The rooms were old, this is a motel that they slapped a ramanada inn sign on. This is not for a family, this is one of those places that truck drivers sleep at.

I requested late checkout online which read “pending” at the time of check in. I confirmed with the front desk clerk that I need late check out(1pm). 3 different times housekeeping keeps banging on the door! I yell out late check out! The front desk calls, I tell them I requested late checkout online as well as check in, his response was the evening clerk didn’t leave housekeeping a note:( I was totally annoyed! The do not disturb sign was not in the room, at least I was too annoyed to notice. Housekeeping didn’t get a tip because of that! Better communication from front desk to housekeeping! $25 to be disturbed 3 times. I don’t think I was charged after that but the point was to not be disturbed.

Clean room, courteous staff, quiet area, convenient location with food and amenities nearby.

The price for the room was great! The beds were comfortable, the linen was clean. The only area they could improve is the showering area.

Older property, clean rooms, overall great value if you need a room for the night, right next to Waffle House and Denny's.

The room smelled like stale smoke and the bathroom had an empty toilet paper on the floor. The guy at the front desk was lovely, though.

Very fluffy towels, clean smell in room. Quiet location. Room is partially updated. Needs a shower replacement. Shower has dirt and rust stains that are about 40 yrs. old. The chair has the dirtiest upholstery I have ever seen.

The rooms were not clean. The property was not structurally up-to-date. Smells like smoke. Bathrooms were not even cleaned.

Bathroom needs a serious clean and update. Mold on the tiles, vent full of dust, cracks in the baseboards. Other than that i would definitely stay at this hotel again!

Our room was in the back so when we tried to check out we attempted to come into the lobby by our room and it was locked. Had to pack up the car and drive to the other side of the building. Keys to the room are old school, can’t let them near your cell or they won’t work!

It's what you should expect from a motel, but I was still disappointed in the smoke smell in a non-smoking room. It's clear they are renovating, as the carpet and shower needed repairs, but the sink and other finishings were newer. The staff was excellent and very personable. The toiletries were nice and towels were clean, and A/C worked well. Overall I would give 2.5 out of 5 stars

Nice spot to stay if you just need a clean place to stay. No razzle dazzle, but it was very clean. Free breakfast was a no because there was nothing but bread.

Maintenance.

We felt safe as we had a room in the front of the building, on the first floor near the office. Easy access to the office, breakfast, and the pool from our room. The continental breakfast was adequate and freshly stocked. Our room was updated and comfortable as far as we were concerned. However, the bathroom could be updated as well as the bathroom door. The fixtures all worked.

It was a one night stay and we felt safe. Location was ideal not far from the highway. The pool looked clean and inviting but it was raining. The price was right 👍

Check-in time was very slow. "Beep" periodically through the night made it difficult to sleep.

Gross stay away

They had a pool The tvs are old and not smart tvs, your limited to basic cable, can't rent movies or anything. The maintenance most likely switch the hot and cold on the shower, I had not idea why it wasn't getting hot until I turned the level to cold.

The hotel is showing that it is old. The room itself was clean, the bed was comfortable. The staff at the check in/out desk were polite but they didn't go out of their way to explain about where and when breakfast was available or how housekeeping was scheduled

The beds are very comfortable. The staff was kind and courteous. The price was very reasonable. The place was very clean. Water pressure was great, the air conditioner worked well plus the location was great for where we needed to be! no complains.

Very dated and tired hotel. In need of a serious renovation.

The pictures did not represent the hotel. For the price that I paid there was a nicer hotel in the same parking lot. I wish I would’ve stayed at. Very disappointed.

It wasn't packed so there was not a lot of sound carrying through the walls while trying to sleep. They advertised free wifi, however there was no way to connect to it. I had to use my own personal hotspot for the duration of my stay. I had asked before arriving to have extra hair conditioner because I have long thick hair, none was provided. While the bed seemed made nicely, there were small orange stains on the white comforters. They advertised that breakfast was included; when I went to the lobby, the pancake machine was down, the bread was hard and stale, and the only other options were browning bananas or bran cereal (with no milk). If you are going to advertise that you have amenities for customers to use - please make sure you actually have them.

Disgustingly dirty!

I stayed here last minute due to a power outage at the hotel I chose so I didn’t get a chance to read the reviews. It’s okay for one night but the grounds are unkempt with broken glass and trash all over. For some reason I got an accessible room but it was clean and stocked with toiletries and towels. I think this may actually be one or the better rooms due to less usage. It the remote didn’t work and the Wi-Fi only worked for 20 minutes and no longer the entire night or next day. That’s my biggest complaint I missed a full day of work.

For the price you pay, it's a very good room. Mine was a King size bedroom. I found everything neat and well kept. Was happy with the stay. There was Microwave, mini fridge, ironing table and room was spacious as well. Will visit again.

The pet friendly rooms were on the back side of the motel where long term stays were located. There was furniture piles outside of rooms and people arguing outside of their rooms. Our room had a strong cigarette smell and dead bugs under the sink. Between the cleanliness and safety concerns, we checked out after an hour and found another place to stay

Leaving I didn’t even end up staying because it was the sketchiest, dirtiest place I have ever walked into.

Pool, Fitness Center, Ice Machine on 2nd Floor and the Laundry Center were closed. I wanted to use all of them.

Was close to where I needed to be

Lots of loud and rowdy people yelling and fighting in different rooms and out in front of the building. Could be heard from our room all nite long. There were also cars that were driving recklessly throughout the parking lot and surrounding properties.

I’ve stayed here a few times. The staff is always nice, the rooms are always clean and well kept. I’m actually going back this weekend.

The desk attendant Knocking on my door at 10:00 clock in the morning asking if I'm leaving, then when leaving accused my wife of having a dog, harassment. Check the camera, I will be putting in a claim.

Rooms & bathroom is a little small for my liking ,and I don't like that they charge a daily $25 dollar pet fee i think it should be a one time deposit especially when my dog is a service dog and is needed. Staff are friendly and helpful

Everything was fine other than the fact i never got my security deposit back.

The toilet was broken and held together by caulking. I requested another blanket which I was denied...staff told me you only can have one blanket when I booked this hotel I wasn't told that you have to pay a 100$ deposit.

Good Place, Clean and Quiet in the room.

Three non smoking rooms were booked well in advance. When we arrived at the hotel I had to sign that there would be no smoking. The two King size rooms were impermeated with cigar smoke. The bathroom in one of the rooms was filthy. In the rooms the pillows, if you can call them that looked like small pillowcases with batting inside - no consistency of a pillow. Three small size fake pillows. When we mentioned these things to the manager he thought these complaints were nothing. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

This hotel was basic, but clean

My stay was for 2 nights and there was a lot of noise in the parking lot both nights all night long and the bathroom was NOT clean. We won't stay again.

The building is old but in good condition. The room had new carpet and updated bathroom. The beds and linens were comfortable. The room amenities were nice. The breakfast was muffins bagels cereals yogurt and make-your-own pancakes. Everything was clean. Walking distance to Dennys, WaffleHouse and DD. Not far from I-95 but very quiet. More than adequate for an overnight stay. Price was right.

The stay was OK, the towels were like sand paper to rough. Other than that it was OK.

Front office staff was very pleasant. Room had an odor of stuffy old cigarette smoke even though it was a non smoking room. Putting the a/c on helped air it out. A little disappointed that the room w reserved for 3 yet only 2 sets of towels and only half a roll of toilet paper. Had to go the front desk to ask for another. Other than that it was a decent basic room. Had worse, had better.

Beds were extremely uncomfortable and old. You rolled to the middle. There was food left in the room from previous guest. My husband actually got up and slept in his truck the bed was so bad.

The stay was good, no problems at all. There were restaurants within walking distance of yhe hotel.

We needed a place to stay on our move from MA to SC and this was about half way to break up the drive. It worked well. It was a clean room, right off the highway with a Denny's to eat and a gas station right there. I think there was a Dunks there too.

The property is in need of some upgrades

This stay is an extended one and its amazing. The staff members are very organized, friendly and always emphasize tremendous concern for the guests. The location is wonderful and very comfortable and the greatest part is the peace and quietness especially during the night.

Today I get charged again for my dogs and told I have to pay the $75 hold on my card as a fee for not reporting my dogs. What kinda scam are they running. Very unhappy.

Our room had an odd, dank odor. Tolerable, but quite distracting.

This might be the worst hotel I’ve stayed at. One night was $117 not a bad rate but have stayed at 1 star hotels for way cheaper and cleaner. Very disappointed. Police were patrolling the back parking lots. Definitely not the place to bring your kids.

The bathroom was horrible, stains everywhere.....and damage to the faucet and wall.

It was near to where I was going. I believe I was placed in a lower quality room because I booked through a third party.

However, some physical property improvements are strongly recommended. There were several walkways on each floor level where the concrete surface was blistering and chipping away, potentially making a walking hazard. The pool deck was filthy; I recommend having a staff member check its condition at least twice a day for cleaniness.

The bathroom was horrible especially the bathtub it had stains on it. The coffee pot was all dusty.

I liked the hotel for its basic approach to hospitality. The bathroom was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the lights worked. The battery for the TV remote stopped working and the key card suffered from the typical hit-or-miss behavior of all key cards.

It was a Saturday night but a lot of noise from the outside.

Our non smoking room was definitely smoked in, light fixtures were yellowed from smoke residual, the beds uncomfortable to say the least. I booked for 4 people but only had enough bath linen for 2. They were short staffed, busy checking long lines of people waiting for their PAID rooms... we waited over a half an hour. Some people had keys that didn't work. Only 1 of ours worked. And breakfast that was included was not well stocked. No pancakes, bread was stale. Coffee was decent. Only small bruised bananas as fresh fruit. My family opted not to eat. Overall we were not happy and I am extremely confident we will never stay there again.

So in 90+ degree heat she threw my wife out of the room with nowhere to go, in the hot sun and with our belongings. I called the front desk, asked about the late checkout the receptionist said she was aware of the late checkout and it was no problem. At the same time my wife is hysterically crying and screaming why are you doing this to me, he will requested a late check out. Meanwhile I left my conference early racing through traffic to get to her. Upon arriving I find my wife a mess, with our bags on the ground crying. I asked the receptionist if it was anything she could do, she called Mr Patel the owner who replied there is nothing he could do, he didn’t apologize and said take it up with Hotels.com. Ok so my wife is still upset with me, I missed my presentation at my conference and I am very disappointed! Along with hair stuck to the shower curtain in the tub. I paid good money for a bad experience, this hotel, the housekeeping and the communication is really bad and has caused a lot of hardship.

Room was spacious, updated, and placed instructions appropriately where needed.

All the nonsmoking rooms smelled of smoke, not very clean and appliances were noise.

The only thing i liked was the quietness. Overall i would not recommend staying, until hotel chooses a better staff for housekeeping and general cleaning of the rooms.

The place was run down and dingy. Our non smoking room smelled so much of smoke we had to put air on full bladt at 64 degrees to get rid of smell still it burned my eyes. I would. Ot stay again

The rooms are nothing like what they show. They are nasty and smell horrible. The beds are not queen size they are full size beds. We asked for new sheets because at check in the sheets was stained and they told us housekeeping was gone so we was NOT accommodated. I had to clean the room buy towels sheets and a blanket for now stay. Upon check out they accused began to harass us with false complaints because at the time of all incidents we was not in the facility we was away from our rooms from 10am until almost 11pm. The was drug transactions going on when we was present at the room, including staff actually participating in it. Overall the stay was by far the worse and I reported them to the health department. Nothing clean about the rooms. The floors bathroom beds sinks tubs odor. THE WORSE HOTEL I HAVE EVER BEEN TOO IN MY ENTIRE LIFE

The pool was closed and the property was not well maintained.

The property is old. The room was not clean, the tv remote and even the menu was soil. Did not stay the night.

This is a Motel surrounded by illegal activity. My 15 year old was offered crack while unloading the car. The rooms (and we tried three) all smell of a terrible combination of smoke, urine, and no telling what else. Bathrooms full of mold, filthy carpet, etc. We ended up leaving, just bad.

Area was not safe. Room had residual marijuana in it when we arrived.

I specifically chose this motel as it said it had a pool, breakfast and was close to our son's sports venue for a tournament. Upon arrival, saw the pool was covered with tall weeds growing within the pool deck which means it has not been open for a long time. My son was looking forward to relaxing in the pool after a long day at his tournament. Otherwise, the room was very clean and comfy.
