the beds were so comfy and i like how quiet the hotel was. Slept very peacefully. I loved how the AC temperature was and so cold so fast. I really loved the water pressure in the shower it hit the right spots with enough pressure to feel relaxed. There was no tv guide to know what channels were availiable and the little bar soaps for having a double bed there was very little bar soaps thankfully we were only staying for one night or I would of had to ask for more.

The room was clean, simple and a great value for a place to stay when traveling across Texas. The room had a microwave and a small refrigerator. Coffee and hot water available 24 hours, continental breakfast is no longer offered. We felt it is a clean hotel that accepts pets for a small fee of $20.00 making it an even better value for a place to rest.

Stayed one night at Americas Hotel El Paso Medical Center and honestly had one of the most comfortable hotel experiences ever. The room had such a unique vintage charm — every piece of furniture and decor felt thoughtfully chosen and gave the place so much character. Everything was clean, cozy, and well maintained, and the atmosphere felt warm and relaxing from the moment I walked in. It didn’t feel like a generic hotel room at all. Would absolutely stay here again when I’m in El Paso.

Was there for the BTS CONCERT and it was an enjoyable stay! Our flight was delayed and didn’t check in until 12:00am and they held our reservation and was very accommodating. The rooms were clean as was lobby. Erica and her daughter were very nice and helpful! I will come back!

Anytime there are zero complaints regarding staying in a hotel these days- that is an excellent thing. But knowing that where I sleep and the pillow that I lay my face on is clean! That is the ultimate stay, and this hotel was that for us! It was a gem of a find at a great rate. 🙂💯

The whole place smelled so nice and clean!!! Went into our room and it still smelled like it had been cleaned recently. It was a bit stuffy, but nothing that the ac didn’t fix. I usually don’t like walking on tile or carpet barefoot, but the room was so spotless that it didn’t make a difference if I was barefoot or not. The bedsheets were actually so comfy and soft! They had what I could only assume as a duvet, I’m always cold at hotels but that thing was delightful to sleep with. Staff was nice and friendly during check in and checkout. All in all, best experience at a hotel so far, and I’ve stayed at higher priced hotels, more expensive doesn’t always mean clean and well maintained. 10/10 would recommend and will stay again!

I spent 11 nights here. The hotel is a good value overall there are some issues. There was only 1 nice front desk person and her name was Erika. The others not friendly. No greeting ever. Not even on check in, absolutely no customer service skills in the least. It’s as if they were doing you a favor instead of appreciating the business. They never looked up from their desk which I may add is all behind plexiglass. The night clerk was the worst. She was behind me one morning as I came into the lobby to get coffee around 6:30. Never said good morning. I could have been a ghost. We stayed upstairs in a room by the outside door . The three rooms across the hallway knew each other. There was activity all night the closing of doors. Then all day they had their do not disturb signs up. Easy for drug runners to stay at hotels. They do their selling at night for a few days and move to another hotel . The front desk has a tv screen with many views of the hallways, why wasn’t this noticed? I did report it and she said she told her manager. The housekeepers were super friendly. The beds were comfy but bedding old.

We stayed in the hotel during Winter Storm Fern. We found comfortable beds, courteous staff, and restaurants nearby. Instead of windows, there was glass blocks for the outside wall. We had two rooms and they were like before and after remodel: one new vanity, caulking around the tub, etc. All in all it was a very satisfactory stay and would recommend it.

The staff was friendly, and the place was spotless. I definitely recommend it if you’re driving through El Paso and need a place to stop and rest. They’re also dog-friendly, which is a big plus.

Staff was friendly. The room was clean. There were small issues like the toilet paper dispenser was broken. The towel bar was broke as well. The big item was the door. The deadbolt was not aligned, so it was inoperable. You also can see through the door cracks. If there was a fire, the room would not be sealed. You could see light through the cracks.

The room was ok, not extremely bad. Some of the updates were good. But curtains need changing, the toilet paper holder was coming out of wall and the floors were dirty.

For the money, this hotel was a great option. We pulled in late to get a good night’s sleep on a road trip from AZ to TX. The beds were comfortable, and we slept great! The staff was friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was perfect, easy off and on to Interstate 10!

The checkin and out process was very quick and both ladies were very nice/polite. The door wouldnt open for the room and the front desk recptionist right away checked it out. Once the door became un-stuck she asked me to try it out and if it didnt work to my liking she would switch me rooms. Upon checking out, I let my dissatisfaction be known again and the Front Desk Staff let me know that the Property Owner removed all tub stoppers due to overflow issues. Again, false advertisement and all I’m told is “we’ll let him know”. I was told “ma’am you could have requested a refund and stayed somewhere else”… NO, it was late, no time to search for another hotel and I had an exam this morning. The property was chosen because it was 5 min away from the testing site!! Sincerely, Calgon nor Dr Teal’s didn’t take me away!!

The lady who checked us in was not friendly and sèemed annoyed. There was no greeting from the start. No conversation. Just asked my name and handed me my keys. She could've been more attentive and friendly. The stay was good everything clean and in good shape. Have never had any issues when we've stayed there multiple times.

We stayed here last year and decided to stay again. Today, everything was quiet at check-in and we were settled within a few minutes. Perhaps because we were more familiar this time, the area didn’t seem as sketchy, but everything was fine. Our front desk receptionist, Maria, was here again to greet us which made the initial arrival more relaxing. Our room was clean and the large mini-fridge was a plus for us. We’ll consider this hotel again when in El Paso on our way to California.

Only has 1 elevator had to use outside stairs to 3rd floor. Good thing my disabled mom didn’t go or she wouldn’t have been able to use the stairs. Key cards kept being disabled and wouldn’t work. Was locked out of room until staff had to open the door

Although it offers a pet friendly stay, there is no true area for dogs to use the bathroom. The entire parking lot is a potty area. Be careful stepping out of your car.

The person in the reception was rude . Unkind and her face not friendly at all. The room was kind a clean but we find 3 spiders in our bed . And we ask for another room, they said we needed to wait till the person that clean finish with the second floor, we said ok that’s fine then the lady said , there’s no rooms so we giving you a room second floor. So we said ok we can stay in the 3 floor but please change the bed sheets. And she sent the lady who cleans, but the lady that cleans was so rude she was really mad changing the sheets not even a word to us my husband said hi , and she didn’t reply. And when she was done she just walked out closing the door so hard. And the breakfast was only coffee, breads , juice and fruit. That’s there continental breakfast supposedly. It was a really bad experience. People at the front door should be friendly and kind most of all useful and the people that clean I understand they are tired but they at least should have good manners. I would never stay there again. And because we got there a little early then 3 . They charge us more … but if you don’t get out before 11 they will charge too . I really don’t recommend this hotel.

Staff was friendly, but, overall, experience wasnt perfect. First thing, only one of my hotel room cards worked. Then, come to find out the elevator isnt working and the only stairs to get to the second floor are accessible from the outside. Got into the room, first thing I noticed is that the windows had no privacy screen, only way to let light in was to open the curtains, allowing the whole parking lot to look in. Bed sheets had stains on them. Shower head had build up of rust and lime. Food was just laying on the steps for the whole stay (chicos tacos fries I presume). Windows dont seem to be double paned, road noise from nearby I-10 can be heard all throughout the night. Breakfast was okay, fruit, packaged pastries, yogurt were available, as well as OJ, Apple Juice, and Coffee. Dont think ill stay here again during my next visit

The property was not clean . Upon arrival the entrance smelled weird and the attendant was not nice. She said the do not have a working elevator but yet put me on the second floor . I told her we have bad knees and it’s hard to walk up the stairs. She said there are no 1st floor rooms.like oh well. We went to the room and it was dirty and did not smell nice. I asked for another set of blankets and she provided me with blankets that had a lot of stains which looked like blood . The lady was not nice and not a pleasant stay.

One of the main reasons I chose this location—aside from the reasonable price—was that it advertised “free breakfast.” Unfortunately, I was disappointed to find that the breakfast consisted only of coffee and a danish. While appreciated, I believe this is misleading compared to what most guests expect when they see “free breakfast” advertised. If you’re booking with breakfast in mind, be aware of this limitation. Other than that, my stay was very good.

Bad: A/C very noisy and did not cool sufficiently at night; king bed was very hard and my wife and I were tossing and turning all night for the wrong reasons; breakfast was subpar. We paid $89++. It was worth $69++. Don’t be influenced by the professional photography and excellent ratings. It’s decent, but not excellent and is overpriced compared to similar properties.

The check in was okay, it wasn’t exceptionally great but the lady was friendly enough. The AC in one of the rooms did not work so after asking the attendant in the lobby she moved that party to another room. Our room was ok not the best ever but decent the hinges falling off the towel rack, a couple of bugs to kill - kinda makes the whole place look and feel rundown. However The following morning we noticed the toilet in the OTHER room was not flushing properly. We thought it was due to too many uses at one time as we were leaving and everyone was trying to use the bathroom before we left. When we got in, in the evening time the toilet didn’t flush at all and the AC wasn’t working. My husband told the attendent and she said she would look for a plunger to fix it, long story short the AC STILL hasn’t kicked on. It’s 100+ degrees outside and my husband had to plunge our own toilet to fix it. They wanted to move the AGAIN to another room at 11 pm when my kids had fallen asleep! Just NOT OKAY!!

This hotel was good for our one night in El Paso. The shower floor was a bit slick, but, otherwise, it was a good stay. The breakfast was mostly grab and go foods. The room was clean.

Was a nice clean room. King bed was comfortable. There was freeway noise of course right next to the freeway. There was train noise the week before. We stayed on the other side and heard trains all night but not this time.

Don't stay here.They downgraded my room because I have a service dog. They require proof, both are against ADA requirements. The motel is obviously very old and not well maintained. A wheelchair ramp is a lump of concrete at a 45' angle for a 3 foot rise making it difficult to even walk up. Ice machines don't work, but they will sell you ice. The room lights don't work. The only light was a bedside lamp, so the room was very dark. Pillows were very hard. I might recommend this place to someone I had a grudge against.

Super clean- one of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed at. Clerk extremely helpful and considerate. Only drawback was the noise from the freeway- pretty loud but that was just a location issue; not a hotel issue.

It was the worst day of our lives and Hotels.com is not giving us any relief so we will be canceling this account and never using Hotels.com again. We had to leave the hotel because drug deals going on all night right outside of our door and when we complained, they told us there were no more rooms which was a lie because we were ready to leave in the middle of the night and their hotel actually showed up with rooms to rent.

Noisy but calmed down after 3 am and had great sleep

The location was great. Easy access to I-10 and US54 to get anywhere in town quickly. The property didn't live up to its Expedia rating. The mattress was comfortable, but the sheets were too small so wouldn't stayed tucked, the comforter was old with the batting inside bunched up making it lumpy, and the pillows were lumpy and small. Noise came from the A/C unit, and the road noise from the highway. The biggest problem was the broken elevator. Guests were required to use the stairs which are outside the building. The doors at each floor do not have locks for the motel key cards, so were left unlocked (and wide open a couple days) making the property also feel unsafe.

Location is right off of the freeway and about 10 minutes from the airport so very easy to exit the parking lot and on your way to the airport. Room was very clean and it had a microwave and mini fridge/freezer. The vanity/sink/mirror is separate from the shower and toilet which is nice. They had breakfast from 6-10 (?) but we left before breakfast started so can't comment on the food or variety. Staff was friendly. Would not hesitate to stay here again.
