Wasn’t in the room all day till 8 pm by 930 toilet wouldn’t flush for no reason nobody clogged it just stopped flushing called to front desk they brought a plunger never helped didn’t have a toilet the rest of our stay with 4 kiddos in the room and when told the front desk when leaving it was just a oh sorry

This is a nice, well-maintained lodging, just off of I-5, south of Tacoma. It is reasonably priced given the distance from Tacoma, so for me it was a price-convenience tradeoff more than anything else. I didn't use the amenities or eat breakfast there,so have no basis for an opinion of their quality. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet from highway sounds. The staff was friendly and helPaul, given my late evening check-in.

Great stay- spacious bedroom, relaxing indoor pool, helpul staff.

Location is close to I-5. The kids enjoyed the pool, and the room was spacious for 4 of us, and the AC unit and fan was very simple to control. The pool did not have towels stocked at any point, and the pool temperature was rather cold our first day.

Everything was good. Hallways a little warm and slamming doors all night, nothing you can do about that. Unless you put signs...

Clean spacious room. The hotel is literally in the middle of nowhere. Unless you eat in the nearby military base, or have a taste for Subway or teriyaki - there is literally nothing to eat in walking distance. 3 miles away - McDonald’s and some other place. Access to the hotel off I-5 northbound is a nightmare. Construction, new overpasses, hard place to find. Good luck doing it at night - even with a GPS. All in all - a pretty bad experience. Breakfast looked like a high school cafeteria. Take a pass.

Clean room, good breakfast

Rooms were very clean and roomy for my big kids. We were only there for the pool and jacuzzi more private for my 7yr old autistic grandson, he loved it and had so much fun. Lady at the front desk was super nice with a great attitude. Highly recommend this place.

And there was a dirty wash cloth in the shower when we showed up. The sink also started leaking so we had to turn the water off

I rarely give 5 stars, but this hotel deserves one! I had a fantastic stay! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making check-in quick and easy. I stayed in a studio suite, which was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the essentials needed for a relaxing stay. One of the highlights was the breakfast, with plenty of great options, fresh and well-organized, making mornings easy and enjoyable. The overall cleanliness, comfort, and attention to detail really stood out. Excellent service, great amenities, and a comfortable room made this a stay I’d happily recommend and return to.

Kids were very disappointed because the pool was too cold and the hot tub that did not work.

Front desk and breakfast staff were delightful. However, the first two rooms we were assigned to had an off putting odor so it took three tries to find an acceptable room. Their room cleaning routine is marginal at best. Go next door to the Hampton

Housekeepers need to do better we stayed for 2 weeks and they came to our room twice which one of the times i had to vacuum our room ourself...

The only positive was the free breakfast was really good. But cleanliness is a huge issue here. Doesn’t meet Hilton standards.

The housekeepers need to be more involve. Been here for 2 weeks and had to vacuum my own room, get my own things and find somewhere to take out my trash.

Everything was great! Except the guy that takes care of pool was trying to say jacuzzi was very hot when actually it was cool/warm. He argued with the very nice blond front desk person.

Hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. We were able to bring our dog, and they even had a door hanger to warn others there is a dog in the room. Hot breakfast was also very good.

Didn't look like the corner next to the vanity in the bathroom hadn't been cleaned in a while. There was a plastic fork, dirt, hair and some pills there. The staff was helpful and friendly.

Mostly a good stay. There was a team staying there that got a little loud, but not too bad. The breakfast was OK- not great. Some of the food was on the less fresh side but it was mostly edible.

The rooms were very big, clean and comfortable. Lots of storage space. Would stay again.

Breakfast variety was abundant, coffee sometimes empty during day. Lots of cars in parking lot. Hot tub wasn't hot during our first stay but working again, during our one night stay. Safe neighborhood. Easy check-in and out.

Very close to Dupont gate if you're visiting someone at JBLM. The sister hotel next door is having a bunch of work done to it so the parking lot was pretty full. The AC in the room would'nt drop below 75 and we were only staying one night so not enough time to complain with the front desk.

We’ve stayed there before and really liked it. This time there were quite a few problems. There was something wrong with the heating in the pool area. The pool itself was freezing and the hot tub was uncomfortably hot. When we went to complain, the woman at the front desk said it was a known issue and we were able to go next door and use the pool. I feel like she should have told us that at check in. We heard another guest say the washer was broken. The person at the front desk told her to also go next door and use the washer there. There was also a back door that had been propped open even though the sign next to it asked guests to keep it closed for safety. It was back by the elevators so the person at the front desk wouldn’t have been able to monitor this. The person at the front desk though said they were propping it open on purpose.

That made a 5star go down to 4.5, I'm pretty easy going. But then, Holy Lord the pool for all 3 days was PACKED, understandable being summer but both kids & their parents were OUT OF CONTROL! There were people just looking at each other agast at the total anarchy. We were thanked a few times for having our kids under control, and we lasted less than 20 minutes sitting at a table hoping the parents who's probably less than year old cracked their head on the concrete might take their crew back to the room, but instead let the kid SCREAMMMMM until my 9 year old couldn't take it anymore and we left along with another guy. I chose this place specifically so my two kids could use the pool and i could very much needed, use the hot tub. Not a chance. I understand no one is monitoring the pool (the cleaners are great the whole area was gleaming),but the screaming was glass shattering, maybe put in an intercom in to keep some sense of order please.

Had to check out of different hotel at 11am and asked for a early check in at this booked stay when we arived at 12noon we understand that 3pm is check in and getting an early check in isn't aways possible, so we waited in the lobby where there was maintenance and remodeling going which meant the hotel doors were open to vent heat and they turned off the Air conditioning the rooms and gym all have AC and normally you spend 5 mins in the lobby so who cares but we had to wait until 3pm becuause

Came to check in at 3:36 and was told it would be a 20 minute wait. Lady helped everyone that came in after us first and apologized to them for the wait and said sorry and after 30+ minutes I asked when our room would be ready and she then decided to check on the room for us never apologized or said thank you for waiting probably because my boyfriend and I look young. Super disappointed as I booked this ahead of time and paid the same amount the other customers she was prioritizing before us. Went to the pool and a bunch of kids kicking balls in my face and running around. I don’t know if I picked the worst weekend to book but I will never be back.

1) laundry facilities were broken (and had been down for weeks). 2) No housekeeping service during our five-night stay. 3) Poor service everyday for breakfast (dirty; empty food trays)

This hotel was absolutely beautiful the rooms are spacious plenty of room for a family and there a lot of storage . My kids love the pool and my friend and I like barbecuing it was a lot of fun . Definitely would go back again

the bed was comfortable, but the pillows were flat. they seem to have trouble with staffing the breakfast shift. Most mornings they couldn't keep up with the demand for food. we could have uses more than 3 hangers in the closet.

Bed cover was not changed and was filthy and full of what appeared to be either cat or dog hair.

Room was large and spacious, full kitchenette. Missing hand soap and extra linens for pull out bed upon arrival; however, staff were very helpful and responsive. Would highly recommend

Pool was freezing, not heated at all, I'd guess 50 degrees, hot tub was too hot, got lightheaded and dizzy after 7-8min. Room service only stopped once in 6 days and didn't replenish items. Breakfast buffet was really good. Property was clean, and staff were friendly and helpful.

The nighboring rooms and hallway were loud. All in all in would stay again. Great value.

Everything was great until I left some items and called so that my son could pick it up for me. His in the military that’s the reason for our visit and the Hotel never called me back. The items were not cheap. That was sad. Not sure if I will trust in staying there again.

We loved our stay. It was an easy transition from traveling all day to going right to our room.

I have used it several times. And this time I stayed there for 3 nights, but even though I requested it, they never cleaned the room, removed the trash, or changed the linens. If that's the case, the accommodation fee is too high. The location is good, but I don't think I'll choose it again.

I really enjoyed our stay at this property. The front desk staff on both check-in and check-out were wonderful. The breakfast had a lot of options. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. I would absolutely stay at this hotel again if the need ever arises.

Great property with clean room and helpful staff. Only one thing to mention is the property doesn’t have EV charging station on site but it is stated in the description of this property in Expedia App. That was a surprise as I have an electric vehicle. This was one of reasons I booked this property.

Staff were great. Room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. I really enjoyed the larger size refrigerator, stove and microwave. We were able to cook on dinner at the hotel.

Nice hotel

The breakfast staff wasn’t as friendly though nor was the housekeeping staff. The hot tub was warm and there was so much chlorine in it that it stung our eyes. The tiles were also very slippery. The pool was very clean though.

What a great experience!

This makes the fourth time we have stayed at this hotel. Nothing fancey about it. Just a nice comfortable room with a decent bed. They have full size fridges and a full kitchen if you need all of that. Nice big TV and a sepwrate sitting area with a couch.

Ken welcome us in and made us feel at home at check in. Went to the desk the next night to ask to get shower ,shampoo,conditioner replaced because it was empty. It was replaced 3 days later. Breakfast was great every morning. Over all staff was friendly

We were in the Seattle area for several days visiting family a few months ago. Home2Suites was nice and clean, though the shining star of the property is absolutely the staff. We had a situation arise and needed to extend our stay—the front desk staff was so accommodating and helpful in getting us another room with little disruption. There is some road noise in the rooms due to the proximity to the freeway, but playing some white noise helped to offset it just fine. We’ll be sure to book here next time!

I had a great stay. The room was nice and very clean. The bed was super comfy and I slept great. I usually ALWAYS bring my own pillow but didn’t have room in my carry on so took a gamble. I was pleasantly surprised at how comfy the pillows were. The free continental breakfast was good, with lots of options. I would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay! Ken at the front desk was aimed to please. He was friendly and wanted to make our stay was awesome. Our room had a slight odor, so we asked for another room and we were accommodated. The only real down fall was that in their amenities on the Hotels.com site it listed an EV charger, because of that we had rented an EV car and ran into charging issues. Many chargers in the area were either off line or extremely slow. Next time we will confirm the charger or just not rent an EV car.

Absolutely amazing. Staff was super friendly and helpful. I wasn't familiar with the area and they helped me out with finding local amenities. Room was immaculate, and smelled fresh. Layout of the room was also very user friendly. Bed was extremely comfortable an bedding felt fresh. The whole hotel was very clean and inviting. I will definitely be returning on future business and pleasure trips.

Overall a decent stay. Had to wait a few times for the elevator as cleaning staff were using it. No service elevator apparently. Breakfast was just ok. You could use another waffle maker; that was the best part but quite a lineup for it.

Hot tub was cold and the water had a terrible smell in the pool area and in the rooms making it to where you didn’t even want to shower in it. The breakfast could have had more choices of stuff, otherwise the hotel was nice.

We had high expectations from a Hilton, but unfortunately, we found this to be one of the most basic Hilton hotels we've ever stayed at. The staff training seemed lacking; the evening staff provided incorrect information that the morning staff had to correct. The morning concierge was rude and dismissive, explaining that the previous night's staff were untrained and unaware of the check-out policies. Additionally, the internet connection was unreliable, constantly disconnecting. The breakfast was minimal, and overall, the experience felt more like staying at a Motel 6 or any basic roadside motel.

Room is a nice size for all 4 in our family to be comfortable. The only hiccup was with pool and hot tub. Not available one night, hot tub not hot one night. But all in all a very nice stay. Not our fist experience with this chain of hotels, and we will keep on choosing them. Breakfast’s are always nice also.

The pool did need some attention water was not as clean as it needed to be and the hot tub had some black mold in the corner

All the comforts of home

We stayed here for a week and I liked how quiet, clean, and friendly the staff was. Some of the cons were the parking in which there were multiple people with trailers blocking 4-5 parking spots. The room we had said it had a full kitchen but doesn’t include a stove which didn’t make sense having a regular fridge and utensils for cooking. Out of the multiple washers and dryers they had only 1 set that worked. The washer worked alright but you had to dry your clothes 2-3 times before it was completely dry
