info on line). When we asked why couldn’t they call some one in to assist we were told by the staff person that this does happen at time and they had no one that would come in to assist. It was an awful experience.
- 5/5
Bare bones but perfect for my 6 hour stay before my early flight
- 5/5
Close to airport. Good shuttle
- 1/5
WiFi was so bad it was effectively non-existent. Having functional wifi is so basic and fundamental to a good hotel experience that if it fails, nothing else really matters. If the wifi doesn't work I don't care how clean it was or how kind the staff were...good wifi or it's a zero star experience.
- 5/5
Airport shuttle was free and timely. It is clean and safe. Only downside is there isn't anywhere to eat except a small diner that closes at 9 PM unless you drive somewhere or order DoorDash.
- 5/5
Check in was quick and ez.
- 3/5
I’m still waiting for shuttle
- 5/5
Great
- 5/5
We stayed one night as we wanted somewhere close to the airport. It was great
- 5/5
The hotel is close to the airport. It provides complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport. The hotel is next to other hotels and plentiful dining options. All staff members I encountered were friendly (smiles) and helpful. Very nice stay.
- 4/5
Rooms are decent. Beds are super comfy. No shelf in the shower to put shampoo, conditioner, soap, etc. Breakfast is quite minimal.
- 5/5
Accommodating for large parking
- 2/5
Location was good with shuttle provided. We booked and paid for on hotels.com. when we arrived the front desk clerk said we needed to pay. I showed him ny receipt and he said Insee yiu paid hotels.com but they have not paid us for your stay. We waited 30 min while he called people and he finally he gave us keys to the room. He did not take our credit card but I will be watching my card for this.
- 2/5
Lacked ammenities despite being the same price as nicer hotels in the area. We were told there would be a grab and go breakfast for travelers leaving before 6am however when we were leaving there was absolutely nothing. Manager on duty simply saide “no one got the stuff for it” they did not even offer us juice. Staff was loud
- 5/5
Nice
- 5/5
I love the continental breakfasts! The shuttle to the Airport! The rooms were clean and staff was super friendly. They also have a snack store mext to the front desk. Also, if yiu have a handicapped you can hang parking is free if not its 10 a day. Also checking out can be done over the phone 5 stars
- 4/5
The clerk had such an attitude from the moment I stepped up to check in for the 1 night stay. Anyway, I have provided all the details of my experience to the microtel customer care department. Overall I will recommend this hotel.
- 4/5
The property has a great area for walking my black and tan, but be ready for bunny rabbits on those walks.
- 5/5
Room was very small
- 4/5
Stayed here to get sleep for an overnight layover at the Denver airport. Booked it since it was fairly inexpensive, the reviews were mostly fine, there was a free shuttle to and from, and a few eating options within walking distance.
- 5/5
Microtel has become my go-to place to stay when I'm flying out of Denver. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. My only complaint, and it's a VERY minor one, is that it would have been nice to have a shelf or something in the shower to put the soap and shampoo.
- 1/5
I called two days prior to arrival and 3 hours before arrival and was told both times that the shuttle ran every 30 minutes, 24/7. When I landed at 1am, I called and asked where to go. Within ten minutes I was in that spot. I waited and waited. After waiting at the stop for 45 minutes, I called the hotel again and was told it would be another hour. Note, that would have been almost two hours before they showed up. Since it was after 2am and I was pretty mad, I paid a taxi $50 to get me to the hotel. I booked this property specifically because of the price and the shuttle. The property itself seems taken care of well enough, and clean. But I am still - 18 hours later - hopping mad. Don't book here expecting a ride from the airport if you're arriving outside of their usual hours.
- 5/5
The front desk attendants were so welcoming and friendly. Check in was easy, the room was very clean and tidy, the bed and pillows were so comfy!
- 5/5
The staff is friendly and helpful. They told me about areas to visit and areas to go offroading in with our Jeep. The shuttle driver was informative about the area and very safe driver. If you order pizza while you are here, order Mondos pizza. The staff told me about it and it really is very good and unique.
- 5/5
Nice room and bedding. Convenient shuttle to airport
- 2/5
Night manager was polite, front desk clerk in AM was rude and said they couldn’t restock food on breakfast buffet at 8:25, saying we were too late and it almost done. Supposed to be open till 9am. Kids were upset.
- 5/5
Nicely updated, large rooms, friendly staff
- 2/5
The property is fine, but I have been trying to recover an device that I left at the hotel. First, the told me they found it, asked me to prepaid a shipment, 1 week later, it is said that they have shipped out, but when I look at the tracking
- 4/5
Missed my flight because the hotel shuttle to the airport was full when it arrives, and the next one never showed up. I was going to take the A train until I found out there was a free shuttle. If only. Hotel staff should warn people that Microtel is the last stop on the shuttle route, which means that people might have to wait for several shuttles as they arrive at the hotel almost full.
- 5/5
Nice room for a reasonable price near the Denver airport

This hotel is the epitome of putting lipstick on a pig. It’s still a pig. They have (or are in the process of) renovating this hotel. But it being done so poorly. The toilet is super low to the ground. Not ideal for anyone over 50. The toilet paper roll is installed nearly on the ground. And, it is falling off the wall. They just tried to screw it into the drywall. Shocker! It has fallen off. They sprayed heavy texture on the walls, but they didn’t remove or cover the light switch plate. So it’s been partially sprayed, too. They did use blue tape to cover the latch plate. But the tape hadn’t been removed. They put in bedside lights with an outlet, but they are plugged into the outlet below so there is still only two outlets available (and they’ve plugged the clock into one of them). In the second room we had, the toilet seat was only attached on one side so it slides all over. And the toilet lid cover isn’t the correct size so it doesn’t fit at all. Plus, the toilet doesn’t flush properly so you have to reach in the tank to fix the float so it’ll stop running water. The room has very little usable flat space for putting things. There was a “bench” by the window that was placed over the top of the bench that’s over the air conditioner unit. But their is a huge open area next to the mirror and plug and no where to set anything. If you want to use the outlet for a hairdryer, makeup, putting on jewelry, or anything, you have to just set it all on the floor.
- 4/5
The property was under construction - my room still needed drywall patching (Room 221) in the main room and bathroom. I would like to recommend putting shelving in the shower; it may not be convenient for some to pick up bottles off the shower floor. The stool also was in need of fixing, it ran most of the night. But overall the room was clean, the bedding was soft and comfortable.
- 4/5
It was OK but not without issues. The staff was nice, it was clean, but there are issues with the room itself. Unlike other Microtel I’ve stayed in, there are no drawers or wardrobe to put clothes. Fine for a one night stay, but highly inconvenient for anything beyond that. Also, it’s very bizarre that there is no place to sit down soap or shampoo containers in the shower. You have to kind of precariously balance these items on the handle that opens the glass door. Beyond that, how hard would it be to get do not disturb signs that don’t fall off the door handles every time you open or close the door?
- 3/5
Not my favorite - Could use a redo. Airport shuttle was a nice perk
- 5/5
Great price, staff and hotel room!

My stay was amazing
- 4/5
I liked the airport pickup and drop off.
- 5/5
The manager at this location is the best I'd seen in this business as professional and helpfulness. Two thumbs up.
- 3/5
Very limited breakfast cold cereal or waffles vey basic
- 5/5
Great place and very close to the airport!
- 3/5
No dining near by
- 5/5
Convenient
- 5/5
Lots of folks checking in on vouchers and the front desk was clear and efficient. Good work.
- 5/5
The hotel is very clean. So clean my wife complained about the odor of the cleaning products at first, but this issue went away. The property is better than I expected from a value chain. This place is very good and I would go back. There are restaurants in walking distance.
- 5/5
Easy and affordable for airport area transition
- 5/5
Great customer service. It was chaos because of the widespread United cancellation but they handled things so well and even gave us water and snacks despite it being late at night and total chaos
- 5/5
Everything was fine. Just surprised that they charged $10 per night for parking. It really turned me off
- 3/5
Everything was great except the overpowering cleaning smell in room made us nauseous and gave us head ache
- 5/5
Nice shower
- 2/5
This is the worst hotel in the Tower Road vicinity, near DIA, that I've ever stayed at. First, they surprised me with a $10 parking fee for the night of our stay. This additional fee was NEVER disclosed. Secondly, the hotel is very run down and in much need of updating. Lastly, the area around the hotel and the road immediately in front of the hotel may not even be safe. There was one vehicle parked on that road with 4 flat tires, clearly not having been moved in perhaps weeks. Another vehicle had a shattered back window. This road is directly adjacent to the hotel parking lot for which you get to pay an extra $10/night.
- 3/5
Very basic. Not super clean. Poor breakfast
- 4/5
Very simple bare bones airport hotel. Beds were comfortable!
- 5/5
Clean, Quiet, excellent!
- 4/5
All good
- 1/5
Had to be moved hotels and our room ended up having only one bed.
- 5/5
Pretty good and very clean only bad thing was we paid for early check in and would not want to validated it so we had to come back late night to be able to just checking then
- 3/5
Stayed here to catch a shuttle to the airport. The front desk person at check in was very helpful, courteous, and professional, unlike the person who as there at 5am when we checked out. Highly recommend Moonlight Diner across the street.
- 4/5
Very convenient place to stay nearby the airport and parking lots in surrounding areas.
- 4/5
Property was very clean. Shuttle to airport was on time.
- 5/5
Quiet hotel. Loved the pillows and staff!
- 2/5
We attempted to call back twice more for help, but both times the call was abruptly disconnected. Frustrated, we walked down to the front desk, only to be met with visible irritation from the staff member, who was assisting another guest. We simply held up our key folder—still blank—and without a word, she grabbed it and stamped the WiFi info on it. No apology, no acknowledgment, just rude and dismissive service from start to finish. Not the kind of welcome you’d expect or hope for in a hospitality setting.
- 4/5
Very clean
- 5/5
Great
- 5/5
A nice property for a reasonable rate. Rooms and lobby nicely decorated. Liked the bathroom vanity, large lighted mirror, and walk in shower.
- 4/5
I didn't like that I had to pay for parking even though the lot is 75% empty and I am staying here. At check in, I had to fill out a full page information sheet about my car (which is a rental). Then I had to type the EXACT same information onto a computer screen the lady handed me. Every other hotel is satisfied with just a driver's license and a credit card for incidentals. There are dozens of hotels within walking distance. I'm going to try a different one next time.
- 5/5
We had to check out at 3:30 am and they had a sack with some water and snacks in it. That was very nice. Room was nice. Bed was nice also.
- 3/5
Hotel looks great. I believe they recently did some renovations. In a quiet area. Access to a lot of shops and restaurants. However, the breakfast was something to be desired for. The coffee was so weak..even the strongest flavor!
- 2/5
Extremely thin walls, listened to neighbor’s TV all night. Paint peeling from wall near shower. Free shuttle drove past many of us twice and had to call front desk several times and she provided excuses. We were given bad information on where to stand. The free shuttle did not come at scheduled that morning, yet had another driver take it upon himself and pickup passengers ( great guy). Stating the driver regular Mohammed “just left”.
- 5/5
Clean room, comfortable bed
- 4/5
Everything was good
- 5/5
Nice location to the airport. Would be helpful to have more information on how to find the shuttle at the airport.
- 4/5
Old hotel that was updated. Ridiculous that guests have to pay for parking. Blackout curtain let light in which is impractical of you need to sleep during daytime to catch an early flight. Doors where noisy, tv of neighbor could be heard. Wouldn’t stay here again for the price.
- 3/5
Bathroom had dirt on and holes in the walls. The shower head didn’t work properly and sprayed water everywhere. The doors leaked even when shut tight so any shower meant water all over the floor. There were no rooms available for switching.
- 4/5
Recommend hotel near airport because there is shuttle service
- 5/5
Excellent. Nice rooms and property
- 4/5
It was good. They were great about texting for questions in the days before and answering questions. The shuttle service was nice. They even gave us a little bag of breakfast when we had to leave at three in the morning for our flight.
- 5/5
Good easy crash pad, there was a strong deodorizer placed in the air conditioning that I did not care for
- 3/5
Also, whatever they used to clean with was very toxic. It was not environmentally friendly, caused a migraine in my husband and breathing problems for me. It was like those gross plug ins that are horrible for people, pets and the environment. On a positive note, the front desk staff was pleasant and helpful and the take and go breakfast set out for early departing guests was a nice touch.
- 3/5
Long wait for the airport shuttle
- 4/5
Be cautious most hotels are now charging for parking.
- 3/5
Not enough channels in tv
- 5/5
everything great
- 5/5
Excellent bar b Que at the near by diner
- 5/5
Great place
- 5/5
Very clean and nicely decorated rooms with great staff and service
