Very lovely spot to stay a few days. The staff is friendly and helpful. They get 5 gold stars. The bed is super comfy. The location is superb. There is a great sidewalk along the waterway to walk each day, with an easy walk to shopping, ice cream, restaurants. I recommend the Living Room. Don’t forget to visit the rooftop bar as the view is great. Dunedin is a great day to spend an afternoon and evening.

Our room was spotless and very comfortable. The Fenway has been beautifully renovated while keeping its historic ambiance. Staff were quick to respond to all requests and the welcoming raspberry mimosa was delicious!

My husband's poached eggs were overcooked. Our standard king room was small, could have had another chair. The shower head in the bathroom was not placed in a good location. You needed to get into the shower to turn the water on because the door was fixed near the faucet.

Extremely overpriced for the quality of the property. I’d say it’s worth no more than $200 per night. Definitely not the $600+ that we paid for 1 night. Linens could definitely use replacing or some bleach. Everything looked dingy. Only positive was the location. Will not be staying here again.

The Hotel is very nice! Staff excellent!! Chef Peter and Dinner innovative and exceptional!
- 4/5
No convience store, all snacks you needed to buy off sight or pay for from the in room bar at pretty stupid prices Restaurants/bars did not open till mid to late afternoon Not open on Monday and Tuesday Short walk to the ballpark, like 5 minutes

Great hotel. Great staff. Great dining and bar. Loved the rooftop sunset.
- 5/5
The hotel is also a 10 minute walk to great restaurants downtown and five minutes to the baseball stadium.

I love this place. The staff is enthusiastic and kind. The food id delicious. The location is perfect. I fully expect to return.

Location, cleanliness, friendly staff, comfortable bed. We were on first floor and at 8:30 am they were using a leaf blower outside our window. Also when I showered I had very little hot water. Windy so the roof top bar was closed.

The Fenway is consistently excellent. Beautiful and clean rooms with great amenities; excellent staff; excellent bar and dining; excellent location; and a really funky vibe that makes it stand out.

The history of the hotel was cool The bathroom floor was wonky, floor seemed mushy and mold in corners of bathroom ceiling

Breakfast - terrible, location- average Hi-Fi bar food. No room service. Not enough seating in room. Bathroom sized for midgets.

We were actually disappointed in this hotel. We have stayed in a lot of autograph hotels but felt this one was not that nice. The room was very plain and devoid of charm and faced the parking lot. I think that as a hotels.com gold member and Bonvoy member we would get a nicer room. I do not like the sinks with the sharp, square corners at all. I banged my elbow on one of these some years ago at another hotel and it took eight months to feel better. There are some cool things to see, being a historic hotel. The elevator lever and speak easy entrance are interesting. The pool area is not that impressive either. Good check in service.

Hotel Staff was very kind and excellent, bartenders upstairs were overworked and one was a little rude but overall great experience.
- 4/5
Nice food and a nice sunset. It is loud and crowded
- 5/5
Was able to check in early, get to the pool and relax.Great front desk staff. Beautiful roof top bar and super sunset.Merry Christmas

We were there for only one night to celebrate our anniversary and we had a wonderful stay. The hotel was very close to downtown for us to enjoy. Check in was easy and staff was friendly. We only had one slight hiccup and saw a cockroach in our bathroom however it disappeared down the drain before we could call to have it taken care of. Otherwise the room was very clean and we had no further issues. We would stay again if we are in the area.
- 4/5
The staff in general were friendly, professional and really provided a good customer experience. The food was excellent and we ate most meals there. The room decor was furnished beautifully. It was our first time visiting the Fenway and it was overall a great experience and we will return. we were in room 222 which evidently was just below the rooftop bar area. That created somewhat of a noise issue during the day although we were all right at nite. The bartender at the rooftop bar AND the bartender in the lobby could benefit from some customer service training. In both instances, we were left with the impression they were doing us a favor in bringing us a drink. Their customer service skills when compared to the rest of the staff we interacted with were mediocre at best. In addition The quality of the drinks seemed to reflect their attitude. not a good experience.

The rooftop bar was under construction and a bit dangerous. This needs to be noted in the Expedia listing. Looks like it’s going to be a while before they are done. Again, a misleading photo on Expedia showing an expansive beautiful space was not so. For the price, this hotel was disappointing.
- 5/5
Loved the hotel and the location. Only downfall was the remodeling in the rooftop bar.
- 5/5

Beautiful hotel convenient to Downtown Dunedin. The staff was welcoming and helpful. We enjoyed the rooftop bar (even though it was under construction) and appreciated the friendly valet staff for their promptness. Great stay, we hope to visit again!

Friendly, highly accommodating staff. Honest, accountable. I had forgotten a very valuable item in the room, and the staff had turned it in to Lost and Found!
- 5/5
The coffee pot did not always work and the sliding glass door in the bathroom was not easy to slide. The cleaning person was most helpful

Great place, been here several times, always nice.

Quirky and cool.

Always loved the view of the property —the views from the roof top are awesome —the dinning was world class—I’m local from the area

- 5/5
The property was beautiful, room was spacious, and the staff were all very friendly. The rooftop bar was a special treat, and the sunset celebration each night was a blast. Definitely the nicest place to stay in Dunedin.
- 5/5
Room was cozy. Very comfortable bed and pillows.
- 4.5/5
Parking should be free.
- 5/5
Excellent stay. Love the location.
- 5/5
Everything was great. I especially liked the bar in the lobby-a quiet option for a night cap after dinner. My husband had an espresso and I had a really lovely old fashioned. The whole staff was really sweet, easy to communicate with and the room was immaculate. I also recommend the chèvre grits. We will be back!
- 5/5
This property was everything I hoped that it would be! The service was exceptional. We were greeted every time we walked by the front desk and welcomed back if we left the hotel it was a nice touch. The rooms were clean. The hotel itself is just beautiful, it’s like stepping back in time in a good way. We had a room facing the gulf, which was an added bonus. And watching the sunset from the rooftop bar was amazing. A solid A+
- 5/5
Fantastic weekend. Everyone at the hotel was so nice. They had a roof top bar and chairs out front to watch the sunset. Walkable distance from downtown!
- 2/5
Staff asked me to provide identifications twice when room door was not working. Made me wait till hotel manager verify my presence and identification. I felt second-class. Rooftop waiter and waitress ignored us or not listening us clearly. Food was not good.
- 5/5
Quick staycation, we do this often and we love this place
- 5/5
The hotel was clean and staff was friendly. You are greeted with champagne at check-in and there is a rooftop bar that has amazing views of the gulf.
- 5/5
Beautiful property. Well maintained and convenient to downtown Dunedin. We enjoyed watching the sunset from the rooftop bar. Highly recommend.
- 2/5
Not a nice hotel. It’s not in good condition. Doesn’t look or feel clean. Not worth the price at all. Food is quite poor as well. Do not stay here!
- 4/5
It had character.
- 3/5
Everything was great- staff, restaurants, facilities-except our non-smoking room which reeked of smoke.
- 5/5
Rooftop Bar excellent service!!! The Dining Room staff food and service above and beyond! Check-in smooth kind and efficient. This place is everything you want a boutique hotel to be!
- 5/5
Very attentive staff. Very clean property, with a very comfortable bed. A 10 minute walk to Dunedin made exploring a breeze.
- 5/5
Everything about The Fenway Hotel was excellent, the rooms, the staff, and the entertainment; however, the food at the restaurant was expensive and not the best quality.
- 5/5
Must smell in hotel topped with perfume infused over the musty smell.
- 2/5
Staff took a while to accommodate…needs updating and rooms are small…
- 5/5
It was a great experience, I’m pretty certain one of the valet drivers scratched my car, it wasn’t there when I got to the hotel. Keep make sure to look over your car and or video it before leaving it with them.
- 3/5
I expected much more given the cost of the room. Nothing exceptional but nothing wrong either.
- 5/5
It was cold out the couple days we were there so we couldn’t use the roof top
- 5/5
The history and qualiry
- 5/5
I would have thought there’d be a fitness center but the staff was so thoughtful and kind
- 5/5
Had an absolutely wonderful stay in this historic hotel. Right on the water, walking distance to downtown Dunedin with all the shops and restaurants you can ask for. Everyone at the front desk was lovely and helpful! The room was great. Just a fantastic experience and I would definitely go back!
- 5/5
We were there for just one night but enjoyed everything the hotel had to offer, free champagne at check-in, nice rooftop lounge and easy walk into town. We even enjoyed a Halloween parade while we were there.
- 5/5
Charming and casual. The staff was excellent as was the dinning
- 5/5
We've stayed at a lot of hotels in the area but this was by far our best experience. The hotel has been updated and has great modern amenities. Walking distance to Downton Dunedin is really convenient. The sunsets view from the rooftop bar and from our room were stunning. Will definitely be returning.
- 5/5
Everything was top shelf from check in to departure. Roof top sunset view from the bar was spectacular.
- 4/5
Very small room for the price. Bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. Staff is very nice. Small bathroom with zero counter space on which to put your toiletries. The thing I disliked the most was that there is no self parking. Valet parking is free, but every time you go out you have to tip the valets. Gets very expensive after a while if you like to go back to your hotel multiple times during the day.

From the moment that we got to Fenway it was great. Great front desk, great bar staff, relaxing pool, clean and spacious rooms. Couldn't ask for a better place for R&R.
- 5/5
Absolutely fabulous property!!
- 4/5
The staff was great! Very helpful and very polite
- 5/5
Loved rooftop bar!
- 5/5
Great rroms and amenities.
- 3/5
We just couldn't get the timing right here between the open hours of the rooftop, the good service hours of the restaurant, and a wedding going on while we were there. Staff was either limited or not very accommodating. They got our count wrong and didn't give us enough towels. Other than that, beautiful place and good food.
- 5/5
Stayed here as this was my son’s wedding venue. Fantastic staff, comfortable bed and beautiful room. Was offered a champagne type drink upon arrival and bottled water upon checking out.
- 5/5
Property is perfectly located near downtown Dunedin. Dunedin is amazing! Local shops, food is great everywhere.Hotel staff was great. Chophouse located in the hotel is a must try.

We loved staying at the Fenway. The hotel is great, staff was amazing and we could walk into town easily. We had a minor issue with our original room and was immediately moved to a new room with a waterfront view.
- 5/5
Very nice hotel, everyone was very personable. Loved the welcome cocktail! Great location!
- 5/5
Very cool retro hotel loved the rooftop bar ( especially at sunset )
- 5/5
Go for the comfortable, clean, well-appointed room, and stay for the DELICIOUS restaurant (dinner & breakfast) AND especially the staff! I had 5 interactions with staff at various places (check-in, restaurant, housekeeping) ALL of them have been friendly & over-the-top helpful. The live music welcomes guests- three nites here are not enough!
- 5/5
Fabulous resort. Love the vibe and the food and drink options. We stayed for my husbands birthday and they treated him like royalty - so many nice gifts and special touches that made our two night stay extra special. The only thinks that could have been improved was the lack of friendliness with the valet service. They always seemed slightly annoyed - never saw a smile or any level of hospitality that we experienced inside the resort.
- 5/5
Excellent all the way around. Fantastic customer service, rooftop bar was great, and love that it is a short walk to shops/restaurants.
- 5/5
Friendly staff
- 4/5
Room was clean and updated. Pool area lacks view and is surrounded by building on three sides. All parking is valet at $18/day. Through our stay we wished we were able to self park and more easily come and go with car.
- 5/5
There is no better place to stay in Dunedin than the Fenway. The staff is incredible, the rooms are updated and comfortable, the restaurant chefs and wait staff are amazing, and music most weekend nights!!!
- 5/5
We loved our stay at the Fenway. It was in quiet neighborhood right on the water. The walking path along the water was nice. The hotel room had everything we needed for a one night stay. The live music in the evening was enjoyable. We would stay again!
- 2/5
The staff was great; but it stops there. The furniture in the suite was dirty, particularly the cloth covered couch which was filthy. We were on the 2nd floor; in the evening we could hear the clumping from upstairs. --- The fold out queen size bed was a wreck to sleep on. Enough said.
- 3/5
historic, room suite to small dated, sofa warn and dirty. cheap toilet paper, coffee pot didn't work ask for another said didn't have one ?? restaurant expensive.
- 4/5
The hotel is a beautiful property! The staff was professional and personable. They need to replace their bath towels. They seemed old and were a rough to the touch.
- 5/5
Our stay was wonderful! Beautiful hotel and friendly staff!
- 5/5
Beautiful property, friendly staff, love the rooms. Snacks, water and liquor options in room, a/c is cold and my favorites, big bathroom and ceiling fan above bed. HEW chophouse is delicious. Hifi rooftop bar is perfect for relaxing and enjoying a drink while looking at the water or the sun set. Great vibe and feel throughout the property.
- 2/5
I want to start by saying the staff was great! The hotel is a beautiful property with lots of history and the location was super convenient. Having said that, I would not stay there again, nor would I recommend The Fenway. Our room had an unpleasant, musty odor that was obviously the dirty, stained carpet. The towels and sheets were stained. They smelled clean but had dark chocolate colored stains. Also, the coffee maker in the room needs to be put out of its misery and replaced. All of this would have been fine at the Motel 8 by the interstate for $69 a night but for what I paid at The Fenway, I could have done much much better.
- 5/5
it was my husband’s 50th birthday weekend. We absolutely loved our stay at the Fenway!! Appreciated that the bartender served us in the pool on Friday. That was a plus! They definitely get a 5 star from us!! Really enjoyed the town, too.
- 5/5
Nice hotel, loved the roof top bar, sunsets are great up there.
- 5/5
The history of this beautiful Hotel was very interesting. It was wonderful to stay here. The front of the hotel faces the water and is just unique to sit and watch the sunset. The bar area on the third floor was really nice and the bartenders were too. What I didn't like was that the two girls had to cart all the bottles etc. themselves. They should have help at the end of the night. Its another job for someone.
- 5/5
This hotel was fantastic. We will definitely stay there again. Close to everything in Dunedin.
- 5/5
Awesome location for local events. Staff is awesome. Homey atmosphere.
- 5/5
The employees from the valets, front desk, bar tenders, staff, servers were second to none. This is a class act resort with staff that care with genuine kindness about the quest experience at every level. I have already contacted my friends and family insisting everyone come here and experience this hotel and the wonderful city of Dunedin.
- 5/5
Wonderful.
- 3/5
For 400 plus a night the carpets were filthy and ripped. The manager made it up by moving us to a little less ripped carpeted room and much bigger. I’ve stayed in many Wyndhams and Hiltons and I wish I had this time. Come on…for that money this place should be as shiny as a new penny. It was not. Do not expect a perfect room here. The Hampton Inn on the Causeway is a lot nicer and roomier. A bit cheaper too.
- 5/5
Fun stay. Rooftop bar is awesome. The staff is very accommodating.
- 5/5
Very nice
- 3/5
Quality and menu choices were sub standard for this level of a hotel.
- 5/5
It was unique
- 5/5
Very pricey, menu is quite limited for breakfast and dinner , do not recycle anything We stayed 2 weeks which longer than we should have stayed. Staff is excellent and helpful. Need grab bars and towel bars in bathroom
- 5/5
We really enjoyed our stay at the Fenway we have been many times, and alway find it very relaxing. Our only disappointment was being given a room overlooking the A/C units, they ran all night and created a 'hum' which distrubed our sleep. I will definitely return for future stays but would avoid room 276.
- 5/5
Great hotel and staff
- 5/5
A great stay in an old traditional Florida hotel.
- 5/5
Impressed on overall cleanliness. Beds very soft, slept well. Enjoyed being on ground floor. Valet were friendly and helpful. Rented bicycles were fun on the walk/bike trail running north to south. We will definitely stay again!
- 5/5
The property was great. The staff was nice, the bar, rooftop and inside were chill. Love this little property even with weddings going in it never felt crowded. Very chill vibe at the pool.
- 5/5
We stayed one night just as a small getaway. It was awesome!
- 5/5
They exceeded any expectations I had and multiplied by 1000. Bravo
- 5/5
Beautiful refurbished old building. Great location. Funky, music-themed decor. Comfortable bed and sheets. Bathroom lighting is really bad--even the makeup mirror is dim, so no good place to shave or put makeup on. Nice strong shower though. Staff very friendly and helpful.
- 5/5
Great for quick, quiet getaways in a walkable area that's got great views. Enjoyed the pool and the service there.
- 5/5
The hotel is beautiful, close to town with a gorgeous view. The meals were delicious for breakfast and dinner. We also had drinks at the sky bar. Terrific time!
- 5/5
Our favorite Dunedin spot. We love to find any excuse to stay. The food and bars are great, the rooms are excellent and the whole staff is wonderful.
- 5/5
Great time for our Anniversary. We will come back. Love Dunedin
- 5/5
Very beautiful resort with friendly staff
