The floor in our room was so dirty, we needed to wash our feet before we put on our shoes. We turned away housekeeping the first day but were expecting them to come the next two days but the room was not cleaned the whole time we were there. Other motels have signs you can leave outside the door indicating room cleaning. Also saw a roach on the ceiling which my husband caught and disposed of. In Houston and San Antonio where we stayed the week prior, all the rooms were in one building which we much preferred.

I would not stay here again. This room was extremely filthy. There was a dead roach when we arrived, my son had to wash his feet twice before going to bed because the floor was so gross. When we told the front desk, she said I'll tell them in the morning. There was hair on the floor and in the bed. In the morning, there were 2 half dead roaches that weren't there the night before. When I told the girl at the front desk about the condition of the room, she said oh sorry and walked away. I'm disgusted that I had to pay to stay there. I was so grossed out that I didn't stay for breakfast and left at the crack of dawn.

Carlos at check in was nice and friendly. Room was nice and quiet. Breakfast was good with a nice selection of scrambled eggs, sausage, enchiladas, coffee, orange juice. Didn't use swimming pool but it looked fun. I Would stay here again.

Top to bottom baseboards scrubbed, bugs (dead) need to be cleaned up, bathrooms should be spotless and sterilized and rust needs to be cleaned. The Quality Inn in El Paso had a few problems but are working on it and their breakfast was amazing. One Quality Inn served a loaf of wheat bread and a dozen muffins with coffee and juice and that was breakfast, really!

I liked that quality inn was at walking distance to alot of places If u need to get something eat or if u need a quick target run or some Starbucks coffee The advertisement for the rooms stated that each room had 2 queen size beds and that was false, asked for rollaway to make the night a bit more comfortable and there was none available, pool water was too cold for us to enjoy, and the key reader wasn't working properly and we were locked out of the room for a few min. It was fixed that same night but it was a bit stressful.

The breakfast was fine. However the state of the restroom in the room was not we had a dead cockroach in the bathroom and cleaned it up. The walls were dirty in the restroom. It was something we told ourselves to look past due to the price. Then the next day a big cockroach was behind the towels. We had to take care of the pest. We asked the cleaning lady for new towels and none were brought over. They do do not service rooms every day. Therefore no towels were brought over. Will not be staying here again.

The hotel is conveniently located near a gas station on corner, Starbucks for coffee and Target across the street, even a Sketchers store if you need new shoes 😉 The Complimentary Included Breakfast Buffet had assortment of Scrambled Eggs, Sausage, Waffle Maker and accessories, carious breads and pasteries, Juices, cereals, yogurts, etc. Delicious I would absolutely stay here again. Room #157- the Best !

The room did not look like the pictures it was very out of date look like they took an old motel and tried to make it into a hotel, there was bug in our room and we decided to check out 10 minutes after checking in

The bed was comfortable and the location/ parking/ etc was convenient when traveling through the area. The in wall air conditioner didn't seem to be doing much except making noise all night long. Good luck getting any sleep. I got in very late or else I would've requested a change...

Right off the freeway, Lazy Lizard had good ribs, nachos, & cocktails, big room, comfy pillows & king bed, delicious breakfast with waffles/eggs/sausage/biscuits n gravy, friendly staff, & a great overall stay. The fridge in room was not on… I think the plug didn’t fit right in the outlet. There was patchwork done in the bathroom sink that looked cracked.

The location and prices are great! It could be cleaned better. And not having an elevator is a little bit of an inconvenience

This hotel is in the perfection location, it's close to the freeway. Close to a variety of food places, in walking distance. There's a Costco close by and a Wal Mart, there's also a dollar tree you can walk to. And there are plenty of gas stations close by. They also have a coffee shop/ Mexican restaurant connected to the hotel. I definitely would stay here every time I'm in El Paso.

Accessibility and cleanliness as well as the friendly staff. I enjoyed the breakfast but was sad to see that the traditional chilaquiles were not offered despite being in El Paso. A city known for great Mexican food.

Honestly nothing. I will never stay there again. Our sink and toilets were having a hard time draining the room was very disgusting and dirty. The bedding was very, very dirty. I was so grossed out. I could hardly even sleep. Our socks were so sick. We changed them three times and one evening and then decided just to put our shoes back on because that’s how dirty it was. I have never stayed anywhere worse.

WIFI was really slow. How slow? You ask? 0.12 download. Called the front desk and not helpful at all. Very dismissive. Place is nice enough. That's why it gets 2 stars, not one.

We booked a room for five nights, but checked out after two. The staff was wonderful and incredibly accommodating, but besides that, the experience wasn't great. There were stains on the top sheets of both beds, which we just removed from the beds. The first night, we had a man banging on our door at 2 am, and the second night, we woke up to vomit in our sink that I assume backed up from the room next door. We left after that. Again, the staff was wonderful, but the overall experience was not ideal.

Facility is pretty dated and bathroom configuration reflects an earlier design with lavatory, commode and bathtub/shower all in one room. A/C was really loud and when light in bathroom was turned on, hall light also turned thus disturbing other sleeping guest. Breakfast was very limited. Parking lot had a large commercial dumpster right in the middle and was very unsightly. Doors didn't close tightly without applying considerable force.

Receiving staff was nice makes us feel at home. The room was okay.

The room was ok. smelled a little funky. Bathroom was so mall and had not vents. Staff was nice. We didn't eat breakfast because they did not allow us to take it back to our room. The parking was nice we parked right in front of our room.

It was a quick 1 night stop on our way home. Rooms were large and fantastic. Breakfast was banging.

Breakfast was great. The only issue was the coffee aas sour and tasted spoiled. Both in the bfast area and the lobby.

Christmas party behind us, people above us up in middle of night sounded like kids running around somebody crying, we booked online it gave us a smoking room” front desk alerted us to that gave us a suite it was in great need of renovation. I was mostly clean the shower had mold in it. Worst experience at hotel ever.

Clean and comfortable Rooms

We keep getting the same hotel room, which is great except we need a freezer in the mini fridge. There is no freezer in it and we sent word ahead this time. Then the trash truck seem to empty trash at 3 am. Disrupting a deep sleep.

Was on the flight pattern of the airport so a bit noisey, although it calmed down for a few hours

There was no coffe in the breakfast because coffee machine was broken. Seems they could still brought in some kind of backup. That is an important part of people’s morning.

It was dirty inside the hotel room, hairs left on floor from past guest, sink did not drain properly. Food was mediocre, gas extremely salty. For staying one night, it got us through, but I would stay here again.

Didn’t have breakfast because I left @ 4am, traveling back to South Carolina, but everything was good except for the AC!! It was kind of hot in the room and the AC was in 65!

Stayed for 4 nights. Staff and front desk were very helpful and respectful. The rooms themselves were clean and everything worked as it should (toilet, shower, electricity). Pool kept clean as well. Room service did a great job on tidying the rooms every morning and providing fresh towels. Breakfast provided was great with a restaurant next door if you choose to skip on the hotel breakfast. Even if you don’t have a vehicle, there are convenient walks to just about every store in the vicinity. Would recommend

They only issue was someone sleeping by my room which was next to the laundry room. I was staying by myself so I was a little uneasy.

Our door would get stuck and latch weirdly when opening/closing. Floors had not been mopped in the room. My bed sheets had a blood stain which was gross. There were people who kinda just loitered around the parking lot at morning and at the middle of the night. Trash cans around the facility were overflowing. Vending machines were down. Just lots of small issues. Not worth the price imo.

Issue with our key card was immediately resolved. Maintenence man who replaced the hairdryer was fast and efficient. Lady in the breakfast area was readily available and helpful when needed. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Room was open, neat, clean, and well-lit. The tv and frig worked well. Didn’t use the coffee maker or microwave. The pool was not open. Parking was right outside the door. Property is older, but overall maintained well. Very inviting curb appeal. Across street from Starbucks, Circle K, and some shops. Easy drive to airport. Heard some planes outside, but not in room We will definitely stay here again if we are in the area. Only suggestion would be easier to read room numbers.

The floor and bathroom were clean, but the cover on my bed had a cigarette burn hole and a dark spot. If I had checked in earlier, I would have asked for a different room or left. Police car drove in behind us as we arrived and were noticeably visible the next morning.

Rooms are spacious and we got a suite with 2 restrooms, a BIG PLUS!! BREAKFAST was decent but it was the same for the 2 days we stayed, eggs, sausage, beans chilaquiles, toas, ceral, coffee, juice. A decent stay for the price. Definitely will be back!

It’s a older hotel but it seems a bit outdated but it is a inexpensive hotel the breakfast was just horrible the orange juice tasted like colored water the powder eggs were pretty bad also

The property, office, room, and breakfast area were clean, neat and welcoming. The bed was very comfortable. The pillows were small, but fluffy and made for a good night's sleep. The bulkhead above the shower made the shower height shorter than ideal and it took longer than expected for the air conditioner to cool the room, but overall, a great experience and we will stay here the next time we are in El Paso.

Check in area reeked of cigarette smoke, hallway carpet was greasy dirty, room reeked of cigarette smoke, pillows and bed well over 20 years old, air conditioner did not cool room, TV did not work, remote was sticky and dirty. Add reads full breakfast only had waffles maker which did not cook thoroughly, Orange juice in a liter bottle left on counter not chilled. Disgusting place never again!

The air conditioning in the rooms were not all great. One rooms air conditioning was not working well.

I was surprised , that a place this Affordable it was so nice. I recently went on another booking and the place cost maybe 30% more and it was awful. This place though was really nice it was super clean, it's really quiet at night. Staff was really friendly. I've actually stayed here a couple of times and I'll continue to book rooms here because I know I'm going to have a pleasant experience. There's no surprise twists the rooms look like they do in the photos they're clean the air conditioning works the pool is clear. You cant go wrong, no Frills, affordable and close to lots of shoppimg and restruants.

It was slightly noisy due to being right by a busy street. The latch on the door was extremely loose like someone tried to break in before. I was in room 182. The water did not get very hot and the shower was not heavy water pressure. The ac was located away from the bed which sucked because you really couldn’t feel the air. The sheets had a foody-like odor… Due to the look of the hotel we assumed the rest of the rooms would probably be the same so we sucked it up for 1 night. I would not stay here again. However, check in was a breeze and the agent was extremely nice.

The propwrty os old, but well care for, the surrounding area has a thaeter, Starbucks, shops, but also some very old run down places, it was overall very quite amd we felt safe, if we ever need a place in El Paso, TX afain this will be our stop! Ohh and the breakfast was really good, the staff kept wverything stocked, hot and extremely clean!
