    The location was close to the surgical center I was scheduled at. The room was spacious, comfortable, and quiet. I felt the waitress could have had extra help during dinner. She did well while we were there, but struggled getting the tables cleaned for patrons coming in.

    Was here for a conference/class and it was adequate. It was in the middle of some remodeling which made it loud for me during the day (it stopped at night). Nice walking paths nearby. A few amenities within walking distance.

    The Hotel looks to be newly remodeled, but the bathrooms need an exhaust fan to aid with steam from hot showers. The door frames are metal and are rusting out. Some Rustoleum might help things in the interim. Beds were on the firmer side, and comfortable. Staff was friendly and breakfast was buffet style, always packed down there. The hotel refrigerators are like all hotel refrigerators, no matter how exclusive the hotel- barely cold. Some sort of hotel conspiracy going on with the substandard fridges. We are NOT Europe! The fridge has one job! Other than those 2 squabbles, the stay was nice. The weight room/gym area is fine. has treadmills. stationary bikes, yoga matts, kettle bells, dumbells. Would stay again, good price point too.

    I stayed at Hilton Garden Inn and found a used condom/wrapper behind the bed. I contacted the property and they only refunded $30 parking fee due to the fact I booked through Expedia and not them. I tried contacting Expedia and repeatedly got kicked out of the chat as I tried to resolve this matter. They only were offering $75 in rewards not cash for my inconvenience, and before I could even respond it kicked me off again. I had to wait 5 min in the chat for her to review things, yet the app or representative didn’t allow me 1 minute to respond.     I disagree with other reviewers regarding the breakfast. We found it really well stocked and very fresh. Staff was attentive and helpful. The menu included: scrambled eggs, cheese omelette, link and patty sausages, bacon, waffles, home fried potatoes, pastries, English muffins, croissants, hot and cold cereal, hard boiled eggs, watermelon, pineapple, cantaloupe, grapes, coffee, tea, juice, milk and more!

    Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted with professionalism and kindness by the front desk clerk, Eric. Check-in was quick and seamless, which I truly appreciated. My room was clean and comfortable, with a view of the freeway that I personally didn’t mind at all. Later, when I wanted to enjoy a relaxing bath, I had a bit of trouble with the bathtub stopper. After trying a few times, I went downstairs for assistance, and Olga (I hope I’m spelling her name correctly) went above and beyond to help me. Thanks to her, I was able to fully enjoy a peaceful bubble bath. Overall, my experience at the hotel was wonderful. The front desk staff—Ancerea, Olga, and Eric—were all incredibly welcoming and provided exceptional service, especially during my birthday staycation. I would absolutely choose this location again and look forward to staying at Hilton properties in the future.

    I couldn’t even stay. The bathroom door was covered in rust spots. I asked to have a new room and it was the same situation if not worse. When I asked the lady at the front desk, she told me all the rooms were like that to some degree. This was so disappointing. I had to find another place to stay at the last minute.

    Everything about the hotel and the stay was what you would expect at this price point. My objection is that when my husband and I had been asleep for about 45 minutes, our phone started ringing and when I answered it, I was told that there were complaints that we had loud music coming from our room. We’re in our mid 70s and loud music at that time of night is not something that would happen. I believe that a staff member should’ve come up to the room and listened at door to see what room actually had music or loud TV rather than waking up us out of a sound sleep. It was really hard to go back to sleep after having been woken up.

    Room smelled like it used to be a smoking room. It’s the type of smell that sticks on your clothes. Check in was ok, forgot my ID so I had to work with the travel site to add my husband. We are Hilton Honors members and I wouldn’t say that did much in terms of nicer room or service.

    We’ve stayed here before and it’s in a great location. The room was very nice and clean. Last time parking was free and they had a complimentary breakfast bar. This time parking was $30 and no breakfast. They texted to see if we needed anything but never responded to our question. Outside painting is going on so there were men right outside our window. Overall it was fine but not great.

    This place was absolutely horrible! Honestly I went based off the pictures and reviews and couldn’t wait, until we arrived it was horrendous how dirty my room was the floors turned out socks and feet black, the bathroom sink and tub/shower didn’t drain I’ll attach pictures why, the door frame was dripping goo when we showered, the mini fridge didn’t work which was important because we hand a infant with us, the room phone didn’t work to call the front desk or housekeeping, I asked house keeping to change out the linens on the bed when the clean the room, and definitely did not do so the only thing they did was take out the trash and put new towels in the bathroom. They didn’t clean AT ALL! I would NOT recommend this place EVER!!!!

    Staff was great and the rooms were decent. For what we paid it could have been better. We also had a room upgrade but it wasn't that much of an upgrade. They were also doing some painting of the hotel in some areas so it was a bit noisy at times. Hotel is very close to the hey so that was a plus, shopping and restaurants were no longer than a 10 minute drive from hotel. So overall it was good place to stay.

    The room was large and clean. It felt safe. The area is a little questionable and difficult to get around on foot. I was traveling from the Amtrak station so it was conveniently close and yet not a clear or nice walk to get there. The TV offered many channels.

    Staff was helpful. Because there is no housekeeping every day, we had to ask for extra cups and coffee pods everyday, for the next day. Maybe they could supply more than 1 pod per person, per 2 days…hotel is in great location, very clean, slightly worn but still very nice. Paying for parking and breakfast is a lot. But all the hotels in that area charge for that. Will stay again if the price is right.

    I mad a mistake and booked my second day a momth out which calles a confusion- as they kept bugging me to come pay. I was at fault so they were just doing their jobs properly. The bay side at night is a fantastic view of the bridge all lit up. Definitly reccomend paying a little more to see the view.

    Paid extra for a room with a view. Half was of the bay and the other half was of a taller building next door. The front desk staff weren’t very friendly or helpful. I asked for an emailed receipt which I still haven’t gotten and now I have $180 of charges on my credit card for only one night with parking. The property is not very accessible if you have someone with you with mobility issues. Even the lift to get around stairs doesn’t work. There is also some safety issues with the bathroom as the floor and tub are very slippery if wet and they don’t give you enough towels to make sure the area is safe for any mobility issues a guest may have. At one point I called down to the front desk and the young woman was irritated by my questions. Won’t stay here again

    We could hear freeway noise, the breakfast and parking was expensive. A few minor things were needing fixing in our room, but they weren’t bad enough to need them fixed during our short stay. We did report it when we checked out so they could be fixed before the next people checked into the room.

    I was getting a snack by the front desk with my kids when we were disturbed to encounter staff at the front desk being rude to a customer that could not speak English very well. The staff was sighing in clear frustration at the customer not being able to get her message across and said “what are you?” While asking the customer what ethnicity she was in order to attempt to translate on her phone. She said it in a very rude way. The customer asked for a pen to write and the staff member said “no” and did not want to give her something to write with. The whole situation was extremely unprofessional and made my family very uncomfortable. Everything else was great about our stay except for that experience.

    The lady who checked was us in was rude to us a day later. We asked for water and she sarcastically replied that it's only given at check in, ironically she was the same person who checked us in but didn't offer us water. Didn't like the first room 202 given to us, looking at all the plumbing and line outside room window. Very noisy.

    Wonderful stay. Everyone who assisted me was kind and attentive. It was nice that they had a restaurant on site because after a long day at work and then drive it was very convenient.     Honestly I will never book there again. The staff a women receptionist at the front seemed like sge hated her job. I Didn’t feel welcomed. The room was not locking correctly so when I told the front it seemed like it was problem that I was complaining I was worried about my belongings and my safety and then I also paid for my pet 75 dollar fee and as soon as they heard bark they called immediately and requested to go back to the room.

    The property is in a great location and walking distance to the marina, downtown shopping, restaurants etc. However, the mattress was hard as rock and they were not able to accommodate my request for a softer bed or a mattress topper.     Room was very nice and front desk staff were friendly and efficient. The bar was missing ingredients and could not make menu options. Workers were watching television and were unprofessional. The food in the restaurant was practically inedible from the very limited breakfast menu. Better to not even have a restaurant if you cannot hire people that can actually cook a meal as basic as breakfast.
