I was happy with my room and the amenities, just watch it they like to charge you $20 dollars extra in your card for no reason

Overall the property wasn’t very clean and the staff was very friendly.

Room was clean. Air conditioning worked. Breakfast is good. The daily charge for outdoor parking was a surprise.

The hotel was full and we were not allowed a late checkout. My husband is disabled and we had a five hour wait for our flight. We tried to hang out in the lobby area for part of that wait and were very unwelcome to do so. We were waiting for the airport shuttle and had all of our luggage loaded onto a luggage cart plus my husband's mobility scooter. We were discouraged from using the cart so that other hotel guests had access to it. However, there was an extra cart already waiting by the front door.

but was not given it. The food at the restaurant was very good. We were disappointed that it was not open for lunch

Standard hotel for its class with a great selection for breakfast. Check in was smooth, and the staff allowed me into my room early to store my luggage! The complementary shuttle to and from the airport was much appreciated since there are no easy public transportation options.

Bathroom shower was a joke. The handheld for the handicapped had no pressure and the shower itself had no to barely any hot water. Also there was Mold in the grout of the shower. Their Breakfast was subpar at best. Expired Milk, tasteless sausage, very watery oatmeal and eggs that were just barely cooked. If you like acidic coffee, this is your place.

After explaining the situation, there happened to be a room available with a sofa bed, so they offered to upgrade the room so we could all sleep comfortably. Also, for the breakfast, one of us has a tree nut allergy. Gladys, in the kitchen, worked with us to make sure we had a breakfast with no chance of cross contamination. She made sure the waffles, sausage and eggs all came directly from the kitchens. When booking the reservation it looked like we could walk safely to the Allstate Arena and it would take about 10 min. However, when we tried to walk there we realized there are no crosswalks at the two intersections by the hotel so we would have to cross a very busy road. We ended up driving to our destination which only took a few minutes but it would have been nice to be able to walk there.

Everything was too notch and amazing! I love the Fairfield brand hotels. We’ve stayed in Fairfield’s in 2 states and all simply amazing. Clean, smelling amazing. Bed comfortable. So many outlets to charge your devices. Huge tv(s) which I really enjoyed. Fridge and microwave. LOVE. Beautiful bathroom with a great big brightly-lit vanity as well as in the shower. Great walk-in shower. All the shelf space, definite plus! Small thing, but I love the multiple trash cans in each room.

Everything is great but paid parking for guests it is too much. I am staying there and off course I will arrive with my car.

CONS: Hot water in shower took forever to get warm… then eventually hot at the end of my shower. This hotel has ZERO parking. All parking available belongs to the Wyndham next door or the wedding venue on the other side. NO PARKING!!!

Room was clean and bigger than expected. My only real complaint was the hot water, well to be more accurate tepid water. It was a cold night and was looking forward to a hot shower after a very long day of flying and a cancelled flight only to find water temperature that was I was just barely able to get into, probably a good 5 to 7 degrees short of what I would start calling hot. Got out feeling colder than when I got in.

Do not offer extended party as advertised. Room wasn't as described. Pool is less than desirable.

The staff was friendly and the hotel was comfortable. However, it didn’t meet our particular needs. For one they list shuttle service to airport, but you cannot leave your car there. Additionally, the continental breakfast starts at like 7 am, so with an early flight and the fact that we had to move the car negated the breakfast… anyway more clarity on the shuttle would be helpful. Stayed my first time in Fairfield the day I left from Chicago and had to book another one the day I flew back into Chicago and wouldn’t choose any other hotel in the area! Rooms are super clean, super comfy, and overall the stay feels like you’re at home, staff is super helpful and friendly, very organized, and well maintained, will be a returning customer everyone im in Chicago

We were moved to another room, which I appreciated, but the overall handling afterward was disappointing. Despite this being a sanitation and health issue, the compensation offered was minimal and did not reflect the seriousness of the situation. Cleanliness is a basic expectation, and finding blood on hotel linens is unacceptable. While staff were polite, the resolution felt dismissive rather than guest-focused. I would recommend the property review housekeeping and service-recovery procedures to ensure situations like this are handled more appropriately in the future.

Took Uber to hotel, didn't find shuttle or have right timing. Took shuttle back to airport the next day, no problem. Less than 10 min to airport. Nice staff, comfy room, quiet, spotless. Breakfast OK and predictable; every hotel in America should do better. But that's just me....

It is always wonderful to stay at this hotel. As a flight attendant, it feels like home away from home. Beds are comfy and the coffee/tea rocks.

Didn’t like no long term parking

Night shift team was very unprofessional, I felt profiled, and they were not understanding at all. I was also lied to about my stay they seemed upset because I booked through a third party and they did not want to allow me to stay without keeping my card.

I was very surprised that you had to pay for parking. It info on the main page of the hotel was self parking but when you dig deeper you find out that in fact t is $17 a night for outdoor parking.

The shuttle picked us up on schedule at the curb at O'Hare and took us straight to the property. Check-in was smooth and friendly. The room was roomy and nicely appointed and amazingly quiet. The bathroom was clean and roomy. We especially liked the shower as it was easy to step in and out of, the water controls were easy to operate and the shower head was delightful. The breakfast and always-available coffee were much appreciated. There is a good choice of dining, shopping, ice-cream and services an easy walk across the street, but you have to be careful crossing the street as there is no crosswalk.

This hotel looks and even smells spotlessly clean and it is only a few minute walk to Allstate Arena! The beds were comfortable, the room was very large, and the water pressure was AMAZING!! Cannot recommend highly enough, especially if you are in the area for an event at Allstate Arena!!

The hotel was clean and updated. Loved having a walk- in shower. It was walkable to Allstate Arena for a concert that I attended, and there were multiple restaurants located in the shopping area across the street. The breakfast included was a nice amenity. It was also easy to get downtown using the shuttle to the airport and the Blue line L train. Light sleepers may not like the noise from the airport and nearby Metra, but it didn't bother me at all.

Exhaust/ ventilation in bathroom wasn’t working all 4 Days. Too much noise coming from outside/loby couldn’t sleep well. Every day room cleaning not available. Online Booking what ever you Agree to pay!!! Surprise Surprise more than $18.00 for Parking I had to Pay more. Online they say “Parking Available “ on the booking page. But when you arrive at location you have to pay almost $100 for 4 Days.

If you need an overnight in Chicago, this is an excellent option. Check in was easy. Hotel is very clean and well maintained.

Avoid this hotel at all costs. Expedia said parking was free but they charge $20 for parking. More importantly, despite check out being at 11am, room service entered our room at 8am without knocking and walked in on us. This place is terrible.

Perfect stay close to airoport

Day 1 - all the milk cartons were rotten and there was no milk at all. Day 2: out of bagels and sandwiches Day 3: out of breads / muffins and few things. The food prepared were also little rude. Otherwise nice overall.

I loved this hotel!!! The staff were so kind and super helpful! I took advantage of the shuttle service also super helpful! Hotel breakfast was good just want to see more options. The pool was a little small but it was very clean and towels stocked. 24/7 gym was nice. The staff were so helpful and kind they always made sure we had what we needed. 10/10 experience highly recommend! Fairfield inn and suites o hare! Love it!

We stayed here overnight and are catching a flight from O'Hare later today. It's been a great stay. We de-stressed, relaxed, had a wonderful dinner next door at Longhorn Steakhouse. The beds gave us a great night's sleep! Aiplane is minimal. In room refrigerator & microwave is nice too.

Clean, comfortable, convenient to O'Hare Airport and All State Pavilion. Breakfast included, great staff and coffee, I'd get rid of the disposable plates and utensils. I liked the non disposable shampoo/conditioner/soap combo, but I'd add lotion to the mix. Lovely staff, new facility. Also, seemed over the top to pay for parking.

room was nice, checkin quick - parking was a bit hairy - was super busy in this area.

We were coming in on a red eye flight to O’hare and looking for a hotel with a shuttle and breakfast in the morning. Unfortunately, we found out too late that their shuttle stops picking people up after 11:45PM which didn’t help us at 12:30AM. Please keep this in mind if you have the same goal we had because it cost us an extra $30 for an Uber that we wouldn’t have had to spend if we stayed somewhere with either 24 hour shuttle service or on demand shuttle service. Breakfast on the other hand was really good and the service was great! The hotel is new, clean and comfortable. It is conveniently located close to the airport and other amenities. I would stay here again if I wasn’t arriving in the middle of the night!

Everything was great about the stay. Perfect location for concerts at Allstate Arena. Friendly staff. Four starts due to the breakfast hours. Should be longer and they lock the fridge so I couldn’t even grab a yogurt. I do find it ridiculous you have to pay for parking as well. After the taxes on your parking it comes to about $20 per night.

When I checked in, the desk clerk was very welcoming and polite. In fact, every clerk I interacted with was extremely nice and friendly. The hotel was very clean and had no bad odors. The room was just right the size and had all the accommodations I needed. I couldn’t find a single complaint to have with them. Enjoyed my visit and would love to stay here again.

I arrived earlier, asked to be checked in early and they said no because I had paid via a third party, but they did offer to keep my luggage until checking time was ready. I had a room with 2 beds just as I had requested it. However, 2 of the bed had stains on the sheets. Glad I had two beds so I could switch to the clean one. Service was decent. They do offer free breakfast. Have a gym and a pool. I don’t usually take advantage of those amenities but they are there if you need them. Overall it’s a 3 star hotel with 3 star service. You get what you pay offer. Not bad but not great either, it’s exactly that, a 3 star overall.

Ivan at the front desk is very helpful and we are glad he could help us with our late check out! We have a 16 hours flight tonight and we are vary thankful for this opportunity to get some rest, because we are travelling with a baby. We enjoyed our stay a lot and we really like the shuttle service. The driver was wonderful! A blond lady at the bar was very nice last evening and there is one more front desk agent whose name I didn't have a chance to ask helped me to get a bandage for my husband and he helped us with a laggage this morning as well! You guys have a very good team and we will be back to your hotel! Thank you very much for everything!

This is the 2nd time I have stayed here, the staff, the breakfast and gym were awesome. My only issue was that it took forever to get hot water in the shower.

This is our new choice of hotel when flying out of ohare! Great staff, bed, shower, and all around space. Convenient to restaurants. The shuttle leaves at 4 am and runs until after midnight. Parking and snacks are very affordable. Highly recommended
