There was nothing good about the facility I live in Georgia my granddaughter lost power so I got her a hotel room for the night because of the heat I booked it through Booking.com paid for it and I called my granddaughter gave her the confirmation number and told them to go to the motel. After getting there, the front desk told her that she had to pay $100 deposit so she called me and I talked to the front desk said that it was already paid for and that Booking.com had my credit card information. They insisted that I had to give them $100 or she would not have gotten a room so I ended up paying the hundred dollars through my credit card. The first room that was given to my granddaughter was dirty. The sheets were dirty and had a bunch of blood stains on it. My granddaughter called me and told me about it so I told her to go down and ask for a different room so she ended up going and getting a different room and about 11 and 12. there four year-old son started crying. My granddaughter got up to check on him and found bedbugs on him. I will submit a picture of one of the bedbugs so they ended up leaving the motel wanted a refund and the management refused. I have notified Booking.com, but I wanted other people to make sure that they did not go to the motel.

It appeared as if everywhere in the building was under construction.

There was not much for breakfast. There was a chirping noise every 30 seconds coming from the main level that could be heard on the 3rd floor (probably a smoke alarm battery that needed changed). I was disappointed there was no fitness room.
- 2/5
No pool, no hot tub
- 1/5
The first room we were given had an issue with the headboard coming off of the wall. We were moved to another room that smelled like cigarette smoke and had a broken air conditioning unit. Worst night sleep of my life.
- 3/5
The staff was helpful and friendly although the hotel was very outdated and run down. Needs a good make over.
- 4/5
I stayed for 7 nights, never was the room cleaned, trash emptied, of towels replaced.

Didn't have breakfast. Location was close to where I was going. I was over billed 100$. And can't get any help disputing this charge. Will never stay in this brand hotel again. Booked for cheaper price since only sleeping there. Couldn't even get the TV to work. Checking in was slow for site/internet speed. Took over 20 minutes and then had to come back to give my cc. Then overcharged!!

Room was dirty. Very upset about the $150 deposit that was not mentioned when I reserved the room. If I was going to pay $150 at a hotel room, it would have been at a much nicer hotel than this one. The hotel smelled dirty when we walked in.
- 3/5
Not so much with breakfast options.
- 3/5
Clean enough, if a little run-down. Staff was helpful, the alarms were going off while I was there. Breakfast was a little sparse and the hot water dispenser didn't work.

Rooms were fine, was charged a security deposit I wasn’t aware of but it was refunded. A little over priced for what you get and the location.

There was nothing to drink except hot water as the juice machine was broken and the coffee was sludge. Waffle machine was dirty and fee other cold or dry options.

Air conditioning worked fine. The toilet didn’t flush well when we arrived. I did get a plunger and fix the flushing issue. The breakfast was basic. Mostly processed food that I don’t eat. Coffee was ok drinkable. The old saying you get what you pay for. Staff was friendly enough. Check in and check out was easy.

One night two rooms, one tv remote did not work. Ac/heat temp panel was hard to read numbers. Bathroom light switch turned on fan too, not separate. One room had a bathroom light out. Beds were comfortable, they said they could open breakfast room a few minutes early if we wanted. Nice check in person.

The room, carpet and all bedding was stained and dirty. We stayed for about 5 minutes and walked out! Went to another hotel. The stench of marijuana use was very evident as we got off the elevator. If there was a minus rating we would give it a -10. I will be contacting my credit card company to refuse payment.

Blah blah blah
- 1/5
Yes it was stressful because I wanted to cancel the room and I was told repeatedly over and over again that I couldn't cancel on December 31st of 2025 to January 1st of 2026 and I feel like it was unconstitutional and the staff members told me that I could not cancel in which I continue to try to cancel the reservation and I was still charge which was unfair

IT was DIRTY! Could not stay there! parking lot was not well lit. Front desk person was very nice but I just could not stay there at all

The stay was wonderful and the front desk guy was very nice and accommodating as we needed to check in very early.

There is mold growing on the toilet. The toilet is not bolted to the floor so if you lean slightly either way it leans with you. The tv was out for 3 days of my stay. The recliner in the room should be out on a curb so broke down.

Even though i did a precheck it took 20 minutes to check in.. i had requested main floor due to my husband being handicapped. There were 4 cars in the lot but i was told the 1st floor was booked. At 6 AM, there were only 9 cars yet there were more than 9 first floor rooms. Breakfast is 2 cereals, bagels, white toast, miniature muffins, and waffles. The coffee was excellent.
- 1/5
Pulled the bedspreads down to dirty, stained sheets and pillowcases. Sheets so thin and yellowed. Little black spots all over one. We packed our things and checked out. We were there approximately 1 hour. We have photos for proof. I want a refund in full. I will never stay at any super 8 after this experience.
- 5/5
I like it
- 1/5
My wife and I probably should have asked for another room or checked out. But we needed to be close to the airport. Neither one of us slept. One bed was broken the other was stained. We feel dirty just being here. The toilet seat is also broken. I couldn't use it. There's a homeless couple camped in the parking lot. I hope they don't bother my car. We'll find out shortly.
- 3/5
Not very clean: crumbs beside fridge, hairs in bathroom, debris in ‘dresser drawer’ and fridge had residual spills. Tired property: linens and terry frayed and thin, walls need repaired and repainted, random mini fridges in stairwell, landscaping hasn’t been touched in years, 1 of 2 luggage carts was virtually inoperable, breakfast nook had a layer of stickiness on all horizontal surfaces, carpeting in room and public spaces is stained and frayed. Customer service was above average, they simply don’t have nearly enough staff run a limited service property well enough. Worked well for a single traveler: shower had hot water, toilet didn’t overflow and the air conditioning blew cold. Bottom line: the room and building needs a renovation and definitely need more staff
- 1/5
When I arrived I needed to use a bathroom and since someone else was checking I went to find the facilities. Turns out, the lobby bathroom was locked. After waiting about 5 minutes, I decided to just wait until I got to my room. Approx. 10 minutes later, the couple who was checking in when I arrived was finally processed. When asked if there was something wrong with the bathroom, it turned out there was nothing wrong. He just doesn’t like leaving it unlocked and doesn’t bother to put up a note saying “See desk for key” or something. So when I point out how incredibly worthless he is as hotel manager he starts babbling illegibly, walks away from the desk and doesn’t give me the room I had already paid for. I should have known better than to book at a Super 8 and should have known it was going to be a disaster when I pulled in and it was obvious the place had not been mowed in at least a couple weeks and there was trash and debris all over the parking lot. If this is the only hotel left it Peoria, sleep in your car.

Old soap lying on sink. Trash not dumped from previous occupant, floor not vacuumed

Property was not kept up very well. Vending machines not stocked adequately. We were given 1 towel and had to return it to the front desk before they would give us another.
- 1/5
Gross from the moment I opened the door to a horrific odor, no remote and turn it took an hour of him fiddling with it and no volume and wouldn’t turn off then which he did not bother to tell me. Asking for a refund of two nights.
- 2/5
Cops yelling in hall, woke up to a huge spider in the bathtub, the recliner arms fall off. The breakfast totally sucks. Will not be back
- 1/5
We had a terrible experience. The lobby was warm when we entered. It took quite a while to check in with my credit card/reservation after we had waited for the clerk to check someone else in. Upon entering the elevator, we found it very hit. Once it took us to the 2nd floor the hallway was even warmer. This didn’t go unnoticed by either of us and we didn’t have high hopes for room’s temperature. Gratefully upon opening the door to our room, it was cool however the lightswitch didn’t work. We walked into a dark room. That was not very inviting! We had to turn on the bathroom light to shed some light into the room. I tried the desk’s lamp - nothing! I fumbled my way to the bedside lamp. It turned on and my psrtner turned on the other bedside lamp. We could see now.
- 1/5
Very unclean towels. They were brown in color. It has a smell when you enter the hotel. The breakfast area didn't look great at all. Not a great experience. I canceled my other booking.
- 4/5
I stay here regularly. It’s older and its age shows. However everything works. The bathroom is very dated and worn but clean and in order. The room and linens were clean. Staff very friendly. Safe area although a little isolated. For the price it’s a good deal.
- 1/5
Family running this hotel were never to be found. Rude when you did find them. Non smoking room smelled of smoke. No towels. Key card for room entry had to be reset 5 or 6 times. Absolutely poorly managed.
- 2/5
Had to switch rooms because tv quit working after about an hour. New room air was not working. Manager had to look at it and reset the whole thing. Calcium build up on shower head was bad. There has been no landscaping, weeds overgrown everywhere. The dust was hanging from the ceiling. There was a random fork in the first room, not ours. The picture on the web site is NOT this locations lobby. Manager was apologetic. All of the snack and drink machines were empty on a Friday in June. Will not stay here again.
- 1/5
They pretty much have one staff person running the whole motel. Beds were super uncomfortable. AC was super loud. Lots of sketchy guests. I reserved 2 rooms. I put my name on one room and my mother's name on the other room. The front desk clerk, without me knowing, told my mom she needed to put down a $100 deposit. My mom is older and gave him a $100 cash. Pretty sure the guy just pocketed it.

- 3/5

- 2/5
The shower curtain had mold on it! I had to call for someone to come to the front desk and once I discovered that there was nobody on the premises. We were told there was continental breakfast that was not available! When we entered the room nothing was working and we discovered that everything was unplugged!
- 2/5
1. location was decent, finding the place was simple so good points for that 2. Front desk process was quick and easy so that was nice. Next time I book with Hotels.com I’ll be using my AfterPay card as you cannot use it at the hotel once you are there unless they accept tap to pay. 3. None of the vending machines were on or had anything in them. Didn’t even attempt the ice maker because I’m sure that would have also been another let down. 4. Elevator was nice and we got a room right off of it so that was convenient. 5. DoorDash or just going out for everything would be best bet to have anything good to eat or drink while at this hotel unless you bring your own cooler. 6. Refrigerator in the didn’t work and smelled like it hadn’t in a LONG time. 7. We had called the front desk for towels right away after getting there as there were none in the room - never got them so ended up using our sheets. 8. Room was decently clean except for the ceiling having some kind of goop on it and the mattress had an indent that made sleeping quite uncomfortable. 9. The breakfast is free and that’s for a reason, it’s pretty terrible. Only thing edible was the cereal. I had made some waffles and by the time I got back to the room they were deflated and gooey like literally not edible. The batter was pretty sus so we shoulda known. 10. Use microwave at your own risk, it had a mind of its own. Had to unplug.

When we arrived we were sent to room 205. When entering the room we notice we are in someone else room with all their personal belongings. We had back downstairs and inform the guy the room he sent us to is occupied. He then sends us to another room. Once we enter we notice yet again, we are in someone else’s occupied room. Go back to the counter. He then goes and checks another room on third floor. He is gone about 10min ish maybe closer to 15. He comes down and claims he was fixing the tv before he sent us up so there wouldn’t be anymore issues. We get to our room and it smells. Just smells dirty. We sit down on the two beds and talk I grab a pillow and notice it is filthy. I stand up and pull back the blankets and the sheets worth filth. Had hair in it dirt body oil. Clearly the sheets were white and u can see everything and they were clearly slept in sheets. I can only believe he was NOT fixing the tv but in fact making dirty beds and sending us to an unclean room. I called downstairs and informed him. At that point we grabbed our things and left with s refund. Never again will I stay at any super 8

A little away from any restaurants that I like but easy enough to find. Person at desk was very kind and helpful

Was fine for the price, room felt a little dark and could have been cleaner
- 1/5
Dirty had bugs in the room
- 1/5
She was nice. It cost me 30$ extra to check in early. No biggie. The hallway was dark, getting into the room was easy. Then the room..Turned on the lights and u could see the stains on a couple of the pillows on 1 bed. The other was "cleaner". Went to the bathroom and it looked like someone peed down the walls, they were stained, dirty, there was so much dust and filth built up in the toilet paper dispenser it was coming out on your toilet paper. The while room had a weird smell. i just wanted to take a quick nap tho. I checked for bugs, didn't see any off hand, but discovered the bed sheets had reddish colored and yellow stains. It didn't smell bad tho. I re made the bed and got my own blanket and slept on top of my stuff. I still stayed! We got up around 3pm and left to go finish some errands grab food came back attempted to sleep again and a train went by lol 10 pm it got busy lol the tenants were out walking the roads. We left at 11pm
- 2/5
The place had an abnormal odor. Forget taking a bath towels are in the wash. Really I mean the place had maybe 20 guests. Sheets are so old they're either dirty or stained. We slept on top sheet. Too exhausted to find something else. Smoke detector hanging down from ceiling.
- 3/5
Photos are definitely not current. This place is worn down, falling apart and overall gross. The bed was one of the only clean things and even that made me wish id spent just a few bucks more to go a higher quality place. Wont make the mistake again.
- 1/5
The hotel was very dirty. Blankets, curtains, and towels had stains. The carpet was filthy.
- 1/5
The entire stay there was no heat, could not get a staff member available to tell or come fix. Checked out a day early could not stay there anymore. Traveling with a toddler needed heat.
- 2/5
The Good - Hotel is close to Civic center, the young guy at the front desk was doing above and beyond what he was able to do, pretty low cost for a hotel, had a fridge and microwave. The Bad-The cleanliness in this hotes was absolutely disgusting. The bed sheets and pillow cases had yellow stains on them. The wall next to the bed was so dirty it looked like a cafeteria table after lunch. Sticky smear marks over the whole wall. There were dust strands hanging from the popcorn ceiling like acorns, and I don't think the hotel floor was ever vacuumed, the layer of dust, random hair and nails that were spread out was disgusting. It was so gross I didn't even want to eat the half stocked continental breakfast there bc I was worried the I would get sick from the food. I am fair when it comes to grading hotels and I understand stuff gets old, wear & tear. Cleanliness can be controlled and is directly in the hands of the owner. A hotel can have miles on it and still be clean. This is absolutely not the one.
- 1/5
Don't know where to start. Walls had all kinds of patched holes, I could feel the springs in the bed, and the ceiling had dust bunnies literally hanging all over the room, the clock was completely missing the face and did not even work. Also, one of the beds had brown stains the size of an orange in several spots. Avoid this hotel!!!!!
- 1/5
Our room wasn’t clean. Sheets were stained, floors were dirty, old food around the fridge, dirt on top of the outlets, bathroom was dirty, shower curtain was hanging off the wall, smoke detector didn’t have battery in it. Offered us another room, was in the same condition. We stayed at the hotel 6 years ago and it was ok. Would not recommend anyone staying here until major changes are made.
- 1/5
Ice machine broke. No cable. Wrong WiFi password. Horrible lighting. Stained bed. Garbage behind bed and dressers: went to complain but no one would come to desk. Didn’t even stay left at 3 am
- 3/5
Staff not visible. Breakfast not enought, nobody does redulling for people that dies noy go down early. Big picture frame on the wall needs to be secured on the wall, one ,one screw fell out .
- 2/5
You choose the cheapest hotel you can find and - you get what you pay for. This may have been a pretty nice building at one time, but zero maintenance will take its toll. From a dripping shower to a loose toilet to a pathetic excuse for a "continental" breakfast - with no coffee, this is a place we will never try again. Spend a little more and get a lot more - like maid service, for example.
- 3/5
Easy access, the night clerk greeted me with a yeah, instead of " May I help.you" which made me think that i made a bad choice. The water in the restroom was lukewarm. He set the television up for me, seeing that it had two different remotes. I can deal with the other things, but his greeting was a turnoff.
- 3/5
The actual rooms seem updated. The rest (bathroom, hallway, elevator, breakfast room) were subpar at best.
- 2/5
Its old, and and the handle on my shower fixture fell off. Very very small choices for continental breakfast. Room was good tho.
- 1/5
the only car in the lot was parked in front of the door, permanently. Entire hotel smelled of cigarette smoke. The 2 rooms we were given had mold in the bathrooms and smoke crusted on the lamps. but the desk made sure to let us know there would be a $250 fine for smoking in the room, what a joke. The worst hotel I have ever been in!
- 2/5
Honestly, the only positive about this hotel was the customer service. It was not clean, smelled, and there was cat or dog hair all over the sheets. They gave me all new sheets which was the reason I stayed. However, the photos speak for themselves.
- 1/5
Their was no one at the front desk all nite long not very friendly at check in
- 5/5
Breakfast options can improve
- 3/5
The hotel is ok and they try to keep it clean, however, the washcloths were filthy and had grease-like and other stains on them, bathroom only had one light that worked. The front desk is not there most of the time and you have to call them on the hotel phone to get them to show up. The coffee maker in the breakfast area was broken.
- 5/5
Was hair around the toilet other than that room was peaceful and quiet shower water was just right
- 3/5
The staff was very understanding when we stated our toilet was leaking and switched us rooms but the second room was more dirty on the walls and overall then the first room. Cheap and easy place to stay but not the cleanest. Vending machines for soda on the second floor was completely empty.
- 1/5
Last time I went to that place was like 3-4 years ago and I liked how clean and nice it was. That’s why I reserved it again. However, it looks like management changed and the place have definitely deteriorated a lot. Surrounding area is not well kept, barely any outdoor lighting for safety. Then, the hotel in itself looks like a dump. The room was not clean, paint from walls ripped, and the bed sheets were still stained, ugh. then it says that breakfast was included but there was no coffee, waffle machine was broken and no other food was available. When I asked in front desk, the lady was rude and didnt help at all. All I wanted was coffee but they kept giving packets of decaf coffee. I was supposed to stay 3 nights but I only stayed one night as I could not stand stay there anymore and I changed hotels. When I told them I am checking out earlier, I was told I was not going to get refund, and I didnt care. I just needed to get out of there. I felt sad because I used like to going to that hotel previously but now it seems like new management left that place to ruin. And it was cheap at that time as well. I do not recommend it.
- 2/5
Just meh
- 4/5
Staff was most accommodating to my special needs!
- 1/5
This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The staff was rude, especially the younger girl working the front desk. My ro om had no towels, I asked the first night they brought me 2 towels even though though we had. 3 guests. Thank didn’t have coffee from r the room or at breakfast. We asked for some to be made and they informed us they didn’t have any. Breakfast consisted of yogurt in a small fridge and apples and oatmeal but they had no hot water to make it. The battery smelled like old urine. The last night I asked for towels again and was told oh I just started the washing machine so we don’t have any. How can you run a hotel without any linens or coffee. I would definitely not recommend this hotel.
- 2/5
Room smelled and was musty. Very dated. Didn’t sleep worth a darn. East side off Perioa is not most desirable part of town.
- 1/5
Tried to give me a room that hadn't been cleaned
- 4/5
You are probably choosing this motel because it it the cheapest, so don't expect a 4-star experience. But it is reasonably clean and comfortable. You could do a lot worse.
- 2/5
Room was full of bugs. AC didn’t work. Room key didn’t work
- 2/5
would not stay here again
- 1/5
The staff was really nice but the room was really dirty. The fridge was nasty like it never was clean, the bed had hair on it before I even go out the bed, the pillows were really small and two of them were really dirty and one was clean, it was really noises. Also the were Mexican guys in the parking lot really late drinking and being loud. Room was really hot too.
- 2/5
It was ok, the bathroom was funky AF and the staff was pretty burnt out.
- 3/5
the female front desk worker was very rude.
- 2/5
Floors and walls needed to be cleaned everywhere. It looked really old inside. There were stains on the bed spread and one of the pillow cases. The ceiling of one of our rooms looked like it had mold on it. Breakfast area was disgusting. The only thing I would even consider eating was the prepackaged yogurt. There was crumbs everywhere, sink looked gross, something was smeared all over the juice machine.
- 4/5
Shower was warm and clean
- 3/5
Very convenient to restaurants; quiet area; bed was very good and parking easy. Day 1 front service was excellent. Day 2 not helpful. Room was dirty; stool was loose, hair dryer not functioning. Coffee at breakfast area had grounds in it, and that room was not clean.
- 4/5
I liked this place. I could tell there were staff who worked hard to keep the place clean and well kept. They even had a real breakfast in the morning.
- 4/5
However, they do need to make sure to keep the basic breakfast items fully stock during the entire breakfast time frame 6am-10am
- 3/5
I was looking for an inexpensive, chain hotel not too far from where i was playing in a golf tournament. This place fit the bill. I checked in around 9pm,took a shower, went to bed,and left eary the next morning. The ac was a little noisy but not bad coffeemaker didn't work, but oh well...I know my girlfriend wouldn't stay here, but i would stay here again!

There were signs off mold in our bathroom and I was taking an online class in their breakfast area and the owner/manager kicked me out middle of my class. Would not recommend anyone to stay there. They don’t even do house keeping in the rooms or nothing.

Overall hotel was dirty. Breakfast was poor: no cream cheese for bagels. Mold on jelly.

Good location. Staff very helpful.

It was not clear enough, and the staff person was not friendly.

Rooms not as clean as other Super 8s. Poor breakfast offerings. Three calls before tv worked. Staff did their best.

While there was no smoking in the building, there was no place outside of smokers. They sat on the sidewalk just outside the door. Management was challenging to find. The card about changing linen and towels was hung on a lamp behind the shade! I found it while packing to leave.

Had not been for sometime. The free breakfast I could not describe other than appetizing.

The staff was rude The older guy barely spoke English I got sick and threw up a little bit on the sheet Turned out that I had a bowel obstruction We cleaned it up but my wife told them and they charged us $20 and they wouldn't make the bed There were not enough towels and washclothes The room was OK but real small And the coffee machine in the dining area didn't work and the one person said you have coffee in your rooms Just terrible and it was $100 a night We will NEVER stay there again

No juices at breakfast. They were out of Apple and Orange juice. The bread choice was plain white bread. And the only thing to drink was an almost empty plastic gallon of milk in the fridge.

Typical cheap hotel

Made a decision at the last moment to make a trip to Peoria. Lots of places were already booked so I had a choice of this motel for around $90 or to pay double the price and be further away from my attended location. Room was in good condition, clean, newer carpet, looked nice. Towels were old and even had rust stains but they were soft. Location was just of I74 so that was nice. Bed was hard so if that is something you like, you will be happy. Breakfast was not pleasant. OJ and apple juice machine was not working. Eggs were cold. Everything else was decent.

We went downstairs for the continental breakfast around 8 am. There were 4 slices of bread, 3 bagels, no sweet rolls, coffee machine which offered about 6 different hot beverages only had 1 type of coffee that worked, the rest were empty. Sad situation!

No batteries in smoke detector and stained/dirty shower curtain and tub but super nice staff

The room was very musty upon entering room (air conditioner helped). The toilet was leaking having a puddle on the floor. The bed's blankets also smelled musty. Breakfast, although fair, had cold eggs and very limited food choice. Coffee medium warm.

The hotel was filthy. It smelled like mold, the shower had mold all over the ceiling and cigarette burns all over the sink. The bedsheets were stained and dirty carpet was filthy. It was the most disgusting room I’ve ever been into in my life. When I addressed the front desk with this, they said they would take care of it when I returned later that evening nothing was done and they ignored my requests. I left the hotel that night

The sheets were stained and smelled, the pillows were flat and were wrinkled like they had been used. Very sketchy part of town and sketchy men hanging around drinking beer. The bathroom ceiling had mold, the carpet was old and the whole room smelled like mildew.

The lobby smelled and was dirty. Things were broken. The room smelled of old cigarettes. We checked out 10 minutes after checking in. The smell of the room was making me have a headache.
