    The location The rooms are not that clean, there's never enough towels, customer service leaves and does not return until the next day at approximately 10 am the tvs never work, the fridge makes a squeaky sound, the shower head sprays everywhere. When I started coming here back in 22 the place was very nice and I was extremely happy. But not anymore. I think I'll take my business somewhere else.

    We stayed in Room 201 found out the toilet flush didn't work at all, so they changed us to Room 206, which is much better. Unfortunately hotel staff knocked our door at in the midnight and opened the room! we were so freak out. Hotel need do a better internal communication and avoid that happening again. no compensation on these issues. The location is convenient, parking is ok.

    The room was simple. We paid 74dlls which not complaining, but the hotel has potential. Needs maintenance work in the rooms, paint job. The cleanliness was good. Beds are very hard. Overall it has potential but they need to work on the rooms and outside the property.

    Wow. The management here is hands down the best hotel management team I have encountered. Not only do they excel at customer service, but they genuinely care about their guests' comfort and experience. Before I booked, they even took the time to show me the room to ensure it met my standards, which immediately made me feel valued and welcomed. I was amazed by the quality of the room. The bathroom had been beautifully remodeled with a modern walk in shower, excellent lighting, and a great ventilation system. The bed was comfortable, the room was spotless, and the large smart TV connected seamlessly to both my laptop and phone without any issues. What truly set this property apart was the level of hospitality. Management remained responsive throughout the night, quickly accommodated my request for extra towels, and greeted me at check in with a bottle of water and candy. Those small gestures made a lasting impression. I also appreciated being trusted with one of the newly remodeled rooms and could tell great care had gone into every detail.     AC was very weak, we had to turn it really low to get cold air. The remote to the tv did not work. The towels were dirty, the top comforter appeared to have been burned because a big chunk was missing. Also, someone was playingusiccall night and no one did anything about it. I will NOT be returning.

    Filthy dirty, sheets pillows and blankets were all dirty prior to check in. Black mold in the bathroom, not to mention the cracks in the molding allowing ants in. They tell you not to cook in the rooms, but I observed many people using electric stoves and skillets to cook.

    Unfortunately this hotel seemed to have a lot of unsettled guest. Loud noises people up and out at all hrs. Guest revving bikes in the parking lot. Seemed to have guest that were possibly selling drugs or other substances. I don’t feel comfortable leaving my car in the parking lot. Unfortunately I couldn’t get a refund upon arrival so I had no choice but to stay. I barely got any sleep but I made it through the night.

    We weren’t expecting anything five star, we just needed a clean place to sleep and shower as we planned to be out most of the days. After having an issue at check in, we contacted Expedia and they resolved the issue. Once we got to the room we couldn’t believe how poor condition it was in, cracked toilet, graffiti everywhere, the smoke detector was on the dresser. The bathroom had a used soap bar. Loud music playing until 3am. On the day before check out, we noticed the curtains had been opened when we got back, when we entered our room we found all of our belongings gone. I went to the service desk and the receptionist said she “thought” we had checked out since we left the hotel early that morning even though we were to check out the next day at 11:00am. We did get most of out belongings back but it was such a bad experience. If you want to stay at a run down, dirty, and want no sleep this is definitely the place to stay.

    It started with their was no rooms available since I reserved a room that Friday morning. I got a room that wasn’t part of my reservation. So the night staff, he give me a room with 2 beds. The next day a lady took over and told me that if I wanted to stay in that room with 2 beds that I have to pay extra or take all my stuff out of the room and wait 2 hours to get my room that I reserved. I took the 2 hours and when I got back to the hotel I was informed that I had to pay an extra $31 yes my total was almost $172 but it’s not my fault that the night stuff messed up. I end up paying the remaining balance and continue my stay

    I felt like i was sleeping in the middle of the freeway. It would have been quieter in my car. The floor looked questionable to walk on barefoot. Bed was firm. Bring your own sheets and blankets. No phone or microwave. And please remove the tagging and graffiti on the walls

    And make sure you don’t book ride wrong date accidentally. I tried booking a room last minute and did not realize it was for next day check in so when I got there I tried to explain that I had just booked it before I got there but the person was rude and no customer service and no attempt to help so I had to book again on the spot and they refused to refund the day I booked accidentally.the person told me to call Expedia so I did and tell me they’d contact the hotel since it’s up to them to issues the refund. So basically this hotel will keep your money and it’s DEFINITELY NOT WORTH what I was charged .you can fund a better hotel for a decent price don’t stay here !!

    The property is right next to McDonald's and 711. The 7 runs right in front of the property so if you need to get around town, there's the bus. The staff is always so kind to me and housekeeping is on point with their tasks. I love it here

    Definitely would not stay here again...RUN! I asked for another washcloth for room because only received 1, told no and had to wait until 9 am if i really needed another one because that is when housekeeing is present and that i still wouldn't get another one because its only 1 washcloth allowed per bed in room. I had 2 occupants and 1 king bed, smoking room. Rude lady in front for check in, she was on her cell the entire time and kept rolling her eyes at me. Had to even ask where my room was after receiving 1 key for 2 occupants. She didnt even have any type of welcoming demeanor. Also unprofessional and had an attitude. Graffiti all over a wall in room and even scratched into counters. Gang signs and profanity present on counter/wall. A roach was crawling up walls in room. Mini fridge cold and turned on but dirty as well. All towels given were filthy, looked unwashed and smelled like dirt. Burn marks everywhere in room and track marks from drug syringes present all over counters. Bed was horrible and extremely gross, sitting on two individual box springs and 'fell' during stay. Extremely dirty, gross, uninviting and very rude experience. I am appalled!! Only good thing was the tv, it had some movie channels...No phone or ashtray or matches in room and only 1 disposable plastic drinking cup.

    The bed was like sleeping on a rock. It was set on a metal frame platform and every time you sat down or got up, the metal made a horrid buckling sound. The frame also went to the floor all the way around the bed and again, every time you walked to the edge, you couldn't help but kick it.. I also asked where the ice machine was as I like to have cold water on my bedside table. I was told they didn't have one. WHAT?!?!? Never heard of such a thing. No customer service at all, and Mr. Personality at the front desk seemed more annoyed that I interrupted his evening and morning by appearing at the front desk and ringing the bell once again upon checkout. If you just need a place to pull off the road to sleep, it's just okay, but don't expect any kind of service by anyone personable!

    This place was horrible. I stayed a week long and inside of getting my “king size bed” they gave me a “twin “ lady told me it was a king and didn’t wanna change my room. Second there was no parking and staff didn’t care about it. The room smelled rotten! Didn’t like the experience at all

    First you can tell the room was not properly cleaned, dirty toilet seat and counters, hair in shower, hair tie left on furniture. Shower knob wasn't attached, blankets on bed had burn holes and stains, no batteries in TV remote so no TV, phone in room broken and front door you can tell has been kicked down before (not very secure). Pros, it has a cool black light in the ceiling, I blacked out the room and checked for body fluids didn't see any, ac worked good, parking right outside your door. Was an interesting experience but won't do it again.

    You get what you pay for. Broken shower head, mold in random spots of bathroom, broken lights and smoke detector, and cigarette burn in sheets (non-smoking room btw). Also very thin walls and doors, no door latch, and missing quite a bit of essential amenities. Overall not the worst stay, but the place needs an update bad. Wouldn’t recommend unless you had no other choice.

    Faucet was broken and bathtub was leaking from the side. I request another room and they give me next-door when I get into the room. It was clean but this the air tractor and the light of the restroom it wasn’t working so I have to call them again to fix it at the moment, they did it and it’s OK. Unfortunately, in the middle of the night the resident from the side, they were too loud. I called him again to the office. Obviously they were gonna say it was me not them. So I decided to leave early and leave the key at the office.

    The room had a bad table needed to screw tight, no phone. No fire alarm, went to ask if we can chsnge the table and they said no. Tv worked in that room. They gave us another room next door tv did not work and we asked and the front desk gave us a dum excuse and said no tv. So we ask to get the prior room and if we can swuap tales and they said no. So we took the 1st room with woble tsble. Bad service

    Tv did not work. Moved to another room and did not have no fridge or microwave and some of the lights were missing. Also the TV remote did not work for the person in the room next to me it needed batteries and they did not have any batteries for his remote so I gave him the battery in mine. Also no iron
