Location.

Typical airport hotel. Busy with people coming and going. You can hear through the walls and there was quite a bit of plane noise. Overall, though, a fine stay and very convenient to visit Allstate Arena.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They are undergoing what looks to be a major renovation. We were there one night and the room was ok. It could have been a little cleaner and fresh, but for one night due to a flight cancelation it was ok, but it was way overpriced! We had to catch an early flight, so breakfast wasn't even served yet. Was hoping to at least get some coffee, but they didn't have that out either. Needed a bottle of water and there was none in the cooler, so I asked. He went and got some, but it wasn't cool at all and it was overpriced for a bottle they probably got at Sam's or Costco.

Second they put me in a room with broken AC. Since I was late getting back and I had plans that took me out of the hotel right upon arrival, I didn’t realize this until I returned around 8:00pm. The front desk person did assign me a new room; but, I had to repack all my items and learned that he knew there were AC problems in the area of that previous room; but, thought they had been fixed. Lastly, my tv remote did not work. I called the front desk twice and was told maintenance was in their way. They never showed. The only thing good I can say (and the reason I gave two stars) is that the bed and room was clean and comfy and the fitness equipment and space were good. The breakfast was awful with all fake, highly processed convenience foods. Also, airplanes fly directly over the hotel all day and the traffic noise is terrible. I spoke with a manager upon checkout and he said that was nothing he could do to compensate me for all the inconveniences since I booked my room through Expedia.

We had a good one night stay after our flight was cancelled. The hotel room was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. However, the hallways were not as clean. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The location was convenient, close to several restaurants. Overall, the hotel offered a good value, great service, and an average experience that can be improved.

Location was great. Breakfast was just OK. NO fruit. Very limited selections. Airport shuttle was shared with Hilton. Made it difficult to get a seat.

The staff was very helpful both at the desk and on the phone. Breakfast had a decent variety and tasted good. I did have a bit of a struggle getting the room a little warmer. I had to turn it up to 78 to get the AC to cut off. It had been set at 68.

Our bathroom had some cleanliness issues, looked like it was used prior to our check in and not cleaned up afterward. Room was fine otherwise, and met our needs. Nice and cool when we walked in. Maybe we missed it, but did not realize parking was paid until we arrived onsite. It is what it is, but was a little surprising to find out. Great location and close to many food options that are all walkable. Planes do fly directly overhead, but they were not easily heard in the room!

The hotel seems to be getting updated. The rooms are clean. Even though I shut the AC off at night, it was still freezing cold and either the ac unit or the refrigerator kept making noises. It won't let you switch to heat either. You'd think you'd hear the traffic all night but you can't. The breakfast was not good and in the lobby, water was leaking from the ceiling. They had a mop sitting, collecting the water and wet floor signs were up. It's a great walk though to the allstate area (the reason we chose it) and also, great walking distance to restaurants or some shopping.

Perfect spot if you’re attending an event at Allstate stadium. Exterior could use some work and the sink in our bathroom didn’t drain but overall it wasn’t horrible.

Breakfast needed more attention to it. Ran out of food and took us asking for the replenishment. She stood at the desk talking to the other employee. The only other thing is the elevator is to small for a bunch of people to fit in. Also why do you charge your guests to park there if they are already using a room and paying for that.

In my three days stay, I would have preferred the room be cleaned the second day and fresh towels provided.

We only stayed for one night. Upon arrival there was only one person at the front desk so check in took a while. The shower pressure goes in and out and makes noises but for a quick shower it will do. The biggest issue for us was the heating and cooling system. Our room was freezing and the heat did not work. The hotel staff said that it is controlled on one big system. We were cold all night.

We had issues with the air conditioning unit and fan. It only worked off and on snd at one point it was 85 degrees in our room. The phone wouldn't work in our room to call the front desk for assistance. When I called from my cell phone, they put me on hold for 20+ minutes. Then when we did get t hem on the phone, they did we could come grab a fan to cool the room off, rather than bringing it up to us. It took a few hours yo cool off the room.

The place was a little dirty and old looking. I was not in nowhere on the facility. Can the rooms be individually temperature controlled. I talked to the manager. He said the whole building was controlled by one unit. Our room was hot. My sunroom were hot. They did bring up fans. I would never stay here again.

Staff was rude and not helpful. We had stuff doordashed because we had a long lay over and we had to search for our things because the front desk acted as though they couldn’t be bothered. Shuttle does not run for early morning flights. when being pick up from airport we had to get a ride from another shuttle service because their shuttle don’t even have the proper hotel name on it and no where in the description of where to go and what shuttle to get on did it state this. No apology just rudeness.

The guy in the front desk is not helpful. I had 3 luggage and did not try to help me or suggest that I could use a cart. The breakfast was basic.

Everything else was clean, but the washrooms were not properly maintained. The sink was leaking badly, and the shower in my first room was not working. I was then shifted to another room, but the bathtub there had stagnant water and would not drain properly, and the AC was also not working. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

Check in time was 3 pm. We drove 4 1/2 hours to get there and timed it to arrive at 3 as we had tickets at 3:30 at the arena next door. Upon checking in he said our room was not ready as it hadn’t been cleaned yet. My daughter has a disability and we needed a room with a walk in shower. Said it wouldn’t be ready until 3:30. Still wasn’t ready and now we needed to leave to go to our event and they said they can’t even check us in until they had a room that was clean. Got a parking pass for our car and left for our event. After event at 9:30 when we were really tired (I have cancer) we tried checking in and he said your room is ready but wanted to charge us again for parking even though we already had pass. He made us go back into parking lot to get there pass to show him the number. All the while he was answering the phone and dealing with that instead of helping us. After all that we should have been offered a discount but that was not even suggested. If you have a check-in time of 3 pm for a specific room that there aren’t a lot of you should have been made a priority of getting that room clean to be ready. It’s not like he could have given us any room that was ready.

The air conditioning wasn’t working in several rooms on a warm/ sunny May Day, and they couldn’t/wouldn’t get hvac to come fix it before bedtime. They offered a fan (the room was 77 and climbing when we arrived). They politely accepted my request for a full refund and I moved to a different hotel with functioning a/c.

The shower head was not adjustable, and about blew your skin off!

Could not switch between AC and heat in the room. It had to be switched at the desk. The phone in the room did not work. So I had to go to the desk to have it switched. The room was not cleaned on Friday. The parking lot is chewed up with potholes and broken concrete. I’ll never use this hotel again.

My room 215 the heating cooling units are not working. The staffs don’t know much about airport shuttle, they told me shuttle will pick up at airport terminal 5 every 40 minutes. They didn’t tell me the service will end at 10:30pm. I had to take the taxi to the hotel.

Breakfast could’ve been MUCH better, the building definitely needs more work because it look as though it was rushed and most of all, the thermostat in the room never worked so I honestly wouldn’t recommend to anyone who wants to be warm during cold days.

The pictures were much nicer than in person. The outside looks so run down. Inside you can tell they did some updates but it’s still pretty old and nasty when u look at the ceilings and rooms deeply. Would not stay here again

The laundry room and get clean bedding to make the bed myself! Afterwards the tv didn’t turn on, staff was rude and talked to me like I was an idiot. She came to the room and took her quite awhile to get it to work- asked for an extra blanket because the one given was t along size blanket and she asked me to come get it again. When I said no, I’ve had to go 3 times she said she would bring me one in half an hour- never received the blanket. Worst service, dirty room- only reason I stayed is because I had a really early flight. Will NEVER stay again.

Then only issue we had was with the airport shuttle. The shuttle that picked us up said Hyatt Place and we were looking for one that had Laquinta or Wyndham. Apparently, the shuttle covers both places. and LaQuinta was on the side of the shuttle. It was dark and difficult to see. It would have been helpful if we knew that upfront.

Horrible experience. My wife suffers from asthma and room was very muggy. A/C was locked. Went to front desk and they said someone will come to room. 2 hours later go back down and they said A/C was locked for winter. Gave us a table top fan. Also we requested an additional towel set as there was 3 people on reservation(room had 2 queens beds also) only 2 towels in room. They gave us a hand towel and said that is all they have. Next day after full day out from 7am-5pm got back room was not cleaned towels still on floor. Went to front desk they said someone will bring up fresh towels. Hour later went back to front desk. Told us same thing. We went to concert that evening unable to shower. Towels never came! Left first thing the next morning. Horrible experience. Do not stay here. We are very basic travelers. Just expect a clean room with towels. They couldn’t even provide that. BTW don’t try to call front desk nobody answers.

The place inside has been updated but needs care outside. The parking lot had pot holes. There was only one elevator and not very big if you have a person with a wheelchair. Breakfast was good especially the day they had meat. Staff was nice. Rooms are well maintained. The only thing the handicap room was far from the elevator. Otherwise I’d stay again especially it’s so convenient if there is a concert at Allstate arena.

Great place for a one night stay when you miss a flight! Nothing fancy but super clean and comfortable rooms. The only issue was it was a bit stuffy and we were not allowed to control the fan unit/ac. The front desk supplied a box fan which sufficed. Breakfast was basic, but fine. Free shuttle, proximity to a Target and plenty of restaurants. Staff was all friendly and helpful. We would definitely return!

I have NEVER in my LIFE not been able to control the temperature in my own hotel room. We were welcomed into a stifling hot room and when we tried to adjust our room thermostat we only got error messages. Went to tell the hotel staff and were told that the temperature is controlled by the hotel and the only thing they could do was turn the heat off to our room. Well this did absolutely nothing and we were given a BOX FAN to try to keep cool. All this did was blow around the hot air in our hotel. UNREAL!! Whoever made this decision is STUPID and should be fired immediately!!! You cannot expect to keep everyone happy at the same temperature that is WILD!!! People like to sleep at a specific temperature and sleeping in a hot room gave me such bad anxiety I couldn’t sleep!!! I would’ve paid $10000 to sleep in a room where I can control the temperature. If I had known I couldn’t, I never would’ve stayed here!!! STUPID!!!!

The property is adjacent to the venue we were planning to visit, so big plus there. Otherwise, the free breakfast was awful. The coffee was not drinkable. We asked for extra pillows and was told there weren't any, and the neighboring rooms had occupants that loved to fight loudly.

The room was freezing when we got there. We were charged almost $5 for 2 disposable toothbrushes that are normally given free. We woke up to a 6am alarm that was not set by us and the room was very hot. The breakfast was ok but not restocked and the fruit looked horrible. The location was the best part of our stay.

Room was clean the only problem we had was the hotel staff controlled the AC. The room was hot and I was not able to cool the room off. When I tried to call the front desk the room phone was not working.

AC did not work at all. Was given a fan which did give us moving air but did not cool the room. Thankful it was not extremely hot outside. Kept curtains closed to keep some heat out. Breakfast was nice. Room was clean. One male staff member who worked morning thru afternoon was extremely nice, helpful, remained calm thru the rush of many checking in for a concert.

The breakfast was good. Just enough. The hotel was perfect for our needs. $20 parking a day seemed high. I think it used to be free. Wish there were 2 elevators. They only have one and when it’s busy the wait is longer than I would like. But really enjoy this hotel.

My only complaint was that when I arrived my room was 73, which is not necessarily too hot because it was 30's outside. But it was a stuffy. I tried to just turn on the fan to circulate air, but couldn't get it off of auto. So I tried to turn the temp down to see if that would kick the fan on. When I went downstairs the desk said that the hotel was in heating mode and that the AC could not be turned on at all. In the end she had to loan me a fan to make the room more comfortable. Not allowing people to make a room cooler to facilitate comfort while sleeping is going to end up upsetting a lot of people. I know many people who sleep with the temp 65 or lower even in the winter time.

HORRIBLE!!! Once we first got into our room we noticed that it was cold, we tried to turn on the heater (it didn’t work). We went downstairs right away and was told that maintenance was alerted and were trying to fix it but didn’t know how long it will take. We were given an option of either getting a discount at checkout for the inconvenience or get full refund at the moment but we would have to find another hotel that night. We decided to do the discount, but we at least asked for extra blankets mind you it was late at night already. We never got our blankets that night so we were in the cold the whole night, we had to basically layer up with the clothes we brought. We had to basically ask for blankets again the next morning. We stayed for 2 nights and the whole time there maintenance was never still able to fix the problem. At check out we asked for our discount BUT the general manager said that they can’t do that because we have a third party reservation, so only offered to waive the parking fee. I will never go back here again so much inconvenience and it wasn’t even our fault and nothing to help with some sort of refund.

Airplanes fly overhead often, can be a bit noisy, but did not bother me.

The breakfast was not good and 20 bucks a night for parking is a bit high after purchasing a 2 night stay and the fact that we shared hotel parking with the event at the arena which made it hard to find parking that I paid for.

Morning breakfast included scrambled eggs, flavored oatmeal packets, fresh apples and oranges, yogurt, waffles, juice, peanut butter and bread and tea and coffee with sweetness and milk and cream.

They were so accommodating from helping me print a document that I needed to giving us a bandaid- we couldn’t have asked for better service and friendliness. The breakfast was wonderful, room very clean, and location perfect. We will definitely be back.

I read the reviews after i booked. I thought i messed up . But most reviews were parking issues. Which i wasn't worried about because i flew and used cta to get around. Ok now the hotel it was nice clean the people at the desk was very nice. They offer breakfast i just got some juice. The rooms were clean bead was comfortable. The only issue i seen and it really wasn't a problem. One of the elevators was broken but they had two. This is a good affordable nice hotel. Also they picked me up and dropped me off at the airport. If you drive i would call and get all the information about parking. If you not driving you're good. Thats my honest real review.

The room was unbelievably hot, despite it being cold outside. When we talked to the staff to try to get moved to a new room all we were given was a box fan but the room remained significantly hotter than even just in the hallway.

Our room was clean and perfect for an overnight stay. The location is next to the Allstate Arena, so it was perfect for going to a concert. The one negative was the parking. The spaces are not big enough for the modern-day car. Once you pull into a space there is not enough room to open the car door.

Everything was great! Such a convenient location! Best place to stay if you are attending an event at Allstate Area. Plenty of restaurants in walking distance of the hotel and close to the airport. Our room was clean and comfortable. Decent complimentary breakfast as well. I would’ve giving it 5 stars if it wasn’t for the charge for parking fee of $16.

I reported the issue to the front desk both the day we arrived and again the following day. No one attempted to move us to another room or provide a real solution. There was little communication and no urgency to fix the situation, which was extremely frustrating. When I asked about adjusting or changing my reservation because of the conditions, the only resolution offered was a $40 credit, which does not reflect the discomfort and inconvenience we experienced. I have also tried to follow up about a refund request and have not received any response. I understand that maintenance issues happen, but transparency, communication, and customer care should still be a priority. Unfortunately, this stay did not meet basic expectations.

The rooms Heat/AC was locked in heat mode with no way of switching it. The room was uncomfortably warm because thankfully I was able to at least turn of the HVAC system. The other guests next to us were extremely loud and disruptive and that lasted until 3am (mind you I was there with my two children) I informed the front desk about the loud behavior at 1pm and NOTHING was done about it. I will definitely NOT come back to this location

The hotel flag was worn and could be barely read. The state of Illinois flag was hanging on by one corner and the most important flag of all was missing. THE AMERICAN FLAG. Other than that everything was great!

To start, they charge $20 extra per night for parking. The fee is undisclosed on Expedia. Nothing worse than being up-charged upon check-in. The location is wild in that you are directly under the flight path for one of O'Hare's runways. From 6AM-10PM its planes like 50ft above your bed. Initially, I thought it was the expressway which is also right next door but the planes have more of a freight train sound. That said, location is ok with walkable food options. That's when I realized this building is in the middle of a renovation with one entire side boarded up. Its a bit creepy. Breakfast was very limited. Room was ok. Overall very disappointing for a Wyndham hotel.

Second time we stayed at this hotel everything was perfect!

The room was stayable, the sheets & pillowcases could be upgraded as they felt “ruff” to the skin. Also be prepared to pay for parking as I had no idea that I had to being as though its a free-standing hotel but….

Staff was great and you cannot get a more convenient location for shows at the arena. Easy walk to Target and some food. Hotel was clean and updated, bed was comfy. Highly recommend!

Breakfast options were cereal, yogurt, toast, ham, hard boiled eggs, and waffles. Literally thats it. I thought maybe they ran out of eggs, etc. Nope. They simply said this is it.

There was a loiterer on my floor. He first attempted to bump into me at the Front Desk.

Bad... just plain bad. It was 10 degrees outside and the heater in the room wasnt working, must have been like 50 degrees all night and they wouldn't do anything to help. Then the shower door wouldnt close, at all, it was wide open, warer everywhere! Half the outlets in the room didn't work either. Bad bad bad 👎

Nice place to stay for to catch an early flight. Room was decent - had microwave and fridge. Parking is ample but expensive if booking through hotel. Gym room amenities were quite lacking. Nevertheless, loved the proximity to ORD and a few restaurants around one can go to.

All the staff were very nice but the guy that checked us in was very welcoming and friendly. I had a sink with a leaking pipe and he send maintenance right away. They weren't able to fix it that night and offered a different room. I declined because were only going to be there 2 nights and that wasn't a big deal. I did appreciate them being so responsive. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location to take in an event at the All State Arena or for a quick night before m, between or after a flight. Was surprised by the $20 parking fee - it was in the description but didn’t catch it so was something I didn’t anticipate at check-in. But would definitely consider staying again. Good value for the price.

There was a strong unpleasant smell in the room, and the bedding and towels were soaked with it. During check-out, the receptionist confused me with another guest and tried to charge me for products I never took. Very disappointed.

We only came to town for a concert. The concert was canceled. We asked to cancel our reservations and they refused to refund even ine dollar. Additionally, they charge you to park in their parking lot. Yes, they charge their guests to use the parking lot.

Check in was ok. A little busy for one person. One elevator was a little maddening. Got to our room and it was a little warm. Actually A LOT warm! Notified front desk because THE FRONT DESK CONTROLS YOUR ROOM TEMPERATURE FOR SOME REASON! I’m sure there’s an eco reason why, but that is completely off-putting. Kind of ruined my stay. You can’t even control the temp in your own room that you paid for. I almost slept in the hallway because it was more comfortable. All was not lost at this hotel. The lady running the morning breakfast was AMAZING & pleasant. She made sure everything was hot and prepared well. Even showed me how to make a waffle using the waffle press. Plus I think our room used to be an accessible room because of the huge door that never shut & always swung open. Also the handle on the sink fell off. Told front desk about it. Don’t know if it was fixed. Check if you stay in room 421

The room smelled horrible, it smelled like something had rotten inside. We asked the manager if he was able to get us another room but instead of being helpful he became very aggressive and told me there were too many guest in my party. I explained to him that we were just waiting for our uber to pick us up and all 5 of us would be leaving shortly and only the 4 people listed on the reservation would be staying over night. This hotel lacks care in maintenance and customer service. We are truly dissatisfied with this stay.

Room was very cold and I had to call receptionist twice to get it fix. In the room temperature was 55 deg. On the check out I couldn't receive a piece of paper that my balance is zero. They told me thet I receive the receit from the Expedia. What kind of service is that. They took it $50 deposit and they told me that I receive it in 8 days. They took $50 immediately, they must send it to my bank on the process of check out.

The busy street noise can be heard from the room as can any loud sounds from neighboring rooms. The air conditioning in the room sounds like a rumbling semi truck. Upon arrival, hotel clerk was very welcoming and the hotel was clean. The breakfast choices are full of allergens, making it very limited and unsatisfactory in my case.

This is our second time staying here and we absolutely love It when visiting Rosemont area. It is affordable, clean, welcoming and smells absolutely amazing!!! Free breakfast included.

Well, the redecoration was quite nice, the core bones of the property were that of a class b/c hotel. Compound that with the fact that there was no available shuttle times during peak hours was a little frustrating and ended up costing us $25 to get a ride to the airport on time. It appears that this hotel only runs a single shuttle versus the other surrounding hotels that run multiple during peak hours.

There was only 1 person checking everyone in and some had done their check in online. Waited 20 minutes or more to check in due to there only being 1 person. The hotel was busy do to the concert that evening should have planned to have someone else helping check people in. Police were there when we arrived and had a bag they carried thru the hotel lobby.

My only complaint is that morning of checkout we left for a short time to run to Target and came back by 10am and my car key wasn’t working and checkout wasn’t til 11am. The cleaning staff told us it was a safety precaution and next time to go down to the front desk. It was completely unnecessary.

The air conditioner in the room was broken it was fairly warm. We had our dogs with us so the air conditioner was important. They gave us a couple fans after i complained.

Our room had stains on the walls and the AC was broken in our section of the hallway. Staff did not inform us, but every room had box fans outside after checking out.

Customer service was not what I expected. The staff were not friendly at all. They kept leaving the front desk to go smoke outside every 30minutes. I asked if I could check in 1hr early and the front desk girl said NO. With an attitude. Other than that rooms were ok.

The front desk staff is outstanding. George was a gentleman. The other two I interacted with are the young lady from Macedonia and an Indian fellow who is studying computer science. All three are polite and professional. It was very nice that when George told me how to recognize the shuttle from the airport, he mentioned that it was blue and orange. The orange was the key, as no other shuttle has that color. The lobby is outstanding. Easy to work and read there. Spacious, quiet, clean. I recommend that you offer a non-sweet dry cereal for breakfast; both choices available were sugary. I also recommend that you have a bagel slicer available. The room was spotless, which was very nice. The guy who drove the shuttle from the hotel to the airport at 7 am was wonderful. And very strong. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

It is hard to objectively rate a hotel after waiting over one and a half hours for the shuttle from the airport. You absolutely MUST state in your email regarding the shuttle that it is offered in conjunction with Hyatt Place Hotel, and that the van has predominant Hyatt Place lettering on the side, with a SMALL square with “La Quinta Hotel”, and that the van is blue and yellow (not just blue) and that the van may stop several hundred feet from OR at Door 2C of terminal 2 arrivals. Believe me, this will help your rating.

Check in staff couldn’t have cared any less we were there but she checked us in I guess. Rooms were nice. Very quiet for being at O’Hare. Breakfast was subpar.

The property and room were very clean, but the AC wasn’t working and the staff wasn’t helpful about it. The maintenance worker said I shouldn’t expect the room to be below 75 degrees because the sun had just gone down an hour ago. The room never cooled down and I couldn’t sleep and I was denied my request to change rooms.

The common areas including the elevator were dirty, the outside grounds garbage cans were filled and were not emptied for a period of 5 days, the outside entrance was dirty and not cleaned. Parking back stops were not set and had exposed rebar.

The Wi-Fi kept glitching and would kick you off whatever you were looking at. The staff was always friendly. Also was very convenient to go to the Allstate Arena and not have to park there, it’s just a short walk.

The staff was friendly and the space was clean. Our biggest problem was the air conditioner for our room was not working and since they were at capacity, we could not switch rooms. The second issue was the small "La Quinta" label on the shuttle beside the large "Hyatt Regency Place" label. I'm confident we overlooked the shuttle the first time, which meant we had to wait well over an hour for the shuttle pickup.

Shuttle bus has bit delayed. So in the morning, I was confused because I couldn’t find the bus.

Staff was not hospitable, I felt they were rude and unhappy with their jobs. The room was clean and tidied however my rest was uncomfortable. The pillows made my head feel awkward, as if my head was tilted back. Not a good nights rest at all: the breakfast was cold and the sausage links were both, overcooked and/or undercooked which made them unappetizing.

If you’re going to an event at the Allstate Arena this is the place to stay! Literally just a short walk away. This property was clean and nice. The complimentary breakfast was also nice. Only thing is this hotel is very, very close to the O’Hare Airport and you’ll hear the planes pass overhead. Honestly, that didn’t bother me one bit and I actually enjoyed watching the planes fly over.

$20 off of the room and that would only cover parking, but i would have to stay in 84° hot room. I had to find a new hotel and then they set up my refund wich i have to recover with expedia

Clean and nice. Our fridge, in room 525 didn't even work so we had to take it out and plug it some where else in order for it to work. Please fix this so the next customers don't experience this. Overall, nice.

Bad service

Parking here is cheaper than staying downtown and you can come and go as much as you want, but the lot could definitely use some maintenance as far as landscaping clean up, and the spots are really narrow. Planes coming and going from O’Hare fly fairly low right over the hotel at a pretty regular interval, but when inside we really didn’t notice the noise too much.

When you first drive onto the property, there's a run down building with broken, and boarded up windows, and as you get towards the back of building where the hotel is, there's lots of overgrown weeds , and just bad landscaping that looks unattended. Making me think this was a mistake. But once you walk in to the reception area what a relief to see a big difference in the quality clean updated scenery from the misleading outside of the building, and parking lot. The rooms were very clean and nice , the only thing bad about the room was the shower tub drained slowly. And talking with other people staying in the hotel , they said their tubs drained very slowly too. Other than that . I'd stay there again , and overall was very happy 😁

Parking fare $20 per night not included for a guest that is not fair

The bathroom wasn’t clean and the sink was clogged. Told the receptionist about it and they said someone will come fix it but no one ever came. The room was quite cold too. Overall my stay was unpleasant and some of the staff was dismissive towards me. For the shuttle expect to wait 40-50 minutes as the drivers don’t really follow the schedule. Would not stay there again.

Hotel provides free shuttle from airport. Outback restaurant is right across the street along with a few more food options. Target is also walking distance. Just checked in today. Reviews rated the breakfast as surprisingly good. Hope that’s still the case. Room was above average, lots of space, toiletries, mini fridge, microwave, and coffee. Thus far, I’d give the overall experience a strong B. Helps if you bring ear plugs or a soft noise machine. It’s faint, but you can definitely hear the freeway traffic.

Everything was well great except for them having only 1 person checking in people. I waited about 30 minutes to get checked in. The other issue was the A/c unit which I could not turn on. I tried calling room service and the phones were dead (no service). Other than that, everything worked out well.

I liked that we got to take a free shuttle to the airport, I was disappointed in the area around the hotel, I thought that the hotel was closed down, because the building connected to the hotel is rundown. Our room was very clean and had a great night sleep.

I stayed there for 2 nights. They guy that did my check in was kinda rude and very short with me when it came to scheduling my shuttles. I never received new towels each day, and the hot water would have moments of not working. Hours after my checkout, I was charged a random charge in damages. The pictures sent to me were towls that had makeup on them. I have stayed at previous La Quinta properties and have never been charged in damages for makeup stains on towels. I did like the accessibility to public transportation and nearby restaurants.

Room was clean and modern. TV was a decent size to view from the bed (some places still use small tvs and too small to really watch from bed). The cable on TV was clear. The breakfast was fine. Adding a daily parking fee when there is not limited parking is gouging, in my opinion.

Hotel very close to chicago O Hare. Hotel has shuttle and breakfast. Plenty of parking. No worries of low flying plane noise or highway because hotel is sound proof. I had no issues having a corner room with freeway tmright in my back windows. Did not hear a thing. Plenty of restaurants very close. Target store starbucks and more. Pet friendly as i had service dog. Would stay again.

We stayed there on our trip to and from Alaska, via O'Hare. The hotel and room was clean and orderly. Rooms were clean, beds comfortable. Shuttle service was a little long in the waiting on our outing going trip at airport. Incoming was awesome! Only drawback from a perfect score was the continental breakfast. It was not at all pleasing. But thats a hard thing to do, with all the different tastes people have.

The staff have always been exceptional, they’ve met every request I’ve asked for (extra pillows, blankets, flat sheets, towels) Clean facilities every time I visit. Free breakfast Yes, there is traffic from the airport, but it is within 15-30 minutes of downtown. I think it’s well worth it, just leave earlier, lol. If you’re worried about noise too, very quiet location.

The hotel looks very nice. Parking is easy. However, to change $20 per night is just plain disrespectful. I give 1 star when it comes to quietness. The doors to the room are about 1 inch from the floor thus you can hear everything that's going on in the hallway. I cannot recommend this hotel.Find another hotel in the area

Average, although lobby and hallways need a carpet cleaning. No automatic checkout. I waited at the airport for an hour before the hotel shuttle came. When it arrived i was told there wasn't enough room and that the next shuttle would be in 40 minutes. Unacceptable, i had to take a cab.

We signed up for a shuttle time in the morning to get to the airport, as instructed. When we arrived, the shuttle that showed up was from a different hotel and had no room for us—or for several other guests who were also waiting. The next shuttle was the same story: no space available. Ultimately, we had to call an Uber to make our flight, which was frustrating, especially since both the website and hotel staff assured us that a complimentary airport shuttle was included. I’d recommend choosing one of the other nearby airport hotels instead—this experience was stressful and disappointing.

I picked this hotel specifically because it said it included a free airport shuttle. No where did it state that the shuttle does not run after 10 PM. I found that out only AFTER completing my reservation. I paid $42 for a one-way taxi ride to the hotel just because my flight came in at 10.35 PM. Major inconvenience.

Very clean hotel right next to Allstate Arena. Bed was very comfortable. Shuttle to airport is available but have to pre arrange ahead of time as shuttles do fill quickly. Impressive lobby very modern with Spanish influence. Room rate was affordable and bathroom was stocked with Dove products. Parking is 16 dollars per night. Only downfall is check in manager was very hard to understand as he was a foreigner. But the property was easy to find does not sit by road you have to go behind another hotel to get to it.
