My room was clean so clean that I made sure I cleaned my dishes and cleaned it back up. It was to pretty to leave any mess! Loved my stay💕❤️

The location for the included breakfast was convenient, the decor was fine and the choice of seating was exceptional as the breakfast room was linked with the reception area. I was able to sit and looked out the window while eating my breakfast. Coffee was available beyond the breakfast opening times. Food choices were exceptional, inclusive of all dietary preferences as far as I could see. I also liked the fact that I could choose to use the stairs to go down to the lobby or up to my room. Lastly, I arrived early, 11:30 in the morning, and was able to check into my room. This was a very pleasant surprise. What didn't I like .... I can think of nothing.

We had one evening clerk who was just rude. I asked if there was a medium roast coffee and she was very put out by my question . This was the only rude person we had bad interactions with.

Excellent breakfast with gluten free options, fruit, nuts etc. Surprisingly variable for a 3 Star hotel. Everyone was always so helpful, umbrellas, extra duvet, additional mattress topper, always at our service!!

I enjoyed how the property was kind of tucked away in the back, nice and quiet. Clean bathroom. Comfy bed. Close to my family in Morton grove with the benefit of also being near the city

The staff was extra friendly and helpful in taking care of our needs. The location was excellent for our going about our daily business in the area. Parking was easy and we enjoy free breakfasts. ☺️ All I can say is that the road construction in the area was a downer. But that isn't the fault of hotel.

Being from a village of 200 people total we didn’t really know that we were booking such a fantastic place to stay last minute get away trip. The staff we encountered were all friendly and Steve gave excellent dining recommendations! Will definitely stay there again!!

My main complaint is re: availability ok food. There was a free breakfast buffet that was fine but no other food available the rest of the day or night. Limited beverage selection. We didn’t have a car so this was very inconvenient.

Staff were very friendly and helpful ! Room was clean but needs some cosmetic touch ups (visible rust and marks on wall in main room were strange - as if wallpaper glue was overused. Food at breakfast left a lot to be desired but there are great local places in downtown Wilmette proper !! Bed was comfortable- not firm but not too soft and pillows were small flat and very soft so we bought two at the local mall Room size is great !

Check in was quick. We were offered waters. The desk clerk made recommendations for places to eat, made sure our rewards were linked to our stay.

The bed was so comfortable, room was roomy, and so clean. Steve the front desk guy was so helpful and very nice. Everything was great, if I had to pick something, I didn't like the view from our room, but that is just being picky.

We stayed in a suite on the second floor. My family had problems with allergies during our stay. I presumed it was a cold or something. Just realized the suite is above the pool and they’ve got a mold issue.

Location, easy check in, great staff person we met at check in was nice, friendly and quick. Good size. Breakfast was as expected, very soft bath towels. Dirty kitchen, top cabinet fronts with greasy finger smudges, refrigerator had something red on the shelf, drawer with dirty plastic utensils, plastic cutting board was faded & had deep scratches. Happy to say we only slept there. Weren’t comfortable sleeping there due to the dirty kitchen, but we we drove and had something to spread down below and above our bodies.

Clean place with helpful staff. They referred me to good eatery options nearby and allowed me to check out late at 2:00 pm. I received a free upgrade. Not sure what I did to receive it, but it was a kind, generous gesture and I appreciated it.

We love to visit this hotel when visiting with our daughter and her family, very convenient to their home, very comfortable and spacious rooms with breakfast.

I had to change rooms, because the first room had bad cable service, no working internet or phone. The second room was good, except it was out of body wash in the shower. Mattress and towels were very good, and room layout and appearance were excellent.

Well-located just off Old Orchard Road and near shopping center. The room was large and well-appointed. The staff was helpful. The breakfast was ample. The price was less than other properties nearby. It will be our go-to place when visiting the Chicago north shore.

Breakfast closes too early

Toilet was broken upon arrival and we requested repair. 12 hrs later nothing was done. We were then informed we could change rooms, which we did. The new room had mold in the shower and bathroom area.

We were greeted by friendly and informative staff as soon as we entered the motel. The room was spacious and clean, and the complimentary breakfast included a nice variety of food.

If you have compostable plates and cups, why do they go into the trash like everything else? Good breakfast.

Food was just OK. The web said free water bottle, but there wasn't. All the other things was great.

front desk staff was very professional. Not sure if it is through out the chain about not leaving basic toiletries like toothbrushes and toothpaste were not in the bathroom. House keeping staff was very prompt in getting the supplies.

Stopover to visit family and friends.

I chose this place because I wanted someplace spacious quiet and within reasonable proximity to Chicago. The drive in was a bit longer than I expected because I was not familiar with how heavy traffic is now. I’m still very pleased with this place. A nice little pool to relax in. A well supplied and attended breakfast. Very polite attentive and friendly staff. I stayed 3 nights and it was really nice to feel I was “coming home” at the end of each day.

Hotel is clean, location is quiet. Front desk staff is very nice and warm. Room is big with kitchen, good for family vacation. However carpet is dark and tired, mattress is too old and soft, needs upgrade!

Honestly the hotel was nice, worth staying and would absolutely stay again. Beds could have been better quality, everyone has different tastes for mattresses, but they worked well enough.

Property was great for my family. The washer and fridge were so helpful for us. Only issue was the couch sagged in the center, which made it uncomfortable, and the bottom drawer kept falling out or stuck so you had to yank it out. But everything else was great for us!

Perfect location. Price was a bit high, but necessary for my particular situation. Place was great. Clean, organized and well kept. Mara at the front desk was amazing! Warm welcome, sincere conversation and quick without rushing. She's a keeper! Room was clean. Slight detail I noticed, the wall behind the bed was not painted behind the headboard. Didn't affect my stay, but just an observation. Thanks for having me!

Very nice! We were apprehensive about this hotel’s location immediately adjacent to the expressway, and all the noise that comes with it, but my wife who’s a very light sleeper couldn’t hear a peep.

Great place to stay for business travel or with family. Close to everything, a lot of food and shopping choices. The indoor pool and exercise room are a bonus. The room is spacious with a kitchenette and everything you need. 10 out of 10

We booked our staycation to enjoy the pool and local beaches with our toddler. The pool was always packed with 10-15 teenagers all day who then proceeded to run up and down the halls all night.

Away from everything. Not a problem for us as we have a car. Very quiet and we really like the firm bed and the extra space. Breakfast is fairly simple but decent.

The staff at the hotel were so friendly. They made us feel welcomed. The hotel and our room was very clean. My only complaint is the bed wasn't as comfortable as other Marriott's.

The staff members we encountered from the first moment we checked in, were extremely friendly and accommodating. Our room was clean, comfortable and well stocked with much of what we needed for a four-night stay. The location was perfect - we could get to and from Northwestern's campus within 15 minutes by car, and to and from the airport within 30 minutes. Next time I'm in town I will definitely make an effort to stay here again!

Clerk that met us at check in was extremely pleasant and helpful. Lobby is very nice and the free breakfast was adequate. The King Suite was wonderful - very modern updated and all the supplies in the kitchen that you could need. Highly recommend this hotel.
