The location was great. We loved the pool and the gym. They were short staffed in the dining area making it difficult to get food in a timely manner.

I booked two King Bed City view rooms. They were both great. Very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. They were spacious and came with a small couch and desk space. The bathrooms were large, very clean. Staff was incredibly friendly. I also paid an additional fee for early check in. It was well worth it. Love the area and the location is perfect. Sits within the North end of the 16th street mall. Super close to Ball Arena. Parking was available however we were able to get around by using the free mall ride and walking. Will definitely stay here again.

Everyone was very kind from the valet to the bar tenders. The pools area was clean and, easy to get to. The location of the hotel was perfect! We walked everywhere.

No coffee at all I. The lobby did guests. Just kind of annoying you can ONLY make coffee in your room unless you want to pay for it

All overall The credit for esch day of half of the fee charged is confusing and not as stated as it should be...complicated.

Clean room. Friendly staff. Love the snack shop at the lobby.

The atmosphere, staff was amazing & the overall quality of the stay. Our room was a suite that possibly connected to another room, we could hear the loud snoring from the other customers staying the night, so it was a bit restless for us.

The room was quite clean, although small and felt a bit cheap. The rooftop pool had great potential but needed a thorough cleaning, especially the water. Staff told us about the credits related to our destination fee, but after reviewing our final bill, I had to call the hotel directly to request a refund. Not terrible, but disappointing, and I wouldn't recommend it.

Amazing staff, great location, valet parking - even a shelf for DoorDash deliveries. Very thoughtful and great hotel! Loved the room layout as well.

Location was just what we needed to meet with group at Union Station. Room was comfortable. There were many long black hairs in the bathtub and there was no Shampoo in the dispenser. Obvionsly the Cleaning Crew didn't even look at the bathtub, the rest of the room was OK, but definitly not what we would expect from a Westin Hotel.

Seriously understaffed. We checked in at 6 pm, but our room wasn’t ready until 11:30 pm. Everyone else also had to wait hours for their rooms to be ready. Completely unacceptable. Worst check in experience I have ever had.
- 5/5
The room felt new, extremely clean and spacious. Front desk staff was genuinely nice and relaxed but the whole feel felt luxurious.
- 1/5
Paid for balcony, no balcony. Website pictures way nicer than rooms. Staff not knowledgeable. Disappointing to say the least.
- 5/5
The room was clean, great location very close to 16th street shopping district. N/A
- 1/5
Our floor was treated like a daycare for the adults who were dropping their kids off at various rooms to be watched while they went out. The noise level was out of control and the front desk did zero to help with the situation. I asked to change my room but was denied. The Jaguar football team was staying there at the same time and I suppose they received all of the attention instead of the regular guests. Did not get any sleep but was offered 10,000 points for my trouble…. That should buy a cup of coffee.

The Westin is always my go to when staying in downtown Denver!
- 0.5/5
I didn’t like the property for multiple reasons. First they wouldn’t cancel my reservation with no charge, then they wouldn’t accommodate a room with a bathtub. After multiple times of trying to get a room with a bathtub one of the front lady’s said my room would have a bathtub. Once I arrived my room didn’t have a bathtub. The night I said there was a parade going on, some streets were closed. I called the hotel to ask for instructions on how to get to the property and the association working the desk that night said “he didn’t know either and that this was not his fault it was the city for closing the streets” definitely not the answer I was wanting to hear. After figuring out how to get to the parking garage in front of the hotel and walking to the property. I asked the associate where was the hotel parking garage he said it was right next to the property. So I stated but there is no way of getting to the garage since the streets are closed, he then answers with oh yeah you can take the back street and come right to the property. It took me an hour, when it should have just taken 10 min to get to the property. I was truly frustrated at the customer service this hotel provided during my stay! Never will a be booking here again

Clean great location. Parking staff is awesome
- 5/5
Lovely rooms, exceptional staff, walking distance to dining and shopping
- 3/5
Didn’t have my room ready until 4:30 pm and room was next to fitness center shock had a noisy door.
- 5/5
From arrival to check out the staff were incredible. The room was perfect, comfortable beds and bedding. The property is located in the heart of all the best areas downtown. Walking distance to numerous restaurants, shopping and sightseeing areas.
- 3/5
We had to wait over an hour for our room. We didn't get a room until 4:50 pm.
- 1/5
Online check-in was offered but didn’t work.. long line at front desk for check-in, room not ready, which was very inconvenient as we had dinner reservations and concert tickets and neede several items from our luggage and it was very difficult in crowded lobby to retrieve items before having luggage held behind desk. Breakfast at restaurant took a very long time to arrive, people who ordered after us got their meals before we did. No offer to at least reduce cost for our inconvenience. Room was big, comfortable bed.
- 1/5
Check in was horrible!! Arrived at 4:00 p.m. Was told room wasn’t ready. Joined a lobby full of very frustrated and unhappy guests that were told the same thing. All were waiting for a text message telling them that their room was ready. This will be the last time we stay at this property!!

- 1/5
Ordered room service — food was horrible. Would expect much better food quantity for French Toast and an All American Breakfast at the price tag of $100.00, and a $5.00 added delivery fee (ridiculous). Are they employing Uber Eats inside the hotel now? Crazy
- 5/5
Excellent room.
- 5/5
Close to union station, starbucks, museums. Close to every thing.
- 5/5
Staff was fantastic. Friendly and helpful.
- 4/5
I have been pre-checked in 2 hour before actual check in time and waited for more than 3 hours due to unexpected large group. Staffs were nice but unprofessional
- 5/5
Great hotel in a great location. Easily walked to all the restaurants and bars as well as Coors Field.
- 5/5
Every person we dealt with was incredibly friendly and helpful including the evening bartender, the morning breakfast waitress, and the folks checking us in and out.
- 4/5
We did not get any maid service after the first night and had to ask for towels 3 times the next day. Did not replenish water or coffee so a little lacking in the service area. We loved the pool area.
- 5/5
Pool Friendly staff
- 5/5
Breakfast was good but too expensive. We enjoyed having free bicycle use for a couple hours. We would have liked the pool to be warmer
- 3.5/5
Great location close to Coors Field and 16th St Mall. Nice room with comfy bed and nice rainfall shower. Decent workout area on 4th floor. 2 bottles of water in room. On site parking garage. Stayed overnight on a Saturday night on the 7th floor. Super noisey from street noise, bar crowds, cars revving, etc. Not a great night sleep. Single ply toilet paper is cheap. No slow soft close toilet seat. View from our room was directly into a business building.
- 5/5
Very clean, spacious room. Nice rooftop bar. Late check out. Super nice place
- 5/5
Fantastic Stay
- 3/5
Room service was horrible.. I’ve had McDonald’s better. Worst coffee I’ve ever had - couldn’t even take a third sip If I need to stay somewhere for a single night fine - but overall not the quality or standard a Westin should be.
- 1/5
For the second time this summer we did not get access into a room until 30 minutes before our event. Making us shower and get ready in the public lockerroom.
- 5/5
Clean property
- 2/5
Check in was delayed 3 hrs with no notice. Was very inconvenient.
- 1/5
They did not have any rooms available until 700 pm due to them allowing a large group to check out at 5:00 pm. We arrive at our check-in time at 4:00pm. They had no eta on when the rooms would be ready. Very disappointed we had a concert at 7:00 and we were late because our room was not ready.
- 1/5
Waited four hours after check in for our room to become available. Unacceptable.
- 3.5/5
Breakfast was a horrible experience, mysterious charges on my credit card after check out that I could not get answers for.
- 4/5
Parking was confusing
- 5/5
Awesome and very clean
- 5/5
Everybody down to security was more than helpful. Front desk was pleasant and friendly. The rooms are clean and the pool was great.
- 5/5
Friendly front desk guest service . Quite rooms with comfortable beds . Good location for downtown Denver ,just a few blocks from Union Station.
- 4/5
Good location. Floors in room could have been cleaner. Didn’t want to walk around in bare feet.
- 3/5
It takes hours to receive anything from the front desk
- 4/5
Most clean and well kept hotel. Pool is cool. Took 4 request to get additional towels to room, but staff was nice and accommodating otherwise. Really depends on time of day... night staff seemed much better than day.
- 5/5
Easy access to Coors field and 16th street mall
- 5/5
Beautiful property, lux room, and great pool time
- 5/5
Overall very nice hotel
- 5/5
Very nice!
- 5/5
Amazing as usual. We always stay at The Westin when we’re in Denver.
- 5/5
Awesome location and fantastic views, staff, amenities, and so much more to offer. This will be my new favorite destination anytime I visit the Mile High City…
- 3/5
The property is a typical Westin property, but the staff dropped the ball for our visit. They didn’t explain the destination fee, so we missed out on the amenities like free bike rentals and drinks, and the housekeeping staff did a pretty brutal job - bare minimum of cleaning.

Cons: The room wasn't the room I booked online and it wasn't ready until hours after the checkin time. The room they gave us instead didn't have enough beds to accommodate everyone in our group. It took over an hour to get additional sheets and blankets. The restaurant was also terrible. The server was nice and the drinks were good but the food took a long time and tasted like it was previously frozen.
- 5/5
Everything was great except the water pipes banging in our room when we flushed toilet or took a shower. This also occurred when our neighbors did the same. Imagine 4 am pipe banging… not very relaxing. Need to get this fixed. We were in room 1822.
- 4/5
Everyone was nice and our room was ready way before check in time which was very helpful to us
- 4/5
Beautiful hotel!

We lived the heated pool and it was a nice hotel
- 5/5
just what I needed for a business trip. Staff was very helpful.
- 5/5
The hotel check in staff were friendly and very informative. The bartenders were great and the food selection was excellent in case you need a late bite to eat. The amenities were amazing and the room was clean and smelled fresh. The bedding was very comfortable. I especially loved the Velcro on the curtains to keep the light out. I loved the location. Will definitely stay here again.
- 4/5
This hotel is a very large pleasant hotel without any particular character. It could be a bit better maintained but it is perfectly serviceable.
- 5/5
Great location, alot of restaurants are a short walk away. Union Station is only 3 blocks from this hotel!!
- 3/5
The “free” breakfast each day was charged to my card, and the resort fee of $31 a day is credited back as a $27 dining credit which also got charged to my card. The food at the restaurant is AWFUL. Literally everything is AWFUL. And because it’s free-the staff that serves it to you moves in slow motion.
- 5/5
Hotel was great! Right in the middle of downtown! The staff was top notch! Buy the breakfast option!
- 3/5
The hotel had a great central location with a reasonable price to allow us to walk to a show nearby. The room was clean and spacious with a nice bathroom. Valet parking was great, the gentleman were very nice and at check in they explained that the resort fee could be applied to dining if we decided to use it. We decided to take advantage and use it towards breakfast the following morning. We walked up and there were no signs or podium explaining what to do and one waitress yelled “sit there” from the other end of the restaurant and waived her hand to a broad section of the restaurant. The breakfast menu was limited and didn’t have al a carte options which wasn’t a huge issue for us because we like a fairly broad range of things but she acted annoyed when we asked for other options other than potatoes and rolled her eyes and said “I can’t do that.” Shocked with her response, I looked at her surprisingly and I waited a moment to see if she’d correct herself. She just stared, frustrated. I told her we didn’t want them and asked again if there was anything else she could offer and she said, “Well we’d have to remove 2 items on our plate to get 1 substitution item.” Again, very annoyed that I was even asking. If this is really the policy, this needs to be reviewed. This is an upscale and expensive restaurant in the heart of Denver, surely with many healthy patrons who seek healthy alternatives. $60 for a rude start to our day. Remove your fee or improve your hiring and training.

Gorgeous view. Heavenly bed to rest and refuel. Great friendly staff, very clean room and tons of great amenities. I'll definitely stay here again soon.
- 5/5
We had a great stay. Staff was amazing!
- 5/5
I loved the location and the amenities that the hotel provided. I have season tickets to the avs and I’m looking forward to our next trip.
- 5/5
We planned to ski Breckenridge for 2 days and then come back to Denver to catch a Blues - Avalanche game. The Westin was within sight of Union Station so it was a perfect spot for us to stay. It was close to everything .
- 5/5
We loved it here! Great hotel!
- 5/5
Loved our stay at the Westin DT Denver, friendly and helpful staff, clean room, comfortable bed, walking distance to everything you want in the downtown, and the breakfast was amazing (get the Denver Omelette)
- 4/5
We stayed for New Years as we gave in the past. It was a nice stay but the kitchen was understaffed (odd for an extremely busy holiday) and the restaurant has been so downsized we had to wait for over an hour for a table and another 45 for food. The staff was amazing throughout the time we waited and our group remained calm and tried to be encouraging to the staff, who were being run ragged. Our disappointment was with management not planning for a holiday, we’ve never had this issue staying there. The staff was caring and positive throughout our stay and because of them we will come back and stay again - it is one of our favorite Denver City hotels.
- 5/5
The bed was sooooo comfy. The pool was a little cold though.
- 5/5
Great staff and accommodations!
- 5/5
Very clean
- 5/5
.
- 4/5
The property was well kept and in a grey location. I had to request for the room to be cleaned. Otherwise no complaints
- 5/5
Phones in the room need some help to get to front desk of any service, it is all done with a QR code? Frustrating trying to reach room service or bellhop or anyone. Room service was nice once I got it ordered and to the room.
- 5/5
Great Location, Nice ammenities, Good Bar.

- 5/5
The Westin downtown in a favorite local getaway for us. Service and facilities are excellent
- 5/5
I showed up 2 hours early, but they had a room ready in 15 minutes. Someone explained my best option for parking very clearly and cheerfully.
- 4/5
I like the hotel but the food and coffee weren’t good and there beds are uncomfortable. The staff was nice and the hotel is in great condition.
- 5/5
No issues
- 5/5
We have stayed at this property multiple times, and it has been amazing every time. It is our favorite hotel in downtown Denver.
- 5/5
Excellent service
- 5/5
Clean and convenient for our stay staff helpful.
- 3/5
Large hotel steak house was good
- 1/5
We had a terrible experience last time, ive stayed here over 15 times but last time we waited a whole hour for our room to be ready. And that was after the 4 O'clock check in. Not to mention the numerous pepole that walked up and got a room right away after i was turned away mutiple times. We didnt have a special room either so that was not the issue. So I'll never stay here again. I could of went to any other hotel and checked in right away.
- 5/5
Very nice hotel minis the $25 daily service fee. Front desk didn’t explain much of it to be able to use it.
- 5/5
Very nice and clean! Spacious room.
- 1/5
We were given a room with a broken shower and they were unable to accommodate us into another room. We had to use pool showers.
- 3/5
When I tried to escalate to a manager to discuss the inconvenience and get credit for the money we spent at the restaurant waiting, the manager, Anna, gave us silent treatment lol. I asked to have it escalated and was told another manager would call me to resolve, but they never did.
- 5/5
Awesome but very expensive.
- 3/5
Direction signs leading to rooms from elevators were absurd. Very confusing!
- 5/5

The location
- 3/5
The room was great but housekeeping came knocking on my door when I was still in bed. My breakfast was lukewarm. We waited over 15 minutes just for water and over 30 minutes for breakfast and they were not very busy. Very disappointed this time
- 5/5
Ansta at front desk was awesome- everyone was friendly and went out of their way to make our stay pleasant!!! You GO Westin!!
- 4/5
Great hotel, very clean, staff friendly and helpful. The area around the hotel is interesting. Lots of homeless people laying on street, toilet paper down alleys, sketchy people everywhere. No knock on the hotel. It’s more of a reflection on downtown Denver. We didn’t die.
- 1/5
Could not check in until after 7 as room not ready. The pool side was very rowdy with to many people drunk and the people using the facility were not residents of the hotel.
- 5/5
Other than that it was great.
- 4/5
Nice hotel. A little expensive. Swimming pool was overrun with 40-Somethings drinking.
- 4/5
Great location in relation to train station, shops & dining. They surprised us with a $25/night "hospitality fee" - which was the biggest disappointment of the hotel. Room *(421) was next to pool/gym - so very loud.
- 5/5
LOVED THIS PROPERTY! the staff was amazing , beds comfy, and a great view! would highly recommend!
