That carpet is gone. There’s way too many wierd people walking around the property. And the rooms don’t give you that safe warm ness of hotel rooms . It feels like some one is going to kick down the door or rob you outside

I seen some roaches which is not good.

It was clean and quiet. Couldn’t stay longer

How would you feel if you went into your room and opened the bathroom door, only to be greeted by a giant coocarachaaa! Not those little bugs I’m talking about — the huge ones you see in the street.

Not bad just a little noisy, sounded like someone kept slamming a trash can lid throughout the night.

I pay for the reservation and i get the confirmación when i get on the place at 1:30am they tolld me have no room abailable.

Owner!! The internet stopped working in the morning. we called, and they said all the internet was out and were fixing it. When checkout, the owner blamed us for messing up the tv internet?? The maid fixed it, and he thubs up us, lol

We were offered the choice of test rooms. The options were a room that stank off using our a room that smelled of cigarettes.

Everything was good until I was checking out there was a cockroach on the bed. I brought it to the attention to the person at the front desk and all they had to say was “I’m sorry.”

The location is satisfactory. The property's infrastructure is acceptable considering its price bracket, and there exists potential for enhancement should appropriate maintenance be undertaken. I specifically requested a non-smoking room, a point I have emphasized multiple times, noting my extreme allergy to cigarette smoke. Despite my efforts, upon my arrival for check-in, the staff at the reception handed me the keys for two different rooms and instructed me to choose one. The first room I entered was unacceptable; it was replete with an unpleasant odor of cigarette smoke combined with a musty scent, and the floor was in an unsatisfactory state of cleanliness. Consequently, I proceeded to the second room option. While this room was cleaner, it still retained a notably pungent smell of cigarette smoke. I inquired about alternative options in relation to my reservation type, but regrettably, there were none available. Thus, I was compelled to remain in a room that not only smelled akin to an ashtray but contained an actual ashtray as well, despite my explicit request for a non-smoking area.

The beds are so soft it's a nice place clean staff so friendly ..love it here

Nice spacious modern room great a.c. very clean free toiletries shampoo lotion conditioner etc. Brand new towels. Very comfortable bed no noise low traffic prime location near a beautiful regional park , close to L.A. and O.C. Checking in was a bit of an inconvenience lack of hospitality upon arrival

I’m used to staying in better quality hotels. This was last minute as I just checked out of a Motel 6 because it had roaches. I had never stayed at a Motel 6, but it had good reviews and was walking distance from where I was meeting. Overall the place had some sketchy characters hanging out in the stairway and another person with their door wide open that looked like it was a permanent residence.

Excellent staff, quiet area, and overall one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in.

This property needs to be maintained clean. We seen roaches The shower curtain was on the floor And there was no knob to open the water for the shower and the room smell like cigarette really bad

Manager was cool and made it easy

The staff was very kind and hospitable. It was very quiet and clean. I am definitely going to be going back to Sierra when I am in the area
