We had a rocky check in as our room was not available and we had to be put in another hotel for the night. Spoke to the manager the next day as the room we were given was not equal to what we had booked and he was great at ensure we were given a satisfactory resolution. All other hotel staff were friendly and welcoming. Room was spacious was nice to have the additional living space to chill after a long day. Breakfast was plentiful and location was spot on. 5 min walk to the free 16th street bus. Would stay again

It’s my second time staying here over the last couple years. Very convenient location in downtown Denver with many places in walking distance. The room was comfortable and they have a decent hot breakfast. I wouldn’t hesitate to book here again.
- 4.5/5
Breakfast buffet was outstanding.
- 5/5
Love the hotel and room I stayed in in general, look forward to booking again in September!
- 3/5
Bedding was clean. That's the extent of positives. Side note: I paid nearly $500 for a night on what was apparently a busy night in Denver. I'd be less critical if it were in the $189 range, which is where this property should max out. Also: The parking situation is confusing. They tout that their garage parking is in the building and connected to their elevator, but they don't own the garage nor do they give particularly clear direction on how billing works. There's a QR code - that's about as much information as you'll receive from the front desk. BTW they don't have said QR code at the desk, which seems like it would make sense, but...

I showed up and apparently the room i was going to stay at had flooded so they sent me to another hotel off of downtown, all of our plans were made around this hotel so it was kind of a inconvenience.

Clean room and a pretty solid complimentary breakfast. Didn't visit rhe bar as was only there for one night. Good location and reasonable price.
- 5/5
Room was a fabulous size with large tv, couch, kitchen and king bed. Great layout, very comfortable bed. All good.

The location was very comfortable, easy to go anywhere. The breakfast was great.
- 3/5
The Residence Inn served its purpose for me, the room was great with the exception of the peeling paint on the bathroom ceiling…needed refreshing for sure. The refrigerator was a definite plus along with the kitchen set up. Bed was comfortable. The parking fee was outrageous at $44 a day, and the parking garage was somewhat dangerous, but that is not the hotels fault, careless drivers…the breakfast was just “ok” but appreciated….side note, when we checked in, there was a group of men, and they were given complimented bottles of water, it was not offered to us at all… and then the next day when we were at the front desk, two women checking in were offered a complimentary glass of wine at the bar, when I asked about that, it was ignored…the cleaning staff was excellent, and if you met up with them in the hallways, they were very gracious to hand us supplies that we that we needed. All in the hotel was a fair deal…except for the parking.

Good place and location.
- 5/5
This place was very nice. Convenient to shopping and dining. 1 1/2 blocks to catch the free bus on 16th street.
- 2/5
$150 hold upon arrival.. higher than any other hotel. TV didn't work even after tech came to the room twice and changed net box, many areas not cleaned well, and damaged.
- 4/5
Very good
- 5/5
Great.
- 4/5
Great room and breakfast options
- 4/5
The location was ok. not far from lots of attractions and restaurants nearby. not too busy of an area but overall it's a well maintained building in Downtown Denver There's not much around after a certain time. Things close early in this area so if you're expecting to get a late bite, there's not too much.

The only complaint is the parking. We have a full-size pickup and it is tricky to get in and out of the garage.

Walking distance to everything. We walked to union station to baseball game. Enjoyed the location. Staff was super friendly from the moment we walked in. Property is well maintained. Room was perfect and it’s definitely quiet. We loved the complimentary breakfast. I especially love how the rooms have a full fridge and kitchen. Although we didn’t use it, it’s nice to have it available. Our room was super spacious. Would recommend and stay here again.

Exceptional
- 2/5
Everything was great except for two things. The parking garage was difficult to get into and navigate with a full sized SUV. The pillows were flat, which made it hard to get a good night's sleep. If you drive a small car and you like to sleep with your head in the mattress, this place is for you.
- 5/5
Friendly staff, great room and in a location you can walk anywhere downtown.
- 5/5
Wish there was a hot tub

We had 5 rooms for 5 nights, Overall the stay was great, except for cigarette smoke seeping into one room one night.
- 5/5
It is a really nice hotel. Staff is friendly. Waster bottle are expensive.

The couch pullout didn't work. But the staff brought us a rollaway.

Perfect stay! Staff super friendly, big spacious rooms, great Location!
- 5/5
The staff was very impressive. A friendly hello and excellent problem solving. The room was comfortable, coffee and breakfast was an added bonus.
- 5/5
It was a good business hotel, but cleanliness needs to improve
- 5/5
Nice, simple hotel with spacious rooms in a great location. Only drawback for my trip was no king beds. Rooms were very clean with large kitchen areas. Breakfast daily was a hit.
- 5/5
In poco desepsion bucaus The last time I stayed with you, the receptionist wanted to charge me a 100 deposit. I always stay and you charge me a 20 deposit. She treated me very badly.
- 5/5
Overnight business trip very convenient
- 5/5
Clean room
- 5/5
Hotel was very clean and staff were friendly. It is downtown in a very busy area so parking is a little expensive but definitely worth it if you want an affordable, downtown experience! Breakfast was also amazing and the lobby is an amazing spot to enjoy breakfast or just hangout with friends and family. Would definitely book again in the future.
- 5/5
We had a suite with 2 bedrooms and a kitchen which was great for our family. It’s easier walking around Denver from the hotel. Great stay, great breakfast and friendly staff.
- 5/5
I love the experience
- 5/5
Yes, everything was clean, quiet and spacious. Great location, friendly staff.
- 5/5
Great
- 5/5
Spacious room, friendly staff
- 5/5
Yes, the room was spotless and the staff was very helpful. The breakfast was over and above the usual fare. Parking in adjacent ramp is convenient but paying for it is done by QR code scanning with a cell phone while in the ramp.
- 5/5
Spacious , very comfortable suite ,well decorated lounge space where you have your complementary breakfast. It was a bit difficult to get my Chevy Tahoe into the parking garage as you have to make a tight turn to do this. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay as it was in an excellent walkable location.
- 3/5
Staff did not communicate of any extra charges upon check-in of a $69 deposit which I thought was odd. Overall hotel was very nice and staff was very professional and friendly.
- 5/5
room was just as pictured and breakfast was great! parking is expensive though so park a block away
- 5/5
Room was clean!
- 5/5
The room was great, clean, up to date, nice open setup. The staff were super helpful, and a great location for downtown!
- 5/5
Great customer service! Clean rooms!
- 5/5
Amazing!
- 5/5
Everything was great stuff was extremely nice and the breakfast was awesome
- 4/5
Nice room. Great service. Breakfast is fairly good. Set up weird, but food is decent. Good location for what I was after.
- 5/5
Clean, nice breakfast, and walking distance to downtown Denver.
- 3/5
We were not allowed to check in at 4pm because the room wasn’t ready, and we weren’t given any kind of recompense. We were late for our 5pm dinner reservation because the room wasn’t ready until 4:45, and we were not the only guests waiting in the lobby for rooms at the 4pm check in time. Plus, on Sunday morning, the breakfast was supposed to be served until 10am but the kitchen staff refused to restock any of the warm food buffet offerings beginning at 9:20am, so we were only give yogurt and cereal. It was only one night so it wasn’t the end of the world, but it was incredibly disappointing to not receive any kind of recompense or apology from the staff for the inconvenient and uncomfortable stay.
- 5/5
Big room
- 4/5
Our 2 bedroom suite was the perfect size and set up for my family of 4. It was clean and contained dishes and plenty of towels. While the room and hotel are dated (ex: duct tape on the floor), the price was so affordable but we were overall satisfied. The continental breakfast was also fine. Not great, but not bad either. Overall, we are satisfied with the friendliness of the staff and the room accommodations.
- 5/5
Overall great stay, just don’t count on a good breakfast and adjust your budget for the parking.
- 4/5
Friendly staff
- 4/5
Overall really good stay. Breakfast was amazing, fitness room was clean and useful, and the view from our room was awesome.
- 4/5
It wasn't very clean, it smelled bad, and when I arrived there were no rooms available.
- 5/5
The individual at the front desk makes or breaks a business. They had the best!!!
- 1/5
It was awful the first night there was kids running up and down the hallway. The second night a couple gotten in a fight and he slammed her up against my door and woke me up at three in the morning when I I needed to catch a flight at six the next morning just not a very quiet hotel
- 2/5
First says I was checking in the lady at the front desk was very rude. I believe she put me in the furthest room and a room with no heat on purpose. She seen me other times and didn’t even speak. They all kind of were. No one greeted you. They all just stared at you. I think the only person that actually greeted me with a smile. The whole time was the male bartender. The bar was lackluster. My biggest issue was that that thermostat in my room was not working. I said something twice and nothing was done about it. I cannot even sleep. I will be emailing and contacting the hotel for sure. Other than that, the location was nice in the room was clean. The dishwasher also did not work in my room.
- 5/5
Very clean room. Good condition room
- 5/5
Really great staff. And great location. Will stay again!
- 5/5
We were extremely impressed with the cleanliness and design of our room. Next time we stay downtown, we'll definitely be returning!!!
- 5/5
Loved it right next to everything
- 5/5
Everthimg was good
- 5/5
Clean
- 5/5
Good downtown location. Clean space, good coffee.
- 5/5
The staff were very nice and accommodating
- 4/5
Check in was very quick and easy. The staff throughout my stay were all very kind and helpful. Breakfast was delicious! The location was great. Only reason for giving 4 stars, is the lobby/breakfast area and room were very chilly during a cold weekend in Denver. Other than that, this hotel was amazing, I would stay here again. Highly recommend.
- 5/5
Very good hotel. Nice staff and excellent room.
- 5/5
Everything was great! Thank you!
- 5/5
Great location, Friendly staff, Very Reasonable pricing
- 2/5
Room was not good. Checkin staff was rude, upset that we got in late rith a non-refundable room.
- 5/5
Amazing location! Clean rooms, friendly staff
- 5/5

- 5/5
Did not eat Breakfast
- 5/5
Friendly staff, great location. Spacious rooms.
- 5/5
Overall great experience
- 5/5
Close to all sorts of activities
- 5/5
The suite room I stayed in was perfect for a special occasion.
- 5/5
Wonderful staff. Helpful with anything we needed and great attitudes.
- 2/5
The sink in the room made a gurgling and tapping noise all day and night. The noise from the automatic fan was very loud. Between both of these constant noises it was very hard to sleep at night. Checked in on Tuesday, checked out on Saturday. No cleaning service ever came to our room to at least take out the trash. Very disappointed by this stay.
- 5/5
Great experience. Clean hotel room. Very friendly front desk staff.
- 5/5
Amazing
- 5/5
Staff was friendly and the room was spacious.
- 5/5
Very clean rooms
- 5/5
Clean room, nice staff
- 4/5
The only downfall was the blowdryer didnt work and when I called down to ask for another, they couldnt bring me one. That is definitely a huge bummer.
- 5/5
Clean, comfortable stay. A little wear and tear apparent here and there but the level of cleanliness and neatness makes up for it. Would definitely return for the convenience of a perfectly appointed mini apartment with kitchenette, work desk and separate bedroom space. Great design!
- 5/5
The room was amazing. The staff was wonderful.
- 5/5
Loved my room, it was spacious and clean. The staff was very nice and allowed me to check out two hours later.
- 4/5
The room was lovely, quiet and up-to-date, and the location is excellent, though I might recommend individuals stay closer to the LoDo area. There are some quirks with the property: 1) you had to ask for housekeeping services, and you had to request those services in advance, 2) if you want extra towels or coffee or blankets they try to just hand you they ask you to collect them from the front desk, though if you ask nicely they will deliver straight to your room, 3) there was a fist-fight in the breakfast area during my stay in which an unhomed man assaulted the front desk attendant. The security leaves at 8am. The attendant handles the incident incredibly, but there was no manager or security to assist her - and it could have easily been a patron who was assaulted.
- 1/5
The room was ok, furniture was dated and falling apart. Asked for extra pillows and towels and had to go down to lobby to get them. Outrageous 40 dollars for nightly parking.
- 5/5
Outstanding!!
- 4/5
Over all nice hotel and location. Shower shall had a crack in the base and kitchen had a coffee make but not no pot making it useless. How could the maid not know it was missing. They better not charge me for it.
- 5/5
We had a great stay. The two bedroom suite was perfect for our large family and priced very well. The room was really clean and comfortable, and the included breakfast was much more than we expected. The location was convenient to lots of restaurants and shopping, and the attached parking garage eliminated the need to search for a place to park (extra parking fee applied.) Overall, this was a great hotel that I 100% recommend and will stay at again.
- 5/5
Great location. Room was fantastic. Staff was friendly and helpful
- 5/5
Staff was wonderful your fromg desk was awesome.
- 5/5
Spottless
- 5/5
great staff & breakfast
- 1/5
Arrived at 1am and although i had paid for the previous night, i was told the hotel was oversold and I would not have a room (my full stay was 5 nights). The receptionist was very rude and unhelpful, simply telling me to go to the hotel across the street. I never received any email, phone, text regarding the oversold hotel rooms - ironically I received emails asking me how my check in experience was and that they "were available any time for assistance." Terrible.
- 4/5
My only complaint was the wi-fi would not connect on any of my devices; it goes to that captive page and just spun.
- 1/5
We got there and they told us they were overbooked and we had to go to another hotel.
- 5/5
Check in was fast and easy. Throughout my stay Heather was friendly and very helpful. The room was spacious, nice kitchenette, and the bed was comfortable
- 5/5
Enjoyed my stay. Staff went out of their way to help out.
- 5/5
Clean and quiet, we got the suite with 2 bedrooms which came with their own bathrooms a big plus
- 4/5
The hotel was centrally located and easy access to amenities. The buffet breakfast was excellent every day. Only complaint was the forty two dollars a day parking fee, which seemed exorbitant after paying for the hotel
- 5/5
Family friendly environment kitchen breakfast was good
- 5/5
This is a great facility in a great location.
- 4/5
We stayed one night in a two bedroom suite. It was clean, comfortable and quiet, especially for a downtown hotel. It’s nice to have free breakfast and their eating area was very spacious and pleasant
- 5/5
Super friendly staff! Great continental buffet with beautiful displays.
- 2/5
We were greeted in a very unfriendly manner as if we were rude that the front desk people were having a conversation. We didn’t even say anything but smile. Then were told the room we requested and paid for was no longer available. Was told coffee was available in lobby and never was full or even there at all, we asked for help with parking and was told it was outside the hotel offsite. We parked in the wrong lot and paid for it and then hotel still charging us for the parking even though I asked cameras to be checked that our vehicle never entered their parking garage. I chose this location due to reviews and location. Bummed it wasn’t such a good stay.
- 5/5
Norma at front desk was great!
- 5/5
Good place to stay if your headed to Coors field.
- 4/5
The breakfast was great. Not just muffins and bagels. Dining area was large. Enjoyed the deck area to sit outside and the option of the fire pit. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Easy walking distance to Coors Field for a baseball game. Liked the self-parking and in and out option of the parking garage, but the area was a bit tight for a pickup truck. Liked the large fridge in the kitchen, plus dishes, etc. The room did not have a luggage rack which I could have used.
- 4/5
A little disappointed that we reported a bathroom sink drain problem twice and it was never addressed. The gurgling noise frequently woke us in the middle of the night. Otherwise staff were helpful and hotel was great. Would stay here again. A pool or hot tub would have been the perfect added amenity.
- 5/5
Clean room and great staff
- 5/5
Very attentive and helpful staff, super clean and well-stocked room, and great location. Walkable from Union Station. Walkable to Coors Field and the 16th Street Mall. Would stay again and recommend to anyone!
- 5/5
Brad the GM was most welcoming upon our arrival. Allowed us early check in with our flight getting in way early. They also held our bags for us while we wandered around waiting for the room and our departure as well. Breakfast was delicious and a decent variety. This hotel is walking distance from union station which allowed to easily catch trains/bus to our planned places of tour. Would stay again!
- 5/5
This hotel was in a great location and very walkable. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was very large and clean. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
- 5/5
The ac was frozen in my suite. They did provide a fan and offered to change rooms. It was late we just wanted to go to bed. The manager accommodated us to cover the ac not working.
- 5/5
Hotel was great ! Our room was a little hot AC wasn’t working.. The staff was great !
- 5/5
Great check in experience several hours early.
- 2/5
We stayed here for the night to go to the Savannah Bananas games at Coors Field. The location was excellent, we walked with our children to and from the game with no problem. If you have a larger vehicle, the parking garage is a little hard to navigate but doable. We got to check in early which was great, our room was very hot- we set the A/C to 68 to head to the game and when we got back, it was hotter in our room than it was outside in August in Denver. We turned it down as low as we could per the sign in the room- to 65- and still no cool air. We were all miserably hot and none of us could sleep. We opened the window which helped a little, but overall had a miserable night because of that.
- 5/5
The bed was comfortable and the room had lots of space
- 4/5
Broken things in the room
- 5/5
Room was amazing
- 3/5
Stayed in room 1501. Air conditioner not working. Guess there was a baseball game same weekend I was staying because told no other rooms available. I travel a lot and this was not acceptable for a Marriott. The breakfast was clean and was amazing
- 5/5
Wonderful and amazing stay here. The city was beautiful and the hotel was great especially the breakfast!
- 3/5
Overall great place to lay your head for the night after a concert or a night out
- 5/5
Excellent
- 3/5
Overall stay was average but the bed are extremely uncomfortable as well as the pillows.
- 4/5
The breakfast had no meat. For the price of the hotel and it being a Residence Inn, the breakfast was plain and the same type I’d get at a low end hotel. I expected better. Also, there wasn’t one luggage rack in our room which was a two bedroom suite for five people. Not one luggage rack!
- 5/5
Great location. Easy walk to 16th St and Coors Field. Breakfast was great!
- 3/5
Front desk did not have record of Expedia reservation. Had to book on my own, luckily a room was available. Still working through the refund with Expedia, which has been a major hassle.
- 5/5
Comfy and duper clean
- 5/5
It was a great property! Accommodations were excellent and above my expectations
- 5/5
Continues to be a solid hotel.
- 5/5
Close to shopping and restaurants. It was a short distance to Coors Field. The rooms and hotel were very nice and it had a wonderful lobby with bar and breakfast buffet.
- 4/5
Wish there was parking with the hotel.
- 3/5
Walking distance to 16th street mall. Our suite had 2 bedroom/2 bathroom with kitchen. On site breakfast was good and staff was friendly. Parking costs were a bit high but at least didnt have to park downtown overnight.
- 5/5
The staff at this property were very accommodating. Everyone we interacted with made us feel at home. Will be staying here again.
- 5/5
Clean and nice hotel, parking was easy, close to downtown!
- 5/5
Another great Residence Inn in a perfect, downtown location. Steps from the 16th St Mall, access to free busses, light rail, museums, stadiums. Safe area, and property was nice with a good breakfast included. When I travel with my family, I always try to get a Residence Inn for the kitchen and bedroom(s). My son and I stayed here for the Metallica concert and really enjoyed it.
- 4/5
Inside parking structure expensive overnight costs not included in nightly price
- 5/5
Every worker was so kind. Room was clean, bed was a bit hard but would stay again. Room was large and easy to manage with a family of 4
- 4/5
Start not very knowledgeable. Anytime we asked for anything we got a lot of attitude. Can we get an extra towel? There are 4 of us and only 3 towels? Met with - why do you need an extra towel? We got it it just felt like we had to beg for another pillow and blanket and towel. Check in gentleman didn’t direct us to elevator bank. Want sure where to go. Made jokes about our name. Felt unprofessional all around. Asked about best option for public transportation. He shrugged and suggested Uber. Asked where to eat and he said he doesn’t eat there, but to just walk around the mall and find something. We grabbed a map, and figured it out. Not a big deal, but I’d expect someone checking in people from out of town to be a little more familiar and helpful. At least we’ve experienced that from other hotels in other cities. Breakfast was great with a lot of options. Hotel was clean, felt safe and secure and room was quiet, spacious and comfortable. Lady checking us out today was helpful and did help get a later check out as we had a late night. Overall great, just a few things that could be buttoned up to make that a better experience.
- 4/5
Everything was great except for the temperature control in the room. Unable to cool the room down to a comfortable level due to no ac unit in the room and the thermostat being unable to be changed
- 2/5
We asked for assistance because the air conditioning in the room didn't work, they never came, we had to go downstairs to complain and they already had another person canceling four rooms
- 5/5

- 5/5
Great location
- 4/5
Good hotel in a great location. Good breakfast.
- 5/5
Very friendly staff and clean
- 5/5
City center, easy to get to it all.
- 5/5
Awesome service awesome everything
- 5/5
Staff was incredibly helpful. Had a mix-up with checkout date and they really helped out. Friendly at check in and answering questions as well.
- 5/5
We have a great stay. The daily breakfast was very good and changed everyday. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The fitness center is good with many machines.
- 5/5
The front desk clerk went above and beyond with a smile. Excellent first impression of the hotel.
- 5/5
Great stay. Staff was great, hotel was quiet and safe.
- 5/5
Clean and spacious rooms. Friendly. Easy walk to many places including Coors Field
- 4/5
Otherwise it was a very nice room, close to where we needed to be for a graduation.
- 5/5
i just didn’t like that parking was a LOT of money. i wish the price had been included in my hotel cause i felt blindsided.
- 4/5
Although the hotel is beautiful and tidy and clean there’s a lot of homeless in the surrounding area and it’s really hard to find dinning options
- 5/5
We enjoyed the location, the two bedroom suite, the fitness center and the breakfast.
- 5/5
Clean comfortable would stay again.
- 5/5
Great continental breakfast
- 5/5
Excellent staff and will definitely be back!!!
- 5/5
Safe and clean
- 5/5
Lots of space in suite.
- 4/5
Able to park lifted truck in parking garage.
- 5/5
It was dope !
- 4/5
Convenient parking and easy to walk places
- 5/5
Good place
- 5/5
I have found my new favorite hotel to stay at. All the staff were friendly. And the room was perfect
- 4/5
Downtown
- 1/5
Due to the weather in Nashville we were delayed 5 hours. I called the hotel to confirm our arrival and was told that our room will be held. Once we arrived at 4AM, we were told they were full and sent us to another hotel. We did not receive the suite and had a single room with two beds, this was inconvenient to the parties involved. The room was paid for in full and should have been held for our arrival.
- 5/5
Clean and updated. In the center of town and near most everything.
- 5/5
Excellent stay. The breakfast was perfect.

It worked well for the night before the parade. It was quiet. Friendly staff.

Spacious and comfortable room. Breakfast OK. Parking confusing at the first time.

We really appreciated the early check-in after a long flight. Really inviting lobby with fireplace and a small shop. Although we didn’t use it, they have a nice bar open from 4PM-11PM, as it’s a downtown location that doesn’t have as many options for a drink. Our room was very comfortable and the front desk personnel (all gentlemen) who helped us were really kind and helpful.

We enjoyed our stay as a family of four.

Great visit, loved the multi room apartment feel vs hotel room.

Nothing but great things with this hotel. I highly recommend!

Staff was amazing. Professional and helpful. Breakfast was a disaster. Out of food constantly (we barely ate), not many food options, and too small of space for the amount of guests.

Very nice and clean place to stay when traveling I love everything about the hotel

Our stay at the hotel was relaxing. We liked having a gym where we could work out, and a great breakfast afterwards.

Room ventilation was bad. It was either too cold or too hot. Hair dryer did not work. Front desk old lady seemed like she didn’t want to help us at all. Hotel parking, 15 min parking, was limited. The day I checked out, I parked at one of the hotel parking to pick up my luggages and friends 5 am in the morning. It was -7, freezing in the cold. I got stopped by this guy at the entrance asking me if I was checking in. I said no. He rudely said I cant park in those hotel spots. I said I’m checking out. Then he was like: oh I’m the security here. Doesn’t matter, the staff is lack of basic respect and manners.

Conveniently located with a reasonable price.

We have stayed many times and usually love the peoperty but this time they shower had hair everywhere. Was gross. And the cost of parking is rediculous. We paid to stay to pay that kind of rate at a place you already paid for a room is unreal.

Really liked this hotel, breakfast had great options, beautiful views, and a lot of walkable locations only thing I didn't like was the additional fee for the parking. It was not stated anywhere but parking was $45 per night.

We got a corner room with 2 bedrooms, a small but full kitchen and living room at a very reasonable price. There are some chipped paint and signs of wear and tear but can't complain because of the huge space we got. Also, there are two thermostats, so one room can have its own temperature regulated, and the living room has another thermostat that goes with the other bedroom, which is very good. Good linens. Easy walking distance to the free mall shuttle bus. Decent breakfast. 7-11 across the street.

Free breakfast had great selection. Only issue is that the hot foods were more room temperature, not warm.
