The hotel is located in a good area. All of the hotel employees that we encountered during our stay were very friendly. Our room was very clean and while I didn't expect that it would be, the bed was actually comfortable. The a/c worked as it should. The breakfast area was clean, well stocked, the food was really good and the employees made sure there was plenty for everyone. In case you're a coffee lover, I can promis you'll want more than 1 cup and it's available 24/7. No place is perfect and I know that, however, I didn't find a single thing to dislike. I do think the lighting in the room could have been a tiny bit better.

Location was easy access to I-20 as my family and I were traveling from Greenville, SC to Tuscaloosa, AL. Check in was quick and friendly. The room was clean w/ a spacious bathroom. The continental breakfast was better than expected with hot and cold options to choose from.

Great location, Waffle House right across the street. Spacious room, great beds and pillows. Service was awesome. The wifi was up and down all the time, made it challenging to work remote form the room.

There are 3 hotels within walking distance. This property is the better choice. I was initially concerned about cleanliness but the room and common areas met my expectations. Great choice.

The pool wasn’t open and no where did it state it was closed - 85 degrees for some is very hot with no where to wind down and relax once back at the hotel

All was excellent. To be nitpicky the room we had was by the elevators, so you knew when they were going up and down if the TV was off due to some noise.

The morning staff at the desk was ok but the housekeeping was horrible, they did not change Our sheets on our beds, the trash was still there when we came back from our event. And the sheets looked like they never been changed, there were spots on the pillow cases etc. The night staff was amazing they gave us clean sheets to put on our beds and they were just great.

The room I was in had to have been above the laundry. The floor was vibrating and constantly humming. It was very noisy.

The room was nice and bed very comfortable. The bathroom was super clean. The staff were friendly, nice & welcoming. The only issue was the smell of cigarettes upon arrival in the lobby of the hotel. Also the breakfast station ran out of food and we had to wait more than 15mins for food to be refilled.

Just a few months back in DEC I'd give them 5 stars for service and cleanliness. This we got a room that just seemed dated. The toilet ran both days and the sink pooled water when we used it. I was very disappointed considering last time we stayed i thought fornsure this would be my no braoner choice when I go down to visit family.

The room was clean and nice. But the bed had a bad spot in it. It’s like a person just constantly layed in that one spot. So it pretty much was wore out. It needs to be replaced.

Overall this hotel was decent. However, check-in was at 3pm and when we arrived at 3:45pm, our rooms still weren't ready and we had to wait 15 mins. The breakfast options could be much better as the eggs, omelets, turkey patties, and sausage links werent cooked thoroughly. I certainly wouldn't stay at this hotel for the breakfast options.

With everything being far in atlanta area, this location was great for everywhere we wanted to go. It was close to everything you could think of for food! It was very clean then I realized. This was not one of those lazy hotels pretending to preserve resources not cleaning your room. They clean the room daily. I hadnt seen that in years and I'm sure that is the reason the room was ACTUALLY clean. Kudos to this place. Especially set in a city where customer service doesnt exist

This is a mixed review. Room was clean and comfortable. But the heater was so loud I got very little sleep. I don’t know if all their rooms are that loud. Other than the noise the stay would have been excellent.

Clean & quiet, but they need to cook their breakfast better. The sausage links & turkey patties look drastically undercooked even if they met temperatures.

The Staff was wonderful and the property was clean quite and well lite I would stay again need better choices for breakfast but I loved the never ending coffee shop self servicing coffee machine

I would have preferred a handicap grab bar in the tub/shower area. Due to the slope of the interior of the tub entering and especially exiting the tub was dangerous. Location of your facility was very convenient to major roadways and local streets.

We couldn't open our blinds because work crews were on lift trucks right outside our window. Very noisy and inconvenient and we were never told about it, even at check in. Breakfast was advertised as having meats and eggs, and there were none when we came down Sunday morning. For what we paid for 3 days it was a terrible experience.

This establishment is clean and the staff overall was great. The breakfast was limited the staff didn’t replace it on time. They had construction workers working on the outside of the property that I found disruptive to traffic and privacy to myself as they were working near window

I stay at this hotel several times a year. Everytime I have been there, I have observed staff eating the food and drinking the coffee for guests. The food runs out and guests dont get food or coffee because the staff èaþs

The price is affordable, and the breakfast is nothing new; it's the same as it was years ago. They don't have fresh fruit like they used to, the bathroom shower didn't work well, and the bed was uncomfortable, a bit sunken in and very uncomfortable. Otherwise, everything was fine.

Bathrooms need higher toilets and ventilation. Room needs updated charging ports and TV’s that can access streaming apps, as well as, better lighting. Overall a decent place for a short stay.

The problems we encountered were, the rest room toilet in the room was clogged when we finally got to the room after going to get a meal, and the front desk gave us a plunger to fix the clog!!! We had not used the rest room yet! The was a man in one of the rooms that just kept coughing and throwing up all night! It really felt like he had Covid or something! Anyway, the cleaning staff the next morning just kept slamming rooms doors starting around 7 or 8 on the morning, no taking into consideration, that there still may be guests sleeping! Terrible experience, and I stay at Holiday inn express always when I go out of town!

the bathroom was new, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was hot and many options for everyone. They also had a pool I'm not sure if it was open, it was hot enough to swim anyway but nice to know there is an option.

My day was wonderful. The only thing that I see and I’ve noticed it all Holiday Inn is the bathtubs are so slick when you try to shower, but you slide around and you could fall. That’s a big concern of mine considering I’m a high risk for falling other than that, everything was wonderful

This property was a good stay if it was cleaned properly.. my bed was clean but my carpet was dirty the bathroom floor was stinky and sticky the room smelled like heavy urine literally.. I tried to make my stay less stressful I went to Walmart and bought a few sprays to clean the bathroom and floors and tried to rest, long story short the smell of weed and urine all night just wasn’t the best so I ended up checking out at 4:00 in the morning..

Room was clean, but room needed maintenance. They tried to upgrade to look like newer properties, but went cheap and didn't fix cracked ceiling with leak stains.🤔 It looked like popcorn ceiling about to fall off.

The day was nice. The hotel was clean in the associates was nice always had a smile on their face. I will definitely stay at the hotel again.

Cons: Unstaffed lobby. When we checked in there was 2 staff members to greet us and check us in. When we came back down to go to our event downtown, we noticed no lobby staff. When we returned from our event no lobby staff. When we came down the next morning for breakfast no lobby staff. At checkout again there was no lobby staff. The check out process consisted of a bucket in which the guests were to place their keycards in, in hopes you get checked out in time. This was worrisome for me as I’d prefer to check out with a staff member and acquire my recipe for my stay. All was good in the end though as we were checked out without any additional issues and/or charges. ALSO, on a much bigger note and why missing front staff is an issue. My husband had cereal from the included breakfast buffet. This is something he has often at every Holiday Inn we stay at. This particular stay he became ill from the milk. He mentioned it tasted a bit off, but the milk was in date. No sooner than he finished the bowl of cereal the bathroom called his name. There was no staff that we could find to inform them of the incident so we proceeded to leave our keycard in the bucket and leave.

This was one of the cleanest hotels we have ever stayed in. The breakfast had a wide choice of breakfast foods. The bed was comfortable.
