The timing of our stay and not having hot tub and pool being available.

Hotel room was good but the pool/hot tub were out of order. This was one of the main reasons we booked our stay here. So it was disappointing for my kids. But besides that it’s a nice place to stay at.

So heartbreaking seeing all the disappointment in the children as families check in and are told the pool is down for the summer. Never again Best Western you have disappointed me and my family for the very last time!

Hotel was nice, however, got a txt message from front desk staff while I was on the plane to destination for them to ask when I will be there and that the pool, spa and gym where closed until September!!! Like WTH??? Too late to change hotels and the plan has not landed yet!

Conveniently located and a very quiet stay. We will definitely stay here again.

Hotel staff pleasant and helpful. Overall, good stay. Parts of the hotel were updated, others seemed not so. Mattress was thin. Fitness machines need updating - loud and unsteady. The hotel however, gives free access to 24 hr fitness center 1 mile away. Like I said, overall I was happy with the stay.

Pool and hot tub were closed.

Unfortunately the spa was inoperable which is one of the reasons why we booked this hotel. We did have a Whirlpool tub in our room and were able to use that instead. Still disappointing to not have the hotel spa available. Otherwise an excellent stay.

Friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, and property was well maintained. Beautiful pool. We were disappointed the hot tub was not working as that played a big factor in booking the hotel other than that would definitely recommend.

Amazing breakfast! Wonderful pool! Room was 8/10, clean but bed was so uncomfortable. Couch was better but so close to the floor, desk chair was broken and couldn’t raisenit up higher. Bathroom and amenities like tv, microwave, fridge, coffee maker all great. Well worth the stay.

Quite neighborhood, few dinning choices within walking distance.

My personal opinion of the bed was extremely firm. I found it uncomfortable to get comfortable. The room was great, food was great, staff were helpful, and professional. The room was clean and well put together.

They even called us when we accidentally forgot some medicine in our room. We were able to recover it quickly thanks to their great team. Thanks!

Friendly, warm and comfy hotel. Nice rooms. Good breakfast. Good location near by of I5 freeway. Close to Olympia but not far from Seattle for a small retreat. Hot tub was out of service. But pool was nice.

The staff were so kind and knowledgeable. Aniva was very helpful and answered all my questions! You could tell the hotel was kept and maintained well. The breakfast was good and felt like a home away from home while traveling for work.

Room was spotless. The jacuzzi was clean and very nice addition to the suite.

Nice area I can go golf and jogging every day.

Everything was neat and clean. My only nitpick would be that there was not extra toilet paper available (the existing toilet paper was very low.) The staff was super friendly and very helpful.

Excellent spot with helpful staff, clean rooms, and a streaming TV. I think literally the single most detrimental thing I could say about the whole stay was that there were two remotes, and the one that didn't work was in front of the TV and the one that did work was in a drawer in the nightstand. This will probably be our go-to spot moving forward.

The staff was very courteous and helpful. The breakfast in the morning was clean and maintained. I will definitely return because everything met expectations.

Staff is so nice

The front desk staff were nice and courteous. The room was plenty big, clean, and comfortable. The lodging is about 1 mile from I5. The breakfast was one of the best we have had. It offered small waffles and pancakes and every morning there would be 1 couple of hot items to chose from in addition to chilled items.

Breakfast was amazing! ok. Many might disagree; however I live in Florida near theme parks and there are plenty of hotels with food. This hotel had a different and very delicious change to breakfast and I loved that. Also the OJ was so good!! Like with pulp and not from frozen or concentrated crap. Very good!! Will be back!! N A

Breakfast was ok. No eggs in the Eggs and Peppers and onions Potatoes!

The check in was easy and efficient. Very clean and most of all had an openable window which is rate.

The pool was not heated, did not offer pool towels and did not have a restroom, you needed to go back to your room if you needed to use the bathroom.

Room and beds were great but it was a little noisy from the hallway until late in the evening and again in the morning.

It was perfect . The only thing I ask is heat the pool. It was so cold, I couldn’t enjoy it .

Proximity to the base, not a lot of restaurants but drive an exit south or north and you'll find options, don't like that the gym is a mile down the road and you have to sign a key out, otherwise it's a solid comfortable and clean place four stars

Really nice hotel in a quiet area. All of the staff were friendly & helpful. Our room was very nice & surprisingly quiet even though we were directly next to the elevator & breakfast area. Nice breakfast selection. Good looking pool, hot tub & exercise area (even though we didn’t get to use them). I’d absolutely stay here again!

The room was clean and the pool area was kept very clean. It was nice that they hda floaty options for the kids! It made their stay much more enjoyable

I was there for a military graduation at JBLM. It was the perfect location to the base and to the highway. Overall, the hotel was nice and clean. I just experienced a bug crawl across the bed (white comforter) and one of those silverfish type bug crawling in the carpet.The only thing I wish was that the carpet was vacuumed better. Other than that, I was very satisfied with my stay and room.

Very disappointed in the hide a bed! As the bed was hardly fit to sleep on even for the kids that we planned to sleep there . staff said nothing they can do! Would not even come look!

Conformable and clean room

After our other hotel was a flop this was a very nice place to go too. Everyone was friendly & the breakfast's were amazing. Will go back again.

Breakfast had numerous options, something for everyone. Room was clean; staff was helpful.

I arrived about 30 minutes early and didn't mind sitting in the lobby, until my room assignment was ready. The front desk manager immediately moved me into a room that was ready, so that I didn't need to wait. I really appreciated her efforts!!

We picked this place because it had a pool and hot tub only to arrive and find out they both had heating issues and were cold. The night time front desk staff was not friendly.

The staff was friendly. The accommodations were as described. It was a very nice hotel stay.

The room was just what we needed for our party of 5 (3 of which were teenagers). I chose this hotel for the large sink and mirror area outside of the shower & toilet room. Very convenient for so many of us getting ready at the same time.

The property is outdated and old and the rooms need remodeling. The walls were so thin that you can hear people above you and next to you and outside the room. Furthermore, the shower and tub was not working and had no running water.

The hotel is older, it’s an odd setup. The sink is outside the bathroom and the jetted tub is beside the bed. The lighting isn’t the best for makeup purposes so bring a light if you have one! The room we had was a bit noisy and not from other people. It sounded like the pipes were creaking from morning showers etc and our fridge started making a knocking sound which had us up much earlier than anticipated. Again, I think the building is older which makes the infrastructure and appliances older. Overall, I wouldn’t pay for the “king suite” as what we got wasn’t necessarily worth the money. But the staff were absolutely amazing, easy to find by GPS and parking was straightforward. Thanks again!!

They need to fix the TVs and the connections. That is the only complaint. Usually we don't have a problem with it but this time we did and we even called downstairs and she wasn't really polite and was kind of rude about having to tell us what to do!

Always a good stay when I come to Dupont and Tacoma. Affordable and clean. The staff is accommodating and friendly. This is my 3rd stay. Each time I stay for a few days. My mother lived nearby so it was super convenient. Dupont is a very small sleepy town. Not many food choices, and real grocery stores still need to be driven. Closet Safeway is about 9 miles south in Yelm. Not a big fan of Yelm. My only complaint this stay was the microwave oven didn't work, and neither did the air conditioner/heater. Luckily I didn't need to use it, and just opened a window. Overall it's not a luxury hotel, so expectations have to be lowered. In that case it's great. I'd return again. Probably next year.

Nice place with excellent location. The wifi was very slow, most of the time unusable. Friendly staff and surprisingly quiet despite it being a very busy weekend.
