Price was sky-high due to events going on in Eugene. This is a very basic motel room. Exposed plywood under bathroom lav not attractive. Could easily be covered in laminate,, etc.

The staff was helpful and quick to respond to fixing errors and very welcoming. The price was perfect for a busy area. Can't help college students having a great time but cant complain too much on noise. But cleanliness in some areas were definitely miss such as the closet was in a tight place but had left over trash.

Super quiet room, peaceful sleep.
- 5/5
A fine place to stay to visit the university of iron m Oregon campus.
- 4/5
It's a barebones room, which is exactly what I wanted. It's centrally located with both a Whole Foods and 24 hour diner in close proximity.

I enjoyed my 2-night stay. The place was neat and clean. The one-bed room was spacious. The staff members were friendly. There are a few restaurants nearby and McDonald's is just across the road. Overall, I'm pretty happy with the place and would stay there again.

I have stay several times and will return due to aspects that appeal to me: Rooms and bathrooms are clean, avoid of odors, spacious, very comfortable beds, and friendly welcoming staff. Each room has unique fabrics and look with adequate amenities: extra pillows, towels, toiletries, coffee & maker, refrigerator, desk, chair, comfy seating, windows that open, heating/cooling, working TV, ample lighting. Considering the central location, its been primarily quiet with off-street safe parking. As a single guest I feel safe and comfortable here. I have walked to and from UO campus, Matthew Knight Arena, Hult Center, WOW Hall, numerous coffee spots, eateries and wholesome groceries stores. I look forward to my next visit. could use more blanket in winter, I prefer not to run heater.

Small parking lot hard for trucks clean rooms good staff
- 3/5
The room was clean, thecheck in staff was curious.
- 5/5
This was a very last minute stay, the front desk was very welcoming. The room was in nice condition, nice bathrooms & amazing for the price paid. The air conditioning/heat was very quick working. My only complaint was that the comforter on the bed was very thin, and the towels could’ve been cleaner. The location was very convenient though and overall we really enjoyed our stay.
- 4/5
Room was very clean and staff was friendly!
- 5/5
Friendly staff!!
- 4/5
Pretty much get what you pay for… Nothing spectacular, but a decent place to sleep

3 star for the staff. Room is small but it was only 1 night.
- 4/5
Clean room. Fast, friendly check in. Great location to walk to Autzen.
- 5/5
Staff was great and very attentive to the property. The room was clean and it was conveniently located to where we needed to be
- 5/5
This hotel is in a great location on campus, 10 min walking distance to Autzen and easy access to any point from downtown to most of campus. The rooms are very clean and the staff is warm and friendly. We will be back again.
- 5/5
Clean room, helpful and friendly staff! Would definitely stay again.

- 3/5
Staff not friendly but otherwise good
- 5/5
Excellent location within walking distance to campus and downtown. Easy parking, THe manager was extremely helpful with recommendations for restaurants and bars. He also went out of his way to help when we had to alter our hotel stay: he was very detail oriented.
- 4/5
The room appeared to be very nice like recently renovated everything in there was most excellent except for the couch. The couch is an older couch, and the covering a vinyl covering, was peeling off of the couch at the very least they could’ve offered a blanket to cover the couch other than that, we enjoyed our stay.
- 5/5
The room was great. They need better pillows but other than that it was great.
- 4/5
exactly what i expected. nice
- 5/5
Nice people running the hotel
- 4/5
Friendly, helpful staff!
- 5/5
Staff was very friendly and accommodating!
- 4/5
Enjoyed my stay. Hotel is close to everything so you can walk everywhere. On a busy road which can be a bit loud sometimes.
- 4/5
Remodeled hotel room was very nice and comfortable
- 4/5
Great basic accommodation but a bit overpriced compared to the LA portion of our trip. Only complaint was it took a long time for hot water to arrive and shower pressure too low.
- 5/5
Great location! The renovated rooms are wonderful
- 4/5
What appears to be a family run business provides excellent customer service. It's also nice to have parking. The major fix has got to be the sundries. The soap and shampoo packets were hard to open and not enough for females with long hair. Go to the wall containers.
- 4/5
Rooms were very good, most have been upgraded or remodeled. Owners and front desk staff were very nice and helpful.
- 4/5
Rooms were great, the owners and front desk staff were wonderful. Will definitely reserve there again.
- 3/5
It was worth what you pay for it. Clean, convenient location. But next door is a 7/11 that seems to draw quite the homeless crowd and on the backside are 2 pretty loud frat houses, so it is loud late into the evening between the 2 and then a neighborhood cat comes and wakes you up at 5am. Parking for just 1 car.
- 4/5
Cleanroom, very nice bathroom, helpfull manager, good price.
- 5/5
Water pressure in shower was extremely low. Otherwise great stay!
- 5/5
Very friendly staff. Clean rooms.
- 5/5
The property was clean and recently updated. The guy at the front desk was friendly. He also patrolled the parking lot keeping the riff-raff to a minimum. I even had a private balcony! That was nice to sit out on a warm summer evening! So central to everything i went to Eugene for. I will definitely be staying here next time I'm in town! Good value!
- 5/5
The room was a good value for the money. Rooms were clean and no odd smells. The bed was comfortable. Roomy shower with good water pressure. These are the 3 most important things for me.
- 5/5
Great value. Clean room. Will stay again.
- 1/5
Small parking, smelly towel and pillow, old TV, noisy, no pet friendly, staff was terrible. I had to leave early morning
- 5/5
Room was clean. Convenient location. Small footprint.
- 5/5
Great find for a quick one night stay! The staff were quick and friendly at check in. The room was clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!
- 5/5
Looks a little rundown from the outside but the room was lovely! Was able to walk everywhere I needed to go in town. Staff was friendly and helpful as well.
- 5/5
Very nice affordable room and very clean. Walkable to Matthew Knight Arena in a very nice college town.
- 4/5
Ice machine didn't work, and there was lots of foot traffic in the area felt unsafe
- 5/5
Highly recommend! Very friendly staff, very clean, and incredible location! Staying here was a great experience!
- 5/5
The room was very inviting comphy
- 4/5
For the price, going by myself for just 1 night - A great place to stay. Clean room, hot shower, tv, wi/fi and coffee in the morning. 7-11 and McDonald’s plus a great brewery (try the pretzel and beer cheese). In my opinion, This is not really a hotel to take a spouse or young judsj
- 4/5
Dryer didn't work in room 214. Shampoo packets were empty?
- 5/5
Clean quiet place, reasonable pricing, super friendly staff, everything is within walking distance
- 5/5
Clean and quiet property located in the heart of Eugene. Staff was friendly and accommodating.
- 1/5
I like to cancel it if I could
- 3/5
There was also a lot of construction noise at night, which understandably is out of your control but kinda sucked.
- 3/5
Construction across the street until midnight. Noisy occupants in next room, crying children. Convenient location for our needs.
- 5/5
We enjoyed our stay and appreciated how easy and clean it was.
- 5/5
The room was very clean and comfy, seemed recently remolded, great price
- 4/5
We booked on short notice and were received politely. We had tickets to a local show and another event to attend the next day. The locality to both events was perfect.
- 4/5
enjoyed my stay
- 5/5
Helpful staff. Close proximity to river walking/biking trails and parks. Convenient access to nearby restaurants by bike.
- 5/5
Nice place
- 5/5
The rooms were nice and hotel was in walking distance to the train and other great shops. They were accomodating and stored my bike till later. Great service.
- 5/5
Close to event attending
- 5/5
I enjoy staying there . The owners are very friendly and it is an affordable motel with choices nearby for food and beverages within walking distance.
- 4/5
On my previous stay, I had a room on the 1st level, but down a hallway. This time, I had a second floor room with a balcony, facing the street. I think that contributed to my greater sensitivity to the sound of nearby trains during the night. I liked that the room had a refrigerator, which was very much like a wine fridge, but disliked that the temperature control was either nonfunctional or disabled. I also had to tuck in the window curtains to minimize the bright balcony light from disrupting my sleep. Why is there no wall switch for that? Lastly, the shower is decent, but had the lowest water pressure I've ever seen. Good thing my wife wasn't with me. She complains when she can't rinse the conditioner out of her hair.
- 3/5
The bed was comfortable and there's a nice attached balcony. There was no breakfast of any kind in the morning, not even coffee. Only coffee in the room was decaf. The hallway leading to our room seemed to be storage for material waste from room remodels so it had kind of a squatter chic going on. The bathroom was big enough to not immediately notice the "hand me down" paper products. There's easy parking and nearby shopping and restaurants and it's only 2 blocks from a tweaker petting zoo.
- 5/5
For the price the room was great and the wifi was much higher quality and speed then what you'd expect. The room was very nice shower was nice too pretty good bang for your buck

- 5/5
I was blown away how nice this place is. Best place to stay on a budget in town
- 4/5
Nice hotel in a great location to U of O. Friendly staff!
- 5/5
The hotel staff and the accommodations were exactly what I needed, and the location was a plus.
- 5/5
Good value for money.
- 5/5
It was good
- 3/5
Basic Motel. All we could find in the area we wanted during graduation weekend in Eugene. A little run-down, but no problems.
- 5/5
Nothing fancy, but walkable to Hayward Field. A good place to rest your head for the night. No accommodations for breakfast or other amenities. But parking was free, so we considered it an even trade.
- 5/5
It was a nice space. Recently updated
- 5/5
Nice and fairly close to Hayward Field. Clean room with comfortable bed. Friendly and helpful host.
- 5/5
Very helpful staff at a motel that is conveniently located
- 4/5
At first i was concerned about the location but it was actually a very nice place just an okder building. Staff was super nice. The ONLY complaint I had about the facilities was the bed wasnt comfortable. It was odler and no longer had any support in the mattress, it would sag in the moment you laid on it. Everything else was great
- 5/5
No complaints
- 5/5
Friendly, welcoming staff. Across from University of Oregon housing, so noise is to be expected. Road noise is louder than it might be elsewhere. 10-15 minute walk to campus. AC unit and its fan help to drown out noise somewhat.
- 3/5
They charge per person- not per room. They don’t let you check in until it’s 3:00 ON THE DOT. They weren’t friendly. The rooms are small and stuffy, they don’t air them out.
- 5/5
Good location
- 5/5
Great place to stay, very comfortable beds and wonderful staff.
- 2/5
Extremely noisy location. Amazing how loud cars driving by on Franklin sounded inside the room. Could also hear virtually every word from the adjacent rooms. Staff was very responsive, but the noise factor made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep.
- 4/5
We stayed one night in remodeled rooms that were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was pretty much non existent at 8 am
- 5/5
The room was very clean and nicely furnished.
- 5/5
Friendly staff. Clean room.
- 2/5
TV did not work. No breakfast was served.
- 5/5
On a budget, this property is great. Especially if you’re just passing through. Staff is super nice. Smack dab in the middle of the Colleges, it’s Clean around the property and the room. Bathrooms was upgraded and the room had new amenities. The only thing that needs to be changed out are the pillows. Or maybe Bleached. But, I needed a cheaper room, in a safe area. This is it! Thank You…
- 4/5
Staff was great and room was clean. Just a very noisy area Also, the heater didn't work properly. The dial was broken and it was hard to regulate the temperature.
- 5/5
Overnight shopping and hotel was perfect
- 5/5
Front desk staff was awesome
- 2/5
I checked in on Saturday, and paid extra fees to have company. Then was still charged the “safety deposit” when having guests. Never succeeded the 4 people that I paid for yet ended up paying $400 for two nights in a mediocre hotel. Tiniest room I’ve ever seen beds where not very comfortable and bathroom was tiny as well. Very disappointed and unsatisfied with this experience
- 4/5
No
- 5/5
Easy Check in and check out
- 3/5
We met two members of the staff and they were both extremely friendly, 5 stars for the staff. Good proximity to the campus, we walked there in about 15 minutes. Their laundry service was the one lacking feature, the bed sheets were not fully clean, on the first day two of our four shower towels had long dark hairs on then, on the second day we were only given two towels for some reason (for three guests) and one of them had gross stains.
- 3/5
Location is good. Parking is good. Bed is a no go! Unless you like sleeping on the floor.
- 5/5
Excellent service with a friendly smile.
- 5/5
It’s was close to everything at least for me.
- 5/5
Convenient to U of O and Autzen. Great staff and motel.
- 5/5
Family owners were very nice!
- 5/5
Exceptional Staff
- 4/5
Good clean room in walking distance to Autzen Stadium. Friendly staff and pretty quiet considering its right of campus!
- 4/5
Couldn’t find a room in Eugene… last minute here Front Desk very helpful
- 3/5
The property was a typical in city budget motel. Nothing really exciting. Reasonably clean but old facility. Not set up for electrical outlet except for high on a main wall or far from the desk. Bed was very uncomfortable so I couldnt sleep. Maybe i am spoiled at home, but this stay was bad on my back, and i had to leave earlier than planned for this reason.
- 5/5
Kind staff….comfortable rooms…close to everything
- 5/5
Stayed two nights and was overall happy with the place and customer service. We would definitely stay again. Newly remodeled inside looks nice.
- 4/5
Very good
- 4/5
Not as clean as one would love to see. But the price matched my late booking, was close to the venue I was attending and the staff were amazing!!!!!!!!! Want a place to crash? This is perfect! I’d bring some of my own things but be back.
- 5/5
Perfect for city people
- 3/5
I was looking for inexpensive and that’s what I got. A few things were off but the staff fixed the issues pretty quick. I was quiet, clean, and served its purpose.
- 5/5
Great location and super helpful and friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again.
- 3/5
To be fair, this motel is probably priced lower than bigger chain alternatives in the city. It is not a part of a chain, so you can't expect everything to be "new" and shiny. There is no pool or any amenities like that. The room was clean, but the physical structure a bit "worn", doors didn't close easily, sink had been "repaired". The shower seemed relative new though, and the tiles were all clean and in good shape. The TV worked fine and the internet connection was good also. The towels seemed mismatched and were old though. The bed was ready for a new mattress as well. I prepaid online beforehand, but they took a $50 deposit on my card when I arrived anyway, but that was quickly refunded a day or two after I returned home. I did not have to ask or bug them about it. Would I stay here again? Maybe. It is a somewhat convenient location, and priced lower than most of the chains...
- 3/5
Bathroom door would fully close, bathroom fan didn’t work, sofa fabric was shredded, carpet was stained.
- 5/5
Family run with cute kids, too.
- 4/5
Room and property were clean on arrival. The hotel was within walking distance of most necessities. The bathroom door did not latch and management was informed but never checked. Housekeeping only came to the room once in our 7 day stay.
- 5/5
Very nicely
- 1/5
There was furniture outside our room. The room was hot and has a peculiar smell. The entire room was small, no space for walking. The cables for internet/cable were exposed, it make look cheap.
- 5/5
This was a comfortable and clean room at a great price. Family owned and operated. I have no complaints.
- 5/5
Well located.
- 2/5
The quality of the facility was way under the rate that was changed. Granted the was a high demand period but I paid over $200 for a rundown motel.
- 2/5
While the service was kind, the hotel is in rough shape. Pillows are dingy and there was some odd burn or nest on my curtains. The people are very nice and it’s clear they are working hard to keep it clean and provide a nice stay though. Easy parking. Close to two restaurants (walking distance) so that’s nice. Next to a 7-11 but they can’t help that.
- 5/5
Besides that the fact that I paid 2 times too much money for this quality of room, we had a decent sleep here. Eugene is still a small town and not a lot of options when there are big events in town. Which increases rates on these smaller motels. The front desk was friendly and seems to care about the property and are trying to manage an older motel and property. The mattress was good and comfortable. Although the bedding seemed a bit old and had some burn holes from cigarettes in some of the blankets and all the pillows in the room were stained yellow but I asked for two fresh clean pillows and they brought them to my room. We just used our own blankets. The bathroom was freshly remodeled and nice but most of the furnishings are older. Overall not a bad stay but if you don’t like to climb stairs with all your luggage in tow and need accessibility, you must get an ADA accessible room. So you have a room on the ground level floor.
- 4/5
Nice hotel for the price. Street traffic wasnt to bad. Staff was nice.
- 5/5

- 5/5
Front desk staff was very nice and helpful. Came to Eugene to watch the Olympic Trials and we were able to check in early to our room.
- 3/5
Clean room. Loved the walk-in shower. Difficult to sleep sometimes, as we could easily hear the people above us walking around. We were given fresh towels and soap on the second day, which was appreciated.
