Excellent service amazing staff members very comfortable rooms. very peaceful and quiet. Been at this property a few times and will continue overall very satisfied.

Went to breakfast they took forever!!!! Over one hour and we were the only ones there! The waffles were not fully cooked and they did not have enough staff to help in kitchen and restaurant. Also was not able to checkout later than 12:30 and the cleaning person started to vacuum at 7:30 am outside our door!!!! Never staying here again! Too bad, I hope they fix these issues with their staff.

Breakfast was very poor

Super clean, the King suite was quiet and spacious. Free, easy parking. Only negative is that they could use a bit more bathroom counterspace.

I had a free breakfast with one of my reservations and when I went there at 6: 30am in the morning they wasn't serving breakfast yet so I left at 7:00 a.m. and breakfast still wasn't set up. I never received my breakfast that I had paid for because I couldn't wait any longer

Some areas of the hotel could use minor updates or better maintenance. However, overall, the stay was still comfortable and pleasant. There is no ice machine on the ground floor.

At the time of booking, it showed breakfast included but it was a surprise for me to see at checking that there was no breakfast included in the cost. Room was tidy except for a couple of hairs on the bedsbeet and some nails on the sofa bed.

Location is good, the equipment is old and not maintained well

The restaurant was terrible. Staff seemed bother when we sat down and they took for ever for a simple omelet. Cook and waiter clearly did not like each other. Had 5 daily coupons for breakfast, only used one. Most of the EV chargers were offline.

The Hotel was safe and clean. One of the only ones in the immediate area that was. I drove by others. And the area was not good informed. Highly recommend

All most everything I occupied room 441, at 2:30 am in the next room I could hear very noisy people.I tried to call the lobby without success, I had to go down to the lobby but no one was at the counter I had to wait more than 30 minutes for someone to arrive, it was a bad night and I just wanted to rest.

The furnishings were standard, bed comfortable. The lighting in the room was better than most. There were a number of charging ports, the old rectangular ones, and outlets by the bed There were problems with maintenance. A visible repair in the the ceiling over the toilet had started to leak again., Lets not think about the where that water came from. We were given a different room and an upgrade. The clerk at the desk was very helpful We had a roll in shower, it flooded the bathroom due to poor design and inadequate curtain. When showering bring your glasses because the print on the soap etc. bottles in the shower is small. One of the doors to the parking lot was not secured at all. I guess the keycard pad didn't work. We went in for breakfast at 9AM, not included, made to order eggs. By 9:50 we still hadn't received our eggs. The waiter said there would be a wait but at 9:50 he said something about the manager filling in and had no idea when we would get out food. We walked out

The lobby was nice. The rooms are ugly and smell old and nasty. They need to upgrade the carpets. The restrooms are not cleaned either.

The bed is so high . We have a hard time getting up the bed . No hot water in the morning , waiting for a long time for breakfast & cockroach inside room .

Quiet hotel. Clean & spacious rooms. Great TV channels for a relaxing moment. Staff was friendly 10/10. Pool area could be better monitored, considering it’s a family oriented hotel. A few people were blasting their personal speaker and drinking (pretty trashy). Also, you could visibly see dirty skin residue in the bubbles of the hot tub, pretty gross.

The hotel was nice to stay and in good location. However they don’t even have bottle water provided, we’ll have to purchase water ourselves, very inconvenient.

Our stay was great from start to end. The lobby is beautiful, location is around lots of shops and restaurants, rooms were spacious and clean, and staff were welcoming and kind. We didn’t utilize all the amenities, but it was nice that it was available. The only complaint is at times, the water didn’t quite or took a long while to get hot. Though this was no deal breaker. Would stay again!

I have stayed at many Holiday Inn Express, this one was by far the best one i stayed at. We did have an issue with a smoke detector beeping every 5 minutes, but they came up and eliminated issue right away.

Even more concerning was the hotel’s lack of care afterward. We felt no genuine concern, empathy, or effort to help us after our belongings were stolen. Travelers deserve to feel safe and supported. Based on our experience, I would urge others to consider this before booking.

Check in and check out were seamless and the staff was friendly, parking was convenient, and the room was clean. The bathroom door didn’t lock and scraped the floor every-time it opened, the water was difficult to turn on/off in the shower, there was no complimentary waters in the room, and restaurants closed early

The hotel was fine and all. I was just not happy with the room we got. It was on the first floor and all we hear was the lobby side doors open and close all day and as well the doors to the restroom. It was not relaxing.

Wished they had continental or a breakfast buffet, it would make it easier to eat or grab something real quick, instead you have to order from a menu, also their breakfast hours are limited to 3 hours (6:30 - 9:30). It would be nice to provide you with a bottle of water upon checking in. Location is good, quiet, and safe. A few restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance.

Hotel seemed to be in a better area of the LA suburbs than some. Short distance to retailers and food. The hotel was upkept and clean. I would stay there again. With that said several drawbacks to note: (1) The parking spaces (free!) were very tight. If you have a large SUV, it is problematic when the hotel is busy. (2) The room thermostat was locked at 70 degrees. If you enjoy sleeping in a colder room, this might not be the place. (3) Also presumably for cost savings, the water in the room never got hot ... just slightly warm. Warm enough not to be uncomfortable, but that was about it.

This is still one of my fav places to stay in LA. The hotel is very close to all the food places the family loves, the room is spacious and clean. The parking is very convenient and no fee. I'll stay again.

The cleaning wasn’t done well. There’s still some shaving cream or other stuff left on the shower wall from the previous guest. Also, the soundproofing is really bad. I stayed for four days and could hear the footsteps and TV from the room upstairs every day, so I couldn’t get proper rest.

My biggest issue was the bathroom. The lights were motion sensor (???) but for some reason the lights would shut off after less than a minute if you were not right in front of the mirror/ at the sink! It was so unnerving being on the toilet and in the shower, using the bathroom and showering in the dark! I don't know if every room is like this, but it was terrible.

I stayed at this hotel when I have a chance. Central to restaurants and shops.

The surrounding neighborhood isn't very attractive, but the hotel is a short drive to San Marino, and Pasadena. If you need to be in this part of Los Angeles, and are looking for an affordable hotel, this is worth consideration.

The hotel was comfortable and clean. Front desk and security were friendly. We had 4 people in our room large room. We only had 3 towels and wash cloths. We got two tickets for breakfast. Which is hard to decide who gets it. One morning we waited for our breakfast to be prepared. It to long. We left with our getting it since we were in a hurry.

My bookingvstated there was breakfast served at this location and when i inquired with guest services they said you would pay with your reservation. No way for me to tell from my itinerary and no one pointed it out to me whether or not is was included so a little disappointing. My clas i was there for started at 8 AM so there was no time to stop before hand.

Location is limited in surrounding things to do. On checkin asked for early check in but couldn’t make it work. According to staff rooms were not ready. Seems odd because we saw several back to back check outs.

Property was in good location. Beds were plush and comfortable. Chinese restaurant inside hotel was good and a plus. Close to highway. Only complaint was the cleaning staff didn’t make our rooms when we left at around 10:30 am. Otherwise, would have received 5 stars.

Everything thi g was great but the hot water for showering was an issue. Hot tub wasn't hot. The did get the hot tub hot but it took allday.

The hotel, sadly, was having ALL OF THE CARPET REPLACED!!! Seriously. It was interesting. Room was just right and the staff was swell. Honestly, coming from the Midwest, LA is pretty dirty but this facility was pretty tidy. Jacob was excellent up front but the Chinese speaking employee was hilarious because she did not seem to understand anything we were asking her. There is a very busy Chinese restaurant in the hotel so that made the visit pretty different. All in all we would WOULD stay there again..

We changed room two times because of ants. Front desk were helpful, but manager did not respond to email regarding the ant issue.

This hotel was fine but nothing more than that which surprised me given so many very positive reviews. Its location is fine if you need to be in this area otherwise not one I’d choose. Room is good - big, bed very comfortable, bathroom fine with nice shower. Corridors need refresh - look and feel dirty. Gym was good. Overall fine for a night or two but expected more for the cost and the great reviews.
