A wonderful hotel with a great "Duck" vibe! Perfect spot for a stay in a college town!
- 5/5
We love this hotel!! Cool U of O theme; awesome bar/restaurant; good breakfast spot; rooms are clean and well appointed. Will be back!
- 3.5/5
It's a great location I was paying :$200 a night and staff wanted to charge me $22 extra for parking. Eugene isn't SEATTLE.
- 5/5
Unique and friendly hotel

We’ve been coming to The Graduate for the four years, while my daughter was in school. It’s always been a wonderful, clean, welcoming place. Bittersweet she’s graduating; we probably won’t grace their doorstep much anymore, but it was always lovely.
- 5/5
Great staff and perfect location

Dirty mirrors in elevator with graffiti. Hotel room was not clean on floor near bed and the chair had crumbs on it
- 5/5
Location and emphasis on the Oregon Ducks! Anything at all.

Cleanliness of hotel and proximity to local activities Wish we had a complimentary water bottle in room. We got in late and had no water to drink

Everything was OK. Just dated and kind of a corny small town attempt at a theme hotel. Popcorn ceilings teally need o go. When you wslk in to register you think youre in sn athletic shoe store. OK in a pinch but for under 200$

I just stayed at The Graduate and had a lovely experience. The room was clean and everyone was very friendly and professional. I loved the drive in/out parking situation. You pay to park for your stay and you just drive in and out of the underground parking lot, which I loved. I would definitely stay here again.
- 5/5
Great location, super clean and friendly staff.
- 5/5
Comfortable clean rooms. Easy access to restaurants. Friendly staff.
- 5/5
Awesome stay as per usual.
- 5/5
Very clean and great room decore with college theme.
- 4.5/5
Very cool property! Lots of very cool features in the rooms. Directly across the street from the comedy club we were going to. No breakfast. Coffee shop is located in the lobby, but they’re pretty expensive.

Loved the hotel, staff, and location. A little disappointed there was no hot tub.

- 5/5
The staff was amazing, the room decor was authentic and we loved the location!!!
- 5/5
The Graduate is the kind of place that other hotels should hold themselves to the standard of. Beautiful and well decorated, great staff, big open spaces and close to everything UO
- 5/5
Valet guys were on top of it! Big shout out!!!! If I were to provide on point the hotel could fix….the side table in the double queen room was a tiny shelf. Too small to be convenient but made it work.
- 5/5
Rooms are very cute and have a lot of character. Beds are amazing! Great location.
- 5/5
Smooth check in. I was there for a conference and everything seemed to go smoothly. Rooms were clean. I like the silly duck wallpaper.

- 4/5
Nice hotel
- 5/5
Nice place
- 5/5
Easy check in safe parking very clean room
- 4/5
Staff didn't understand their own parking policies. Evening reception and valet both assured me the overnight rate was for 24 hrs. Discover in the morning it's only until checkout. The bathtub didn't drain well but realized too late to have it fixed. The wall switch by the door does nothing. So you enter a pitch black room until you find the bathroom light or the first lamp halfway into the room. At the same time, outlets in weird places on the walls where I guess there used to be sconces.
- 4/5
Great place to stay at.
- 5/5
Good
- 5/5
Second time here! So hip and so fun! Highly recommend!!
- 4/5
No bar was open or restaurant
- 5/5
Great location near fifth street market, restaurants, spa. I dud not enjoy the fish and chips at the restaurant downstairs, but was happy there was food in the hotel. Also, the service staff were fantastic!

Very nice hotel. Very clean friendly staff. Right in downtown near good food and bars.

Cleaning could have been better

Very good
- 4.5/5
Location and staff Cleaning could have been better
- 5/5
Always love staying at the Graduate in Eugene. Close to downtown, nostalgic and fun.
- 4/5
Mini fridge present but no microwave so no way to heat leftovers. Room was not cleaned to the standard I had expected for the price paid for the room. Location was perfection for attending a show at the Hult Center and an easy walk to get drinks at the bars afterward!
- 3/5
Decor is “interesting”. TV/cable outdated. Zero USB’s worked. There would have been six working but none did. I had to get a uber to/from 7-11 late at night for USB cube. The hotel needs a better sundries store for things like that. I’d still stay there again. It’s a great location.
- 5/5
It was great
- 4/5
Staff were a bit slow to recognize guests, but overall, it was convenient and was good for visiting UO
- 5/5
Always a great place to stay. Clean, quiet, and great location.
- 4/5
Centrally located which was the greatest perk to this hotel. The room was exceptionally clean. The unique decor was lovely. Staff were friendly and parking was easy and safe. We appreciated the walking distance to the activities we had planned.
- 4/5
The location to the Hult and downtown. The pool
- 5/5
Right next to The Hult Center. So, a show and a night at the Graduate is convenient for location and parking. Plus, the place is iconically decorated around the Ducks of U of O. The room is a bit dark but super cute and inventive.
- 5/5
When flying in or out of Eugene airport I always stay at The Graduate. The staff are polite, available at all hours of the day or night, and very professional. The bar is well stocked and the food options are varied and tasty. The rooms are clean and well appointed.
- 5/5
The room felt like a rustic cabin. Something you would not expect in such a large hotel. From the celebrity ID cards for room keys, to the extensive themed decor, this hotel was a hoot. It was nice to see they actually hire local college kids to work the desk too. It was fun hearing where they’re from and what they’re studying. And to have a Ducks theme was most fitting being this hotel is in Eugene.
- 5/5
Was a greatbplace we will stay again
- 3/5
The hotel was wonderful, we had some issues with the heater in our room and ended up having a very cold night to keep the burning smell from coming out of the vent when the heater was on. The water pressure was ok, it dropped often while in the shower but the temperature remained constant.
- 5/5
Great location. Close to train , Hult, coffeeshops, 5th St Mkts. Comfy room with nice views of Eugene.
- 3/5
This is no OK hotel it’s not horrible and it’s not great. The theme is fun. Some of the rooms are in desperate need of an upgrade or even just a good cleaning you can see, especially with all the dark furniture and wood paneling when the light hits it, you can see that it’s there’s lots of stains and handprints all over the surfaces.
- 5/5
excellent staff service from valets to front desk to the bar… thanks for making it a great stay!
- 5/5
Clean room, older bathroom with some updates. But overall comfortable hotel. Great area.
- 5/5
I found this hotel to be very clean and in an excellent location. We saw a comedy show right across the street and had gluten free meals at an excellent restaurant, also across the street It was a short walk to the 5th street Market. The room was quiet and the beds were comfortable. I would definitely stay there again.
- 5/5
Great location.
- 5/5
We had a great stay and didn’t need to drive anywhere since everything we needed was close by. I think a hot tub next to the pool would be an awesome addition.
- 4/5
It was fine. Good breakfast place. The lighting in the bathroom is weird. Better than most places.
- 5/5
The bed was comfortable, the room clean, and surrounding quiet.
- 5/5
Clean room. Cool UofO theme. Good coffee.
- 4/5
Theres not to many stores near by so if there was for sale that we forget that would of been nice.
- 5/5
Did not use
- 4/5
Feel that the gym and pool could use an update for the price
- 4/5
A lovely stay, clean room, cute decoration. Close to campus.
- 5/5
Fantastic location and great staff. Fantastic bar area and coffee shop. Interior design is fun and whimsical. We will be back.!
- 1/5
Approaching the hotel there were anti-Ice protests going on. I couldn’t drive my truck up to the doors to have it parked. I had to park across the street then walk up to the front door that these protesters were blocking, all wearing shields and gas masks. I assume this is private property and this could’ve been handled by police enforcement, instead workers and patrons stood inside and hoped the crowd would disperse. Extremely disappointing and if there was any way to get my money back I’d appreciate that! Never again will I stay at a Hilton Hotel!
- 3/5
No shower gel, was empty when I got to the room
- 5/5
Reliable, clean and comfortable. Central to most everything.
- 5/5
Great place to stay in Eugene. Walkable to nearly everything. Super quiet hotel and fantastic staff.
- 5/5
Friendly staff, clean room and fun vibe. Great price !
- 3/5
It was ok but expensive
- 4/5
I have late night hours for work if i could have gotten little room amenities late at night would've been nice besides that staff was very nice and did what they could
- 5/5
Good down home atmosphere. Very homey. Good bar. Close to everything.
- 4/5
Staff was great and the room was clean. Great location.
- 5/5
Great staff and excellent location.
- 3/5
the second day staying, the lobby had tear gas and it was very annoying and we originally had breakfast in our reservation but the hotel refused us for having breakfast
- 5/5
yes
- 5/5
So much fun to stay here! Will be back!
- 2/5
Staff were great. But the rooms were extremely crowded, dark, and dusty.
- 5/5
Everything was so close by. Hotel is clean, friendly and wonderful!
- 5/5
Great bar & coffee
- 5/5
Nice place.
- 5/5
Clean room, great staff, perfect location. The dining area was a bit loud due to all the games in there.
- 4/5
Great downtown location.
- 4/5
Beautiful and cozy! Good was great at The Poindexter. I loved the decor and attention to detail! Staff was very friendly and attentive!
- 4/5
We loved the themed rooms, the beds were comfortable, room was clean and the staff were all very friendly. The only complaint would be how cold the hallways and room were. It felt like the AC was on even when the room temp was turned up to 74°F.
- 5/5
Friendly staff!
- 3/5
Staff inconsistent. One said Yes. Another No.
- 4/5
Friendly staff, clean rooms
- 5/5
Room was clean - loved the decor throughout the hotel
- 5/5
Good
- 5/5
Room was great, staff was great.
- 5/5
Like the college vibe. But it’s not a party vibe which is great. Rooms are big, food is quite good, customer service is great!
- 5/5
Great staff, clean room, so far the stay has been wonderful!
- 5/5
Super cute decor, room was cozy with two queen beds, nice view of downtown and surrounding hills.
- 5/5
My fav place to stay
- 5/5
Convenient location, fun decor, great staff.
- 2/5
Great vibe, rude night staff
- 4/5
the amenities in the room were very modest. The phone charging outlets did not work, but the front desk provided a cube to use outlets. The hot pot for water did not work, fortunately I had my own coffee maker with me.
- 5/5
Staff was amazing. Room very comfortable and unique. Food very good in both venues. Already have a reservation to return.
- 5/5
Clean room and very friendly staff.
- 4/5
Room was clean and staff courteous. The only negative is they only provide decaf coffee in the rooms. Our friends who stayed down the hall from us said the same thing. We figured it was the hotels way of selling $4.00 coffee in the lobby. Something so simple but aggravating first thing in the morning. Come on Graduate up your game and keep customers happy.
- 5/5
Really cool hotel, great decor, friendly staff, awesome rooms!
- 3/5
The staff was great! Check in went smoothly and it was great. What I however didn’t find appealing was the amount of dust my room had. Everything felt old and dirty, what you can tell once was nice has become weathered and dated. The bathroom was not at all to standard, I won’t go into detail because it’s not necessary. Renovate :)
- 5/5
Our hotel room was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The hotel staff was also very friendly and accommodating.
- 4/5
The people were great and the room was quite good. I recommend it!
- 5/5
Very friendly Valet guys and the check in staff where very friendly also. Made the check in and out process very easy.
- 5/5
Love everything about this hotel. Always my go to spot in Eugene!
- 5/5
The location is outstanding for being close enough when visiting your kid at school and far enough that you can leave them to themselves.
- 5/5
Nice lobby
- 2/5
The next morning, I hang a towel on the towel hook by the shower, and the whole hook just falls off the door to the floor. At this point, it's almost laughable. So I talk to another person from the front desk and tell him the third thing that's broken in 2 days, and ask for the 1:00 checkout. He says okay, but a bit of an attitude about it. Doesn't offer any apologies at all for the problems with the room, nothing. Fine. Not the end of the world, but come on, this is one of the most expensive hotels in Eugene. I won't be staying here again. The place is old and obviously not kept up. The mirrors in the elevators are scratched up and graffitied. Seriously! If you can't clean them, replace them! They look dingy and awful. You're charging premium prices and this is what you've got? Really pathetic for the price.
- 5/5
Yes
- 5/5
Great room! There for a conference and the food and drinks provided were excellent!
- 5/5
Great location, clean room, great vibes.
- 5/5
Has everything and close to everything
- 5/5
The room was so cute, clean and super comfy.
- 5/5
staff very responsive and helpful…..,especially Dana…..assisted with difficulty encountered due to health issues with guest. She was kind and discreet……really appreciated her!!
- 5/5
No hot tub and the pool is below par.
- 5/5
Great stay!
- 5/5
10/10
- 2/5
The biggest issue was the heavy doors slamming all night long and early in the morning. It's impossible to get a solid night sleep. I was a zombie for my 3 night stay and couldn't change my accommodations because of thier cancellation policy.
- 5/5
Clean room. Great location
- 4/5
Was fine, the decor was a little unusual but it is a college town.
- 5/5
Efficient, speedy, and friendly check-in. Cute theme room that was clean and comfortable. Enjoyed some ping-pong in the bar, also. Would recommend!
- 4/5
Great location. Really nice and helpful staff. Late food option until 11PM which is great for late arriving travelers. Bathroom grout could be cleaner around baseboards of bathroom.
- 4/5
Great decor in the hotel. Put into a wheelchair room without requesting one. Made things difficult with 4 people and spacing. Had to request towels both nights for the 4th person in our room. Extremely overpriced even for a game day!
- 3/5
Room lacked any amenities -- a guide to tv or temperature control, only one glass, no bottled water and paltry amenities in the bathroom. For $500 per night in Eugene, Oregon I expected more. Staff on checkout not at all busy were indifferent neither saying thank you or come again. Food in the hotel restaurant was abominable for dinner, OK for breakfast. Overall, a poor value for Motel 6 level of service. Disappointing.
- 3/5
Stay was fine. Kept hearing doors slamming in the hall and we had a early flight. Room was not very clean. Staff was nice at check in and out.
- 4/5
Staff
- 4/5
Conference rooms were freezing
- 5/5
Great property
- 5/5
Excellent staff and a kitschy hotel/room design. Very welcome, very happy.
- 4/5
.
- 4/5
Hotel was a neat concept but lacked maintenance and upkeep on an older property. Great service though.
- 3/5
The hotel
- 5/5
Excellent property. We were able to get a last-minute reservation at much lower than the usual rates, so it was a pleasure to stay there again. Always fun; great service, comfortable room, walkable neighborhood. Will stay again if the price allows!!
- 5/5
Loved the hotel! It was like a Nike museum. Great atmosphere and staff were all so nice.
- 4/5
Friendly staff.
- 5/5
Great atmosphere for any visiting Duck fans
- 5/5
Loved the theme and Animal House artwork in the bathroom.
- 5/5
Loved the location, the hotel, the people who worked there, the valet is wonderful and the restaurant was delicious. Great bar. The pool and workout area was really nice too!!!
- 5/5
Excellent location if you're going to the Hult for a show
- 5/5
Decor was lovely
- 5/5
Great
- 5/5
.
- 5/5
Staff is very friendly. Room was clean and quiet.
- 5/5
Great Hotel in walking distance to Autzen Stadium. Great gluten free restaurant across the street.
- 5/5
Everything is amazing about this property! From the ease and convenient price of valet, front desk staff, area around the property, shopping, dining, ease of access, and the free use bikes, it's wonderful!!
- 5/5
Love the themed rooms - and be sure to check out the "pencil wall" off the lobby! Super fun decor.
- 5/5
Hotel was very cute but did seem quite overpriced!
- 5/5
It was really great. Love the theme of the hotel most. Service great. Good sheets. Mattress was fine. No coffee in the room but otherwise. Love love love.
- 5/5
With two littles and a lot of luggage, Valet makes all the difference in the world. And then a coffee and breakfast place downstairs is just too good to be true! The dinner pretzel in the restaurant is theee best nighttime snack but if you’re looking for a full meal, the restaurant has some good dinner choices. The Berry Salad with chicken is a must try but if you’re looking for a good burger, the smash burger does the trick.
- 5/5
Staff were friendly, hotel was clean, and the decor was cool. I like that it was themed as the university near by and the town’s culture. It was also in a great location to check out the downtown area to walk around without having to deal with parking. Will most definitely stay here again when I revisit the area in the future.
- 3/5
The front desk staff was outstanding.
- 5/5
na
- 5/5
Wonderful hotel
- 3/5
Average hotel!!
- 5/5
The hot pretzel and cheese sauce is a must try! The berry salad is so amazingly delicious and an absolute must have for me.
- 5/5
Great place! Loved the duck theme. The rooms were super cute and very comfy. There was great shopping and dining options steps away. We went to a show at the Hult Center and it was across the street so we didn’t have to worry about driving or parking.
- 5/5
Love the decor.
- 4/5
Ok
- 3/5
First time at a Graduate hotel and a little disappointed. Decor was cute and fun but shabby and a very bad smell. Like mildewed towels. I mentioned it in the elevator and someone else said their room smelled the same. Bad housekeeping? We also only had one towel which was weird and it took forever for them to bring more.
- 5/5
Had a great stay
- 4/5
Parking is not included! Plan an extra $22.oo a day
- 3/5
Needs some maintenance but the themed decor was cute.
- 4/5
Just ok. Cool concept hotel
- 4/5
The faucet in the bathroom leaked across the counter. It was hard to turn on the shower without getting hit by the water. The Knob should be positioned on the far end of the wall where you open the door. Poor design.
- 3/5
We visited Eugene for the US Nationals Track and Field and their track town theme was fitting and well done. The location is fantastic as well with great dining options within walking distance. We liked their Malin and Goetz amenities as well. Thats where the good things end. Low ceilings (like 7ft) , small bathroom with the worst water pressure ( intermittent) in the shower I have ever experienced (we were floor 7) Their design aesthetic is great - unfortunately they need a new building.
- 4/5
Retro decor
- 5/5
My husband and I have been staying in this hotel for years. Now we have two little ones and we still stay in this hotel. There’s plenty of activities for the kids to do, there’s a restaurant, and a coffee shop for the mornings. Valet is awesome! Honestly, the beds are not as comfortable as they could be but everything else is pretty amazing.
- 4/5
Seemed a little dated and the bathroom could have been cleaner
- 5/5
Old rooms / Needs upsating
- 3/5
The hotel was clean and the views were great. There is an expensive parking charge that you find out about when you enter the hotel, and getting in and out of the gate is a pain.
- 5/5
Loved my stay! Sad it was so short.
- 5/5
Beautiful property. Great restaurant and on-site entertainment for all ages. Love the decor- there are Ducks everywhere. Located within walking distance to many other restaurants. Safe area. We organized staff who are very welcoming and helpful. We will stay here again.
- 5/5
Love, love, love this hotel. From staff to amenities it was a great stay. Their location is within walking distance to good food and local entertainment. The rooms are spacious and the beds are cozy.
- 5/5
Great location. Great gym. Friendly staff. All the Duck life we were hoping for.
- 5/5
My wife and I, enjoyed staying here. The staff were so friendly, and very helpful. The Hotel is very clean and convenient in walking distance, to shops and restaurants in the area it’s in.
- 3/5
We loved the decor and vibe of the hotel but definitely needed more TLC in the guest rooms. Our bathroom didn’t look like any new towels were stocked and the tub was really dirty. We didn’t make a big deal about it because we only needed a place to sleep. Overall it’s a fun hotel but needs better housekeeping.
- 3/5
It took three tries and almost an hour before our breakfast finally arrive as ordered. We wouldn't be back.
- 5/5
Charger ports were not working, other than that, everything was excellent.
- 5/5
Amazing place
- 5/5
It is right next to the Hult Center where we attended an event, nice to just walk next door.
- 3/5
This was my second time staying here. The staff consistently provide stellar service, from the front desk, to the valet, to the coffee shop, to the restaurant - all of the staff are pleasant, friendly, and truly care about the customer experience. The beds are really comfortable but the sheets are a bit scratchy & starchy. The ambiance of the lobby and rooms is super cool! Vintage college decor and furniture. The in-room coffee is terrible. It’s a powder of some kind, pretty sure they provide this so you go to their coffee shop in the lobby instead. The cafe has plenty of coffee options, the avocado toast was delicious! The food in the restaurant was good, menu had nice options, everybody enjoyed what they ordered, and it had a great atmosphere, as well.
- 5/5
Great hotel. Always fun to stay there while I’m visiting my daughter at college.
- 4/5
Ac didn't work
- 2/5
Have stayed a few times and rooms are getting run down. Example: Warped wood on the desk - someone clearly spilled something and it sat there and warped and just never got fixed. Reception not helpful- I arrived late and there was no offer to help with my bags even though I asked what the best way was to get my bags upstairs . I had to park down in their lot, $22/night, then come back up to get a cart and take it down to the parking lot, get my stuff and roll it back uphill to the doors. Automatic door was locked so I had to keep the cart from rolling back down while swiping my key. Total pain for such a high priced hotel. I’m over this place.
- 5/5
Very few good hotels in the Eugene area, and I always stay at the graduate. Very convenient location, lots of walkable shopping and restaurants. Just a fun vibe overall.
- 5/5
It's an older building but pretty well maintained.
- 5/5
The valet(s) are wonderful greeters and so responsive and helpful! Included history of the building ownership which was grewt
- 3/5
We had dinner at their Sports Bar on the ground floor near the lobby. So what happens after one drinks a beer? You look for the restroom. There is no restroom on that floor! You have to find the elevators, go down to the basement and find the restroom down there! Really?! Hilton spent the money to redesign the Graduate, and they didn't put a restroom in the Sports Bar? The place was clean, their staff was very kind and helpful, but we won't be staying there again.
- 4/5
We had a quick stay at the Graduate and unfortunately didn't get a chance to explore the hotel. The rooms were clean and had a fun retro vibe. Only complaint is that the beds weren't very comfortable.
- 4/5
Great location, friendly staff, excellent and fun dinner options.
- 5/5
Fun hotel - love the college sports theme and decor.
- 5/5
We are always greeted with kindness and positivity. Valet is amazing and the front desk is fast and friendly.
- 4/5
Really cute, retro design but some of the room was dated. It was hard to close the squeaky bathroom door and the heat vent blew cold air. Could use some updating. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay there
- 5/5
The problem was the noise coming from the hallway was very loud at night
- 4/5
Service and location is nice. But they could do with a better coffee
- 3/5
Staff was great. However, the Bathroom had a strange smell and the shower’s water pressure was poor. Our room was not cleaned during our 2 night stay either.
- 4/5
Neat hotel with nice amenities, bar, and food service. Live the motif, and lots to do and see in the lobby. The rooms were comfortable, but the bathrooms could use some help with fixtures, water pressure, and sound. The rooms were a bit noisy between neighbors as well.
- 5/5
👍
- 5/5
Charlie greeted us with a warm welcome and local area facts. He then checked in on us after we came back from dinner. The room was adorable and comfortable. Love the Duck wallpaper!
- 5/5
Good use of an old space. The entire Graduate model is in fact capitalizing on Gen Z and Millennial fixation and nostalgia of all things mid century modern and “Grandmas furnishings” (why? I don’t know but it did make for a nice stay)
- 4/5
Nice decor and clean. Pool was closed
- 4/5
Great area in Eugene lots of shopping and dining.
- 5/5
We booked the hotel because we had tickets to Hamilton at the Hult Center. The hotel was so convenient the room was great would definitely stay again.

Right next to Hult Center for easy walking to shows. Small boutiques and nice restaurants close. Needs more elevators- it was a constant wait for the 3 they have and stairs are not always convenient. Building is definitely old but they have decorated to match the UofO and Animal House theme and updated as much as they can. Small things like popcorn ceilings give away the age.

We stay at lots of hotels and bring sound machines and know the whole drill. We really aren’t too sensitive to hotel noises. This was just way louder than anything I’ve ever experienced or even expected from a 4 star hotel. I will say, the location and decor is awesome. We see shows at the Hult center and it is just next door so you can’t beat the location. We’ll try somewhere else next time, but if we ever have to stay again I would probably ask for a non adjoining room to see if that makes a difference.

The Graduate is my Eugene go to and considering how difficult getting a room can be sometimes, I'm not alone in that regard! Comfy, fun and great views of downtown Eugene coupled with great drinks and food make it a no brainer.

Clean space and friendly staff. Walkable to great coffee (farmers union), brewery (silver falls), bookstore (smith family bookstore) and the peace health city bikes to get around further out toward the university. Really nice stay!

Super cute rooms, friendly staff and pet friendly!

Exceptional service, best hotel stay ever.

Too expensive for what it offers. The room was cold and we could not change the temperature, the pillows were old and crumply, not comfortable. The night in their parking garage cost us an extra 22 $ . That should be less for hotel guests. Thats the double from what I pay in one of the most fancy hotels in Hamburg Germany. Roomprices do not include breakfast.

What a fun vibe. Great food and drink. Rooms big. Beds comfy and very clean.

The staff was not friendly at all. There was no one at the lobby desk when we checked in and had to wait for a long time before all the employees that kept passing by finally approached us. This was very disappointed as it was our first time at this hotel and our last. We are constantly going to Eugene because our son attends the university and we decided to give this hotel a chance instead of staying at our regular spot and we will never be doing that again.

The Graduate is my favorite hotel in Eugene. Charm for days. Very walkable to restaurants, and the bar is top notch. Easily recommend.
