Reviews
The hotel has a convenient location and friendly staff, but there are issues with cleanliness and maintenance. Some guests have reported problems with the pool, shower, and toilet, as well as a lack of soap and conditioner. The hotel's parking situation is also a common complaint.

The room in the hotel was very clean but when we got into our room there was one blind that wouldn't even work and the beds were so extremely squeaky The faucet in the sink on the bathroom sink wasn't hooked up it was just like wiggling everywhere and there was one of the shower knobs in the shower that was just gone and parking valet was extremely expensive I thought they were going to give us a discount on that due to how the room was but they did not
- 4/5
What caught us off guard was the price of parking. Parking at the hotel was like $60/night. When checking in, they told us about an app to find parking. It worked out, and we found much cheaper parking, but wanted to mention this in the review so others know how to plan/what to expect. Lastly, something related to the water heater was very noisy when taking a shower (and shower pressure sucked)! Other than that, the grounds and facility were kept clean. Decent breakfast, good location for Downtown... Good stay.

Need cheaper parking- otherwise no complaints- all was fantastic

Great location (near convention center), staff super friendly and nice, good breakfast. I’d love to see more recycling/composting at breakfast, though. And it doesn’t make sense to me to have a fire burning when it’s 90F outside and the AC is on full blast.
- 5/5
Personnel were professional, kind, helpful and efficient. Night manager, Kevin, was even kind enough to drive us to urgent care after my husband had a fall about a block before the hotel and needed stitches in his hand. I highly recommend this hotel. Location is great also - very central to city sights. There was nothing we did no like.
- 3.5/5
Good location Valet service took 20 minutes every time we needed our car and closed our ticket out before we checked out of the hotel. The maid service didnt come until we had already been there for 4 days. We kept having to request towels and wash cloths. The room also never cooled off. We luckily brought a fan, but the room never got to a comfortable temperature despite the air constantly running.

Really enjoyed our stay but I wish I would have parked across the street to save on the 60.00 valet cost. Enjoyed the bar and free breakfast in the morning.

The staff at reception was super friendly and helpful. I was looking for an electric kettle to have boiled water to sanitize my baby's bottles. The staff said the hotel didn't have any, but he made an effort to find a thermos filled with hot water for me. Worked well for sanitizing baby bottles.

Don’t stay here. I never write negative reviews but I have to warn you, I wish someone warned me. We had room 516. Lot of mould in the barroom, missing grout in the tiles, damaged vanity due to sitting water, musty smell, cheep thin comforter, and two very small windows that looked to brick walls. The free breakfast is extremely average to the point it is inedible. There are loads of places to stay near by, stay there instead. The manager also pounded on our door at 9am while we were sleeping one morning asking who we were, then called us 5 minutes later asking us if we were a different name, mind you we have been in this room for two days already. Some of the staff were lovely, some were very rude and seemed like they were going out of their way to give you a hard time if you asked a question. Save your money stay elsewhere. Most of the rooms looked at brick walls. Also one night we were getting food from a food truck two blocks away when a large section of glass was thrown from the third storey onto the sidewalk. A poor girl tripped on a bike trying to get away from it. We immediately left frightened, walked back to the hotel. I asked the night clerk if she would call the police as it could have badly inquired someone. Also who knows if they will keep throwing things or worse. She said “if it wasn’t from our hotel we don’t call the police because they will come and ask questions.” It happened a couple blocks away don’t you want to keep the area safe? SMH.

My room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. I honestly didn't like the only option for parking was valet. i do like to get into my vehicle anytime I want. As for my room, there were things that were unacceptable for the price that was put out and I paid for. The curtains were damaged and broken on one side of the room, the buttons didn’t help. The shower nozzle pops off, when turning the temperature or off. Bathroom sliding door didn't have a lock. The remote wasn't really working, had to press down on the buttons. The little cabinet for the fridge, the hinges were loose and about to fall off, same with the toilet paper holder.

We had motorized shades on a corner room. 5 or 6 windows total. The shades only worked on a portion of two of the windows and the others remained closed due to them not operating.

Good location near tourist points, convention center, an easy 1 block walk to the 16th street free bus to the train to DEN. Good breakfast selections. Better differentiate Hampton from Homewood. A bit confusing! The virtual key on the Hilton app was not easy to learn, but worked fine.

Great location The staff gave us a room that was already occupied (I discovered that when I entered the room). Then they gave us a room that had electric blinds which didn’t work, and then the maintenance person said they can’t fix it. They gave us a hard time when we asked them to move us again, and said the hotel was full even though it’s not. Also, the beds are extremely uncomfortable, they do not provide enough toilet paper, and the breakfast is extremely minimal and dissatisfying.

Location and breakfast was better than I thought it would be (not bad for included) Bed too hard for us. Room didn't cool enough until set very low due to large open space design. I also dislike the shower design that lets water out due to no door.

Close to retail. Easy access to rail. Key maker was broken for the first day so everyone had to wait for the manager to escort them back and forth 1 by 1. Also the front desk had an attitude when we asked for water apparently that's not a standard practice.

It was a quick stay for me as I came in to meet with some colleagues and attend one day of a conference as the hotel next door. The room was comfortable and the staff was helpful for the brief time I was there. It was nicely placed and I saved money. All in all, a win. I would recommend this for business or personal travel.

The hotel was perfect for my needs and the close proximity to the Pavilion. I did request a room reassignment do to the number of teens on my initial floor. Once, I moved to a different floor and room layout it was perfect. I will definitely consider this location for future travels.

We felt very comfortable with our stay. Kevin at the front desk was absolutely amazing! Will only book here when we travel to Denver.
- 5/5
Room was clean, breakfast get there early to avoid lines but the staff was amazing and polite. Loved them. Only valet parking but nearby parking was low priced for the weekend.
- 5/5
The breakfast is always the best at this hotel. So much to choose from and always fresh. The rooms were clean and the bathroom was spacious. The location is the best for downtown Denver. $60 valet fee
- 5/5
Good hotel I’d stay again except parking is to expensive
- 4.5/5
Check in was quick and easy and it was not hard to find our room, choosing from either stairs or an elevator. Our room was clean and tidy and the view of the street was great. The room was very spacious and my family and I enjoyed our stay. There were separate events going on downstairs in the main lobby where we had to walk through after having a swim. Not ideal, but a little bit uncomfortable to walk back and fourth between the pool and the elevators through a crowd of people to get back to our room.
- 5/5
Loved it

Room: the water in the bathroom lavabo sink does hardly drain, it fills the lavabo and drains over time slowly, the shower tab need repair the bed was uncomfortable mattress is U shipe in the middle when sleeping check in: deposit for 3 nights is 180 $, at check out I am told it will take 5-10 days for return - it is not correct, it should be immediately returned breakfast not to my like, but normal in a Hampton Inn
- 5/5
The gentleman that checked me in was fantastic and he helped me work a few kinks out that I had done!! Thank you More options on the gym.

The staff were super helpful and the breakfast was good. There’s only valet parking and getting to the hotel can be confusing. It’s a great place to stay and close to a lot of happening places!
- 5/5
Very nice hotel, great big room. Loved the hitvtub and breakfast was delicious
- 5/5
The pool was fun, the round the clock coffee and water was great, breakfast was crowded was only downside, but it was tasty!
- 5/5
bfast was extensive, clean and well stocked, rooms clean, great location, parking available nearby
- 4/5
Our room was clean, and had clean sheets. But the shower and bathroom had an odd smell (smelled like weird pipes). The hair dryer and the ice machine did not work as well. Parking was not my favorite, if you're driving in and looking for a cheaper option than the $60 dollars a day for vallet; the lot right across the street worked for our needs. But, the staff was lovely and the overall vacinity was really clean! Good for our quick stay.
- 5/5
Excellent breakfast!
- 5/5
Breakfast was top notch. Staff is so professional, friendly and helpful. Makala, the breakfast manager is wonderful.
- 5/5
The Hampton Inn is a great place to stay. The rooms are clean and updated, the breakfast is plentiful, and the location downtown is great!
- 5/5
Amazing breakfast, quiet sit down area.
- 5/5
Everything was great about the hotel. Just wish they had a partial discount on parking it was expensive fo two days. Walking distance from 16th street food & tourist area downtown.
- 5/5
Breakfast was excellent. Didn't use the bar.
- 3/5
Room is not ready when we got there at 4 PM which was also check-in time. There was no extra toilet paper in the room we had to go down to ask for it. Staff started knocking on the door at 10 AM when checkout time was at 12 which woke us up and the breakfast at 9 o’clock when it was supposed to last til10 was mostly empty. Also be prepared to pay for parking because there is no on-site parking unless you pay.
- 5/5

- 3/5
Second, when we requested toothpaste and a toothbrush, we were informed that toothbrushes were unavailable. Third, the breakfast quality was below expectations.
- 3/5
Parking was confusing and expensive.
- 4/5
The only thing that was amazing was the bartender McKenzie! She was great! The front staff was not helpful didn’t have any thing we needed our room wasn’t ready and they didn’t even apologize for it
- 2/5
Had made reservations and prepaid for two queen beds. When I went to check in, they had did not have my reservations available and switched me to a king with pullout bed. When I got into the first room, it smelled like marijuana in there when I asked for a non-smoking room so how to switch rooms again.
- 5/5
Room was very clean, neat, and tidy. There was enough room for my family of 4. Walk in there the staff was very professional and explained everything that needed to be known
- 4/5
Extremely polite, professional and welcoming staff, sparkling clean, loved the room especially the walk in hallway/ closet, our rooms shades didn't go up or down which was fine at check in but a little disorienting in the morning, pool was appreciated, over all an appreciated experience
- 3/5
The girl who checked us in was rude. We called at night and asked for toilet paper and they said they would send it up and it never arrived. I sat down in the shower on the handicap accessible seat and the shower gel fell on my head. The toilet paper holder broke. The room was nice, but it seemed to be falling apart in little ways. Was not impressed with the staff.
- 5/5
Yes
- 3/5
What location is nice, the parking is very expensive. They wanted to charge $60 a night for parking there. We found a place across the street for 35 a night. The room was cleaned, but the bathroom had no locking door, simply a sliding barn door that was made to fit by taking a piece of the wall out. The luggage carts had a flat tire and the elevators were confusing. That being said, we got a good night sleep in the bed was comfortable.
- 5/5
Room was amazing: large, clean, great shower! Excellent bed as always at Hampton Inns! A personal greeting with your name in the TV screen! Lobby is huge, modern and well designed. Breakfast is usually great, but the hours are shorter on weekdays. Don’t miss it by coming down after 9am like I did! Great stay!
- 1/5
Broken things
- 2/5
Shower head was loose and hot water was spotty, air conditioner didnt work, had to call maintenance (both front desk staff and maint worker were nice) but it barely got the room to temp by the time i was checking out the next morning. Breakfast was so-so, I've had much better offerings at other Hampton Inn properties.
- 4/5
Lots of walkable restaurants
- 3/5
The location was great and easy check-in and checkout. The room was clean but the bathroom door was a sliding barn door and did not close all the way. When when you are a family of four staying in a room, it makes it very difficult to use the bathroom in private work quietly throughout the night. Closing the door to the bathroom sounded like somebody was banging on the walls. It was awful. When we went down to the Continental breakfast they were out of food and there were tons of people. Go early. The pool and hot tub were nice. 9:00 at night. There was 20 kids in the pool. So very loud but to be expected. When staff was available they were nice. We tried calling down to the front desk at 9:00 to ask questions and nobody answered. We then called again at 7:00 in the morning and nobody answered. But at 9:00 a.m. they did answer. There was no information on when the breakfast was available. That's why we were trying to call. The beds were comfortable but the pillows were very flat and uncomfortable. We had a wonderful view of the parking garage across the street. I think we could have upgraded for a better view, not a big deal.
- 5/5
Everything was beautiful.
- 5/5
This was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in! It was very clean and all the employees were very polite and friendly!
- 2/5
The check in system was down, it took two hours to check in. The hot tub was down. The next morning, staff knocked on the door THREE times waking me up before check out trying to clean the room, starting at 8 am. It was very frustrating.

The pillows were awful, please consider replacing them.
- 5/5
Great Hotel! Can't beat the location! Parked across the street for less and worked out well. 😊
- 4/5
There was plenty of room to spread out. It was clean and stocked with all necessities.
- 5/5
Clean, quiet, safe, convenient location, one block from 16th Street. Breakfast has a good variety and excellent customer service from all the staff, especially the valet parking attendant who patiently answered some questions I had. Just one small detail: the hotel needs to inform Guess BEFORE the reservation if any of the amenities are not working. But overall, it's a good place to stay.

The room was very large and clean. The room was not ready at check-in time which was a little frustrating, but the wait wasn't too long. The shower did not initially have any soap left in the bottle, but the front desk provided it! I would stay here again.

The cleanliness of the room and hotel was excellent, however the room did not have toilet paper and came with limited towels available. When asked for the supplies, one of the front desk workers questioned our request. The breakfast on one of the days was of poor quality which we ended up going out for breakfast. This is our second time we stayed here and will most likely be back just because we prefer amenities of this hotel chain.

Very friendly staff, beautiful room very clean. Highly recommend this spot if you’re staying in downtown Denver.
- 4/5
The hotel is nice. Clean rooms. Good breakfast with ample tables, so not a worry about finding a space to eat.
- 5/5
This got the job done for a decent price. The breakfast is above average. The parking is a little meh: super expensive valet so you kind of need to put your car in the mall parking nearby yourself.
- 5/5
Amazing room. Fantastic salt water pool. Perfect hot tub. Clean workout facility. Attentive valet staff. Fully stocked breakfast with attendants cleaning tables, refilling coffee, etc promptly. Great location. Perfect stay no complaints whatsoever!
- 2/5
The hot tub and pool were dirty, the water was very murky. In the hot tub the water was so dirty I could not see me knees when I sat down. Also, the hot tub stank of sweat. The pool water was a murky green/grey color and was not clear. Bathroom tile in our room was broken. Also room was cold. The service from the staff including the valets was good. I could tell they were really trying, but I could tell that they were dealing with things out of their control like a lack of maintenance.
- 5/5
We love our stay at the Hampton Inn. The breakfast is great, the rooms are always clean and well cared for.
- 2/5
Bathroom door didn't close, not even half way The heat came on every 2 minutes and then went off for 2 minutes and came back on. Each time it did that there was a loud clicking noise.
- 5/5
Clean room, great pool and hot tub. Location was superb!!
- 5/5
I don't think it's possible but another hot tub would be awesome. Other than that everything was great.
- 4/5
Great complimentary breakfast! Fitness center was nice and so was the pool and hot tub. My room was a little hot no matter how much I turned the AC down. For some reason they have two names for the hotel, two elevator access key cards and two different wifi connections. You had to use the correct one but they both start with H so it was very confusing.
- 3/5
I was not given the room I selected and paid for. I was given an ADA room and the shower was a walk in and disgusting. The hotel was sold out and they couldn’t move me.

It was my Daughters 11th Birthday and she invited her cousins to the pool and they had a blast… the whole experience there was amazing… definitely booking again!! Thank you!!
- 3/5
A smoker had been in that room before me - there was a machine in the room when I got there in an attempt to get the smoke out, but it still smelled! And this is supposed to be a no smoking hotel…..
- 5/5
The room was spotless. Breakfast area was always fully stocked and had a large variety of breakfast items.
- 5/5
The hotel was very clean. I enjoyed the breakfast and using their gym. I liked the location, downtown Denver. Everything was within walking distance.
- 5/5
The room was spacious and clean. We enjoyed the hotel bar and hot tub. Only downside was the shower seemed to drain slowly which caused the floor to constantly have sitting water and the sink did not drain quickly either. The pillows were not very comfortable but the bed sheets were nice.
- 4/5
Clean rooms, comfortable beds, great location
- 4/5
We stayed here for 3 nights really enjoyed our stay it’s walking distance to restaurants and stores. My only issue is parking which only offered valet parking and for the price of $60 per night. We had to park across the street in a open area parking lot for about $30 per night. I wasn’t a fan about leaving my car there but there was not too many places to park. Other than that the staff is friendly and breakfast was decent.
- 2/5
Over all, the hotel itself is nice but the experience I had was disappointing. I stayed two nights. On the 2nd day of my visit, I got back to my room at 5:30pm. There was a note on the door stating they had to shut the water off from 11am - 4pm that day. I was thankful I got back when I did knowing the water issue would have been resolved. Went to turn on the water faucet and just a trickle. I called guest services and they said “well, it was fixed but the pipe broke again and we don’t know when it will be fixed. Might be tonight or tomorrow sometime”. I expressed my concern because I had to leave the hotel at 4:30am the next day and there is no water to shower or wash up. I asked if a credit would be given. She said “well, I’ll let the manager know of your request and they will get back to you”. That never happened and they never notified the guests of this extended water issue. The bathrooms were all closed in the lobby and the room toilets weren’t flushing. The staff didn’t even offer extra water bottles to at least alleviate some of the inconvenience. I had to ask the front desk for some so that I would wash up in the sink. The overall customer service was lacking to say the least. I’ve stayed at Hampton Inns before but I will be sticking with my preference of a Marriott property from now on.

Great location. Fine hotel.
- 5/5
We had a great stay! The room was clean and comfortable. The only issue with the room was the sink drained super slow and the toilet flushed slow. We called maintenance and the toilet was fixed but still flushed a bit weird. The breakfast was delicious, staff was friendly, pool & hot tub were fun. Also, the ice machines on floors 4 and 5 didn't work, so we had to go to floor 3 to get ice. Not a huge deal, but worth mentioning as we were on floor 5.
- 4/5
We stayed for night. The next morning at around 8 you could hear the maid staff in the hall laughing and talking. Then I heard a banging on the door. I looked out and it was a maid 3 doors down. Don’t understand why they had to be so loud!…. The room was clean other than on the tops of shelves, the headboard light fixtures. They needed dusted pretty good.
- 5/5
Beautiful room and facilities, area was safe and walkable to everything, absolutely will stay again!
- 3/5
We took a shower and the water stayed in the tub that was nasty called down stairs a guy came up and took so much hair out of that drain it was so nasty He told me dont leave hair in the shower We didnt wven wash I'll hair while we was down there. But everything else was great i would stay there again.
- 5/5
I discovered that Expedia charged me more than the current rate the hotel was offering people off the street.
- 5/5
Loved my stay at Hampton Inn & Suites! 💜 Just a quick walk to Coors Field stadium, super fast check-in, and I even got a “Welcome” with my name on the TV. Extra points for the safety touch — room key for the elevator and doors after hours. Felt safe, cozy, and cared for!
- 5/5
Good job
- 3/5
There was a hand towel not noticed until today that was dirty and disgusting it looked like someone smeared their bloody snot it, so disgusting! Not to mention a blood pathogen absolutely disgusting and non sanitary! The bed had a fruit sticker on the sheets when removing the blankets to sleep it looked like a sticker from an apple. Seems like nothing is washed just folded back up to look nice and not clean. Really gross and I never leave bad reviews but this was beyond gross.
- 5/5
Check in was super easy. We parked cheaper across the street, which was super easy to get to. Nice dog area a few blocks away which was key for my stay. Bar area was great too.
- 5/5
Loved the room and bar. Didn’t appreciate housekeeping knocking on our door at 8:30 am as we were still in bed.
- 5/5
Great central location, very nice rooms, good included breakfast. Some pillow options would have been nice (I prefer a firmer one). Would definitely stay here again.
- 5/5
Drew was so helpful at check in and a wonderful sense of humor! It’s a beautiful hotel! The lobby. The artwork! No Restaurant inside the hotel! The free hot breakfast is wonderful! Egg bites, sausage, French toast, oatmeal, make your own waffles, different breads for toast, juice and milk!
- 4/5
Went out to Denver for a Rockies game. About a twenty minute walk to the ballpark. Was a nice room, clean and what not. Nice pool and gym. The complimentary breakfast was fantastic, great perk to stay. Was not able to accommodate for a pack and play so if you need one I suggest call ahead or bring your own. Ice machine on my floor didn’t work ao had to go to another floor. All in all for what I was there for got the job done and my and my family enjoyed our stay. I traveled with my two little kids and was a nice friendly place for them.
- 5/5
Great location and nice hotel with free breakfast and great price
- 4/5
Everything about this hotel exceeded my expectations apart from having to wait until 4:30 to check in because the rooms weren't ready. Staff was friendly, room was maybe the best Ive ever stayed in. Breakfast was okay. Having hot coffee 24/7 was super! Pool area was par but the fitness room was awesome.
- 5/5
We loved this property - very nicely designed and clean rooms; comfy bed. I had a tasty meal for breakfast, too. One thing that wasn't cool however was the parking was VERY expensive via the valet. Thank goodness a front desk gal shared about an inexpensive parking garage 2 blks away.
- 5/5
Friendly staff, clean room, and just overall a great place. Definitely visit again!
- 3/5
Inconvenient location. The other hampton we usually stay at was booked up.
- 5/5
The room was huge! Nice location, easy to get to. Lots of shopping and dining within walking distance.
- 5/5
Everything was very clean. Helpful front desk staff. The bartender, Michaela I think was her name, listed off a few places to eat that turned out to have both amazing food and environment. The breakfast variety was excellent. Housekeeping staff was on top of it. Great location in downtown Denver - great places in walking distance. I didn't have a single bad experience here and would definitely stay again.
- 3/5
The hotel website states the beds are comfortable, but it doesn’t mention how ridiculously uncomfortable the pillows are… flat as a pancake. We had 2 rooms and all of us had uncomfortable, flat pillows that caused loss of sleep and neck pain!
- 5/5
I liked the walk in shower, the shower water pressure and the large tv. The bed was really comfortable!!!
- 5/5
It was great and super comfortable.
- 5/5
Comfortable room, lots to do.
- 5/5
I love a good hotel bed and location. These are my top two requirements of hotels. This hotel was nice. The location, the staff, and the breakfast was great. The happy hour was a bonus. I enjoyed my stay.
- 1/5
When I booked the suite on this website, it advertised for a suite with 2 rooms and when I got to the hotel they kept giving me the run around and finally told me that they DO NOT have a 2 room suite in that hotel!
- 1/5
Room was good. Staff was split with Homewood. one part of the building is Hyatt and the other is homewood. They clean every other day but didn’t refill the body wash or shampoo. Not worth the money.
- 5/5
We enjoyed the amazing breakfast and the swimming pool.
- 4/5
Staff went out of their way to assure I was checked in and happy with my room. Front of House amenities could use improvement, need more water and soft drink options perhaps.
- 4/5
Lot's of dinning options around.
- 5/5
Great place to stay and easily walkable to nearby restaurants! Quick uber to Ball Arena is a huge plus!
- 5/5
Loved the shower toiletries, comfortable beds, quiet room, great breakfast, and walking distance to our destination. Thank you.
- 4/5
Their fitness center, while well equipped and clean, contained many nonfunctioning machines requiring service. Finally, their coin laundry had no working dryers. After 5 days, I like to wash my clothes, not wanting to pack them dirty. They only alternative they offered was for me to go to the Hilton down the street to use those. They have commercial dryers on the property. The front desk personnel did not state whether their internal rules might prevent me from using one for about half an hour; I would've understood that. They implied, by their silence, that I had to go elsewhere. In this case, I had to scramble to find a local laundromat on my last night. Poor management.
- 5/5
Was on a great area, near or in walking distance to most things in the city. Recently renovated.
- 5/5
Lovely staff, lovely room— Accommodating and perfect for the typical traveler.
- 4/5
We have chosen this hotel several years ina row. It is close to Denver Convention Cneter which is why we continue to book. They have a great continental breakfast, and several options to chose from. Staff is always friendly.
- 4/5
Check-in was bad, lady told me that i could not Check-in until 4. Another employee Checked me in right away. The rooms restroom door was a barn door style which did not lock or open properly.
- 3/5
This needs to be stated in the description of the property
- 5/5
Great location to Coors field and shops and bars, restaurants
- 1/5
My stay was fine. However my room was over booked twice, after I virtually checked in for my first reserved room. I was given a second room, it was already booked. I walked in with my minor children to a couple being intimate together. Went back down to the lobby area to get another room, was given a 3rd room, had staff go with me to ensure it wasn’t already booked, it wasn’t. I tried to request a refund but it was denied.
- 5/5
Quiet rooms!
- 5/5
Basic hotel in downtown Denver, I needed to stay for a night and it served it's purpose for the price. No frills but clean and spacious room. I was upgraded to a larger room that was incredibly spacious. Breakfast was included but very lack luster. Conveniently located for what I needed. I appreciated the security features to enter the hotel at night and key card for elevator.
- 5/5
Great hotel right in the heart of Denver. Pool and hot tub are very nice. Daily breakfast is amazing. Parking is a little pricey, but there is a cheaper lot one block away. Room was huge with everything we needed
- 1/5
Do not stay here
- 5/5
This hotel was in a great area of downtown! So many fun things to do were in walking distance. The hotel itself was very nice and the rooms were spacious. I would definitely stay here again!
- 4/5
It was a nice stay and super convenient to everything downtown.
- 3/5
I will not stay there again
- 5/5
it was a very nice place
- 5/5
The only thing is the pricing for the parking.
- 5/5

- 5/5
It was a nice hotel, and the price was good.
- 4/5
Great location, only plus would be a restaurant on site.
- 5/5
Breakfast is very good!!! The check in was not very welcoming. :( The gentleman looked like was were inconveniencing him. Good location
- 5/5
It is fantastic
- 4/5
Very accommodating
- 5/5
Better than expected. In the middle of a lot of places to walk to. Would stay again.
- 5/5
A very quiet hotel that is still within walking distance of restaurants, bar, shopping, etc.
- 5/5
The front desk attendant (Allyson) was outstanding. Very helpful. Had a great stay
- 3/5
Hotel is difficult to get in and out of. No parking unless you do valet or pay to park across the street.
- 3/5
Fire alarm went off in the very early morning which was inconvenient because there was no fire, and no staff communicated that there was a test or that it wasn’t an emergency. When we came back to our hotel room the second day to our surprise it was not cleaned up and instead a do not disturb sign was placed on our door, not by us. A very weird experience at this hotel.
- 1/5
I booked a double city view room and the experience was really bad. The first room that they put us in the window roller was broken and even maintenance come just to tell us they dont have the engine to make it work so they changed us to a different room which was having the same problem. The FD was really unemphatic and they were going to change us to a third room but the curtains were all up and couldn’t go down. They didn’t offer me a solution not even an upgrade and made my whole experience awful. Please if you book a city view room call in advance to see if the room has the curtains fixed already. The hot tub water was cold.
- 5/5
Very clean , quiet. Excellent front desk staff and good breakfast
- 5/5
Nice stay!
- 5/5
Very accommodating staff
- 4/5
Problem with parking, 60 dollars a day com on man
- 3/5
The hotel itself was clean and the staff was friendly.
- 5/5
Nice stay. Large room and very good breakfast.
- 4/5
Only bad part was not being able to check out a little bit later 11 o’clock is pretty early but I understand it’s Valentines Day. Parking and valet is very expensive but you can park cheaper across the street so it was absolutely a great location as well
- 5/5
Staff checking in were fantastic! Room was very clean!
- 3/5
The breakfast wasn't good enough
- 1/5
The shower was terrible! I mean really no door? Water all over the bathroom floor. Front desk staff was rude, literally the worst check in process I’ve ever had.
- 5/5
I loved this hotel
- 5/5
Great location and close to many things! We walked to dinner the ice skating around the corner. We walked a few blocks then it was back to the hotel. Beds were comfy, the gym was well equipped and pools were available!
- 3/5
However, we never received room service and fresh towels or sheets without asking the front desk. Then, they just left everything outside our door (no DND sign on door). Valet was quick and easy. Check out was smooth. Breakfast was good and had a great variety.
- 5/5
An inoffensive stay in Denver for the rodeo. Clean and warm during the polar vortex with nice views of the Rockys! Great included breakfast with 3 rotating hot options a day I really enjoyed. Kind, welcoming staff
- 4/5
Amazing staff, very nice rooms, great everything! Our new favorite hotel!
- 4/5
Check in was easy. The security is comforting.
- 5/5
The service I received from Allison was excellent!
- 5/5
It was a beautiful hotel the outside was a little dirty
- 5/5
Nice spot a little confusing just cause theirs two hotels in one but after you get to your room you'll be fine
- 4/5
The only inconvenience we had was that the pool was being worked on so we weren’t able to use it
- 4/5
I felt bad for the valet guy. Manager needs to step up to help valet parking cars when you now your going to busy. Valet parking guy was very busy with cars. 1 person guy is not acceptable at all…..
- 1/5
- 5/5
Valet was a little expensive but needed
- 5/5
The hotel was beautiful, easy to access and in a good, safe location. My family and I had a great trip. The rooms were large, clean and quiet. They had a nice, free breakfast. The pool and spa were nice also. I will definitely stay here again.
- 5/5
When I was reserving the room it was listed as Homewood Suites and Hampton Inn. So checked the address and found it to be the same.At check in, the pers
- 4/5
Would only stay downtown if we had an event there. Everything is more expensive from dining to parking! Big city streets can be sketchy at night would much rather be on edge of town must less hassle!
- 5/5
Grate place to stay love the service.
- 5/5
Nice place
- 5/5
Excellent
- 2/5
Additionally, several of our room keys did not work. While we did request help from the front desk to fix one of them, their dismissive attitude persisted, so we decided not to address the issue further and left the remaining non-functional keys unused. The indoor pool also was not heated or inviting, adding to our dissatisfaction. Overall, the lack of hospitality and these inconveniences made our stay disappointing.
- 5/5
Loved this hotel. Will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Denver.
- 5/5
liked the pool and breakfast, also liked the bar
- 4/5
Parking in denver is always a pain but the lot across the street from the hotel is convenient
- 5/5
Second time there because it’s location, parking in the area and walkable to the venues we attend.
- 4/5
Breakfast was hit or miss, hotel is very nice. Nearby parking is convenient though pricey
