Hyatt Place Peña Station/Denver Airport

We stayed one night pre-event and were already confirmed to stay again several nights later post-event. The first stay was excellent. The hotel and staff are great. And the location is on the RTD light-rail line, so we were able to get to/from the airport and into downtown very easily. I highly recommend the Hyatt Pena Station to anyone wanting a great hotel in a great location!

Room was very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful! The breakfast was outstanding!!

Be aware you need to reserve the shuttle to the airport which we didn’t know. By the time we checked in, the shuttle to the airport for the time we needed was already full. Luckily our flight changed and we were able to get on a shuttle at a different time. The light rail is walking distance, which you can take to the airport, but an added cost. It should be more clear on the site the shuttle needs to be booked and can fill up fast. Otherwise great hotel.

Clean place, great location, friendly staff.

My room was spotless and welcoming. The breakfast was wonderful! Definitely recommend waking up early enough to grab a bite to eat!!!

Messaged the hotel a week prior to checking in to see if a possible slightly earlier check in would be possible, only to receive a response a day before the trip basically a copy and paste of the hours of checking in and shuttle times. No acknowledgment of my actual question. Plans had ended up changing and the person that was traveling with me, my mother, ended up staying home. Day of check in, the site said check in was 3, but I actually did not get there until 9pm due to the events I was attending (noted in my message to them). The staff was rude when I got there and acted like me showing up was an inconvenience. When I got to my room, and got settled I found that none of the outlets worked, the AC was out, the phone did not work, and even the TV was welcoming a different guest with a different room number. I had to go back downstairs to get this resolved and there was a different staff working. She did not apologize and her response was that she would send maintenance when they had a chance. This is unacceptable. Knowing I was extremely tired from traveling all day I reiterated that they needed to be there immediately as I had another event in the morning. About 10 mins after getting back to my room I heard the AC kick on and the control panel had power, maintenance knocked. Magically there was power. This is completely unacceptable as all of this should have been checked hours ago. I will never go there again.

We reserved a double queen with a pullout couch and when we arrived at the hotel they said they overbooked rooms and we got a king room with a pullout. This hotel is horrible and will never stay there again.

After my flight was canceled, I booked a room here because of the free airport shuttle, proximity to a train station, and the free buffet breakfast. I was surprised by the huge lobby and cool art. The bar was already closed so I grabbed some snacks and beer from the mini market to take to my room. The late night staff were very chipper and booked my hotel shuttle for the following afternoon. My room was very clean and the shower was just what I needed. Excellent temp & pressure. Breakfast had lots of options from waffles to eggs, bagels to breakfast meats, cereals to oatmeal, fresh fruit to oatmeal. I was able to extend checkout to 1pm (which is unheard of) and released comfortably in the lobby while I waited. A wedding party even had their photo shoot in the lobby. Shuttle was a little bumpy but only about 20 min. This was a stress free end to my vacation. Would highly recommend

Check in was fast, I like how check out is at noon instead of 11am like most places. Breakfast had a large selection and was delicious. Very clean.

The hotel and room itself were fine but the sleeping pillows smell like many people have used them and they charge $17 for parking which for that location is just an easy steal for the hotel.

Light sleeper here. It was quiet u tol exactly when I wanted to go sleep. 11:30pm then the room under us blasted some planet earth orca noise something! Didn't sleep well here. Not recommended for light sleepers. Could be cleaner in the bathrooms most hotels struggle with pink mold slime in the shower and bathtub areas.

Great location for Denver or Boulder. Clean! Excellent breakfast, complete fitness center. Comfortable lobby with interesting, artsy decor, and full bar. Starbucks less than 1 mi.

The property is located very close to the airport and a new subdivision. Room very very clean and comfortable. Restaurant is a little pricey and not all that.

The room was clean, comfortable very good place to eat breakfast The pool don’t have a chairs to sit with a lot of people no place to sit the laundry was broke. I used the washing machine and my clothes was soaking wet. I asked the people for help and they never fix it. I lose my money that you in the laundry and I need to take my clothes out of the property to go look for a laundromat

Super clean, large towels, butter soft bedding, large rooms, what’s not to love. The parking fee is annoying considering there are MANY hotels in proximity with free parking. This should be made more clear. Otherwise the quality was as expected for a Hyatt and my stay was very comfortable.

The property was nice and clean, besides the bathroom in the front. The front desk staff did not seem friendly enough to be running the front desk. Prior to booking, we were on hold for 40 minutes. The variety and quality of drinks at the bar were poor. The cooler that held the canned beer, juice, olives, etc was not working as the bartender said it hadn’t been working well for a few days. We were served a warm beer anyway.

Excellent airport hotel. No complaints at all, everything was clean, the shuttle was great, staff was super nice, and the breakfast was great. Would stay here again any day.

I'm not sure if we were located near the laundry facility but it sounded like washing machines up until 12:30am.

I booked a room through Expedia and got a confirmation. I was flying in from Boston and my flight was delayed. I got to the hotel at 1:30 AM totally exhausted from the trip. The desk attendant said the hotel was overbooked and he did not have a room for me. He left the front desk and did not come back. No offer to help find other accommodations. I did not know the area and was traveling using UBERs. Total mess! Couldn’t find another hotel and ended up sleeping in the Greyhound bus terminal waiting for a bus I needed to take the next morning. They charged me for the room and I am waiting for a refund. Don’t trust booking confirmations from this hotel.

Nice modern hotel mainly for business travelers with large clean rooms. Check in was easy and the free breakfast was very good. The location of the hotel was not crowded or busy. Had to pay $17 dollars for parking overnight.

A decent hotel with an interesting interior. A standard, perfectly fine breakfast—fruit and yogurt were available. The room was decent, but there was a long black hair on the pillow... and all night long, we could feel matted clumps of feathers inside the pillow—it was disgusting. There was also the sound of creaking and footsteps from the room above all night long.

The front desk girl was so extremely helpful. I loved her attitude and that she tried to help me come up with a solution to my problem. Wish I got her name.

Such a nice hotel, close to everything/walking distance. The little café was super handy this morning to get some coffee and a delicious cinnamon roll as we were rushing to get to the airport. The Bell boys were all on top of it would stay here again for sure!

Breakfast was excellent- food and early hours for travelers. Parking app was a pain . Property was very nice. A magnifying mirror would be nice.

Breakfast was a full spread and tasty. The hotel is new and has a free shuttle that was full for a number of the runs the next morning. But the hotel is also near the Pena station, so you could take the train as well if needed.

After 25 minutes on hold (the manager was on break and they couldn’t get a hold of him), I went inside. The manager was standing at the desk. I saw him go outside and look at the parking lot and talk to a few other people - I was ignored. After I went back up to the desk and he said he couldn’t do anything for me, so rudely. As though I had done something wrong. They were hosting a huge event and the people attending had priority for parking spots. It took us three hours to find another room as many were taken and hotels were filling up faster than we could get to them. We were so disappointed that there was NOTHING they would do for us (find another room, a credit, or other accommodations). Won’t be staying at a Hyatt ever.

The front desk staff was excellent. The hotel was good over all. Housekeeping did a poor job, the bed was half made, half of the sheets were not pulled up, not tucked in at the end of the bed.

Arrived at the hotel at 2 a.m. after some flight delays only to find out the hotel canceled our reservation. Morgan Wallen having a concert in town that night may have something to do about that. Had to spend over an hour on the phone with Expedia's relocation services because almost every hotel was booked. I feel the hotel should have called to verify if we were coming before canceling our reservation. They really left us in tough situation when we were exhausted from a long day of traveling. Only good thing I can say is that they paid for the Lyft to the next hotel in Hudson.

I would definitely stay again. The place was spotless and a beautiful place to stay. The only problem I had was the phone didn't work so I could not call the front desk. The TV volume would only work on some channels, which was frustrating. I loved that they served breakfast early as I had a early flight and was able to eat. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone

Very clean- comfortable beds and nice facility The check-in process was terrible. I waited for over 10 minutes for the front desk person to acknowledge me while he spoke to somebody else on the phone. Also, although the breakfast is supposed to go to 930 they started clearing the breakfast items at 8:50 AM.

This hotel is in an amazing location. We came for a concert and had such an easy time because it was so close to the airport and the rail system. Really nice facility and great customer service!

Front desk staff not friendly or welcoming. The breakfast area was messy with food all over the counter and no one there to keep up after guests. Pool area was dirty with towels falling out off the baskets and the parking situation was another situation. Paying for parking is also ridiculous.

Hotel in Staff were great check-in was easy. They have a free airport to pick up however, the van that we were writing in was very very worn to say the least the people sent me along go on the back had a large black plastic object that looked like a speaker mount 3/4 of it was hanging down with the screws, bouncing up and down while the driver took us to the hotel. Not a good look

The Hyatt Pena place was the cleanest hotel I have ever been in and the staff were the best and most friendly and helpful ever. The breakfast was a highlight so extensive and healthy and delicious. I loved the location close to the airport but not in its flight path but really close to the train station; a short ride into downbtown and other cool locales with shopping down town. I would invest in better beds more regularly as the beds were newer when we stayed a few years ago or offer rooms with much firmer beds. Also I would suggest pool signs that say "Bathing suits only!". In the warmer months the pool should be cooler to be refreshing. I also missed access to a coffee shop like star bucks for later in the day no access to real food until 4:30 pm. I also loved the workout room very well stocked.

The hotel was lovely, great check in experience, the beds were amazing, and the breakfast was great, especially the strawberry sauce! Didn’t really care for the parking charge!

When I say every staff member hates their job and/or hates you, I cannot stress this fact enough. We were blown away by what an inconvenience you are to every single staff member - front desk, room service, shop staff, parking, service and food…not one person was pleasant the entire time. And this is not isolated. This just shows that it’s a culture thing at the hotel and it must be reflective of the executive/leadership staff. That only happens after years of intentional control and misery. The rooms were clean. Good luck getting room service. I called Sunday morning to front desk after they missed cleaning our room Saturday - she was appalled that I would even ask if they clean rooms, of course they do as long as DND sign is not up! Well ok, excuse me, then I’ll trust you! …I was wrong. We return Sunday night to a dirty room. That is a microcosm of the whole 3-night trip. The service breakfast staff portion out your servings like it’s a fitness camp. We’re a family with 3 kids under 12, and you can bet they spoke to my kids as if they’re inmates. It became almost laughable if it wasn’t so expensive. But the location is awesome. So if you’re ok with everything else sucking- this is your place. Otherwise, run.

Overall a nice facility. Rooms don't have microwaves or bathroom fans. Booked this hotel to spend the day at the pool and it didn't open until. If you order food for dinner, you have to walk to up the bar and order and go up to ask for things you need.

I used the gym which was well equipped and clean. I'd stay again.

The key card fob on door happened To run out of batteries so had to wait for maintenance to fix to let us in back in. the early morning shuttles were all booked before we got there so wasn’t able to use the them (uber was 30$) A few lights etc didn’t work in room. Either way it was fine for a one night stay.

Very nice clean hotel. Restaurant was understaffed and underwhelming for dinner but breakfast was incredible. Wish pool was heated. Great place to stay if you need somewhere near the airport.

I really enjoyed my one night stay at the Hyatt. The room was massive as was the bath (it was handicapped accessible). The common areas are inviting. The downsides were: only one ice machine was working out of three (soccer tournament teams ice chests possible blame), the handicapped shower shot water onto the floor, and I couldn't find a way to prevent it, the breakfast was good but not great. All that said, I would stay there again in a minute. The shuttle to the airport was right on time, attractive fitness center and indoor pool, pleasant breakfast area well attended and was definitely above average with fruit, oatmeal with toppings, waffles, eggs, sausage, muffins, and assorted breads.

Such a wonderful stay here. The staff was so nice. The bar tender at night Daniel was so friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean. I would definitely stay here again.

I have stayed at this hotel several times and it is always pleasant. I appreciated the complimentary shuttle to the airport and utilized the paid parking for the entirety of my time out of the country. It's a reliable choice when traveling in and out of DIA.

The staff was amazing. They were very helpful in so many ways from getting my room cleaned and ready before check in. Lucas the supervisor on duty was very nice and respectful. He went above and beyond to help me with restaurant recommendations. The breakfast was delicious and hot at all times.

The hotel was great, quick check-in, claim, nice breakfast, shuttle provided, pleasant and helpful stuff. We stayed because our connecting flight was delayed. The Shuttle was a bit confusing, because there is construction at the airport blocking exits, we had to walk a lot before finding correct exit and the spot specifically for hotel shuttles, exit 512 was inaccessible, so use exit 510 or other even numbered gate and walk along row #3 until hotel shuttles sign at the very end.

Overall fantastic stay! The location is close to the airport and a 5 minute walk from the train. The breakfast had plenty of options, just wished it stayed open later. One of your rooms had a stain on the sheets bur other than that everything was very clean.

I don’t get out much, but this was an excellent place to stay. Staff was incredibly nice and helpful with any questions I had.

The breakfast was actually alot better than I thought. Angel was very sweet and helped me with early check-in and understanding the local transportation.

The Continental breakfast was wonderful, many choices. Beds comfortable, rooms well maintained and clean.

The hotel was close to the airport. The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly.

Car was broken into, window smashed in and thousands of dollars worth of items were stolen as we had traveled there for a wedding and wedding items were in the vehicle. When going to the desk after the incident occurred we were given a card to file a police report online and told only the manager has access to cameras so we are unable to review footage of all the items that were stolen. Very disappointed in the help we received. We booked a nicer hotel anticipating a safer stay but clearly did not occur.

Had to pay for the parking, this is the biggest surprise. Last time we stayed here, parking was free. The restuarant was not working. The bar was not working. 9pm. The room was ok, but not the greates. Pretty noisy. Elevator doors were closing too fast. People couldnt get in. Also, the sensor for the room key in the elevator didn’t work, had to go up and down the elevetor to get to the room.

you have a vehicle, they don’t own parking lot use A parking agency who will also not help with damages. Worst is IM 90% sure the person responsible was a employee who constantly was walking around looking in our vehicle as we were unloading it! We all got the eeery feeling from this kid. We were also the only car that the broke out the back window out!!! Only took the one item $800 item that was visible from walking by. if they took time they could have had a $600 speaker$2000 camera & others stuff as we were there for a wedding ceremony!!! Hotel offered to credit us one of our three room and 3 bottles of water!! $2000 of loss for a 10 hour night stay, and a 11 hour drive home with no window! BEWARE!!

This hotel was beautiful. Very clean. We had my handicapped mom who is in a wheel chair and the shower in our room was very wheel chair friendly. The breakfast bar was great. Bacon, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, biscuits and gravy and so much more. The shuttle to airport was great too! No complaints at all.

They forgot to do the wake up call. I was late and almost missed my flights. Sofa in the room had all kinds of weird disgusting stains and splatter marks. Other than the friendly bartender a most disappointing stay. Will not return!

Strike 1. Then we learned that breakfast starts at 5:30 a.m. We had to leave for the airport the next morning at 4:45 a.m. to catch our flight. We asked about getting a grab-and-go bag to take with us, but were told they weren't available. It seems like an airport hotel should have that for its guests. Early-morning flights are very common. Strike 2. The next morning, as we were leaving, the lady at the front desk was handing out to-go bags to flight crews checking out. Soooo, grab-and-go meals are available to flight crews but not guests? Strike 3. I expect more from Hyatt than this.

PROS: Our room was a nice size and included double beds and a large couch. The bathroom was sizeable as well. Both the room and the bathroom were clean and the towels were nice compared to other hotels in this price range. The breakfast was outstanding...lots of variety and was available at 5:30 a.m.! The hotel is located near the airport and offers a free shuttle! The shuttle was on time and the driver did a great job! The staff was friendly and accommodating. Overall, I would have no problem staying here again!

The hotel was right off of one of the RTD light rail stations which was super convenient for us getting there from downtown, and they also had a great shuttle for us to get to the airport the next morning. The hotel was nice, rooms quiet and comfortable and the staff we interacted with were really helpful!

Breakfast was bad for a Hyatt property. Parking is not included so plan for that if you’re driving.

The staff was very helpful and kind. They let us know exactly when we needed to be downstairs for the shuttle which was very helpful so we didn't miss out. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

I did not like how housekeeping came at both 8:30 and 9:30 to ask when we were leaving. That has never happened before so not sure why that was a thing. I normally love Hyatt Plave and Hyatt House, but this one needs to do a comb through of the property to get this small things back into shape. Otherwise the lobby was great. Staff were so great and knowledgeable. And the ease to park your car for travel purposes is excellent.

I absolutely loved the atmosphere of this hotel. The people at the front desk were super informative and friendly. As someone who has a phobia when it comes to hotels I am here to tell you this is a safe space! The rooms were super clean, the shower was nice and I just felt very comfortable! 10/10 recommend!

They charge their guests $17 a night to park your car in the lot… ridiculous that this is an additional fee for paying guests!

The accommodations were clean, and a shuttle service was provided. However, the instructions for locating the pick-up area lacked clarity. The designated pick-up point was the West Terminal. The hotel's directions indicated the "West Side," which led me to search for signage bearing that specific designation. It is important to note that no signs indicating "West Side" are present at the airport.

The service, is "budget," however. The restaurant has a cook and two bartenders ("order at the bar") and no table service. The cobb salad I had seemed like one I'd buy in a bookstore refrigerator case at the airport. The lettuce was compressed and lukewarm, and I'm still not sure about what to say about the salad dressing. The front desk folks could use some training. They were neither friendly nor efficient. The price was good, and I like the early morning shuttle to the airport. (Yay, Peter M!). In the post-COVID hotel world, the place seems on par with a mediocre Marriott Courtyard.

The airport shuttle experience was horrible. I arrived at the indicated spot right before a bus came. This was at midnight or so, local time (2 AM for me coming from East). It got full immediately and the driver said "another one will come in 10 minutes", so I and 5-6 others waited patiently in the freezing temperatures and constant snowfall. we were very cold and impatient. Finally the bus comes an hour later. So at 1:30 AM Denver time I am finally getting to my hotel. Would have been MUCH better to take an Uber.

After dealing with cancelled flights and with no luggage (it made it to Phoenix, and we did not) we decided to book the Hyatt Place due to several positive stays at the Hyatt Place Downtown Denver. We were blown away by the airport location. It’s so nice, beautiful and every employee we came in contact with was so kind. We had a great experience with front desk (thank you to the supervisor for the early check-in and the toothbrush and toothpaste), bartender and airport shuttle drivers. Room was very clean, comfortable and we slept great!

When I asked housekeeping one door down, I was told there was no caffeinated coffee!!! I was coming from 9 feet of snow in Alaska, numerous flight interruptions after a lot of shoveling and was looking forward to a quiet morning with my coffee 😱

The rooms were absolutely amazing, super soft beds and bedding, huge walk in shower and perfect pressure. Super luxurious room loved it so much wish I stayed longer. Would 100% book again at this hotel next time I’m in town.

Nice hotel. Decent restaurant/bar. However if your without a car your dining options are limited as there is nothing within a roughly 20 minute walk. You could always pay for delivery apps if you choose I suppose. Overall it’s not a bad hotel.

Only recommendation for improvement is that the rooms can benefit from better shower heads and water pressure.

The breakfast was very subpar for this type of hotel. Eggs tasted like a powder mix, sausage was cold and selection was limited. Very surprised for a Hyatt. Also, the weight room was small and had very few machines or even space Once again, the hotel and staff were excellent, but because of the breakfast and workout facilities, we would likely not stay here again

This property has the welcome area like a 5 star hotel. The room was not clean and tbh quite gross. Huge stain on the floor that looked like something mixed with bl—d… bathroom wasn’t clean either - won’t be staying here again

I’m typically not one to rate low, however, felt extremely disappointed with my experience here. We asked reception several times for our room to be cleaned and the trash to be taken out… housekeeping never came by during our 5 day stay. My husband had to take the trash out, ask for toilet paper, and towels - we had to carry everything up to our room. We made mention that housekeeping had not stopped by to clean our room, they said they would note it… the next day we found a woman from housekeeping on our floor and got a dirty stare. We were looking forward to a clean room after a long day of exploring Denver, especially after seeing housekeeping was a few rooms away from ours… but nothing. No one came by despite multiple requests. Everyone in reception was super friendly and helpful though, that’s why I’m giving 2 stars and not 1. Another thing to note, an older gentleman working at the bar provided TERRIBLE service. He was very passive aggressive, making jokes that were not funny - just masking his rudeness. My family and I felt so uncomfortable we took our dinner up to the room. The room itself — beautiful. The vibes and decor were immaculate, just wish our overall experience would’ve been better.

It was a windy night and there was a howling noise through out the hallway on my floor. It didn't make it cold but it was noisy. It was a stormy night and they were understaffed. It took a long time to get people checked in.

Such a wonderful property especially if you have spent all day traveling you can have a drink at the bar or sit and eat a meal as a family and just relax! Breakfast starts early so we didnt have to go to the airport hungry! Definitely will be back!

Someone tried to enter the room on the morning we checked out. The front desk had assigned the room to another guest before we left. They were aggressive and it was a bit tense. Not hot water either.

This hotel is well kept. Beautiful decor, friendly staff and a really great complimentary breakfast. Would love for my family and I to stay here again. They have an indoor heated pool and a fitness center.

We arrived 3 hours prior to check in and couldn’t check in without paying an additional charge. This was frustrating as there was nothing around the motel to do. It was very cold that day so we couldn’t walk to the nearest area. I did not feel comfortable, leaving all of our luggage at the motel and just taking off. There was a little convenience area in the motel, but we had not had anything to eat so we were very hungry. I should have researched the area a little bit better. When I read there was an on site restaurant. I thought we were good to go. The problem was the restaurant did not open up until 430.

Initial impression…this place is darling! Check in was friendly, fast, and efficient! The room was very clean and classy. The bar was still open so I enjoyed a glass of wine and a friendly bar tender. Plus check out isn’t until 12:00. So I had plenty of time to relax in the morning after a really enjoyable, affordable breakfast. I’ll be coming back again.

Air- it was stuffy. We didn’t stay in the room long, but when we slept, the room’s fan/ air would not blow. Then when trying to call downstairs, I continued to get the program to push numbers and then back to the main menu.

It was clean like most Hyatts, but the restaurant (there may be nearby ones if you'd like to drive or take an Uber) had a bartender waiting on everyone who showed up. He was good, but he was also only one person. Good service, but a funky experience. The room was nice and comfortable, but the furnishings had a little wear, like most airport hotels. The price was good, and it is close to the A-Line and DIA. The shuttle was there in the morning, and like most of them is a medium-duty truck with seats in the back. Not exactly luxury, but it did get me there. A fine place to stay, I don't think its a destination for a luxurious weekend getaway, however. ;)

The HVAC in the room made this really loud rattling fan noise every time the air kicked on. That made sleep impossible. The choice was really noisy or hot and stuffy, not great options. We chose the property because of the free airport shuttle after canceled flight. Unfortunately they only offer a few spots and they were all full. We had to walk to the light rail at 4:45 am and pay $20. It was fast, but not quite what we were expecting.

Absolutely hated the parking fee and the process, requiring payment for parking using a QR code in a freezing, wind swept parking lot is sub-human. The wide open spaces around this relatively new hotel begs the question of how greedy the owners are to increase revenue. If you must collect for parking, whyy don't uyou use an established service like ParkMobile?

My tv didnt work, when they got it up, it showed the wrong name on it. The sink was clogged. You have to pay for parking. Which i paid for parking and then got a note on my car that i didnt.

Not very engaging or caring. Ice dispenser on my floor was not working. Paying for parking is ridiculous! It was $17. There were very little options to park on the street near the hotel. Just overall not impressed.

This location was convenient. The rooms were clean, spacious/overall comfortable. The light rail is located near the hotel which was a plus. The airport shuttle to and from was a plus. The only thing I would change would be the breakfast cost of $14. Breakfast was definitely not worth the cost. Breakfast should be included in our stay. Other than that, customer service and the entire atmosphere is very inviting. I would definitely stay at this location again.

Beautiful hotel

Upon arrival at the Hyatt , we noticed construction. There was no mention of this on the website. As we entered our rm ., the window was taped up with plastic as to not see out— very claustrophobic. Right before we unpacked, the hammering started immediately at 3 pm check-in. My husband spoke with the desk clerk who was kind & offered to move us which we did. Why didn’t he mention the construction? Why would he put us on that side of the building that was taped up & noisy ? There was a sign stating construction, but it was on the other side of the desk not readily visible. The rm was clean & efficient, but clearly corporate & sterile. A tiny soap, no robes , no amenities to speak of & had a clinical odor as do most corporate hotels. Will not stay in a Hyatt in the foreseeable future.

Great place to stay close to the airport.

They were able to accommodate us for early check-in after arriving earlier than expected. It's a convenient walk from the train stop and they have free airport shuttle. The hotel was clean, well kept, and looks new or newly remodeled.

Charge for parking in an open lot is outrageous! $16.00 a day. Showers only lukewarm.

Punctual shuttle, quiet clean room

Seems this is the trend: Get the customer to pay as much as possible on top of the price of the room: breakfast for $14, parking for $16. It’s not like hotels are going broke. I know this hotel chain can afford to give its customers free parking and perhaps even a free breakfast. Other than that, this is a nice note.

Hotel wouldnt answer their phone. Hadto take. 50 taxi. Numbers on line wrong. In room phone didnt.work. stafd indifferent elevator had a stickymess that was there from 8pm till 10 am. Bar burger overpriced and not good. Find another hotel.

This is a great hotel to combine with airport travel. Perfect location and beautiful place!!

The hotel was really nice including the rooms and the lobby. However there were some kind of hidden disappointing points. The parking situation was strange with the QR code to pay? for such a vast area with a lot of parking. Additionally the breakfast for $14 seemed really sparse. Some premade potatoes and eggs and basically some continental breakfast quality food you get at most hotels for free.

Front desk staff was not very nice. Changed parking fees so I paid a lot for parking.

Amazing best hotel!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. And the rooms where clean comfortable and very quiet!

I think it was okay overall. i’m just a very light sleeper & this was our vacation/ looking forward to sleeping in and we were woken up by the construction workers being so loud right outside our window.

Chose for the EV charging it claimed. Had none. Paid for parking during booking, had to pay again during check in after midnight trying to get children to bed. Housekeeping entered room with family sleeping at 8am!!?? Scaring and waking people.
