The hotel is next to a highway. We heard traffic noise all night long. Earplugs and a noise machine should have been provided.

The air conditioning was not working in room 124, so after 2 nights we moved to 118. It did not work either; another hot night. The next morning we were offered a fan. No. So we moved to 116. By then the weather had cooled in any event. No compensation offered. At breakfast Sunday, the toaster was broken, on one side, so there was an line and the buffet had mostly low or empty hot food pans. I am a Bonvey member and was quite disappointed.

Stay at this hotel alot. Usually the beds are very comfortable. This room's bed was hard. Also, we could hear the neighbors next door and above.

We stayed in a junior suite, it was ok. The shower had zero to no pressure. We were situated next to some kind of machinery or pipes, we heard clanking, rumbling, humming all night. With small children the sudden noises were not ideal. The staff was very pleasant though.

The breakfast keeps getting worse. They don’t even have proper bread anymore. They now also allow animals in the hotel, which I find very unpleasant.

The room was NOT worth the price, at almost double what we typically pay at a nearby hotel. VERY expensive. The pull out sofa bed was abysmal - very uncomfortable. The breakfast was passable at best - hot items were just so-so.

hotel staff was friendly. Only complaint is that the toilets were very low for someone who is 6'0 or taller. My husband is 6'5 so....not comfortable and the shower ceilings were low. other than that it was a perfect weekend getaway.

We didn't get the suite with 2 beds that we booked. They didn't provide a king bed room suite either. It was a rip off. Coffee was always cold. No bread for breakfast. By far the most terrible residence inn I've stayed in.

One bedroom suite was spacious enough for our family of 6 (we brought an air mattress) would definitely get the 2 bedroom suite next time but we’re able to make do with the one bedroom for this trip. We would absolutely come back. Bedding was comfortable, rooms were clean. Only negative was breakfast was definitely lacking but so many food options near by- didn’t affect our stay too much. All staff we encountered were kind.

Hotel employees were extremely friendly and my room was clean but I would not rate it as very good as many people reviewed it in Hotels.com. It was more of a Best Western or Comfort Inn type of hotel which lacks updated rooms and has scuff marks on things like walls,furniture and carpet was older as well .Beds were not comfortable. I wouldn't stay again it was hard for me to sleep.

Also the room and bathroom design are poor in regard to privacy and sound containment. There is a door to the WC only; the sink area is open to the bed just four feet away. If you’re up in the night to use the bathroom, you will definitely disturb your partner as you use the sink. Also the light in the WC/shower is far too dim.

Great place to stay especially for family because it’s spacious. The rooms look like the pictures and were very clean. The breakfast area was good too. clean and the food was fine. Close to shopping and malls location was great. Only thing I can say is the pull out bed was not comfortable and could feel the springs but my 10 yo slept on the actual couch instead and said it felt good. The king bed was comfortable and the bedding was soft and clean. They took the hoop off the basketball goal which would have been fun but overall I would stay again.

Everything was very nice. The room layout seemed tailored for a single person working away from home. Other than that, it was a great place to stay. The only thing we didn't like was the corridors -- they were very long and monotonous, a little color to break them up would be a big improvement.

Rooms were very good with all facilities. We asked for the fireplace to be looked at 5 times, but it never worked during the 5 days we were there. It's literally on the motorway, so it was convenient but extremely noisy. Breakfast was mediocre.

The rooms are really lovely with the kitchenette. The king-size bed was overall decently comfortable but not awesomely great. The shower in the bathroom were nice. However, we had to move rooms because the television was not working in our first room. It was good because we were removed because of the loud air compressors right outside the window. We moved to an upstairs unit just above, the bed was less comfortable and the road noise was horrendous. So be sure to bring a white noise app or YouTube drown out the 100 traffic noise The staff was amazing, super friendly and super attentive.

There was a very strong chemical/industrial smell! Had to open windows. Seemed to get worse when heat was on so we used the air conditioner in January! Gave me a headache! We stayed on rm 306. Would smell the room first before committing it.

We traveled from California to the East Coast for a wedding and Thanksgiving celebration. We returned to this Marriott because we had stayed there before and were so impressed. The staff are knowledgeable, service is superb, breakfast which is exceptional, in included.

The room was clean and roomy and had everything you could need for business or family get together. The breakfast was fresh and filled often and many options from oatmeal to fresh eggs to waffles.

What I did NOT like is that Corporate Marriott is not supporting this Residence Inn to resolve easy access to the internet for their visitors. The person at the desk said this has been going on for a while that guests can't connect and Marriott Corporate IT is short handed and hasn't taken care of the situation. This is NOT acceptable Corporate Marriott!

The staff and the room were both great. However, while looking for a good night's sleep our room on the backside of the building made the traffic from the highway a constant impediment to getting that rest.

Initially I booked this property for two weeks through Expedia because I needed reasonably priced, safe accommodations for a travel assignment I took nearby. I booked the Studio queen unit and was pleasantly surprised. The room was just what I needed and the bed was very comfortable. I liked it so much that I extended my stay for the duration of my assignment (until June). The staff made the booking easy and allowed me to set up payment arrangements. I would recommend this place for any length of stay, but if you need a long-term stay, this place would be my #1 choice based on location, comfort, and professionalism of staff. The complimentary breakfast is good M-F, but just okay on weekends.

It is currently being remodeled so some construction noise and dust. I was in a new room and it was great and extremely clean. Super friendly staff. Convenient to shops and restaurants.

Some weirdos were taking pictures everyday outside of the facility for their own sick pleasures and we’re taking g pictures of my car and family. I didnt Feel safe. The staff was very off and something there didn’t seem right. The guy in the white van that took a picture of my car and kids was SICK! I’ll never in life refer anyone there nor will I stay. There was some weird activity there that I wont speak on, on this platform but just know I have my eye out. I dont Appreciate the behavior. I felt unsafe and threatened badly!!! I still Don’t feel ok. I almost Want to go to the police and file a report. Straight harassment and I felt endangered.

The front desk staff was nice. But the hotel is a little on the older side and my first room had an odor that was so strong I requested to move. I was moved to a second room but it still had a faint odor as well. It was tolerable but I don't think I would stay again.

Right next to the highway, nice. But you could hear the traffic. However; nothing could be done about this. On the other hand, the sofa was not comfortable, the chaise lounge part was worn-out. The dinning chair cushions were worn-out; you could feel the wooden part. Also the carpet looked worn-out as well, with pieces of the yarn pulled out. Cutting those off seemed simple enough???

As I drove into the Residence inn off route 100 in Columbia Maryland, eight and a half hours later; it was just a few minutes to 9pm, I was looking forward to a warm bath and a beautiful sleep. Didn't realise the shock ahead. I don't see your name, the receptionist said without even asking for my name. When I told her my name, haven't you checked in she said. I was caught aback. Checked in?. How? Maybe I had checked in whilst driving down the New Jersey Turnpike. She finally gave me the key card. This was what I saw when I opened the door to the room. Unwashed soup bowl in the sink. Bag of farina on the table top. Rubbish in the fridge. The bedroom was something else. Someone had gotten off the bed leaving the bedsheets and duvet in disarray. Had I somehow arrived back home in Africa without boarding a plane? Something is definitely wrong. We went back to get a new room. Can you imagine the cheek of it when she asked again in the company of her assistant. Are we sure we hadn't checked in earlier? When it was obvious from the dried stew in the sink that the room has been in use for a least the previous day. This was definitely a very bad experience. Otherwise I would have given a 5 star rating for everything

If you're staying in the area for a few nights you definitely WON'T be disappointed by this hotel or the location.

Although the hotel it’s self was well appointed and clean, our second night we had a truly awful experience. When we returned to the hotel Sunday night around 11PM, the side entrance door was propped open with a rolled mat. We of course removed it as it allowed anyone to enter the hotel, and furthermore our rooms were directly at the top of the stairway. Almost immediately upon entering our rooms to go to sleep - in what we assumed to be a safe and quiet environment - a group of people began running up and down the stairs, yelling, singing, banging around etc. They were also in the parking lot partying, which was directly below our windows. This continued for hours. We called the front desk multiple times. At one point my daughter opened her door because she heard someone screaming and crying, and saw two girls dragging a third girl up the stairs. We were unable to sleep until 3am, purely out of exhaustion as the noise continued. We were informed the next morning that there were no security cameras or guards. We came to this hotel because the family that we were visiting has many small children and we did not want to be kept awake or woken by them. As it turns out we could have just saved our money as the same exact thing happened at your hotel. This is completely unacceptable, made even more so as you are located off of a highway.. to not even be aware that a secure door is being kept open for anyone to walk through is terrifying and quite frankly mind boggling.

Perfect for tournament stay! Well-stocked kitchen was a blessing since we were there for 5 nights. Plenty of breakfast offerings as well. Sofa bed could use better mattress, but it was perfectly adequate.

I arrived fairly late in the day. My first room was on the 1st floor right by the roadway. It was too noisy for me and I requested a change. Thankfully they were able to accommodate me and moved me to a room that overlooked their courtyard. My second room was good. The floor area in the kitchen was sticky but everything was fine. Comfortable bed, quiet, and was just what I needed after a long day of driving.

The dishes were dirty in the cabinets and there was a rusty sewing needle on the floor. Luckily I saw it before I stepped on it.

Wanted a spacious and comfortable place to stay with separate bedrooms, included breakfast, and outdoor pool. This hotel was great! Cat tails planted around the outdoor pool really added privacy and also a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. Also had outdoor grills and a gas fire pit.
