Great location, clean and super friendly staff. The breakfast was delicious and I liked how they had coffee and hot cocoa or tea available at all times. Well they knew we were going to use the sofa bed, yet there were no pillows or blankets for it. So I had to go fetch them myself. Other than that…all was great!

Great atmosphere

The rooms were very spacious and clean. I loved the location of the hotel. The breakfast was perfect for our on the go weekend. The parking was good also. We were in town for a travel ball tournament. Our first game ended at 12:30. We were really tired from the drive in that morning and I had put in my notes asking to check in at least by 2 instead of 3 when I did my online booking. I was denied check in an hour early so we waited in the parking lot for an hour.

Front desk says it's maybe a satellite issue....dunno...but other than the trip was good.

The a/c was the old fashion unit you adjust on the panel of the unit - no room thermostat but it really wasn’t a big deal and worked well

Bed… was horrible tossed and turned all night and felt like something was crawling all over me (my daughter had same issue) Bathroom had peeling wallpaper above the door. Room had interior peeling around light fixtures. Would not recommend staying.

The toilet clogged. One of the elevators was out of service for most of the stay. It wasn’t anything outrageously bad, but my expectations were not met.

We enjoyed our stay. Nice cooked variety with the included breakfast, grits, eggs, sausage ( turkey and pork options) oatmeal, omelettes, potatoes, biscuits and gravy… everyday was different plus the usuals (waffles, cereals, and the like). The pool is a small outdoor pool so it was off season during this visit. Close to shopping center so you have access. Coffee and tea available all the time. Lots of plugs to charge devices in the dining area, I was able to do some work on my laptop in the evening. Clean though housekeeping visits every other day to tidy up unless requested. We would visit again.

Convenient to highway and other stores and restaurants. Easiest check in possible. Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. I thought the rate was a little high.

Only after my spouse raised serious concerns were we moved to another room. However, that does not excuse the fact that the hotel knowingly assigned guests to a room with a bug infestation. Thankfully, the bugs were not bed bugs, but the situation was unacceptable regardless. Because of this experience, we have decided that we will never stay at this hotel again.

Loved the open lobby, we were able to gather with friends and hang out. Breakfast was very good with a lot of options.

The grits could have been better, but the variety of food and cleanliness and attentiveness of the staff outweighed that complaint.

The room was clean and very spacious for our family of 5. The breakfast was delicious and filling not to mention my kids enjoyed the complimentary hot chocolate after getting in late at night. Another thing that I really liked was that there was a water fountain on the main floor, so instead of constantly buying water we just refilled our bottles from it. The location was perfect as well, waking distance from shopping and restaurants. Staff was super nice as well. We will definitely stay here again.

We are originally from the Douglasville area. We came into town to visit family for the holiday and ended up having car problems. The stay at Hampton Inn was a bright spot in a Christmas vacation that went anything but as planned. The welcoming staff made the check in quick and painless for us and our fur-babies. Our room was clean and just as welcoming. We were able to sleep comfortably through the night with no loud noises that woke us or our fur-babies up. They never barked once during our stay. Thank you and the staff for making our bad vacation end on a bright note.

Water bottle filling station was out of order (believe it was due to needing a filter replaced). Breakfast could have offered healthier choice, but overall was good.

Older property… Reeked of marijuana on the first floor. Staff was very nice and the room was clean. A bit loud outside, however, room was well insulated and noise did not filter into the bedroom. Not something that was a personal issue nor something they could do better. Breakfast was marginal… yet the dining room was well cleaned and welcoming.

We were first given a room at smelled like mold, had a wet office chair and air conditioning issues. My kids refused to stay there and it made us all nauseated feeing. It became unbearable so I went down and asked for another room. They were great about getting it switched. My only real issue was that when I asked to switch, the employee voiced their concerns on others complaining about the room. If they knew that, why did they give us such a space that clearly had some issues going on. Very disappointing and irritated that we had to be given that experience to start our evening.

We booked this property for one night on our way to Orlando and couldn’t be more pleased! Check-in was simple and easy even though it was 10:30 pm. Rooms were clean and very nice!

The hotel was fine and the employees friendly. What disappoints me though is the hotel description on Hotels.com mentions it has an EV charger. It does not. This wasn’t a cris as there is a Supercharger just down the street. However, it’s now the 2nd Hampton this year where I’ve had that problem so now I feel like the chain is just lying and wonder about their integrity in all things.

The staff was helpful and as a female traveler on business I felt safe.

The desk clerk failed to even try to resolve a problem where someone was illegally parked in the handicap parking AND in the zebra stripes next to it. I reported it to corporate.

I changed rooms because sheets were yellowish stained with hair on them. Next room had a leak under the sink I told staff at check out and she stated "oh we know"!

They are doing some construction on site, so there is a little bit of clutter. The hotel is sandwiched between I-20 and a fairly busy road, so traffic noise can be an issue.

We were put in a room with no power. When maint finally, the got the power on. But it went back out. We finally got a new room. But the mgr was supposed to call me and they didn’t.

There needs to be a serious update of amenities. The cleaning staff and maintenance workers all spoke no English. The building interior was under construction. Other then that we slept well.

The renovation was in the way of having a nice breakfast but instead was crammed into a meeting room. However the room was very nice, clean. At breakfast, the staff was very attentive to what foods/drinks needed to be added if it was about to run out. Very friendly front desk staff

The location is nothing special, but simply a building and a parking lot cut out of a piece of property between a mall and the interstate. However, I picked this hotel for the value, becuase I was a on business trip. The building exterior and lobby is under renovation, so the parking lot is full of construction equipment and materials, construction tape, and the lobby was gutted. This is perfectly understandable due to the work. No compaints! The staff at the desk were super nice, check in was quick, and the room was ready. The facility is pretty worn, but hopefully as the work progresses, the goal is for the entire building to see some love. The issues we had were not with the desk staff or the construction but simple expectations of common services. The first issues we found was a broken coffee pot. the switch was completely gone, so for our first round of java, we treked downstairs to the breakfast area. The second was a failure to refresh the room after the first night. We returned late in the evening after being gone the first day to find that the towels/washclothes used the night before had not been refeshed. The staff was quick to hand me another set for all three of us. The third was when I needed to call the front desk to check on a request for a plunger only to find that the room's phone was not functioning. So that involved another trek down to the lobby. Maybe the stay will be better after the renovations, who knows? For me, I will plan on staying at another brand

Although there was major exterior and some interior construction going on, it didn't disturb my stay which I was extremely surprised & grateful for.

Property is under renovations both interior and exterior. Very limited facilities available during stay. E.g., fitness center and other primary facilities under reconstruction. Staff does it well to service what is available.

We will never stay at this particular hotel again. The experience was awful! There were people smoking cigarettes and marijuana right outside the front door! We are severely allergic to smoke and it set our sinuses off!

Air conditioning did not work was hot and the bed not that comfortable. Our room did not have a microwave or mini fridge. Water was very hot. Our room was towards the back, we can hear the highway traffic. We did not get to try the breakfast. The ice machine on our floor 3rd was broken. Other than that quite, I did like the small convenient store like in the lobby. They have refreshments for sale, snacks, pain relief pills and cleaning supplies spray small bottles but convenient.

Overall, we considered this property and stay average for hotels. Beds were not very comfortable and room appearance was “ok”. No vent fan in the bathroom, which we found surprising. We also found the “we lock this door” sign on the main entrance a bit concerning. Apparently after dark the hotel is not located in a very safe area, or it could be just the city overall.
