The beds were so comfortable! Maybe the size of the bedroom.
- 3/5
In the description of the hotel it said breakfast was included. This only meant pre wrapped items and not any cooked food or any fruit.
- 3.5/5
Quiet place not many people Smelled old but area didn’t smell good in general

Passable
- 2/5
The location, and staff. The price for our stay was nearly double whar we have paid at this location in recent past. The tissue box in oir room was empty on arrival, the front desk said they had no more. Roaches were observed in our room.
- 3/5
This place is what you would expect for the price point. The room was clean, but things in the room were dated and not pristine condition. The amenities were minimal. The walls were thin. The location is good. It is close to another hotel that has a restaurant/bar on site across the parking lot and the Old Orchard mall is across the overpass with lots of dining and shopping options.
- 4/5
Couldn’t totally shut the windows.
- 5/5
Morning front desk staff is a wonderful asset to your team. Cheerful, professional and attentive to detail.
- 4/5
The location was convenient. Room was clean. I requested a quiet room and the request was honored. Would have liked a coffeemaker in the room.
- 4/5
A bit dated but clean. The fire alarm was set off multiple times due to people attempting to cook in their rooms.

You're employee in the front was unprofessional and racist. I waited for ten minutes. Instead of apologizing she was rude and refused to serve me. You're unprofessional employer you hired to work the front desk she should be fired because you lost a customer for life.

The property was old and smelled like rotten food. We were on the first floor and when we open the drapes there was an individual standing in front of the window. Not a worker from the hotel.

Hotel was clean and staff was very friendly. The room was clean and the best part the shower was great. Water gets nice and hot and pressure is steady. There was a kitchenette but we only stayed for a day so we didn’t use it. Full fridge nice sized tv and an ironing board. Great budget hotel. Would stay again
- 5/5
It was avery comfortable room, loved being on the first floor! Close to breakfast, very convenient grab and go! Loved the full sized fridge and freezer. Overall all an amazing stay!!
- 2/5
The staff was helpful and friendly. They tried to make our stay the best possible. were responsive to any needs. There was a smell in the hallways and in the room as if it were an old hotel, even though on the exterior it did not look old. The microwave did not work off the bat, but the staff was quick to give us a replacement one, a brand new one. The beds were not extremely comfortable, but not horrible. The refrigerator was old and had side handles on both sides of the door, so we did not know off the bat which side it opened from. None of the kitchen utensils or cookware was in the room; you have to ask for it. The shower, even though the water got hot right away, was designed so that the water spilled into the rest of the bathroom as it did not have a dedicated well.

Stayed here during our trip and it was perfect for what we needed. The place was clean, comfortable, and in a good location. Staff were friendly and check-in was easy. Not luxury, but great value for the price. Shower curtains.

Yes, the room was clean but in the hallway there was a terrible smell close to a specific room; it was a smell of decomposing trash. We stayed from April 28th thru May 9th.

We didn’t need to use the laundry facilities.

I didn’t like nothing about it I didn’t like the attitude of the manager , I didn’t like the service at all i didn’t like the smell of the room , i didn’t like that they never clean my room , also there’s bad bugs under the pillows I found 3 bad bugs

two of the nights we were there we experienced prolonged domestic disturbances involving fighting and loud music. both events ran for a couple of hours with no apparent action by the staff to control.i guess it is the guest’s responsibility to call the police. felt like i was staying at a motel 6
- 3/5
A very basic hotel- no frills! Staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was coffee or hot water for tea, hot chocolate and oatmeal packets., NutriGrain bars and packaged muffins.
- 3/5
The bed was not very comfortable. Very firm. I guess if you like firm then this is your place. Check in was easy, staff was nice. Parking was easy. Nice on and off the highway.
- 1/5
Walking into the hotel there is a bad smell, walking into the room is a different one. The kitchenette had grease dripping down the walls, the bathtub plug was no longer attached to the bottom so rather than lifting up to drain you lift out the entire metal casing on the bottom, the AC did not work, no matter what temp you set it to it wouldn’t turn down, the remote to the tv didn’t work, and by the time we actually got back to the hotel room for the evening no staff is even working to help with any issues. Could not watch tv, an uncooled room and a dirty environment is not where I should have been spending money. I also do not believe offering packaged muffins and granola bars is suitable enough for you to claim to offer “free breakfast”.

Location was good right off interstate that we needed. Found some, what we hoped was beard hair on the pillows, hair in bathroom, there was a couple next door to us that was cursing and yelling for multiple hours( but not during sleeping thankfully). Site showed there was free breakfast but didn’t specify it was continental as there was only fruit and oatmeal packets.

I didn’t get the service I got prior from the staff but I did get accommodation and kind staff as expected. Front entrance to lobby needs some attention. There was a beer can on the ground and a few cigarette butts on the concrete to the doors. Door glass to the lobby was kind of dirty this time I noticed. Other than that I felt safe and comfortable at this hotel again and will plan my stay there in the near future. Also I hope they finish the construction that is going on in that area. Makes it really congested.

The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed. It's a great value for the money.
- 4/5
Dismal breakfast. No bowls or spoons for the oatmeal. Toilet barely worked. Kitchen counter missing front edge. Fridge beat but working. Outer window wouldn't close, wind howling sound. Friendly staff.
- 2/5
The The management of this property does not welcome pets they seem to look for things to tell you you did wrong I don't know what their problem is but I will never stay there again and I would never recommend them to anyone

Bed sheets were dirty. Floor rug very worn down stains.

- 1.5/5
Close proximity to city The door of one the rooms close to 351 violently vibrates the walls as it closes. It’s so loud it wakes you up during sleeping. This happens each time the door is closed.
- 5/5
Check-in process was quick and easy
- 4/5
The front desk was warm, helpful, and prompt. The room was good size. Had a full fridge and kitchen. It was clean, and mostly quiet. There was a little bit of hallway noise but that was just other tenants not the hotel itself. It’s basic but affordable, clean, polite staff, laundry, spacious rooms, and a light breakfast. I’d go back if I was in the area and wanted a good value. I slept good and it was quiet and safe.

A little nervous about the kitchenette area not for myself but other people that might use the area and are not careful
- 1.5/5
Horrible stale muffins Place was outdated color on walls were hideous felt like I was in prison just depressing dog poop everywhere when you walked outside
- 4/5
Friendly staff. Rooms were clean.
- 5/5
Great staff, very pleasant stay.
- 2/5
Advertised as breakfast included, however breakfast = muffins and coffee. The beds are a mattress on a cot. I was in a 2 bed room, however there was only 1 uncomfortable desk chair and no other chair for both of us to sit at the same time, we had to take turns using the desk chair. The front desk staff was very nice which was the only saving quality from 1 star.
- 5/5

From the moment of check in where the attendant was distracted I'm waiting even when other just walked up for questions when I could have just checked in and been about my way. When I got there I didn't know the elevator wasn't going to be working and I had a lot of bags and heavy luggage. The room was not cleaned well, the bed was super uncomfortable. The breakfast was just a muffin. I was so disappointed because I've stayed at many Extended Stays and never had this much discomfort. Even when I asked for extended checkout I was told I have to call the morning of and it would only be 20 minutes once I did that they granted me an hour but told me it would be $10 per hour after, again I had never experienced that. Needless to say I will not stay here again but I should have known since there were no stars for this location.
- 3/5
Room was in good condition and the staff was also good. Only problem was that the elevator was not working and I was given room on third floor even after I requested to provide one on first or second since I had a pet( 3 months old) and I had to carry him while using the stairs as they were not clean.
- 3/5
Kinda. Its a little old, but well kept.
- 4/5
What stood out for me, clean room definitely, the staff are friendly and really helpful and i got my much needed rest.
- 3/5
The staff were friendly and helpful. The place was functional and fine for a cheap hotel stay. Very minimal, not the cleanest, elevator didn’t work and the “breakfast” was just a few prepackaged snacks and some oatmeal. But the bed was comfy and rate was good.
- 5/5
Awesome
- 1/5
The check-in was not the friendliest experience.
- 3/5
Staff not very welcoming
- 1/5
Close lobby before it’s was time and I couldn’t check in
- 3/5
Down graded from king to queen because elevator was broken.
- 2/5
The staff were friendly and cleanliness was fine, but the facilities are outdated and amenities are subpar. The elevator was out of service 3 out of the 4 nights we were there. It was a crap shoot whether or not the key cards would work. The pillows are flat and we had to have the AC on in the middle of winter to prevent the room from getting overheated. It took forever for the water in the sink and shower to get hot, and sometimes the sink water didn't get warm at all even after running it for 10 minutes. The breakfast is grab and go - not really worth it unless you're desperate. No gym. It was nice to have a full size fridge and the option to cook in the room, and there are plenty of outlets (regular plug and USB) in the room, so those points were good. However, we'll pay a bit more to stay somewhere else next time we're in town.
- 3/5
The room itself was acceptable, but it had a strong odor, as if it had been closed for several days. The same smell was present on the bedsheets and pillows, and the blankets did not feel freshly washed—they felt reused. In the bathroom, although the towels appeared washed, they were extremely hard, worn out, and past their usable life. Even the hand towels were yellowish in color. Thankfully, I always carry my own towels, so I didn’t have to use them. While these were unpleasant, they were still manageable. The biggest issue was the overpowering smell throughout the building. The reception area was fine, but the moment we stepped onto the second floor, it smelled like a garbage truck. The odor was so strong that we had to cover our noses while walking to the room. Initially, we thought it might be due to Christmas Eve and delayed garbage pickup. However, the same smell remained for the next two days, which made it clear this was not a temporary issue. I contacted Expedia to request a refund for the remaining two nights so we could move to another hotel, but the hotel did not approve the request. We were mostly visiting family and only used the hotel for rest, but the smell made the stay very uncomfortable. Overall, this was not a pleasant experience, and Extended Stay is now on my blocked list going forward.

Amenities
- 1/5
Room is very dirty, the hotel smell bad, no shampoo very loud people at night
- 3/5
I think everything was fine except for the noise. The walls are too thin. I can hear the traffic on the road. To make matters worse, there was a baby in another room. It cried like it's life depended on it the whole night. A good night's sleep bye bye.

Uncomfortable beds and freezing windows
- 3/5
The bed wasn’t comfortable. The metal bottom keeps skidding. The kitchen area needs upgrading, bottom of the old fridge wasn’t working that well. Breakfast wasn’t the best.

I was surprised the breakfast was as sparse as it was, but the room price was very good so that’s fine.
- 5/5
Reasonable on price, clean rooms and quiet spaces……
- 5/5
Very happy withy the service. Will be back in the spring!!
- 1/5
Very bad room , I booked 1 queen and was given 2 full beds , also smelled like paint/ stain and gave very bad headaches so I ended up leaving after the first night
- 4/5
Room was clean. Water was hot.
- 4/5
Cheap and clean
- 1/5
My far the worst extended stay I have ever stayed at. I had to switch rooms 3 times due to them all smelling bad. You have to get the kitchen pots, pans, and everything from the front desk. They didn’t provide wash towels for the dishes. The bed is cheap and hard as a rock. The hall ways has this weird syrup smell to them and they don’t even serve anything that you would need syrup for breakfast. I checked out after one night and was refunded for my second night. If I could give zero stars I would and I never leave reviews but this place skip it if you can.

Overwhelming staff
- 3/5
The carpet was stained and dirty. The appliances were old and worn but serviceable.
- 1/5
The breakfast was garbage the sheets were terrible. They were supposed to be white, but they were beige.
- 1/5
gross hotel. overpriced by $100/night
- 3/5
Not all lamps worked in our room. The heater was very noisy. The stove was not fully operational - only one burner worked.
- 1/5
The place needs to be exterminated woke up in the morning and there were roaches in the bathroom. I don't make this up all those rooms need to be rehabed gutted remodeled old furniture removed this place needs an enema!
- 2/5
Menu is suck!
- 5/5
Mary was great at front desk. Would love to see her and hotel again!
- 1/5
The shower had a ton of other people's hair in it. There was hair on the bathroom counter and sink. The worst part was when we checked in, the cover to the air conditioning unit was sitting on the floor, next to the air conditioner. It was also unplugged and the window was cracked open. Whoever was trying to fix it previously, knew it was broken and cracked the window because it was so hot. After asking for another room that had working air conditioning, we were denied and told the hotel was sold out. As a perimenopausal woman, sleeping in a hot, stuffy room was an awful experience. Would have been nice to have someone tell us at check in that the room we were getting didn't have air so we could have had the option to go somewhere else. However, it was late when we checked in and took forever for the doors to even be opened because the desk staff was somewhere else. Looked like they were sleeping when they finally came out and unlocked the doors so we could even get in. Was just not a great experience. When we checked out, the desk staff did offer us a free room coupon to use at another time but I'm not sure I'll stay at any Extended Stay's again.
- 2/5
The staff checking us in was fabulous however the room was not what we expected. For an extended stay hotel we expected dishes/silverware and there was nothing. The hotel didn't have an ice machine so while it was nice to have a full sized fridge with freezer we had to leave to get ice for our drinks. There were some things in the room that could use fixing/updating.
- 1/5
I have stayed in the hotel before and it was never this bad. I felt unsafe and here were no facilities available in the room at all.
- 5/5
The hotel was clean, so was the room. The staff was friendly and helpful. When I booked the room I didn’t realized it was a fully furnished room with a regular sized fridge and a little electric stove. Loved it
- 4/5
Brkfst is only hot drinks and plastic wrapped muffins.
- 5/5
Customer service here is top-notch. The hotel is super clean and very quiet.
- 3/5
Room was clean. Very sparse, but just fine for our quick family visit.
- 3/5
The room was fine, but when I went to take a shower in the morning, the water temperature was Luke warm at best.
- 2/5
CLEAN ROOM, STAFF WERE VERY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY, VERY HELPFUL STAFF! BUT NO ESSENTIALS (PLATES, SILVERWARE, COOKWARE DISH CLOTHES, ETC) FOR KITCHETTE IN ROOM, BREAKFAST WAS NOT AS EXPECTED (GRANOLA BARS & MUFFINS), NO LOUNGE AREA, ROOM PHOTOS PRIOR TO RESERVING SHOWED A LOVE SEAT IN ROOM THAT WAS NOT THERE, VERY FEW BASIC AMENITIES BASED ON COST. WOULD NOT CONSIDER STAYING THERE AGAIN!
- 4/5
no much breakfast. But giving the price of stay, it is reasonable
- 5/5
If you are a budget traveler I definitely recommend staying here.
- 4/5
Thank you very much Maya for being an exceptional host.
- 4/5
I was skeptical as I read the reviews about this hotel after I booked and was a little concerned. BUT, I ended up have a very nice stay at this hotel. The room was clean and smelt pretty good. The staff was very kind and made me feel comfortable as this was a solo trip. The only “negative” experience I had in this hotel was my shower was spraying water everywhere and as soon as I turned on the water, the ceiling leaked. Something to definitely fix about that room but overall I had a nice experience. One other thing, they don’t have a very extravagant breakfast but it’s enough to get by until your next meal.
- 5/5

- 1/5
Worst stay in hotel history. From the front desk to the quality of this place, I cannot recommend this place to anyone in good conscience.

- 2/5
The room was clean, not much else to say. This hotel has rooms with a small kitchen. If you want plates, cups, silverware, etc., you have to ask for them at the front desk. You also need to ask for shampoo if you want it. I noticed we had no hair dryer. I went to ask for one in the evening, but they didn’t have any at the desk and was told to come back in the morning. Someone knocked on our door in the am with a hair dryer. Good thing, as we were in town to attend a family wedding. This hotel advertises free breakfast. It consists of self serve coffee, tea bags and a hot water dispenser. There was instant oatmeal, granola type bars and pre wrapped muffins.
- 2/5
Not pleasant
- 2/5
The pictures don’t really tell the full truth. I’m speaking here to the condition of the property itself. The staff was responsive, helpful and courteous. However, the room had a torn curtain, peeling paint and sticky kitchen floor. The trash room was full daily and had flies. I decided to stay the 3 nights to check a son into college as it was too much trouble me to try to find other accommodations. However, I wouldn’t stay here again.
- 4/5
Staff was great - very friendly and helpful - and the room was well appointed and clean. The only issue was the locks on the windows did not latch completely, and I was on the first floor.
- 4/5
The carpet was not clean. Other than that everything else was fine.
- 4/5
This property is clean and the best part is the staffs were extremely friendly and helpful some of the facilities are getting old and needs some improvement but over all is very clean.
- 4/5
The overnight stay was convenient for my needs and a decent price...served the purpose for an overnight stay. I would stay here again for the convenience and price.
- 5/5
Snack machine prices too high.
- 5/5
The constructions nearby was a little bit annoying, but still an affordable and good place to stay.
- 5/5
Entry road into hotel is under construction and necessitates a U-turn to access the property.
- 5/5
They could use one more dolly for the front desk, there was only 1 for 5 floors.
- 4/5
The room was clean and in relatively good shape. Cleanliness is the most important thing to me , and no comlaints at all.
- 3/5
The staff was ok, but the place was to dark and not inviting. The rooms were also dark and needs to be updated. There was no ice avaliable and they need to add juice to their breakfast menu.
- 4/5
The true value of the property is the staffs and their services
- 2/5
No shampoo/conditioner. Bed is very uncomfortable. Very stuffy toom
- 3/5
Hotel was OK. 2nd floor room, smelled like weed & and really strong cleaning supplies. Beds were ok, if you get cold bring extra blankets. Breakfast was coffee, packaged muffins & fruit bars..not great. No seating area in lobby or outside. Staff very friendly.
- 5/5
Everything great

- 4/5

- 2/5
When we arrived it took three tries to get the key card to work. The bed had two small pillows one was not full size. We asked for two mor pillows the next morning but none appeared. There were no kitchen items in the kitchen area. The staff were not helpful
- 5/5
Good
- 5/5
We arrived just after midnight. The young lady at the front desk was very pleasant. Even though the facilities are very basic, they are clean. That is what matters the most to me. Also, there was no dining room. They offered coffee and cookies for a breakfast snack. If that is important to you, then you should go elsewhere. But, we received a very pleasant welcome and a comfy bed.
- 3/5
The room we first got was not cleaned, they did give us a cleaned room after we told them.
- 3/5
The heat and humidity made our room feel uncomfortably humid, from the time we walked in the room. I alo
- 3/5
No rooms available when i was already reserved days prior, toren towel w hair, small towel was dirty as in used to wipe, car was almost towed cause staff didnt put my plates in, continental breakfast could be a little more. Staff was helpful when arrived, other staff not so nice. They never changed my sheets or towels when gone during stay. Not horrible, but couldve been a little more comforting. And luckily no towed car
- 5/5
It was very comfortable (family friendly) affordable, centrally located. Friendly staff. Would come back !
- 2/5
The floor in the room was sticky. The kitchen counters and refrigerator door didn’t look like they had been wiped down. There was an odor in the room that seemed to get worse over time.
- 5/5
Snack machine prices too high
- 5/5
Vending machines prices too high.
- 4/5
This was my 2nd time staying at this property this year. The staff was really nice and check-in was smooth. I will say my room wasn’t as clean this time around. The bathroom has some crumbs or something on the counter. The towels didn’t seem as clean. But overall it was a good stay.
- 4/5
Snack machine prices too high. Everything else was good.
- 2/5
Spend the extra $25/night and stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites next door. The ESA American feels cheap, rooms are barely passable. zero common area, have to ask for shampoo (!), "complimentary breakfast" is stale plastic wrapped blueberry muffins and instant oatmeal. Felt vaguely unsafe.
- 1/5
I changed my 5 nights to 1 night due to my husband could not stay here anymore. Staffs are not very friendly, and rooms conditions are not clean.
- 1/5
This place is absolutely terrible. Do yourself a favor and just don’t. It’s filthy.
- 2/5
Location was in good proximity to shops and food, however the construction ruined the opportunity to safely access the sidewalks. That should have been noted on the booking.
- 4/5
Only bad thing was the construction in the area
- 4/5
The carpet in the hallway smelled and needs to be shampoo.
- 3/5
Fine in a pinch. But not the best.
- 2/5
There was dog poop on the red bricks right near the entrance.. The elavator was filthy. The place smelled bad. There was.no iron in the room. Stayed 1 night as i checked out I asked why there was not an iron in the room. I was told i needed to call and they would have brought me 1. What no iron board. These should be standard things.
- 4/5
Breakfast was neglible.

Weird stain on the mattress cover and a bad smell throughout the entire place. You get what you pay for, and I didn't get sick from it, but I probably wouldn't stay there again.

1. The continental breakfast options should be enhanced. 2. Room service, including cleaning at least once during a four-day stay, is essential. 3. The hallways shouldn’t have any unpleasant odors, like garbage. 4. It’s unreasonable to ask guests to return used towels just to receive new ones. 5. Charging extra for Wi-Fi is absurd; this is the only place I’ve encountered that does this for high-speed internet. 6. A curfew is in place, which means the front desk is unavailable after midnight, leaving no one to address guest inquiries. 7. Honestly, it’s hard to understand how this establishment is still in business. 8. Overall, the experience was quite disappointing.

The room was so dirty and dilapidated it was hard to believe the cost of the reservation. Even my dog had a very difficult time sleeping there. The carpet was damp and super dirty with debris that was sticking to my feet, socks, shoes and my dog. The air conditioner smelled terrible and was so loud all night, I had to turn it off to sleep. I slept 3 hours and woke up and left, not even returning for my second night at the hotel as my reservation was prepaid. Furthermore Expedia charged me MORE than the hotel would have, had I made the reservation directly. But if I knew that this hotel was ultra-low budget for travelers who need a rock bottom deal, I would never have booked here. Clean up! It's unsanitary in there.

Expedia didn’t lock in price so it was twice as expensive. Rooms smelled like urine. Worst travel experience maybe ever and I blame Expedia for most of it. Lost a customer

We had two rooms king bed room was clean but outdated the second room double beds was not very clean and had a very bad smell to it. Manager spayed when we went out but room still smelled of urine . Very outdated and disappointing stay

The building feels outdated and a bit worn out, and the common areas could definitely use a thorough cleaning. The bigger issue seems to be the lack of attention to service. When I arrived around 7:00pm, the staff member on duty was visibly annoyed and gave the group ahead of me a hard time during check-in. The next morning, a different front desk employee seemed just as irritated. With a line of three people waiting, she was more focused on chatting about coffee than assisting the guests. When she finally helped the next person, it took her about five minut

The morning staff member at the front desk was very friendly. Breakfast was less than expected—granola bars and muffins.

The lobby had lingering smell of cigarettes and the staff was visibly intoxicated or under the influence.

Not so good
- 1/5
The staff was horrible. Only one person on staff during rush hour. Phones not being answered. Customers standing at the front desk for over 15 minutes waiting for one person to come down stairs. Several rooms did not have properly working heaters. For a non smoking hotel, the first floor reeked of marijuana. .

The room smelled of tobacco. The breakfast was scant. While the unit was a kitchenette, all dishware and utensils necessary for cooking had to be retrieved from the concierge.

The property was spotless, and our room was very comfortable. I wish they provided some toiletries, at the very least shampoo and conditioner. The breakfast could use a little boost with some fresh fruit.

ROOMS ALWAYS AVAILABLE DONT LIKE THESMELL OF THE ROOMS SMELLS LIKECIGARS
- 3/5
Our room was a bit worn around the edges. More seriously, the hot water never got hotter than lukewarm. Also the HVAC unit in the window emitted a bad smell in heat mode. On the plus side, the staff was nice and the beds comfortable. The breakfast consisted of granola bars only. Serviceable, but I wouldn't stay again.

Booked a suite with two double beds but the next day got a call from the hotel saying that the double beds were not available but they could offer us queen beds in two separate rooms for no extra charge it worked out perfect the rooms were next to each other if it's a good Outcome and resolution to the situation the area was good lots of free parking for gas and next to another hotel at the Hampton Inn at the other side of the highway there was a large mall and lots of really nice restaurants I would recommend anyone going to Chicago to stay there it's a short drive to downtown And you don't have to pay all those city taxes and expensive parking like in the hotels in the downtown area the staff were really friendly and had a good sense of humor which is important nowadays

I have stayed in 1000s of hotels as I have worked for hotel chains most of my life. I decided last minute to try this brand. I have actually stayed in hotels in horrible neighbourhoods and this one is in a nice one. The smell was horrible. The room wasn’t to bad but I didn’t feel very safe in the property and that’s a rarity as I realize I was spending 100-120 a night. I also understand that this is an extended stay so a lot of people live there in the current housing market but the management needs to step but to make the business travelers feel comfortable especially when they are allowing people to be in bathrobes in the common areas. On top of it I requested a 1 check out and they tried to charge me 25 dollars even when I had mentioned I found tons of hair in tub and the sheet’s definitely had not been changed. They did waive that last minute. I have written two reviews in my life and this is the first truly negative one which makes me sad to do.

Unfortunately their customer service is pretty bad. The lady at the front desk was really rude from the beginning. For whatever reason she couldn't find the reservation even though I showed her the reservation number as well as my bank statement on my phone were it clearly showed that the room was paid for. She ended up calling someone on the phone to get instructions on how to find the reservation but a good 30 plus minutes had passed by before I was able to get checked in. Whoever the person who is in charge seriously needs to train or educate that lady not only on how to use their system but as well in some decent manners when she addresses the customers. The room was okay but it did had a strong musty smell that smelled like a wet dog but other than that the rest was okay but overall the experience was not great at all.

Waiting on elevator when I was checking out. Saw a roach. Not the greatest stay when there’s no water because of a water main break.

Smell bad on 2nd floor hallway, room had an unpleasant smell, all the sheets are yellowish. Especially the fire alarm has gone off so loud at 7:56am till 8:15am but there were no apologies from the hotel staffs. There is no housekeeper unless you stay 14 days, but on the day i checked out which is 2nd day, housekeepers knocked on my door continuously for around 10mins at 8am that was so annoying and too early for checking-out time(11am). Overall bad experience

I hate to leave this review but I feel as if it’s necessary…. Upon arrival, I noticed that the lobby wasn’t the cleanest. While traveling to my room, there was this odd smell that permeated the entire building and the hall carpets were filthy!!! Once in my assigned room, I couldn’t relax bc it was freezing. Someone had turned the off. Bc I had to leave out for work, I didn’t have a chance to inspect the room fully. Later in the evening, when I was getting ready to shower I noticed a long hair across the towels on the sink and while I was in the shower there was hair along the bottom wall of the shower. I was so disgusted that I had difficulty falling asleep. On a positive note, the gentleman who was working during the evening was extremely welcoming. Unfortunately, this was one of the worse hotel stays I’ve ever had!!! This hotel needs to be renovated!!! Because of this experience, I will never select an Extended Stay again!!!

The Property has a great location but the room smelled a bit like mold. I had to go to front desk for toilet paper because he wouldnt deliver it to my room in floor 1. Next day, no kitchen utensils at all and I had to go get it again to front desk. Employees smoking weed right at the entrance with no shame at all. Not recommended
