    The location is good. Their breakfast is good too. The elevator is not working, have some noise every hour. the shower in our room creates leak downstairs so we didn’t get a shower in our last night and the morning before we checked out.

    Very cheerful & helpful lobby staff. Checkin was very quick. The staff at breakfast was very friendly and restock promptly. Breakfast buffet could improve. Missing cream for the coffee, only milk. Very limited bread selection - no wheat bread, no english muffin. Waffle mix was too thick.

    The location is so convenient to many of the Chinese restaurants and excellent dim sum places and attractions that I am absolutely delighted. It is no fault of the hotel. A obnoxious guest was smoking in the stairway at night.

    From our arrival to our leaving the whole experience was great. Nice room, good facilities accomodatoing our needs. Great customer service reception staff very helpful. Great location and easy parking. Good breakfast area and overall the stay was amazing and I will recomend this to anyone I know. Thank you for a great stay. Just a little comment here, as it's not a dislike but more of a suggestion. The fruit selection was of poor quality and there are only two breakfast burritos on offer per day in a hotel with over a hundred people staying. You have to be there at 6am to get one. Also the egg and potato quality was random.

    The property was close to the hospital my husband was in. The daytime worker was very polite. The night person was beyond rude. I told him I couldn’t connect to the internet and he said he couldn’t help me because I had an iPhone. Supposedly you put your last name and room number to connect. It wasn’t working for me. Additionally, there were no directions on how to get the t.v. to work. He couldn’t help me with that either because he couldn’t leave the desk. Although he wasn’t desk when I was asking for help. He looked like a hoodlum with the hoodie of his sweatshirt on his head. The unprofessionalism of this guy was unbelievable. I will be spending many more days down here, but this hotel is not getting my business. The breakfast was gross too.

    Everything was alright. The room was nice and comfortable. You could hear noise coming from the other rooms but nothing too bad. But the only issue I have is that when I stayed this time they asked for 100$ deposit. When I stayed my first time they didn't ask for one. They just wanted my card on file. I'm not seeing that I'm getting my deposit back. I did check the description and it didn't say anything about a deposit. Usually when booking a room anywhere it will let you know if the hotel is going to have one and I never saw one for here.

    I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, the experience fell short of expectations. While the location was convenient, the overall cleanliness of the room was lacking, and some amenities were either outdated or not functioning properly. The staff was polite, but response times for requests were slower than expected. I was hoping for a more comfortable and well-maintained stay.     I liked the fact that the rooms were spacious. I loved the continental breakfast also. I also loved all of the Asian restaurants and grocery stores nearby. What I didn't like was the poor condition of the rooms. In my room the refrigerator was leaking and the carpet was always wet. Also there was graffiti all over the couch. And the room just looked old in general and needs major renovation. We tried to get the repair man to fix the tv but he never came the first day. We had to follow up with the front desk multiple times to get the repair man to come fix the TV.

    First off we stayed there on Sunday the 11th, there was debris in the track of the elevator, notably Cheeto. Second the hallway carpets are filthy, especially at the entrance to each room. We came back on the 13th and noticed nothing has been done to clean up the tracks or the carpets. I am a retired Director of Environmental Services for Dignity Health and I know what I’m talking about. It seems no one is taking the time to do rounds and take control of making sure your hotel is ready for quests. You’ve lost a future guest and I will make sure the rest of my family knows the condition of your facility.

    Our room was terrible. We had a "suite", rm 116. The chair had a large rear end stain. The couch was torn and dipped down. Our mattress was worn so much that the middle was a hole we rolled into. The drapes has some nasty white stuff splattered on it. The screan on our window was bent and partially off. The furniture was worn and scratched up. Our friend rooms on the second floor were much nicer minus their very worn mattresses. Time to remodel the rooms!

    Poor guest experience. Waited in the lobby upon arrival as no one was at the front desk to help. Unprofessional attitude from worker. Room had old carpet, ripped and the room smell like urine. So bad I could not sleep. AC unit made noise. Mold on bathroom ceiling. Bed sheets were stained and old. I don’t recommend this hotel. Stay away!

    Stay was fine and room was generally clean. When we walked in, it smelled as if someone smoked in the room and the window was opened to air it out. Also when I went to close the window, the stick to close it was sticky. Also while using the restroom I noticed the bathroom door needed to be cleaned. The showerhead sprayed the wall from 2 different areas, needs to be tightened. Lastly, the breakfast should be advertised as grab and go. They have waffles makers but everything else is grab and go items which they didnt actively replenishment throughout the 3 hour breakfast window. The did have eggs, that were watery, but no meat options. The women in charge of the breakfast was also rude and overbearing.

Breakfast was a joke. Eggs were super watery. That’s all they had actually. No creamer for coffee. No bagels, only cream cheese. Had a waffle Ns that’s it. Will not be returning to this place. Very disappointed

    Functional 3-star hotel. There’s precious little to do in Rosemead proper, but it’s convenient to get almost anywhere from there (Disneyland, Rose Bowl, Hollywood, etc. all 30-40 minutes). The free breakfast was good, but the hours were a little short.

    I was there 30 minutes prior to check-in and they wanted to charge me $10 for "early" check in. I don't think so. The TV in the room didn't work. I reported it 3x to the front desk, that is when there was actually someone at the front desk which wasn't very often. 3x I was told that someone would come and fix it but they never came for 2 days. Attitude was awful. Hotel is run down. Breakfast was egg only with white bread.

    Front desk staffer at check in was Rude! Argumentative when asked for the street address, while we were in car looking for it. Gave us wrong directions, then hung up on us when we repeatedly asked him for the street address to determine if we were driving in the correct direction. Told us to look at google maps. Obviously we COULDN"T, had no signal. When my Spanish speaking husband asked him in Spanish, b/c he wouldn't talk to me. Clerk called him racist for speaking Spanish to him and Hung up on us again. He should be fired, and have no interaction with hospitality customers. Customer service is NOT his forte. He had the opportunity to apologize when we arrived. And still continued his argumentative manner. Awful

    The Television didn’t work and the Remote was malfunctioning , air conditioning was broken, some towels had yellow stains on them and the shower head water was spraying water towards the outside floor. I informed staff they offered me a room but advised me it was a dirty room. I asked to speak with management! they said he would tell me the same thing and sorry for that!.

    The sheets were not cleaned, the carpet was dirty, the floors were creaky, the bed was uncomfortable and sunken in. I was only there for a few hours and I could not wait to check out.

    The hotel is very clean and modern. On this trip there were a load of ants between the bathroom and the inside hallway. I did inform the mgmt and it seemed like they got on the issue. I will go again the next time I am in the area.
