Motel 6 Everett, WA - South

This was the single worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. The woman running the check in was a belligerent lunatic. She forced me to bring my other people I was staying with IDs and when I ask her why she lost it. I told her to calm down so show proceeds to tell me I need to leave the property and I will have to do a refund through orbitz. Highly recommend not staying here. Driving up to the property was very unsafe as well. This place is a 0/10.

You need 24 hour security. Nothing is done about crime of the drug deals and homeless people. The disturbances 24 7 vicious dogs crapping in none pet areas like in front of my room and the stairs. People are leaning on wall by our door running drugs you hear them thru the walls. Yelling and screaming all times on day n night. Today we heard the pit bull lunging at a loitering drugged by my door threats of shooting the guy and his dog. Ridiculous I have to pay over 100 a night and get no rest when im sick and my son. Employees are great working keep thing cleans and schedule cleaning. But no one cares to enforce rules and i only saw security once when we drove up a week ago. No vending machines work as ir. Ate my money but at least the ice machine did. There one washer that is usually being used by homeless people to wash clothes so I have to go else where a few miles away to clean my clothes. As great as Employees are, one star is as far as I go due to criminal element loitering drug dealing and no enforcement by staff.

We did not even complete our stay at this hotel. There was so much perfume on the bedding that both my son and I ended up with terrible headaches in under an hour and we decided to leave the property. The door did not close properly, the shower curtain was half hanging off of the wall. There was condensation On the inside of the window.

My non smoking room reeked of cigarette smoke. So much so that my clothes smelled when I got home . I did not feel safe staying there as a single woman. Lots of activity in the area when I checked in at 1030 pm. People clearly on drugs walking about. Police car in parking lot and I still didn’t feel safe.

Kristina, Alberto, Ralph did everything they could to help. My son and I stayed there for 18 days while I waa on an actual vacation, the reason we stayed at MTL 6 South instead of North

The staff by far is my favorite. Thank you Kristina for always fixing my reservation. Thank you Ralph are always making my room just the way I want it. Thank you Jasmine for fixing things when it's not the way I want it. Thank you Shannon for always making me smile

As a result, all four nights of our stay were extremely stressful, and we were unable to rest properly as we felt the need to continuously monitor our vehicle and surroundings throughout the night. This greatly affected our overall experience and sense of comfort during the stay. I understand that some situations may be beyond immediate control; however, I would strongly encourage management to consider improved nighttime security, monitoring, and guest safety measures to help provide a safer and quieter environment for guests in the future. I hope this feedback is received constructively and helps improve future guest experiences

This was the worst night I've ever had staying here at this location. The drunks and the tweakers run the show. Security is useless and spends more time in the break room than doing his job. I was disturbed all night long because people were walking back and forth in front of my room which shook my floor and therefore shook the bed. The first time I called about it was 1:15 a.m. security is supposed to be patrolling the perimeter of this building and I never saw him once and I look out the window quite a bit to see who's walking by my door. And it was the same guy every time. Not only that but we were told when we were checking in that the TV didn't work it was hit and miss. I should have been offered a discount. Because someone that was staying here said that I should have been offered a discount but I wasn't now they don't want to give me a discount for all the constant disturbence that I put up with. I'm not So I call up the front desk this morning before I wrote this review and I told her I wanted a late check out. She didn't even want to do that. She's not authorized to do anything and I said well then you better call the manager and talk to her because I won't be back.

Kristina is wonderful. The whole staff makes this property! From Shannon to Ralph in housekeeping to Jasmine in management. The property has had some issues lately, and without this staff, I would not keep staying. They work hard to fix the issues and keep us happy

And convinced us to stay at the hotel when we were pretty upset with the amenities. She is the highlight of this property. Thanks to her and Jasmine we will stay again.

Could not access WiFi or watch TV and the room was cold

This is the first time of staying there pretty regularly that I didn't even go in the laundry room. I washed my clothes by hand and then rang them out and towels and hung them out to dry. So I have no idea if the washer and dryers were working there's two of each a top load and a front load washer oh that's right I forgot the last time I was there before January of this year the front loading washer there was a problem with the outlet or a circuit I don't know. But the top loader smaller washer was working and then there's two front loading dryers. It's $3 to wash and $3 to dry. Until they get TV service working properly all that you can watch is sports and news. They can't get about 12 channels out of about 20. It's pretty sad and the TVs a lot of them the picture has gone dark or too light so you can't even see what you're watching. I've already mentioned that before on previous reviews. They said it takes time they have 99 rooms. I don't know how many of them that the TVs actually work. This is what happens when you're non corporate. You know and I seem to know more about the equipment concerning Dish TV then they do and they don't even care. Oh they tell you what you want to hear and then they don't do anything about it. I guess their equipment is outdated softwares outdated they're going to have to spend a lot of money and I don't think they're willing to do that. So if you don't care about watching TV then it won't bother you. I feel it's part of the package deal.

I mentioned this on the previous review but I'm just very disappointed in dish Network here. Only channels you can get are ESPN, news and a few other channels but there's like 12 channels that are out now and I've asked till I'm blue in the face to reset the hopper which is the receiver and nobody will do anything I guess it's outdated maybe but still at least tell me that you did it because in the last two days we've lost four channels. I'm sorry but I paid for the TV service that I think is something that most of us do watch. Most guys wouldn't care because they like sports. And it's so funny that the sports channels never go out it's everything else.

I just wanted to say that dish Network here leaves a lot to be desired. You can't get 10 channels and they said they're working on it. I've complained about it for 6 months unfortunately that's how long I've been staying here off and on not a full 6 months. The TVs are also in bad shape they need to be replaced as well. You shouldn't have to mention something more than once. In this week that I've been here which ends on Thursday April 23rd, I've had three people knock on my door that I wasn't expecting meaning they had the wrong room. I never answer the door I always look out the window. There's a lot of undesirable things going on here and I guess it's never going to change. Because they don't have security all the time. That's just my two cents I don't know how anybody else feels around here. There's a lot of work that needs to be done to the rooms themselves and maybe they'll do it someday maybe they won't. Time will tell I guess.

How am I stay goes is dependent on who's working the front desk. They usually clean your room every 3 days if you're an extended stay. Now on the second time that I was supposed to have my room cleaned I called and canceled. So I thought okay they'll come the following day. They didn't they didn't even knock. So here's now Sunday the 12th of April and I had to go down to the front desk because they wouldn't answer the phone. Takes 2 seconds to pick up the phone and say I'll be right with you. And it's always on the weekend but yet management lives on the property. Getting pretty Fed up. The one person that I really like that works the front desk her name is Christina. She's only one that really gives a damn.

I’ve stayed at this facility many times throughout my lifetime and one thing I really like and appreciate about it is the price per room and how it pretty much is the same all the time. Cheap! The washer and dryer were out of order as well as the ice machine. There were people hanging out in the laundry/vending machine room like it was the go to kick it spot, when I walked in to go to the vending machine they made me feel like I had just barged into their motel room uninvited. It was extremely awkward and uncomfortable.

Property location is convenient but a bit noisy with some riffraffs around it

The staff was amazing but the outside traffic on the balcony in front of my room my partner ask too leave because they didn't feel safe with the dogs barking all night long an actually scratched at our door it's horrible how you can pay your money in This economy and still yet can't enjoy your stay at a world class iconic motel 6 dad an I'd like too talk too the upper management for motel 6 I'm not going to be silent for my money. All the constant traffic all the open disregard for staff security an guests it's insane all this is madness an we pay for this sad stuff I'm going too go too yelp and every other Media outlet I can too bring some kind of recollection Too this madness.

Amazing Nothing

The 24hr security person who was friendly. Sketchy area. They didn't have working rooms for us and we were offered either a room with no heating, or a smoking room which smelled so bad it was unhealthy to stay in there. The other room had a noisy partly broken heater. The whole place is a complete dump. I requested a refund for our inadequate room but have not had any response.

In housekeeping, our favorite is Ralph.He remembers us and always knows how we like the room.And it always smells fresh after he leaves. He always goes out of his way to make our room comfortable.

Lots of spaces for cars to park near room. The heat and air conditionerworked well. Staff checked us in 3 minutes. Room was clean and had a nice group of friendly people outside watching mariners and march madness games on there phones. Lots of food choices nearby also located close to freeway and silver lake.

My room smell like cat litter box it reeked like catfish I had to switch rooms to a new room

Bed and pillows were pretty good. Traffic noise all hours. It's adjacent to freeway on ramp, can't be helped but louder than some people would accept. Almost clean thruout but toilet needed attention. Chief problem was all night loitering nearby, lots of folks outdoors congregating. They did not look like they were staying there (had bicycle for example). To be clear they were on the property not just near it. Hanging out in the stairs to upper level at 3 am. Tub needed grab bars to help get in and out. Very dicey as it is. Walks and ceiling were thin, could hear others easily and I bet they could hear rather noisy bath filling.

People in front of my door and vicinity talking and listening to media all night. I stayed three nights. The third night I didn't get any sleep at all from people hanging outside my door.

Drove about an hour North checked into a clean safe location.

This place is a dump. Do not stay here unless you have run out of all other choices. The shower had a very weak stream. The exterior was extremely dirty. The desk inside the room did not have a chair. Not many TV channels to choose from.

How to switch rooms as the heater was falling off the wall and not working. New room was better but touted as a non smoking room and smelled like cigarettes and now all my stuff smells like cigarettes. In the middle of the night several times someone banged on the door several times Incoherently. I did not feel safe there was sketchy people all around there were drug deals going on upstairs downstairs downstairs and all around. Never again.

Exterior condition of the property is marginal with decay visible. Inside of room is reasonably clean and comfortable. AC works. Many shady hooded people hanging around outside including people sleeping in cars / vans. Almost every car in the parking lot has some kind of serious damage (smashed windows, missing panels, broken bumpers) not related to any event I could see, but it reflects on the clientele. My car did not receive damage during my one night, but I was worried.

And also the other staff members, these are good people all in whole! 10/10 would recommend!

Location is good and I didn't know they had breakfast. The TV doesn't work really at all there's like maybe 10 channels if you wanted to improve the overall stay maybe get an actual TV EXP that you can use like DirecTV or Comcast.

Very noisy at night sounded like the people upstairs were running track marathons all night! Too many homeless people lingering around but i guess you get what you pay for.

The room I reserved wasnt available because it needed maintenance. They downgraded me to a room without amenities I paid for and a much smaller bed. Was it really that hard to move the fridge and microwave to a room with a decent bed?

All amenities were out of order, ice machine and laundry broken. Vending machines overpriced. Random people on site 24/7 walking around hallways and going into guests rooms/hanging out in laundry and vending room; Assumingely involving illegal activities. Prices and available rooms inconsistent with Motel 6 website and other online services. Staff was all very friendly except for “security guard” who was seen letting people who were not guests into laundry room when police showed up. Room ok, generally clean, but they sell out quickly so it’s rare you get the room you think you’re reserving online. Nice to be able to bring pets to stay for free, no add’tl deposit or fees. Again, staff here is wonderful and kind (besides the security guard who wasn’t providing any sort of security for actual guests), unfortunately lots of shady activities happening on property, but it’s a cheap, decent place to stay if you’re fine with minding your business and willing to navigate the lack of amenities.

They have a guest laundry room which would be awesome if they could keep the drug deals to a minimum in there. Yep. That's correct. Right in front of me. They come in and out. In and out. All night long.

The front office staff was great, but I noticed after checking out almost two weeks ago they’re charging my card daily for different amounts approximately $20. I believe they’re charging my card as retribution for leaving an unfavorable review. This Motel 6 location is a place where dealers, addicts and street walkers hang out. My last night there were overdoses, heavy police presence, and repeated fire alarms sounded after midnight. The parking lot needs more sufficient lighting where the Motel 6 and Dairy Queen parking lot meet; this area is were they hang out to sell and do drugs. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone with children. I don’t recommend using the laundry facilities either; in the time it took to wash and dry my clothes I had many individuals trying to get high. The security guards are not reputable enough to stop what’s going on around the hotel. I would suggest the North Everett location instead, where they employ armed security guards.

Not all rooms come equipped with a fridge and microwave so if thats important you need to really look at the room details and make sure its available. The staff is really friendly but like any place you always have a few favorites. Kristina is the front desk/customer service manager and she works during the day; anything you need she will go out of her 12

The laundry is inhibited by crackhead smoking drugs. I had to rush out of the laundry, holding my breath, avoiding second hand from whatever drugs they doing.

Besides the human feces in the area for pets or the transients, screaming and yelling all night long. The sink leaked couldn't even use it. The towels were stained, it was not an ideal. All the rooms around us were so loud, banging all night long. I will never use them again

For the life of me, I don’t understand why they continue using the security company while complaining that they don’t do their job. I see security sitting inside his car instead of kicking anyone who is not a guest off the property. Crackheads knock on random doors looking for the dealer, one weekend they knocked on my door every 20 minutes, at all hours/day and night. At all hours of the day and night dealers and attics are all over the property; smoking meth/phenty in the laundry room, outside of guest rooms, sitting on the staircase, hanging out on the side of the building by room 121 all while the smell enters the room through the AC unit. Many long term guest have complained to staff with any resolve from management and staff. I’m convinced management and security is being paid off to look the other way. It’s scary walking through the dimly lit parking lot. There’s poop, I believe from humans and dogs surrounding the property. Also, The cable went down several weeks ago leaving only a few working channels. Motel 6 South needs the same security as the North location, security with bulletproof vests and firearms are definitely needed here. The sheriff department and ICE are constantly patrolling, and overdoses are rampant.

The ladies that worked night shift was very nice and pleasant, however the management team doesn’t give the associates any kind of authority to solve problems that arise doing the stay. At this point, I feel scammed. I was checked into a dirty room after midnight this morning; bloody towel left on sink, toilet that was not flushed that was full of urine and feces, and tub that was dirty along with a balled up tub mat. I was told that since I booked for one night that I would have to pay for another room to move and do the basic needs of staying inside of a hotel. A representative from Expedia was very nice, pleasant and supportive, unfortunately he faced the same stalemate with the front desk staff that I had. I wasn’t able to send pictures through that chat because file was too large.

It was a nice place everything was clean. Would recommend it to my family and friends.

The room was good, safe premises, and as motels go, it works. The greater area of Everett here is not the most attractive, but we never felt threatened.

Someone tried to get into our room. They kept banging on our window and trying the door. Also woken up to men talking outside our door around 2am.

I have enjoyed my stay

On 8 September, we checked in and had a weekday, I rented two rooms the other room I rented had tobacco smoke drug paraphernalia, residue all over in there and it smelled so bad. They replaced my room three days later, there were so much drug use in front of the building, it was not a family place motel six north is a family place and I felt safe there not motel six south

This place is absolutely horrible!!! It’s is very sketchy and there is drug dealing happing out of the rooms and parking lot. People smoking fentanyl outside my window. Room smelled like cat pee. At night it gets worse. Naked lady was walking around. Dog poop EVERYWHERE! Since the drug dealing is going on people come around and doing drugs everywhere. I left early and went to another place because of how unsafe it is.

The room was stinky, bed linen is dirty. There’re 3 flies when we came in to the room. I ask for the non smoking room but the room smelled like a smoke with a hint of pee😤 the bathroom was leaking from above, when we woke up in the morning our towel were wet bcs of the leaking.

Hey its a Motel 6, so all I really want is a good nights sleep and a few decent bars nearby, like Cactus Moon Saloon. But, what stood out for me? It was really quiet. A lot of Motel 6 stays can feel like party central until 2 AM — this one has uniformed security roaming around all night — so the riff raff element is kept in check.

This did the job for a one night stay. The walls were thin so you could hear a lot of outside noise. People were out roaming around at 1am and it was noisy. Cracks in the baseboards allowed for bugs to come in. There was a roach in the room.

The bed is comfortable and seemed to be clean, but the room reeked of cigarette smoke and the highway noise is very close by. It's affordable and the parking lot is well lot. The staff were all nice, but it's not one of the nicer "updated" Motel 6 properties for sure. Just be realistic with your expectations and if cigarette smoke bothers you, go elsewhere.

Really like that there were still smoking rooms i mean i only smoke cigarettes once in awhile but i like the fact i didnt have to get up and go outta the room my mate aka my partner and i didnt know tet still make smoking rooms

The service was wonderful 10/10 the beds were good the only real downside is the homless population that cause damage both to the property and the experience by in some cases hounding guests and trying to acsess rooms

Why the actual hell am I foreced to spend nearly 175$ a f***** night for a raggedy ghetto no-tell-motel. Room 231 Aug. Flew in from out of state and was essentially forced into this hotel as my only "affordable" hotel with vacancy. Bit my tounge and booked it. Upon arrival, we quickly found ourselves in a apocalyptic movie scene. Homeless central. Quite literally couldnt believe how bad the drug epedemic was. We genuinely were afraid to walk to our outside room. Have to check-in outdoors for after hours, and stand in the cold for awhile to even get your key. System was unfortunately down for my stay and had to wait 15 mins to even get it back up. Room was dirty. Beds didnt have any blankets on them. Sheets were made, but had hair and burn marks on them. Room was overall dirty aswell. Nasty bathrooms. Random stains on walls. Hard no. Not for families. For damn sure not worth the stay or price. This place needs to be inspected or demolished.

Upon arrival animal control was there. The amount of homeless people were unreal. The police were there several times to remove the people. Our neighbors to the right had non stop traffic all night. Around 330 am we had people knocking on our door. There was no elevator, if you cant do stairs i would call property as we got lucky with a 1st floor room. But the experience were terrible! I will not stay here ever again!!!!!

We are working on getting a refund. After we checked in, we immediately decided we were not going to stay the night here. The room was filthy, the sheets obviously had not been changed from the guest before. The floor hadn’t even been swept. Half the furniture had damage, spills and other debris on/in it. The room was awful, and dingy and the outside of the building is even worse. There was an encampment of homeless people, broken into, smashed up cars in the parking lot, garbage, and interesting people who didn’t seem to be staying there loitering around. We asked the woman working the desk if there’s anything to be concerned about and she shrugged it off. But if they have to have a 24 hr security team patrolling, that says enough. Avoid this hotel. Big time.

The gal that checked me in was amazing. She got me checked in quick after my long day of driving and BS with another motel. My room was ok, except there was a BROKEN METH PIPE outside my door. There was also a few “regulars” hanging around outside and one weirdo “cat called” my 16 year old daughter and asked if we wanted him to come hangout with us. I told the security guard walking the property and he said he would keep an eye on him. We didn’t see him again. On the 2nd night there (my key deactivated when I left the motel) while getting a new key there was a sheriff in the lobby looking at the video cameras because they had issues with 2 druggies in 2 of their rooms… on the 3rd day there I had to get a new key again and the front desk lady was super rude like upset that I had to get a new key:: very different than the original gal that checked me in. Other than that it was a good stay. The bathtub was dirty and had to be cleaned out before we could use it, the air conditioner didn’t blow very hard when on high but eventually it cooled off the room. There was no fridge or microwave or coffee maker in the room.. I thought ALL Motel 6 had those items.. so that sucked we really needed a fridge and microwave the blanket on the bed was extremely thin and the sheets were thin as well.. but I guess it’s better than no covers. The batteries were low in the remote control (I will let them know when I check out) it wasn’t a bad stay just wish they had a fridge and microwave.

Tres bruyant, aucune insonorisation, c`est comme si les fenetres etaient grandes ouvertes. La toilette a bouchè trois fois, personne n`est venu pour la dèboucher. Room, was clean. Staff friendly. Property needs to implement parking permits, a lot of cars are there that are not lodging. Also be prepare to be waken up from random nocks on the door late at night. Was woken up 3 times by a very suspicious guy, needed to call front desk two times to take a look. Management needs to be in alert of who is wondering around property.

Terrible neighborhood. Dirty parking lot and lots of homeless people around. Concerned for my safety and vehicle. Will not ever stay there again

Oj the plus side, it's near the freeway and countless amenities. The long term residents and homeless population really detract from the experience in a big way

Overall, the motel did a fine job, the price was fair and I would stay with them again.

Staff was super nice. But this place is a dump. Bad scene. Non-smoking room had cigarette burns and reeked of smoke. Parking lot areas a really bad scene.

Very bad customer service from Janette and her Co worker at the front office. Rooms are not ready to check in even around 4:30pm when you have made reservation months before and they should be expecting you. Poor environment. Room smelling of smoke. Homeless people all over the hotel. I saw one hotel window that have been tried to break in..

Its an unsafe place. Lots of people hanging around and on the hotel property. Even they follow you to your room.

One of the worst places I’ve ever stayed. If I would have been able to afford to go somewhere else I would have. The room was horribly dirty and I slept in my clothes on top on the bed as I didn’t trust that the sheets were clean. The floor was filthy and looked like it hadn’t been swept/cleaned in a week. The sink/faucet was loose. There were some sort of fruit flies/gnats in the room. The bathroom was horrible as well, with the tub being filthy. Looked like they had tried to remodel but had left it halfway done. There were countless homeless people in the parking lot, and at least four people sitting in their car smoking pot/other drugs. Horrible place to stay. Do not stay here. Rooms smelled of smoke/pot. Not a safe place whatsoever.

BEWARE!! ALL REVIEWS ARE FAKE! When we arrived parking lot was filled with broken down vehicles and people clearly on drugs as they were passed out in the cars and knotting off. In the back more people with cars and without. Puppies and unhoused people filled the parking lot In from Stockton CA the fact this frightened me speaks multitudes!!!! Not a safe please! The guard only guard himself! Don’t be fooled we drive in and right out!!

Going into my staff my expectations are low, just needed a place to lay my head for the night. Between other resident who were night owls, talking loudly, making a lot of racket outside and inside their rooms, and the homeless around the property, it was difficult to get quality sleep

The room keys did not work had to have security let you in the room every time you left. This was for all rooms in the hotel and had been that way for a week. The first room the bathroom was out of order was moved to a second lower quality room that did not have a microwave or a fridge. We were totally frustrated and kind of in a jam and were stuck to stay there. Totally unsatisfactory experience I am not happy

Clean rooms amazing staff. The area however not so good. Lots of people hanging out around the parking lot with several people in and out of guest rooms. Did not get much sleep due to heavy bass bumping from a room close to me until 12am and lots of late night activity outside my room.

Told me my reservation was canceled because I used the wrong card but no one bothered to call me to get the right one.

Property was a little shady. Came across an OD while arrival for check in. A little scary experience with all the cops and EM'S. did not expect that.

Honestly this was one of the worst hotels I've stayed at. The mandatory housekeeping making me leave a room I paid for. The homeless people constantly making me feel uncomfortable during the day and unsafe at night. I ended up leaving four days early because of how awful it was. That's money I'll never see again for a room I didn't use because of the outside conditions.

The motel runs its self the staff r there to add a finishing touch, friendly mostly but judgmental and the management follow customers and their company through the property while on and off duty. They drive around in their tiny triple AAA automobiles stalking those who stay . My belongings were left in room and I haven’t been able to get the manager to look in lost in found but yet they say they don’t my items ? I had a bullott proof vest that came up missing and I was told it’s a weapon and they turn those over to police, Not a weapon and the story hasn’t checked out as true. Other than that I love that place and will go back when and if the DNR is lifted from myself and partner from all Motel 6 and their chains … thanks a lot Everett North !

This is one of the worst properties I’ve stayed in. It was filthy outside. Garbage and dog poop, and the rooms were rough. Our first room had cigarette burns in the sheets and stank like weed. Our second room smelled so awful of air freshener trying to mask something and the sink could not be turned on without spilling on the floor. This was an unbelievably aweful hotel and I can’t believe I paid for it.

Everyone keeps to themselves and respects others privacy for the most part. Staff is very involved with their employees and guests making sure the property's environment is safe and clean for our stay. Great staff who care and accessible to gas stations and restaurants with discounts for staying at Motel 6 South!

Loved my stay

It doesnt matter about the area, its about the staff here. Yes there are problems like any area but the staff does everything they can to keep people safe and feeeling at ease. This includes security guards on shift from about 1pm until morning which I personally love. One just saved me from a group of people trying to smoke opioids in the laundry room while i was washing clothes. they monitor the property, they take out the trash when needed. all i need ill keep coming back as much as i need to

I picked up outside so I could take my puppy potty afraid of her getting a hold of some adult no nos employees need to pick up outside even if it's not there trash be team players lol not here u do get a babysitter tho no visitors past 8 pm even if registered trust me feels like jail a bit the woman manager never happy lives on property and must do crystal meth she is up all day night in vehicle driving property watching people and there rooms policing no privacy at all laundry gets stolen and workers point at sign not responsible wow way to treat cash paying customers pay the extra 10 bucks go next door

No issue to report, comfortable stay and good customer service. Wish there was microwave oven in the room tho...

Awesome and for the most part inexpensive.

The bathtub was cracked, there was no light in the bathroom, there were black stains on the bed, it smelled bad, there was a white "stain" on the curtains. The front desk person was very by the book but there was no enforcement of the many rules. I left after a couple of hours. Did NOT stay.

The gentleman at the front desk was very kind and helpful. My room, though, at least to me, smelled like pet urine, and I know they allow pets. The gentleman at the front desk came to my room and said that it just smelled like cleaning products. I just stuck it out and used the deodorizer I have in my car. There was also no chair, or chairs, for the table and desk which made it difficult to work on my computer.
