The hotel was really old not at all what the pictures show. Sink all stained will checked in and out same day.

The person at the front desk was rude. The TV didn’t work and there paint spots and other signs of being in need of repair.

No remote finally got one. Tv didn't work. Surprise fees for my pet who is an emotional support animal. Thank you to Carlos wgo tried to help make things right. Nice guy. The onky one that treated us kindly in that whole hotel.

No toilet paper & soap in room. Front desk closes at 10 so you are stuck until 9 am the next morning if any issues arise.

This place was absolutely disgusting! We couldn't even stay past the first night! If we wouldn't have arrived so late at night, we would NOT have stayed at all! It was so dirty, smelled horrible and we got stuck in the elevator! Staff was very rude, and they allowed homeless people to camp out in the lobby! Most of all the door to the room wouldn't lock or completely close!

The whole hallways smelt funky and my room which was 215 had the water from the shower running since i checked in. The tub faucet was so loose you could wiggle it around. Another thing i would like to add would be the fact that the TV doesn't work and turns on randomly. None of the rooms are sound proofed so you could hear everything from the outside in.The bed sheets are made of toilet paper and are super thin. And one more thing the staff should not be asking about anyone else’s ID except for the one who’s paying.

Quiet, staff is great, comfy and very reasonable

The cable in the room did not work and I had to relocate to another room. The refrigerator was dirty on the outside. The beds were not comfortable. There was a door knob missing in my second room.

This hotel is trash. It looks like a homeless shelter for prostitutes and crack heads. Rooms were filthy. There was blood in the sink and it smelled so bad that it was difficult not to gag. Do yourself a favor and sleep in your car or find somewhere else to stay.

Our "comforter" was dirty when we got to our room. It had a green stain, something that looked like avocado or salsa, and I could tell someone had tried to spot clean the area because it was still wet around it. The bed sheets underneath looked clean, don't know for a fact that they were, after seeing that other stain. It's gross to know that the linen isn't being washed between guests as many people could be carrying infectious diseases or open wounds.

The hotel I reserved did not have rooms available. I was charged for room and when I went to check no availability.

You will get what you pay for. Don’t expect fstaff to cater to your needs. Bring and iron if you need to iron. Bring towels soap shampoo to shower. Bring blankets and pillows if you want to sleep warm and comfortable. And when you check out go get a t TETANUS shot. FYI

Honestly for me what made up for it was the front staff as well as cleaning ladies. There was a lady upfront who was very sweet and lent me her personal iron to use. The man up front was also super nice and sweet as well as the cleaning ladies.

While affordable, our stay was not the best. The bed is very uncomfortable and the room was fairly clean. There was not extra toilet paper or towels so you have to go down and ask for some. The hallways reek of cigarettes and weed although they say there’s a fee for being caught smoking. We did see a cockroach in the hallways. I was glad that there was a kitchen and big fridge in the room. The office staff are so incredibly kind and helpful, so that’s one plus. I don’t think we’d stay here again.

Fairly clean but has a weird vibe. Since it’s extended stay people seem a little too at home. Would benefit from more active, visible employees and night security.

The room had no towels and I asked three different times for towels and never got any. The staff made me feel like it was my fault for not getting them because I didn’t act like a “Karen”. The room had roaches, the fridge was rusted and so was the kitchen sink. Not my ideal place to stay.

The property sucked it had roaches in the room leaking bath tub roaches in the bathroom that I have a photo of was changed to a different room due to toilet not flushing and smell of feces all night then next day switches to another room and when we get to the room I put the card to open room and there was people in the actual room I got there Friday and from then on it was the worst stay ever even while it was my birthday weekend I would like to be reimbursed for the stay cause this hotel sucks asss no iron no hairdryer no nothing

After getting to the room noticed water leaking from the shower head that could not be turned off. There was an old water pipe sticking out of the wall with a gap around it. Water leaking on the floor from the toilet. Floor was sticky and dirty. Needless to say we decided to not stay here. I went to the office to complain and tell them we were leaving and the metal window cover was closed and I could not speak to front desk staff.

The rooms were noisy, the refrigerator was from 1970 and looked absolutely disgusting. The bed was loud and uncomfortable. If there is a worse hotel in El Paso i would be surprised. We didn't stay our second night.

Rooms are awesome and Nicole, the manager is the best. Clean ,cool rooms. Love it Nicole is the best manager I ever seen.

They Ran out of toilet paper.... unbelievable..its like when they ran out of keys wow unbelievable staff had to open door and i couldnt leave cause i would not have access to my room . Come on get it together. I like place and staff . Major to minor adjustment

They locked me out of my room. Due to saying i owed them over $272. When i paid for 2 wks in advance thru Expedia. And said i short them for a day when in fact i paid 2 wks as well. On going problem. Pay 1 thing and then getting charged late fees. When i don't have any.

Front desk clerk was rude. The room was dirty there was even other people's dirty clothes in the bathroom. The smoke alarm went off while we were sleeping for like 2 seconds but enough to wake us up. The bed sheets are so thin I was freezing all night and the pillows are very lumpy. Very bad experience.

Great place for long stay

We found A woman’s hair in the mattress, you say non-smocking place but the alarm rang early in the morning someone’s smoking. The floor wasn’t really clean we found, the phone out of line so I couldn’t ask for help.

I got there to Check in at 3:00 and front desk made me wait 40 minutes to talk with them and was told that they didn’t have any clean rooms available to give them an hour came back and was told they needed more time I wasn’t able to check in at 5:40 pm lost my reservation for dinner and was told my check out was still the same at 11:00 am ..

Room was not clean, the floor was filthy, however I did let them know the next morning and they did send someone up to mop immediately.. no toiletries. Nothing in the room. Had to request and go downstairs to get Iron, Ironing board and hangers. You have to pay extra to use pots, pans dishes... Definitely wouldn't stay there again.

Bed was horrible. Would of preffer an air mattress. Pillows where flatter than my girls ass. Elevator, and entrance of the building where full of trash. There was always people on the entrance and exits of the building like if a rap vudeo was about to be filmed. I think i should of paid a bit more and go across the street to the motel 6.

No fue buena experiencia, ya que al llegar a la habitación notamos que no había toallas en la regadera ni para las manos, ni jabón , entonces iba a llamar a recepción y el teléfono no servía , por lo cual bajamos a la recepción al pedirlas, después encendimos la TV y no tenía sonido y solo un canal, y en la regadera estaba ma l lavada ya que había cabellos , y no salía agua caliente

Stayed for 6 nights. The room next door to mine there was a lot of banging on the wall. Cops showed up to get them to leave but nothing happened because the banging occurred for the rest of time I was there. The fire alarm went off in the middle of night every single night I stayed there. Staff isn’t much help. Only one stovetop worked and the front desk lady said they will have maintenance fix that. Never happened. I did not have a good experience here.

The room was dirty. Floors sticky and made my socks black. Sucked it up and stayed anyways. Got woken up at 3am from a fire alarm. No staff member was there to apologize for getting woken up or to tell us that there wasn’t a fire. I still don’t know why it went off. We all went back into the hotel 30 minutes later. The next morning I found 2 roaches crawling in the wall and one on the bathroom counter. I went downstairs and said I do not want to stay another night but I’ll pay for this night. She said no I’m not canceling your payment for tonight and not giving you an early checkout. She gave me another room. I walk into the other room and there is hair on the bed and a FAKE NAIL on the floor. The bathtub is leaking and the trash was not taken out. I went back downstairs and said I’m not staying in there and she stated I’d get refunded for that night and I left that day. I did put in a formal complaint with the company. I have yet to receive a refund for the $70 from the night I did not stay.

Saw a couple Bugs Roaches to be exact. The parking Lot was almost full and was a little hard to park. Once we got in to check in we had to wait about 15 minutes before anyone checked us in. We even called the hotline to request assistance up front and still nothing. Assuming they were short staffed

Let’s not say the STEALING OF YOUR PERSONAL BELONGINGS AND MONEY. Such illegal deceptive business being ran here. Karmas real. And the Universe KNOWS ALL TRUTH. Such a disappointment.

Room was dirty. I did not use the stove but I could see crumbs and food stains on there. Terrible bed and bedding. AC unit was making a noise throughout the night. Property was noisy. A group of people was gathered right outside the property on the sidewalk and drinking. I could hear them yelling and laughing until 3 in the morning. I would give a 0 rating if I could.

Speaking of noise, you can hear the traffic from the interstate all night. This is awesome for those that like white noise while trying to sleep. I asked for a room on the other side of the hotel, but could not be accommodated. I booked a single room, but my room was given out before I checked in. I did get a larger room with 2 beds. I only have one body so did not need the extra bed. I asked to switch rooms to the type I booked, but again could not be accommodated. I was there for 10 days and received no service to room. When I asked housekeeping for fresh towels after 3 days, I was told this is not allowed. You can get clean towels from the front desk, but expect nothing from housekeeping. Not a terrible place to stay, hotel is kept reasonable clean.

I didn’t have very much ice in the freezer because the trays weren’t filled up all the way. The bed was ok as far as sleep but it had a lot of squeakys when I would turn over. Staff was friendly and the room was farely clean. The little light over the stove burnt out when I turned it on.

The staff was very nice but the hotel was outdated , we only had one pillow each, one towel each & the blanket was very thin. Too many sketchy people hanging outside late at night. It was more like a low income apartment complex than a hotel.

Attendant was rude. Our room had no shower curtain. Bathroom door handle was broken and couldn’t close the door where you would be locked in. Was not advertised that there is a pet deposit, no towels l, the tv did t work properly outside parking needs more spaces horrible parking, no ice machine.

The general manager was absolutely horrible! Although I checked in and received a key for an entire week stay that I had paid for, I only stayed for two nights before she was knocking on my door early in the morning yelling at me that I was trying to stay there for free and I needed to get my things and get out or she was calling the police. She was the one who checked me in and gave me the key. Apparently it was not done properly, and I suffered for their incompetence.I couldn’t figure out what she was talking about. I tried working through it with her, but she refused to listen to anything and told me I needed to leave. I had nowhere to go so it cost me several hundred dollars to rent a U-Haul to move my stuff and find another place last minute. I found out from another employee that she was mad about another guest and took it out on me and that she does this quite often. I also missed an entire days worth of work due to this, which cost me several hundred dollars more. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone!

. The room was SPECTACULAR--and would STILL be a value at a much higher price (say, $150) than I paid (under $50, total)! . The surrounding area was wonderful. The place was not squeezed in by other establishments--one neighbor motel is adjacent, but WoodSpring is self-contained and feels private and quiet. . The lobby is tiny--and the counter looks almost like those of a post office. However, overall, WoodSprings, at this location, is a fairly pretty place. . YOU MIGHT LOVE THIS CHOICE!

The price and the friendliness of the staff

We saw roaches. Multiple. And the sheets were super itchy and not replaced, so my brother and I saw dead skin cells and everything on it.

Everything was fine till I went to sleep. Felt something on my leg. Turn out they were little roaches. Not a good night for sure.

I drove 15 hrs to check in to my first room that had never been Cleaned Bed was not made dirty towels on floor. 2 room moved to was worse hair in bathtub and sicks and mystery water spots so was moved to a 3rd was I guess you can say was the cleanest. Until you get unexpected crawling desk roaches. No ice machine no irons. They need to move suites and add extend stays but your on your own in this hotel. Very disappointed in my stay.
