Warning! This is "Select Suites". Unlike the other properties, there isn't so much as a dish cloth or spoon to be found. Clean otherwise.

I seriously regret staying there and honestly wish I had not You could see stuff in the room was damaged from pets and there were spots in the curtains that were transparent enough for light to go through

The hotel is very dated and in desperate need of upgrading. Room wasn't clean and had an awful smell (almost like cat urine) even after we opened windows to air out. Nobody at the front desk overnight so I hope you don't need anything.

Great stay. Cleaner than I expected and the price was somewhat fair compared to surrounding hotels and apartments. The room had a stove, fridge, TV but it wasn't a smart tv with all the apps and no HDMI but that wasn't an issue for me. The staff was very helpful and it was pretty easy checking in. I checked in very late around 11:30pm and the front desk lady was very helpful in getting me situated. Thanks

Staff was nice. Room was very outdated and i requested a quiet room and they put me next too a room with a dog. The floor was not very clean.

The Lady at the desk Samantha was friendly and helped me with my booking. Great experience and when I overbooked she was helpful in getting my funds back for time not used. Will be booking again.

Front desk was very helpful. Sam welcomed us and set us up very quickly and was really a nice person.

Check in was easy. They give you a little paper sign to put up on your vehicle so it doesn't get towed away. Room was comfortable, everything was clean. Definitely recommended. You can hear other people next door but during the night it was very quiet.

Cons: dirty! I actually had to clean urine off the toilet seat before we could use it. There was a suspicious dried puddle in front of toilet as well and bowl had clearly not been cleaned. Bathroom counter disgusting. White cabinets in kitchen area and all doors very dirty. No dishes at all in kitchen area. Only one bar of soap in bathroom - none in kitchen area. Bed was acceptably clean although there were hairs that I tried not to think about. The room and halls smelled fresh which was an absolute must for me - no pot smell. Overall, I would come back just for events at Allstate Arena but would bring cleaning supplies and paper products. Expect to have to clean the bathroom before using it.

This property should not be listed. I used to stay here for business trips for the simplicity, safety, and convenience. The room was filthy, mold on the curtains as well as in the bathroom, the AC makes a horrible noise when it kicks on, sounds like a tornado siren. half a roll of toilet paper, the front desk is always closed so good luck asking for more, and if you need additional towels, there will be a charge for this.

All it had was a bed and lights. Its close to the airport we had a flight cancelation and it was decently priced just to have a bed and shower. Nothing extra because they are also a residential property is what the woman said.

The property seemed clean, but the features of the room were very worn and shabby. This place definitely needs an upgrade. Also, there are no ice machines. Only empty ice cube trays in the fridge. Very annoying to have to leave the hotel again to find ice. There are better budget options in the immediate area. Would not stay here again.

The manager Omer gave my room number to my crazy ex who had a gps on my car I had informed the overnight shift not to give my room number to anyone or tell them if they asked well lo and behold my room number was given out and my safety was put at risk and the only thing he said was sorry he was moving so fast

The most valuable thig was a kitchen in the room. Public transportation was also quite good gor that hotel.

The front desk staff was very nice. The building very old, run down. Wanted kitchenette to save money-no dishes, flatware, pots, pans, mugs glasses, nothing! No shampoo or soap. 2 towels and 2 washcloths to last us 4 days. :( Very disappointing.. would not recommend....

Extremely dirty. Bathroom was a mess, dust was everywhere. Horrible stay. Dirty floor, there was a horrible odor on the third floor of weed and fried food. The bathroom tub was dirty, with white and black stains. Would not go again.

This place is outdated and gives off apartment living vibes especially with the foot traffic. Carpet and floors were sticky, toilet and shower curtain smell of urine, the room smell overall. Don’t waste your money on this place!! go elsewhere!!

The staff were exceptional and I felt right at home. The room had some issues. Poor caulking around the tub, hot water controls that were confusing and not effective, poor drainage of the tub and around the sink, there was some clay-like material that meant the sink was "dirty". Also, there was no toilet paper - an empty roll hung on the dispenser.

Is old smells the price is not for the kind of rooms. It was clean but very old I felt terrible. I would never go to one of this hotels. I feel I was in an old apartment in a bad neighborhood 😭

We stayed for one night for a concert at Allstate Arena. I came to check in at 3 and ended up waiting 30-45 minutes while there was only one front desk staff person to help all the long term residents AND check people in for the weekend. Checking in required that staff person to walk to and manually check over each room before finishing your check in which was incredibly time consuming as well. We didnt spend much time in the room until we were about to go to sleep and then realized how dirty the room was. It looks like it had been majorly water damaged at one point with peeling baseboards and lower cabinets. The bathroom sink was cracked, the lights flickered, and there was a strong smell of air freshener when we came in that eventually went away leaving the room smelling musty. The wall behind the toilet had something splashed all over it and was not cleaned, in addition to lots of other grime and mystery substances on the walls and fridge. We were no longer comfortable staying the night after realizing this so we left. The convenience of the location is the only thing this place has going for it. While I understand this is a residential facility, guests sitting out in the parking lot or hanging out in the lobby and halls late at night while there is no staff present after 10pm also made me uneasy.

Place to lay your head but don’t expect much

The manager was a bit rude in the beginning. But the room was very clean, very clean bathrooms. Only detractor was there are no ice machines here.

Billy assistant manager was excellent and the rest of the staff were very helpful and nice. It’s refreshing to find great customer service. The room was really quiet. But if you want to drink coffee and cook bring your coffee pot and anything you might need. The website says that they have a grab and go and it does not. Also bring your own towels or pay for more. I thank the staff for the job they do if they hadn’t been so great I would’ve had to lower my score. This is a no frills place if you don’t expect anything you won’t be disappointed.

It was one of those flight cancellation late night find a room, and this was one of the few that was left. It was rundown and old, but what I didn’t appreciate was the smell of cigarettes when I walked in the room and then the obvious cigarette burns on the countertop in the bathroom and overall it just gave you a feeling like you didn’t wanna touch a single surface let alone sleep in the bed.

The hotel was run down and dirty. The staff was not friendly at all. I sat waiting for the elevator while the house keeping and front desk fought over pillowcases.

For the price point, it met all my needs. My door was a little busted with the lock but it still locked.

I waited for 20 minutes a d no one came in. After 20 mins a lady came and did not say sorry and looked aplogetic. Never i have waited to check in.

Easily accessible and close to O'Hare, yet a super quiet hotel. Plenty of dining options in the area, and shopping as well. Comfortable beds made for a sound night's rest, and now it is off to Paris! A definitely easy and cozy stay for a stopover.

The sheets and towels were clean but the floor and counters were gross. No breakfast in morning or access to coffee at any time even though it said online it had breakfast. They lock everything including the front desk people up at night you can't so much as purchase a paper cup before 9 am. Staff is rude and cleaning lady asked us at check out if our room was clean as if she was not going to clean it for the next guest if we said it was clean. I travel all over the country and usually stay in an extended stay and this is by far one of their worst locations .

Loved the fully stocked vending machines with so many options! They were indispensible!!

Place gets the job done, if that job is staying close to O'Hare or Rosemont. No frills, rooms are old, carpet is stained, but they are large rooms. Place could use a makeover, but at the price I got it you're not expecting anything special. Fine stay, great for near by food too.

The check in process is very difficult. The buildings are not clearly marked for check in purposes. If you need anything - there is no desk person from 10 at night till 10 in the morning on Sundays.

The room itself was spacious as I opted for a king bed and the bed was honestly comfortable. You can tell the appliances are quite old and seem moments from just dying a painful death. The refrigerator was somewhat loud and I didn't use the stove or microwave. In the past Extended Stay America hotels I've stayed at, there are normally utensils in the room, but not this one, which was somewhat irritating. The hotel did have two vending machines and the drink vending machine did not accept cards as it was supposed to have. Overall, it was a decent stay. Others that attempted to check in after me did not have a pleasant check in experience.

Came in from a a late flight. Had to wait an hour for someone to show up to get the room.

There is no more Continental Breakfast.. sink in kitchen was constantly dripping. Floor was so sticky my shoes were getting stuck on floor. Limited on towels. I have always stayed at Extended Inn but this time it was not worth the price.

Do not stay here unless it’s a last resort. The staff is barely available to help, they hoard towels, you take your own garbage out, the water in the sink barely runs, the shower heat and cold signs were on the opposite side, and the smell in the hallway was horrible. The only good thing is the convenience of distance to the attractions nearby. I will never be staying here again.

The staff was really nice but id say for the overall stay...iv stayed at better hotels the floors where sticky the bathrooms weren't very clean I think its also kinda silly if you have a room with a kitchen you have to buy a pot and pan set... and the windows had a bread clip to hold the curtains together.. also the air conditioner did not work correctly.. it definitely was a good location to walk to the arena but I think id pay a little more for a better hotel

Outside of not having a pool or an ice dispenser, it wasn't a bad last-minute trip to go on just for the weekend. I wish there was a little bit more things to do at the hotel, but it was nice for the price and location.

There was no kitchen utensils to use, no hand towels, the lobby smelled bad, there were people lording around the hotel. There was no staff at the front desk for check out until 10am on Sunday?!? Will not recommend or stay here again when we come back to visit our daughter and her family who lives 10 mins down the road.

Property and rooms are clean. Though room has a kitchen, there are no supplies to cook and eat with. We didn't plan on using but if you are bring your own cook ware and dishes. The desk closes at 10pm until 10am. My key card stopped working after I walked to get food at midnight. Made several attempts in the after hours phone but no one answered. Finally called Extended Stay 800 number and got help. Inconvenient. All that being said, price was good and free parking near O'Hare is unheard of.

The front desk staff was friendly. The hotel itself is a long term stay so you don’t see much of the desk staff. There was a garbage smell in the hallway and some of the guests had a party one night. Since staff is not onsite, there’s no one to report it to. Animals are also allowed so we had 2 large barking dogs nearby. The rooms are like dorm rooms. Very basic. It’s a place to stay when needed but not a return

Check in was closed when we arrived and we had to wait outside for central reservations to get someone to let us in. We were then informed the property no longer has breakfast. The front desk gave me a room key that didn’t work and I was locked out of the hotel waiting in the phone at the door for over 30min trying to get in. No one ever answered but luckily another guest let me in. The room was clean and big but had no soap and the towels smelled old and you could hear everything from the room next door. parking was free and convenient and they take pets but unless nothing else was available I wouldn’t stay again.

I have never stayed at a hotel where u had to remove your own trash or pay for more towels I stayed 7 days and nights and had to buy my toilet paper and remove my own trash I would never stay here again and front desk is closed at 8 pm until 9am so if your key stops working you have wait forever for someone to come down and make a new one

I reserved two 2 bed rooms for 8 people. I got two rooms with 1 queen bed each. People had to sleep on the floor. No extra pillows or blankets and no person manning front desk at night to get blankets or pillows. I was also charged for rooms with two queen beds. Lady at front desk also lied and said manager said to give me 4 rooms for price of two, which she did not do.

I arrived to a sign on the front door saying the front desk is closed after 10:00 P.M. There was a phone in the entryway. After dialing 0 for assistance and going through the automated menus to check in, I was put on hold for several minutes before being cut off. So, for my non-refundable reservation, I ended up with no place to stay for the night.

Its my 3rd time here and its my spot .

I would rate this a middle range but that gives a 6 out of 10 and it's a 4.5 - 5. It's tolerable overall but some in this place crank their music so it was like I had my music playing loud for several hours a day. And they also talked so loud with the doors shut I could hear what they said clearly over the t.v. etc. Same person couldn't shut a door without slamming it shut. I guess they like noise.

We were never able to check in. We needed to check in later due to traveling. They closed the front desk at 10pm and gave away our room/reservation. We were told to go back in the morning during business hours. After a long day, driving to another hotel was last thing we wanted to do but needed to. Otherwise we would have had to sleep in our car.

I like that parking is spacious, what I did not like is when I checked in the toilet has projectile s**t all over the bathroom. It was the most disgusting place I have ever stayed in. I was very very disappointed. And they moved us in a place where ceilings look like it's leaking some type of liquid out and the tub looks so unclean, I had to shower with my slippers on just to make sure I don't catch any fungus going around there. Overall it was a terrible stay. Very disappointed

Booked two rooms real early for 2 Queen bed rooms. At time of arrival, staff said they overbooked and the rooms we booked are no more available. We were sent to the next building and got two one bed room with same price. This makes us feel a bit unhappy as our room were sold prior to our arrival and has no heads-up or information to us about this. We need two beds as my wife and I are use to sleep separately due to our night body movements that wakes up one and other.

What I liked? Nothing … I made a mistake by booking 3 nights here instead of holiday inn thinking that this has a kitchen . The electric stove looked like it’s from last century with lot of rust on it so we didn’t took a chance of even turning it on .. the tv wasn’t working and we didn’t find any remote either .. the main door handle was hanging down from outside and the door handle to bathroom was missing rhe push button to lock it … the floor was dirty and had something sticky on it so we didn’t dare to walk barefoot on it … and we asked for room service to which the staff said they only clean once in two weeks … will never stay in any extended stay America hotel again ..

Staff was friendly and helpful! I haven’t traveled alone before, so safety and security was very important to me. The hotel and staff made me feel very comfortable, safe, and easy to get used to the area!

The best thing about the hotel is when it’s time to leave I’m sure you can find somewhere better to stay.

Went to a concert at the Allstate arena and was able to walk there and back. There is no parking surcharge at extended stay America, and it was very economical and close to the concert. Would stay there again and highly recommended for the people trying to save a buck.

Dirty beyond imaginable

The rooms get cleaned once in 2 weeks. We saw blood stained bed sheets. Dirty bathrooms. No gym, no swimming pool. There is no breakfast in reality, it is just hot water. There is a room for improvement. Thank You!

The stuff is wonderful the ladies at front desk are the best very welcome A . The property is nice just too much noise at night and when I enter my room it was hair and fake nails on the floor like they didn’t swept the floors .

Should include more things in Breakfast, like Bread butter, toast, Eggs etc. There were all sweet things in breakfast, nothing for people who does not eat sweets.

Room size is decent enough but didn't like the washrooms, it was definitely not as clean as expected from a hotel. It's old and even the kitchenette options are also reduced compared to 2 yrs before. They wl loose customers like me for sure.

I was given the key card to my room and i got into the room with no problem. We i left out the room and try to get back in, tge key card wouldn't wory. The young lady desk clerk (Francesca) tried everything she knew to reset the door lock. I was locked out of my room for 2 hours until someone call the desk clerk back. My door was finally open by the desk clerk after it took the manager or the maintenance man to call back to help solve the problem. I would like to commend the excellent service the desk clerk (Francesca) provided, but i did not enjoy my stay once again.

Positives: Price and location Cons: Front desk was not attentive. There was a sign that is up that says they will be right with you because they are helping another guest while in reality they are around the corner chatting. In the morning I waited 10 minutes for someone to come around the corner. Free breakfast was disappointing. Only coffee, muffin, and granola bar was offered. Room smelled like cat litter even though it was a pet free room. Smoking happened right outside of the main entrance so you had to walk through it to leave. Only 1 bar of soap and a shampoo offered. Had to use the same bar for hand washing and shower. No conditioner or lotion. Obviously the turd on the bathroom floor.

I think having an ice machine would be a great thing to add.

The lobby and our room were clean. The location of the motel was good for us. The front desk person was friendly and said if we needed anything, come to the front desk to ask. …When we arrived at 4:30 p.m. there was not a room ready for us, although check-in time was 3:00, so we waited until one was ready. There was a kitchenette, but without a cup or a pot, there was no way to boil water and no coffee maker. No cleaning staff came into our room the second day we were there, so we took our used towels to the front desk and the clerk gave us clean ones. We aren’t fancy people so this place was fine for us but other guests who expect more amenities might be disappointed.

The hotel was okay. The room was not that clean. When we pulled back the bedspread, the sheets were all wrinkled. Not sure if they were rolled up in a ball, or if they weren’t changed from the people before us. The drain in the bathroom sink was all rusty.
