The room was supposed to have a pullout couch. It literally had a kitchen chair in its place. The side doors were able to be opened without a keycard.

I wanted an affordable stay. That’s what I got, but the walls had water stains and mildew, toilet seat was yellow and the material was breaking down, and the wallpaper was falling apart. Would highly not recommend this stay. It’s anything but quality.

good location The first room that we checked into had plaster bits on the floor right under what appeared to be a recurrent ceiling leak. We were promptly moved to a second room, which we stuck with, but also had ceiling damage. Also, when we checked out, at what would seem to be peak check-out time, there was no one at the front desk. I waited for over 5 minutes, as I wanted a printed receipt, but no one returned. I gave up.

Since this is a budget hotel, my expectations were relatively low, but they were exceeded to my pleasant surprise! We booked one night just for a way to break up a long car trip with two small kids for a fairy festival happening nearby. The room was clean and week maintained, the staff were pleasant and extremely helpful, even when our booking wasn't technically paid for because there was some kind of issue with the credit card used by this third party booking, and we had a good and quiet night's sleep!

Pool and gym is out of order and has been for a long time. Ice machine didn’t work on the first floor. AC is weak in the room. Wall paper literally falling down. Cleanliness is minimum. Takes a long time before you get your deposit back.

This is definitely NOT a 3-star hotel. Although they appear to be doing some work exterior, the interior needs a lot of updating and fixing. Our room had wallpaper coming down on the walls and cracks in the ceiling. The flooring was all dug into with lots of drag marks which I was concerned they would try to bring back on the guest. The hair dryer in the bathroom was very old and weak. I would say the most disappointing item about the hotel was the breakfast buffet. With just one waffle maker, choice of two yogurts, or two cereals, it doesn't even come close to the buffets even a 2-star hotel provides. A lot of my stays factor in what the hotel offers for breakfast, and I don't think I would stay at this location again or recommend it to anybody.

They need to work more on having breakfast.Not just waffles and fruits and plain cereal, but eggs, sausages, orange juice, apple juice, tea.Those things were not there

I won’t recommend staying at this hotel because it’s not up to code rooms are smoked in and they have strong odor plus it’s a live in hotel you have all sorts of things going on it needs to be renovated and also sheets and blankets smell as if they haven’t been washed or replaced after clients leave. Not recommended pay the extra 30 dollars and have a better stay.

I am a regular there at the quality Inn, but the only rooms that was available at check-in. They all had a severe mildew smell, but the gentleman at the front desk. He did do an excellent job at trying to help me, but it just got to the point where there was no more rooms available so I had to deal with the very strong mildew snow other than that that place is awesome.

Overall, I enjoyed my stay. The Jetted tub was nice, they do need to have some things updated & touched. The room as a whole was nice but does need some drywall, paint & wallpaper to neaten it up a bit. The continental breakfast, of course, was simple & ready each morning. I would stay here again.

I have to be honest, I was a little disappointed they gym and pool were closed. Also no milk for the cereal

Every single thing they offer was broken or out of order. No indoor pool. No laundry. No fitness center. The hot breakfast that they advertise online and literally on the sign out front of the hotel is simply a waffle maker. Everything else was cold breakfast. Knockoff cheerios and frosted flakes. Yogurt and a bowl full of apples that is it. Every ice machine in the hotel was broken except for the one in the main lobby and because the freezer ice tray was stained yellow I had to walk across the entire hotel just to get ice when I wanted a drink which happened about 5 or 6 times a night for a medium cup. Dirty adult sized handprints on the walls. Broken fridge in the first room. Bloodstain on the pillows. Big yellow stains on the sheets. Hot wings all over the elevator at one point which they just tossed the mat aside and left the hot sauce stains in the elevator. Shampoo and conditioner left from the previous stay half used. I was using this hotel to spend time with my 7 year old son for the weekend due to my living situation right now and I could not be more disappointed that the little bit of time we were able to spend together was in a dirty hotel with literally nothing they offered on the app or on the sign out front. On top of everything they would not issue any type of refund or discount or a free night and Expedia only issued me a $50 credit which isn't even enough to pay for a full night. Do not bring your kids here. Stay away! This place is not worth the $70 a night

Check in was easy but there is a sign on front desk that every ammenity is down at moment and they will cancel you free of charge before check in. Too bad that’s a lie. Also they advertise on sign outside FREE HOT BREAKFAST. that’s a lie as well they have cereal and maybe if your lucky a yogurt. No one there barely speaks English. You have to beg for towels. Absolute dumpster fire of a hotel. Then u have to dispute your incidental charge because after you check out they don’t refund it back to u unless u beg and dispute.

I unexpectly walked in on a staff member gulping milk straight out of the gallon in the kitchen when he was preparing breakfast for guests. Putting his whole mouth in it. He was so shocked to see me he spit it out. The same gallon he was using for refill. Very gross

There was a floodlight outside that was flashing on and off. The only hot food selection was the waffle. There was no coffee. The coffee machine was not working. The desk clerk was unaware of this. The actual room was okay. But it was hard to get to outlets for my computer and CPAP.

Wallpaper was peeling. Another guest’s medication was left scattered on the floor. Mold in the bathroom. Receptionist at the front desk was also a bit rude.

Maybe one more waffle maker for weekend breakfast. Other than that comfortable for a quick stay.

The room has a funk to it, the hallways too. The wallpaper is peeling. There's some dead grout in the shower. I got used to it very quickly, though. It was spacious and well cleaned, just not well maintained so there's only so much the cleaning can do. Sometimes the key cards to the room stopped working, but the staff got it working again right away. Couldn't hear noise from the other rooms, but I could from the hallway.

The phone, lamp, ac, and some of the Jets didn’t work😤. they never have extra towels and you can see in the room from outside because they don’t have the second curtain up. 😫They are mediocre polite 😎meaning as long as you don’t need anything they’re nice. Over all there’s no bugs so that’s a good thing 😊

They gave us a room on the inner part of the hotel, not the other building with rooms accessible from the outside. The door to the room could've easily been jostled open which meant I didn't sleep due to the fact I had my son with me. The shower flooded the bathroom every time. People constantly outside close to the main door smoking weed so that's all you would smell going in or out.

The bedding was not changed! There was blood on the bedding! I asked to be moved to a different room. The representative said, that they don’t have any rooms.

The location was perfect There was an ant problem in our room. Staff was rude and threatened to kick us out for us complaining because someone stole our food.

Everything was superb...from the moment I checked in the the checkout time... facility was clean... breakfast bar was fully staffed...quiet rooms ...I was totally surprised as this was my first time staying at a Quality Inn property.

My only complaint is the the beds are hard

The staff was always available, and very helpful when we needed an extra blanket and a toothbrush. The property was clean and tidy with only minor cosmetic scratches on a wall here and there. Pool was not open. But all in all a very good experience and we'll be back.

I think it’s a great value for you budget. It’s decent. The breakfast is a waffle, two dry flavorless cereals, yogurt and a daily apple. They also offer hot coffee and water. That’s not bad for the price honestly. I don’t like they don’t do housekeeping. You can ask for towels and sheets but that’s a hassle. The trash is piled by the garbage cans daily. O and all the amenities are closed. Also the front desk man questioned me about how many waffles I was making.

We've stayed in this room two years in a row for a sports tournament and have found it clean and affordable both times. The staff went above and beyond to make my daughter and I feel welcome. It should be noted there is no longer a pool or fitness center, not a big deal for us as we wouldn't have used it but should be noted. All in all, a clean, pleasant stay!

It kept me from getting rest. The microwave and tv kept going off. I spent the first night there with no tv or working microwave. And they switched the microwave out the next day, just for it to have roaches in it.

The smoke detector was not connected. Most outlets in room did not work. The heating unit was not able to turn off. Got charged for 2 day stay and only stayed 1 night. Plenty of hotels around and unfortunately will never stay at this hotel again and we will be in area due to multiple soccer tournaments in that location.

My stay was everything I wanted it to be. The rooms were clean, staff was extremely helpful. I chose this hotel because of it's location and price; I was not disappointed. I will choose this hotel again if it's convenient for what I have going on at the time.

There was no phone in the room so in order to get the front desk you had to walk to it, the bed sank in the middle so we had to prop pillows between us to avoid rolling, had roach and some bugs in bathroom, the breakfast they advertised was horrible. Nothing to drink but coffee, small container of whole milk for cereal, no fruit, muffins or anything. Only thing was cereal and waffles. Vending machines either sold out or out of order and no ice. Just lacked alot of amenities we needed.

Staff was nice. The room smelled very musty, the wallpaper was falling off the walls and was being held up by thumb tacks. The pool and laundry room were closed and the food offerings for breakfast were non-existent. There was a drunk guy in a ski mask across from us talking to himself and speaking obscenities and another drunk guy walking around in the hallway with a 5th of tequila sloshing around in his pocket. The shower curtain would not stay closed and the hot water did not work well.

First time in my life, I am reviewing for a hotel. This is the ugliest hotel i ever had specially the breakfast. Without bread and eggs and juices, do you call it breakfast? They ran out drinking water waffle dough by 9:30am instead 10m. I took the pictures of the breakfast area for proof of evidence 😞

Price was good for a one night stay but this place definitely needs an upgrade desperately. In the room I stayed in, the water was not hot-it was luke warm even after letting it run for 5min+. The shower curtain rod was taped up with black duct tape which caused it to be unbalanced and the shower curtain kept sliding back. That was unpleasant, but good price for a one night stay.

We arrived at midnight and left at 8am so I didn't need anything fancy....and I didn't get anything fancy. It was inexpensive and quiet. Bed and bathroom pretty clean albeit needing some updates and attention. The bed squeeked, the breakfast was limited and didn't even have tea bags for the hot water. Aside from some older hotel quirks, it did the job for us just fine.

If i could give zero stars i would. The lobby where breakfast is all couches and chairs the fabric was peeling off them. I had our 4 month old with us and the first room had mold in the bathroom and a weird smell, when i went to tell them they offered to switch rooms, i checked it wuickily and it looked fine. We switched. While my boyfriend took a nap i went to get my phone off the charger, when I noticed the wallpaper was peeling and right where it was peeling I saw black so I looked closely at it to find that it was black mold. They literally just put wallpaper up over a moldy wall. We then said something to them and said we just wanna leave we were only there for 3 hrs. They gave us the second night and security deposit back, but refused to give us the first night. They rent rooms out to people as apartments. When i said i have my 4 month old like im not styaing and risking my babies health they couldn’t have cared less. Worst hotel i have ever stayed in. The beds felt like a boxslring and it is so outdated you can tell they probably find stuff on the side of the road to use. Even mold on ceiling tiles in halls the pictures online are not what you get definitely a bait and switch.

The room had a smell of cleanliness. The hallway had noticeably traffic. I was on the first flr. The shower curtain was worn/stained. I advised the front desk staff in the am. Did not eat breakfast so cannot comment. The hotel shares parking lot front/ rear. There is motel on the side. Room did not face a parking lot I felt comfortable parking my car in. The room was for one night only and I got ok sleep. Bed was a bit uncomfortable but better than sleeping in my car.

All good things, the only negative thing i jave to say is the seal to the fridge was black.

Stayed here for one night for a soccer tournament. Beds were comfortable, room was clean, and it was close to the soccer field. I’d choose to stay here again.

Regarding breakfast, I found the options to be somewhat limited. The waffles were not as enjoyable as I hoped, often falling apart when trying to serve them. There were only a couple of choices for cereal, along with plain yogurt and an apple. It would be great to have a bit more variety, especially for drinks—currently, guests have the option of drinking tap water from a dirty jug or coffee, which didn't meet my expectations, as it tasted quite bitter.(like instant coffee made with toilet water) Enhancing these areas could significantly improve the stay for future guests.

Pros: the location of the hotel is conveniently placed near restaurants, gas stations and even I95 access ramps. The rooms are huge. There is a sitting area with a couch, a nice sized bed with a tv and also a computer desk. The prices are really affordable. Con: The interior in the room needs some major upkeep. There was wallpaper peeling in certain area of the room.

This hotel was clean but has a wet or moldy smell to it. When we walked in it had that wet smell. The breakfast was really bad it was no juice the milk wasn't in a refrigerator. The only thing they had was waffles, coffee and apples. Never stay here again.

Upon arrival I had to pay an extra $50 for a deposit even though I booked online. When I got to my room it stink . The whole room had a water damage mildew smell. I went to the front desk only to be handed smokeless air freshener. I turned it down because I didn’t want them thinking I was smoking in my room and keep my deposit. I went to my car grab my personal air freshener. I told and showed front desk what I would be spraying to help the smell and they said “ Ok Ok No Problem Ma’am “ . Now days later I find out they kept my deposit on a non rentable room . SAVE YOUR TIME AMD MONEY PLEASE.

Needs remodeling but for a quick stopover you cant beat the price. Clean friendly and just off rt.95.

There was a mouse in the room when i entered. Also everything had molding and corrosion. Smelled very musty. They need to up their standard a little.

Advertised in door pool and gym neither was working. Room smelled werid, side door of hotel did not lock, no juice or tea at breakfast. Felt unsafe.

Stayed at this hotel with my 4 mouth old baby the ceiling had Mold on it out side the door in the hallway then my sheets and pillow cases was wet like they dryer broke or something. When I told the guy at the front desk he told me I can leave in he will put the money back on my card that take 5-10 business days it was 11:30 at night or he can show me another room . When I went to the other room in checked the bed the sheets was dry. So I switch rooms. put my stuff up once I tried to warm my food up the next morning in the microwave was broke smh in the fridge wasn’t getting cold enough I will never stay there ever again Horrible place I don’t recommend going there

Room was spacious and clean. Front Desk staff both checking in and checking out was unfriendly. Hotel was quiet.

The pool was completely out of service and has apparently been closed since February. A sign at the front desk mentioned it, but the receptionist didn’t point it out at check-in. This matters, because refunds for cancellations are only granted before check-in. We would have reconsidered. Looking through the pool window, it appeared neglected and full of stagnant water. No working gym, and the side door didn’t lock—anyone could walk in without a key. Serious safety concern. Room conditions were poor. One room’s door lock stopped working and we had to switch. Both rooms smelled musty and moldy. The A/C units blew a strong chemical odor, almost like bug spray. Wallpaper was peeling, everything felt worn, and there’s no carpet to blame. Also, no USB charging ports in either room, which made charging devices harder for our family. This hotel is not being maintained, and management is not being upfront about the condition of the property. We will not stay here again and do not recommend it, especially for families.

The room is clean, however, the hallway has a nasty smell. Don't expect a real continential breakfast. Just grab a fruit and go. Lol, front desk isn't friendly. They practice only speak when you speak to them. Not the other way around lol. Parking is free which is a plus.

Needless to say, we won’t ever book here again.

- pool out of order - Fitness center out of order - Ice machine and vending machine on 2nd floor out of order - Fridge not working, at 10am asked for it to be fixed, returned at 7pm and wasn’t fixed. Spoke to front desk and sent a maintenance man to look at it, he messed with the back and said it now works, it did not. All our travel food and dairy needed to be thrown away) - No fan in the bathroom (mirrors steam up fast) - Lightbulb out in lamp - No smoke alarm (maintenance guy said he took it out 3 days ago and will put it back soon) - Beds are comfortable but VERY noisy, every movement made the sound of an old rusted camping cot. - Cockroach fell from doorframe (twice). - Laundry out of order Positives - Room was clean and had basic necessities - Housekeeping was great and seemed to be working hard with the conditions they had. - Breakfast seemed ok, it would have been nice to see more fruit. - Ice machine on the main floor worked (it needs a mat in-front of it as ice spills and the floor gets wet and they just put a wet floor sign out) - Location is near, Walmart, Target, Aldi, Dunkin, Dennys, Chick-fil-A, Panda Express.

Wasn’t a lot of food choices nearby. The second I entered the lobby it smelled like mold. My room smelled like mold. There was a spider in the shower. The ice maker wasn’t working on the second floor. The beds were on some platform with springs. They made so much noise when you got on and off the bed or when you rolled over.

Nice water pressure for shower, adjacent parking, first floor so no stairs. Friendly check in. Nearby amenities.

The hotel was quite basic and everything felt very old. It was clean, which we appreciated, but honestly, I expected more for the price. Maybe it’s just because it’s a very small town with limited service options. We stayed one night with our child on the way to New York — it was okay for a stopover. The breakfast was very minimal.

The pool was not available. The room smelled musty there was water marks on ceiling from a leak. The ice machine were not working on second floor .. the vending machines were out of order. Was just a really bad experience and will not be tell anyone to stay at this hotel

Shower is very outdated with water pressure being very slow, mold. The TV is very outdated with no modern applications.

Upon entering the staff is quiet and laid back it’s a simple process, deposit key room. The room when you open the door clean very clean the floors are very nice the king bed was made nicely the mattress is a little hard but very very manageable and very very clean.

Very comfortable stay, they have breakfast every morning!

I asked to speak to manager and there apparently was not on available or they lied I was accused of being someone I’m not just because names were similar they had a photo of person accusing me of and age when they were half my age and clearly different person but the staff behind the counter was a jerk and still expected me to pay for the room and reservations etc….. Place smelled old and bathroom and parking lot was not very clean so maybe it was all for the best. Holiday Inn Express was a little bit more money but most times you get what you pay for.

Clean room and comfortable

Pretty good space as far as the room. Microwave and a mini fridge is a nice bonus. Housekeeping does a good job on keeping the place nice and tidy. Place needs a bit of updating but overall ok enough to stay for the price. I can’t complain.

This property and surrounding area was insufficient, dirty, and very uncomfortable. The room itself was dirty and wasn’t up to par, additionally whatever was shown online wasn’t the same in person making it very disappointing.

I had to check out of this hotel at 2 AM after we found two fat bedbugs in the bed. Room 246. Have not been able to figure out how to contact hotels.com to make sure we get a refund. Now at another hotel doing laundry instead of sightseeing. This has been a disaster.

The property is falling apart and disgustingly dirty. Attaching photos of vents clogged with dust, wallpaper peeling off, mystery grime on walls, and alarm clock that didn’t work. In bad need of renovation and deep cleaning.

The bed that makes too much noise, everything is old, no change of sheets, no bread or egg for lunch and the duration due to lunch which is really restricted from 6am to 9am And there was a lady who complained about her room because nothing was in good condition even the card to open the door

Staff not overly friendly

The property had a pool but did not communicate its closure online; only upon arrival when it was too late to make other accommodations was this disclosed with an offer of a full refund for cancellation of reservation. Breakfast was bleak, with no decent cereal choices, a pathetic waffle bar, no fruit or fruit juice available (no OJ for breakfast, is this a third-world country?!), and a pathetic waffle bar. The room was ok, except that there were no USB plugs, and, having expected them to be in the room, I was unable to charge any devices as I did not bring a cube.

POOL was closed!!! Stayed there 2 nights just so we could go swimming! No reason for it. Breakfast is just cereal. A waffle machine. Nothing else. NO free water in your room. Just a poor quality for the price. As well as the NAME! Do better.

Not only was there black mold in the bathroom and ceiling in the sleeping area, I was woken up 2 of the 3 nights I stayed to other guests fighting very loudly in the hallway - right in front of my door. My AC did not work either!
