    The girls at the reception (as well as the room maids) are exceptional!! They provide the best service you can imagine!! Muchas gracias para todo!! I hope the management appreciates and honors their performance as much as I do!! I had a technically quiet room... ... VERY thin room walls... always informed about the neighbours' activities at any time...day and night... Barking dogs on the same floor. This was the only!!! hotel during my one-month trip which really charged my credit card with the deposit and did not release it upon check out, but only a few days later, resulting in a negative currency exchance rate difference on my account.

    Overall the property was very dirty. The elevator was disgusting with something smeared all over the doors that was not cleaned up all weekend. Our room smelled very musky and the carpets were damp. The walls in the bathroom were dirty, there was a big paint stain on the carpet. The breakfast was questionable, although my son liked his waffle. I do not recommend this hotel.

    From the outside it looks ok. Crackheads lurking around outside. I hope they have security patrolling the property. The pool isn’t functioning. Wish that would have mentioned that on the website. It doesn’t look like it’s been used in a long time. The outdoor pool was the main reason we booked this hotel. Too bad booking doesn’t come with smell-o-vision. There is a strong damp scent in the hallways and the room we stayed in had an awful stale stench. Also, in the bathroom, theres a hole in the flooring that makes you question if there’s cameras in there. The desk table thing is not stable. You can’t put anything on it or bump it without the legs pretty much breaking off. I think this used to be an old rundown motel and La Quinta/Wyndham tried to renovate it. Unfortunately, it just misses the mark.

    There isn’t much to like. The Plumbing leaked and I got water all over the floor when I turned on the tap. It had stains on the linens, the room wasn’t really clean. I booked it through Expedia and it was not as good as the rating Expedia provided.

    The ladies in laundry were very rude to my boyfriend and I! We had went missing me day and were obviously very dusty took showers and of course the towels are dirty when I gave her my dirty towels and she git rude and said ewe they are very sorry I tried to explain that we did a activity that involved dirt she didn’t listen. Then I asked her for more new towels she didn’t want to give them to me at first. Other than that it was. Good stay my tv didn’t work well only had 10 channels breakfast was good!

    The staff were very friendly and accommodating. My microwave didn’t work and they replaced it promptly. My one suggestion would be better signage when entering parking lot off of 104 St. you cannot sed the LaQuinta at all and have no idea to keep driving past the casino and Holiday Inn Express.

    I usually don’t write reviews, but had to pass this along. Right when we entered our room, there were a bunch of paint chips and crumbs of some sort on the floor all over. We had to walk around in our shoes the whole time. The sink and bathroom didn’t look like they had been cleaned and there was hair in the bathtub. The icing on the cake was the small dog next door that continued to bark through the night then again at 6am. I wish I could write a better review, but this hotel needs improvement.

    When I got to the hotel the TV didn’t work and then I went down to tell the staff and he asked to come in and fix it. When he came in he proceeded to tell me that this is a small tv (which it was the size of a computer monitor) and that there is only 2 rooms with that small of a TV. We asked to switch rooms and he laughed and said he is going to fix the TV. I then took a shower and the shower curtain would only stay in the middle and it was because the rod was broken. I pushed it back up but it would just fall right back down. The floor was soaked! The breakfast was terrible. Sad stay and I was stuck there for 2 days!

    The shower didn't work. The handle needed to be tightened and we had to use fingernail clippers as a screwdriver! The gal was nice and offered us another room, but we were spent and didn't want to get dressed, move our stuff to a new room. Because of refusing the offer to move to another room, it's doubtful that we will be compensated in anyway.

    Room was booked for 5 and only had two double beds so parents shared with a 6yr old, We arrived late and front desk we were told was upstairs cleaning rooms, an array of people were walking in and out during our time waiting in the reception, lady at check in was friendly, room was tidy but area felt like hotel was not just for travelers.     Outdated, and run down. Needs some improvements. Poor customer service. Asked for extra towels and hair dryer multiple times, never showed up. Ungodly amount of hair on “clean bedding” but at least it’s not bed bugs I guess… manager is great and very friendly, but seems to be little support from rest of hospitality staff. He deserves a raise. Running around continuously to try and address tenants needs.

    The hotel was not as nice as some of the other La Quintas we have stayed at. It was in a sketchy neighborhood. The breakfast was not stocked everything was very empty and looked liked it had been there a long time. The room was a little smaller than the other La Quinta's by Windham that we have stayed in. Housekeeping was good and staff was friendly. Would not recommend the hotel to others.

    The room itself was just okay. Our window didn’t have a screen. The electricity would flicker and the smart tv was connected to the WiFi for the Holiday Inn across the lot, and would not connect to the La Quinta WiFi. It caused a lot of buffering issues. The toilet and sink were really close to the ground. The toilet was so close to the door that if you bent down to pick your pants up, you’d hit your head on the door knob. There is only one way in and one way out of the building and the building is kind of hard to find if you don’t know where you’re going. The parking lot of the nearby businesses have a lot of drug addicts, so you’ll want to make sure your car is locked and no valuables are visible.

    First of all, this hotel charged a $100 deposit that was actually pulled from our account and later refunded--something that I haven't seen before except at really cheap, run-down places. It was unethical that they did not disclose this in advance. In addition to that, they double charged the deposit fee, taking $200 from that account. Fortunately the bank's fraud department reversed the second charge. Then they charged the wrong card for the room itself. I had used the "book now, pay later" feature and we emphasized that we wanted the room charged to the card we swiped rather than the card I used to guarantee the room. They failed to follow our instructions. It appears that everything is straightened out now and I will not have to file a complaint with the Washington Attorney General, but their response was quite rude, and both the night clerk and the manager called me a liar when I called to inquire.

    I was greated by the staff and Manager ? i guess when i check in. I like when the Manager concerned about the guy outsider walking to the property with unlesh pitbull dog walking around. " People" I was scared though. I was Welcome with a friendly service. Called me in my room making sure if my room is comfortable. The room was clean, bed was comfy for 1 night stay. No complain.     I liked my stay here for the price! It wasn’t bad but the hallways smelled like marijuana and cigarettes. I fixed the problem with an air freshener. The room wasn’t dirty but the bathroom was not the best. My bathroom floor was leaking with water. There was a lot of homeless by the hotel. Especially at night in the parking lot. I left my car unlocked and nothing was stolen so that’s a plus. Overall it was pretty good and would stay here again if I was on budget.

    Front desk staff was pleasant, they just didn’t know how to help. Beds were fairly comfortable. Breakfast was mediocre. Pool was cloudy and no one swam. Dog walking area had litter, used vapes and more throughout the sparse grass. The picture of the parking lot is very photoshopped! The ugly was the homeless and druggies in the parking lot. One man was singing and shaking his junk at me. Yes, pants were down. I know the hotel has little they can do about it. Maybe hire some security? I asked to cancel within an hour of arrival. I have young kids and dogs. They told me I had to talk to hotels.com. In the end I received a refund of less than 1 nights cost, I booked and paid for 3 nights.

    The pool was filthy and disgusting, so my kids couldn’t enjoy it at all. By the time we realized this, it was too late to find another hotel for the night. The breakfast offered was also quite lacking; despite paying the full rate, I was informed that protein options are only available on weekends, which was frustrating. While I understand that some issues may be beyond management’s control, I would not recommend this hotel for families with kids. The environment felt unsafe—for example, a guest was using an electric flat top with their door wide open while hosting a loud party. The cooking smell was awful and filled the entire floor, making it very unpleasant. Overall, this was not a comfortable or safe stay, and I will not be returning.

    Stayed with some family over the weekend it was not a pleasant trip first when we arrived no one was at the desk which I understand as I work in the hotel industry and I get it but when the front desk lady got to the desk she wasn’t very friendly and was very short with us, didn’t explain any of the property features or amenities. We had three rooms to check into and not a single one of us got any of this information there was no card in the key packet explaining anything either. Okay sure we can try to figure out the things we need. we got to our room which was labeled as an ada room it definitely was not..there was no room to move around it was a good thing we didn’t end up needing an ada room. The room itself felt dirty, there was mold in the bathroom the carpet wasn’t vacuumed, the wall had like streak on them of dirt plus it didn’t help that the paint job in the room was patchy and poorly done. Our tv wouldn’t connect to the internet nor could we watch tv. I was going to talk with the front desk about this but other people in my party had tried talking to them about their room as they had carpet literally pulled up off the floor, rust/mold smoke streaks etc the general manager didn’t even offer to switch them rooms, I wasn’t going to waste my breath and time. We were told that their quiet hours start at 8pm so no gatherings after that on a weekend? The staff in general was not pleasant. I’m only allowed to write so much but there is more. Overall definitely not worth it.

    This place was the worse place we have ever stayed at. Our room was so bad. The carpet was torn up. The wall outlet was broken and I true fire hazard,. The door latch was broken. You could push the door open unless you slammed it shut. The tub had hair still in it. The baseboard along the wall was pulled away from the wall. The door frame was rusted. The room felt very dirty. Complained to the gm and all we got was sorry about that. He knew what room we were staying in before I even showed him the pictures. He didn’t even offer to switch us rooms. We didn’t even sleep under the covers and used our hoodies to cover the pillows with to sleep. We were there for three nights and every day was the same breakfast. Biscuits and gravy, eggs, sausage, and waffles. Two of the days there was no creamer for our coffee. For as much as we paid for our stay it was not worth it. We will never stay here again.     Exactly what we were expecting from what we reserved. The rooms have some touch ups that could be done but overall the place was nice. Worked great for location and the continental breakfast was great! Best of all every one of the staff members were very kind and friendy and greeted us each day. Would stay here again!

    This was a great and clean stay. The bed was comfortable, the room was nice. My only complaint is that the pool closed earlier than average (9pm) and the continental breakfast ended earlier as well (9am).

    It was a very pleasant experience. Quiet and peaceful and not to mention staff was very helpful for when someone parked in the veterans parking spot and wasn’t a veteran so they figured out who it was and had them move for me. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

    Family trip. Heated pool always a plus. Had a couple of special requests and they accommodated both of them. Complimentary full breakfast. Owner was there and he was very hands-on helping in the kitchen with the kitchen staff.

    the bathroom was dirty, someone had started painting but was never finished some was grey some white, they only cleaned the room 1 day, coffee was never put in the room from the first day, we had reserved for 3 only had towels for 2. on Saturday morning we went to eat breakfast, and the scrambled eggs were from the day before, dried out and tasted like rubber. I said something they must have heard me, within a few seconds someone came and got the left over eggs and they were replaced in about 10 min. I was disappointed cause we have stayed at La Quinta inn's before with good experiences but this was not at all. the kids that ran the place were very kind and sweet, would get what we asked for that wasn't left in the room as it should have been but, The point is we shouldn't have had to asked. just disappointed in this La Quinta.

    We were followed into the elevator by a stranger and figured out what room we were in and left a very inappropriate note. We told front desk and she didn’t seem to be concerned as were about it, they didn’t have any extra rooms but we no longer felt safe. It’s been 3 days and I have yet to get my refund for my whole weekend stay or get anything from the manager. Truly the worst experience.

    We love La Quinta . We chose to stay there at all locations over other hotels . But this particular location was disappointing . Very outdated ! Our room had stains on carpet . The toilet was broken , and my husband instantly told front desk she did not care and said Oh . That was it , Oh ! The towels had stains on them . Bathroom was horrible , shower , tub so gross. Their was old hair products in the tub for us to use that had hair on them and were almost empty . One very tiny bar of soap . Nothing else . We asked for toothpaste or soap and she said you can purchase them . We almost left but we’re only sleeping a few hours to catch a flight . So disappointing this day and age where prices on everything are so expensive and the room was that bad . Not staying at this location again for sure . The Marysville and Burlington locations are fantastic .

    Overall, the stay was okay. We had pets and their 'pet friendly' rooms were on the 3rd floor which doesn’t make sense because pets have to be taken outdoors for breaks. They require a $100 damage deposit which is refunded as long as there's no damage to the room. The room was okay but I suggest you make note of any pre-existing damage to the room when you arrive and report to front desk.

    it was a ok, bathroom was very small and breakfast (one of the mail reasons we picked your hotel (basically ended at 830am, no one attended or refreshed the guy said he was only one there so it was whatever he had out) Pool didn't open at designated time in the morning so missed out on that too

    The manager was very mean in answering any question and could not own to any mistakes or contradictions to his statements. Very unfortunate situation whereby his own staff had to apologize on his behalf.I have never seen any one who is very rude to customers like that. The breakfast please should be breakfast and served with heart that it's humans taking it not animals.

    Next door the TV was on high till 2:00 AM. I called and complained and no action was done. The room said non smoking room when all the furniture and linen smelled like cigarette. I had to wait about 30 minutes for service to be available to check me in.

    I had a parking issue with the neighboring Holiday Inn. They are literally right next to one another and it’s easy to get into the wrong place. I broke down on the holiday inn property and was threatened with a trespass so I didn’t get to sleep at all. I am 2 for 2.

    Back downstairs to see if we could change rooms. Next room smelled like dog urine and had two small spots of blood on the turned down part of the sheets as well as black hairs all over. Nothing good about this trip and had to make late night last minute hotel arrangements for my family due to the horrible conditions.

    This is a very dated hotel. TV was a terrible blue tint and could not be fixed. Pool was messy and wasnt skimmed daily. Learned my lesson, not all La Quinta's are the same. Smelt like weed and cigarettes. These should be $60 a night, not double that price. Walls had poor patch work and substances splatter in it. Jusf didnt feel like a safe place to stay, would have left if it wasnr just myself.

    We booked 2 NON smoking rooms, the rooms stunk of cigarettes, when we told reception she just came up with a horrible room deodoriser and sprayed the rooms & told us because we booked through Expedia we couldn’t change rooms even though there were other rooms available. Breakfast was terrible as all the other reviews state.

    Staff was pleasant and accommodating. Very weak breakfast set up. Air system in room set on timer. Cool air seems to come on during day but not at night. Definitely not controlled by temp. Room was very warm at night. Thankfully the windows opened and allowed for some refreshing air.

    We stayed for an hour and a half because we got the room to sleep for our drive home but it was unbelievably loud. The guy at the desk took about 15 minutes to realize we were here. The people on either sides of us were partying with loud music screaming “do a flip off the bed” not only that when we went to check out after only an hour and a half the guy didn’t even care or seem bothered or concerned about what had happened. Waste of money and time, better off to sleep in your car at a rest stop.

    The staff did their job at the front desk just fine.for what I paid for the room I expected much better. The kitchenette was filthy trash all over the room and kitchen. Cigarette burn in the comforter. Hair balls on the floor . Trash in the closet , kitchen drawers and under the AC unit.
