Clean Room Quiet stay great Breakfast
- 4/5
Breakfast was good but not as many items to choose from this last visit.
- 5/5
Great spot to stay downtown!!
- 5/5
Cool
- 5/5
Great value for a short stay. Great location
- 5/5
The Hyatt Place Denver was an amazing hotel. I had a 22nd floor room with a breathtaking view of downtown. My room came with a king size bed and a kitchen suite. The room was clean and tidy. 10/10 would recommend! I definitely plan to stay here again the next time I’m in Denver.
- 5/5
Definitely recommended!
- 4/5
The hotel is nice. However, please note that if you are renting a vehicle, you have to park in the expensive parking lots since the Hyatt does not offer guest parking other than valet. I was not aware of this when I booked.
- 5/5
Very convenient, close to 16th St, we literally walked to the places we wanted to go. Super friendly staff, the bartender so nice. Breakfast was good, I wish they can add bacon as option as well. The guys from the valet parking were super nice as well, very respectful always telling us “good morning” “enjoy your day” “welcome back”
- 4/5
Good location and service. Room is clean but don’t expect it to be spotless. The indoor pool is small so I don’t see people use it much.
- 4/5
I loved the room. Little vacation with my kids and we was in the same floor at the pool so that was great.
- 5/5
Wonderful staff, lovely restaurant with great menu, amazing breakfast and very clean rooms. Would definitely book again if back in Denver
- 5/5
This hotel was clean and rooms were quiet. We got the a room with a pullout bed and two queens which was really nice considering our kids sleep crazy.
- 5/5
Great stay on our way out to Granby. Everyone was friendly and helpful.
- 5/5
We loved our room on the 19th floor. View of the mountains, with some snow, & the city below was beautiful. Quiet & comfortable hotel! Good breakfast & great location! We think we found our new downtown Denver hangout!
- 2.5/5
You have to pay extra for parking.
- 5/5
Loved the secured parking. Unfortunately there isn’t much other options for parking in the downtown area. Cost for the valet should be included in the cost of the stay! Breakfast was very good at this location compared to other locations I have stayed!
- 3/5
That’s fine, but it doesn’t cost that much money for quality I would not recommend
- 5/5
Hours was a short day, but everything was well kept and maintained. Thank you.
- 5/5
Great location, good breakfast, perfect for a family stay, best place to stay!
- 4/5
Beautiful property with friendly staff. Nice room with comfortable bed and pillows. Downside is availability and cost of parking due to location.
- 5/5
Very nice. The staff is helpful and friendly. I would stay here again!
- 3/5
Everything went well with check in but we were awakened early in the morning by loud construction noises right above our room! A very unpleasant wake-up call! The complimentary breakfast was nothing to brag about either. The buffet was out of many items and this was over an hour before the end of breakfast service.
- 4/5
I’m a customer having at least complementary bottled water in the room upon arrival, was a little disappointed that they don’t put bottled water in the room
- 4/5
Very good
- 5/5
Very nice people and great view!

- 5/5
Nice place for a family to stay.
- 1.5/5
The staff was great and the beds were comfortable. The shower took 15 minutes to get warm with low pressure. It also shook the entire wall and the water was coming out of the shower head like a sprinkler. 3 of the 4 elevators were broke. So there was a wait to get to any floor. You pretty much had to pay for valet parking which was $65 a day on top of the cost of the room. The next closest parking lot was a ways down the block and was still $18 per day to park. There were also a few of the power outlets in the room that existed but you could not plug anything into them because they had some sort of block or something stuck in them. Very frustrating for the amount of money I spent. So much that we left a day early.

Great room my wife and I stayed in. The view was very beautiful at night too. The downside was we didn't know if the mini fridge was on or not. The main reason I didn't give it a full 5 stars was the breakfast buffet had stale bagels and no waffle maker. There were apples and oranges, but some bananas would be a nice addition as well for fruit choices. All in all, great space. Great area that's close by the Convention Center. Would love to go back when I have FanExpo come around.

Everything was Great!!!

Very clean and nice staff
- 4/5
Breakfast had a good verity
- 4/5
Nice overall
- 4/5
Also they upgrade us to a king size bed with a kitchen but the kitchen and furniture are kind of old. Hotel is very close to Denver convention center too.
- 3/5
Finally we had to take the stairs, so not to our Uber waiting for us
- 4/5
Memorial weekend and all 4 elevators weren’t working. We have been traveling for over a week and came to Denver for a wedding. We don’t usually stay in an expensive hotel and was disappointed in the breakfast. It offered all the same things as the cheaper hotels only difference was served on plates with flatware instead of paper and plastic. We expected better and more options. Specially for the money. The cost of parking was exceptionally high. Very disappointed.
- 5/5
Great customer service, clean hotel, excellent location, great breakfast.

Location is ok First of all, I arrived here around 2 am due to a late flight. It was hilarious to find out that the facility does not provide free parking for the guests. I was offered the option to use their valet parking service, which costs $64 per night, or to park nearby at a street parking meter, which requires waking up at 8 am to pay or risk a fine. Second, the street parking meters are limited to 2 hours, so you're forced to move the car every 2 hours (I don't know if that's enforceable, but that's the rule here). Third, there are no free water bottles in the room or on the property you have to carry water from the first floor in a plastic glass or bring your own. After checking into the room, I found thick black hair sticking out of the hand towel. Breakfast is genuinely terrible, honestly, the worst I've seen in a hotel in a while. But the best part about this place is that around 9:50am, I started to hear some drilling and construction noises. It's 11:12am right now, and drilling is still here. Unbelievably low-quality service.

The front desk staff especially one which I plan on sharing my experience about, needs to be reevaluated.
- 5/5
It was nice place and in close to the convention center.. People were friendly. Food at bar, was not good and the service was very slow.

- 5/5
Great hotel and location!
- 5/5
The breakfast was underwhelming. Everything else was phenomenal
- 5/5
Room was nice and the shower was well taken care of. There is only valet parking for a fee.
- 5/5
Very good breakfast—good assortment of items. Evening bartender was friendly and helpful. Valet service is expensive, but necessary downtown and staff was excellent. Check in was easy.
- 4/5
Wish they had more selection for breakfast. Waffles/pancakes.
- 3.5/5
Spacious rooms Basic breakfast, nothing special about it. Basic room amenities — no safe deposit, very small coffee maker, not even a bag for dirty laundry.

Amazing
- 3/5
They have a $35 early check in. They had rooms ready but they forced guests to waste time in the lobby. Makes zero sense.
- 5/5
Breakfast was great, rooms clean! The view of the mountains was amazing! This hotel is two blocks away from 16th street which was very convenient. 16th street has all retail stores such as restaurants, gift shops and anything you can think of. We did not have to rent a car due to the easy access to this hotel. Line A train from the airport to union station and the 16th street free bus will take you anywhere on 16th street.
- 5/5
I liked checking in. Easy. I liked the fact that the temp charge for incidentals was only $50 and was refunded next day. I liked the continental breakfast. I like checking out, easy. The best part were the nice valet drivers and the bar attendant!! Super recommend!
- 4/5
Very clean and comfortable room. Just found the pillows to be too soft. Valet attendants were very nice. Breakfast closure made me feel like the. Crew was in a hurry to move people out. One young lady arrived at 9:02 and they wouldn’t let her eat. They gave her an apple and an orange, then I saw some hotel staff go in and fill a plate.
- 5/5
Breakfast was awesome! Gym was great. Staff was helpful. Room was perfect!
- 5/5
There was nothing I didnt like.
- 5/5
We had a great view. There was nothing I didnt like.

Everything in walking distance ! Breakfast was. Good rooms were clean. And. The pool is. Warm. Not even cold. But over all great !!! Would definitely Visit again
- 3/5
Beautiful hotel, amazing staff. However, no where was it stated that you have to pay an additional $50 per room as a retainer. Would like to have been informed either on the website or in their welcoming email. Parking was a headache
- 5/5
Free breakfast was so nice, good selection and quality food.
- 3/5
Was unaware that this hotel had no parking available unless you paid the $65 dollar charge for valet on top of already paying for your room. Looked around and around for paid parking all of which were limited to 12 hours at a time vs overnight parking. Julian who greeted people first was great and went above and beyond his job! Ricardo the bar tender was also great! Unfortunately won’t stay here again due to the parking situation. There are other hotels in the area that offer free parking for guests staying there.
- 5/5
Clean and easy to walk to 16th street mall
- 5/5
The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great. We also liked the location!

- 5/5
Nice breakfast.
- 5/5
The room was clean and very open for accessibility. The staff was super prompt when asked for new linens due to an allergy to down. Breakfast was basic, but offered a little something for everyone.
- 4/5
The Hyatt Place still very good! The food at the Bar/Restaurant was not as good quality as our last visit two years ago. The atmosphere still quiet and pleasant. BLH
- 5/5
I really liked my corner room with nice big windows. I looked forward to returning to my room each night.
- 5/5
The breakfast bar was amazing! We were there for three days and every day we enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. It was a great way to start our day! The gym was nice and clean and had everything we needed. The staff was helpful and our room was very comfortable!

Excellent hotel, fantastic staff, great location. Downsides were the cost of parking at the hotel was unreal, but thankfully there were other cheaper parking options. Breakfast was very minimal. Would have expected maybe bacon and cheese.

We were kept up all night long by teenagers running up and down the hallway. The staff was reluctant to address the issue and allowed them to carry on until we demanded a refund. The next day management refused to refund us because we booked through Expedia and didn’t even take the time to talk to us in person. Just left if to their front staff to handle.
- 5/5
breakfast good and wonderful staff
- 5/5
Excellent breakfast selection!
- 4/5
Steph was awesome unfortunately there were a couple of affections on property like damage on rug and some rusty screws in bathroom
- 5/5
Great location.
- 5/5
Clean room, nice open lobby area with a bar, staff was friendly, great breakfast!
- 5/5
I didn't do breakfast there but they had breakfast sandwiches available for purchase at 10:00 that were pretty good as it was after the breakfast buffet time. Overall 5 out of 5 stars and will definitely stay again because we are often in Denver for medical appointments and I've talked to the teens and this is a favorite hotel out of the ones we've stayed at in Denver. Thank you!!
- 5/5

- 5/5
It was very conveniently located for our purposes, and the staff was very nice to us. The room was clean and the breakfast was very nice as well. The only thing that was a bit of a bummer was having to walk around two blocks to get to our car and paying $31/night for parking.
- 5/5
Staff was amazing and very accommodating
- 5/5
Good breakfast
- 5/5
Clean room, staff were great.
- 3/5
Ok
- 5/5
Room was nice. Spacious with that couch area. One of our lamps didn’t work and the remote to the tv wasn’t working but other than that it was a nice room. Breakfast was very simple but free so it’s very convenient if you have kids.
- 5/5
This hotel was a great price and is located in the heart of Denver city. It is with in walking distance of a ton of places including the 16th street mall with a large variety of restaurants.
- 5/5
Very clean throughout
- 2/5
Place was fine. Just insane what they can charge and then charge another big fee for valet. Pay $200 for 1 night, wasn’t even in the room long, yet if I wanted to be, then charged again for early check-in. Good, downtown location, just wish it was affordable and sensible.
- 5/5
Nice place to stay, great location!
- 5/5
Room was perfect, comfy and clean. Breakfast is delish, would love to see a GF bread :)
- 5/5

- 5/5

- 5/5
Very nice and clean hotel
- 5/5
It was super nice! It’s not mentioned but they have. bar with a good happy hour and food menu until late night!! The room was very clean, all hotel staff were nice, & even the free breakfast was the best hotel breakfast i’ve ever had! They hold your luggage for no extra charge too! It’s in a good central location & I always felt safe. Only con would be parking, if you don’t want to pay $65 to valet, you can park on the street or in a parking lot - both for a cost. Would definitely stay again!
- 5/5
Staff was very friendly , valet , front desk , cleaning staff and the director Spencer awsome place to stay
- 2/5
I told the staff, and they seemed bothered and did not offer an apology.
- 5/5
all good
- 5/5
Clean, comfortable beds, good continental breakfast however the pool had a lot of chlorine and burned our eyes. Was only able to use it for 30 min one day out of four nights.
- 4/5
Great staff with all the people for tournaments and football!
- 5/5
I had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Place Downtown Denver and couldn’t be happier with my experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and courteous. Everyone we interacted with went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and taken care of, which really made the stay feel personal and stress-free. Housekeeping also did an excellent job. Our room was spotless every day—fresh linens, neatly organized, and very well maintained. It’s clear they take pride in their work. The complimentary breakfast was another highlight. There were plenty of tasty options to choose from each morning, and everything was fresh and well stocked. It was the perfect way to start our day before heading out to explore. On top of that, Denver itself is such a great place to visit. The city has an amazing vibe, and the people are genuinely friendly and welcoming. It really added to the overall experience.
- 5/5
Everything was nice I would highly recommend this Hotel, walking distance to everything. No hotel parking valet only $64 night. Cheaper parking close by

- 5/5
The lady working the hotel bar/restaurant on Saturday, February 7, was incredible. She was the only staff serving guests, but still provided exceptional service, was friendly, and served everyone well. I only drank water, so this isn’t even the vodka talking! Lol! My son and I met in Denver to catch up and visit & she made our evening visit so nice- brought drinks, pretzels and a second order of pretzels! (They were yum)! She was a huge asset to the hotel’s team! Please let her know she made my trip to Colorado memorable. Thank you

Can't say the same thing about the reception and concierge; junior people, who did fine on a prescribed function (register, bill, etc.) but who where not helpful with any question (directions for the museum, restaurants around, etc.); very disappointing!
- 5/5
Great place to stay

TV not working. Missed a game I was trying to watch.

- 4/5
Everything about this stay was excellent. My ONLY complaint is the cost of parking, which I think is exorbitant. But convenient. A definite trade off but something to consider in advance as a nightly parking rate was over 50% of my room rate.

This is a great place to stay if you need to be downtown. Friendly and helpful staff all around. We were there on a Saturday night and parked street side at a meter. Metered spots are free after 10pm and all day Sunday. In general the hotel is very good for an overnight stay.
- 5/5
Customer service was good the hotel is walking distance from downtown where all the restaurants are located. Room is clean and big.
- 5/5
We had a pleasant stay, would definitely come back.
- 5/5
Staff was amazing. Big shoutout to Spencer, he made the whole experience a lot more memorable.
- 3/5
However, I rated this hotel 3 out of 5 stars because of a serious issue we experienced during our stay. I was shocked (electrically) when pressing the elevator button. At first, I thought it was just me, but another guest was shocked as well when she pressed the same button. After that, I started using my room key card to press the elevator buttons to avoid getting shocked again. Unfortunately, the issue didn’t stop there. In our room, I also got shocked from the light switches, when plugging in my phone charger, and even when turning on the bathroom sink faucet. My partner was shocked too. We eventually started using towels to touch things in the room to avoid getting shocked. This was very uncomfortable and concerning, and it took away from what could have been a great stay due to some electrical issues, otherwise excellent location and staff.

I can’t comment on the breakfast, as I didn’t partake. That said, I had a great stay. The room was clean, and comfortable. The staff was polite and friendly. My one complaint is that I had to go down a floor to access the ice machine.
- 4/5
Everything was great the only thing was parking, butother than that it was great.
- 4/5
Everything was good
- 4/5
Room was a little drab. Staff was great and helpful. Breakfast was nice to have, but it did get busy in the last hour. We never got to enjoy waffles, because they always ran out before we could get to it. This hotel is definitely business friendly, but we probably wouldn’t stay there again.
- 4/5
It was good
- 5/5
Clean room, friendly staff and nice and. Convenient for my needs
- 4/5
Delicious Breakfast
- 5/5
Very convenient location within walking distance to a lot. Very clean hotel with spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and nice bathrooms. Everything seemed very updated and modern. A nice continental breakfast every morning, an in lobby bar and plenty of seating on the first floor.
- 5/5
staff was very courteous and room was in perfect condition
- 5/5
Everything
- 5/5
It was a great stay the staff , valet parking attendant and cleanliness stood out .
- 5/5
Very pleased with Hyatt. Great service all the way around.
- 5/5
It was a gorgeous room and overall great place!
- 5/5
Nice Hotel and variation food around the building
- 5/5
When was great, and there's the good yeah breakfast buffet, and a bar. Lovely atmosphere, nice day, we'll be back
- 3/5
The sofá bed was terrible. An adult can’t sleep on one of those
- 5/5
Staff were fantastic. Nice room with view.
- 5/5
Room was beautiful and clean and staff was awesome! Great view!
- 5/5
Clean room.
- 5/5
Staff was helpful and friendly. They helped us load pir stuff into our car and even helped us when we were running late for checking out.
- 3/5
The checkin and lobyy was great. Location and Valet are convenient for walking to shopping and meals. Unfortunately our room was pretty gross. We were only staying here one night, but I do not know how the house keeping missed what was left on the ottoman. Will provide pictures, but there was the imprint of a male body part pressed into the ottoman. Rather gross when you have your wife and 4 kids who can all clearly see it.
- 5/5
Perfect
- 5/5
During our vacation, we stayed at many hotels, but this was the only one to offer me water at the front desk. We checked very late in the evening and the gentleman was very friendly and accommodating. Room was incredible with a fantastic view of convention center and other sites downtown. Parking can be an issue, but there is free street parking until 8 AM, or valet if you want to pay that price. Breakfast was good.
- 5/5
Great staff. Awesome lobby. We are not big fans of any free breakfasts at hotels. We ate the potatoes and they were good. Quiet hotel with large rooms. We would stay here again.
- 3/5
Providing more food choice, for example yougurt and fruit like bananas
- 2/5
Breakfast was very limited. Not as many options aa other hotels I have stayed at . Specifically oatmeal, a few cereal selections , eggs, sausage , bagels and wheat bread .
- 5/5
I wish more non pork protein on the breakfast
- 4/5
It was OK.
- 4/5
Breakfast ran out 2 out of our 3 mornings. Isaiah helped us with our tv. He was very nice and helpful and gave great advice on a good icecream shop!
- 1/5
And don’t even get me started on housekeeping. After 3 PM, apparently no one works there anymore — as if we were still in the middle of a pandemic. If you didn’t explicitly beg for your room to be cleaned, you simply didn’t get service. Period. An absolute disgrace for a hotel that charges prices comparable to top-tier hotels while delivering bottom-tier service.
- 5/5
Great service from everyone from hotel staff to Starbucks staff. Great breakfast food and very clean hotel. Would give it more than 5 stars if I could.
- 5/5
The room was awesome! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was awesome and the eating area was super clean. We also had coffee 24hours which is something we totally appreciated. We are coffee people!

- 5/5
Staff was amazing, from the valet to the kitchen staff. Everyone was so kind, rooms were clean everything was great
- 5/5
My family stayed this hotel for Christmas week and I will definitely come back for sure. Super friendly staffs , front desk and photographer, bartender , room service and overall service were awesome !! Spacious and clean room and microwave for my little one's baby food was just perfect ! Complimentary breakfast and drinks, photo with Santa , many events were enjoyable ! I do recommend this hotel !
- 4/5
Friendly staff, comfortable room.
- 5/5
My family and I Loved HYATT PLACE downtown Denver. Everything was great will definitely come back. 💯 recommended ❤️ 😍 from Texas.
- 5/5
We loved it
- 5/5
The valet service was nice, but a little costly. You don’t have to use their valet service there are other parking options outside of the hotel. I find using their garage is a bit safer. Didn’t really have an opportunity to try the early breakfast, but the bar and snack area was nice and had plenty of options. The hotel staff was great and professional. The surrounding areas were fine with a lot of dining and shopping options. I would definitely st.y there again in the future
- 5/5
Only stayed one night. Hyatt Place is very comfortable and modern. I would stay again. Valet parking is $64 night but you can self park at a nearby parking lot for less than $30.
- 4/5
Breakfast was okay and we were hoping for a hot tub
- 5/5
Was Amazing staying
- 4/5
Nice rooms. Very busy on the weekend. Valet parking was extremely expensive.
- 5/5
Clean, quiet and kind staff.
- 5/5
Fast check-in. Wonderful staff
- 5/5

- 5/5
Excellent stay. Many amenities. Friendly service. Comfortable and clean room.
- 5/5
Convenient location, friendly staff and clean rooms.
- 4/5
Excellent location downtown close to shops and 1 mile from the stadium. Check in at 4 PM was long, but staff were very friendly. Rooms were clean, modern and comfortable. Bar was understaffed and bar food was mediocre. Very expensive snack area, $14 for a small bottle of apple juice and two packs of Reesie’s!
- 5/5
The room was very nice, clean and well cared for. The breakfast provided was excellent every morning.
- 5/5
Love the mountain view!! Property very clean. Walking distance to shopping and dining.
- 5/5
Very clean and well put together
- 4/5
Eveything was clean
- 5/5
Genial !!! Vista espectacular
- 5/5
Just good at every level.
- 5/5
Very nice
- 5/5
Everything was great! Stayed in a corner room. Spotlessly clean room. Very comfortable bed. Nice layout. Staff were friendly. Nice breakfast.
- 1/5
The parking is a scam. 70 bucks for parking is absolutely not worth it and costed half of what the room costed.
- 5/5
I always book Hyatt.
- 5/5
The staff is very courteous and attentive, the rooms are very clean. Valet guys were remarkable we really enjoyed staying at this hotel we’ll stay again when we come back for a game.
- 4/5
The valet was very helpful during check in but not as helpful with our luggage during check out.
- 5/5
What a beautiful room—the view was amazing! We loved it—wish we could have stayed longer!!
- 5/5
Great experience
- 5/5
Staffing was super helpful and location was perfect! Highly recommend
- 4/5
Room was great, the view was amazing, only thing the sofa bed was little uncomfortable
- 5/5
Rooms & Lobby clean and staff very helpful
- 5/5
Yes it did
- 3/5
Be more specific on pricing because the $35 thing that's on there they don't do they automatically tell you to pay $50
- 5/5
Yes
- 5/5
Very helpful front end desk became a member and was allowed to check in early with no additional charge. Breakfast was a higher standard than my last provider. Room was clean and what a view!
- 3/5
Didn’t know I had to do $50 hold fee until check out so wasn’t really able to get anything to eat
- 5/5
Everything was great
- 5/5
The room was excellent! The staff and care was second to none! Great job Hyatt Place! I will be doing that again. Thank you for the memorable experience at your hotel.
- 5/5
Parking was not terrible for downtown Denver; 4 options within 1.5 blocks. Nice room, not as quiet as hoped but to be expected on a Saturday.
- 5/5
Staff
- 5/5
Excellent
- 5/5
Cleaniness and the staff were nice and attentive!
- 5/5
It was wonderful... my boyfriend and i enjoyed the room 2210 very much. Great city views and enjoyed an Avalanche game while we were there. Hotel staff were amazing and food was great. Thank you for making our stay amazing. See you again around Christmas.. CHEERS Bobbie

Beautiful hotel great price
- 5/5
All of the employees were really friendly
- 5/5
Staff was great, friendly and very accomadating.
- 5/5
Room was clean
- 5/5
Excellent hotel
- 5/5
Breakfast was great and check in was super easy! We accidentally went to the wrong Hyatt first, but this one was a block away, so we were able to find it. Love that checkout is at 12 since we had a Broncos game earlier that day.
- 5/5
Room was wonderful. Breakfast amazing. Would stay again.
- 5/5
The hotel and our room were very clean. The staff was helpful and friendly. The pillows were perfect and the bed was so comfortable. I appreciate the extra bathroom counter space, good lighting in the bathroom and one of my favorite things is the towel rack in the shower. Breakfast is great as well.
- 4/5
Clean room, friendly staff
- 5/5
Yes very clean room, nice staff, great breakfast
- 5/5
great
- 4/5
The coffee and the food in the breakfast room were unpalatable. Fortunately there’s an excellent breakfast restaurant a block away! The room was comfortable, but the “barn door” on the bathroom was very heavy and difficult to move. Good location.
- 2/5
The manager did give us credit, ok!
- 4/5
The staff were very nice and the room was as well. My two complaints are that the electricity is so strange- I kept getting shocked when I went to turn on a light. And I had a huge electric shock on my finger when I first pushed the button for the elevator. And secondly, the room smelled like sewage, specifically in the bathroom. It was a bit gross but I got over it. Otherwise it was a great stay.
- 5/5
Good
- 3/5
A pretty old establishment. Everything was a little dusty and dirty and dark. Didn’t enjoy it, and should’ve booked somewhere else.
- 5/5
Staff was lovely
- 5/5
Very clean room and staff was extremely welcoming. Breakfast had a good variety. Perfect distance from the convention center.
- 5/5
The room was great!
- 5/5
The room was comfortable and spacious. The hotel was quiet and staff was friendly. I enjoyed the breakfast and the bar made great drinks.
- 5/5
Very clean facility with upscale feel. Very convenient location to downtown.
- 4/5
Staff was friendly, especially the valet service. We loved the heated pool. Definitely recommend.
- 4/5
.
- 5/5
Great place to stay. Close to the 16th street mall area.
- 5/5
Staff were all friendly and professional. Rooms are clean and comfortable.
- 4/5
Good location, walkable for Denver activities. We went into the bar for a nightcap and found a limited selection of choices for wine and cocktails. Good hotel, we will be back. With an upgraded bar, this would be our 'go to' spot for weekend overnights in Denver.
- 5/5
Staff very friendly and informative, street parking after 10PM on Friday to 8AM Monday is free pay lot is half a block away like $15 overnight. Valet service is double that of the Hotel across the street north of $60/night but all in all a great place to stay, clean comfortable rooms, close to 16th Street Mall.
- 5/5
Nice
- 5/5
The room was very pleasant. Good location.
- 5/5
Very clean rooms & very courteous staff. 2 blocks from 16th street felt safe all time. Very good location
- 5/5
The room was spotless, the staff extremely helpful, valet was courteous and very speedy bringing the car around. I will definitely stay here again.
- 5/5
Great staff, they respond quickly if you need something. Clean facility, close walk or free bus ride to restaurants and shopping
- 5/5
Great location. Clean nice room. Very friendly staff. Cheap parking half a block away.
- 5/5
Our stay was amazing! The staff were great and the price for the room was exceptional! We stayed in a corner room and the views were amazing! I would definitely stay here again!
- 4/5
Valet parking is too expensive. I would not use it again.
- 1/5
I’m a wrestling coach so I travel a lot, I spend over 30 days in hotels every year. This past weekend I feel scammed in the worst way possible. Whenever I booked my hotel stay, it said it came with valet parking and even when I checked in, the valet offered to park my car. In the front desk when I arrived and checked in, they didn’t mention that the valet parking was extra cost. Whenever I checked out and found out about the valet fee, the front desk workers were rude and got upset with me about me being upset about the valet being an extra fee that I wasn’t aware or told about. I was very upset because you guys shared my credit card information without my consent or knowledge. Even the help desk worker laughed in my face and said I didn’t need to pay anything because they had took it out of my card, again, with my consent or knowledge. I feel terrible, extremely scammed, & I will let my wrestling coaches and my family know not to stay in Hyatt in downtown Denver.
- 5/5
I would definitely stay again. The staff was friendly. Clean hotel common area, room was nice. The breakfast was good, large variety.
- 5/5
Valet service was great! Breakfast was great! As well as the service. The only improvement I would recommend would be to offer a hot tub/sauna. Thank you awesome staff! The bartender and the housekeepers too!
- 3/5
Cleaning on long stays
- 5/5
yes nice room and friendly personal
- 4/5
Thank you for the extra blanket and the kind valet and man working at the bar. It would be helpful to have information in the room on dining options to walk to. I love the early check in option
- 5/5
Very clean room and staff was kind amd friendly
- 4/5
Sewage smell out of bathroom. Main door was hard to open. Sliding bathroom door was heavy and slid closed too often when you want to keep it open. Otherwise all was fine and good.
- 5/5
Great spot in downtown. We flew in for a concert at Red Rocks and it was a good distance between the airport and the venue. Would stay again!
- 5/5
We had a great time, and the hotel offered what we needed for pre-teen girls. Thank you.
- 4/5
Room was clean. Breakfast was okay. Kind of noisy outside, but it's downtown, so not unexpected. Close to event, felt safe walking at night. Parking was ridiculously expensive through the hotel.
- 1/5
I am not happy I am very sorry for you
- 5/5
Great location, awesome breakfast, friendly staff, and within walking location of tons of restaurants and shopping
- 5/5
Very friendly Valet Staff !! That Actully was the best part of the stay !
- 5/5
Stayed one night before hopping on the California Zephyr train excellent place to stay
- 5/5
This is a great stay - total scam on the parking situation, $60 for valet parking on site?? Wild. Great stay outside of that!
- 3/5
We stayed for 4 nights, the room was clean, Brekfast was alright. The only thing that bothered us was the bathroom door. It was made of glass and really hard to open or close. I think it was broken or something. Other than that it was an alright stay. The city view from our window was amazing.
- 5/5
Very nice and very close to the convention center.
- 4/5
Valet parking was ridiculously expensive. Skip it for sure. Plenty of close, convenient lots, some with in/out privileges.
- 5/5
Great place to stay for the family holiday.
- 5/5
Fabulous breakfast!
- 5/5
Great staff.
- 5/5
The rooms are beautiful and comfortable. We had a great view of the mountains and the city. The breakfast buffet was one of the best hotel breakfast’s I’ve ever had. The staff are very helpful and friendly.
- 5/5
clean comfy room
- 5/5
Great one night stay.
- 4/5
Very walkable area to basically anything a person may want/need. Beds very comfortable
- 5/5
Great place to stay when in Denver. It was our anniversary and they went above and beyond. Will definitely be back
- 5/5
The valet was very helpful and accommodating, will to go above and beyond. The staff at the front desk were friendly and polite. Check-in was quick.
- 5/5
bfst had lots of options.
- 5/5
The hotel was great. We liked the breakfast being included. Very good location. Restaurants and transportation nearby.
- 4/5
Comfortable beds, great breakfasts
- 3/5
the room was very nice , but the bed was very uncomfortable
- 5/5
Staff was great. Clean room. Delicious breakfast
- 5/5
The staff were wonderful. It was great dinner places and shopping places around you. We had a Master bedroom and had a wonderful view! Definitely would come back
- 5/5
The salad serived in the evening was too salty
- 5/5
Everything was perfect, clean and the staff was so kind.
- 5/5
It was great
- 5/5
Everything was great, commissary was a little high priced but other than that great service, staff, and comfort
- 5/5
Very nice spacious room and great location. Spacious lobby and nice bar area. Our bartender Doug was wonderful!
- 5/5
The staff was very helpful with parking and check-in was fast!
- 5/5
Great location for getting to the Bronco's game, the 16th Street Mall, and the Baseball stadium. That's why we keep coming back.
- 4/5
Clean, quiet, walking distance to everything. Awesome stay- we’ve been here before and will stay again.
- 3/5
Parking is $$$$$$ $64/night for valet. Neaby lots only allow you to pay for 12 hrs. at a time and then re-up, i.e. at 3 AM. How does that make sense???? Metropolis Parking is the worst.
- 4/5
Expensive. No microwave in the rooms and no bathtub. Breakfast was good.
- 5/5
Great experience at this hotel employees deserve much praise for dealing with unpleasant situations out of their control will definitely stay here again!
- 4/5
The hotel was great . The only problem I saw was a homeless person came in , ate the buffet breakfast - was dirty and no shoes . Was not addressed . Then my sister found him in bathroom and reported . The last time I saw him - he was being put out by staff . I know sometimes things are out of control of staff but don’t think he should have been allowed to eat in buffet area .
- 5/5
Great place to stay and it was very clean.
- 5/5
Overall a beautiful experience! Valet was the best and very helpful!
- 5/5
Amazing experience
- 2/5
We were disppointed. Overall it was ok however we noticed the room was not that clean, carpet wasnt getting vacuumed and if it was, it was not very good work. One day the elevators went out and woke they had someone working to fix it, there was no communication about it, sowe were late for an appointment (we were on the 14th floor) waited and waited until another customer told was they had waited a long time and decided to walk. I called the front desk to get information about ETA and the women asked if she could call me back. I could not wait for a call so i said no, I just want to know what is going on and how long are we looking at. She hung up on me. One elevator came after a long wait and we ended up taking uber to try to make out tour on time. As I later told the front desk, I know they do not have control over the elevator breaking down, I was upset at the lack of communication and then being hung up on. Next problem- found a bug in the room, alive. Told the front desk and they were sorry, on both complaints and gave me 1 vochure for a small coffee (there were two of us in the room).
- 1/5
Got stuck in the elevator for over 10 minutes, had to call phone for help and ring the alarm. The room a/c didn’t work the fan didn’t work. The elevator had Red Bull or drink spilled in it when we came back to hotel from concert. Then when we checked out the mess and spill was still in elevator.
- 5/5
Good area near 16th Street Mall
- 4/5
Elevators all broke at once? Made me late to the airport.
- 5/5
No parking
- 5/5
Excellent hotel, convenient clean and customer service is great.
- 5/5
The stay was nice
- 5/5
Loved the valet parking!
- 5/5
Absolutely amazing
- 5/5
We enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt Place Downtown, close to many dining options and shopping, parking is close but is extra, rooms were quiet and clean and the beds were very comfortable.
- 5/5
.
- 5/5
Overall Great!
- 5/5
Staff was nice.Room was clean.Great stay
- 4/5
It offered just the very basics. Elevators were slow and there was usually a long wait
- 2/5
The rooms didn't feel very clean. The carpet felt quite dirty and it worn. The pullout bed was a joke. I've slept on 30 year old lazy boys that slept better. Bathroom vent didn't have a switch..
- 5/5
The facility was clean and well maintained. The staff with whom we interacted, particularly Douglas, was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast area was a bit chaotic due to some student groups and elevator service experienced some hiccups.
- 5/5
Clean rooms
- 5/5
Allowed for early check in for a small fee as long as a room is available. Since we arrived into town at noon it was great to not have to carry luggage around until we could get into a room.
- 5/5
Beautiful view
- 5/5
Nice play for stay, mountain view from the rooms. Great locality
- 5/5
Great location for the conference center, breakfast was good. For business it was great
- 5/5

Good stay for the price
- 5/5
Our room was very comfortable and clean.
- 5/5
Clean updated rooms. Friendly staff. I would definitely stay here again.
- 5/5
Comfortable
- 5/5
A bit annoyed with $35 fee to check in early.
- 5/5
Great View, Walkable location
- 5/5
We love it.
- 5/5
Very clean and organized lobby area. The staff was friendly enough and the room was in great shape
- 5/5
It was great and affordable
- 4/5
Overall it was a nice stay for the price. Location was great for my trip. I primarily flew in for the broncos game. My only negative was with housekeeping. I had three guests. My room had two queens and a double sofa bed. The first cleaning day was great! On the second day, they made the queen beds, but left the sofa bed in disarray and didn't vacuum. Really puzzled me. I tried to call front desk staff but got no answer. I did mention it though. I'd consider giving them another try though.
- 4/5
I would stay there again.
- 5/5

- 4/5
Lovely property, parking not convenient. Limited choices for Dining.
- 4/5
The room didn’t have safe. The refrigerator didn’t have water (they served 2 bottles water at the first day)
- 5/5
Fantastic staff
- 5/5
Everyone was so kind & helpful. The room was very nice and quiet. Comfortable bed & nice shower!

- 5/5
Room clean great people can walk anywhere downtown
- 4/5
Really
- 5/5
Buffet breakfast is good. Its close to all tourist spot in downtown.
- 5/5
Big rooms with a comfortable bed. The pool was small, but nice. Breakfast was excellent and the staff were lovely
- 4/5
The hotel and room were clean and as described. Our toilet was running all night. I'll let them know. Only one person at the check-in desk but the wait wasn't long. Free breakfast was nice. Hot food options along witht the usual fare. Attentive staff. Pleasnt atmosphere. Convenient to all local attractions, shopping and dining options. Parking is expensive but there are options. We decided to pay valet for convenience. Parking includes in/out service.
- 5/5
Friendly staff , clean room, great breakfast and good location!
- 5/5
Had a very nice complimentary breakfast with many delicious choices. Hotel is located close to many downtown Denver shops, businesses, and museums.
- 4/5
easy
- 4/5
All staff was super friendly and the hotel was very clean. Our room was on the 21st floor and we had a terrific view of the Capitol building and city! On the other hand, our toilet wouldn't stop running even after having someone come up twice to fix it. Also a heads up, the front desk told us that the free breakfast ended at 10 but when we got there at 9:15 it had already shut down. I tt someone working that area and they said it closes at 9, or sometimes 9:30. We had our kiddo with us so that was disappointing. All in all, though, it was a very nice stay and we will return in the future! The valet services are worth it, and the guys were so nice!
- 5/5
Valet was awesome!
- 5/5
Location of the property was very good walkable to all restaurants bars, hotels very clean great stuff
- 5/5
Very close to everything and good parking options
- 5/5
The pool and fitness center
- 5/5
Enjoyed our stay. Nice staff, clean, good facilities, good location.
- 2/5
All day Tuesday I had to listen to hammering. As big as this hotel is. I don't understand why you would place a guest near areas in the building under construction. The point of this trip was to relax and it was until Tuesday morning. I will not be staying here ever again
- 5/5
Walking distance to plenty of things to do around downtown. Staff very helpful.
- 5/5
Great stay and very helpful staff.
- 5/5
Close to gallery's, shops ,great restaurants and helpful staff
- 4/5
It would have been a 5 start but you have to pay for parking and they didn’t tell me
- 5/5
Very nice hotel with limited parking options. It was central to all the places we visited like the football stadium and baseball field.
- 5/5
Very close to the Performing Arts Center/Denver Downtown.
- 5/5
We didn't know exactly what to expect at this location, but it turned out to be an excellent location. The hotel is near the convention center and the properties around there are clean and well-kept . We chose the location because we wanted a safe place to park our car and wanted to be able to walk to the baseball game. (It's about 1 1/4 miles away; easy enough for us.) Our room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The hotel ambiance was nice. I would definitely stay here again.
- 5/5
The breakfast service can be improved a lot. The cutlery is always in shortage and the menu seems to be the same everyday.
- 5/5
Street parking was easy. Valet also an option. Very clean hotel. Pool is over chlorinated. Delicious breakfast. Nice and helpful staff. Water always available. Walkable, and safe to get to 16th st mall to shop or eat. Mountain View was beautiful on a high floor. Have stayed here before, and would stay again.
- 5/5
Excellent location to convention center
- 3/5
Room had minor damage. Toilet ran periodically throughout the night. Sliding glass door gave minimal privacy. There was small liquor bottle left by the refrigerator and minor trash on floor. NO microwave and basically only option for secure parking in through valet services at $65 a night. For over $200 a night. Parking should be free.
- 5/5
Only there one night but everyone was nice and helpful, the pace was clean, and breakfast was better than most.
- 5/5
The hotel offered Valet parking at $64/day; however, it includes in/out parking. Walked to a shopping district called The Pavilion. No open food establishments were open during late nights in close walking proximity. The pool was nice and kid friendly (3ft-4ft) deep. There is a free metro-bus stop one street down that can take you close to Coors Field up&down downtown along 17th & 18th street.
- 4/5
I thought the staff was really awesome! Very kind and helpful. I had a GIANT room (805) with a kitchenette. I loved that. My only complaint would be that it was a little shabby, especially the bathroom. The wall had water damage and the feet of the vanity were rough wood. The carpet was fraying pretty bad too (going into the bathroom). None of this ruined my stay just noting it. Location was good.
- 4/5

We were extremely pleased with our time at the Hyatt. The room was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. The breakfast was wonderful. The location is convenient to all the great things to do and see in Denver. We look forward to staying there again.
