Reviews
Guests generally appreciate the comfortable beds, clean rooms, and convenient location of the hotel. However, there are consistent complaints about parking issues, unfriendly staff, and problems with breakfast services.

Lovely staff who are always willing to help. Breakfast was great each morning, as were the social hours each Monday-Wednesday and soda/juice/tea/coffee being available 24/7. Would stay here again, or at another Staybridge Suites if travelling.
- 3/5
Parking is extra yes available but make for extra charge
- 2/5
So I try different hotels. I don’t think this will get another visit from me. Should’ve just stuck with embassy or Hilton locations. And pool area chorine balance is way off just walking in the scent hurts your lungs.
- 3/5
Reservation was double booked. So I didn't get the larger room I reserved. Breakfast was bland. Room was nice but small for 4 people. AC was blasting had to fix on our own. Room locked itself and locked us out. Maintenance was fast and took care of the issue. Water pressure and temp was horrible. Last straw left a day earlier.
- 5/5
I had an absolutely amazing stay. The staff were fantastic and helpful throughout the stay. From check in to check out. The place was clean. The bed was comfortable and the hotel was quiet!!! I slept great! The breakfast was good with many different choices. Eggs, sausage, Cajun potatoes, fresh fruit, chopped or whole. Scones, waffle machine, oatmeal with your choice of different toppings, yogurt, coffee, tea, juice, etc... The coffee was actually pretty decent. Very nice seating area as well to have your breakfast. They have a happy hour in the evening, Monday to Wednesday with free finger food and beer and wine. There is a pool and hot tub in the basement as well as laundry facilities. The hotel is 6 minutes by Uber from Union Station. The Denver Mint is right across the street from the hotel. If you want to tour the Mint, just make sure you reserve a free ticket months in advance. I found out too late and I was not able to get in. I did a tour of their Capitol Building which is literally an 11 min walk from the hotel. Beautiful building with lots of history. If I ever return to Denver, I will stay at this hotel again. It had everything I needed and more. The staff really do care about the quality of your stay, and it shows.
- 3/5
ventilation wasn't that great.
- 3.5/5
Location, room, part of the staff, breakfast Part of the staff
- 5/5
The property was comfortable, clean, and in a good location. The check-in process was smooth, and the overall stay was pleasant. There was nothing major to complain about.
- 5/5
Stayed here for 7 nights for a conference. Great value for money, very large rooms with proper workspace and comfy beds. Breakfast was really nice as well
- 5/5
The pool/hot tub could use an update but it was a safe and clean property. Breakfast buffet was great
- 2/5
The room and staff were great. The hot tub was nice but the pool was not heated. The area isn't the best, not family friendly - sirens, loud music from cars passing by, we could hear the detainees across the street at the detention center yelling while sitting on the hotel's patio and when walking our dog. There is no grass for dogs to potty unless you walk down and across streets for 5 minutes. Had I known any of this we would've stayed in the northern part of Denver.
- 3.5/5
The location was convenient to our activities during our stay. Lots of places to eat and shop nearby. Close to the theater. The breakfast food was not very good. The staff was ok, but not very attentive. Had their earbuds in while talking to you, etc.
- 4/5
The hotel’s location was excellent and made it easy to explore Denver. I was able to walk to the 16th Street area, access Union Station, and conveniently join several excursions during my stay. The complimentary breakfast offered a full hot breakfast each morning and provided a good start to the day. Overall, the hotel was comfortable and served as a great home base for my trip. My main concern was the noise that traveled through the air-conditioning vent into the room, particularly during the evening and overnight hours. There was very little hallway noise, so it appeared the sound was coming through the ventilation system. Additionally, housekeeping was inconsistent over the weekend. On Saturday and Sunday, coffee supplies were not replenished, and room cleaning appeared less thorough than expected. While these issues did not ruin the stay, addressing them would improve the overall guest experience.
- 5/5
Friendly staff Parking is confusing!
- 2/5
The room was clean. The toiletries were from Dove which ranks the hotel into the low-mid quality tier. Friendly and helpful receptionists. The breakfast items once laid our were never replenished or heated, getting cold and often running out by 9. A lot of the staff does not speak English. The machines in the fitness room are old. The few outlets in the room are on the lamps (!). The room had a stove but no - zero - utensils, cups or skillets. Not a single spoon or fork. Whoever owns the hotel is pinching their pennies.
- 5/5
Great location to downtown. Parking is an issue. Unable to park in the lot we payed to park in. Minor issue but the railing entering the pool was broken.
- 4/5
The parking situation was god awful though. And that should definitely be posted better on the listing.
- 1.5/5
I liked the service! Doesn’t give you the clean vibes if ur a clean typos person
- 2/5
The room was comfortable and clean. The parking was horrible, $32 a night for onsite parking that they couldn't even guarantee you would have a spot. The staff was ok, some were better than others but for the most part they were unhelpful and standoffish. The breakfast was ok not great but not bad. Overall I wouldn't stay here again.
- 5/5
Stayed here for a week. Very comfortable suite. Comfortable bed, equipped kitchenette with a dishwasher, and a full-size all be it noisy fridge. Pots, pans, cutlery, dishwater all included. Could see the mountains. Toilet and bathtub separate from sink/vanity. Dove soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. Free breakfast but little variation. However, you can make mini-waffles. On good days, there’s delicious guacamole. Some days potatoes, other days biscuits, some variation of sausage or bacon and some type of egg (omelettes or scrambled eggs). Boiled eggs, granola, oatmeal, scones, toast, bagels and yogurt with defrosted fruit (mango, pineapple, strawberry) are always available. There are washers and dryers to use for free, just need to buy detergent. There is a small pool and whirlpool and small gym. You can get juice, soft drinks and coffee 24/7. On Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays they have a free Happy hour with small appetizers like meatballs, dumplings or meat with wine or beer. Staff are friendly. Enough seating for breakfast. Room service daily if you want. Choice of firm or soft pillows. Laundry basket, ironing board and iron in the room closet. Some cable channels on TV like Bravo and HBO. I was unable to watch playoffs hockey.

Great stay - thank you!
- 5/5
The service of the counter staff is excellent.
- 5/5
I loved how the kitchen and it was very accommodating to my needs at a time and the size of not having balconies which you can’t win them all it was a great room roomie, lots of natural lighting and a great little kitchen that But there were no balconies
- 4/5
Staff friendly. Rooms spacious. rooms can use an updating. Carpet and wall paper old and dated. Plumbing fixtures worked but were loose.
- 4.5/5
Breakfasts and evening snacks. Also convenient to downtown. All was well
- 4/5
Free drink during hotel happy hour I didn’t partake but still a kind gesture especially after driving anywhere near the hotel. Park in a nearby parking lot and tell the hotel to save money on daily rates. Good walking distance to a lot of attractions.

The location was centrally located, which allowed us to visit certain areas of Denver without driving out of the way. But the water pressure was weak for showering. The “buffet” breakfast was decent but I wish it had more kid friendly options

Nice, new hotel located close to downtown. Access to beverages & fruit and complimentary social / happy hour 3 days a week with wine and small bites is a plus. Very nice, customer-oriented staff. Highly recommend. The chicken in the room had initially no utensils / silverware, I had to call reception to get a teaspoon for the coffee. All in all, the staff was very accommodating.
- 3/5
The down side of the stay was the parking. It was very close to the front door but so were the rest of the parking spots. There was no room for errors when trying to get into or out of the paid parking. The pool said it was heated but was ice cold upon arrival. There were other guests that felt the same about the pool because they dipped their feet in and kept on moving.
- 4/5
Just a little older property but maintained well. The staff was ok, but not overly friendly. I noticed that no one wear name tag, to identify them as staff. Breakfast was very good, and the happy hour was a pleasant surprise and made the overall staff worthy every penny. I would stay again.
- 5/5
hot tub open late, bkfst good, close to stuff, parking easy
- 5/5
Clean room, plenty of options with breakfast, staff was really friendly.
- 5/5
Location, Staff, Clean Areas and overall a great location to reserve for a quick trip. The breakfast was delicious, convenient to Union Station and also walking distance to many places and things to do. 24h hot tub was the best part for me.
- 5/5
Our stay was very good! Good price for room. There’s even a small stove to cook. I’d definitely recommend staying here.
- 4/5
Drunk was hanging around the front of hotel. The breakfast was so-so, but no complaints since included in the room rate. Areas in the hotel were clean and organized. Staff was friendly.
- 4/5
The breakfast was fairly basic, so it’s best not to expect much. My room on the 8th floor offered a great view of the mountains. I was in Denver for a conference, and the convention center was just a five-minute walk from the hotel, which was very convenient. I wouldn’t describe the hotel as exceptional, but it was solid and good value for the price.
- 4/5
Overall we enjoyed our stay. However, I think housekeeping threw away a bag the believed to be garbage but contained a pricey picture of myself and my daughter at a local attraction.
- 5/5
Room was impeccable, staff personnel were very helpful and I enjoyed the breakfast.
- 5/5
The pool in the basement was really nice!
- 2/5
Hotel parking is atrocious. The one and only handicap spot was being occupied by an employee my first night stay, we were forced to park in a lot across the street from the hotel. I booked a room for three guests and there were only 2 towels in the room. There were no pillows for the pull out sofa. Rooms are too small for more than one person. Bathroom door barely clears the toilet, making it very awkward to enter. Hotel pool was ice cold our entire stay. We overheard other guests complaining about the pool as well.
- 5/5
WiFi kind of slow. Shower button not working correctly.
- 5/5
Yes it was fabulous
- 4/5
Good affordable option for downtown Denver. It’s a short walk from the main 16th Street where you can pick up the FreeRide bus at no cost. Better still you can get off at Union Station stop and take A line for $10 to airport. Room was tidy and clean, great powerful shower and bed was comfortable. Buffet breakfast provided a reasonable choice for guests, enjoyed making fresh waffles.
- 5/5
Very nice staff, let me leave my luggage with the front desk before checking in. Clean rooms and GREAT water pressure.
- 4/5
Breakfast was changed up each day in addition to the basic Continental options.
- 4/5
The property was clean and kept nice! The room was clean, but couch was in an area that was not accessible to the television. The Internet would not stay on it would go in and out. The breakfast, the two mornings we tried it was cold and hard, sausages and potatoes. The eggs were cold. The hotel was easily accessible to things downtown Denver.
- 5/5
Very clean room breakfast was amazing. Would stay here again in a heart beat. Plus, front desk assistant was very helpful.
- 4/5
Everything was great outside the breakfast
- 5/5
The breakfast was above expectations?
- 5/5
Very clean room
- 4/5
The breakfast was great. We have three young kids and they were warmly welcomed. Lovely staff. Comfortable beds.
- 4/5
Breakfast was limited but decent
- 5/5
Breakfast was good the pool is available 24/7 and the 12 o clock check out is great as well
- 5/5
Room was very large
- 5/5
Definitely will be going back again!! The hotel staff was amazing and the breakfast scones were to die for!!
- 5/5
Hot tub was the best!
- 5/5
Clean nice place to stay only flaw is parking but that’s beacuse it’s downtown they do have overflow parking across the street witch was not a big deal to me .
- 3/5
The ac didnt work very well at all and tile in bathroom was old looked dirty!
- 5/5
Was clean, staff was helpful, and we enjoyed our stay and the pool and hot tub and the happy hour at the hotel.. 😁✨
- 3/5
No water pressure or hot water at times. Most tv channels would not come in. Not a 8.8 rating.
- 3/5
Room wasn’t ready and we got a random call at 4:00AM.
- 5/5
Room was spacious and beds comfortable. Onsite breakfast and happy hour were nice. Signage for main entrance could be improved.
- 5/5
Exceeded expectations.
- 5/5
We didn’t take pets with us but I did love the facility & amenities it offered. It was close to our venue, and we loved how clean the place was.
- 5/5
Breakfast was always delicious and well stocked. Room was clean and kitchen had everything we needed, although we didn't cook much.
- 5/5
Perfect walking distance to everywhere! Fave place so far in Denver
- 4/5
Stayed here because it was across the street from the US Mint
- 4/5
Great hotel. Make sure you ask for dishes and pots and pans if you need them. They don't provide if you don't ask and you will be surprised when you find empty drawers and cabinets right at the moment you need them.
- 5/5
Clean room, comfy bed, nice staff.
- 4/5
Staff was amazing!! Love the hours of the amenities! Overall good experience!
- 5/5
Excellent news
- 5/5
great place. very spacious and comfortable. great location too
- 4/5
The room was clean but a bit too cool for me. I supplemented the bedding with a spare blanket. I slept well and ate a good breakfast from a reasonable range of choices. The one real problem I had was figuring out where to park because I found no reference to it in the booking documents.
- 4/5
it was great, good breakfast
- 5/5
I just LOVE THIS PLACE. I NEVER HAVE ANY ISSUES WITH ANYTHING HERE. THE STAFF GO ABOVE AND BEYOND. THANKS GUYS.
- 3/5
I felt like everything could have been a bit cleaner. The pool was too cold for me to go into. Breakfast bar could use more choices.
- 5/5
The room was very clean and bed was super comfortable. My grandbaby enjoyed the pool very much.
- 5/5
We loved our room, the view was awesome, the location of the hotel was very convenient, the breakfast were delicious, and the staff were super friendly.

- 5/5
We really liked our hotel stay. The bed was really comfortable, we liked that it was downtown but it was still a very quiet. We would stay here again
- 5/5
Great room, location, 24 hr fitness pool and hit tub with strog jets.
- 4/5
The suite we were in had a great view and was cleaned great. The breakfast was nice. Staff were nice too.
- 5/5
Great location
- 5/5
Staff was so super helpful checking in made us feel at ease and wrlcome. I was in Drnver with my adult disabled sons and teen daughter for disability rights advocacy day at the capital and when we told ftont desk clerk she was so nice to make sure we had a disabled access suite which was amazing. Have stayed here many times before and would recommend to anyone!
- 5/5
The price was good. The suite well equipped. The free Happy Hour was great. The location was good.
- 5/5
Excellent service and breakfast was good, would definitely stay again.
- 5/5
Something that stood out during my stay was the kindness of the person that was helping everybody at the front. She was very knowledgeable and knew how to solve my problems. When I explained them to her. Everybody was kind and helpful
- 5/5
I love that the kitchen cooks would change up the menu during breakfast,
- 5/5
Room was nice. Staff suoer friendly.
- 5/5
Staff was friendly, room was spotless and inviting
- 3/5
The fan in the bathroom didn’t work and the room smelt like poop. Then when we took showers, we let the water run for 5 minutes and never got hot water
- 5/5
Pretty cool spot in the cut of downtown Denver. Excellent breakfast and well kept rooms. Definitely will book my stay as often I plan to visit!❤️
- 1/5
I stay at this hotel on Jan. 26th and a second day. They told me I should be getting a deposit back for not finding a parking lot when I had already paid and since than I have not received my refund back for parking I paid and my deposit money to stay. I spoke to the manager and he was very rude and not responding in a timely manner. He said he didnt care what I would say here so please people if you don’t want this to happen to you please dont stay here. Also breakfast was not good and barely find something to eat:(
- 4/5
room was clean and staf very nice
- 5/5
The room was spotless, and the staff were super friendly and helpful.
- 3/5
Overall the stay was ok. We didn’t get the room type we booked and told we got the last two queen room which was accessible room. Breakfast wasn’t always hot even being right when it opened. The staff was always friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and the beds and pillows were very comfortable.
- 5/5
Nice spacious room, liked that it had a mini kitchen.
- 5/5
The staff was friendly and professional, happy hour was nice, the room is very clean and it has a comfortable bed.
- 5/5
Yes staff was very helpful and courteous room was clean
- 4/5
The best location and really nice hotel
- 5/5
Very nice place
- 5/5
Great staffs!!
- 2/5
Walls too thin, pool is small and disgusting looking, breakfast will have you running for the toilet in 10 min. And they let dogs of any breeds come in who become a noise nuisance at 6am. If you decide to stay here, make sure they don’t put you in a room next to someone who has a dog.
- 4/5
The room was very nice, I just do not like to hide information because nowhere does it appear to charge 33 dollars per night for the parking lot.
- 5/5
Great location 5 minute walk to 16th St. Good size room, friendly staff. Variety of breakfast options.
- 5/5
Nice location especially to get to the convention center.
- 5/5
Staff was very helpful, everything was clean and well kept, great area. Only difficulty was finding how to get into the parking lot when we first arrived, some signage may be helpful!
- 5/5
A room heating problem on a very cold day was solved overnight.
- 5/5
Room was clean! We had a wonderful time.
- 4/5
The breakfast and eating area
- 5/5
I loved this hotel stay. They offer complimentary breakfast and 24 hour access to their hot tub/pool area. My only suggestion would be to get a second waffle maker because it was so popular that it took to long to make waffles.
- 5/5
This place is amazing! I will definitely stay again here next year for decadence! 💗💗💗 Great and nice staff! The guy at the front desk is also a cutie and a sweetheart just forgot his name. Lol
- 5/5
Todo excelente
- 5/5
Thank you for everything.
- 4/5
The room was clean. Staff I interacted with were friendly. Loved the hot tub!
- 5/5
Clean room. And comfy
- 3/5
Room was ok. Staff was nice. Prices for food form the pantry are too high.
- 4/5
Good staff. No Ac
- 5/5
Staff was excellent! Hot tub was a great amenity
- 3/5
Hotel was nice for being downtown Denver but paying 30 dollars a day for parking is ridiculous
- 5/5
Todo muy bien, limpio y el persona muy amable
- 3/5
Room clean - you have to use the key card what ever you go even elevator . Limited parking lot you have to park across the street
- 5/5
Yes
- 5/5
Unbeatable location and room quality for price
- 5/5
Beautiful hotel, super clean and the breakfast was delicious. It was completely booked and still quiet. Will definitely stay here again.
- 5/5
The proximity of this hotel to many downtown activities (theater) was wonderful! The rooms were clean. The breakfast was complete and warm. The staff was friendly and the exercise center was small but well furnished. Our room had a wonderful kitchen. We parked in the parking lot across the street (although there was parking onsite). It was convenient and well lit.
- 4/5
Evette needed.
- 5/5
Great location, roomy suites.
- 5/5
But the $55 ride to the airport was promoted as up to 6 people. Ride came and it was only for 4.
- 1/5
Then 8 pm stated we needed to sign form that wed pay $300 for additional dogs. We stated we would just leave and after a heated debate that we needed to sign form we packed, and left, i hope for a refund but doubt i will get one. Staff was terrible rude and would not let us speak w manager! without a word. And then
- 4/5
Clean room, friendly staff, would definitely come back.
- 5/5
Room was clean, free breakfast was actually good.
- 5/5
Staff + Breakfast was spectacular
- 5/5
Great place, celan, quiet.
- 5/5
We had a great satay. Beds were comfy ,everything was clean quiet. Had fun in the 24hour pool .
- 3/5
Fine for the price, but needs work overall. Good location, walking distance to many things. Good breakfast. Pool and hot tub were fine for my needs. But I got a suite with a kitchen. When I arrived, there were ZERO plates, utensils, pots and pans. I called the desk and threy brought one plate, one bowl, and one fork, spoon, and butter knife. Also when I arrived one of the elevators wasn't working. Though it was fixed same day. And like others said, there’s not much parking. I got a spot, but I arrived early. Staff was nice and friendly. Good for a night or two.
- 3/5
Generally good . Very clean but Not enough bathroom ventilation. Lousy breakfast !! It time to stop using so much processed food.
- 5/5
Great hotel, and great service
- 5/5
Friendly front staff. Plentiful breakfast options. Suite did look a little bigger in pictures but was still just right for our needs. Easy walking distance access to restaurants and shopping. You do have to pay for parking, but that wouldn't stop me from returning.
- 5/5
Courteous staff, inviting atmosphere, happy hour!
- 5/5
Great service and accomodations
- 5/5
Everything was very convenient for the price
- 4/5
Staff was friendly housekeeping was amazing. Hot tub was cool
- 5/5
What a lovely and unexpected list of amenities. The bed was so comfortable, and the staff was so nice. The breakfast was perfect! This just made staybridge a new go to for future lodging.
- 3/5
I’m gonna guess this was for security reasons so nobody locks themselves in the bathroom. Solution: use a hook lock that is situated at a height of 5 feet on the bathroom door. It can be flicked open from the crack from the outside in case of an emergency.
- 1/5
The staff was terrible (however Jamiah is amazing!!) The hotel had thin walls and the area was unsafe and had a drug dealer hanging out outside. The parking is a nightmare. The food was okay at best. Would not recommend.
- 5/5
It was a very nice property being in downtown Denver.
- 5/5
I had an absolute blast in Denver. Staybridge Inn and Suites made my stay very enjoyable. The hotel itself was quiet, well run and pristine in cleanliness. If I return to Denver this will be my top choice for lodging
- 4/5
Units are always a pleasant surprise , walkable to to pavilions area
- 1/5
Service was awful and hotel dirty!! When we went to our room there was an undressed male in our room. Do not recommend and would never stay again.
- 4/5
Staff was very helpful, nice facility
- 4/5
Parking is a Nightmare!
- 5/5
Best staff, very friendly. Nice property.
- 5/5
Love it had a great time loved the continental breakfast
- 5/5
The staff at the desk was lovely. The room was clean and spacious with a lot of amenities. I went down for breakfast right at 6:30a, and everything was out and ready and they had a lot of options.
- 5/5
The room itself is very nice the temperature quickly adjusts when changing it which was so nice because it’s super cold in the mornings and nights but midday it’s pretty warm. We also had a pretty nice view of the streets. Also got to enjoy the 24hr spa for a bit and dry off our swimsuit afterwards with their complimentary washers and dryers they provide for the guests. I will definitely book again if I come back !! 10/10
- 4/5
Food was good maybe more options on different days. Shower pressure really low.
- 3/5
Very limited parking and you have to pay for it; shower had no pressure; bathroom door was broken; booked 2 king rooms months ago, but we ended up on different floors
- 5/5
Clean room, great views
- 4/5
As I stepped outside, the bustling streets were alive with the sounds of honking horns, chatter of pedestrians, and the distant echo of music from nearby cafes. However, once I pushed open the heavy glass door of the hotel, I was greeted by a serene and tranquil atmosphere. The warm, inviting lobby was adorned with soft lighting and elegant furnishings that created a sense of calm. Plush armchairs were arranged around a softly flickering fireplace, and the air was infused with the subtle aroma of fresh flowers. It felt as though I had entered an entirely different world, one where the chaos of the outside melted away into a peaceful respite.
- 5/5
Lobby won’t blow you away, but everything else about this hotel was fantastic Room was good size and clean. Bit small bathroom, but no biggie. Pool/hot tub was clean, warm. Free beer/appetizers in the evening. Free breakfast was well made. Nice staff. 16th street is a few blocks away, which is exactly the right distance. Would stay here again for sure. Kids really liked it as well.
- 3/5
The hotel itself is fine enough. Breakfast was wonderful! Room was adequate and clean. The huge downside was hearing cars with loud exhaust every night. This place is located near a major thoroughfare.
- 2/5
Check in was great, staff was friendly, rooms were clean. But at the end of the day we took our family of 6 to the pool and hot tub and ended up getting chemical burns, seems like they used way too much bleach because it even bleach our swim suits. It left our skin burning and itchy. I called the desk to let them know what happened and they said thank you for letting them know but I would think they would have followed up to check on us. Never heard back from them. Not sure I'll be staying here again.
- 5/5
Enjoyed overall. Room eas nice. But loud fan
- 5/5
Everybody was very helpful and the breakfast had fresh cut fruit
- 4/5
Quaint rooms. Very clean, lots of lighting, great location! Our room did not have utensils, plates, pots or pans initially so we had to ask for them. Pans aren't non stick. About half the channels on the TV didn't work. There's no diswahing liquid, but they do provide dishwasher detergent. Room service happens before 6pm. We had them come any time from 10am to 4pm. Front desk staff are nice, friendly. One of the elevators was not functioning while there, so you're wait might be a bit longer unless you take the stairs. Best location, away from the downtown traffic, but still connected with lots in walk distance. Great access to 24 hr pool, hot tub, gym. Gym has free weights, medicine balls, one matt, a cable machine, treadmills and ellipticals. Breakfast with vegan, vegetarian and carnivore friendly options. Mon - Wed happy hour with hour devours. It has all the amenities!
- 5/5
Fantastic staff!
- 3/5
It was a good stay overall. The breakfast and housekeeping staff were wonderful as was the evening desk staff. It was harder to get questions answered during the day. There was a hotel wide fire alarm test, that no one informed the guests about, that was very stressful and a few minor room issues, but over all the area is fairly walkable with many restaurants nearby and it was easy to get Lyft rides.
- 5/5
My family and I enjoyed our stay it was very clean accommodating and inviting, breakfast was awesome also
- 5/5
Clean rooms. Very walkable.
- 4/5
Good hotel. Had issues parking when we first got there as it wasn’t explained very well where we needed to go. Everything else was really good. Breakfast was good and there was a happy hour with free drinks! The beer wasn’t that great though but for free you can’t really complain.

the way the room was set up was not conducive to a comfortable stay. The TV was located under the sofa so there was no way you could sit on the sofa and watch the TV. The hotel advertised itself as a extended stay suite with a full kitchen which was true but there were no silverware or eating utensils in the room that I was assigned making it difficult to eat a meal after a long travel day.... and finally, they advertised a shuttle service to the airport for one price only to be told when I went to pay with my credit card that there was a 10% surcharge to using credit. Absolutely unacceptable that I wasn't informed of this.

It was great!
- 3/5
Parking was very inconvenient, Beds are like sleeping on a rock, You have to pay 27 dollars a day for parking plus 40 dollars a day for insurance....
- 5/5
Clean room & family friendly
- 5/5
Close to everything.
- 5/5
Felt very safe and friendly. Breakfast buffet was pretty great and location super convenient for downtown. Would definitely stay here again.
- 2/5
House keeping did very minimal which is fair if there is little to no cleaning fee. Having to park in public parking after booking months in advance seems unresonable and unfortunately we happen to be a victim of getting our car broken into the last night.
- 5/5
We found a hotel to be perfectly placed making it very easy to get to any of the sites we wanted to enjoy. The only difficulty was finding the front door to the hotel.
- 5/5
Good location good breakfast clean and friendly staff
- 4/5
This hotel is conveniently located near the pedestrian mall in downtown Denver. It is somewhat rundown and spells strongly of disinfectant. Beds were comfortable and checkin was quick. Coffee at the free breakfast was quite goiod.
- 5/5
I really enjoyed my room and my stay. Great complimentary food offered as well. Staff was friendly the whole time, will be coming back.
- 3/5
Parking is very limited. The Denver Pavilion is located about 4 blocks away and you’ll find lots of dining choices there. The Denver Art Museum and Science and History Museum are walking distance and so is the US Mint.
- 5/5
Stayed here while attending a trade show at the convention center. Overall a very good experience. I think it’s perfect especially if staying on your own. A easy 8 minute walk to the conference. The room is compact but offers all the amenities. Service was excellent. Free breakfast is a nice touch. My only complaint was the shower head was weak and the hot water could have been hotter. And the TV could offer a better experience as the satellite would cut out and also offer smart apps like YouTube and such. Definitely staying here again in the future.
- 5/5
We walked to 16th street for dinner.
- 5/5
Close to the center of downtown denver with ample restaurants and venues
- 5/5
Only stayed one night, convenient location close to downtown!
- 5/5
The only complaint I would have about my stay there, was extremely poor water pressure in the shower and did not get extremely hot. Just a bit above lukewarm. But the buffet breakfasts were great! Everybody that worked there was pleasant and helpful! The suite was beautiful! The pool and jacuzzi was open to use 24 hours! The location was great! I would gladly stay there again and recommend it to anyone!
- 4/5
Don't like that we had to pay for parking as the hotel parking lot is like 10 spaces only ...
- 5/5
Near shops and restaurants is a plus. Something wrong with the thermostat and shower doors don't roll well.
- 5/5
The staff were great. We loved the breakfast and happy hour. 24 hour pool was good too. Thank you.
- 5/5
The hotel was well appointed and Super convenient location, comfortable bed amd pillows, friendly, and very helpful staff!! I will stay here again!
- 5/5
Overall this is a GREAT hotel. If we were LOOKING for downsides: no smart tv, so bring your own device to stream! Wifi is spotty at times (but free, so what can you do!). We did not have dish soap to hand wash dishes in our room. We spent a week here and loved every minute of it. Thanks again!
- 5/5
Highly recommend
- 2/5
Beds are hard AF and uncomfortable. Property needs a major update and needs a deep cleaning.
- 5/5
Totally Recommend
- 5/5
Parking just to check in is a pita Otherwise it is a very nice hotel with helpful staff
- 5/5
The girl checking us in was the kindest most helpful! Loved our stay and the breakfast was amazing!
- 5/5
Great price with a happy hour. A bit of a walk to Coors Field but worth the value.
- 4/5
CONS - The tub did not have grip so be careful as it's slippery as all heck. The Happy Hour they offered mentioned appetizers but for 2 of the days we were there it was just loaded mashed or French fries (not really an appetizer). The pool was not heated. We had a few issues with parking as well. Could not get the dishwasher to operate..
- 5/5
I did not like seeing people from the hotel next leaving their cars in front of our hotel, and we had to pay for parking
- 2/5
The property is warned of- rooms are dirty and dusty. Stains on the sofa and carpet, not a pleasant stay.
- 5/5
The breakfast attendant was not nice at all. I need a lil cup of juice for my grandson as we left and she was going to charge a full breakfast. The front desk has warned me off the tension. What a shame that the food service was not good.
- 3/5
I paid $32 a day to park in the lot by the hotel but when there wasn’t a parking spot I was told I could park across the street. The suite we reserved did have a small kitchen and nice refrigerator but there was no table to eat at. For a suite the room was very small.
- 5/5
The staff was very friendly, the room was clean and all the amenities are available 24hrs. Breakfast was solid with several options.
- 3/5
Our pull out bed was dirty so couldnt use it and the hot tub needs attention to it
- 5/5
I would definitely stay here again
- 1/5
We booked an accessible room and we were given a regular room. This is significant for our family as our daughter is in a wheelchair. We only booked this hotel because the roll in shower room and separate bedroom. We had to wait 2 hours before a room was available. After two days the original room we booked was available but our daughter was not able to move around comfortably so we had to stay in the other room with no roll in shower which made it very challenging.
- 4/5
Only had one problem here, that did not effect me personally, but should be mentioned. The mobility lifts for the pool area did not work, there was a family in the hot tub with us that had could have used the lift if it was serviceable. Please fix your equipment.
- 5/5
The Staybridge is a great place to stay. The room was spacious and modern. The bed was very comfortable. The location is very walkable to entertainment and restaurants.
- 5/5
Clean, safe, quiet. Great breakfast variety. Close to restaurants, bars, shopping, arts and theater.
- 5/5
I would like to thank to the front desk lady who listened to my complaint and took care of it.
- 5/5
The staff is what made our stay so enjoyable. They were extremely informative, knowledgeable and patient, and made sure we knew about all of the “extra” amenities they offered like free laundry and free fountain soda 24/7. They stored our loads of luggage for several hours before we checked in and always said hello and asked how our stay was going each time we passed the front desk. Housekeeping and dining attendances were also extremely friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.
- 3/5
Amazing staff. Great breakfast and happy hour. Old, outdated rooms, but great facility amenities and patio.
- 5/5
Great hotel very nice
- 5/5
It was a beautiful establishment and I’ll be booking with this place again soon.
- 5/5
Very nice stay
- 5/5
Nice clean rooms with comfy beds and pillows. Great breakfast and evening snacks. Not much immediately near hotel but a great restaurant and shopping area is about an 8 min walk away. Hotel is maybe 5 min walk to larger conference hotels like the Sheraton. With this hotel, you get more amenities for lower price.
- 4/5
Location is great, very clean and comfortable. Parking is difficult because it's downtown but overall a great stay!
- 4/5
Comfortable bed, helpful friendly staff.
- 5/5
Nice and clean
- 3/5
First I'll say that the parking spaces are woefully inadequate, especially when the website states "free parking". The rooms and public ways are very clean and the security is adequate. The coffee pot that was in my room seems to be put together with 2 different manufacturers, because the pot couldn't be removed or put back with the drip basket installed. Also, the faucet in the kitchenette didn't work, but that wasn't important to me since I could fill the coffee pot in the vanity sink. The bed was comfortable. They offer plenty of amenities for your stay, which I didn't get the chance to take advantage of.
- 4/5
It was a nice quick stop on our way home to Connecticut.
- 3/5
Parking was a mess. They gave us a room with only one bed when we were supposed to have a pull out couch also. Finally got it changed but didn’t give us a refund even though the room they gave us was less expensive.
- 4/5
Only complaint is the TV had a large scratch and the remote is not universal so no guide to know what is on, just had to channel surf or go to a scrolling guide channel and wait. In 2025 there should be menu buttons on a cable/satellite hotel TV.
- 5/5
One of the best hotel experiences we've had!
- 2/5
The bathroom floor was dirty when I checked in. There was music and noise coming through the bathroom vent at all hours of the night. The mattresses are lumpy and smelly The pool smells like bleach, not chlorine.
- 5/5
Nice room with comfortable bed. Clean. All of the desk staff were extra friendly and helpful. Location is great to access 16th Street mall, I-25 and other downtown areas. Good breakfast.
- 4/5
Great location.
- 1/5
Pretty run down.
- 5/5
Perfect for our family of four for 8 days. Clean, great location.
- 5/5
Great service definitely would book again!
- 3/5
Everything was very nice but was changed twice
- 3/5
The property is very clean. The staff were very nice. The breakfast was very fresh and good. The room was beautiful. However, you have to rely on street parking or parking in lots. Make sure you read every sign very carefully because you will have to move your car before midnight. Also, if you go in and out of the lots you pay multiple fees.
- 5/5
Parking was not great but everything else was perfect
- 3/5
Great staff. Needs some remodeling and general maintenance. The area is a little rough.
- 1/5
Our room was clean everyday which was great, breakfast attendents move veryslow and act like they can't hear you when asking for utensil. Also when they are checking you in, please make sure they get your license plate because they didnt ask for mine and i got a ticket. And your toaster in breakfast area does not even get hot to toast the bread/bagels
- 5/5
Very welcoming staff! Check in was easy. My room was clean and cozy and very quiet! I would definitely stay here again!
- 5/5
My room had a full size fridge, which was extremely helpful since my trip was a week long. I have several food allergies, and being able to store and make food in my room was a game changer. The view was great, and the hospitality staff were incredibly helpful.
- 4/5
The heated pool was cold. Jets on jacuzzi weak. Odd entry to hotel and sketchy people hanging out in the parking lot and alley way.
- 5/5
Parking is $32 a night. Bed was super comfy but room was pretty small for the price.
- 5/5
No complaints about the hotel. The breakfast buffet was better than the average American hotel breakfast. The staff went above and beyond - one staff member even went and found us an empty cardboard box which helped us package up a painting. The cleaning staff were also friendly
- 5/5
Good
- 3/5
It was okay… The lobby smells weird. We called and asked for more hangers but they never came, so had to go downstairs to get them later that day. But it’s a good deal. It’s safe. Breakfast is free.
- 4/5
Nice place and comfortable
- 5/5
Clean and quiet close to everything!
- 5/5
I had a great stay at the Staybridge Suites in Denver. The location was super convenient—an easy walk to the Denver Convention Center. I especially appreciated the complimentary breakfast each morning. Also, I felt safe knowing that after hours, the exterior doors required a room key for entry. Would definitely stay again!
- 5/5
Very friendly place and there was much attention to detail. Appreciate it to service.
- 4/5
Other then that. That was my only issue
- 5/5
Great people!
- 4/5
Limited parking at the location and additional parking fees apply for downtown accessibility. Otherwise hotel experience was
- 5/5
Very nice room with comfortable bed and pillows.
- 5/5
I really liked this hotel! The room was perfect. Pool & hot tub was nice. Social hour was wonderful! In a great location as well.
- 4/5
Breakfast included
- 4/5
Finding the actual hotel entrance for parking was very confusing. There is road construction around and very little signage that states enter here. After 3 times around the block trying to understand that you enter the property through a tiny alley that connects to another property. Maybe it's me and I didn't read the amenties right on the website but was surprised by a $30 parking charge per night which was taking from my deposit. The room was adequate double queen. Safety issue: Would have expected a bath mat or non slip strips in the tub because it was very slippery, but improvised by using a towel. Pool and hot tub were decent. Breakfast was outstanding. Choice of hot or cold items buffett style. All in all a nice stay for the price.
- 5/5
The stay itself was great! I just wish the check-in process is a little more smoother. Walking a few blocks in a direct sunlight to the hotel, and the main door was locked for a security reason and then waiting for staffs to serve for a few minutes while the front desk area does not have much places to sit and rest. It was not felt welcoming.
- 5/5
Enjoyed my stay. I will return in the future
- 4/5
Had a good stay in the staybrigde,Hotel is clean and room was a great size. About a 15 minute walk from union station but in a good location overall only thing we found strange there was no safe in the room.
- 4/5
The primary issue I had with this hotel is that there is no front entry facing onto the street, therefore making it very difficult to find. The front entry to the lobby is almost in a back alley where their very limited parking is. I felt uncomfortable there. Parking-wise, you have to stay in the lot across the street or in the garage a block away unless you are lucky enough to get one of the few parking spots on the property
- 3/5
The noise was horrible. Definitely not kid friendly. It woke up our son multiple times. Our room was tiny for a suite. There were dings and missing parts of paneling on furniture and doorframes. A wheel fell off an ottoman after resting our legs on it. The glass door to the shower was incredibly wobbily. TV had no guide option. Breakfast was good and staff was super friendly, on the plus side. Would not recommend for multiple nights or if you have children.
- 5/5
Love the place and the location. Very centric
- 5/5
Good location, great amenities, lovely staff. Complimentary happy hour is awesome! I’ll be back!
- 5/5
Close to shopping and downtown attractions. Also, Staybridge provided a happy hour for their guests.
- 3/5
We went to a show at civic park. Great spot to lay out head
- 3/5
Parking was very unclear and access to hotel was challenging. Parked at meter to check in and was told that my only option was to park in the public parking for $27 under the hotel with in/out access or take my chances and pay in the parking lot as cost was unknown and could not come in/out but was later told it was $30. While moving my vehicle into the public parking, one of the reservation attendant blocked entry with her car to verify another vehicle had the parking card access from hotel. I literally had to wait for her to verify the other vehicle before moving her car forward so i could find parking. Room was nice and clean even the bathroom but the pillows were terrible and uncomfortable. Happy hour was nice and the employee who was pouring the drinks were kind and helpful. Breakfast was mediocre as it stated Breakfast began at 630am on week days (It was a Thursday) and when we attempt to get breakfast at 630am, we found the lobby full of people waiting and there was nothing out at all. Your only option was either bagel, toast or waffle and this was by 650am before i checked out.
