The room was nice and spacious. A decent variety for breakfast options. A fair number of options for television viewing. Quiet location, away from traffic. We expected housekeeping but that did not happen. If we had known this we would have made our bed before leaving for the day. Perhaps we did not read some fineprint. Thankfully, there was an extra set of towels in the bathroom.

Just the paper thin walls and door between the rooms was a nightmare. I had the worst sleep (both nights) this happened. You could hear EVERYTHING! I mean EVERYTHING going on next door. Good luck if you want a peaceful nights rest. We had room 323 for reference.

The location was very good for our purpose, the room was nice and clean. Once we had to tell reception that our toilet was not working, and our wifi was very poor or nonexistent for all our stay.

We were very disappointed staying here after paying about $1500 for a week. Room service was terrible after repeatedly complaining they may just pick up the trash but room was not made up. Property was poorly maintained elevator not functioning for a day. Breakfast was ok but not much seating for the breakfast.

Amazing stay. Came to stay with my mom and she is a crazy snoring machine and I couldn't find ear plugs the night desk worker helped me by Google and calling stores and found me war plugs. I definitely will be back!

Location and walking across the street to view the sunset. This is the most unfriendly “pet friendly” place. You pay extra for a pet under 25 lbs and cannot leave them in your room, be at the pool, take them to breakfast. What do you get for the $75 fee? We were above the carport entrance and the lights came thru the window all night long. The front desk ladies were no where near friendly any of the times we walked thru the door. Head down or looking at the computer. “Hope you enjoyed your stay”. was the longest sentence the was spoken. I read reviews prior to booking, perhaps they were created and not by true guests. The room was nice, but what’s with the furnishings in the living room side. No pillows on the couch and the tv sat on an empty leftover unit that looked like an unfinished, undecorated space. It felt like an afterthought or storage unit. You echoed when you spoke and it felt unwelcoming and cold. Maybe add some paper towels in the kitchen with some dish soap.

Breakfast menu was mostly the same every day, except for biscuits and gravy a couple of days. Parking was safe. Staff was great. Pool was not heated, which was needed this time of year because it was in shade a lot of the day.

The room has a leak over the refrigerator and the tv in the bedroom didn’t work. The room was clean and the breakfast was fine. The exterior was unkempt with trash around!

Poolside and pool could use more lounge chairs and they weren’t very comfy. Not the cleanest looking pool. Hot tun was sub par. Looked dirty. Staff were terrific. Room floors were not scrubbed clean. My Sox were black from walking in them for a short time.

Musty smell in the rooms, it worked for what we needed last minute but pretty expensive. Also the couch smelled terrible and needed a good cleaning. It wasn’t nice to sit on and definitely not good for sleeping on.

However, there was a noticeable issue with humidity in both the bathroom and the room itself. Although there were dehumidifiers placed in the hallways to help manage it, the humidity was still present inside the room. Overall, a good stay with a few areas that could be improved.

Hotel was amazingly clean and well kept. Rooms were very large and shower was great with lots of hot water. My only complaint is the coffee was horrible, I recommend upgrading this part of the complimentary breakfast.

The room and the grounds were clean. Very nice staff at check in. My husband used the hot tub both days we were there. It is located across the street from the water so we walked a few times a day. Close to Dunedin which is a cute town. The breakfast was good. The only downside was the shower head. Water sprayed all over.

Bed made noise while laying on it. They missed oI room one day for housekeeping.

Check in was easy with really nice staff. Hot tub was nice. Pool was cold but it is November. Breakfast was good, hot. Sausage gravy and biscuits our first morning. View of the gulf. King room was spacious with walk in shower.

The TV remotes were bad and after 3 attempts we got one to work but no tv guide, etc. Accessing internet was very difficult. The hardest part was zero hot water for showers. The general manager was not apologetic or helpful in the least. The night manager at least tried to help us but senior management didn't really have any customer service skills and was quite rude.

While we liked the cleanliness of the hotel and the fact that there was no carpet in the room, we had a couple of issues. The air condition was so noisy (think truck running through bedroom) that we had to turn it off to be able to sleep. Breakfast was mediocre at best. Unidentifiable eggs with absolutely no taste, soft sausages, stale and dry bagels, cheapest toast, cheap yogurt (with plenty of unhealthy additives) etc etc. Next time we would just skip breakfast entirely and go somewhere else. Staff were very friendly and always there to help, kudos to all employees!

The rooms are newly renovated, and offer a ton of space! The breakfast was fresh and had real food choices! The beds are soft and the hotel was very clean! Great experience with the staff all were very nice!

Great place for a 2 or 3 night stay. Can stay longer if working for extended period of time, since there is laundry room available.

The hotel was in a good location since we spent time in Dunedin and Clearwater. The room/bed were comfortable. The breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast- the woman who was over keeping everything supplied did a great job. Front desk was great. They don’t supply any body wash, only soap. Weird. The pool was ok- small and not extremely clean. Hot tub was not clean and smelled incredibly of chlorine.

The front desk staff on duty when we checked in was very friendly. I appreciated the smooth process. The manager was very accomodating and made our stay enjoyable.

the TV options were horrendous. I got out of spectrum and now use Roku and stream for free tubi and Pluto .

Nice stay

I do not recommend this place. I booked for two days and could only stay one night. There is too much noise, shouting, fighting, and the smell of marijuana. The beds are dirty and full of a damp smell. The service is terrible, giving you attitude. I had to leave early, receiving a response from the manager, Briam, that the money was non-refundable.

There’s no other way to put it what to make it short and sweet…….. We absolutely loved our stay. I would recommend this hotel to anyone of my friends or family… thank you so much for the hospitality and the wonderful everything………….. even had me pull my motorcycle into the carport because it was supposed to rain. Pure quality and kindness.

My Experience was very fulfilling as the Check in was perfeect and the room was a Water view to watch the Sunset!! Was Spectacular experience in all matters!!

Not a convenient area at all if you dont have transportation.No restaurants nearby. Shower had terrible water pressure in our room. Breakfast was the same processed food all hotels have. My daughters and i were running a few minutes behind and someone came to our door twice in 15 minutes to see if we were leaving. Like chill out,we keft at 1120.

The hotel is awesome! It is five minutrs from the beach. There is a walking path and the bay is across the street. The pool is smaller but hot tub makes it work. It is a great value and service is top notch.

Our tv in the main bedroom didn’t work, went downstairs to ask someone to come up and take a look. Tv never got working

Our room was clean and pretty quiet considering we were bybthe elevator. We had an issue with our tv that was addressed and correctes. Our AC nver got our room cold. The pool is very small and the spa was pool temperature

Pretty nice size rooms.

The room had lots of space, large tv screen, and was very comfortable. Breakfast ready at 6AM too. Staff was very friendly and the kids loved the pool!

Everything was good except there was a smell of chlorine and it gave us a headache. They did not have premium channels and the tv stopped working on our last day. They brought in another one and placed it on the table right under the broken one. Other than that it was a good stay.

My son found a cockroach under the bed. We notified to front desk and immediately they proceeded to switch us to another room.

I got there in the evening. Asked if I could have the keys set aside for my friend for the next morning was told yes so that was very very nice so I wasn’t woken up at 6 o’clock in the morning banging on the door to give him a key. Also asked for a late check out and was granted that until noon. That was very nice since my friend worked all night and that extra hour sleep was wonderful.

This hotel was an excellent choice. It was close to downtown Dunedin, close to downtown Clearwater, and that made it easy to reach the beach. It is quiet. The front desk help was superb as well. I highly recommend this hotel if you don't want to stay on the beach with all the commotion that constantly goes on.

Wendy at front desk was friendly, accommodating, went over and beyond making sure our stay was good. Rooms have microwave, frig, coffee maker, shelf with usb to charge cell phone by room door, shower with sliding doors, shampoo on pump bottle attached to wall in shower, alot of outlets to charge electronics, table next to each side of king bed, clock, desk with comfortable chair, couch with pullout bed. Only con was initial room in had odor and door handle in bathroom not working however front desk staff let us change rooms and the room moved into was great and quiet. Trolley stop right in front of property on Edgewater will take you to downtown Dunedin. Nice park across the street you can walk along the water.

They did offer me another room but after having an asthma attack walking in from the chemicals they sprayed to get rid of the clogged toilet smell, staying in another room and listening to the dog barking like crazy in one of the rooms is not something you want to do. Everything was great from the time we arrived. Great hospitality. The room was cleaned daily, towels restocked & they had plenty of shampoo, conditioner and lotion already in the room. Overall a wonderful experience.

Great stay 5 stars. If I had t be picky: breakfast on Sunday morning was sloppy. No fruit, no eggs. Lady didnt seem to give a care. Monday morning was excellent!!! Saw an Osprey poolside!

It was a great room with friends to stay in, only issue was that it had a cockroach but nothing too bad. Gym was mid, breakfast was okay, but the pool I liked. Room service cleaned our room everyday which was awesome. Solid place to stay for vacation.

When we first arrived we were told by the front desk they were giving us a room but had to switch rooms in day 2 of our 3 night stay then we discovered mold in our room by the window. The hotel public areas were so full of perfumed spray. The beds were way to firm and are a double when they advertise a queen. The pullout couch mattress smelled of urine.

Everyone was so nice but I feel I should not the following. Maybe these were one-off, unique to us but we ran into some sketchy folks. Shirtless guy running down the hall by our room chasing his dog. Big pit bull getting on the small elevator "he likes to jump on people", so I waited to get on the next one. We had to call the front desk because of loud fighting and profanity next door. Marijuana smell often in the hall. I was fine with the issues but my wife would not stay here again.

Nice hotel, right across the street from the bay, just a few miles from Dunedin which has the cutest town, great restaurants and shopping. There is a bridge just a few blocks that takes you over to the island. The hotel was clean, nice comfy beds, good breakfast with waffles, bacon, sausage, biscuits and gravy. Would stay there again!

The staff at the hotel were friendly and very polite. The breakfast was also very nice. Due to heavy rainfall in the evening, the lift was out of service so had to take the service stairs to get to the room with all the luggage. The only think I need to say was that this area smelled alot. Not sure if the carpet had ever been cleaned but it smelled terrible and very damp. Another guest also said the same thing to me. Aside from this, the room was adequate in size and was very clean.

The ac is cloud and the bed is making a noise also.

The hotel was clean and beautiful inside, its across from a beautiful walking path. On a busy street so a bit hard to turn in and out of but not impossible.
