Staff was friendly, property was easy to navigate, loved that parking was right outside the door. Beds were comfortable and things were nice and quiet. Rooms smelled…NOT great when we opened the doors. Musty, like someone had previously smoked in the rooms—maybe soaked into the walls from decades ago.

It is a nice large, cleanroom for the money, comfortable bed, very friendly staff, and a well taken care of property overall with plenty of parking. No clear downside except there was no plug for the bath, but I forgot to ask for one and I’m sure they would’ve provided it if I had asked. A simple continental breakfast but with plenty of variety. Very good value for money.

It was good for layover for airport but would of been nice to have fruit or something in morning to grab. Bed was ok. Room was clean which was the important piece.

We had a group of 5--3 adults and 2 kids--and everyone had a bed! That's not easy to find! When I first walked in I was scared-- only 1 bed! But then I saw the door at the back, which was a bedroom holding the other bed. AWESOME! We reheated our dinner in the handy microwave, and had a good night's sleep. The staff were great, and though I didn't see it until a couple of days too late, they sent a message with suggestions of places to eat, which was nice. I really liked the property, and would happily consider a longer stay in the future.

Our room was large and the beds were very comfortable. I was very pleased by the cleanliness of the room & the bathroom. Our tv wouldn't turn on & the desk clerk came right away. After trying several things to no avail, she called the manager at home who said she'd be there shortly. Meanwhile, the clerk figured out the problem & the tv began working. Their response to the problem showed a commitment to customer satisfaction that I've seldom seen elsewhere. The only thing I had an issue with was the lack of electrical outlets. There was only one between the beds and the lamp & clock took up both plug-ins. We had to unplug both in order to charge our phones. I will absolutely stay there again.

The entire place smelled like cat feces, there was a $250 deposit that I wasn't made aware of, and the "free continental breakfast" was certainly lacking in just about every way. Honestly the smell was the biggest problem for me

The room was clean, the staff was pleasant. The "continental breakfast" was pretty sad. Stale mini cinnamon rolls, bread to toast with no butter, granola bars, spoiled fruit. The room was basic and ok, but there were no outlets near the bed, in fact there seemed to be only 1 outlet accessible, and it was in the quite dimly lit bathroom.

Room was clean. Beds were hard! Morning breakfast was just a few things on the counter so don’t bank on that.

The staff was so incredibly nice and helpful! She held the door open for us as we walked in and was so kind. The room was spotless and perfect.

The deposit was way too much and it really didn't have that information when reserving for one. I planned ahead a week early and when checked in was told the deposit was 200 and something change and not only that after picking a different place that night. The next day they tried running my credit card

Very inexpensive motel, convenient location to downtown, courteous staff at checkin, room is nice, safe, cozy clean bedding, and modernized along with micro/fridge...but a few setbacks- Fine dust is all around and a few crumbs show if going through with bright flashlight. Recommend every HKer have ultrabright flashlights to work with. TV was confusing with 2 controllers and couldnt switch to cable channels. AC/Heater unit can be loud when kicks on quite often, no noise came from outside. Each time bathroom light turned on it also turned on extremely loud bathroom fan. Will plan to stay again for the value and convenient location

Stayed here for the oregon game. Place is well kept and it appears that it has been remodeled. It can be a bit noisy because of its close proximity to the freeway entrance. We wouldnt hate to stay here in a pinch.

Easy to get to. Easy parking. Rooms in decent condition. Good stop over. Not much of a breakfast if you're thinking of getting that. Just some yogurts in a few other minor things.

Great location since it's blocks away from downtown, as well as the restaurants to the west. I was initially worried about noise since it's right on the main road through town, but by bedtime the traffic was gone and I slept great. I'll be back!

Night stop on route from Crater Lake N.P. to Portland airport. Room very clean, bed comfortable, shower did its job … what more could you ask for.

The front desk staff could not have been nicer. The room was just fine for our needs for the quick visit to Eugene (bed was surprisingly comfortable), but it is an older property and on the edge of not the greatest part of town, so walking at night was done carefully. Very basic continental breakfast in the am.

Quaint older motel that had nice flowers in front of each room. Tucked in off of the main drag so there was minimal traffic noise. Very nice office person and the room was neat and tidy. It is an older motel so bathroom was a little on the worn side, but it was clean! Perfectly situated for a short walk to a concert at the Hult Center. Enjoyed it!

What amazes me most about staying at the Mediterranean is how close the event location for The Climate Pledge is and that they have free parking. I also am very impressed that my room was large and spacious and yet it was the least expensive one they list. Very wonderful place to stay.

Issues with staff being at the front desk. Waited 10 minutes before showed up to check in. Called and they didn’t even answer the phone. Happened several times not only with me but others. Disappointed. Room was set alcove with no light. Was given option of another room however the couch stunk!

I will say I think I left my red camera there and I really hope it gets found!!! My mistake. Thanks for a nice stay

I have stayed twice before, always excellent and a good value. When I checked in (late) this time, I put down my suitcase and joined my cousin for dinner. When I got back at 11P, I found the bathroom had not been cleaned so I went over to the office but it was closed. The rest of the room was fine, bed comfortable, television and wi fi worked well. The next morning I went over to the office to check out and advise what had happened but the clerk would not get off the phone long enough for me to talk with him. So when my uber arrived to take me to the airport, I just left. This is a good, renovated hotel that can be forgiven for one mistake. Just wish the morning desk clerk had acknowledged me for 5 minutes so I could tell him about the problem. Again, the place is good. Incidentally.....great AM coffee.

The stay was a pleasant surprise. The motel is in remarkable condition, maintained well, and is very comfortable. I was surprised how quiet it was!!! The staff was very helpful and polite. Only negative is the breakfast but it is as described and ok due to the savings seen on the invoice!

The TV was hard to figure out but the staff came and happily sorted it for me. good shower. i slept well after a very hard day. check out was fast with no surprises. buns and coffee were adequate to gwt me to breakfast.

Not a lot of flash or big corporate hype, it's a welcoming, safe property with ample tv options & charm. The owners care about this property & it shows. So glad we found it! Definitely will return.

When I got out of my car after a long drive up from Sacramento, the first thing I noticed on the way to the office was the lovely smell of a hanging basket of flowers. The staff was so friendly and welcomed me and my dog to the property, which had a nice gazebo where I could give her water and a little rest before we went to our room. The room was quiet and restful, a perfect place to relax before getting back on the road the next morning.

This was a great spot to stay, and hands down our favorite of the 4 motels we stayed at on our roadtrip. The bed was very comfortable, the room was very clean and the building was quiet. We appreciated the charm of the building and its proximity to activities in town. We enjoyed how close it was to the brewery we ate at, the rose garden, and the dessert shop we found. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Eugene!

2nd time staying there. This time we arrived around 4:00 and office was locked with no staff in sight. Waited almost 1/2 for a guy to come out of one of the units and let us in. The refer wasn’t plugged in and I had to move a 300 lb dresser to plug it in. The TV was not working on the app channels even when attempting to connect to our accounts. Cold water valve in the bathroom sink was off. The bed was sagging but comfy. The breakfast was snacks and tepid coffee. I enjoyed my 1st stay but this time not so much

Courtesy Inn lived up to its moniker. They were always friendly and courteous, and the room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The area around it is very walkable. Easy walk — under 15 minutes — to great restaurants and shops.

It was a college grad weekend so a normal $99 room was over $600 per night. That sucked but all hotels in Eugene do this. The people were great. My only complaint is that the room was small/crowded. Would stay again but not on an event day

The staff are extremely helpful and polite. The room 119 walls have good sound barrier from other rooms. Only noise was from the busy street. My refridgerator was broken, the staff immediately removed old one and replaced it with brand new one, right out of the shipping box. Super cool. It was a relaxing, pleasant 4 day stay.

Spent two different days but could not find our reservations both days. The hotel said it offered breakfast but the choices were very limited and there was no place to sit and told to eat in our room. I found it difficult to sleep with the extra firm bed and the pillows were very uncomfortable.

Close to great restaurants. We walked everyday to a different establishment, but noisy being on a busy road. Also, bathrooms have no heat, uncomfortable bed plus bad pillows.

Location was the best thing about the Courtesy Inn. You are literally a block away from downtown. Accommodations were comfortable and the staff was very friendly. Only downside was that the ice and vending machine were not working. Would stay again if needed.

The property was fine but we got back to our room at 3:45 P M and they had not even changed out the towels or anything. We left a day early.

In our first room the heat didn't work. They were great about getting us a new room. The heat worked in the new room but it wasn't a king and there was hair all over the bathroom floor. The sink handle was broken and couldn't be completely turned off. The front staff were great.

THE Hotel /Motel was OK and the desk clerk was very helpful. Whoever assigned our room gave us #125 that was blocked off because the television was missing the cable. We didn't discover that until after we had a nice dinner and settled in. He did not have the ability to replace it and it was early evening so he gave us another room and helped us move.
