Clean room, excellent service, delicious breakfast, lighted parking. Will be back!

It is very spacious for a bigger family. The room was clean. The breakfast was very good too. We have stayed here before for that same reason.

The room was clean. The bed wasn't the most comfortable, but it wasn't so bad I couldn't sleep. Breakfast was standard: eggs, sausage, hash browns, cereal, oatmeal, etc. The staff was friendly.

The electrical outlets were on&off while using the hair dryer. I think the ones by the sink were completely out but we made do with the ones on the tv stand.

Loved the cleanliness of the hotel room, it was pet friendly, and the staff was courteous and helpful. I checked in late and was tired....I had asked for a first floor handicap accessible room for my Mom....and received an email that it was not a problem and approved. Then when I checked in, I was given a room on the 6th floor and not handicap accessible. The room was nice and didn't say anything when I checked in....was tired from traveling.

The rooms are clean, and the front desk staff are very nice. This time, Melissa assisted me, and she was very polite. She made sure to give me the room I usually prefer when I stay there.

Very conveniently located in central El Paso. Here’s what didn’t work for me: noise levels were too high from the freeway traffic, the bed mattress was too old and lumpy, the sheets didn’t feel clean, the room thermostat didn’t work well and was not easy to control, the bathroom was too small, hard to get in and out of.

Great Hotel. Close to the airport and they will call a cab / shuttle to the airport and pay for it.

It was fine. Too expensive though for not even having the option for daily cleaning service. No lounge chairs at the pool and not even an umbrella at the table? Made the pool unusable in the scorching El Paso sun.

The hotel went above and beyond with decorating and accomadating for the BTS concert. The staff were so nice and helpful. Also, when we arrived the staff were all wearing purple (in theme for the BTS concert) which my roommates and I were all endeared by. The rooms were spacious and clean as well. The room bathroom is small and the sink is outside the bathroom. This is just a minor preference thing though.

Location is convenient. Just a few minutes away from the airport and downtown Staff aren’t flexible. You can’t request for either early or late checkout. We were made to feel like it was our pleasure to stay in their hotel and not the other way around.

I didnt appreciate The nasty attitude I got from staff when I addressed my concern of mold caused by the feathers in the down comforter ( up to the light if you'll see a black and green color that looks scary). Housekeeping said that they would tear open one of the comforters to show me that it was not mold when I asked them to do so, they backtracked and said the general manager did not approve. We got new comforters but they said all of them were like this. I have owned many down comforters with feathers inside of them never have they looked moldy and smelled that way. Absolutely disgusted with staff and the cleanliness of these blankets

Front desk person was unable to recommend a restaurant other than IHOP or Denny's . They also said breakfast was at 6am and when I went down at 5:30 for my shuttle, breakfast had been in full swing for some time. I could have had breakfast. The front desk person said they sometimes start earlier. They have a recycling dumpster but don't have a place for guest to throw away their recyclables. Airport shuttle was pretty much on time.

Location and staff Was placed in a handicap room not sure why, the bathroom was odd and difficult for me and my son. It was also not clean lots of hairs on the tile that did not belong to us. Light kept automatically turning off while I was trying to use the vanity just not a good stay for us.

Gary was awesome and very helpful. Room was comfortable and clean. I liked the layout too. Pillows were a bit too soft but that's about it.

When we checked in we had to switch rooms because the bed was not made up. But we did get help right away and we were put in a room right next to where we already were. We were told our room would be cleaned every other day but they did not clean our room all they did was bring us clean towels. They did not vacuum the room, they did not wipe down any counter and they did not make the bed. I think it is a little older, the door to our room would get stuck so it was hard to open. The elevator also was old and felt like we were going to get stuck each time we were in it.

Property has spacious rooms, clean bathrooms, and separate space for work or chill. Location was excellent for our plans. Only negative was to find a parking space, but it is understandable everywhere is the same so this is an issue that is out of their control.

I like thr location and the staff I didn't care gor the room I was given. It was a handicap room. I did request a room downstairs when I booked my room. We always choose to stay at The Hyatt. But this time I wasn't to happy

Front desk terrible customer service, lady check in for us super rude, we reserved for a double bed room, she mentioned because I reserved under hotels.com, they have the right to change my reservation, because my reservation was made under that platform I am do not deserve the a decent treatment.

Refused to honor my prepaid booking made through expedia and tried to get me to pay more than double the amount I already paid additionally for a room when I arrived. Be warned if their rate seems too good to be true, it is, and they'll leave you scrambling to have to find another hotel without any sympanthy. I had confirmations, my receipt, everything. They gave no hint of any problem until i showed up. I actually paid more than the extra amount they tried to get from me to stay somewhere else because I'd never give these people any more of my money.

When we arrived, we were told the hotel had oversold their rooms. They gave us a room that was supposedly fine, but it had been marked as “out of service”—without any explanation. The room had a strong, unpleasant odor, like a dirty bathroom. It was a disappointing experience, especially after a long trip.

It was a clean room with easy access for those traveling to Mexico thru the puente Americana

It was one of the best hotels we have stayed in for a one night stay for my family of 5. The front office staff were very nice and helpful. The breakfast was good they even had menudo. Will definitely stay here again.

We had a minor issue with our room, but upon reporting it to the manager she allowed us to move to another room immediately without question. All of the staff and manager were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was always hot and fresh and there was plenty of room in the dining room. We had a great stay and we will stay there again whenever we’re in town. I definitely recommend Hyatt Place.

The bathroom door didn't close past the toilet. There was no microwave. Only one small space to set suitcases. I wouldn't go there again.

The hotel itself is very clean and comfortable. My only complaint is that the TV kept going out and we had to call the front desk to fix it. Other than that our stay was great! Will definitely stay there again the next time we visit El Paso.

Nice hotel with a gym and pool. Elevator stopped working while I was inside and I was stuck which kinda stunk, but staff was really quick and helpful to call maintenance to get us out. Would recommend.

Everything about the Hyatt Place El Paso Airport hotel was superb, except for the highway noise. Even though we were on the third floor with the windows closed at all times, the noise was still quite loud. Despite this, I still rate every category with five stars.

This hotel is located right on highway 10. The noise from the traffic was so very loud in the room that it was hard to sleep. The traffic was heavy all night so there was no let us in the noise. Lovely in every other way but if you can’t sleep….that’s a no go.

The staff really take pride in their work to make the place look nice and breakfast is excellent making sure everything look good. I highly recommend to stay here

It was good i wanted to say great but wasn't to thrill about it especially coming from out-of-town pillows were too soft for me no drawers to put stuff away no toiletry lucky I do travel with my own stuff no free water in your room which i was surprise if i wanted to make coffee and no outlet near my bed or my husband side to plug in my phone and keep by me

The team was friendly and efficient. They went out of their way to answer questions and ensure we could park safely. The room was nice, clean and spacious.

The room was noisy, you could hear the outside car noise. However the room was clean. The space that had the toilet and shower was a little tight. However, the rest of the room was spacious.

Facilities were good. Everybody was super nice. The only thing we did not like is the elevator was super old, but they did explain to us that it was under Repair but overall, we definitely stay there again.

We didn’t use the shuttle because it stopped running at 8:00. I had called the hotel to see if they had one. She said yes but didn’t tell me that the shuttle stopped at 8:00. Got an Uber . Hadn’t eaten so we order at the hotel. The food was horrible! Not what i expected from the Hyatt. My wife’s chicken sandwich had 2 very very thin slices of chicken. I don’t know how they got it so thin! The bread was stale. My hamburger bun was so stale it was falling apart! The room was clean . Disappointed!

I'm gonna stand again

Very pleasantly surprised. No complaints, no issues, and courteous front person.

The other point I wanted to share: We were hoping to use the safe to secure camera gear but unfortunately told maintenance was not available on Sunday. It was inconvenient to take gear around town but hopefully management gets the safe fixed. It was one of the factors in selecting Hyatt Place. Bed and sofa were very comfortable.

We stayed in a room that has recently been remodeled and the door to the bathroom opens inside the bathroom, as opposed to opening out. So, it takes some effort to get in and out of the bathroom. There is very little space to get in and out. It is very odd and uncomfortable. Otherwise, a great stay!

The hotel was clean and the staff was helpful and friendly. We did not rest at night since there was a lot of noise during the night. We could hear the trucks going down the freeway all night and people were yelling outside at night. We were very tired the next day.

I think Hyatt can replace the windows on the rooms facing freeway. The noise is pretty loud. Hopefully with better quality windows can keep the noise from freeway.

I had a very comfortable stay, the room was nice , spacious and clean. The shuttle wasn’t available for the time of my airport transfer. However, they called and made sure a taxi would pick me up at 4:45 am. The driver arrived on time and was very nice and hospitable.

Our room is at end of hall on 1st floor nearest to interstate Highway. Lots of road noise. Exit door noisy when opened/closed.

I was not aware the hotel was going to go under renovations until after I booked my stay. I wish they would have told me that before. The breakfast was good though. Location was convenient for us. Maybe I would try them again until after they are done remodeling.

They had us go to another hotel because they were remolding. Which was way out of our way. We got no breakfast vouchers or anything

This facility is right next to a major highway. As someone who lives in a very rural area I struggled to get to sleep. Great room though.
