Everything was horrible it was roaches and little bugs in the sheets I didn’t even stay I left as soon as I saw the bugs

Clean rooms there was roaches there.

Front desk staff was friendly and efficient. Except for the fact that they didn't inform us of breakfast hours. I could hear highway traffic all night. And I am not sure if the bottom sheet was changed on our beds. There were little specks of dirt and indentations on the bottom sheets

We noted our arrival time on the reservation but they apparently cancel any reservation that doesn't arrive by midnight and they don't take the time to call and clarify anything. Just cancel and no apology for leaving you with no place to stay tonight because we're too lazy to provide any level of customer service to you. Avoid this place of you won't be arriving early. Everything

Location. NO CLOSET!! Room had hooks on the wall for hanging clothes! Toilet seat broken. ( housekeeping and front desk notified on four separate occasions, but it was not replaced or repaired during my three night stay) Breakfast was minimal. The room was clean, the staff were very kind, the beds were comfortable. The only reason it's not a 10/10 is the AC was way too loud and the breakfast was lackluster.

Very little options for breakfast.

It needed a *little* upgrading - like the drain in our bathroom sink as a little bit clogged and the chrome part of the shower dial, 1/2 of it was rubbed off and not shiny like the rest and made it look a little old.. but again these are small cosmetic details that can be easily fixed. Also it would have been nice to have an in room coffee maker, so we brought our own - but other than this the stay was perfect! :-)

Staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. Room was clean and well suited for my overnight stay. Small, quick-and-go continental breakfast was very average but the coffee was hot. Location has numerous restaurants within 2 miles.

Nothing. Old and outdated for a suite. Location, too many homeless looking folk hanging on the outside. Room #129 not very secure. Door pushed 1/2 inch out before being opened with the room key. Could easily be kicked in. I was not comfortable with any of it. Went to the Glo Hotel.

Great location and not a lot of noise other than the highway. Easy to find. Was great for the price. Don't have too many complaints except for room service knocking on the door too early. I think it'd be better to not bother residents till 10am but we also didn't have the do not disturb sign on our door. So really not a huge complaint.

Price of room.wasnt the Best rate for the room.im a member and I have gotten better rates at this hotel.and even better rates at surrounding hotels in same area.

The bed was comfortable and the heating and A/C made the room comfortable. The WiFi was very slow, even at 1am. The "breakfast" was awful. The waffles were dollar store defrosted waffles. The coffee was on the cold side. The orange juice was light yellow and the apple juice was super sweet. The plus side was Cracker Barrel was just a walk across the parking lot. The room was against the parking lot so you heard everyone walking by. The hot water was great for a hot shower, but there was rust around the drain in the bath tub. You also had guests, I think they were, seated outside the room at midnight. The cleaning staff cleaned my room, while I was in it, but never asked if they should come back later. They almost sprayed the floor cleaner on my shoes. Heck, the first day they cleaned, they left my fast-food bag and empty cup. The front desk staff was hit and miss. The first lady was fine, but the lady in the morning was horrible. I wanted to change my reservation and she was too busy on her personal to answer the phone. Then she was slightly upset Booking called her "TWICE", with two fingers. The check out guy was awesome. Also, the room door was kick through weak. I didn't feel comfortable leaving my stuff in the room while I was out, so I took it with me. In comparison to the La Quinta, which my friend stayed 5 minutes away at the same price, this was a place I'd say stay if you've been on the road for long hours and just need to sleep and shower.

Staff was real nice I had drove 7 hours and it was 2 hours before check in and the front desk lady was so nice she went to see if they had any rooms ready for us and they did so she let us check in early

Customer service needs more improvement. The room we got needed major upgrades towels were stained water took a good while to finally get hot . Price was okay I guess

N/a I didn’t like anything , I walked in to the front desk to check in and the lady that was suppose to to be at the front desk was outside smoking week with a man I believe to be renting a room . I chose not to keep my reservation at the comfort inn . It was a lot going on that night . Everyone was hanging outside smoking weed . I was really turned off by the hotel .

The staff was very professional and nice. The rooms were clean as well. My only complaint is that the ice machines never work properly.

Smelled really bad, had a hole cut in the ceiling that they just covered up! The blow dryer didnt work and I guess no room service but they bring you a roll of toilet paper. For the price heck no stay somewhere else!

The location in all the food places The property was outdated. I couldn’t get the TV to work on the remote. Had to go downstairs multiple times. The beds were all right. The restroom was nasty. Had dirty washcloths from the people who was in the room before me.

I left my slippers across the room so I scooted a towel across the floor. No dirt on the towel. The room was very clean. The staff was nice and friendly.

With the breakfast they served….i think it’s just enough to say they serve breakfast on the site…a few snacks and cold waffles isn’t what I expected. And the handy capable room needs improvement. Like a toilet seat that doesn’t slip and a roll in shower chair that doesn’t get rusty..

Not a bad stay, just a very tiny space...

Check in was great. Got our keys and went to bed. After everyone was laid down and the kids were asleep, our door opens. Our room had been GIVEN AWAY while we were already in bed. Luckily the top door latch was latched or that person would have been able to get into our room completely. Not only did we have someone try to get into the room, other the person realized the room was occupied and went back up to front desk to get another room. My husband tried our room keys and figured out that they had been disabled and would not unlock our room. Went to turn in our keys this morning and told front desk. The clerk said he would let the manager know and they would look back at the tapes. Will be calling with a follow up to see what is going to happen to justify the mess up and feeling unsafe.

Jackie the woman who checks guests in, in the afternoon, and evening hours is a great people person and is a great communicator and conversationalist! She’s attentive and knows her job and customers. I like that about her and this place. Remember folks treat others as you would want yourself to be treated. All of the staff here work hard like all of us travelers. Be kind and thankful!

This is not a place to stay w a family. People hanging outside. The continental breakfast the coffee was cold and the orange juice was hot. The hallway had a horrible smell. We slept w our chair up against our door. I do bot recommend this place at all.

The stay was ok .. the ice machines were down on one of the floors.. the elevators were down so I had to walk a flight of steps.. The bathrooms were not clean.. It had hair left on the counter from someone previous stay.. on top no housekeeping til the morning

Nice clean lobby great staff very Spacious rooms a few minor flaws and maintenance/ aging spots in bathroom ceiling in 302 king suite and throughout the property but far from rundown nasty or unsafe.. breakfast was great two free drinks and snacks from 5:30 to 7:00 pm bar food is so yucky the shrimp whatever the hell that was the fettuccine and pizza is cheap tasteless nasty just weak what a waste of 20 bucks. big thumbs down👎 the buffalo wings are your best bet. One bartender was so cool & funny the other guy is ok just harder to communicate with he had a short militant presence down to the haircut now he was not inattentive not rude or anything like that. I just connteced with the other guy way better.

Comfortable place to stay while passing through to final destination

DaysInn DeSito was a great place to stay. The staff was welcoming and they let me check in a little early. The room was wonderful. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. I will be booking again

There was a microwave and fridge in the room-great! There was no iron and the bathroom door was broken. Oh, and the elevator was out of service the entire time we were there. The breakfast was continental and really nothing to brag about. Probably will not stay here again.

There were roaches and water bugs all over the room and the bathroom. They kept dying like something was killing them then more would pop up every half hour. The key card had to be changed because they don’t work.

The Internet service is very poor. The rooms are good but stuffy

Final pre- check of the room was lacking, there was hair and urine on the bathroom floor, along with several dead insects and some live ones. The dead insects could have been swept up if someone would have bothered to perform a final check before allowing guests to stay in the room.

Nothing is likable in this motel. Light fixtures are an absolute mess. You can hear all the noises and every car that drives by. Breakfast is almost nonexistent.

The room I was in very dirty it should not allow anyone to stay in it. I had to ask for another room and room was much better. I killed at least 3 bugs in my room. I would never stay there again.

Given the wrong room, then was not treated friendly by the man coming out of the room. Breakfast was horrible. Cold waffles.

When i arrived they had no vacancy on the doors but i had already book, my boyfriend went in to check in and they told him there was no reservation there and to check a different location so i went in ang he told me there is no name in the system at all so i demanded a refund and he all of sudden found the room

I like that the place was quiet the staff was nice and everything overall was great.

Horrible front desk

The lady at check in counter was busy on personal phone to assist; I was provided with a dirty room (beds unmade; trash and toiletries still in room). I had to run back downstairs to ask for a clean room. Then I was given a room that smelled like someone had been smoking for non-stop in there. The toilet never flushed on first try. It needed you to hold the handle down for at least 20 seconds; then wait another 1 minute before you could flush. We got the hang of it; just start holding handle as soon as you sit and it will be ready to flush by the time your are done. The young man that worked the next 2 days was courteous and helpful.

The cleanliness was terrible. Hair was on the bathroom counter. Soap left in soap holder in shower. Toilet wasn't cleaned properly. Food left in refrigerator. Boogers on shower floor and wall. Brown bed comforter had stains.

Property was overall really nice. I only needed one night's stay. The hotel is not new or fancy but the room was clean, the bathroom was clean, the fridge worked and the bed was comfortable. I would stay there again for a short stay

The hotel was clean and comfortable. It needs to be updated, but very convenient and affordable. My family was in an emergency situation and I was able to book and confirm quickly. The contenental breakfast included coffee, muffins, waffles, Activia yogurt, and cereal. Deposit returned same day of check out.

I have visited this location on several occasions and the check in process was simple, staff was very friendly and very polite! I never have any issues! I always choose this location because of the convenience and will always be my 1st choice over any of the hotels on this strip! See you soon!!

The hotel was more than whatvi expected for the area. The staff was ON POINT. The rooms were clean was. Microwave and fridge with freezer provided. I stay 3 days . Coffee provided 24 hrs.

Cleanliness was good but this morning i guess maintenence was fixing somethings in the room next to me. I was awaken by loud door closing n music,talking, noises at 7am

No problems when I stay here. Property clean and quiet except for mild highway noise. Staff upon check in and out are nice. Housekeeping stopped by every day (week stay) no problems

I was shocked that the room had no where to hang my clothes other than 2 pegs on the wall. There was no iron or ironing board. I was happy that they refunded my incidental fee within a couple of days.

Our room was an ADA room. Recently poorly updated however, the shower and toilet area do not drain properly so all the water from the shower does all over the entire bathroom. We had to use towels as a barrier to keep the water away from the toilet but that didn’t work. So every time you use the restroom after a shower you had to walk in puddles of water to use the toilet. My pajama pants would get wet. Room had a terrible smell. There are no coffee pots in the rooms. TV quality was very poor. Pillows very uncomfortable. Pictures in the website are nothing like the property so very misleading. Towels are very thin. Our bathroom was also not cleaned well. This place was just a notch above a cheap motel.

Me and my sister went here for a one night stay and when I tell you we had many problems tbh I would rather go to motel 6 sorry but it’s true, we already paid for the room online and called the hotel to confirm it , I asked what all I need to check in she told me my ID and that’s it so when we got up there she ask for my ID and I waited for her to check me in then say I need to give a $50 deposit which i had no problem paying but I asked her before I got here what all I need , she never said anything about an deposit so I pay it and we got the room so we get in the room and get ready to see my family we leave and come back the door is wide open thank god nothing was taken but it was wide open it all out stuff in there and we looked at the door it was messed up to where u had to slam the door to close it all the way , we then then go to sleep just to wake up to a huge dead roach and a pile of ants in out belongings and on the floor I’m very upset and my whole trip was ruined

There were roaches in the room. Roaches were on the fridge and crawled between the nightstand and bed!!!!

Everyone treated my family with respect excellent customer service!!!We will be back😊I enjoyed our room being outside where it is easy to get to my car and we are right off the highway, the staff is so helpful and there wasn’t an issue when showing the staff we payed through Expedia,The staff made us feel welcomed and comfortable!
