Good breakfast, clean rooms. Comfortable beds. A little spendy, but good quality. While we were there the door going to the pool sounded like a dying whale and creaked for about 10 seconds while closing. I image that isn't pleasant for people with rooms nearby. There was also an event going on at the event center in the same building so no parking was available when we tried to check in. We went to dinner and came back later when the lot had cleared out some.

I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the rooms, there was trash from previous occupants, toilets had pee on the side of them, there was a used sparkler on the floor. Additionally, there was an event at the space next door so parking was abysmal. Staff was friendly though!

Had 1 small issue with our room, and the night staff really thought outside the box to make it right for us; we really appreciated their effort to assist us. Would stay again.

The front desk attendant was kind and accommodating. The property is well maintained and the room was updated. We had a 1 bedroom and the air conditioning did not extend into the living room space so our kids slept in a warm/humid space on the pullout. Not ideal. The main bed was quite firm. The pool was well kept but very cold and the hot tub was bath water warm at best. There was a place for towels and a towel return in the pool area, but no towels were ever present so we walked wet to the room each time. They did provide an actual crib when requested and not just a knock off pack n play like most places! The baby slept pretty well!

This hotel checked off all the boxes. Our check-in staff member “Freddie” was very friendly and helped us get checked in quickly. The room exceeded our expectations. In addition to being clean, the water pressure in the shower was excellent. That feature can be hit or miss and is very important to me. There’s a sports bar directly next to the hotel that serves excellent food. I ordered from there each night of my stay. The hotel was quiet and had an onsite laundry room which I find to be an awesome perk. Will definitely stay here in the future.

Breakfast wasn't the greatest. The powdered eggs were old and the sausage links had a funny taste but other than that the stay was great. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

We stayed on night and everything was wonderful. When we entered the room our t.v. was not working. We called down and Tammy came up and fixed it right away!! She was very nice!! While having breakfast, the staff member in there was also very polite. The pool was clean and so were the rooms! Will definitely return when we need a weekend away again!!

Our family of four thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was comfortable, well-appointed, and inviting. We especially appreciated the pool and jacuzzi, though we would have preferred the pool to be slightly warmer. Breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of options. Room was fine other than had trouble staying cool enough. Hot tub was cold and when it was time to close the pool area for the night the staff member just shut off the lights and didn’t say a word. Just thought she could have warned us it was 10pm vs making everyone walk out in the dark using phones for lights.

At the time my husband and l went down for breakfast, the bangles and bread were empty. They weren't filled again until we were finished eating.

My catalytic converter was stolen in the shared parking lot. It is not an isolated incident in the area according to local officials.

It was just ok. The room was huge which was nice but the carpet had holes and everything was just a little run down. And the kids above us were so loud the entire time.

We did not try the pool but there is one with a hot tub. Breakfast bar in the morning was decent. Your typical French toast, waffles, scrambled eggs and sausage. Kind of thing. Overall, it was a very pleasant, relaxing stay.

Walls and floors are very thin and you could hear the kids running around loudly. Pool area was clean but very little seating, no towels and luke warm hot tub. Good area with no foot traffic, good for families with kids. One bedroom king with pullout has very small bathroom.

The room was clean but the photos were of the resteraunt next door not the hotel, our furnace in our room was extremely loud and had issues, the heater kept reading LE and blowing cold air which was annoying since iy was 15° outside. When the toilet flushed it wouldnt fill bavk up with water. I called the front desk and the front desk explained that maintenance isnt onsite bit they could look and see if they could fix it. I ended up figuring out that you could hold up the mechanism in the back of the tank and the toilet would fill. We were only in for a overnight. Front desk was nice, place was reasonably clean. The breakfast attendant was super sweet.

The staff were very nice. The room was clean! Breakfast had a good variety and tasted good. The reason for 4 instead of 5 stars was the smell of weed twice upon entering and getting off the elevator to our floor. We did report it to the front desk and she said she’ll keep an eye out. This is a smoke-free and pet-free place, which is the exact reason we chose to stay. It needs to be smoke free then!

We were given a handicap room, I am not. However the door was extremely heavy and hard to open. The bednwas verybfurm while the pillow was not supportive. The pool ok, but the hot tub was more like a warm bath, and kids under 16 in it.

Buy 5:00 p.m. they were out of pool towels and would not give you any more. This resulted in many people just walking around the hotel dripping water everywhere. Not to be mean but I sure hope someone fell and sues them for this. Bad was pretty hard but acceptable No blankets on the bed only a sheet to cover up with. I do not recommend this hotel and I will not return

Very poor room layout. The cover of the hottub was broken and laying on floor. The thermostat was broken, but they did fix that while we were at dinner. The toilet was very hard to flush. As a whole, room was run down. We have stayed at same hotel in nearby town and the difference is monumental.

TV had issues getting channels from channel guide.

Staff was nice and welcoming. Unfortunately I found a bunch of body hair all over the bathroom. On the floor, tub, on the toiletries and even on the towels. It was so much, I noticed it right away. I genuinely don’t understand how it was missed. It felt disgusting. I told the front desk and they offered to switch rooms but my 87 year old Mother-in-law was already sleeping. Since I booked with a second party they said there was nothing they could do, no reimbursement no discount, nothing. The ONLY thing I expect is a clean room and unfortunately it was not.

We had a fine time during our stay. The staff members were friendly, addressed a question regarding our room promptly. The hotel was clean, including the pool area (pool temp was a bit brisk but, hot tub was hot). The complimentary breakfast was great as was the amount of parking spaces available. I could see the front desk team needing more support especially during wedding/event season. I felt for the one staffer tasked with checking in what looked to be like 25+ people while we were leaving the hotel. Thanks!

Room wasn't ready. There was alot of noise very late. The smoking area was close to my room so ot smelled like smoke.

Clean and comfortable however there was a party going on and the music was blaring until midnight. We could not sleep through the noise! We could also smell the fires and smoking from the outdoor area in our room.

Friendly and clean

When we arrived the receptionist was excellent. Unfortunately one of the air conditioning units didn't work properly in the master bedroom and the next morning I informed the morning receptionist. She informed me that maintenance was not in yet but she would inform them. I told her we would be out all day but they were fine to enter to make the necessary repairs. 10 hours later we returned for one of the bedrooms in our suite to still be HOT! I went back downstairs and informed the receptionist that was working (who was also the receptionist that checked us in the night before) about the issue and lack of response to the issue from the complaint that morning. I had also responded to the "How is your stay going" text message which stated someone would contact me, which never occurred. Again this receptionist was amazing and stated she would have the issue addressed and would call in maintenance if needed. When we returned back to our rooms later that night the issue was FINALLY resolved. It shouldn’t have taken 2 verbal and 1 written complaint to address the problem. Thankfully there was one amazing employee that was able to address the issue and get it resolved. She even followed up with me the next morning. She's an asset to the company and you need more employees like her!

My room was big and clean. Bed was super comfortable. The lady that checked me in was super nice. Breakfast had a ton of options! My only note, not even a complaint, but I could hear the music from the bar next store until about 11. No biggie. Would stay here again.

basic property. Nothing special. Not much dining around the hotel, so a better free breakfast would have gone a long way.

Checking in I was told there was going to be a $100 hold on my card AFTER the card had already been charged. There was no warning of this on the website. When we got to our room we found out that only one outlet in the room worked. So we had to use one outlet for all three people in the room, which at times wouldn’t charge. There was no working fan in the bathroom. As well as, it felt like the walls were paper thin. We could hear loud stomping all night as well as music coming from outside of the hotel. Lastly, at times it was almost impossible for us to find parking. For a hotel that asks specifically for your make and model of car (which I have never had happen before), you would think there would be a designated spot to park. Overall not the greatest experience and we probably wouldn’t stay here again.

The location is bit far away from city, but close to airport. The quality of mattress/bed can be better. Overall check in process could have been smooth.

How can you not have milk? And then, when it’s found out there is no milk for breakfast, you don’t go and get some milk? Now again, I’m rolling my eyes!

The property is a tad bit older but well kept, I like the fact that the bedroom suite has a door between the bedroom and entertainment area. The continental breakfast is a plus; the location is adjacent to Real Time Sports with made grabbing food extremely easy. The pool was well maintained; however, the water was frigid! (too cold to be enjoyable). Overall, my family enjoyed this hotel.

We arrived just around 130pm. Barbra at the front desk informed us of no-early check-ins are permitted unless you want to pay a $30 early check in fee. Then she told me our room was not ready? I said why would you offer me that if my room is not ready? She then went on to tell me she could text me around 300pm if our room became available early and checked us in? This never happened and we finally came back at 330pm. The room we were given which I paid extra for the jet tub, had some cosmetic damage to it and our bathroom has stains on the countertop. I took pics and went back downstairs and spoke to the front desk. Barbara was not available. I asked to be moved to another room which they complied too. I asked the front desk person "how do things like this get missed on room inspections before you place them back in availability? No answer and got the puzzled look back to us.......

Breakfast was really bad, the food was bad there was no selection, and the girl working during breakfast was not refilling the food! The hot tub was not hot at all it was luke warm it was so disappointing, and it seemed like one of the jets was broken it was dangerous. The room was nice though. I had high hopes for this hotel, the reviews read so well, but my experience was different.

Lovated next to a decent bar and grill and some really good Italian food. Couldnt hear the plans near the airport. Beds are soft.... i like them frim. Hot tub could have been warmer.

The breakfast was good. It had variety and was flavorful. The coffee tasted great. The only negative thing would be the TV. Ours did not give us the option to connect to any streaming service and it did not have a guide to check through channels. Overall, great stay. Would recommend and come back.

They did not provide enough breakfast items. We went down to breakfast an hour before it due to end and most items were already out. Very disappointing especially since their breakfast time ends so early anyways. The hotel was also unwilling to work with us to provide a small refund so we could buy breakfast to feed our large family. Definitely won't be coming back.

Had a night stay. O'Hare 25 mins drive. Rooms are good and provided with a mini fridge and microwave. Adequate size room, comfortable beds, and clean bathroom. Room had been cleaned and prepared well with AC On. It felt fresh upon entry. Further Expedia offered complimentary early checkin. We couldn't use though as we arrived late. Complementary breakfast was ok.

We have stayed here before. This will be the last. The staff was not friendly. Almost like we were a burden. Greated by a large group of smokers out front. Best part was the lady of the night who had several visitors stop by for a quick visit.

Only one person working, who said he was new. He said he Couldn’t explain the charges. I spoke to the manager the next day and they said that they charge things differently than most places.

Beds are a bit stiff or firm. Everyone was very polite. I recommend a trash can nearby the waffle maker for the cups to be thrown away in after pouring it onto the waffle maker. Had a great cookie when first checked in but then no more were ever put out even the next morning. Concerns over people smoking pot right outside the main entrance so the smell carried into the inside lobby area and while you walk thru the doors. I suggest moving the smoking area away from the door entrance.

Now for my only complaint. I booked this hotel, in part, for the pool & hot tub. On the website was advertised pool lifts for both the pool & hot tub. Being that I am a wheelchair user, I rely on these devices. When I got there, neither lift worked. It appeared they haven't been working for some time. The mechanical comonents were rusted. Even if they had been working, they did not look safe. We were told, well, I dont know why they aren't working. We can put in a work order. In the meantime, I wasnt able to use the pool or hot tub on our family vacation. This is unacceptable. These lifts should be made to be maintained and inspected yearly just like elevators for people like myself coming there expecting to use them. Sadly, this isnt the first time this exact thing has happened. Do better about this County Inn.

My experience was very good here. i have very little complaints. one of my only complaints is that i was not told there was going to be a 100$ hole on my account my whole trip. it was refundable, just for accidentally but i was unaware. and the second night we got locked out of our room. the key card just randomly stopped working and i had to go down to the desk three times before security had to let us in cause every card they gave me didn’t work. other than that tho it was very clean and breakfast was fine.

The hotel was clean. The bed comfortable. The pool and hot tub was clean. Breakfast was decent. Staff were friendly. The hotel is next to an event center so parking on the weekends can get full pretty fast in the evening. You can hear music playing in the background at night. We didn’t mind the commotion as we were traveling with kids. We were on third floor. If you want a quieter stay on a weekend, I don’t recommend this hotel.

Overall it's an ok stay. The surrounding areas are too far away like restos or convenient stores. The place is fairly clean. We liked the ammenities,l. The breakfast menu is the same daily though.

We were there for 2 days. We were out late and came back to a room tgat wasn't cleaned and had no fresh towels. The room had a strong oder o cleaning materials which made it hard to sleep.

The facility is located within a conjested shopping area, and has limited customer parking. Parked vehicles may easily be parked in restricted areas of the surrounding parking lot.

When we arrived employee was standing outside and was seemingly the only registration personnel. She saw us, slowly came in and said be right there. Took long time and check-in very slow. She couldn’t answer question and was just slow. Hallways are not clean carpets and stale no air flow at all. Rooms were decent but bed not great and fitted sheet kept coming undone to reveal upside down tag on top that read Sept Oct Nov. I like the hotel was close to eating choices and connections to banquet event center.

This is the first Country Inn and Suites that I've stayed in that lived up to it's name in style (looks) and service. Clean, felt comfortable from the moment I walked through the door up until checkout. Plus is they offered checkout via text- very convenient! Definitely will stay again when ever in the area.

This is my 2nd time staying at this property which is decent and quiet. The beds and rooms are a little outdated so beds are harder also the air conditioners, they just need to make sure to clean them more frequently cause they were dusty. However it was clean to their ability. When they have weddings next door, it is very difficult finding a parking spot. The staff are very pleasant and nice & overall a decent hotel. The pool and hot tub out of date but are clean and work. Very clean linens and sheets which is also a plus! Breakfast is included and just your basic nothing fancy.

Everything was very good. The room was clean, quiet, and spacious. The bathroom mirror never fogged up after a shower which is not typical of many hotels. The only annoying thing was the ineffective toilet flushing. It took about 2-4 flushes the get everything to go down.

Great location, but hotel itself was not entirely clean. Bathroom sink had unwiped lotion or something left behind, there was a used bandaid on the floor, and the carpet had a brown residue with sticky spots. Hotel room doors are very heavy and, as a result, slamming doors from neighbors all around could be heard early in the morning so sleeping in was not an option. Front desk staff was also not helpful when asked about room replenishment from maid service and we were told we would have to purchase refilled items.

One of the best places I’ve stayed on vacation

Ac in the room was turned off when we got there for our late check-in, it took a long time for the room to cool down.

the food was of the pool was very clean and fun had a small issue with comunication and cleanliness but was corrected fast however the mattresses were very uncomfortable and the ac dosent work well even set to 60

Very clean and quiet. The only item I would change is to have a nightlight, at least in the accessible rooms. Very difficult to get around at night without waking your partner.

I didn't like breakfast that didn't have variety of teas, no fruits, no lactose free milk.....

Bed was very comfy. Loved the 2 bedroom option for space for the kids. Only downside is 1 bathroom 4 people was fun lol. Rooms were very quiet!! I loved how i didnt hear people while sleeping and blackout curtains A+. Breakfast was slightly boring when staying there a whole week. Pool was fantastic and allowed to relax after being out touring the city all day. This was a vacation trip and not business.

Room was clean breakfast was very good

Nice stay - only issue was the fan in the bathroom would not shut off, but I shut the door and it was ok. Very convenient to all the places I needed to go to.

The carpet on the staircase and walkway are very dirty. The carpet in the room appears to have not been vacuumed in several days.

I was looking for a quiet night to relax and that’s what I got. I like sitting in the courtyard and the gym had some pretty new equipment. Most gyms at these places have really old stuff. This was nice. I’ll definetley go back to relax more.

They worked with us when we had to move dates around and the facility was amazing. We were nervous with having a room right above the lobby but it was very quiet. The room was well maintained and we had no issues. We would like to have the $100 “deposit” advertised before we got to the hotel but it wasn’t a major issue.
