Reviews
The hotel reviews indicate a mix of positive and negative experiences. Guests generally appreciate the cleanliness, comfort, and spaciousness of the rooms, as well as the free breakfast and convenient location. However, there are recurring complaints about unfriendly staff, maintenance issues, and lack of cleanliness in some areas.
- Clean, comfortable, and spacious rooms
- Free breakfast with a good variety
- Unfriendly staff
- Maintenance issues and lack of cleanliness in some areas
- 2/5
The bathroom contained what appeared to be dried blood splattered across the ceiling and walls. In addition, the bathroom door was visibly damaged and looked as though it had been punched or struck with considerable force. Finding what appeared to be biological residue in a guest room was both disturbing and unacceptable. This was not simply a minor housekeeping oversight—it reflects a serious failure in basic cleaning, sanitation, and room inspection procedures. No guest should ever walk into a room in this condition, let alone discover it after spending the night there. The fact that Room #305 was deemed ready for occupancy raises significant concerns about the hotel’s cleanliness standards and quality control practices. We chose this hotel expecting a clean, safe, and properly maintained room. Instead, we were met with conditions that were unsanitary, unsettling, and entirely inconsistent with what paying guests should expect to receive. It was so disgusting that we ended up not staying our second PAID night and drove back home after our long Saturday event.

Location was a bit dodgy Clean but dark and needs updating
- 4/5
Very good
- 3/5
AC unit was original to build and not serviced. Couldn't get room below 77 degrees. Staff was very blah and not warm and friendly. Breakfast was good but not switched out quickly enough.
- 1/5
Don't go here. It smelt like gas
- 2/5
The hotel is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The check in lady was beyond unprofessional from the first moment. Everything is super dirty and old. The only thing that was good was the breakfast. Good food and clean court. Otherwise I will never stay there again. Also charged me $25 for early checkin when the expedia email clearly stated the check in times.
- 5/5
The room had plenty of space and the room was very clean. Plenty of parking available in th front and the breakfast had a pretty good selection. A couple of the items had to be heated up but a microwave is available.
- 5/5
No big frills, just a good, quiet place to stay off the beaten path.

Great Location, Breakfast was outstanding. Staff was very professional.
- 3/5
The hotel looked ran down and maybe I just haven’t stayed at one of these in a long time. The rooms were extremely dirty. I had to ask for a new one because of furniture having blood stains and our towels being put right on top.
- 3/5
decent value for the money

The only thing was the smell on the 2nd floor when we stepped off the elevator the smell was a bit overwhelming it was like dog urine and wet dog. When I was walking to my room I seen 2 dogs actually stop and pee on the side of the walls! The owner of said dogs just looked around to see if i was watching i did say something but nothing was done. The overall stay was fine just the smell in the hallway.
- 4/5
Very good
- 5/5
Room was clean, staff was helpful. Breakfast was good. I am giving it a 5 star.
- 2/5
The room was big and a great size AC barely worked, room was dirty and there was used bar of soap in the shower. Staff was never at the front desk. Waited 20 minutes to check in. Trash in the lobby and since the hotel was in such unkept state we didn’t even dare to try and eat breakfast there.

- 5/5
It’s a safe and quiet place to stop when heading north with my cat Toby
- 3/5
Our room was spacious and comfortable, however we found clumps of dust and hair on the floor in the room and the bathroom. The wallpaper was ripping away from the wall and just gave it a worn down, needs work look to the room. There was a good selection for breakfast.
- 4/5
Breakfast was substandard. Two of the three mornings, there was no eggs in the tray and just a few cold sausages. Needs greater attention by the staff
- 3/5
On the second night ants infested the room including the bed. Also the bathroom shower was moldy.
- 1/5
Located around a cluster of multiple hotels. Tough to locate. Room’s AC didn’t work. Switched me to another room. That AC barely worked. Not impressed
- 3/5
Ok, but mattress was old and in need of replacement. Good value for a quick one night stay. Always appreciate free parking and breakfast!
- 5/5
Very happy with our stay. This hotel is tucked away behind other hotels and within the trees. We enjoyed the breakfast and the coffee was great. Perfect for what we needed.
- 5/5
Great Parking, Comfortable Bed, Working Ice Machine…couldn’t have asked for more after a long road trip
- 4/5
The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was very good. The room was not handicap friendly (there are raised strips between the entryways) and there were a lot of stains on the sofa and chair. The bed was lower, soft, and very comfy.
- 4/5
Clean and helpful staff
- 5/5
Very clean. Perfect stay.
- 4/5
Bed was comfortable. Room was clean but furniture worn. I left at 6:15 AM and breakfast was not open and no coffee available except room coffee. Pet policy is great!
- 4/5
Did not have breakfast
- 4/5
Breakfast was ok, coffee, fresh bagels
- 4/5
The breakfast lack flavor. The eggs were cold and tasteless. Sausage cold and tasted bad.
- 5/5
Clean room, good internet, great for a one night business trip
- 1/5
I did not stay in the room the first night. Stink bugs in the bathroom, had to close the door. Scared me sooo baddd. The gentleman at the desk said he had to wait for maintenance to come in am. Offered me another room without my personal items in the bathroom with the bugs. The tv worked sporadically. I came back after 4pm the following day and STILL SAW A BUG, threw a towel over it and left Sunday @ 7:30am without a shower. HORRIBLE!!!
- 5/5
Rooms are clean, staff are friendly, breakfast buffet hot foods were hot and cold foods cold, and parking was easy.
- 5/5
yes
- 3/5
Good location off highway, breakfast was included but cold, we certainly ate and we're fine. No vending in lobby. Entrance was not clean. Beds were comfortable enough, we were only there to sleep quick before getting back on road.
- 4/5
Breakfast was nice.
- 5/5
Room was great. Check in was smooth. Good parking.
- 5/5
Good
- 4/5
The only downside was the bathtub. There were creases that looked like mold or dirt, which could definitely use some attention. Check-in at night wasn’t the best experience since the man at the front desk wasn’t very friendly. However, the lady in the morning more than made up for it—she was very kind, helpful, and welcoming both days. Breakfast had a lot of great options, including toast, bagels, pancakes, waffles, French toast, cereal, eggs, juice, and coffee. Free parking was also a big plus. Overall, a good stay with just a couple small issues.
- 3/5
Sheets could be a bit fresher otherwise had a great stay! Very friendly and accommodating with our dog
- 3/5
Hot water doesn’t work well. Problems with flushing toilet; water pressure just didn’t seem strong.
- 5/5
Clean, spacious room. Quiet location. Decent breakfast.
- 4/5
My Family and I enjoyed our stay here as well as the variety of breakfast options. Fell short of giving it an excellent review because we were initially given a room that seem to have mould on the bathroom ceiling, however, our room was changed once we complained and the new room was very clean. Will definitely recommend a stay here.
- 2/5
Was only here for 1 night for a soccer tournament. Upon arrival there was water puddled all over the counter dripping on to the floor that I had to clean up. The AC unit did not work,
- 3/5
Property has definite signs of wear. Broken floor tiles in lobby and elevators, worn rugs at entry. Rooms were clean and spacious though. There did always seem to be a hallway or elevator area that smelled a bit like marijuana, though. Need to hold people accountable for the $250 no smoking fee.
- 5/5
Yes, I did not expect a full breakfast, and parking was safe
- 4/5
Hot breakfast, but unremarkable. The room's light blocking curtains were fixed in a fully closed position; there was no way to open them. Even with all the area lighting on in the surprisingly spacious room it felt dreary. The hotel was clean but the decor felt tired.
- 4/5
Parking was free and plenty of spots. Breakfast was great.
- 3/5
I was surprised that there was no carpeting on the floors of the room, wood laminate or vinyl. instead. That made the room "cold" requiring use of slippers or shoes. The bathroom door had a hole punched through it and the folding door to the closet was gone, not there. I'll think twice before returning to this property.
- 1/5
We arrived late at night to find a room that looked like someone had been living in it and just recently left. There was sticky food residue and play-doh on the floor, the fridge was caked with old food, crayon on the walls, the bathroom walls were splashed with hair dye and someone's hair, and the room smelled FOUL, of smoke and other odors. It was late and we were exhausted from driving so we were going to just tough it out and deal with it in the morning, until we realized THE SMOKE DETECTOR HAD BEEN RIPPED OFF THE WALL. That was then a safety issue. We went down to the lobby and requested another room - was told that they were fully booked, no other rooms available. After some discussion, they tried to give us another room - we checked and it was in use, towels on the floor, bed used. At that point we said "never mind", left, and went to stay somewhere else. Maybe some people get clean rooms - we did not. I do not recommend taking the gamble.
- 2/5
There was black mildew all over the shower walls. Dust and lost things under sofa bed that we discovered while pulling it open. The sheets on the sofa bed didn’t look clean. Breakfast was poor, and I almost threw up when the eggs were brought out in a plastic bag and dumped in the warmer to be served to guests. Disappointed
- 1/5
Laundry room was out of service.
- 1/5
Our room smelled like smoke. Both my son and husband have allergies. The front desk was unhelpful.
- 4/5
I would for sure stay there again the place look clean felt clean was very roomy and didn't have much to complain about very satisfied I would stay there again.
- 4/5
Room was clean.
- 5/5
Suits the bill
- 4/5
Our only complaint is that people do not pick up their dog poops. Would come back! Anne
- 4/5
Was a good stay had a good time
- 5/5
Good location
- 3/5
Elevator was freezing. Room was also. Breakfast was not good.
- 5/5
This really is a very basic Hotel. The Furnishings are very dated, but very very clean. Our beds were comfortable and really nice sheets. It was perfect that we could bring the dogs.
- 4/5
Clean room
- 4/5
Clean, easy access to major routes and quiet
- 5/5
Clean and quiet
- 2/5
Was on third floor The hallway had no heat. The heater in the room could not keep up with freezing weather as the temperature in the room could not reach 62 degrees. We froze all night. The next morning I found out the heat was off on the third floor so why did the man at the front desk put us there? The hotel was not full as there was only about 10 cars all night.
- 5/5
Rooms were great, but they were FREEZING. had the heater on all night and didn’t help at all. other than that the room was great!
- 3/5
Rooms were very well clean. The breakfast was good. Only problem was there was a guest smoking weed stunk up the hall way but the room my room was good.
- 3/5
Hotel needs a little updating. Heat did not work well, hallway smelled of smoke and no one was at the desk during check out. I use La Quinta hotels all over the county and this was not the experience I was expecting.
- 4/5
Restful and quiet. Very good price for the quality and space.
- 1/5
Horrible
- 5/5
I was highly satisfied with my recent stay. The room was immaculately clean, which always makes a big difference for me. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was wonderfully inviting and relaxing. I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone seeking a great experience.
- 5/5
Very clean room loved breakfast even tho it was simple still good ..staff awesome don’t know the lady name that comes in the morning I love her she’s a sweetheart. I would most def stay there again

The young lady at the desk was great. The room was freezing, heat didnt work. The building was freezing dont know if thwy had heat in the building.
- 4/5
After putting the Heater on 30 min later it was ok For the rest it was good
- 4/5
Definitely would stop on a road trip here again. Everything was clean, cozy and safe.
- 5/5

- 5/5
Breakfast is always the same precooked microwave stuff. Scrambled eggs, sausage patties or links.
- 5/5
Very nice.
- 2/5
Room smelled and next door noisy.
- 4/5
It was in a good area
- 5/5
Delicious breakfast and very spacious rooms.
- 5/5
My stay was very satisfying. The rooms are very clean. The service we had was very good.
- 1/5
It took over an HOUR to be picked up from the airport. The hotel is 20 minutes away; not 9 as stated in the website
- 5/5
I’ll stay here again
- 4/5
Room was clean. I really liked the fact that we had enough towels in the bathroom, Breakfast is always a plus!
- 4/5
Quiet location, clean and convenient.
- 5/5
Yes great time!!!
- 5/5

- 5/5
The staff is very good in the day but in the evening not so good. great place
- 4/5
Size of the room
- 4/5

- 3/5
breakfast was not good and the coffe wasn’t either
- 3/5
- 2/5
The bed was horrible, the shower head was broken actually fell off. I had to fix it to use it. The breakfast was gross. They didn’t have the waffle iron even turned on. I had to wait. They have powdered scrambled eggs, nasty stuff. So I ended up having to eat French toast, sticks, which were so hard you couldn’t cut them because they were laying on the bottom of the serving pan where they were from yesterday who knows. Very disappointed with the stay there most likely won’t go back to La Quinta again.
- 2/5
Bathroom had cracked sink. Wedding blocking front entrance. curtains held closed by clothes clip
- 5/5
Good experience
- 4/5
Decent place to stay. Rooms were clean with nice amenities. Super quiet at night, no traffic noise at all. Breakfast was also decent: eggs, sausage, pancakes, waffles, cereal, juices, coffee, bagels and toast. Certainly, a good value for your money!
- 4/5
Generally good stay; toilets are too low though - need upgraded
- 5/5
Convenient, clean and friendly courteous staff.
- 4/5
Clean room, quiet atmosphere
- 5/5
Hot water wasn’t hot enough
- 1/5
There is 0 cleaning
- 5/5
yes
- 4/5
Very good hotel for the price clean and comfortable
- 3/5
Room was nice and clean. Heating didn’t seem to work too well. Kept thermostat at 90° and I was still cold. Rooms are not soundproof enough. Could hear entire conversations and laughter well into the night from the room next to mine. I checked out a day early due to another group of young girls checking into the room next to mine, they were literally screaming and yelling. Staff was apologetic, but refused to refund the extra day as I had paid in advance through Expedia.
- 4/5
Room comfortable and spacious. Bed comfortable. Clean and quiet. Shower pressure could be better. Breakfast was inedible-old chewy pancakes and other foods looked old and dry.
- 2/5
I got a good rate and the hotel was close to our tournament venue, so it was tolerable for one night, but the hotel is old and desperately in need of updating. The hotel is located behind a bunch of other hotels; the sign on the outside of the building was flickering; there were stains on the wall and ceiling; there were chips in the furniture; there was a dent in the door, etc. Breakfast was included, but it was basic and not good. The rooms were spacious, but the beds were doubles, not queen-size.
- 5/5
Clean room
- 3/5
Mattresses are over due to be replaced. Carpet in hallway was in need of vacuuming. Breakfast was not appealing, runny instant eggs and terrible coffee. Luckily Dunkin was nearby for our coffee fix. Okay for one night and price was right but probably would not stay again.
- 3/5
The room was mostly clean except the curtain was super dirty and had lots of holes in it. The staff spoke when spoken to. It’s definitely one of the better of the hotels in the surrounding hotels on that street.
- 1/5
Dirty and loud
- 5/5
The room was clean
- 5/5
Close to shopping and easy access to commuting route
- 5/5
This hotel was great. Clean rooms, comfortable beds and friendly staff.
- 2/5
The hotel is outdated
- 3/5
Good for the price. Fair
- 2/5
Bathroom door had hole in it. Look like mold in the shower. Breakfast food was awful.
- 5/5
Consistency with every visit twice a year for 4 years
- 5/5
Clean room and quiet enough to sleep through the afternoon.
- 5/5
The room was fine and big enough for three adults working on a project in the area. However there are a couple of things I would suggest. One remove the towel shelf from inside the bathtub/ shower stall it’s almost impossible to keep the unused towels from getting damp or wet. The bathroom is also not a sanitary area to keep the coffee maker or the ice bucket and cups. Our group did not use either of these items because it grossed them out.
- 3/5
Rooms were very clean, and service was great. However, the hotel seems to be in a sketchy area, and there were lots of people hanging around the parking lot.
- 4/5
The room was everything’s ng we could want. Desk clerks should smile and acknowledge guests
- 4/5
Clean room, large parking
- 3/5
The first room we were given was occupied. Then the clerk tried to argue with me it wasn't. The room we got was clean but run down. Edges of the coffee table busted up. Door to get to fridge busted up around handle. The hallway stank especially near the elevator.
- 2/5
The hotel was behind several other hotels off the main road. Their large sign on the building kept blinking after dark and didn’t stay lit. A police car patrolled the parking lot at least one night. There was no maid service one day. The refrigerator in the room made a lot of noise every time the motor turned off. I wouldn't stay there again.
- 1/5
Dirty room - broken furniture and sinks.
- 5/5
Good and very comfortable.
- 3/5
Curtain in rooms has old blood on them . Very disturbing. I wanted a refund
- 5/5
Clean
- 3/5
It was not very clean. Dirty carpets, walls. The faucet and sink were filthy. yuck
- 4/5
Breakfast not good food
- 4/5
Clean, comfortable, convenient. I traveled to the area to see my grandson play soccer. It was an overnight stay. The hotel cost was reasonable and it included a decent breakfast. The room was spacious and I appreciated the laminated wood floors. I hate carpeted hotel rooms.
- 1/5
This was the second Wyndham property I’ve stayed at that was TERRIBLE. Will never stay at a Wyndham property again.
- 5/5
Ok
- 1/5
Room was ok not the cleanest. I had stayed at this hotel multiple times the last two have been nightmares. There was a couple in the room close to mine and it was violent yelling cursing hitting the walls inappropriate things for two nights they didn't sleep. I went down to tell management he said ok i call them. nothing happened and it just continued. then i called him agian nothing happened, the hotel couldnt have been full they should have moved me and or kicked out the couple. these last two trips it has been like a crack house. I will never stay there agian. i have spent thousands of dollars but it has gotten worse and worse.
- 1/5
We found multiple bed bugs in our bed at 1am, they offered a new room . We asked for a refund . Expedia was able to handle that
- 3/5
Definitely needs updating and cleaning
- 2/5
There were dirty curtains, dirty spot on the top sheet of the bed by the AC unit, hallway smelled like dirty water, the room had a weird moist aroma. I wasn’t a fan of the coffee machine being in the bathroom. Staff has helped with providing towels and blankets, but barely present at the front desk throughout the day. Cheap microwaveable breakfast provided. This hotel was rated as 8/10, but for me I would rate it 2/10 overall.
- 4/5
Excellent customer service/staff!
- 3/5
I thought the hotel was decent
- 2/5
Room was in disrepair. Water on floor from the AC, all furniture had damage, sink was damaged. Overall the experience was less than ideal.
- 3/5
Cabinet door that encloses refrigerator was missing the knob and you had to pry it open with a key to be able to use the fridge. The water valve in the shower needed to be replaced. It had dead spots in it and you could get a good water flow on cold water but not for luke warm or hotter water. Then, last but not least, hair dryer had sparks and partial flames coming out of it. We stay here about 4 times a month, and this is the first time ive had to leave a bad review.
- 2/5
Mold in bathroom, stain on wall, mattress was full of stains even the sides...
- 4/5
Our stay was very good enjoyed the continental breakfast and how close the hotel was to other amenities
- 3/5
Needing to upgrade the breakfast, fix the business center
- 3/5
Same breakfast everyday, need a change. Business center not working, laundry room not working. Kudos to the young man who serviced the room.
- 1/5
Roaches ran back in the wall when I turned the lights on. Black mold all over the ceiling in the bathroom. Entire room gave off bed bug sanctuary with the roaches running around on the walls. For the price pest issues shouldn’t be an issue.
- 4/5
Pleasantly surprised. Spacious rooms and friendly staff. The negative was the comforter for the sofa bed appeared to have been used for a paint cover. Spots of green blue and red that didn't come out in the laundry. Someone had scorched the iron and it had black flakes that came off. I saw it ahead of time and knew to iron my clothes on the wrong side. Affordable and I would definitely stay again. A little dated where minimal upgrade would be beneficial. Shout out to housekeeping. I disinfected the headboard as I do anywhere, then took their white hand towel to wipe it down. Towel was Mr. Clean white. I was positively shocked. Passed the white glove test. Breakfast was good, too far north for grits I guess. But did have hot waffles sausage eggs juice coffee and yogurt. Very filling. The front guest guy was so nice, since I didn't arrive until midnight, he said you can have a late check out and I didn't even ask. Had it been a leisure trip I would have gladly taken him up on his kind offer. Unfortunately I had to be at a funeral by noon the next day and had to check out on time. Who offers to be nice these days. Awesome
- 5/5
good
- 4/5
Very dog-friendly.
- 5/5
The tub had some mildew around the tiles and the faucet needed to be secure. The handle went all the way around. But it worked and the water pressure was great. Nice hotel in the back parking lot of other hotels. There were no grounds and the outdoor light blinked. The parking area could use some freshening up.
- 2/5
There was some sort of smell inside the room which drove me nuts. I figured out at the end. It appears that none of the room's AC unit filters were changed. Most likely ever. Hence the air is passing through bad filters and bringing in unsafe air inside the room. Never going to stay there again for sure.
- 4/5
Room was clean and location is very convenient for commuting
- 4/5
Spacious bedroom and bathroom. I prefer carpet but the laminate floor was clean. There was almost too much space as the furniture didn't fill the space. A pool would be nice. The breakfast was good but they closed promptly at 9 a.m.. Seems early to me. The receptionist English wasn't clear but he got the job done.
- 4/5
No shower curtain and room could have been cleaner. Breakfast was okay. Morning clerk was very nice.
- 4/5
The parking area is covered with litter. The guests are obviously uncaring and the area needs a good cleaning and continued maintenance. The inside is dated but relatively clean. I would stay again because pets are allowed and it is well located for my needs.
- 4/5
Nice clean facility
- 4/5
Nice room!
- 5/5
The rooms are very Large. You have plenty of room to move around. I have stayed there many times and have never been disappointed. Clean and Friendly
- 5/5
Property was very clean and nice. My daughter and I enjoyed it.
- 4/5
close to dining too...
- 2/5
We immediately requested a new room, and when we went into the new room, we did the same inspection and found the same, in fact worse. We contacted hotels.com and they helped us negotiate a refund. We left and stayed at a trusted higher end hotel brand instead. To be clear, we didn't ever see any ACTIVE infestation here, just signs of previous infestations, but it's clear that it has been widespread in the past, spanning the entire hotel, and the mattresses have not been changed out. They are well wrapped. You probably won't have a problem. But we were grossed out enough that we decided to leave and make other plans. La Quinta gave us no grief and no hassle about cancelling our reservation. They were kind and apologetic.
- 4/5
Room ok.
- 4/5
Nice
- 5/5
Place was clean and quiet. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good.
- 5/5
Room was clean, solid internet connection and great value for an overnight stay.
- 4/5
Decent hotel. Nice having breakfast included. Hotel is behind another hotel which could be a little confusing
- 1/5
The staff lies on you and says that u denied housekeeping coming to clean your room the front desk lady is very mean and the night time front desk guy isn’t ever around when u need him probably because he is in room 310 they have ants where they serve the breakfast and don’t see to care and there’s also the elevator doesn’t work and it’s just a mess
- 4/5
The breakfast was average at best.
- 4/5
My only complaint is that the bed was way too soft. I actually felt the springs.
- 5/5
clean and comfortably located to major highways and shopping
- 5/5
Good hotel, good location
- 4/5
Breakfast juice was weak and coffee was liquid concentrate which screams low cost breakfast items. Serve regular coffee.
- 5/5
It was a great place to stop over for just the night. The area did look safe to me… staff was nice, place smelled great👍
- 5/5
Inexpensive and wonderful

I’ve been staying in hotels for work for the past six months, and this was my worst experience. The hotel is dirty, and the room was damp. I could hear conversations and yelling from all sides of my room. The sound insulation is very poor. I asked to change my room, but they refused. It’s now 5 a.m., and I have left the hotel. I can’t stay there any longer. I’m requesting a refund.

Mote than met my expectations and requirements.

Great price. Clean. Just right

After driving for 500 miles I just needed a place to stop. I didn't need fancy amenities or anything else just a place to sleep for the night and this was perfect and the price reasonable. A good sized clean room with a soft bed and a hot shower is not too much to ask for but so many hotels miss the mark. This one didn't

Room was clean but some updating is needed.

The shower head was too high and if you are not over 5.9 you may not be able to reach it to adjust it.

Sign on outside blinking as if electric problem, entrance dingy and No air when entering. Staff not welcoming entire building muggy and Un air conditioned. Room ok but smelled of smoke, was 80 upon entering and air didn't seem to catch up. Upholstery dark and not fresh looming

Wanted a hotel with a gym as we were staying for a week. The gym was atrocious! Filthy- but worse of all no air conditioning. They did have an old box fan in the room..

Reasonable price and great service

This trip we werent able to check in until about 9pm, which means we werent able to get our regular room. In the room we were assigned, the air conditioner kept cutting out and the shower wouldnt turn all the way off, so the water ran the entire time we were there.

The bathroom door had a hole in it like it was punched. The breakfast was just ok. There were mosquitoes in our room.
- 2/5
The beds were terrible extremely soft. They seemed very old and worn out. There were leftovers in the refrigerator from the previous guests. The complimentary shampoo had been used. There were ants all over the breakfast bar. The front desk didnt even bother to ask how our stay was. I suspect she already knew.

Great overall, pleasant staff, rooms are spacious and clean. The entry road has several pot holes

Disgusting. Mattresses were stained. Most likely had traces of bed bugs. Fisted sized hole through the bathroom door. Black mold growing in the corners of the bathroom. Room smelled terrible and was musty. Whole hotel was musty and smelled like weed
- 1/5
Room was dirty. Mold in shower Room not cleaned daily. Only upon request. If I was Expedia, I would delete this hotel from the available listings. Worst hotel I have ever seen in this country.

Stopped on our way to Connecticut. Nice hotel .room large

Hotel is outdated and could use a make over. Parking lot has a ton of potholes and hotel is behind other hotels. Area is just okay but definitely run down. Room was clean except floors could use a swifter wet mop. Air conditioner turned on and off the entire night. If you’re a light sleeper, this will be a huge problem. Had to run back to my car once or twice in the evening, no staff at desk which I thought was strange. We stayed one night for a baseball tournament and while the stay was fine I think we’d go somewhere else in a better location.

Great for travel

This property was dingy and run down. The parking lot had several large potholes. The hotel staff were not friendly. The rooms smelled like someone had recently been smoking. The gym smelled dank and the water dispenser didn’t work. I would not recommend this LaQuinta to anyone.

Property is old needs updating. AC unit in room extremely loud had to run alot to maintain temp. Interior halls and elevator no AC. Coffee was terrible.
- 2/5
First my room didn't have a smoke detector, I noticed in the middle of our stay. Second the "gym" smelled terrible like the carpeted floor hadn't been cleaned in years. Someone left a water bottle, and no one went in to clean it up and the filtered water had no water.

Needs a lot of updating

The entrance carpet was dirty. The room provided had an air conditioner leak and the bathroom floor was water covered. We were given another room. The furniture in the rooms were outdated and soiled. The sheets were clean and we were ok for the nights we were there. Trash outside of hotel was full and potholes in the parking lot needed navigating. The flower planters were weed filled.

The front desk gentleman was very very nice and courteous. Always pleasant and answering questions and assisting. Very hospitable. The light in my room was constantly flickering, so I had to turn it off. The mold in the bathroom around the soap dish was repulsive. The grout on the floor was filthy. Three of the six lights in the elevator were not working. Most annoying was the overwhelming cloying smell of smoke in my room after advertising a non- smoking room. It was very very bad. As a non-smoker it bothered me greatly. The lady at the desk told me I could not get a receipt after checking out because I booked with Expedia. Overall, I gave it three stars because the hot water worked, the toilet worked and the bed was semi comfortable. Also, the breakfast was somewhat ok. The hot water for tea and the bagels were ok.

Nice low budget motel in the area

Placed in the back of a complex does not leave much room for esthetics. However the interior was pleasant clean and welcoming. The room had all necessities. Clean. And comfortable. Extremely affordable. Price includes a breakfast as well.

It is supposed to be a non-smoking facility, but last week when we checked in our room smelled like cigarette smoke. This week, when we checked in, the hallway smelled like marijuana. The smell was so strong that it was coming into our room under the door. I had to keep spraying Lysol to get rid of the smell. We stay at this hotel 3-4 times a month, and everytime our complaint is that the parking lot and the hallways smell like marijuana. People ARE smoking inside the hotel.
