Nothing Room smelled like cigarettes, stained fixtures on the wall, bed was hard as a rock. Terrible.

Your staff, front desk and housekeeping, were very hospitable and helpful Coffee maker in front lobby was broken

Rm had a bad smell, we ask for extra pillows and towels but they never brought them,coffee maker was tore up.

I wouldn’t allow my pets to stay at this hotel! It was horrible. The bedding was old looking. The rooms smelled musty. The walls needed painting. The chairs were dirty. The agent made me pay again because he claimed he couldn’t find my payment. That was false. I double payed! I ended up checking out. The agent tried to show me two more rooms. The second room had blood on the couch! Just horrible!

I thought it was a good value for the money I plan on using this hotel for future visits for my Dr appointment it was clean and no bugs it welcomes pets the staff was friendly great place!!

Absolutely Nothing!!!! This place was so disgusting, there was black mold in the bathroom, the room smelled like mold and wet dog. People were walking around yelling and smoking pot. I felt very uncomfortable staying there. I was checked in for about 2 hours and I couldn't take it. I went down to the office and checked out they asked me why I told them everything I felt like it didn't fase them.

Everything! Very dirty! Stunk! Heater didn't work and it was 30 degrees outside. The headboard was broken, the refrigerator was jerryrigged to run. It was so dirty everywhere. Walked in and didn't want to walk any further. You couldn't pay me to stay there.

When I left. When I came. My car almost got stolen and my room had no heat. Had to file a police report. They broke my antenna on my car and tried to hijack it from the outside. The "kia" boys, they tried to steal my car. They steal Kia's (the car)

The location was right in the middle of all the restaurants and stores. Even though it states no smoking rooms the room smelled of smoke and we saw people smoking on the property. The room we had didn’t have clean towels and there were dirty towels left behind.

The room smelled very strong of smoke. There was dried splashes/stains on the bedside chair. Water was warm at best in the shower. The room was quiet which was a plus

The room was OK. The bed & pillows were lumpy. Room had damage so we took lots of pictures to get our deposit back. It was dated, & smelly.

The lady working the front desk is not helpful at all. The only thing she cares about is being on her phone the whole day.

The room had an order of cigarette smoke as soon as we walked in and there were cigarette burns in the bedding. The sink and shower both had a clogging issue and the doorknob on the bathroom door was broken. Overall it was relatively clean and staff was nice.

If I knew my money would go back on my card immediately, I would have cancelled my reservation 5 mins after I check in. As soon as I got to my room I saw 3 roaches, 1 being on the bed. There were holes in the walls, paint peeling off, a stain on the ceiling that I’m 95% sure was blood (there was no red paint in the room and I work in healthcare), stains on the chair, the beds were not comfortable and almost felt uneven. I never received room service to have toilet paper replenished or new towels. Overall, it just felt gross and uncomfortable. The only benefit and pro was that it was close to my sister who I was visiting.

Don't know about pets, shopping nearby and rooms was alright no heat on our room

The only reason this place gets one star is because it had a bed and a door — that’s about where the positives end. Everything else about the property and the area around it felt completely rundown and neglected. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless you absolutely just need a room for sleeping and sleeping in car is not possible. Although car seats are better condition than the beds in room.

I checked in and never returned property needs to be updated pictures on website don’t actually match room once you enter. Room smelt of cigarette and weed and supposed to be Non-Smoking property.

Consider cleaning the walls and door of bathroom as there’s residue of an unknown substance in there. Clean or replace the tub so that no paint is in it. Change the curtains so that visitors don’t have a ripped up one to come in to. Check and fix each outlet that doesn’t work for plugs or USB cords. Otherwise, fair experience with staff from check-in to check out.

The floors were filthy like filthy filthy. There was a sighting of blood on the bathroom door . There was a huge hole in the curtain. You can tell there was regular household paint used to partially paint over a portion of the bath tub. Patches of paint in the tub like it was hiding something.

This place is horrible please do yourself a favor and just spend a couple extra hundred dollars for a better hotel, the staff was horrible and very useless, the room was very dirty upon arrival. There was dirt on the floor mold on ceiling of shower and rust in the bath as well. Never staying here again and hope you guys take this into consideration when booking a reservation.

The bed sheets were dirty. Last person that stayed left on desk-room was not cleaned- just made beds and replenished rough towels.

Upon arrival there were people outside smoking marijuana! Once we did check in, there was no room service. we asked them to come clean our room because we were staying there five days , each day they would only give us two towels, even though we had four people in the room I would have to ask for those towels and then go pick them up to be told that they only had two available per room. I would rather sleep in my car than in this place. Dead bugs on bathroom wall. It was awful. I highly recommend NOT booking this hotel and looking elsewhere.

The staff is very helpful. I am legally blind and they made sure that I was on the first floor and near to the office. I truly truly appreciate that thank you Red Roof.

We got put in a room on the front of the property and its on a main 4 land highway, so was very noisy.

Great trip. Convenient location, friendly staff, no hidden pet fees, comfortable room. I got the room with a desk that was really helpful for remote work - surprisingly a lot of space for a hotel room.

my room had a leak coming from the ceiling. and it seems thats the room hadnt been cleaning prior to my arrival because someones clothes were still next to the bed.

Easy access location off highway. Check in was easy and quick. Room smelled. Bathtub was peeling paint. Need to wash bathroom doors. Towels were soft. Bed was firm and springy but slept well enough. Good lighting on outside so you feel safer. Good stay enough for necessary traveling.

This was the best Red roof inn experience that i have ever had. It was clean, the persons were super nice, and it was very safe!

The floor was greasy

Front staff was horrible. It took me over 30 minutes just to check in. They wouldnt answer the window (yes its a window if you check in in the evening and not the front door). The girl just slamed the door in my face and wouldnt let me check in at the front counter. No heat working in the room when its 35 degrees outside when I first arrived. I had to spend 20 minutes playing around with the thermometer before the room slowly began to warm up enough just to sleep.

Spectrum Was doing Maintenance all day and I. Was uncomfortable to leave cause my door wasn’t closed all the way so I couldn’t sleep comfortably between the noise and door it. Plus it took from8 til12

I didn't get any hand towels when I turned in my dirty hand towels. I couldn't find the desk clerk at checkout. I did like the location and how accessible shopping and restaurants was. Everything was within walking distance and convenient.

I checked in and there was no issue until ingot to my room. I saw one roach on the walk where the tv is located and another one was in the bathroom. Totally unacceptable! I didn't realize that the rooms had no refrigerator or microwave! And the roaches just kept coming...

This "no smoking" hotel was surrounded by cigarette butts EVERYWHERE as though no one ever sweeps anywhere. The room was relatively clean--although there was a small stain on one of the bed covers--but it also had a moldy smell. When I arrived, one customer was fussing about the $50 deposit that was required. It was never clear why it was required and the employee was vague about when it would be released. Never again!

this a case of you get what you pay for, very clean accommodations however the ice machine was out of order the entire 5 days, the trash was never removed from the room the entire stay and I had to ask for clean towels no room service cleaning whatsoever. the bed was clean the room was clean which is important.

The staff period

The hotel staff was very nice, but the grounds were dirty and full of trash. The halls ways smelled like urine & feces in the hotel rooms that occupied dogs. The bed & pillow were very lumpy. I will not ever stay in a Red Roof Inn again. The pictures and website gave you a different illusion the what you saw when you got there on the grounds.

We had one bath towel. Asked for more towels and we were told it would be an hour because he had to wash them. He never brought them.

The non smoking room had a prior cigar smoker in it. I stunk like cigars and so did my clothes coming out of there.

It was the obvious by the number of people sitting outside their room this is not a hotel, but a place for the shelter insecure population. I am not an expert, but I would also add this hotel is not in the safest of neighborhoods. I am going to try to get my money back, but if not my hope is the management will put my donation to good use!

Didnt like the roaches

It was 11pm and there was no one at the front desk. Waited for over 30 minutes, other people were waiting too. One person came to check in before when they were there and they said the room wasn’t ready yet when the checkin was supposed to be at 3pm. Very unprofessional

No staff was ever at the property. Only received a key card because i happened to catch a staff before he left. Didn't stay but 6 hours and left. I slept in my car. My husband on the nasty floor and my kids in the one bed. The bathrooms were disgusting. Everything smells of smoke. Nothing was clean. Old clothes and shoes were in the unit. Vagrants and druggies all over the property and in out of units. No staff ever appeared from 3 a.m. to 9 am when we decided to pack up and leave because we were concerned about safely sleeping there. Awful. Needs to be closed and gutted.

My room was cold as heck, the heater was not working. also there were no rags, so I went and got my own. No microwave or fridge?? Some of the plugs weren’t working. Smoke detector hanging out the wall. The hotel need to be remolded.

Amazing service cleanliness and location.

I knew this wasn’t a 5 star hotel. But regardless they need to do something about the infestation of bugs and roaches. I didn’t sleep comfortably. Each time I woke there was a roach crawling by my head so I ended up sleeping at the foot of the bed. The top blanket had cigarette burns all on them. I know dang well y’all got the funding to buy new blankets and get rid of those dang bugs. Overall staff was very friendly:-)

Well, I've stayed there a few times, and it seems to be getting worse with each stay. There are items that don't work right and the front desk won't answer, then when you finally go up there, you find the lady setting on a stool playing on her phone. If you stay make sure it's not beside someone with a dog, (that shouldn't have a dog 🙁)(poor dog) Could keep going on, but it's cheap, but it doesn't have to be trashy. If this location doesn't stop going in this direction it will get a bad reputation

Okay, it's inexpensive so it's not the Ritz, so don't expect that. The staff were very nice and the room was clean and comfy. For an inexpensive place to stay that's conveniently located, this was great.

Rather not stay there again. Only good thing was the nice front desk guy. Cleaning was bad, roches. Someone went in and took my used towel but never replaced it. Train on the back and smoke smell when I came in the room.

Very Bad smoking smell. I couldn’t sleep at all n the bad smell caused vomiting . I let them know my situation in the morning and requested to switch to other room. They did switch and could have some sleep the other night. I never will try here again.

Balcony was unsafe wall was loose. Trash all over roof and cigarette buts everywhere. Guy in next room overdosed on heroin. Floors were filthy Phone and tv didnt work.

I would'nt recommend this hotel to anyone!!! My daughter and I had a man walk in our room using his hotel card. This is unacceptable. We ended up leaving at around 1:00 in the morning. Us, hotel .com could not get a hold of anyone at front desk for about a hour. The only way then we got a hold of them is because my daughter called corporate Red Roof Inn. Finally after police report and watching outside camera''s we got a refund!! No don't go!!!!
