I loved that it was downtown and close to everything! We will be back!

Great hotel!

The hotel room was well clean and staffing was amazing

So there was no parking for the hotel. You need to park 3 blocks away in a random parking lot, that was metered every 12 hrs, or you used valet parking for $64. The staff misinformed us and said the hotel kitchen was open when we checked in. When I went to get menu's the bartender said they'd closed the kitchen early. The next morning when I called to check breakfast hours, I was told that breakfast is over at 9am, it was 8:45 am. Thankfully, when I went to get food for the 2 elderly family members I had with me I discovered breakfast wasn't over until 10am. They didn't have a very good selection of the foods to choose from for breakfast though. Overnight the 8th floor that we were on was very loud. People passed through several times during sleeping hours yelling, laughing and talking so I was woken up several times. The room was very clean and bed was moderately comfortable. The Valet man named Jim was amazing and very helpful.

An emergency situation was handled very poorly by hotel staff. There was a marathon on Sunday that closed almost all streets in downtown Denver from 6:30 to 10:00 AM which meant we had to leave by 6:00 to make it to the airport for any morning flights. We were not informed until Saturday night by a valet who “happened” to mention it. We heard other guests say they weren’t informed until midnight. The 2 valets worked frantically for everyone to get their cars in time. Even when there wasn’t an emergency there was usually only one valet on duty for extremely expensive valet parking.

What an amazing staff! Everyone took great care of us! We towed two brand new E-bikes on the back of our truck and paid for valet parking - each valet took care of our vehicle and bikes as if they were their own! It made us feel so safe and secure. Plus, the hotel was just 2 miles from our son’s condo! We normally stayed in Lakewood at the same hotel, but we love the downtown location so much, we are booking 2 rooms for November for the Hyrox competition. Looking forward to staying in this amazing hotel again!

Rooms were adequate clean and spacious breakfast was the same every day French toast and pancakes were premade which were gross I've stayed in plenty of hotels were the breakfast is changed daily example scrambled eggs sausage homefires, single served omelets with cheese bacon home fries with onions and pepper egg frittata or bites with kielbasa hashbrown patties also small pastries and pancakes waffles are made by the guest so they are fresh and hot.

Room and property were clean. But fire alarm went off at 240 am and we were not let back in till almost 4am. Staff gave no updates. Called corporate and was notified it was someone smoking in room 20 min before desk staff confirmed. Ok to go back in. No info and explanations no kinda apology. No wave of late fee or even a comped drink. For the rate they charge expected more

Around the shower door was dirty but other than that room was clean. Had to call for blankets and pillows. Our two kids had to sleep on pull out couch but had no extra. Very minor things but enjoyed our stay.

Nice continental breakfast with non-pork and vegetarian options. Enjoyed that our room had both a mini fridge and microwave. Really good shower pressure and heat.

We love the location. There is so much within walking distance. This will definitely be a top pick on future trips to Denver.

Location, location, location The property is a bit dated (e.g. rugs in the room are worked out and one morning the hot water did not work) and we needed to prompt the staff to clean the room, but overall the staff was professional and helpful, especially the guys at the entrance were lovely.

The wide variety of foods for breakfast I recommend spicing up the fruit choices or considering a fruit salad with available fruits

Great room. Had king bed with comfy pillows, view of mountains & city, sofa with ottomans, kitchenette with mini fridge, microwave, sink, dishwasher, toaster, and island. Plenty of USB’s for charging. Lobby had ice water with or without lemons, a warm fireplace, and a water bottle filler. Staff were friendly and helped us figure out how to get to Union Station to take train to airport, saving money instead of uber.

Staff was nice but made checking in difficult by saying we did not have a card on file yet I had to type in a card in order to even book…. also we wanted to go swimming and the pool had a 2 hour long maintenance wait and with our check out time it made it so we couldn’t go. Also the water took almost a full 7 minutes to finally warm up. Decent price and the room was good but not the perfect stay.

The room was spacious and clean. The hotel staff were very nice. The only issue was the length of time it took for dinner, and on our last day the cleaning staff was pounding on our door at 9am to try to get us out even though check out was at noon.

Valet parking is nor worth it.

And very nice clean room. However, their website said they had a shuttle between the airport and their hotel, which wasn’t true.

The shower door leaked out the water and soaked all the towels trying to contain it. When trying to order food for dinner we were informed of a 2 hour wait on the hotels kitchen. We asked for recommendations on ordering food to be brought to the hotel but the staff said it wasn’t allowed. However, the QR code in each room for dining states that there is a designated pick up area in the lobby and to ask staff about it. Overall, not the best experience nor were staff very kind or helpful when spoken too.

The location to my conference Would have loved flavored creamer at breakfast for the coffee.

The Hyatt House side isnt as nice as the Hyatt Place side. The breakfast is decent and the lobby is nice. The staff accommodating and kind with an issue i had with the rooms sink...parking is convient but pricy. Reallt handy if you have a conference at the convention center

Check-in took a long time to do due to some systems failure. Had to wait maybe 30-45 minutes. Besides that it was a good stay. Definitely park in the sp parking garage since its close to the hotel and allows drivers to come and go as they please.

Enough towels in bathroom. There was chaos in the dining area. It would be nice to have some order. Guests with kids should try to have one parent watch them while the other picks up food and trade off but 4 kids tagging onto the parents add to crowding and spills/accidents which interrupts staff routine.

Breakfast was great. Valet was outstanding. I booked a high-rise room but was given a room on the 6th floor. Definitely not high. I would have liked to have been aware of the parking situation before arriving. Also, I could have gone without the duplicate charge on my credit card. I didn't arrive until almost 3 am so it was quiet irritating.

Great location, close to 16th street mall with access to many restaurants and shops. Staff was friendly. Even the person who mistakingly barged into our room to drop off a crib that we didn't order smiled. 4⁴ Perhaps it was out fault for not locking the top lock while we were in the room, but never did we imagine a staff member would enter our room, without knocking, to drop off a crib we didn't need or order. It happened about 30 minutes after we called the front desk to ask for someone to come unplug our bathroom vanity sink (which would not drain, at all).

Excellent choice for downtown adventure. Very affordable and location is in the heart of downtown, so you can walk to all the cool places and go see the sights of downtown Denver. Staff is very friendly as well and rooms are super clean.

Such a warm and inviting place to stay

Check in experience wasn't great, not very helpful about the valet parking. For the front desk, not very friendly. And nobody at the valet parking. We had to wait couple of times... Breakfast was so disappointed. Not many options as it used to be. And for people who do not ear pork, nothing. Just scrambled eggs with very dried potatoes. There should be at least turkey sausages, not just bacon and pork sausages. No fruit, but apples and canned maple peaches. Will not stay again.

The room was just what we needed for a family of 3 for one night. The location on Glenarm was covenient to 16th St., restaurants, breweries, and close enough to scooter to the Ball Arena for Avs game. Staff was attetive and we were always greeted with a smile as we entered and exited the lobby area. My only suggestion, and it's a small one, the breakfast buffet should follow weekend/holiday hours on Thanksgiving morning and remain open until 10 am. Instead it closed promptly at 9 am, following the weekday hours schedule. We'll be back!

Everything about this place was perfect. The location, the cleanliness, the staff, the decor. The bed was super comfortable. We were on the 20th floor so we had a great view of downtown Denver. There is a free breakfast, and let me just tell you it was fantastic. A huge variety of items to choose from. everything was fresh. Real plates and cutlery. Even the coffee was good.

Overall, great location, comfortable room. EXCEPT... The bathroom door has been changed to a glass barn door style. So when you get up in the middle of the night and turn on the bathroom light, you wake everyone up. And anything going on in there? Yeah, everyone in the room is made aware due to the barn door style not creating a seal. Otherwise, lovely hotel. Great Staff. Put real doors back on bathrooms.

The swiveling TV was such a simple but effective touch-- and I can't tell you how much we appreciate the use of a Chromecast system rather than all of the silly hoops you usually need to jump through when trying to watch your own media in hotel rooms.... TThe kitchen was beyond our expectations and we loved being able to pop down to the Target for groceries and then fix legitimate meals in-room. I was shocked by the dishwasher and garbage disposal and how stocked with cooking utensils the room was. the pillows are perfection and staff made no hesitation to bring us extras and more blankets since we like to get real cozy! The continental breakfast was awesome-- and the staff was SO on top of cleaning and service. Everyone was so nice, the food was delicious and non-monotonous, and the coffee station saved our lives. My only complaints are that there was no full body mirror for fit checks on the way out the door, and that I felt personally attacked by the insanely bright mirror in the bathroom. Like, damn, I know I'm getting old, but the reminder on top of Denver's harsh effect on my skin was RUDE. The shower was an absolute dark and cozy delight, though, so I'll forgive a little. We loved it. Clean, friendly, helpful, and generous. :)

I really enjoyed my stay here. Staff are very friendly and helpful. I came in right after my morning flight and I asked for an early check in which they were able to help me. They gave me a room at the top floor which I enjoyed bc it had a cute view. The gym was useful. The breakfast was pretty good. I also enjoyed that it was walking distance to 16th street which has a bunch of restaurants and shops. I would stay here again no doubt.

Other than the hallway on our floor smelling like marijuana one day it was a pretty nice place. The staff was kind and responsive. Would stay again. Parking is crazy expensive though.

My favorite thing about my room was the down comforter and pillows, I never wanted to get out of bed! It made for a great nights sleep!

The room was big with stove microwave refrigerater dishwasher. The area arond the hotel is other big businesses. Its pretty much located in the heart of Denver. The staff could have been friendlier. They were not rude but they weren't happy to see you

The front desk staff were great, from checking in to accommodating my needs during the stay. We were exhibiting at a tradeshow and they were so helpful to make things easier. The hotel itself was very nice but the front desk is the reason we will stay again.

Parking is the only downside

Thankfully, the other room didn’t have bedbugs, but we were still leary of it happening again. Also, I wasn’t offered a reimbursement for that first night, which was kind of disheartening. I’m not sure if we’ll stay there again.

The property location is perfect with many ideal spots to eat or visit within a 15 min drive or walk. The room was ok (items from last guest left behind, outlets not working) but staff did attempt to resolve issues as quick as possible.

Great hotel

Property has issues with property/room maintenance. If sinethung is broken, fix it. The barnyard style sliding bathroom door would not close and it was fir sure like that for a while due to the paint worn diwn and damage to the flooring.

Stayed here for a mini getaway from San Diego, for a favorite Artist of mine that was at Red Rocks. Plenty of seating in the Lobby/Lounge area. Check In was a breeze, as was the drive to & from Red Rocks. The complimentary breakfast was pretty good compared to other places I’ve stayed. Perfectly nestled in Downtown with tons of nearby places to enjoy without the need for a vehicle. Definitely will be my “go-to” location to book whenever traveling to Denver

It was amazing. Went for Denver tattoo convention everyone was incredibly helpful and courteous to me. Front desk was amazing in assisting me with extending my stay as I originally did not book for the full weekend (an oversight of mine) Valet were exceptional and held my car for me having no stress for convention and parking. Bartenders were kind and attentive from alcohol to morning coffee. I fail to remember specific names despite staff introducing themselves but EVERYONE at this location was first class.

There was not enough plates during breakfast and people were told to use napkins instead. Food was not always readily available during breakfast. Long waits with nobody monitoring the food for re-supply. The shower door did not seal and water would get all over the floor. They didn’t clean the room everyday. We didn’t watch much television, but ABC, CBS, etc weren’t available.

The part I didn’t like was the parking, $65 per night.

The hotel clerks were very polite and friendly and got me accommodated pretty quickly. The room was clean but there was slight damage and they tended to it quickly.

The location was perfect for activities downtown and was walkable to 16th Street and Restaurants. The customer service was good and they recommended cheaper parking than valet. The room was perfect for my families needs.

A lot of building noise and the room was not very clean. There was a raisin on the floor when we arrived. It was obvious the floor was not vacuumed. There was a random thumping coming from the walls all night. The staff was nice and it was a convenient location.

The room, the hotel, and the breakfast were great! I suffered an asthma attack from either the feather pillow, comforter, or air conditioner and have been sick for a week. Not sure what it was, but perhaps you should ask if feathers are tolerated at checkin or booking??

The overall property was perfect for us. The only problems were in the room itself. The mirror light in the bathroom would go on then half the lights would shut off, the fan for showers and number 2 didnt work, some light switches weren't working or the lights switches themselves were disconnected, the shower door didnt completely close so water would get outside shower we ended up putting towels down to soak it up. Otherwise yes the property was beautiful and perfect could have only been our room with the issues so this isnt a bash on the hotel not a massive deal breaker at all

Stayed here on a business trip, and for the price all of us were very impressed! The breakfast was simple and nice, the location was central to where we needed to be and we will be staying here again in the future.

Gave us a few bottles of water upon check-in - PLUS. Had complimentary breakfast, but the food was just ok - and they were slow to replenish food & plates. Staff was very pleasant. Parking was extremely expensive - cheaper to book off-site. Pool was nice but usually low on towels unless you came in the morning. Overall a solid hotel and would stay there again.

The bad: the hotel was sold out (according to staff) and seemed very understaffed for that many guests. The front desk sent us to the wrong room and floor when we arrived. Had to go up and down a couple of times to get to the right room. There were not enough blankets, and after trying to call the front desk a few times unsuccessfully, my husband had to go down to get them. He came back with some covers that smelled like grandma’s house. Gross. The window shades were stained with what looked like human fluids. Gross. The couch is very uncomfortable, even for a kid. They had no infrastructure for the amount of people at breakfast either. They ran out of coffee at 9 and had to collect silverware to wash and bring back because apparently there wasn’t enough for everyone. On the first two days, we arrived at the hotel in the evening after a day out and our room hadn’t been serviced. We had to call to complain, wait for a while for someone to come, leave the room and hang out at the lobby while that got done. Do you know that feeling of arriving at a hotel room to clean towels and a done bed? No, not here. That was a first. I felt like we were staying at a hostel, and I’m too old and payed too much for that type of experience. Worst hotel service in as long as I can remember, never again.

I enjoyed my stay. My room was nice and spacious. Breakfast was good and customer service was top tier. There’s a mall & restaurants that are within 2 blocks. I’d definitely stay again.

Our son wrestled in the state tournament. We had adjoining rooms with a small dog. They must have placed us perfectly. No issues with some barking and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was wonderful and decor up to date. The Valet was prompt anc courteous. All of these things made tipping easy for us. I believe in rewarding great staff.

Great hotel in a great location in downtown Denver . The place was clean and staff was very friendly and helpful. The only option for parking at the hotel is $64 a night valet parking.

The property was nice & was close to many dining options & walkable areas. The gym reeked of chlorine from the nearby pool & though I am not sure much can be done about it, it did make me nauseous & leave the gym early.

This was part of a roadtrip so we had one night in Denver. The hotel is great and the breakfast is fabulous!!! There was a mixup with our check in but between the staff and hotels.com it was fixed.

My only disappointment was the breakfast. I feel like there used to be more and better options. Both mornings they had the same pre-mix scrambled eggs with country potatoes and sausage, oatmeal, cereal, bread, etc. I do appreciate that they offer breakfast and fresh fruit, but would love to see some variety. Something as simple as adding scallions or peppers and cheese on the side of the eggs would be an improvement. Also, whole grain bread or bagels would be a nice upgrade. The lunch & dinner menu is very limited, too, but there are many great restaurants within walking distance. I would recommend this hotel for families, business trips, and single travelers.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Hyatt House. Personnel were friendly and helpful. Room was larger than I expected. The only problem was the old TV with only a DirecTV connection with NO LOCAL CHANNELS!

It was very clean. The website made it seem like the rooms had tub and showers. But alot didn't have tubs. Which after my work day I was looking forward to. It took a bit of time but I was able to get the amenities I was hoping for.

Bed was very comfortable and breakfast had lots of selections and was stocked well. Water temperature for shower was not hot enough and room did not appear to have been dusted. Convenient location for Christkindl Market and Mile High Tree. Would stay again.

Great room and hotel, breakfast was good. Only thing is there no parking for self parking but. There is a lot of parking around the hotel between $10-$20 a night

This was a perfect location for attending the Christkindle Market. We enjoyed our stay! Our only suggestion would be for the bedding. It was pretty wimpy. Everything else was great-overall studio, bar, breakfast, comfort.

Called to see if we could check in early and was told we could for an additional price. Not an issue and expected it after looking at the website. The staff member said our room was ready and we could come at any time to check in. We arrived 20 minutes later and were told our room wasn’t ready and it would be about an hour as the manager needed to go and confirm it had been cleaned. I indicated that we only came up one being told the room was ready. She told me that if I wanted to check in now I could upgrade the room for an additional $20. After declining to pay additional to upgrade and wondering why we were told it was ready she told us we could just wait for the room to be reviewed and indicated she was not going to charge the $35 early check in fee. When we did check in she pretended to have upgraded us, even though it was the same level of room I booked and guess who found the early check in fee on my statement after checking out? Felt deceptive and like the staff weren’t communicating or just trying to get additional money.

It was walking distance to the light rail, the stadium, everything we wanted to do. Clean, safe and nice. I would stay there again.

Hotel was within waking distance of my venue and local restaurants.

Nice but needed more elevators

Room was big for me. It had a kitchenette, which next time in town I will use. Great lodging! Everything a person needs under one roof.

I chose this hotel specifically to watch the drone show from my hotel room. In Google maps it shows Hyatt House on the north side and Hyatt Place on the east side which is why I chose Hyatt House thinking I would get the view I wanted. I also put in the notes that I wanted a room facing the convention center. It was not until after I checked in that it was discovered that the sides of the hotel are actually switched and I was told they could not transfer my reservation. What I don't understand is why it couldn't have been refunded as a hotel credit (since I could no longer cancel as I was already checked in) and I could have made a new reservation on the side I wanted as there were plenty of open rooms. They acted as if I was stuck with the room instead of making it right. The room was nice enough and looked just like the pictures but the carpets are in desperate need of a thorough cleaning.

Very nice place. Best thought process by the management, keeping in mind the needs of families, by keeping essential utilities in the room, like Utensils, glassware, Electric cook top.

Good location

Walking distance (less than 2 blocks) to Convention Center. We were on 16th floor so it was really quiet. Hot coffee and breakfast every morning was nice, but it was same thing every day for 3 days lol. Maybe switch up some of the breakfast items. Tip - They do a morning happy hour during the week-mimosa or coffee with Bailey's for only $5 from 9am-12pm, that was nice.

It was my first time visiting Denver and my stay at the Hyatt was great. Check in was at 4pm and I arrived around 2pm and went to the front desk to see if I can do an early check in or If I can leave my bags with them and go out and about. The lady at the front desk was super nice and said she can have us checked in early. At NO CHARGE! Overall the hotel was very clean and check in and check out process was easy and fast. No complaints about this place. Definitely recommend!

We had a great time. Property was very convenient and clean. Staff was awesome from the valet guys to the bar tenders to the front desk clerks. The manager came and checked on us several times while we were down stairs. He was a great guy and you could tell he was passionate about his job and keeping everything perfect and everyone happy.

The good things, it was very nicely updated (aside from bathroom door design). Felt clean. Bed is comfortable (not too hard). Pillows were actually good too! The lobby is very pretty and clean. The location is great for the convention center and close enough for the football stadium. Lobby offers iced cucumber water which is nice.

Our stay was fine. The location was good for our purposes. The room was nice; however, the bed was terrible. We stayed for four nights, so having a quality mattress and getting a good night's sleep was important. It was soft and saggy with no support, making for poor sleep for both me and my husband.

It was great. Clean, quiet. Many options at the complementary breakfast bar. Towels could have fluffier, but otherwise a very pleasant experience.

Almost everything about this stay was very good. I deducted one star because the bed was not very comfortable. Otherwise, the room was clean, and all amenities were as stated. I was happy that I could adjust the thermostat and fan and that there was a room darkening shade on the window. It was quiet, and I felt safe. The valet parking worked well; a bit costly, but it was very convenient. The breakfast was unremarkable but adequate. Tables were kept clean and food was replenished. A sweet pastry would be a nice addition.

They had emailed me about the fees for early check-in only to raise them once we were there and refused to honor the fee stated on the email, they stated they had just changed the rate that day. The room drawers and bathroom floor had hair all over. One of the tv remotes was not working bc of batteries. The bathroom had no soap and not enough towels for the amount of people that stayed, when asked the front they weren’t thrilled to bring those up. The room to the one bedroom was set up backwards. Overall, the staff was not friendly and the room was not like the pictures or to standard in my opinion for Hyatt.
